Chapter 6: Just Some Hours for Shifting

Naruto felt very proud of himself as in his mind he has packed his stuff for moving to a new house in just 10 minute. Any normal human being takes at least 2 hours to pack before going on a trip so packing everything for shifting house in just 10 minute is a world record, although we can say that he didn't own any major assets to begin with as he only owned 3 pair of clothes, 2 sets of underwear, a toothbrush and all the cooking utensils for a single person that's it, nothing more. All the furniture came with the apartment when he moved in when he was 3. When Kakashi arrived to take him to his new place he is not very surprise to see that Naruto owns so less, so because of Naruto's world record they arrived at Uzumaki's residence early after saying good bye to his previous apartment and getting relieved from his paranoia of the mystery of sweets in the mailbox.

Sasuke on the other hand had a lot of clothes for different occasions and a lot of hair products, in a way we can say that Sasuke shops like richest man's teenage daughter. He got this behavior from Mikoto because they spend a lot of time together training and shopping. Because of this they reached the new Uzumaki's residence 3 hours late. By the time they reached everyone was prepping ingredients for barbeque for celebrating Naruto's new house which he will own.

Sasuke took another 3 hours to organize his room with the help of Naruto who was fascinated by the sealing scrolls used to pack Sasuke's stuff. Hiruzen offered he could teach him but Naruto moved away from him, still not comfortable around him.

Rin: We should go shopping cause Naruto needs basic products for his beautiful long hair which I am very jealous of and clothes plus we do need to shop for academy too which starts next week.

Mikoto: You know what Naruto does needs some hair products for his beautiful hair which I am very jealous of, some fashionable clothes and books and weapons for the academy.

Obito: (whisper to Kakashi) bro do you think ladies are jealous of Naruto's long hair?

Kakashi: (whisper to Obito) dude it's written all over their faces.

Hiruzen: We can do some shopping since we have some time for barbeque.

Shopping District

At Beauty Shop

Saleswoman: Good Afternoon, how may I help you?

Mikoto: Hey, we were here for some hair product for this young man.

Saleswoman: Sure, but first I need to check his hair.

Obito: Can't we just buy the same product as Sasuke?

Rin: No we can't, every hair is build different.

Kakashi: Won't he get uncomfortable if she touches his hair?

Mikoto: Don't worry he's on genjutsu, he won't feel a thing.

Saleswoman: Oh my!

Mikoto: Is there a problem?

Saleswoman: It's just I haven't seen such beautiful long hair ever.

Mikoto & Rin: We know.

Saleswoman: I would recommend these products but I am afraid that they might not be up to the task for which they are made of.

Hiruzen: We'll take it. Let's leave as quickly as possible before they start talking about hairs (in sign language to other men)

At Clothes Shop

Salesman: Good Afternoon, how may help you?

Rin: We are looking for some clothes for this young man.

Salesman: Does he have any preferences?

Naruto was silent, trying to hide in his hoodie ever since he entered the shopping district.

Mikoto: From the clothes he has in his closet, I think he likes blue or red color so can you show different outfits we choose for him.

Salesman: Sure man.

After buying different outfits to wear for at least 3 months (time duration in girl's point of view) they moved to weapons shop.

At Ninja Tools Roll

Mr. Sato: Welcome, it's been a while Lord Hokage since you last visited.

Hiruzen: Yes it has, so what are you doing these days other than running shop?

Mr. Sato: Me and my wife has adopted a daughter, she is very cute. You should meet her, I am sure she would be thrilled to meet you, let me just call her down.

Tenten enters the shop feeling shy.

Mr. Sato: Everyone meet my precious daughter Tenten.

Tenten gave a polite bow.

Hiruzen: It's nice to meet you Tenten.

Mr. Sato: So what brings you here? I think I remember you already purchasing all the equipment and stationary for young Uchiha.

Hiruzen: This is Naruto Uzumaki and he also starting his academy with Sasuke here. So he would also require all equipment & stationary needed at the academy.

Mr. Sato: Wait a minute I'll get all materials from the backroom.

Tenten: Hi Naruto, I haven't seen you since I met my new parents. Lee told me you left the orphanage.

Naruto: Hi…..

Tenten: Still no talking huh.

Naruto hid behind Sasuke.

Sasuke: Hi, please don't mind him he is just shy.

Tenten: Hey how did you get close to him.

Sasuke: What do you mean?

Tenten: He won't even let anyone touch him.

Naruto: I am sorry (tears about to come).

Tenten: Don't mention it, at least you found a good friend like Lee before you left.

Sasuke: What? He had a friend back in the days?

Tenten: More like someone who would listen to lee from 5m distance.

Sasuke: Not sure that I understand.

Tenten: When you'll meet him you will know.

Mr. Sato: Hey made new friends?

Tenten: No, met an old friend and his new friend.

Mr. Sato: That's good. Here are all the basic items you will need at the academy. Do you need anything else?

Sasuke: Yes, we require a tracksuit and some ink & paper for fuinjutsu.

Mr. Sato: Coming right up.

Rin: You want to do fuinjutsu.

Naruto nodded.

Mr. Sato: Would that be all?

Sasuke: How much is the cost?

Hiruzen: Don't worry about that, all the materials for orphan children are free.

Mr. Sato & Tenten: Thank you for visiting and Naruto if you need any material for your career you can come by any time.

Naruto: Huh (nodding with cute puppy face, nearly making every female & male faint).

Sasuke: Yeah he does that too.

Uzumaki Residence

Obito: Alright, now that the shopping is done how about we have that barbeque I'm starving.

Everyone was enjoying the nice sunset with the barbeque, dancing and singing after Hiruzen officially made Naruto the owner of the land. Naruto & Sasuke were completely exhausted and fell asleep immediately after having their stomach full with barbeque. Rest of them talked for a little while then Mikoto first placed Sasuke on his bed. Kakashi & Obito were standing near where Naruto is sleeping, just when Hiruzen was bending down to pick up Naruto for his bed something happened.

Hiruzen & Obito were shocked and scared because no else had seen what they had seen. The 'Shinigami' was piercing Naruto's chest with his hand. Hiruzen's mind stopped working as he could not figure out what was going on.
