Chapter 14: Just Some School Festival

Each year ninja academy hosts a school festival so that all the children in the academy would get a chance to enjoy their childhood before becoming a ninja. The other purpose of this was so that they can learn new skills and improve to be better at it which will eventually help them to blend in with the civilian if they needed to in the future while doing a mission assigned to them. The other purpose of this is the public gets to spend their holidays with their children and get to know these student better while they are still in the academy.

Every student needs to participate in the festival. Naruto was comfortable with his position as a chef because he doesn't need to talk to anyone and just have to cook. He & Choji got special training from Choji's parent and now Naruto improved with his cooking skills. But after all that training he was still not confident enough that he could cook a good meal for their customer.

Sasuke was not comfortable with his role for their restaurant because he knows what was going to happen as soon as start at taking customer. He was going to be in lot of demand all day long.

Ino was in the kitchen trying to chat to Naruto but he was trying to stay 10m away from her and Choji was feeling awkward stuck in between them.

Sakura & Ami were trying to impress Sasuke with their looks while the shop has not started.

Before the shop started their classes have an impressive line of customer, all female looking Sasuke hungrily and all the class boys were advertising their restaurant with a banner showing Sasuke's face without him knowing which was Shikamaru's idea.

The restaurant's first day was impressive than any other class and the reason was not just Sasuke, it was also Choji & Naruto's cooking. They both cooked like a pro and with only those two as chef they worked for entire day without any break because the rush never decreased. All three of were exhausted because they didn't stop for a moment to catch a breath.

Sasuke was taken care by Sakura with all girls jealous, Choji was down on the ground with Shikamaru who was not at all helping him with his exhaustion and Naruto fell asleep immediately after the cooking for the final customer in the kitchen & was now looked after by non-other than Ino.

Naruto was sleeping on the chair near the kitchen stove. Ino was carefully fanning him while sitting on chair's handle and trying not to wake Naruto up. Naruto was sleeping like a dead man and Ino unknown to her was enjoying herself taking care of Naruto and was not bothered by even Sakura taking care of Sasuke.

Ino: Wow! Sometimes I am so jealous because of this guy on how beautiful he looks. Huh, his hair is growing back nicely, I wonder if it will ever be same as before. (Smiling) You did a great job today sleep well.

The next day was same as yesterday with the rush but this time they took a 2 hour break during lunch. In that time Choji went to eat at each stall. Naruto & Sasuke stayed in the shop because they have no interest in visiting shop. They were trying to get rest as they knew what was going to happen during the entire festival.

The day 2, 3 & 4 of the festival passed away with nothing new. But on the last day there is going to be a small party as a closing ceremony of the festival. Everyone was excited especially Naruto & Sasuke as they planned to smoke (only Naruto) & get drunk for the party with no one stopping them because it was student only party. This party was going to happen in the evening so their shop was going to get close early.

Their restaurant went smoothly as possible and they were going to get an award for earning the most and wonderful customer review. And with the last customer the whole class went to the closing ceremony before the party. The principal addressed them with thanks and congratulated everyone for job well done. Then the various awards were presented and they won the prize as suspected. The second last year students won the prize for task assigned to them which was information gathering. On that moment Sasuke made a goal to win that award no matter what as it was the highest award that they could achieve as a student.

Then there was after party with no supervision which Shikamaru & Shino knows it was a lie for student to enjoy themselves carefree. Naruto was smart but naive that he would believe anything that was said by anyone without any question.

After 5 minutes in the party they went in the toilet to get high as possible. After 15 minutes they were totally wasted and started to dance while singing in the middle of the party.

Everyone was shocked to see them singing and dancing so beautifully never missing a beat and lyrics. All the clan heir, Shoko & Shogo, Ami and Sakura had their mouth open in disbelieve seeing them and surprised to see such hidden talent in both of them and Naruto's confidence. No student there had any clue that they are high as hell.

Naruto & Sasuke had no care in the world; the only thing in their mind was to party as used to each time they are at home. Sasuke danced with his fangirls and Naruto was occupied by Ino because for some reason she wanted to stay with him each second of the party. Slowly many of the girls started noticing Naruto but are not able to approach him because of Ino interfering.

That party was going to be remembered by each and everyone of the student because they got to see the different side of Naruto & Sasuke that they have never seen before.

After the party everyone went home and going home was not in the plan of Sasuke & Naruto. They are currently at shopping district for some shopping.

Shopping District

They are high, can't walk straight and shouting while they talk to each other.

Sasuke: Fuck man I can't find any tomatoes.

Naruto: (to a random person) the fuck you looking at shit face. Look away or I'll bust your ass which even your mother won't be able to sew it back.

Sasuke: Yeah walk away motherfucker and you to bitch. Dude what are these assholes problem.

Naruto: Don't know bro. I mean just look at him he is still staring at us (pointing at a mannequin).

Sasuke: Let's bust his ass here and now.

At that moment every shopkeeper moved their mannequins inside their shop before any property damage.

Sasuke: Yeah you better run.

After 17 minutes of drunken parade they were stopped by the Hokage.

Hiruzen: What's the matter did something happened (afraid that Naruto finally snapped and was angry).

Naruto: I'll tell what happen. I couldn't find any potatoes.

Sasuke: Tomatoes.

Naruto: Really, then why are we asking for potatoes?

Sasuke: I have absolutely no idea.

Hiruzen realized what had happened to them, they are on drugs and alcohol. The questioned in his mind was who has given them.

Hiruzen: I think you both should visit the hospital with me.

Naruto: And I think you should shave your head.

Sasuke: Yeah seriously, the number of hair on your head could easily be counted by a 3 year old.

Naruto: And who are trying to order around you old monkey with rabies.

Sasuke: We don't follow your wrinkled old ass and speaking of ass have you started wearing adult diapers because you can't shit properly.

Naruto laughed at Sasuke's remark and Hiruzen never felt this old in a long time.

Both of them continued to insult the Hokage till they were knocked out by the police force.

At Konoha Hospital

Naruto & Sasuke were asleep and Hiruzen, Team Minato, Mikoto are at their side.

Hiruzen: When did they take it and who is their supplier?

Kakashi: They must have taken it when they were in the toilet where their no surveillance and as for supplier they have arranged it themselves.

Mikoto: What do you mean?

Kakashi: What I mean is they grew weed near their house and conceal it with a seal and as for the liquor they acquire it from your husband during shifting.

Rin: How did you acquire this knowledge?

Kakashi: I caught them a while back (eyes smiling)?

Mikoto: This is not the matter to joke about, their health could be critical as those things damage the organs.

Kakashi: But they aren't, they used protection, I have seen it with my own eyes. They knew what they were doing and trust me they needed it. They know what was happening around them and to keep up with the stress they chose this method.

Everyone sighed on their failure to help them.

The next day to their surprise they were released from the hospital without any punishment which made them suspicious of everyone around them that they would tackle them down and beat the crap out of them for causing problems yesterday.

They reached their home and were greeted by Crox who was fed by Naruto as they entered. They rested for 2 hours and continued their training like everyday.
