Chapter 20: Just Some Weekend

Hokage Tower

On Saturday all the citizens of the village were gathered to see if the rumors were true that the forth Hokage is alive and he was on a top secret mission for these years. This rumor was started by the Hokage's order himself as what actually happened could never reach the ears of any civilian and their enemy.

Sasuke have to stand with all the Uchiha clan members on this important day and Naruto was standing like statue with his family as he doesn't like crowds.

Kushina saw Naruto shivering then she gently put her hand on his shoulder to comfort him but it didn't work.

After a while Minato came out and told everyone that he pretended to be dead to eliminate the threat which caused the nine tails demon to attack the village. And now he is back to assume the role of Hokage again.

Then he wore the Hokage's hat waved his hand at the village and especially tried to catch Naruto's attention and make him believe that he is not a ghost at all. But when he saw Naruto's terrified face he got sad in defeat and thought his plan didn't work. Little did he know that Naruto was no longer terrified of him but the third Hokage's wife Biwako.

He was terrified of Biwako who was standing beside his mother with Shoko & Shogo on her other side. He still remembers beating she was giving.

Flashback

When Biwako found Hiruzen's secret stash in his office, Hiruzen terrified and in a desperate attempt came to Uzumaki's residence and ask Naruto to hide all his remaining books and him. Too bad was Hiruzen late and then she gave him a beating which he will never forget.

Naruto after hiding the book came out to tell Hiruzen that he found a place where he can hide but when he saw the ass whopping he fell on his knees crying because at that moment Biwako looked like the devil herself.

Flashback End

After the ceremony the whole Uzumaki family went to third Hokage's house for some breakfast. Kushina thought he was afraid of Biwako like he is with everybody and Biwako knew why he was afraid of her. Naruto was taking care of Satoshi, Kyoko & Konohamaru while teaching his 2 siblings how to play shogi.

Biwako: Huh, he is still afraid of me.

Kushina: What are you talking about?

Biwako: Naruto is still afraid of me.

Kushina: What did you do?

Biwako: I beat Hiruzen for being a pervert and Naruto saw me in that anger state.

Kushina: Oh I see he was shivering because of you during the ceremony.

Biwako: That is the case.

Kushina: Give him time, he'll come around.

Biwako: I hope so because I still want to apologize to him for making him grow up separate from his brother and sister.

Kushina: I don't blame you for that and I am sure he neither. He grew up just fine without our help except of using abusive words, smoking & drinking.

Biwako: Hah you should have seen Hiruzen when he roasted him in the streets. It was so funny (laughing after remembering).

After breakfast they went straight to hospital for full body checkup.

Hospital

Naruto & Sasuke were getting examined by non-other than the new head of medical department Princess Tsunade. Jiraiya was also present for this with Nawaki when he heard about this checkup thinking it could be the perfect time to introduce himself to his student's children.

They were currently inside Tsunade's office and all four kids were besides their mother when Jiraiya entered the room.

Jiraiya: All the ladies have some fear because Jiraiya is here. I am the one who breaks enemy's bones and ladies heart, the legendary Toad Sage (dancing).

Nawaki: Hey sis, we are back (embarrassed with Jiraiya dance intro).

Tsunade: How many times I have told you to not shout in the hospital (trying to maintain a happy face in front of Naruto).

Jiraiya: Hello kids, who's sick.

Kushina: Why are you here sensei?

Jiraiya: To meet these adorable kids, why else?

Shogo: It is honor to meet you sir, I have already got her autograph could I get yours?

Jiraiya: Sure.

Tsunade: Jiraiya could you please stop whatever you do for a moment and let these kids have a full body checkup.

Jiraiya: Alright I'll shut up for now.

The checkup went great except for some bruises there was nothing wrong with them. Naruto made a friend out of Shizune who did most of his checkups. They also exchange some notes for his research purposes and she agreed that she will help him if he needs some information.

Hokage's Residence

It was the first time Naruto entered someone else home. He was very nervous thinking soon his family would get disappointed with him and leave him alone which he does not wanted.

Kushina: So Naruto how did you like your second home?

Naruto: It is nice.

Kushina: You all must be hungry. I'll make something for you guys quickly. Meanwhile why don't you kids show your big brother your rooms.

Shoko: Come on let's go (dragging Naruto by his hands).

Shoko & Shogo has 1 room which they share. The room reflects their personality in every way. Both the twins wanted to be great ninja and make a name for themselves but unlike Shogo who wanted to defeat all his enemy & become Hokage Shoko wanted to heal people and be great at it. She wasn't fond of killing her enemy like her brothers. She wanted to save as many people as possible.

The room was divided one side was filled with medical books & her closet full of her stuff and the other side was filled with all the academy textbooks of general knowledge because he still wanted to be the best in his classroom.

Naruto is drawn towards Shoko's medical book collection.

Shoko: Do you want to be a medical ninja too?

Naruto: No, but these help to learn torture, kill the best way possible and some helps to perform fuinjutsu also.

Shoko: Okay (slightly disturbed by the first 2 uses).

Shogo: If that is the case then I will start reading the medical books.

Shoko: First finish the books on your side idiot.

Shogo: You…

Naruto: I already know what type of ninja Shoko want to be which is medical but what type of ninja do you want to be?

Shogo: What does that mean?

Naruto: Judging by her books collection she want to save life instead of taking one all she need to find her area of expertise in the line of medical but what about you.

Shogo: Ninjutsu?

Naruto: You haven't thought about it haven't you?

Shogo: Yes (sigh).

Naruto: You should think about it, academy is not only about general knowledge but it is about finding your way and do something that you won't regret it. You want to follow your mentor or make your own path it is up to you for figuring it out and you have to decide as soon as possible as you won't have time in the future since you would be asked to do a lot of mission. There are many ninja's in our village and only few are high level ninja, the reason for this is not getting a correct guidance or not training enough in the academy.

This talk not only gave Shogo something to think about but Shoko too. They came know that each step and time of their life is very valuable if they wanted to be the best. Shogo & Shoko came to realize why Naruto & Sasuke were in a higher level than them. They also came to realize that their older brother was not like any other kids in their class; he understands the reality better than anyone in the class.

Right at the time of thinking their mother called them down to eat lunch which was cooked by Minato and she only heated it.

Their children came down and after a small prayer began to eat their lunch. Minato at that time was eating lunch in his office seeing them his crystal ball.

Kushina was eating her lunch and side by side feeding to Kyoko and Naruto did the same with Satoshi.

Kushina: So how is the meal?

Children: Great!

Kushina: Thank you for the compliment. So Naruto tell me something about you?

Naruto: I like all flavors of ramen, I want specialize in water element and learn how to use fuinjutsu in my fighting style.

Shoko: So that will make a front line assault ninja. Did I say it correctly?

Naruto: Yes.

Shogo: So you have already decided and the other day you were working to control water.

Kushina: If you wanted to I can help as I am not a bad water user myself.

Naruto: Okay.

Kushina: What about school, how are you in school?

Naruto: I am average.

Shoko: Naruto has gained a few attentions of girls after they saw him singing and dancing.

Kushina: Really (teasing)?

Naruto's face turned red.

Shoko: Yes, he was looking like an angel on the dance floor (teasing him more).

Shogo: I won't lose to you bro when it comes to singing, dancing and girls.

Shoko: You wish you could be like him.

They all have a laugh during lunch and Minato was laughing too in his office.

After lunch they went outside to play a little. Naruto was grabbed on quickly by Satoshi & Kyoko who wanted to play with him. All 5 children started to play house and Kushina watched them with a happy smile, thanking all the gods that she get to see this.

Uchiha Resident

Sasuke was being glared by Itachi the entire time he since came. Itachi did not forget the hell he was put through by his mother few days ago because of Sasuke. Both started to glare at each other but are stopped by a female form of Izumi Uchiha who was also staying with them for the weekend because her parents were away during the weekend.

Itachi: You are safe for now, but don't forget I am coming for you.

Sasuke: Bring it on bitch!

Hokage's Mansion (After dinner)

All the kids with their mother were watching movie on the television and only half way through the movie they fell asleep. Shogo & Shoko had their head on each of Naruto's shoulders and the little twins were sleeping on his lap. And at that time Kushina took a picture of their children sleeping together thus starting an album full of pictures of memories.

Kushina gently picked up her children one by one to their bed without disturbing their sleep. Truly she was happy to be alive.

The next day Naruto wake up by the cry of Satoshi & Kyoko next to his bed at 4:45 am, then he quickly lift them up at once and they were silent when they were lifted up by Naruto. All three of them were awake while everyone else was a sleep. They quickly went downstairs and freshen up.

Naruto knew how to take care of babies as he have read it in books and seen it with his own eyes. They sat down at the table and Naruto made baby food as per the instruction written on the box and fed them. He could not leave them alone so he quickly found 2 baby carriers Kyoko on his front and Satoshi on his back got ready for some light exercise and fresh air outside in the yard.

Kushina woke up around 6 and was confused why Satoshi and Kyoko didn't cry this morning. She quickly went to their room thinking the worst and she find all three of them missing, after checking on Shoko & Shogo sleeping she quickly went downstairs and found all three of them doing light exercise in the yard. The infants were laughing with each movement and Naruto make quite a sweat with those two acting like a weights. She found that adorable and silently took a picture of them.

Kushina then approached them joining in their exercise while asking them about this morning. Then they came inside when Shoko & Shogo woke up. With a quick shower they got ready for breakfast.

During breakfast they were joined by Jiraiya who came to see them before he leaves for who knows how long.

Shoko & Shogo finds Jiraiya odd, Satoshi & Kyoko were afraid of him and Naruto was surprisingly impressed by his confidence.

Shogo: Can you take me as your apprentice sir?

Jiraiya: Sorry kid I can only teach you my fighting style when you are little older but if you want to be a Hokage your grandpa would be the best person to teach and now since he is retired he has a lot time free (suggesting him to think about it).

Shogo: Why can't you teach me?

Jiraiya: Kid I only know about travelling and making money by writing books which you don't want to learn.

Shoko: Then Naruto can learn he also wanted to travel and earn a lot of money.

Jiraiya: Really (thinking of possibility).

Kushina: No, he is too little to be an apprentice. Maybe in the future 'like hell I'll send any of my children with this pervert'.

Jiraiya: Yeah maybe if he passed my special test.

Shoko: What test?

Jiraiya: He has to ……

Kushina: Aren't you getting late for your mission sensei (glaring at him if stay another minute he has hell to pay)?

Jiraiya: Yeah I am getting late, I will bring souvenirs for you guys (believing every word that Kushina glare send).

After breakfast they started to play board game enjoying each other company.

They decided to go to the movies in the afternoon. After seeing movies they went to Ichiraku for lunch and ate to their hearts content.

When they came back around 3 then immediately fall on the sofa with exhaustion and Naruto was feeling a little sleepy as he was not used to this. He quickly fell asleep in his mother's arm while Kyoko tried to scratch his face to wake him up.

Naruto woke up at six in the room on the floor warm carpet under the table because of Kyoko & Satoshi crawling upon him. Shoko & Shogo were studying while he sleeps and Kushina was preparing snacks for them.

Shoko: Hey Naruto had a nice sleep?

Shogo: You should go wash your face; the little ones have drooled all over you.

He got up and washed his face. When he came back to the room he smelled cookies and cold drinks. He sat down on one side of the table, while Kyoko & Satoshi just crawled around him. They ate while studying and Kushina helping them.

After that Naruto & Kushina started to prepare for dinner together while Shoko also came to learn. Shogo was busy looking after the twins.

They ate dinner and went to sleep as they planned to send Naruto to school next morning from there and he could go Uzumaki's residence after school.

Meanwhile Minato started to get acquainted with Crox who also started to get comfortable around him this weekend.

Minato: How in the hell did he manage to make you his pet?

The next day Naruto woke up like yesterday but instead of exercising he prepared for the school. Kushina also woke up early and make Shogo & Shoko ready for school. And they left for the school together.

Naruto felt great as he never experiences this before and he was looking forward to the next weekend.

Sasuke: So how are you?

Naruto: Good. What about you?

Sasuke: Itachi might come by to have his revenge.
