Midoriya goes in to action as Hellhound is ready to go after the "Gate" while the "Gate" is about to be revealed...but an unexpected moment takes place which will affect both the savior...and the victim...along with the villain. You'll soon see what I mean as this chapter will show you what's in store for you readers...

As Mineta is walking along the sidewalk with his eyes focused on the book he just bought, he was enamored with the contents which is about magic, and he is entranced, and hoped that the books he just purchased would help raise his self-esteem as well as to learn magic since Midoriya turned him down and decided to learn magic on his own, and if successful, he would show to Midoriya that he can learn magic through steady effort.
"Yeah...that's it! If I show Midoriya-san that I'm capable of showing magic...then he would reconsider and take me in as his apprentice...huh...?"
However, his musing was interrupted when he saw people in front of him were screaming in terror, and when he noticed them staring at something, the young boy turn around and saw Hellhound incinerating an unfortunate passerby and is now eying someone which Tomoki thought that the Phantom is after someone, but then the Phantom pointed his finger at the young boy and made it clear that he is after him.
"I found you! Now you cannot escape! Despair and give birth to a Phantom!"
"WWWWAAHHH! NOT AGAIN! AND WHY ME?! AM I REALLY THE TARGET?!"
"Come here!"
"No way!"
"Give it up!"
"Stay away!"
"Despair!"
"Leave me alone!"
Mineta stared wide-eyed as he realized that he is being targeted and to make matters worst, Hellhound brought out seeds and threw them to the ground, where Ghouls appeared and are now going after the young boy, and Mineta began to ran for his life as the Ghouls impaled more passerby with their spears as they are going after the young boy.

Ch. 15: Honō no Chikara
Not far, Midoriya was running towards the source and saw terrified pedestrians running towards him and managed to speak one of them and ask what is happening, trying to deduce if it's Hellhound causing terror in the streets, and after a few moments of talking, his suspicions were confirmed and became concerned as innocent people are being killed of for simply being in the Phantoms paths.
"Hey!"
"Let me go! I don't want to be fried!"
"What's happening there?"
"A monster!"
"A "monster", you say?"
"Yes! And it spurts out fire! Most people got incinerated for being in the monster's way!"
"Blast!"
"Now let me go and run for my life!"
After letting the terrified passerby go, Midoriya rushed towards the scene of the incident, and a few seconds later Makoto came and saw him running towards the source and she then followed him and managed to get some answers from fleeing people and there she got confirmation of what she suspected is another Phantom attack.
"Excuse me!"
"Let me go! I don't want to be fried!"
"I'm Detective Tsukauchi...what's just happened out there?"
"A monster!"
"A "monster", you say?"
"Yes! And it spurts out fire! Most people got incinerated for being in the monster's way!"
"A Phantom...!"
"Now let me go and run for my life!"
She then went towards the scene of the incident and hoped that Midoriya would be there to stop any Phantom attacks and hoped to meet him there and let him know that he is not alone in his fight against a Phantom, as well as to apologize for the treatment she showed to him in their last meeting and to thank him for saving her life...twice.

Moments later, the scene shifts to the town square where the scene of the carnage is still ongoing, as responding policemen arrive and tries to restore order by shooting their guns at Hellhound, but to their shock, their bullets simply melted away as the Phantom threw fireballs at the police car, which exploded and taking the lives of four policemen with it, reducing them to charred corpses while he simply went towards Mineta, who is being cornered against a lamppost and surrounding him.
Mineta staggers back as several Ghouls are walking towards the youngster, and he is trapped between them and a lamppost, and they are aiming to terrorize him so he would be terrified and fall in to despair in which he would "crack up" and "sire" a Phantom so as to complete their mission. Hellhound is pleased that his mission would be this easy and hoped that Midoriya won't be around so that he can drive Mineta in to despair so his assignment would end quickly.
Mineta, however, couldn't bring himself to run as he clutched the book he bought, and yet another respite came as another patrolling police car passed by and saw the scene, and there two more cops emerged and thinking that the Phantoms are just "hoodlums in cosplay", they told the group to surrender, but Hellhound simply scoffed and unleashed a fireball at the police car, causing it to explode and killed the two cops, and there he resumed his business with Mineta, telling the Ghouls to make the boy fall in to despair.
"Oh no..."
"Now you have nowhere to hide..."
"Blast!"
"Now then..."
"Huh?"
"Give in to despair and let a Phantom sire..."
"I don't know what you're talking about!"
"You won't know after you give birth to a Phantom...!"
As the Ghouls resume their attack, Mineta is slowly about to fall in despair, with one of them ready to impale him with the spear with the intent of hurting him so he would fall in despair through physical pain, and something made the boy do something as he pointed his finger and chanted a rather strange word.
"Ch-pui-pui!"
While clutching his book, and while pointing a finger at the approaching Ghoul, Mineta stared wide-eyed as a line of magical flame emerged from his fingertip and slowly incinerated the Ghoul and the rest backed away as they are taken aback by this sudden situation, though Hellhound doesn't appeared to be concerned and told them to go on and assault the boy, simply dismissing it as "pure luck".
"Huh? I just...chanted a spell...and...I made a fire from my finger...!"
Mineta is astounded by what he just witnessed, and he became mentally preoccupied...so preoccupied that he didn't notice that another Ghoul is about to impale him with his spear, and just as the Ghoul is about to do so, Midoriya arrived, firing the attacker with the Wi-Sword-Gun in gun mode and fired several rounds of silver bullets and this caused the Ghoul to back away and after glancing at Mineta, he finally discovered who the target is, much to his surprise.
"What a twist...so Mineta IS the Gate...!"
Putting on the Driver Ring on his right middle finger, Midoriya placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver and there he initiated his transformation into Kamen Rider Wizard.
Wizardriver: "DRIVER ON...PLEASE..."
Within seconds, Midoriya's ordinary-looking belt changes shape, revealing it to be the mystical Wizardriver belt, and the teen puts on his magic ring on his left middle finger, the Flame Ring, and then places another magic ring on his left middle finger and places it in front of the Wizardriver to activate another spell in preparation for his transformation.

"Henshin..."
Wizardriver: "FLAME…PLEASE…HII-HII…HII-HII-HII…"
A magical circle appeared on the left side of Midoriya and slowly went towards the right, enveloping the teen and now he is encased in black armor with red ruby-like ornament-like armor, which included his helmet, along and with a black robe, and there he is now in his jewel-armored form known simply as the "Wizard", and now he is ready to deal with the attackers as Hellhound is more than ready to deal with his interloper while Wizard braces himself.
"Get him!"
Wizard fires away using the Wi-Sword-Gun and keeps the Ghouls away while Hellhound decided to enter the fray, and engages him in combat summoning his flame sword, and with the two engaging, one of the Ghouls got past and is ready to impale a still mentally-preoccupied Mineta, until Makoto came and grabbed the young boy and managed to save him before the Ghoul could impale him. Wizard then channeled his magic on the Wi-Sword-Gun, now in sword mode, and slashes the Ghouls in a swift move, causing them to explode and leaving Hellhound all by himself.
Mineta finally regained his composure and ran off while Wizard and Makoto exchanged words, in a quite pleasant tone.
"Hello, Midoriya !"
"Detective Tsukauchi...fancy meeting you here..."
"Listen...I..."
"No need to apologize...and no need to thank me..."
"I see...but look here..."
"Huh?"
"I decided to join your fight against those Phantoms..with or without magic...and will defend the people...just like you do."
"Really...good to hear that..."
Seeing that Makoto is in the same "book", Wizard now feels that he is not alone in his fight against the Phantoms, but their pleasantries was interrupted as Hellhound stabbed a motorist to death and stole a motorcycle before cruising off, and Wizard then replaces the Driver Ring and puts on the Connect Ring on his right middle finger before placing it in front of the Wizardriver and executed another magical spell.
Wizardriver: "CONNECT...PLEASE..."
A large magical circle appeared and Wizard grabbed something inside it, and there he pulls out his motorcycle and hopped aboard, and cruises away to give chase, going after Hellhound as he is determined not to let the Phantom get away, and within minutes a chase took place amid the surprised reactions from other motorists, thinking that they are cosplayers, while some think that they're "punks", and others wondered if they stumbled in a movie shooting.
"Wow..."
"Look at that!"
"Cosplayers on wheels?"
"Must be a movie shooting..."
"Wow...it'd be cool if my face is shown on the movies..."
"Wait...where are the cameramen?"
"Hey! Watch it! This isn't a race track!"
"Call the police!"
Wanting to lose his pursuer, and kill him, Hellhound waved his hand and fires several fireballs, in which Wizard managed to evade them but with a cost, as the fireballs struck the unfortunate motorists in their vehicles, causing them to explode and its passengers died senselessly, which triggered a multiple collisions as cars stopped, causing other cars behind them to bang against each other, and Wizard realized that he has to do something or more deaths would increase.
"This is bad...if this goes on...many casualties would pile up...better put a brake on his driving spree...!"
Removing the Connect Ring from his right middle finger, Wizard then replaces it with the Strike Ring, and there he toggles the Wi-Sword-Gun and assumes gun mode, in which a huge hand symbol is shown at the side of the gun, and he opens it, where the gun's voice spoke to initiate a command.
Wi-Sword-Gun: "COME ON AND SHOOT! SHAKE HANDS!"
Placing his left hand at the hand symbol, another magic command is about to be initiated as the ring on his left hand glowed, as well as the Wi-Sword-Gun in "gun mode".
Wi-Sword-Gun: "SHOOTING STRIKE FIRE! HII...HII...HII...HII...HII...HII...HII..."
By then, Wizard opened fire and the charged blast struck Hellhound's motorcycle and he went towards an abandoned garage where an explosion occurred, and when Wizard went there to inspect it, all he can see is the wrecked and charred motorcycle, and is relieved to see that the Phantom is apparently destroyed, thus Mineta is now safe. He then reverted back to normal and heads back to the town square to see if Mineta is still there and find out if there are other Phantoms coming after him.

Hope you like this chapter, which is now action-packed and some magic-based scenes. Midoriya and Makoto are now in the same "page", as he now gained an ally in his fight against the Phantoms, and with Hellhound apparently taken out, Mineta is safe...for now.
Speaking of Mineta, the youngster now possess magic, and what would Midoriya's reaction be if he sees this? Will he be forced to accept him as an apprentice? What would Medusa and Phoenix's reaction be about the possibility of another "wizard"?
