Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the a new story arc commences, where a new victim is about to be targeted, and of course, Izuku will be there to "save the day", as he always does. two chapters ago showed that Mineta has become a new addition to Izuku's allies alongside Makoto Tsukauchi, and the Omokagedo Antique Shop becomes "lively", while last chapter INTRODUCED Eri.
Moreover, this arc will FOCUS on Eri herself as you get to see something about her that you wouldn't expect, and how this would affect Izuku in battle, in and and then, read on and enjoy!
Musutafu Music Studio. A place known for being the frequent hangout of musicians and band members who flock here just to practice their music numbers as well as using it to rehearse their act before their actual gig commences, and right now a group arrived which consists of four girls who came all the way from Tokyo in order to commence practice as this group was chosen to represent their school after being selected, in which at stake was a ticket that would enable them to participate in an international competition for music bands.
The group consists of five girls, four of them second year high school, while the fifth one is a first year high school, and the girls appeared to be in high spirits as they are about to get the chance to compete and win a ticket that would enable them to participate in the international competition for music bands, which four of the girls are looking forward to winning this obstacle.
"Oh wow...we're going to fight it out...a chance to enter the competition..."
"An international version of the Bukodan...!"
"And we're going to practice all day if we are to win the ticket..."
"And the chance to perform with you senpais..."
"Yeah!"
"Yeah!"

"Lets do it!"
The four girls in question are on bass, piano and guitars, but the fifth one appeared to be on drums yet she appeared to be in low spirits as she appeared to be apprehensive and wishing that the competition would be postponed. Nevertheless the five girls proceeded to enter the music studio, unaware that one of them is about to encounter a life-and-death situation that's about to come in her way.

Ch. 21: Hisshi no Doramā
At an abandoned car garage, you can see a lot of abandoned cars being parked, most of them junked and unusable, yet no one even bothered to look and see why there are several broken cars being piled there, but this appeared to be a good area to hide, if not use it as a means to live there, as shown when the scene shifts further inside where a man, who appeared to be in his mid-20's lying over the roof of an abandoned car. He appeared to be a foreigner as he is of an African-American descent based on his skin color, and he seemed to be taking a nice nap, until...
"Catsith...come forth..."
"Hmmnn..."
"Catsith!"
"Later..."
"What?"
"Come back later...I'm still asleep..."
"Just wake up and come down here, you idiot!"
"WHOA!"
The Phantoms Medusa and Phoenix, in their human guises, came and called for the drifter, addressing him as "Catsith", implying that he is also a Phantom, telling him that he has a mission to undertake, but the foreign drifter rebutted that he is not ready and wants to sleep even more, but this pisses off Phoenix and he kicked the car with pure force, causing the drifter to fall down on the ground flat.
Getting up, Catsith asked why he is being called upon and Medusa informs him of the mission yet he rebutted and his comments seemed to have sync with Phoenix due to their similar laid-back attitudes.
"Geez...what do I have to do it?"
"Huh?"
"Making a "Gate" go to despair is hard work! It'd be easier if you just kill them...end of problem, no?"
"That's what I have in mind! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!"
"I know, right?"
"You really are easy to get along with!"
"Of course!"
"Ha-ha-ha-ha!"
As the two laughed together, Medusa only glared which Phoenix sweat-dropped before he backed away and there she uses her eyes to emit beams which caused a nearby car to explode, and this terrified Catsith and submitted, and is willing to do any assignment just as long as she doesn't harm him, which she smirked as she can now commence on doing the bidding of Wiseman and began to give him instructions on who Catsith would go after, showing that she has found a "Gate".
"Here is your target...now go seek out the target and cause despair to the target!"
Medusa showed to Catsith the picture of his intended target, which revealed to be one of the five girls who went to the Musutafu Music Studio earlier, and she is identified as Ritsu Tainaka, and there Medusa instructed Catsith to find her and drive her to despair so that the "Gate" would fall in to despair and sire a Phantom, which he nodded as he leaves at once, and she is pleased that she has gotten someone to do the job though Phoenix wondered if he could pull it off after showing his laid-back attitude.
"That went well."
"You think he can pull it off?"
"He better."
"With an attitude like that?"
"Coming from someone like you…"
"Uh…"
"Lets go, Phoenix."
"…"

At the Omokagedo Antique Shop, detective Makoto Tsukauchi arrived as she pays the gang a visit, and as she entered, she is surprised to see Eri glowing as her right hand, which has a magic ring, placed in front of Izuku's Wizardriver, and she watches as something is going on while Wajima is preparing breakfast, and after a minute Eri got up after that "session", which appears that both she and Izuku are doing fine, and there he noticed that Makoto is standing there looking baffled.
"Huh...?"
"..."
"Makoto-san…?"
"..."
"Hey!"
"Ah! Good morning!"
"Good morning too...what brings you here?"
"Well, I..."
By then Mineta arrived and greeted everyone as he gives Izuku a bag of plain sugar doughnuts which he happily accepted while Eri looked a bit irritated at seeing the two getting along with Izuku though Wajima assured to her that this is good for him as he has someone who can rely on now that he won't have to carry the burden alone in his fight against the Phantoms though Eri sees it otherwise.

At the Musutafu Music Studio, the five girls, Mio Akiyama, Yui Hirasawa, Tsumugi Kotobuki, Azusa Nakano and Ritsu are practicing their rehearsal as they are preparing themselves for tomorrow where they would be participating for the qualifying round of the competition and are hoping that they would enter it once they passed the judges' expectation and Mio is leading the practice as she began singing their song which they will be using it for tomorrow.

However, their practice abruptly stopped as Ritsu beat appeared to get out of sync and the others were forced to stop after noticing Ritsu getting uptight though they felt that she is getting the jitters and tries to calm her down, but Ritsu appeared to get unhinged as she felt that she is "losing her touch" and starts to act erratically which surprised the others, as they never seen her snapped like that over something so trivial.
"AAAAHHH!"
"Huh?"
"Ritsu?"
"Ri-chan!"
"Ritsu-senpai...?"
"What's wrong?"
"I sucked!"
"Come on...it's just a simple mistake..."
"Yui's right...no need to..."
"I'm heading off!"
However, Ritsu stormed off before the other girls could stop her, and Mio felt that maybe Ritsu got stressed and needs to cool off, assuring the others that she will come back and be ready to resume the practice though Yui and Azusa are a little worried about this, since they are in Musutafu and Ritsu might get lost on her way out and way back, but then they heard screams and the girls rush out of the studio room to find out why, and there they saw Ritsu being stalked by the phantom, Catsith, and the drummer appeared terrified at what she just saw.
"Hello..."
"GGAAAHHH! MONSTER!"
"Looks like your drumming is your hope...and if I cut off your hands...that'll make you despair..."
"Aaahhh..."
"Come here, my little pretty..."
"..."
"Boo!"
"EEEKKK!"
Ritsu began to ran for her life as the phantom went after her, and the chase leads her out to the streets and despite her running for several minutes, Catsith managed to catch her and corners her, threatening to cut her hands seeing that her drumming skills is what gave her hope in making to the competition and tries to make her terrified in to going to despair, but his action was interrupted by the arrival of Izuku, using the Wi-Sword-Gun to fire bullets that sends the Phantom staggering back, while Makoto arrived in a police car and tells Ritsu to hop on, which she did so, and this leaves Izuku and the Phantom alone, in which he prepares to take the fight on his opponent.
"Hey! That's my catch!"
"Sorry...you're better off catching mice..."
"You killjoy! I wanted to get this over with so I can go home!"
"What a coincidence...I'm feeling the same way too..."
"Who are you?"
"A magician to skin your hairball..."
"Magician...? Ah! You're that ring-bearing wizard!"
"At your service..."
Catsith then made it known that he will go after Ritsu, but Izuku wouldn't stand by and let this happen, so he braces himself to fight the Phantom as he then places his right hand in front of his belt that has a hand symbol, which the DRIVER Ring glowed and for the belt, which is the Wizardriver, spoke to confirm the magical command.
Wizardriver: "DRIVER ON…PLEASE…"
Soon the Wizardriver appeared as a magical, metallic belt and Izuku puts on a magic ring on his left middle finger then places it in front of the Wizardriver to begin his transformation.

Wizardriver: "FLAME…PLEASE…HII-HII…HII-HII-HII…"
A magical circle appeared on the left side of Izuku and slowly went towards the right, enveloping the teen and now he is encased in black armor with red ruby-like ornament-like armor, which included his helmet, along and with a black robe, and there he is now in his jewel-armored, Kamen Rider form known simply as the "Wizard", and Catsith can sense the power emanating from both Izuku's magical abilities and the inner Phantom coming from deep within the teen's body.
"Aw man...! Just let me go after the Gate and I'll leave you alone...isn't that too much to ask?"
"Sa...SHOWTIME da!"

Hope you like this chapter, as this focused much on the victim of this arc while you get to see the first glance of what just happened to Eri, but this is just the start as the battle with the ring-bearing Wizard is soon underway…
Moreover, the guest characters that appeared here are from the manga/anime K-On!, which explains why the GATE here is a drummer…
