Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the current story arc continue, where the focus at this time would be around Eri…whilst Midoriya is searching for the Phantom…

Back at the park, Ritsu and Eri were confronted by Medusa, who is currently in her human guise, glaring straight at Eri, and while Ritsu is baffled by what is going on, she panicked when Eri sensed that Medusa is a Phantom, which proved true when Medusa revealed her Phantom form, and Eri told Ritsu to run, which the latter did.
Then a passing police car passed by and saw what is happening, and thinking it was just a maniac in cosplay, the two cops got off the police car and drew their guns and aimed at Medusa, telling her to surrender and is under arrest for public scandal, though Medusa wasn't fazed as she unleashed her snake-themed tentacles and wrapped them around the two cops before lifting them.
She then proceeded to incinerate them via her tentacles and the two cops screamed as they were being burned to death.
"AAAAAAIIIIIIIEEEEE!"
"GGGGGGGYYYYAAAAHHHHH!"
"AAAAAAIIIIIIIEEEEE!"
"GGGGGGGYYYYAAAAHHHHH!"
"AAAAAAIIIIIIIEEEEE!"
"GGGGGGGYYYYAAAAHHHHH!"
"AAAAAAIIIIIIIEEEEE!"
"GGGGGGGYYYYAAAAHHHHH!"
Mineta was hiding behind a thick tree and is horrified by what he just saw, as he never thought that a CUTIE like Medusa would be this homicidal after what she just did to the two passing cops, and now Eri is in danger of being attacked by the Phantom, as Medusa began to approach the little girl, seeing her as more of a threat.
Then another pair of passing cops came and saw what Medusa did to the two victims and they drew their guns, telling Medusa to surrender, thinking that she is wearing a costume and uses Molotov to kill, unaware of her true nature, which Medusa is unfazed by the cops' threats.
"Freeze!"
"Stay where you are!"
"…"
"Don't move!"
"Hands up where I can see them!"
"…"
"Kneel down! Hands behind your head!"
"And drop your weapons!"
"…"
As Medusa confronted the two cops, the latter two opened fire, shooting the Phantom with bullets, but they saw that the bullets have no effect, and there the cop gave his partner a shotgun rifle to keep her busy as he would reach the radio and call for backup, which the other cops nodded and tells him to hurry.
"Hold her off! I'll call for reinforcement!"
"Okay, but you better hurry!"
"Right!"
"That creep might be wearing a bullet-proof costume! Or maybe that creep has a Quirk!"
"Keep her busy! I'm trying to call for help!"
"Okay, okay!"
"…"
"…"
As the cop began using the shotgun rifle, the other cop began reaching for the radio, attempting to contact the dispatcher to tell her if their current location and send reinforcement, but Medusa uses the tentacles on her HAIR and grabbed the two cops before PETRIFYING them, and when the two cops turned into stones, she smashed them to bits, killing them, and then she shifts her attention back to Eri.
"Now then…"
"…"
"Who are you…?"
"…"
"How could you know about us Phantoms?"
"…"
"Answer me."
"…"
Mineta was horrified by what he saw, and seeing that Medusa is about to attack Eri, he felt compelled to do something but then he overheard what Medusa said to Eri, which baffled the teen boy as the Phantom uses her tentacles and grabbed Eri, and there Medusa smirked as she find this task rather easy.
"Now this is rather easy…"
"…"
"And seeing that you put up no resistance…it means that you're not a mahoutsukai…"
"…"
"And I can tell that you aren't human or a Phantom…then I guess I will have to do this…"
"…"
"Goodbye. And good riddance."
"…"
Medusa began draining what appeared to be Eri's LIFE FORCE, and there the little girl slumped to the ground before Medusa took her leave, and there Mineta approached Eri, and seeing her LIFELESS, he felt guilty as he let his cowardice get the best of him and sadly had to contact Midoriya and tell her of what happened.

Ch. 25: Hisshi no kōdō
Several minutes later, the scene shifts at a park where Midoriya and Makoto arrived and there a crying Mineta told them what happened, and tearfully apologies to Midoriya for being unable to protect Eri, admitting that he got cowered by what Medusa did to the four policemen, though Midoriya assured to him that everything is okay, baffling Mineta.
"Its okay, Mineta."
"Huh?"
"Everything is okay."
"What? But Eri is…"
"Its okay. She'll be fine."
"Huh?"
"Leave it to me."
"What?"
As Makoto looks on, Midoriya went beside Eri, took her right hand and placed it in front of his waist where the Wizardriver is, and the Wizardriver spoke as the ring on Eri's hand glowed to confirm the activation of the magical command.
Wizardriver: "PLEASE…PLEASE…"
Makoto and Mineta stared wide-eyed as Eri's body glowed, and almost a minute later, Eri opened her eyes and regain consciousness, surprising the two, and there the little girl became frantic as she recalled what happened a while ago and tells Midoriya about Medusa, which he assured to her that everything will be okay, saying that he will deal with the situation.
"Its okay, Eri."
"But…"
"Everything is okay."
"Eh? But that female Phantom…she…"
"Its okay. Everything will be fine."
"Huh?"
"Leave it to me."
"Izuku…"
After that, Midoriya got up, and he staggered a bit, which made Mineta and Makoto feel concerned, and asked if he is okay, which Midoriya assured to the two that he is fine and will take care of the Catsith Phantom at once to end this situation.
As Midoriya left, Mineta, Makoto and Eri are worried as they felt that something happened and the trio followed Midoriya, hoping that nothing bad happened to him.
At a nearby park, Catsith is hiding inside the women's restroom, and wailed that this job is the worst as he now has to deal with a little girl who can tell that he is a Phantom, but Medusa, in her human guise, approached Catsith and tells him to finish the job, saying that she took out Eri, which Catsith tried to talk his way out, only to give him a warning after she assumed her Phantom form, grabbed a passerby and petrified him before smashing him to bits, terrifying the cowardly Catsith.
"Now then…"
"…"
"Any questions…?"
"…"
"Will you do as I order you to do?"
"…"
"If you understand, get going and finish the task."
"…"
Catsith was forced to do Medusa's bidding and left, just as Phoenix, in his human guise, showed up and asked what Catsith meant about a child being able to tell a Phantom, though she assured to him that she took out Eri to prevent further interference, unaware that Midoriya brought her back to life.
"Its okay. I took care of it."
"Huh? Really?"
"Yes."
"I guess…so she's not…"
"She is not."
"Really?"
"Really."
"…"

A few minutes later, Catsith was able to find Ritsu and cornered her, and she is crying in fear, which would drive her into despair, and there Catsith tried to hasten the process as he grabbed her arms and said that he is going to cut off her arms and this would make her despair, and an already-hysterical Ritsu screamed for help.
Ritsu's bandmates, Mio, Yui, Tsumugi and Azusa arrived and are horrified at what they are seeing, and attempted to intervene, but Midoriya arrived and uses the Wi-Sword Gun to shoot bullets and made Catsith scampering away, and there he told the other girls to get Ritsu to safety before resuming his chase towards the fleeing Catsith.
There the other girls approached Ritsu and comforted her, and the drummer promised not to slack off and improve her drumming skills, which the girls assured to her that they will not abandon her.
"Ritsu!"
"Ri-chan!"
"Ri-chan!"
"Ritsu-senpai!"
"Its okay now."
"You're safe."
"We're here for you."
"So relax…"

Meanwhile, Midoriya catches up to Catsith and uses the bullets slow him down, and there the Phantom is forced to fight Midoriya and begged him to leave him alone as he only wanted to finish the job so that he would GO HOME, though Midoriya refuses as he has no intention of letting the Phantom kill Ritsu and crush her dreams and hopes, hence he will finish him here and now.
Transforming into Kamen Rider Wizard, Midoriya began to fight off the Phantom and the latter is forced to fight back, using his claws and sprout some spikes which the armored wizard is forced to go on the offensive, and there he decided to hold him and try to get a close shot, and placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver to activate a command.
Wizardriver: "BIND…PLEASE…"
Magical circles appeared and flame-covered ropes emerged and binds the Phantom, which terrified him and begged for mercy, which the armored wizard refuses as he knows what would happen if Catsith gets away, which might result in Ritsu getting killed, and there he is decided to go ALL-OUT.
However, Wizard saw the ropes, FLUCTUATING, and realized that he is running out of mana, to his worry, the ropes disappeared, and Catsith got free and decided to go for the kill lest he gets killed by Medusa for failing and as he jumps towards Wizard, the latter sensed that his armored form is about to disappear, and in a desperate moment, he times the distance and as Catsith descends, Wizard stabbed the Phantom on his head, penetrating his brain, and Catsith exploded, resulting in the Phantom's death.
As Eri, Mineta and Makoto approached Wizard, his armor disappeared he reverted back to normal, and he smiled as he said that Catsith has been taken cared off, but then he slumped on the ground and went unconscious, which caused the three to panic seeing that something bad happened to Midoriya.
"Midoriya!"
"Midoriya!"
"Izuku!"
"Hey! Are you okay!"
"Don't die!"
"Izuku!"
"He's okay! Just knocked out."
"Thank goodness!"
"We should take him home!"
Not far, Medusa stared in dismay and disbelief, seeing that Midoriya narrowly defeated Catsith, but at the same time saw Eri alive and kicking, as she is sure that she absorbed all of her life force, and wondered how she got replenished, unaware that it is because of Midoriya.
Seeing that Midoriya is unconscious, she decided to use this chance to kill him and Eri, and tells Phoenix to get ready, saying that just this once he can go all-out, much to his pleasant surprise.
"Really?"
"Yes."
"For real?"
"Want me to change my mind?"
"No way!"
"Go and kill the wizard. Kill his friends as well. Make sure no one survives."
"Oh yeah!"
"Do it now."
Suddenly, the White Wizard showed up and tells the two Phantoms that they are not going to do anything, which the latter two are surprised to see that there is another wizard besides Midoriya. Phoenix didn't appeared to feel threatened and felt that this might be a good exercise before getting his hands on Midoriya, but is taken aback as the White Wizard called the two Phantoms mere SMALL FRIES, and ordered them to leave immediately.
"What you called us small fries?"
"You sure have the nerve…"
"You will not lay a finger on them…"
"You sure picked the wrong target…"
"Mahoutsukai or not…I'm going to mash you!"
"You two are mere stepping stones. But at the same time a pair of fools."
"What?"
"Are you looking down on us?"
"Now…begone."
As Eri, Mineta and Makoto have carried the unconscious Midoriya away, Medusa and Phoenix are ready to fight, but the White Wizard placed his right hand in front of his Wizardriver to invoke a magical command to commence his first move.
Wizardriver: "EXPLOSION…NOW…"
A powerful explosive blast struck the two Phantoms, and as they got up, the White Wizard repeated the gesture, which then invoked another magical command, which caught Medusa and Phoenix by surprise.
Wizardriver: "TELEPORT…NOW…"
A magical circle appeared beneath the two Phantoms and are teleported to an unknown destination, and there the White Wizard took his leave, as the present threat has been neutralized for now, and peace somewhat resumed as Midoriya was brought back to the Antique Shop Omokagedo.
