Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here an aftermath from the previous story arc takes place…where someone unexpected appeared…

A few days later, the scene shifts at a park where Midoriya is sitting on a bench, as he just finished patrolling, seeing that there are no Phantom activities at the moment and he is taking a break, and right now he is pondering what Wajima talked to him a few days prior, about looking for a high school to attend, and yet Midoriya is hesitant due to the Phantom threats all over Musutafu.
He then he saw some children playing and this made Midoriya recall what happened to his childhood which he tragically lost his mother whilst forced to live by himself as he had no other relatives before he eventually got abducted and forced into a ritual that led him to gain MAGICAL ABILITIES via an INNER PHANTOM inside his body.
Then a food truck passed by before making a stop, where the EFFEMINATE GAY MANAGER came out, recognizing Midoriya and affectionately greeted him before offering him his latest doughnut flavors.
"…"
"Izu-kun…!"
"Oh, it's you…"
"This is good timing! I have a lot of new varieties!"
"Really…?"
"Yes! You may choose one…"
"Plain sugar."
"Gyyyyaaaahhhh~h…!"
The effeminate gay manager fell to the ground (anime-style) when Midoriya chose plain sugar doughnuts, and there the effeminate gay manager reluctantly took the order, which Midoriya patiently waited, not noticing that a disguised All Might (wearing a hat and trench coat) is sitting nearby, having putting Midoriya on surveillance as the current number one hero wanted to see for himself if Midoriya is really a threat or not.
"Midoriya-shounen…are you really what I was told about…?"

Ch. 27: Yoki senu kōgeki
A minute or two later, Midoriya is eating the doughnut he ordered and looked around to see if there is anything suspicious going on, and there All Might decided to make his move and approached Midoriya, where he took off his hat, and Midoriya was surprised to see All Might standing in front of him, not expecting that he would see the number one hero all of the sudden.
He wondered what brought All Might here, yet he had a feeling that something is about to happen, especially after recalling how the number one hero told him that he can't become a hero because he was born Quirkless, and there Midoriya wondered if All Might happened to catch a glimpse of him battling Phantoms in the past few days, causing the younger boy to brace himself.
There All Might appeared hesitant before getting himself to move and went straight to the point and asked him if he did something ILLEGAL by illegally obtaining an artificial Quirk, telling Midoriya that he was born Quirkless, hence All Might finds it alarming that Midoriya suddenly gain a Quirk.
Midoriya was silent as he couldn't believe that the man he previously admired would suspect him of something like this yet he understood why and solemnly told All Might that he is still Quirkless up to this day, which the number one hero said he doesn't believe it as he showed him the pictures of Midoriya in action, especially when he assumed the form and Identity of Kamen Rider Wizard.
"You say that you're Quirkless yet you did something like what this picture says…?"
"…"
"Be honest with me…"
"Did you ILLEGALLY acquired a Quirk?"
"No…"
"Then how do you explain this…?"
"…"
"Are you doing this out of envy?"
A still-suspicious All Might reluctantly asked Midoriya again if he did something ILLEGAL, and a distressed Midoriya reiterated that he is still Quirkless but said that he GAINED a MYSTERIOUS MAGIC through unexplained means which he said that he got after surviving a FORCED ritual, which made All Might baffled, as he never heard something like this, but noticed that Midoriya is staring at the ground while looking upset.
At this point, Makoto Tsukauchi came and spoke to All Might, telling him that Midoriya did nothing illegal, and there she motions Midoriya to go, which he reluctantly did as told and left, and there Makoto told All Might what Midoriya told her before, as well as about the Phantoms and how she lost her Quirk, which surprised All Might upon hearing this.
"What…? You lost your Quirk…?"
"Yes."
"How…?"
"I'll tell you what I know."
"…"
"And why that boy is carrying such a heavy burden…"
"Eh…?"
"Here is how it started…"

At the Omokagedo Antique Store the scene shows where Eri was staring at the crystal ball and Mineta took a glance, where he freaked out upon seeing the image of Midoriya, All Might and Makoto, which attracted Wajima's attention and asked what is going on, which Eri said that there is a possibility that All Might may have found out about Midoriya being a wizard, and Wajima finds it worrisome.
"Oh boy…this would be a problem…"
"Izuku…"
"Hmm…Detective Tsukauchi is talking to All Might…maybe she can cover for Midoriya…"
"Perhaps…"
"Still…Izuku is…"
"Relax, you two…if Tsukauchi can convince All Might…then Midoriya's going to be okay!"
"Really?"
"You sure…?"
"Of course!"
Suddenly the crystal ball flashed before revealing the image of Lady Nagant, who is hiding at a rooftop and is aiming a weapon towards the unsuspecting Midoriya, which Eri said that Midoriya is in danger, and tells Mineta to contact Midoriya and warn him of the danger, causing Mineta to frantically get his cellphone out of his pocket.
"Mineta!"
"Huh?"
"Call Izuku!"
"Eh?"
"We got to warn him!"
"Uh…okay…"
"Hurry!"
"I'm on it!"

Back at the scene, Midoriya decided to brought out some of his familiars to help him patrol and see if there are any Phantom sightings, the familiars are ready to go on patrol, but one of them sensed an incoming danger and moved, where it intercepted a bullet which turned out that it was meant for Midoriya, but instead struck the familiar, and this surprised the younger boy, just as his smartphone rang and he answered it, which the caller turns out to be Mineta.
There Mineta told Midoriya where the location of the attacker is, and this prompted Midoriya to seek cover, hiding behind a parked car and brought out a binocular and searched where the attacker is, and upon finding out, he placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver to activate a magic spell, which spoke to confirm the activation.
Wizardriver: "CONNECT…PLEASE…"
The scene shifts at a rooftop where the attacker, Lady Nagant, is waiting for Midoriya to expose himself, as she is intent in taking him out, where a flashback scene is revealed that a few days ago, Rokuweru said that he would clear Lady Nagant's name if she takes out Midoriya, claiming that the younger boy is a criminal who ILLEGALLY obtained a Quirk and is ASSASSINATING innocent people, and wanting to get out of Tartarus, willingly accepted.
As Lady Nagant is considering in blowing up the car just to get Midoriya to come out, she is startled when a magic circle appeared and Midoriya's hand came out and pulled her, and moments later she was brought out to the park where Midoriya stood there, and he solemnly asked why is she attacking her, as he wondered if she is a Phantom.
There Lady Nagant revealed the reason why, and Midoriya realized that Lady Nagant has been deceived and he revealed to her that he is Quirkless and only RECEIVED magic and has only been battling Phantoms up to this point, which Lady Nagant finds it baffling as she doesn't know anything about Phantoms and Gates.
"What? You're Quirkless?"
"…"
"And all you have is magic…?"
"…yes…"
"Are you trying to psyche me out…?"
"…"
"Better be honest with me, kid…?"
"…"
Lady Nagant then noticed that Midoriya isn't making a move and she wondered if he is telling the truth until two of Midoriya's familiars are shown attacking someone, who turn out to be Rokuweru, and seeing this, Midoriya realized what this means and brought out the Wi-Sword Gun in gun mode and opened fire, hitting Rokuweru, and to Lady Nagant's shock, it shows that after Rokuweru was shot, he revealed himself as a Phantom, who turn out to be the Leprechaun Phantom.
Lady Nagant was in a state of disbelief as Midoriya told her that she has been deceived, and there she angrily uses her Quirk to attack the Leprechaun Phantom, but to her surprise, he is able to dodge it and said that Lady Nagant is easy to fool yet dismayed that she is useless when it comes to assassinating Midoriya, hence he will finish the job himself.
"You really disappointed me, Lady Nagant…"
"What…you…what the heck are you…?"
"I was hoping that you get to kill that brat for me…make my job easier…"
"Then…you deceived me…!"
"Oh well…I have no more use for you…"
"…"
"You are totally useless…"
"Damn you!"
Angered, Lady Nagant uses her Quirk and attacked Leprechaun Phantom, but to her surprise her attacks didn't faze him, and this prompted Midoriya to transform into Kamen Rider Wizard, and uses an array of spells to attack and weaken the Phantom, whilst Lady Nagant was surprised to see Midoriya in that form as he proceeded to defeat the Leprechaun Phantom.
After that, Midoriya undo his transformation and asked why she attacked him a while ago, where she reluctantly revealed that Rokuweru worked at the Hero Public Safety Commission and arranged for her to be released in exchange for a certain mission, which also includes getting her name cleared so that she can be reintegrated into society after several years of being imprisoned.
There she reluctantly told her what happened to her that led to her being imprisoned, and a sympathetic Midoriya is wondering how to help her in getting the truth out and help her restore her faith in society, and he decided to offer to help her in exposing what happened here, though she appeared to be hopeless as she said that no one would believe that a high-ranking member of the Hero Public Safety Commission is a Phantom.
She then asked Midoriya how and why he has such a Quirk, and he told her the truth, surprising her upon learning his backstory and how he survived the ritual and is tasked in hunting down and defeating Phantoms wherever he goes, as this also means that he would forego three years of high school.
"What…?"
"…"
"You were born Quirkless but recently got magic after surviving a ritual…?"
"Yes."
"How…?"
"…"
"Just what are you, shounen…?"
"…"
Suddenly, several SUVs arrived and several SWAT members came out, all armed with high-powered weapons, and they aimed them at Lady Nagant, telling her to surrender or be taken down, as it is revealed that Rokuweru, aka the Leprechaun Phantom, faked Lady Nagant's release, where he made it appear that she killed several guards in order to escape so as to give authorities an excuse to kill her off without realizing that they were being manipulated.
Lady Nagant was starting to lose faith as she is getting more and more disillusioned, but Midoriya stood in front of her and told the SWAT members that she was tricked into coming here, but the SWAT members fired a warning shot and told him to stand down, as it turns out that the Leprechaun Phantom, under Rokuweru's disguise, made it appear that Midoriya is Lady Nagant's accomplice, hence giving a deceived reason for the SWAT members to shoot the boy down without knowing that they were tricked by the Phantom.
"Surrender!"
"Surrender!"
"Surrender!"

Lady Nagant is starting to get agitated and is ready to fight it out, but Midoriya persuaded her to calm down, saying that all is not lost as he will offer to explain to them what really happened, yet she warned that if the authorities were to find out about his ACQUIRED ABILITIES they would do INHUMANE methods to acquire it and even make Midoriya their SECRET ASSASSIN, and urged him to leave, yet Midoriya refuses to leave her alone at a time like this.
"I'm not leaving you!"
"But…"
"I'll see what I can do."
"Listen, kid…that Rokuweru tricked everyone, so no one would believe you…"
"There is still hope!"
"How so?"
"Believe in me!"
"…"
While some SWAT members noticed that Midoriya is trying to calm Lady Nagant down, they began to wonder if Midoriya is really a threat as the younger boy appeared to be unarmed and not doing something that endangered the public, but some of the other SWAT members began to open fire, almost hitting the two, which prompted the other SWAT members to ask why are they shooting the two as they are not trying to escape.
The SWAT members who tried to shoot down Midoriya and Lady Nagant reiterated that they have their orders, which are to shoot down. Midoriya and Lady Nagant on sight, and that order must be complied no matter what, causing a division between the SWAT members.
"We have our orders!"
"We are to shoot those two on sight!"
"They are deemed armed and dangerous!"
"And we are permitted to take them down!"
"Look at them!"
"That boy is trying to calm Lady Nagant down!"
"And they are not trying to escape!"
"Lets give them a chance to surrender!"

Hope you liked this chapter, and while there's no action involved, it served as a prelude to what's coming…as All Might attempted to get some answers from Midoriya, only for Makoto to offer him to answer his questions…
Then there's Lady Nagant, only to find out that Rokuweru is a Phantom and tricked the SWAT members into killing Midoriya…
