Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here things are escalating following what happened from the previous chapter…where the battle against the Catoblepas Phantom is reaching a climax…or so we believe…

Meanwhile, the scene shifts at the Omokagedo Antique Store, where you can see that Eri, Mineta and Wajima are staring at the crystal ball where it shows that Midoriya is being overwhelmed by the Catoblepas Phantom and feared that Midoriya might get seriously hurt, with Mineta panicking and urged that they go out there and do something.
However, Wajima told Mineta that they can't do anything at this point since the scene of the battle is quite far and that they are powerless to assist Midoriya even they head towards the scene of the battle.
"…and that's how it is, Mineta…"
"But…but…"
"We'll just have to have faith in Midoriya..."
"But he's being overwhelmed…"
"We know…but…"
"There's got to be a way to help him…!"
"But we can't just sit and…huh?"
"Eh…?"
Suddenly a bright light lit which surprised the trio, and as the light dissipated it revealed that three magic stones are at the table near the dining table, each with some corresponding colors, which are BLUE, GREEN and YELLOW, and Wajima wonder who sent them here, while Mineta was baffled at what good would these stones do, which Wajima guessed that someone sent the stones here so that he would carve it and turn them into magic rings which Midoriya can use.
"Eh? You can carve those stones and make them into magic rings?"
"Whoa…not too loud…but yes…I can…"
"Quick! Make some rings at once!"
"Calm down, Mineta…"
"Midoriya needs them and…"
"It takes time…with those three magic stones…it would take me at least four days to make a lot…"
"Eh?"
"…"
Eri then called on for Mineta and Wajima, telling them that something is taking place, and the two joined Eri as they watched the events play via the crystal ball, which surprised the trio as they saw Haimawari entering the fray and is now assisting Midoriya.
"Huh? Isn't that…?"
"The one who helped Izuku…"
"Hmm…it's him…the one called the ancient wizard…"
"Of course! Now he can help Midoriya beat that Phantom!"
"Hopefully…"
"Mineta…Eri…let's calm down and see where this lead to…"
"Okay!"
"Okay."
"…"

At the scene of the battle, the Catoblepas Phantom is pumped up as he is raring to see how good Kamen Rider Beast is, and now he is getting ready to charge, and there Beast surveys his opponent, and recognize that he would need to match the opponent with BRUTE FORCE, he puts on a red-colored ring on his right middle finger before entering it onto the Beast-Driver's right-side slot and turned it in a key ignition-like twist, and the Beast-Driver's voice spoke to confirm the magic spell's activation.
Beast-Driver: "BUFFA! GO…BU-BU-BU-BUFFA!"
A red-colored pentagram-shaped magical circle appeared and enveloped Beast, and though his armored appearance doesn't change, he did gain some additional design, where instead, he uses single shoulder mantle armaments called Mantles, where he sports a rather huge armored shoulder pad with an arm-sided cape.
Since the magic ring he uses is the Buffa Ring, the right armored shoulder pad resembles the head of a buffalo which has buffalo horns while the cape itself is colored red, and there Beast charged forward as the two combatants began to try pushing one another back, and the Catoblepas Phantom is surprised to see that Beast's Buffalo Mantle roughly has the same strength as his.
"Hah!"
"Uuuhhhnnfffhhh!"
"Not bad! So you're physically strong like me!"
"Ooof…I could say the same about you…!"
"Looks like I'm going to enjoy killing you!"
"Ow! Don't push your luck!"
"Too bad…because once I pin you down, I can kill you so easily!"
"Uuuunnnnffff…we'll see…about…that…!"
As the two are trying to push each other back, Wizard wobbly got up as he looks around and see if there are other Phantoms lurking close by, and as he decided to join in on the battle, Makoto shouted at Wizard to watch out, and as he turned around, he was struck from behind which sent him careening towards Beast, and the two Kamen Riders were seen careening towards a parked car, where the two saw that two more Phantoms joined the fray and stood alongside the Catoblepas Phantom.
Beside him were two more Phantoms, a male and a female, wherein the male resembled a humanoid-looking, monstrous serpentine, and the female resembled a half beautiful maiden and half fearsome snake, but nevertheless both were malevolent in nature and they appeared to serve the Wiseman.
They are identified as the Typhon and Echidna Phantoms respectively and there they told the two Kamen Riders that they are here to get rid of them so that more Phantoms would be spawned uninterruptedly and for the sake of Wiseman's rule.
"Heh…looks like we just arrived…and a party has started…"
"And you magical fools are about to meet your demise…"
"Once we get rid of you…Wiseman can commence the Sabbath…"
"And we Phantoms can rule…"
"So do us a favor and die."
"That's right…you are merely sacrifices…"
"Now get ready to be killed…"
"And stay dead forever…"

Ch. 31: Mahō ishi to atarashī yubiwa part 2
As Wizard gets up, the Catoblepas Phantom charges through and gored Wizard, and the impact aggravated Midoriya's ribs, which sent him careening against the parked car, and there Typhon and Echidna began to take turns in fighting off Beast and there Haimawari realized that they are outnumbered and needed to think of a way to shift the tide of the battle as he noticed that Wizard is slowly getting overwhelmed by the Catoblepas Phantom's brute strength.
There Typhon and Echidna commented that being told about how dangerous this ANCIENT WIZARD is turns out to be exaggerated and felt that this would be an easy battle and if they manage to kill the two wizards, then Wiseman would praise them even more, and that Medusa and Phoenix would even praise them as well, and decided to give their all in killing the two targets as fast as possible.
"Heh…look at this…"
"So this is the ANCIENT WIZARD…?"
"And I thought he'd be a challenge after we were told how dangerous he is…"
"It appears…that the rumors are exaggerated and false…"
"Then there's nothing for us to get worried about…"
"I say we kill him outright."
"Good idea. How should we kill him?"
"Anything goes."
As Beast decided to try a risky gambit and drew out the Dice Saber, which he is about to execute a Saber Strike, a powerful wave of fiery attack struck the two Phantoms, and to the two Phantoms' surprise, the sea of flames were very intense and they are forced to back away, and saw who assaulted them, where it turns out to be the number two pro hero: Endeavor!
Endeavor was slightly taken aback at seeing the two Phantoms, and mistakenly believe them to be a pair of Nomu, and there he decided to take them down before they cause more damage to nearby establishment, and decided to go all-out to take out the Phantoms.
"Whoever or whatever you are…you caused a ruckus that threaten public safety. For that I will not allow you to get away with this."
"Damn."
"A pro hero…"
"Either you surrender or suffer the consequences."
"Not a chance!"
"We'll kill you!"
"Your funeral."
"Get him!"
"Lets kill him!"
Seeing what Endeavor just did, and believing that the pro hero is just for show, Catoblepas Phantom decided to try goring him and charges, which Endeavor scoffed before unleashing Hellflame which somewhat halted Catoblepas Phantom's charging, and there Endeavor uses FlashFire Fist, punching the Phantom with enough force to seriously injured the Phantom which sent him colliding against the Typhon and Echidna Phantoms, and there the trio realized that they are outmatched and decided to retreat for the time being.
"Damn! Damn it!"
"He's too strong!"
"I can't believe that he managed to hurt us! And he's not even a wizard!"
"That guy's too much! I'm out of here!"
"Should we…?"
"Yes…for now."
"Out of my way!"
"Lets get out of here."
"Right."
As the three Phantoms fled, Beast helps Wizard up, who is clutching his ribcage as he appeared to be seriously bruised, and there he told the armored Midoriya to stay still as he would use the Dolphi Mantle to heal him even though Wizard tried to decline yet Beast insisted that it is okay.
"No…I'm fine…"
"You're not fine."
"I…"
"Just stay still. I'll use the Dolphi Mantle and patch up your ribs."
"But…"
"Its okay. Just leave it to me."
"…"
"Good…"
However, Endeavor confronted the two as he believe that the two teen wizards are rival villains and began to use Hellflame at the two, which Wizard uses the Defend Ring to conjure a protective barrier, which surprised the pro hero, and there he uses FlashFire Fist to punch the barrier repeatedly before managing to shatter the barrier, and there he proceeded to punch Wizard back, and the impact sent him careening against another parked car.
Beast was taken aback by this and tried to calm the pro hero down but was forced to back away as Endeavor attempted to punch him back using FlashFire Fist, and there Beast demanded to know why Endeavor is acting recklessly though the pro hero rebuked him for pretending to be an innocent when his actions speak for itself.
"No use tricking me, villain!"
"Huh?"
"You can't use mind games on me."
"Look here! I'm trying to explain to you that…"
"Have at you, you villainous scoundrel!"
"Whoa!"
"You can't escape me!"
"Will you calm down for a moment?"
However, a MAGICAL CIRCLE appeared below the weakened Wizard before it glowed as it teleported him away which Beast was taken aback, and as Endeavor is about to take advantage of the distraction, Makoto stood in between and Endeavor was forced to halt his assault, unwilling to risk striking an innocent person, though he braces himself as he assume that Beast would take advantage.
Instead, Makoto told Beast to go and find the Phantoms while she will explain to Endeavor what happened here, which Beast asked if she is sure about this, which the Quirkless detective nodded in acknowledgement.
"Go…find the Phantoms!"
"Are you sure? What about that guy…"
"I'll explain everything to him…I witnessed what I saw…so don't worry about me!"
"But…"
"Its fine! Finding the Phantoms are more important!"
"…fine…"
"Good. Please go!"
"Okay…"
After that, Beast left, and there Endeavor demanded an explanation which she nodded and told Endeavor that this would be a long story and assured to him that the two Kamen Riders are not villains or threats to society as they are on the side of good.
"Are you sure about what you're saying?"
"Yes."
"That those two in strange armors are not Nomu or villains?"
"They are what you call magic users…and they are not villains."
"So they're vigilantes?"
"Something like that."
"Your explanation better have substance…if they turn out to be…"
"Believe me…I witnessed everything since several weeks ago…and you'll soon learn what I found out about the Phantoms…"

At the Omokagedo Antique Store, Wajima, Eri and Mineta were surprised to see that Midoriya teleported right in front of them, and became concerned as they saw him clutching his rib cage, where Wajima told Mineta to get the first aid kit and bring it here, which Mineta frantically nodded in acknowledgement, worried to see Midoriya in that kind of state.
"Mineta…get me the first aid kit!"
"Eep! Midoriya! What happened?"
"Mineta…just go get the first aid kit!"
"O-okay…!"
"Don't worry. I'll patch up Midoriya immediately. He'll be okay."
"R-right…!"
"Now stay calm and don't panic!"
"O-okay…"
Eri then approached Midoriya and asked him if he is okay, which he smiled weakly though he assured to her that he is okay, though Eri was still worried, but then Wajima asked why would he flee like what he did just now, yet Midoriya said that he doesn't have a teleportation magic and that he felt that someone else use magic on him, which made Wajima baffled.
There Eri realized that the White Wizard did this, which Wajima asked what and why would the White Wizard do something like that, and Eri believe that he did this to covertly help Midoriya given his injuries and that to avoid further conflict with Endeavor, though Wajima felt that the White Wizard didn't have to do that given that Makoto was there and she could simply explain everything.
"Geez…what the White Wizard did…he'll only make Midoriya look like a suspect…"
"I don't think so. I'm sure that he would not put Izuku in a tough spot."
"Really?"
"Yes. Makoto is there so she'll explain everything to Endeavor."
"I see."
"Then Izuku needs to rest right now."
"Okay."
"…"
Then Midoriya noticed the three magic stones and there Wajima explained the circumstances and said that he believe that the White Wizard must have sent the stones so that Wajima himself could carve and make magic rings given that the three Phantoms earlier are too strong for Midoriya to handle alone.
"Eh? You could make magic rings from the three stones?"
"I think so."
"Really?"
"Just give me at least four days to complete them…"
"I…see…"
"For now you need to rest. Your ribcage is pretty busted…as for the escaped Phantoms…I'm sure that other wizard would keep them preoccupied till the magic rings are ready."
"…okay…"
"Good…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as things got complicated as two more Phantoms came out and almost beat Midoriya until Haimawari pops out and gave assistance…only for Endeavor to show up and recklessly attack both sides, which Midoriya was mysteriously sent back to the Omokagedo Antique Store where Midoriya saw the three magic stones where Wajima said that he'll have several magic rings ready in four days.
Would that be enough to give Midoriya
