I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, the current story arc is underway, as the quarterfinals of the tournament has ended and now we are moments away from the semifinals…where the buildup is working on…

Ch. 40: Budō tōnamento part 12
Back at the stadium, the audience were gearing up in excitement as the match ended with Uraraka winning, thus the quarterfinals ended and the announcer announced that a short intermission will take place before the semifinal matches would begin, which made the audience excited as they are looking forward to another exciting match.
"Whoa…she won…"
"As well as that Bakugo kid…"
"Yeah…now we got four participants left…"
"That means…"
"The next match is the semifinals…"
"The semifinals!"
"This is exciting!"
"Yeah!"
As Uraraka got off the arena, Kirishima, Ojiro and Kendo congratulated her for making it to the semifinals, which she smiled, but they told her to be ready as this is where things take a turn as they have no idea who she would face against but made it clear that Suiryu is a dangerous opponent and reminded her not to give in to his flirtatious provocation which he might use it to his advantage.
Uraraka nodded as she said that she will ignore whatever Suiryu says as she will focus on winning the match and reach the finals, which her fellow UA Academy students nodded and tells her to do her best, as Kendo and Bakugo are also in the semifinals as well, and the semifinals would determine who she would face against.
"Okay, Uraraka...do your best."
"I will."
"Me too."
"Be on your guard. Kendo and Bakugo are also in the semifinals."
"Yeah."
"So you, Kendo and Bakugo better give your all."
"Yeah."
"Right."
Not far, another group of pro heroes are watching, and they seemed show interest in Uraraka, seeing how she fought her way to making it to the semifinal round as well as getting information on her Quirk, deeming Uraraka a potential asset to the group, as the group turns out to be The Blizzard Group, a B-Class hero faction under the leadership of Fubuki.
The Blizzard Group boasts one of the largest numbers of faction members in the Hero Association (at least 35 members) and holds significant influence over the B-Class. There the Blizzard Group members continue to observe Uraraka, and the Blizzard Group members watching are shown to be Fubuki, Eyelashes and Mountain Ape respectively.
Having overheard the conversation and learning of her reasons of why she entered this tournament, Fubuki thought of offering her a way to earn money, in which she would invite her to try out joining the Heroes Association, and believing that she is an academic-level girl, Fubuki believed that Uraraka might land in B-Class, though Mountain Ape told Fubuki about her possible weakness, saying that he saw Uraraka in action and the drawbacks of her Quirk.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, her Quirk has some weakness of sorts…"
"Though there is no denying that she can be a good asset."
"I see…so there's a limit on how much strain she can handle…"
"As long as her Quirk can handle within the limit, it's fine."
"Yeah, at least she can be helpful in some areas."
"Hmm…"
"…"
"…"
Hearing this, Fubuki nodded and said that she would take steps and come up with a way to ensure that Uraraka would be assigned to B-Class if she decided to try the written and physical exams should she decided to try out at Heroes Association.
Back at the arena, a few minutes have passed and the scene shifts at the arena where the audience are getting impatient as they want to see the final two matches of the semifinals, as they want to see who would be the ones to advance to the Finals round of the tournament, as they already know that Suiryu, Uraraka, Bakugo and Kendo are already eligible for the semifinal round.
"Start the match!"

The ring announcer urged the audience to calm down as the final two matches of the semifinals are about to commence, where he announced the names of the final four participants who are now eligible for the semifinal round of the tournament, which are:
- Suiryu
- Ochako Uraraka
- Katsuki Bakugo
- Itsuka Kendo
There one of the judges came and announced that the final two matches of this round are decided, revealing the matches, which are:
- Uraraka vs. Suiryu
- Bakugo vs. Kendo
Fubuki raised an eyebrow, curious to see how this match would go after witnessing how Suiryu harassed Uraraka and Kendo earlier, and both Mountain Ape and Eyelashes wondered how Uraraka would deal with Suiryu as there is a possibility that he might provoke Uraraka and might use it to his advantage, believing that Uraraka might get suckered into his provocation.
"Looks like she is in a dilemma."
"Given what we saw earlier, Uraraka might fall victim to Suiryu's tactic."
"All she need is to ignore him and focus. She came here for a reason, and she should use that as a motivation."
"Yeah."
"Right."
"Then let's observe the upcoming match and see how Uraraka would fare against Suiryu."
"Okay."
"You got it."
"…"
Likewise, Kendo and Ojiro aired their concerns after seeing the match cards and advised Uraraka not to give in to Suiryu's provocation and resist his CHARMING taunts, reminding her that she made it this far as she is doing this to win the prize money and give it to her parents for financial support, which she nodded and assured to her schoolmates that she won't give in to Suiryu's sexist provocations.
"Okay, Uraraka…you got to stay focused and concentrate in winning your match."
"Whatever that creep is saying…ignore it."
"Okay."
"If he runs his mouth during the match…don't listen to him. Just keep your mind on beating him."
"If you manage to lead him towards the edge of the arena, try to stealthily lure him closer so that you could do a sneak attack and you could win by ring-out."
"Okay."
"That's the plan you need to stick on."
"And you could win and advance to the finals."
"Got it."
Kirishima wondered if Uraraka would be okay as she is facing Suiryu, knowing that Suiryu would try coaxing her into provocation after trying to HIT ON HER earlier, but Bakugo said that Uraraka won't be fooled again as she knows what is at stake, and she is now determined to win and not give in to her opponent's senseless taunting as long as she stays focused.
"She won't get baited again."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"I hope you're right."
"Uraraka knows what's at stake…so she would focus on winning and not get caught by that idiot's chauvinistic melody…"
"Yeah, you're right."
"Lets watch and see where this lead to…"
"Okay."
Meanwhile, Snek and Lightning Max saw the Blizzard Group, and asked them what brings them here, which Fubuki said that she is scouting, as she pointed out that she sees a lot of potential in the UA Academy students who participated, which Snek smirked and said that he already invited Uraraka and Kendo to try out at Heroes Association, though she said that it is fine, as she tells Snek that Uraraka isn't the only UA student she is scouting, as she also said that she is also observing Bakugo and Kirishima.
Fubuki pointed out that she previously team up with Bakugo and believe that he has potential to make it to either A-Class or S-Class, which surprised Snek at hearing Fubuki's proclamation, as he did not paid attention to Bakugo's match earlier and asked if she is sure about what she said regarding Bakugo, as he doesn't believe that Bakugo would land in S-Class like that.
"You think that blond-haired loudmouth would land in S-Class? Heh, he doesn't look like…"
"He has potential."
"Really?"
"I can attest to that. I saw him in action and even teamed up with that boy. He is strong and he could be on par with the likes of Atomic Samurai."
"You…you can't be serious…"
"I am. That brash kid…heh, I wonder. If Amai Mask finds that kid impressive, maybe that Bakugo kid might land in A-Class at least…"
"Who knows."
"Huh?"
Mountain Ape and Eyelashes watches on as Fubuki and Snek are in a heated argument as the latter seemed to look down on Bakugo, owing to the fact that he hasn't seen Bakugo in action due to not researching him enough, and both Blizzard Group members agreed that Bakugo might have the potential to be assigned to S-Class if he gets high marks on both the physical and written exams.
However, Eyelashes said that this would depend on Amai Mask, as he is among the judges who determine on which candidate would make it to A-Class or S-Class, which Mountain Ape agreed that Amai Mask would be an obstacle that needs to be overcome.
"I got to admit…Amai Mask can be a headache…"
"I agree. He sorts the potential ones on a petty whim…"
"Its pure luck that Genos landed in S-Class and bypassed Amai Mask..."
"Too bad the same can't be said for either Uraraka or Bakugo…"
"Then this leaves up to the higher-ups…if they find potential in either of the two teens…either one or both of them might land in A-Class if given the chance…"
"I suppose…"
"Well, this would depend on the semifinals…"
"Indeed."
However, the spectators are starting to get impatient and demanded that the semifinal round begin, wanting to see some action and demanded that the participants get to the arena and begin the match, chanting louder by the minute as they are unwilling to wait any longer as they got bored with the intermission as they are only interested in the two matches.
"Start the match!"
"Start the match!"

The ring announcer urged the spectators to calm down, saying that the matches are underway and it would commence in a few minutes from now but the spectators are shown to get more impatient as they keep on chanting and wanted the match to start immediately, as they are excited to see the semifinalists get into action right away.

Hope you liked this chapter, as the first match of the Semifinals Is about to commence…while the Blizzard Group makes an appearance as they are observing the tournament whilst showing interest in both Uraraka and Bakugo.
At the same time the participants for the semifinals are shown and it would be a matter of time who would go ahead in the opening round…
