Almost everyone in attendance stared wide-eyed as someone said that the asking price would be five billion Yen, which outbids everyone else, thus no one would be able to afford it and are surprised to see that a billionaire is amongst the visitors here.
"Huh? What?"
"Five billion?"
"That's way out of my budget!"
"I can't afford it!"
"There's a billionaire amongst us?"
"No way!"
"There is no way I can compete…"
"Damn…"
The surprised emcee almost lost his poise due to the surprise but quickly composes himself and asked if there is someone willing to outbid the current price, and seeing that no one else spoke or objected, the emcee announced that the one who spoke the highest amount would be awarded the said items, which the winner stood up and is pleased with his latest purchase.
The one who won the bid turns out to be a foreign woman in her 20s, and many are stunned by this, and as the woman, a European beauty identified as May Bannon, is arranging to have the items ready for transport, and one of the millionaires is glaring at Bannon, as he was intending to bid for the said items but got outbid by a woman, and vowed to take the items for himself.
Later, as the auction ended, May Bannon was passing by an alley when she accidentally overheard one of the millionaires talking to someone on his smartphone, and there she secretly eavesdropped and found out that the said millionaire, identified only as Zeniru, is talking to a bald-headed man, who is identified as Hammerhead, and there Zeniru revealed that he is hiring Hammerhead and his group, identified as the Paradisers, to steal the items that May Bannon won at the auction, and after showing the address and time of the auctioned items' arrival, Hammerhead nodded in acknowledgement after being promised that his group would be paid in full.
"So…are we in agreement? I will pay you once you completed this mission. You will be compensated and spend months' worth of luxury."
"Yes, of course. The Paradisers will complete the deal. We won't fail you. Guys, are you prepared? We will get richer and spend months living like millionaires!"
"Yeah!"
"Yeah!"
"Yeah!"
"Yeah!"
"Yeah!"
"Yeah!"
Having secretly recorded the conversation, May left, and though tempted to go to the police, May got an idea and proceeded to head off somewhere else, as she came up with a way to foil Hammerhead and his Paradisers as she anticipated that Hammerhead's group are no ordinary mercenaries.

The scene shifts at a Hero Agency office where you can see that some sidekicks are tidying the office so as to make it look presentable to visitors coming in, and there it is shown that three members of UA Academy's Class 1-A students are there as they are reporting for hero study work.
The three Class 1-A students are revealed to be:
- Mina Ashido
- Toru Hagakure
- Yuga Aoyama
As the three students are awaiting the pro hero they are interning under, May Bannon came, and the three students were awed by May's beauty, and there May smiled as she asked if this is the hero agency she is looking for in English, which the three Class 1-A members also respond in English, though not fluently, except for Aoyama, who is fluent enough to converse with May.
"Excuse me…may I ask you something…?"
"Uh…yes…yes…"
"Sure…you, um…ask us anything! Yeah!"
"How can we help you, mademoiselle?"
"I'm looking for a pro hero here…I'm not sure what his name is…but he has a motif of a Samurai…with an armored appearance if my hunch is correct…"
"Ah, yes-yes…"
"You came in the right place!"
"And he is here right now!"
By then the pro hero who is in charge of this hero agency appeared, in which he is an elderly-looking man with a long white beard, bald head and pale orange eyes with black sclera. His Hero Costume is a full set of Japanese armor with a red cape wrapped around his torso. His helmet notably has one large horn pointing upwards.
There the pro hero introduced himself as Yoroi Musha, and he greeted May and asked her if she needed something, in which May said that she would be seeking his aid as she told him the reason why she came here, which Musha slowly nodded his head after hearing her explanation for coming here.
"…so that's why…"
"Yes…"
"So you were targeted because you won an auction bid and someone wants to steal your hard-earned win because that someone coveted what you won earlier…"
"Yes, you are correct."
"And you seek my help because you believe that the culprit hiring some mercenaries might bribe the police…?"
"That is correct."
"Hmm…this is indeed a problem."
"Yes, and I heard of your reputation as a pro hero, hence I approached you."
Ashido, Aoyama and Mineta were surprised to find out that May is a millionaire socialite and expressed more surprise that she came here to seek Yoroi Musha for help, and wondered if a villain is targeting her after saying that someone hired villains to make an attempt to rob her after winning the auction bid.
"So a sore loser wanted to steal something from her…"
"How despicable…"
"Très lâche."
"And if this mastermind is a millionaire…then it could be true that this millionaire would bribe the cops into turning a blind eye…"
"And even use this as a way to prevent Miss Bannon from getting help…"
"C'est une possibilité…"
"Now it's up to Musha-sensei to accept her request…"
"And beat up those mercenaries! Aoyama…you ready?"
"Bien sûr! Say the word and I'm all set!"
To Be Continued...
Hope you liked this chapter, as the new story arc commences, which began during an auction bid and now it escalated into a situation where a billionaire socialite is being threatened and seeks help from a pro hero in a very short notice.
As the story arc title implied, a samurai-themed pro hero is involved…who turns out be Yoroi Musha, who made a brief appearance in the Pro Hero Arc and Endeavor Agency Arc, specifically Episodes 87 and 103 of the anime, and is last seen at the aftermath of the Paranormal Liberation War arc, where he announced his sudden retirement (in episode 129), and there I decided to use him despite his limited appearance in the manga and anime.
Since he is interning Ashido, Hagakure and Aoyama, the three Class 1-A members would get a chance to shine in the upcoming chapters facing unfamiliar opponents here.
On the One Punch Man side, the Paradisers will act as the antagonists in this arc despite only appearing in episode 4, but they would serve as a source of plot device in this arc.
Preview:
The next chapter commences the upcoming battle between the Yoroi Musha hero agency and the Paradisers…
And another samurai-themed pro hero appears…
