Botan sitting at the edge of the hills and watching in silence as the fog finally lifted high enough for them to see what's hiding in the valley.
Empty wasteland filled with white gravel and streaming water.
" This is a good spot. We're above the winds, your scent will not reach them." She whispered to Towa who is crawling after her with KSG shotgun in hands.
" Are you sure about going there alone?" Towa asks nervously, looking at the vast, open area that consists only white gravels and smoky streams.
Like one of those hot springs she used to visit in Japan.
" You and your gun will be more useful up here. Just wait when the thing went south. Okay?" Botan urges.
" Okay, but I really should have brought sniper rifles with me." Towa muttering with herself, before looking up at her friend.
" Good luck then."
"Thank you!" Botan grinned, before walking downward as loudly as possible and letting the wind to blows at her body, carrying her scent in the foggy valleys.
Botan closing her eyes, knowing that her enemies are also waiting and listening too.
Lioness raising her spear that impaling with the Buffalo man skull, the first big game she ever killed, before stabbing it on the solid rock of the hills around her.
Botan then throws her head back and roar, louder and longer than ever. It is lasting for a minute, echoing throughout the stone valleys even longer.
As Lioness walking down to the center of the valley, she noticed the small stream that running under her feet, it is reek with sulfur.
So, those Buffalo man were being forced to drink these afters being chased from the forests by her tribes? Sucks to be them.
When the fog finally completely lifted, Botan noticed that she is already being surrounded by army of Buffalo man.
" So, you are still alive?" Leader of Buffalo man smiled and resting his stone axe on his own shoulder, he seems to not hurt from their last encounter at all.
" Same to you." Botan smiled back.
" I always dreamed about you." Buffalo man said, slowly walking toward her.
" The last silver lion. The one who killing my son and breaking the peace and harmony between our clans."
" Your son kills my mother." Botan said softly.
" And you are trying to kill him, during the peace time!" Caffer snarled.
" I cannot argue with that." Botan admitted.
" But you aren't here to beg for forgiveness isn't it. What do you want?" Buffalo king asked, suddenly moving faster.
Botan slowly stepping away from him, keeping her distance.
" Those spider that hired you. They are liar, they must promise about giving the lands back to you folks isn't it?
In fact, they will taking it away from you as soon as possible." Botan said.
" I won't bargain like a merchant!" Caffer snorted.
" We just having the same enemy, that all."
" What if I offer peace?" Botan asked, pointing at the skull behinds her.
Buffalo staring at her face as if he just sees her for the first time.
" You offered…peace. After all the blood that has been spilled between us. Are you f**king crazy!" Caffer spat on the ground near Botan's feet, letting his saliva to dissolve in
the stream of water under their feet.
" It won't bring my son back." He controlled himself to speak at last, before falls in silence again.
" Killing me won't bring him back, either. The same way that my mother won't coming back after I have killed your son." Botan concluded.
" But it will be surely satisfying as hell." Caffer whispered, making Botan smiled.
" Well? I am here for you, aren't I." Lioness open her arms, daring him to attack.
Buffalo king nodded as his soldiers start circling around them.
" The great king won't kill the enemy of his son with his own hands?
No wonders why the Buffalo tribes are falling downhill like this. You guys forget the sense of honor!" Botan sneered.
Caffer chuckled, drooping his axe on the ground, make the gravels under him shattered by its weight. " I am old, but still strong enough to kills you with my bare hands.
Wherever your pride is hiding. I will send them to you not long afterwards. Remember this when you are dying under my hooves!"
Her snarled, signaling for his soldier to halt, before charging at her with full speeds , sending the gravel and streaming water splashing by his movements.
Caffer swinging his massive fist at Botan, who dodge it before jumping around in full circle, trying to confuse him.
" Stop playing!" Buffalo king roared, throwing his whole body at lioness, knocking both of them down at last.
He punches and aims at Botan's face, but lioness splashing water into Buffalo man's eyes and make the attack missed.
She then climbing on his massive body and kicking at his neck with her knee, making Caffer stunting by pain that spreading from his Adam apple.
Buffalo man roared and grabbing lioness's leg, throwing her away from his body with his powerful arms.
Botan flipping in the air and landing with her arms and legs. But then Caffer is charging at her and swinging his horn at her body, knocking lioness into the air higher up than
20 meters.
Botan falling on the ground, making water splashing has her body hit the gravel bottom of the shallow streams.
" Is that all you can do? My son must be very drunk when he is fighting you!" Caffer sneered.
Lioness struggling to gets up and snarled. " You are just being lucky!"
Buffalo king laugh before charging at Botan, who jumping aside before kicking his face from the beside of his charging body, making him stagger.
Caffer swinging his fists at Botan again, but she lower herself to dodge the attack and punching his nose.
" Damn it!" Buffalo king roared and ramming his head at Botan, trying to gutted her with his long horn. But Lioness jumping to dodge the attack as she is swinging her claws
at his body nonstop, creating a flesh wounds as both are storming at each other in the middle of the running streams.
Botan punching Buffalo king multiple times before opens her mouth to bites into his neck, but Caffer uses this chances to punching at her stomach, stunning the Botan as he
is grabbing her neck and slamming lioness's body against the gravel ground, making the water and gravel splashing by the impact.
He picked up Botan's body before headbutting her, knocking lioness out with his thick and massive skull.
Caffer then lifting Botan with both arms, before throwing her at the giant rock that standing not too far away, breaking it in half with the impacts from her body.
Buffalo king looks at Botan's limping body with contempt.
" You thinks that fighting me alone is possible? After all, I already beat your father and brother. You are nothing compared to them.
No matter how much you tries."
Botan spat the water out as she recalls what her father used to teaches about how to hunting Buffalo man.
Crashing with them is suicide. Using your brains, not muscles!
" I aren't here to comparing myself to them. I am here to beat the sh*t out of you!" Lioness roared.
Buffalo king shook his head in irritation before charging at her again. Botan also running on all four at him, both sends water splashing as they were clashing into each other.
Botan dodging the massive fist that aiming at her head, before slapping the Buffalo king's eyes with her claws, making him staggered as she repeatedly kicking his kneecaps.
Caffer roared and trying to kick her with his good leg, but Botan changing the attack direction with her own kicking, she then lowering her body and sweeping kick his
remaining leg hard enough to make the Buffalo king falling his knees.
Lioness spinning her body and slamming her elbow at Caffer's nose, knocking him down as she is stomping on his face, trying to push his nose under water.
Caffer roared and swinging his horn at Botan's leg, sending her bouncing from his body as the Buffalo king quickly gets up and wait, not blindly charging like before.
" You afraid?" Botan chuckled, trying to use her injured leg as little as possible as she is jumping around in one leg.
" Just being careful." Caffer said before charging at her again.
Botan let his fist coming close to her face before dodging it in the last seconds. She then punching Caffer's elbow rotator. Making his arm suddenly twitching from the
damaged and losing its strength.
Lioness then swinging her claws at the Buffalo king's calf, cutting parts of it as he is getting slower and slower.
Botan slapping both of his ears with her palms, making Caffer stunning from the pain he received by shockwave that being sends straight to his brain.
But Buffalo king still have some strength left, he swinging his horn and crashing it against Botan's body. Sends her bouncing on the ground as he is trying to get up.
" I will crush you!" Caffer snarled.
Botan chuckled. " Then go ahead and try!"
Both jumping at each other at the same time. Caffer intended to using his whole body to knocking Botan down with his mass.
But lioness has another plan as she is jumps zigzagging, confusing the enemy as she is swinging her knee with his chin at full forces.
Caffer falling on the ground as Botan is sitting on his body, she pointing her sharp claws at the Buffalo king's neck.
" I win! Tell your soldier to retreat!" Botan snarled.
Caffer chuckled." Kill her!" Her ordered.
" Come any closer and I will slice his throat!" Lioness roared, making Buffalo soldiers hesitate.
Caffer swore when seeing that nobody dares to follows his order.
" Whoever can kills her will be the leader after I die!" He yelled.
Botan swore, Caffer has no successor, that's mean whoever among his fiercest warrior might actually become the king after she slices his throat.
His promised actually make their life easier.
Either way, they will be stomping on her for sure.
Those Buffalo man seem to thinking the same as they suddenly roared and charging at her, Caffer laughed.
Fireball flying from the hills and hitting the stream of water near their feet, stopping everyone movement.
" That's just a warning! Next time. It will land on your guy's head!" Towa raising her magic KSG shotgun from where she is hiding and bluffs with a straight face.
Since she just missed despite aiming at one of Buffalo man's head.
" Nice timing, Towa!" Botan compliment.
" Kill them!" Caffer bark an ordered.
His Buffalo soldier starting to shuffle, but sudden roaring from the hills around them suddenly grabbed their attention.
Caffer looks up as Nero is roaring in challenge on the other side of the valley. When did that lion passing from his guard's nose?
And then the Hunter's warrior suddenly filled the valleys.
Lion men and women roared as they are surrounding the Buffalo man's army. Leopard and panther warriors also jumping with a swift movement as they are running passed
the army of Buffalo, separated them apart.
Even cheetah runner who can run with supersonic speed is also coming together along with other Hunter tribes, including Wild dog, puma, snow leopards and even some
Hyena clan.
All of them are here after the lion king warning about the attack of people from the sky.
Caffer clenched his teeth. " My soldiers ! You already know what to do! Kill them all or die trying to!" He roared.
" Stopped!" Nero roared, and lion warriors under him also repeating his words. Stunning those Buffalo man from whatever they are trying to do.
" It's over now! We have more than thousands of warriors here. You have only a few hundreds." Lion king ordered, as lot of Hunter clan are already circling around Buffalo
soldiers, ready to kills him under their king's commands.
" Kills me! This is the only way to end our conflicts!" Caffer roared at Botan who slapping his face.
" You idiots! Thinks about women and children! Will you let all of them dies just for your petty vengeance?" Lioness yelled.
" You are going to kills us all eventually! Why don't do it now?" Buffalo king spat.
" We aren't here to kill you. We just want to passed our army through your territory, that's all!" Botan said.
" Word from lion!" Buffalo sneered. " The one who breaking the peace rules and creating this goddamn war!"
" I am young and stupid then. But my wise friends use to said ' it doesn't matter what you did in the past. What's matter is now!'
I killed your son and he kill my mother. We already paid for what we did in the past. It may be a good time to looking in the future instead." Lioness grinned, remember the
drunken night where she and Lamy decided to quit their jobs.
" How am I going to live? Knowing that memory of him will be burning my soul forever!" Caffer yelled.
" Pain of your memory will never go away. But after enough time, you will learned how to live with it. Trust me, I carrying it long enough." Botan smiled as the Buffalo king
slowly get up.
" What-" Caffer is going to said something, but the explosion sounds from afar suddenly grabbed their attention, as one scout from cheetah warriors running to report them
about the situation.
" A spaceship from undead! They start mining at the mountain around here, saying that Arachnian already sold this mountain area to them!" His voice is filled with anger.
" They are already here. As I have warned you guys." Nero said, looking at Hunter tribes around him.
" This is not just about fight over territory anymore. Those invader from the sky will come to taking our resources and change the land beyond recognition.
Remember why we abandoning city and spacefaring technologies in the first place? To avoiding fates like this. And now they are going to forced it in our throat!" He yelled.
" Screw them and their legal rights bullsh*t!" One panther man roared.
" This planet belongs to our people for thousands of years. We take it with our blood and life. If they want it. They will have to fight for it!"
All hunter warriors are roaring in agreement as they finally make up their minds. Get rid of those invaders. Or die trying to.
Buffalo king sighed as he is getting up, remember the face of woman and children in their villages. And what those sky invader doing with lion clan.
It could happen with any of us.
He glances at his own son's skull that is being impaled on the spear.
How long have they departed? He couldn't remember.
Maybe this is the right time to stop all the bloodshed between them.
Buffalo king smiles sadly, it's not like they have a choice. Kill or be killed, it is the laws of jungles. But if our child could survived…

After a long ceremonial ritual. Caffer giving skull of Botan's mother back to Nero hands and take his son's skull back from Botan's.
Both Buffalo and lion warrior whopping and shouting as their war finally stopped.
" As we promised. You can go back to the jungles right now. We will open the border." Nero said to Caffer, who chuckled.
" We will goes back to our villages and brought woman and children back. Maybe council of herbivores clans will want to know about this attack too.
They are too far away to notice of what's happening here!" Buffalo king said.
" Thank you… for not order them to fights to the last one." Botan said after standing in silence for a while.
Caffer grimaced, there's no friendship between them. But some kind of understanding has passed on he and Botan's shoulder.
Maybe it was due to the fact that both of them has losing their loved one for a very long time.
Buffalo king trying to find the burning rage that has been consumed him over a centuries, causes by the lioness that standing next to him.
And surprise that he found none.
" Holding a grudges is making me tired. Perhaps it's time for all of us to stop carrying them around ." Caffer laughed, nodded at the skull of his son on the ceremonial totem.
After the Buffalo army's retreating back in the valley area.
Botan asked her brother. " What's next?"
Nero grinned. " Time to save our family."

Lamy sitting in the empty box for God know how long. She stared intensely at the face of herself. Since everything around here seems to be make of one side mirrors.
They still giving her some food, throwing pack of ration toward her through the feeding hole like she is some kind of rare animals.
Nobody is bothering to shows their face or talking with her. Even after she keep singing at the walls or begging to talk with her lawyer.
This mirror walls are not a normal thing either. It can absorb anything Lamy could throws at, including her last spells.
Of course, she knows some kind of magic absorbing material.
But none of what she knows could sucking all of magic attacks without taking any damages like this.
Lamy creating an iced spear before throwing it at the wall, sighed in disappointment as it suddenly being swallowed inside the mirror.
Like any other spells she used to throw at it.
The walls suddenly gone as Lamy seeing black widow stands smilingly at her, instinct tells Lamy to shooting her iced blade at spider woman's cheeky face.
But to elf disappointment. Her attacks are being absorbed in the invisible walls in front of her.
" Give my booze bottle back!" Lamy slamming her body despite knowing that there's a wall between them. Her fists repeatedly punching at where black window's face is
located.
" No use." Gothic girl said cheerfully. " The walls is making from new kinds of magic absorbing materials. You couldn't penetrate through it with magic.
And elf don't have enough strength to breaking through by force."
" I don't care! I need booze!" Lamy yelled.
" Oh you mean this?" Black window picked up a big green bottle from behind and pouring the content inside it in a small cup.
The item is clearly Lamy's bottle, she could remember it's shape.
" You knows? If your blood is being filled with alcohol like this, our buyer will find a way to reduce the prices. So, we have to wait for your body to clean itself first." Spider girl
grinned.
Gothic girl then chuckles as she is pouring the liquor on the floor, ignoring Lamy cries in distress.
" When I can get out. The first thing I'll do is freezing your ass off!" Lamy clenched her teeth.
" Still dreams of getting out? Let me get this straight. It's true that your lioness friend could running away from us, but we already blowing her villages away and shipping its
survivors to the spacecraft ports.
So, there will be no helping from Ms. Botan and her people soon.

" We are already waiting for her. Do you think she, even with help of Ms. Tokoyami, will passed all the guards and army around this place? Keep dreaming then!"
Gothic laying bottle of booze in front of the box's wall, knowing full well that Lamy couldn't take it.
" You monster!" Elf cries, bumping her head against the walls.
