A few people pointed out that I had Cameron's last name as 'Baldwin' and not 'Webber' in one spot. To be honest, on the show, I didn't know if it was technically Webber or Baldwin because Elizabeth was/is married to Franco. But to answer your question, no, Franco did NOT adopt Cameron. Nor did Elizabeth, Cameron, or Franco put Baldwin as Cameron's last named legally. I hope that clears things up. See you tomorrow for the next update.

Chapter 39

***The Next Day***

(While at the Webber House, the boys were doing their own thing. Jason, who is at Elizabeth's, stayed on the couch overnight as he wanted to spend time with his kids. The boys didn't know the truth, yet that Jason was their father. In fact, Jason and Elizabeth didn't say they were doing DNA tests in case it was revealed that Jason was NOT their biological father. Elizabeth and Jason would be telling the kids in a day or two once things settled down with Sam and Franco)

(Jason took Elizabeth to the side, out of earshot so the boys couldn't hear)

Jason: "So, you're going to confront Sam?"

(Elizabeth raises her eyebrows in seriousness)

Liz: "Yep. Now that the truth is out, it's time to confront Sam over her lies."

Jason: "If you want me to go with you, I will. Whatever you need."

Liz: "If Sam pulls anything, I can take care of myself, but thank you. I appreciate it." (smirks) "It will be your turn to confront her next regarding who really fathered Danny."

(Elizabeth pulls Jason into a hug before leaving the house. Jason sighs deeply as he knew his girl was capable of taking care of herself. He just hoped for his girl's sake Sam told the truth. He was looking forward to confronting Sam about Danny)

***Sam's Penthouse***

(Sam answers to the constant knocking at her front door. After opening it, Sam sees it's Elizabeth and groans loudly. Before Sam can attempt to shut the door, Elizabeth goes in)

Sam: (rolls her eyes) "How do you know that Danny isn't here for whatever you have to say?"

Liz: "Because on the way over here, I called Alexis. I asked her if Danny was with you or with her." (scoffs) "She knew the conversation wouldn't be pretty."

(Elizabeth faces Sam and angrily speaks)

Liz: "She's right."

Sam: (shrugs) "What do you want?"

(Elizabeth responds by slapping Sam hard across the face, causing Sam to fall back a step)

Liz: (yells) "THAT'S FOR LYING ALL THESE YEARS! WHY THE HELL DIDN'T YOU TELL ME AIDEN WAS JASON'S?!"

(Sam holds her red cheek and speaks in a venomous voice)

Sam: "I could call the police that you assaulted me."

Liz: (shrugs) "Fine. Then you can also tell them that you kept Aiden's paternity a secret. I'm sure they'll love to hear that story."

Sam: (narrows her eyes) "Bitch."

Liz: (tilts her head) "If I'm a bitch, then it takes one to know one."

(Elizabeth decides to twist the knife even further)

Liz: "Not only did I get the kids in real life, but I the guy, too. How does it feel, McCall?"

(Sam attempted to go after her enemy, but Elizabeth was able to defend herself. Not only that, but Elizabeth punched Sam in the nose. When it appeared Sam was going to try going after Elizabeth again, Elizabeth threw her across the coffee table. As Sam was getting up from off the floor, Elizabeth was wiping her hands off her pants, as if there was any residue on them)

Liz: "As you can see, McCall, I knew this was going to happen. I knew you'd want to fight. I learned to defend myself."

(As much as it pained Sam, it fucking pissed her off that she couldn't punch Elizabeth even once! Ugh! She shakes her head in anger)

(Elizabeth smugly states)

Liz: "You may have been a con artist in the past and now a P.I., but I still know how to defend myself."

(Elizabeth folds her arms over her chest)

Liz: "Why did you lie to me, Sam? What was your reason? Regarding Aiden's paternity."

(Sam moves her head a bit before answering)

Sam: "It was Helena's idea, actually. It was a good one, too, though. I just went along for the ride. Well, I guess I did have a small part in it. But it was mostly Helena." (laughs) "I will admit it felt really good that because Jason had Jake with you, he didn't need Aiden, too. He didn't need to share two sons with you."

Liz: "But, in the end, that's exactly what happened."

(Sam sniffled a bit and wiped her bloody nose with the palm of her hand before speaking)

Sam: (threatened) "I could have you arrested for the bloody nose and black and blue face."

(Elizabeth bursts out laughing in response before she talks)

Liz: "Are you fucking serious? Diane can have it dropped because of your history. And remember, YOU came after ME. I was just merely defending myself."

(Sam folds her arms over her chest and shakes her head as she knew her enemy was right)

Liz: "Face it. You lost. If you hadn't have lied all of these years, maybe you would still have some dignity."

Sam: (raises her eyebrows) "I'd have Jason, too."

Liz: "Mmm, are you sure about that? Jason made it clear to you he didn't truly love you. It was always me. Life just got in the way."

(Elizabeth folds her arms across her chest)

Liz: "Why did you want to make peace months ago if that's not what you intended?"

(It was Sam's turn to laugh hard before answering)

Sam: "I wanted to trick you and you almost bought it."

Liz: "You DO realize that I caught onto your lies, but I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt, right? I want to make something crystal clear. It will NOT happen again. You are NOT worth it." (smiles) "I have the family I've always wanted with the man I've always loved." (tilts her head) "What do you have?" (looks around) "Look around, Sam. I don't see anything."

(After Elizabeth leaves, Sam nods her head in confirmation)

Sam: "You're going down, bitch. If I can't have Jason, no one can."
