Present Day

Aurora's POV

The Daughter led both Obi-Wan and I into this cave after she requested that the both of us follow her. The entire planet's ecosystem was so odd. It was almost like it had every type of atmosphere possible…makes me wonder if I traveled far enough, I'd reach a desert. We were silent the whole trip until Obi-Wan began to question me.

"Why didn't you tell us you were Force-Sensitive?" He pondered. "It would've changed things!"

"With all due respect, I just found out a few hours ago." I explained. "Apparently my mother hid it from me, and according to The Father, there is something blocking my full access to the force, so I'm not even at my full power…yet, and my brother is possibly more powerful than I am."

"Brother?" He asked in shock. "I didn't know you had a brother."

I nodded. "Neither did I until a few hours ago. So, to catch you up to speed, I saw my future self, found out I have powers, and my cousin is now apparently my twin brother even though we aren't the same age."

"What are your abilities within the force?" He asked.

I sighed. "I can see the past, present, and future in dreams, and I can apparently heal myself and others."

He was silent as he turned back to look me in the eyes. He opened his mouth to say something, but he was interrupted by The Daughter.

"I can go no further." She explained as she pointed to an alter in the middle of a floating platform within the cave. "When you reach the alter, it will give you what you need."

"I don't get it." I asked in confusion.

"Whomever wields the blade, will be able to control my brother." She explained.

"You should've started with that." I said in annoyance.

Obi-Wan sighed before going after the sword that was on the platform. It must've been difficult for him because he was breathing heavy from climbing and jumping.

"If he said something, I would've gladly done it." I whispered over to the Daughter, but she didn't respond at all…not even a glance.

"Aurora, I got it." Obi-Wan shouted from his position on the platform.

"And you didn't even break a hip." I called back with a smirk.

"I am not that old! You've been spending too much time with Anakin!" He shouted back in frustration.

"He's old enough." I murmured.

Eventually Obi-Wan got back to the both of us, and the three of us started to venture out of the cave and to the place where the Son was keeping Ahsoka. Upon approaching the Son's monastery, we saw Anakin and Ahsoka in the middle of a fight.

"Go with the Daughter, I'll help Anakin." Obi-Wan explained before running off to help Anakin fight Ahsoka.

I sighed as I followed the daughter into the monastery where we were met by the Son.

"Sister." The Son began. "What a pleasant surprise. And you brought a friend."

"What have you done, brother?" The Daughter asked.

"Done?" The Son asked slyly. "I have done what is right...or what is wrong, depending on your point of view."

The Daughter's expression became angered. "Our father is dying. Did you do it?"

The Son sighed. "He is just so selfish and was taking too long to die, so I decided to move things along. Now, why are you here?"

"I won't let you leave this planet." She explained.

The Son let out a dark laugh. "You are not strong enough to keep me here."

"Not alone, she isn't." I said in response.

"Are you referring to your friend, the chosen one?" The Son began. "You might want to check up on him. He's a little preoccupied right now…or are you referring to yourself? Your power is nowhere near what it should be…those little visions of the future you have, are not even the fullest extent of your power. You will be weak and useless without my knowledge…powerless and broken."

I shook my head. "I will not stand for your morals."

He let out another dark laugh. "Then have it your way."

And in the blink of an eye, by using the force, he lifted me up into the air, before sending me flying out of the monastery. The amount of power he used to push me out must've been strong, because once I landed on the ground on my back, I instantly felt pain. I also heard a cracking sound meaning one thing…I broke something…probably my back. Everything was numb, I could move my eyes, and that's about it. I couldn't feel my limbs, fingers, or toes…I was paralyzed.

I moaned in pain and agony before I began to cough up blood, but I was so far away from the fights that were going on that it didn't really matter. I was so far away that I couldn't even hear the fights going on. I couldn't move as I think I paralyzed myself from breaking my back, so all I could do is wait for the internal bleeding to kick in and bleed out and die. At least I could die while looking up at the stars in the galaxy. Well, at least it's a sort of pretty and peaceful way to go.

Eventually I began to hear footsteps coming from my left. Great…The Son is coming to finish me off. The footsteps got louder as they got closer and eventually, the face of The Father came into my view sight.

"It is quite the view indeed, but I think your friends would rather use your help." He explained.

I rolled my eyes. "I can't move."

"Yes, you can." He insisted.

"No, I can't." I immediately replied.

The Father nodded. "Yes, you can. Have you forgotten that you can heal yourself?"

"No." I replied. "But you said my power isn't matured yet…and I'm not even to my full potential yet."

He sighed. "Yes, the more power you use, the more strain to your body it does. With proper training that could be prevented, however for the time being…it will cause you to become weak for periods of time. As for some reason your connection is limited by something to my knowledge I have never seen before. To heal yourself, you must use almost all your power…especially an injury like this. Because of your limited connection to the force, it would require almost all the energy you currently have. But to save your energy for helping your friends…I will help you."

The father then knelt, touched my forehead, and closed his eyes. Within seconds, I could move my limbs, fingers, and toes, along with the fact that I could sit straight up. After moving to a sitting position, I slowly got up off the ground. I turned towards the father.

"Thank you." I replied with gratitude.

"It is temporary, and it won't last long, but it should give you enough time to go help your friends." He instructed and I gave him a nod before running toward the monastery.

I ran as fast as I could and thankfully, I was going in the right direction as not only did it look like a glowing ball of fire was in the sky, but as I got closer to it, the sounds of lightsabers clashing, yelling, and screaming got closer.

As I approached the fight, I saw multiple things that included but are not limited to: Ahsoka going for a gothic dark look, Anakin holding a big sword and not knowing what to do with it, and Obi-Wan looking as confused as he always did. I slowly started walking towards the group and Obi-Wan noticed my presence.

"There you are!" He shouted.

"Where the hell have you been this entire time?!" Anakin shouted in annoyance. "We could really use your help over here."

I immediately ran over to them and activated my vambraces and set them to stun…it was the best I could do since I still didn't have my blasters.

"Well look who it is." Ahsoka began in a taunting voice. "Princess Pushy."

"That's a new one." I said with an eye roll.

Just then, in a very quick matter, Ahsoka maneuvered past us and grabbed the sword that Anakin was holding and ran towards the son.

"No." I murmured with horror before I started to run to try and reach her to prevent it from happening before, I was pushed back again (less forceful this time) by The Son, but it was still hard enough to knock me down to the ground.

"Aurora!" Obi-Wan shouted in horror before running to my side. "Are you alright?"

I nodded. "You should've seen me about 20 minutes ago. I literally broke my back."

"You showed them the alter?" A familiar voice said loudly. Both Obi-Wan and I turned around to see The Father standing by us watching the entire fight break out.

"I am sorry, Father." The Daughter began. "I didn't know how else to stop him."

"Give it to me child." The Son explained to Ahsoka who was standing before him with the sword.

"Ahsoka, no." Anakin instructed.

Ahsoka rolled her eyes before giving The Son the sword.

The Son had a dark and twisted smile on his face. "Thank you. Your usefulness has come to an end."

The Son then touched Ahsoka's forehead, and she dropped to the ground. Her grip on both of her lightsabers softened, and from where I was standing, she wasn't breathing at all. He killed her.

"No!" Anakin screamed in anger.

"The Jedi have brought me the dagger, and you have brought me yourself. Now father, you will die." The Son explained before he raised the sword and began to swing at The Father, but just before the sword struck The Father, The Daughter pushed him out of the way, falling victim to the strike from The Son.

The Son stepped back in horror. "Why, what have I done?"

The Daughter then collapsed to the ground and The Son let out a scream of anger and pain before turning into his flying form and flying away.

"My daughter." The father explained as he knelt before her.

The Daughter coughed. "Do not hate him, Father. It is his nature."

The Father shook his head. "No. All is lost. The balance has been broken. I thought by bringing you here I could…but I have destroyed everything."

That's when I started to feel pain. It wasn't unbearable, but I remembered The Father explaining to me that the effects he gave me were temporary meaning that I would eventually have to use most of the strength I currently have to heal myself, which now wasn't a lot.

"Can you help her?" Anakin asked from his position kneeling next to Ahsoka's body.

The Father shook his head. "There is no light. The evil has been unleashed, and the dark side shall consume her."

Anakin shook his head in disbelief. "You must help her."

The Father sighed. "I cannot undo what is done. There is no hope."

"Yes, there is. There's always hope." I replied weakly, as I could feel I was becoming more and more weak by the second.

The Daughter then pointed to Ahsoka before looking The Father in the eyes. He nodded before gesturing for Anakin to kneel between the two bodies. Anakin then touched Ahsoka's forehead and The Daughter's forehead, and light became illuminated between both bodies.

"Then let my daughter's last act be to breathe life into your friend." The Father said before the light ended.

Ahsoka then started to cough as she came back into consciousness.

"Hey snips." Anakin said lightheartedly.

"What's going on?" She asked in confusion.

"Not much." Anakin replied.

"It's good to see…" I began before I started to cough myself.

"Aurora?" Anakin asked as my coughing became worse. He quickly rushed over to me as my coughing made me hunch over slightly. He straightened my body up to see that I was coughing up blood. I felt the weakness and pain take over me and tried to grab onto Anakin for support but fell to my knees.

"AURORA!" Obi-Wan shouted as he also rushed to my side.

"What's happening to her?" Ahsoka asked The Father in both confusion and horror.

"Her body is taking its effects of the injuries she's sustained while she's been here." He explained. I gave her enough of my power for a short period of time, but it wasn't enough to heal the damage permanently."

"How can we help her?" Anakin asked with fear dripping in his voice.

"You can't." The Father explained. "She has enough power to heal herself, though it will take time…perhaps a few hours, but she'll use up most of her energy…indicating that you might be in a coma."

"Ro, if we get you off planet, we can get you to a medical base, they can…" Anakin began.

"I…I won't…I won't make it to a base Anakin…not like this." I weakly replied before looking to The Father whom I shared a small glance with. "Just get me home."

"Aurora," Obi-Wan began. "There has to be another way, don't waste your energy."

I rolled my eyes. "There isn't."

I then closed my eyes and tried to concentrate on healing myself. Within a few moments I felt the pain go away once again, and I could feel all my limbs as well. My weakness was gone, and I felt stronger…better than I did when The Father had healed me. I slowly opened my eyes and sat up.

"How am I not in a coma?" I asked looking at The Father.

"It was a possibility." He explained. "You have no knowledge on how to handle your powers…everything must be taken into consideration."

I nodded before I slowly stood up, leaning onto Anakin for support.

"Can you…" I began to ask, and he nodded.
"Don't worry, I got it covered." He explained.

That's when the four of us noticed that some of the floating rocks began to crumble.

"What's happening?" Ahsoka asked in confusion.

"As the balance in this world crumbles, so shall war escalate in your galaxy. As my son has descended into the dark side, so have the Sith gained strength." The Father explained.

"We will stop your son." Anakin promised.

The Father shook his head. "No, you must go now. He needs your ship to leave the planet. You must leave before he can take it."

"What about you?" Obi-Wan asked.

"I shall mourn all that I have done. And all that is yet to be." The Father explained.

We all looked at each other before we started to walk (or slowly walk in my case) back to the ship, ready to get the fuck off this insane planet.
