A Lopunny emerged out onto the roof with a sketchbook in hand. She looked out over the edge to look at all of the school below her. A beautiful landscape with energy cables and trees. The main fountain sprayed a beautiful array of water. It was perfect for her to start drawing. Pulling out a few pencils and charcoal sticks, she began sketching out the landscape. However, something caught her attention, A faint noise bumped through the ambiance. It was…sobbing. Looking around, she tried to figure out where this crying was coming from. Then, she saw it, hidden in the shadows, was a quaking Lopunny. This was Jessica.

Alone in this corner was the hybrid, crying inconsolably as the other Lopunny approached her. Jessica briefly glanced up, saw the Pokemon approaching her and pushed herself up against the wall,

"Don't hurt me! Please!" before hiding with her ear fluff. The Lopunny then stopped in her tracks as she watched the very frightened girl in front of her. Whatever happened, it was clear that someone had terrified Jessica so the Lopunny fell onto one knew and introduced herself,

"I'm not gonna hurt you. My name's Shurui Usagi." Jessica looked out from her fluffy shield, evidently still worried. Shurui then grinned before sitting down next to Jessica, "Don't worry, as long as I am here, I'll make sure you're safe." It took a few moments for Jessica to work up the nerve to reveal herself. Still anxious, Jessica told Shurui her name, which excited Shurui

"Whoa, you're from the UR! Must be nice over there. I'm surprised how fluent you are in Nihoneran. Did your parents teach you?"

Jessica was visibly upset by the question. Shurui saw this and backed off. Jessica then looked frightened and began to apologize,

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to upset you! It's just-" she was about to explain. when the door to the roof was slammed open.

Slithering out onto the roof, followed by a Granbull and Thwacky, was the resident school bully, Orochi. Immediately, Jessica curled back up in her little cotton fort and quivered in fright. Shurui looked on in surprise at the hybrid's response. Orochi could be cruel but she had never seen anyone so petrified of him.

"OI! Over 'ere!" said Granbull as soon as he found the duo. The Arbok grinned as he saw the two Lopunny,

"Aww, you found a friend," hissed Arbok mockingly, "Let me guess, she's crossbreed filth as well."

"Crossbreed?" asked Shurui.

"Yeah!" yelled Thwacky, "She's an Ice-Normal freak!" Jessica begged for them to stop and leave her alone, but Arbok cared little,

"Hey, there. There's no need to cry. After all, someone has to be the world's punching bag, and who better for the role than you." Taking a step forward, Shurui tried to protect Jessica, only to be held back by Granbull, who had anticipated this. With a little smirk, Arbok coiled his tail around his target and lifted her into the air. His grip was tight, threatening to crush her.

"Let her go!" snapped Shurui as she fought against the fairy type bulldog. Ignoring her, Arbok told Jessica,

"The world needs a common enemy, something we all despite so we can achieve peace. Some people don't believe it. They try to play the hero and say that we should love all and accept others, but so long as there are two people alive on the planet, someone is going to want someone dead. Face facts, you are trash. I know it, this broad knows it, the school knows it. Even your parents knew it."

Shurui then freed herself from Granbulls arms and kicked Arbok across his smug face. Granbull tackled her to the ground as Thwacky pulled out some sticks. Arbok rubbed his now bruised cheek and scowled furiously. A fight then broke out. In spite of the 3 to 1 odds, Shurui was putting up an excellent fight. The entire time, Jessica watched on in awe as Shurui fought. Even with the overwhelming numbers advantage, Shurui was still fighting. Every time someone landed a punch, she threw another in return. Eventually, Arbok and his cohorts retreated, pride hurt, but Shurui didn't leave the fight unscathed. She was bleeding all over, with a black eye and what looked to be a broken finger.

Jessica couldn't believe what she was looking at. It seemed like the works of her imagination, those made-up stories you tell yourself about how everything will turn around in your favor, only to be snapped back via a cold splash of reality. Only this was reality. She wiped away her tears. For the first time today, she grinned.

"Oh my god. I'm so sorry that happened to you," said Infernape in the present. Lopunny glared at the fire type before hissing,

"Don't give me your pity." She then sighed to herself, "I'm sorry." Accepting her apology, Infernape had one question to ask,

"Where was Blastoise in all of this?"

"He didn't know. I didn't tell him," confessed Lopunny, "Arbok had told me so many times that I was worthless…I guess I started to believe it." Hearing this greatly angered Infernape. Even if this was in the past. To hear someone had said such horrible things to someone he cared about, someone he loved, drove him mad. Lopunny chuckled lightly once she saw Infernape's poorly hidden emotions,

"Hey, it's in the past now. Anyway, Shurui and I began to talk."

Jessica, having seen that Shurui was someone she could trust, told Shurui everything. About her parents being missing, about how Arbok treated her. Everything with only one exception. For her own safety. After that fight on the roof, Shurui would walk with Jessica to and from class. Arbok and his cronies were a lot more wary with Jessica. The bullying didn't completely stop. Whenever he could, he would make a quick insult and dip before Shurui could say anything. As a sign of their friendship, Shurui got a white scarf for herself. It was meant to symbolize how Jess was a hybrid and how that didn't matter to Shurui. Jessica would struggle to break out of her shell. It became a pattern: Shurui would introduce her to a friend. Jessica would immediately panic. The friend would try to comfort her. She would run away in a panic. It seemed that, even with Shurui by her side, Jessica was still terrified of other people. However, one day everything would change. One day would transform Jessica from the shy, scared-of-the-world girl she was that day into the proud, battle-ready Lopunny that she is today.

One day, Shurui and Jessica were eating ice cream on a bench after school. The latter glanced at the former worriedly. Perhaps it was finally time to tell her. Blastoise wouldn't be happy, but, she wanted someone outside of her adopted father. Though family is important, friendship is equally as important, and something she valued right now. But would she even trust her after she told the truth? Would the reality of the situation ruin her relationship? Would Shurui leave her, call her a liar, and let Arbok bully her?

"Jessie?" asked Shurui. Jessica looked over at a worried Shurui and sheepishly smile,

"E-Everything's fine. Don't worry about me." Suspiciously, Shurui simply stared at the ice-type, who knew her game was up. Sighing lightly, the hybrid finally began to tell her friend the honest-to-goodness truth.

"I…I have a father. An adopted father."

Shurui's jaw dropped. Jessica immediately hid in her fluffy safe haven and braced for the screaming, for the fury, for the disbelief. This was it. This was the end of a friendship she cherished so much.

"THAT'S SO COOL! YOU FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE!" yelled Shurui as she stood up excitedly Jessica blinked in surprise before she told her more,

"You don't understand. I've…I've always had that father," Surprised, Shurui sat back down and relaxed. Slightly confused, Shurui couldn't help but wonder aloud,

"Oh. Well, why didn't you tell me sooner?" It was important to note that she didn't sound angry or upset. Just slightly disappointed. With no choice, the hybrid continued,

"He…he has a very good reason for making sure no one knew we were related. Work stuff." Immediately, Shurui picked up on the implications and quickly eased up,

"So…if you don't mind me asking, if you have a father who loves you, then what Arbok says about your parents shouldn't hurt, right?" Jessica looked to the floor, remembering the day Blastoise found her. The very first memory she ever had. She was still struggling to tell this to her friend, even when said friend didn't seem to judge. Sensing Jessica's inner conflict, Shurui placed her hand on Jessica's shoulder and smiled,

"Don't worry. You can tell me everything. I don't judge." Hearing this, Jessica finally had the courage to tell her,

"I love grandpa. He's an incredible man, but I want to see my biological parents. I know they're out there…somewhere. Even with Bla…even with grandpa, whenever Arbok says those things…it hurts."

Shurui then smiled before pulling her friend close into a hug. Jessica embraced this. The former then began spoke to her friend gently

"Don't give up. Your parents are out there somewhere. You'll find them."

"How do you know I will?

"How do you know you won't?" said Shurui. This lifted Jessica's spirits and, seeing this, Shurui raised her hand for a fist bump. Without hesitation, Jessica raised her hand and fist-bumped her friend.

"And even if you don't, I'll have your back." Jessica then nodded when Shurui asked Jessie to make a promise to her. When she was asked about it, Shurui simply responded with a grin.

"Promise me that we'll kick ass to protect each other!" she declared. No longer fearful, Jessica nodded as the two stood up to go home. They began to cross the street as Jessica ran ahead of Shurui, excited for what the future may hold with her best friend.

She was pushed to the ground and something heavy slammed into someone behind her.

Jessica looked back and stared in horror at the scene. A car had almost hit her. Whoever pushed her had saved her life. That's when her heart stopped. The person behind her. Shurui. Looking down the street, She screamed out her friend's name. She rushed over through the crowd that was now forming, hoping and praying to any god that would listen for her friend's safety. The sight before her would be one she would remember for the rest of her life.

Shurui lay on the street bleeding. Her sides and legs were scraped badly by the asphalt, leaving red flesh behind. One of her arms was bent at an awkward angle. Broken. Her eyes were barely open, almost like she was knocked into a trance. Horrified, Jessica fell to her knees and shook her friend's shoulders.

"WAKE UP! PLEASE!" she screamed. Immediately, Jessica started blaming herself. She should've been paying attention. She should've slowed down. Every insecurity she had ever had with her friendship clouded her mind like a hurricane, beating her down with torrents with violent winds forcing her to her knees. The sounds of self-loathing howling through the air and threatening to suffocate her. It seemed the entire world was crumbling down around her as the typhoon threatened to drown her. Just then, for a precious few moments, she had been placed in the eye of the storm.

"...Jess…Jessie," whimpered Shurui painfully. Immediately, Jessica fell silent to hear her friend's final words. Nothing mattered more than listening. Shurui, with tears in her eyes, apologized,

"Sorry. Guess…Guess I couldn't keep…my end of the bargain."

"No no no no no! Don't say that! SOMEONE GET AN AMBULANCE!" Jessica then hugged her friend as tightly as possible, holding her close as if her life depended on it, "You can't leave me yet! I should've been hit, not you! Anyone but you!" Shurui brought her hand to the hybrids cheek,

"L-Listen, don't say things like that. You cannot get h-hung up over me. Y-you, deserve to meet your real parents. T-that's why I-I saved you." Even with her friend's insistence, that didn't matter with the rabbit. She still blamed herself, she still insisted that she and Shurui switch places.

Then Shurui placed a hand on the hybrid's cheek. Silenced, Jessica listened as Shurui asked,

"Just…Co-Could you promise me something?" Jessica nodded, clinging on to every word that her friend said.

"I wanted…I wanted to help you. I love you. You're my best friend, but…I also wanted to…make sure that you didn't need me. I was scared that one day…I wouldn't be able to help you. That one day, Arbok and his goons would take advantage and I couldn't save you. So, please…can you promise to…to stand on your own? Please." Hearing this, Jessica froze. She could see the life fading from her eyes. With no time, Jessica nodded yes. Seeing her friend agree to her final request, Shurui then smiled and outstretched a fist for a fist bump,

"Go get 'em tiger." She then handed her scarf, now stained red with her blood, over to her friend before her eyes shut.

Wiping her eyes, Jessie stood up and began to walk away. All noise around her fell silent. She couldn't hear the worries of the onlookers, the wails of the ambulances, the horrified anguish of the car owner, not a single one was heard. The walk home was, to a lesser extent, more of the same. Memories of a happier time replay in her head, only filled with melancholic remembrance. Time seemed to run both agonizingly slow and frustrating quickly. Shurui couldn't escape her mind. It was impossible to think of anything else in that moment.

The death of a loved one is devastating is like a sledgehammer to a wall. Losing someone dear to a horrific accident is like a wrecking ball. Try as you might, despite doing everything you can, you feel like you've them down. Like you were the one to seal their fate. The one who let them die. A sin that cannot be atoned, for you are alone. Now Lopunny was entirely alone once more.

Upon arriving home, Lopunny was approached by Blastoise. Worriedly, he told her,

"I heard about what happened. I'm so sorry." Dejectedly, Lopunny could only bring herself to say,

"I'm…I'm fine," before attempting to go to her room. Blastoise gently but firmly grabbed onto her hand. He pulled her in front of him and fell down onto one knee. He could see it in her eyes. Something empty was beginning to plant its roots. The brutality of death can destroy someone, leaving them a husk of their former selves. It was an easy trap to fall into. He knew from experience.

He embraced his adopted daughter as tightly as he could. When he pulled her away, he told her,

"I know what you are thinking. It wasn't your fault. It never was. You did everything you could to save her. That's all anyone could ask of you. If you need to talk to me, then don't hesitate to ask. There's no shame in asking for help." Then and only then, did he let her go to mourn by herself. As he watched go upstairs, Blastoise started to remember prior events. His stare became unfocused. Staring one thousand yards ahead. He shook his head to clear his mind, freeing himself from that momentary haze. It did remind him of one thing.

Often, what is needed to aid in the mourning process is purpose.

Lopunny sat quietly in her bed. She hadn't even bothered to turn on the lights. Shurui's last words repeated in her head over and over again. Her last request. Unable to get it out of her head, Lopunny's mind swirled with doubt. There was no way she could stand up to Arbok on her own. It was just safer to hide. Even if she landed a hit, Arbok and his goons would retaliate. But Shurui had done so, and now she was gone. Without her stopping him, Arbok would have free reign to hurt her, and all of that time spent waiting meant that he wasn't going to pull any punches.

However, something started to burn within her. A faint spark that bit by bit began to expand. Her sadness began to fade away. Shurui wanted her to be able to stand by herself. To escape the fortress of solitude she had built for herself. That flame wouldn't completely destroy that fortress, but it was starting to soften. She wiped her tears one last time before she made a promise to herself. Today was the start of the rest of her life, and for that, she promised to never shed a single tear again.

She emerged from her room and met with an anxious Blastoise. After a moment's silence, she asked,

"Can…Can you teach me…how to fight?" Immediately and justifiably, Blastoise was put off by the request.

"What?! Jess, why?" Her lip quivered slightly, but she had a promise to upkeep.

"Please. I…" she hesitated, "Some kids started picking on me. They found out I was a hybrid." Blastoise's heart froze. How long had this been going on? How hadn't he noticed this before. After a brief moment of shame, he softly asked,

"Why didn't you tell me sooner? I'm going to inform the prin-"

"No!" requested Lopunny.

"What do you mean no? Jessica, this isn't a movie. You can't handle this on your own." Taking a single breath to calm herself, Lopunny looked into her adopted fathers eyes and pleaded with him,

"Shurui…made me make a promise,"

Those words sank themselves deep into Blastoise's heart. His parental side demanded that he disregard these. The right thing to do was to talk to the principal and stop this. He wasn't one to throw around his influence to gain an advantage, but he was willing to do so if it meant protecting his daughter. However, those morals he held himself by demanded just as fiercely that he train her. Lopunny was as far from a violent kid as you could get. The odds of her using those skills to hurt others was one in a million. However, and more pressingly, you never disrespect the words of a dead man. Their last words are the most honest to leave their mouths and shouldn't be disgraced. If he stopped her from fulfilling Shurui's presence, he would be no better than…He couldn't bring himself to remind himself of the memories. Those dying words haunted him to this day.

So, in spite of every parenting nerve in his body, Blastoise patted his daughter on the shoulder and told her,

"Alright. I will. But you have to promise me that you won't use this to harm. Violence should be the last resort." Lopunny, with a heartwarming grin, quietly said,

"Thank you."

Lopunny was allowed two weeks off of schools since her friend died and, after the funeral, training began immediately. To cut a long story short, Blastoise was surprised by Lopunny's progress. She was taking quickly to his techniques, even if he was just teaching her enough to defend herself. Of course, two weeks was nowhere near enough to get her in fighting shape, but it was enough to go over the basics. So, when those two weeks went by, Lopunny was prepared.

Upon returning to school, a couple students approached her to share their sympathies. Lopunny reassured them,

"I'm…I'm fine. Thanks for looking out though." This was strange. It was surreal to see people actually approaching her and caring. As though she were walking in someone elses body. However, she liked it. It was a nice change of pace. Now the only thing she had to worry about was the three stooges. Alas, they weren't here. Everywhere she looked, they appeared to have vanished off of the face of the earth. It was refreshing not having to worry about them, but it was also…haunting. It was like being stalked by phantoms. It was possible they were gone, but she couldn't let her guard down, lest they emerged from the shadows to finish the job they started.

Classes went by fairly quickly. Her nerves began to relax, but not entirely. It was then that she noticed that she had accidentally rubbed off some of her fur dye, revealing a bit of white fur on her rest. Excusing herself to the restroom, she snuck a bottle of brown dye with her. Looking herself in the mirror, she gently began to apply that dye. She began to wonder about her tormenters. Did Blastoise call the teachers behind her back? As much as she wanted to be upset, it was nice to have some peace. Even if revenge would be really fucking sweet, she could hardly deny that no bullies was better than pissed bullies.

Someone then grabbed her head from behind and slammed it into the mirror, cracking it. She was then thrown onto the floor as two stalls were kicked open. Feeling her nose bleeding, she looked up to see the blurry but indistinguishable outlines of Granbull, Thwacky, and Arbok.

"Look, it's the helpless hybrid, without that overprotective whore to cover your back."

"Yeah!" yelled Thwacky.

"For a long while, I've been wondering how best to welcome you back to my home.
"Yeah!"

"And I figured that the best way to remind you of your place is a nostalgic trip through the past. A run-through of every punishment we've dished-"

"YEAH!

"Okay," said Arbok, "Love the energy, but cool it." Thwacky, embarrassed, rubbed the back of his head.

"Sorry. It's been a while.." Granbull then cut in,

"We'll work on it after. Now, our attention should be on the crossbreed."

Looking at her bullies, Lopunny mustered up whatever courage she could. That past fear would overwhelm her if she wasn't careful. She gritted her teeth and hissed at them,

"I made a promise to Shurui when she died. I'm not gonna let you guys hurt me anymore!" Arbok snorted,

"Wow, I didn't know crying like a baby could be a martial art but here we are."

He swiped his tail at her. However, to his surprise, she managed to catch it. He chuckled lightly before he looked towards his two minions,

"Get her." Granbull and Thwacky both rushed Lopunny. The latter raised his sticks and threatened to slam them down onto her. With her new training, Lopunny saw an opportunity and kicked him right as he was about to hit her. Granbull then tried to hit her with a clothesline. Lopunny effortlessly dodged it.

The world then slowed down for the ice type. That three-second exchange had awakened something deep within her. Her whole body felt like it was about to explode with energy. This feeling was unlike any she had experienced beforehand. The best way to describe it would be an action video game. Fast-paced decision-making and strategy that is made on the fly. Trying to get a read on your opponent and predict their next move to counter with your own. Understanding the limitations of your character and working around them. All of this came together to make a beautiful sort of dance where both parties are trying to land a devastating blow, dodging and blocking to open a hole in their foe's defense, all the while trying to protect herself. She loved it.

Excited, she tripped Granbull. He landed with a loud thud. Enraged, he pushed himself back up and tried to grab her from behind. Thwacky tried to do the same thing. Seeing what they were trying to do, Lopunny jumped over them. Both goons slammed into each other, much to Arbok's chagrin,

"What are you two doing?"

"Not so tough now, huh?" said Lopunny from above. All three bullies looked up to see Lopunny sitting on top of one of the stalls. With newfound confidence, she insulted them,

"You know you aren't allowed in here. Then again, you are pieces of shit." Growling with fury, Granbull then slammed himself into the stall, knocking it over. Lopunny squeaked but was quick to recover. She jumped off of the collapsing stall and kicked Thwacky to the floor. He was knocked unconscious. Granbull looked back and tried to throw one last clothesline, but the hybrid clutched his arm and pulled him to the floor. Lopunny stood up to see Granbull clutching onto his face, whimpering,

"That…That really hurt!" he sobbed pathetically onto the floor, having broken his nose on impact,

"Surprise," hissed Arbok. Before Lopunny could react, Arbok wrapped himself around her in a brutal submission hold. Pinning her arms to her sides and pulling on her chest, the snake was threatening to snap her spine. Granbull then stood up, sniveling at his injury and screaming,

"SHE MADE ME LOOK LIKE A MONSTER!" Arbok raised his head above Lopunny's face and roared at her,

"Where's all that bravado now?! Huh?! No one makes my boys cry! I should've expected nothing less from a filthy, fucking crossbreed!" Thwacky went to Granbull's side and tried to comfort him,

"Hey, hey! Buddy. It's not that baaaaa-ooooooh that's bad." Arbok then tightened his grip in fury. Lopunny could feel the bones in her back beginning to bend. She looked around for something, anything, to free herself when she realized that the sink counter was directly behind her. Arbok continued to monologue,

"You feel that. That pain running down your back. That's what sacrilege feels like. Face facts. You are not Shurui. You are you, and you are the world's punching bag. So make like your designated role and break!"

"SHUT UP!" yelled Lopunny as she jumped into the air and fell back. Mentally bracing herself for the impact, she closed her eyes. Arbok's eyes went wide the moment he realized where he was going. He landed mouth first onto the edge of the counter.

His fangs broke apart. He then fell back and gasped for air, releasing Lopunny from that death grip. Lopunny stood up to see Thwacky charging her one last time. This time, he had an energy ball in his hands and wrapped it around his fist.

"SUPER MEGA ENERGY-" Lopunny kicked him and he fell unconscious immediately Lopunny then looked at the scene before her in disbelief. Arbok was bleeding from the mouth. Granbull was too busy weeping about his appearance and Thwacky…well you know. Her mouth slowly etched into a smile. She had…beaten them. Her tomentors for years were now laying on the floor, slain by her hands. Two weeks was all it took for her to do all of this. Looking up into the ceiling, she imagined Shurui was looking down from heaven, cheering her on from above.

However, she didn't think this was the end. Although she was undoubtedly the victor here, she felt a desire to get better. Shurui wanted her to be able to stand on her own. That and the fact that was the daughter of Blastoise, and a hybrid at that, meant that she was an extremely valuable target. No longer would she hide from a world ready to take her away. Now she would fight until the dying breath, for the old Jessica had died. In her place stood the legendary Frozen Angel.

Lopunny finished up her story and looked at her boyfriend. Infernape was slack-jawed in awe.

"Wow, I…I had…That's…"

"A lot to take in," said Lopunny, finishing her sentence for him. He nodded. Chuckling slightly, Lopunny then flopped onto the bed and told him

"Yup. Blastoise wasn't happy when he found out what I did to Arbok. He said I took it too far. Apparently, I broke his jaw and several of his teeth."

"OH!" groaned Infernape.

"Yeah," began Lopunny, "I was grounded for a few days after that one. But that didn't change anything. From that day on, I began to train every day. Every time I thought I hit my peak, I would get stronger. Eventually, I became the badass you see before you and well, the rest is history." Infernape couldn't help but feel proud of her. To say he was surprised to hear that Lopunny used to be shy would be redundant. They might as well be two different people. It touched a nerve within the fire type. However, he wasn't without questions,

"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" he asked.

"I was embarrassed," she explained, "With all of the progress I've made so far, looking back at who I was before is…humiliating. I could've accomplished all of this so much sooner if I had started sooner. But I was…" She couldn't finish.

Infernape placed at hand on her shoulder. She looked at him with a gentleness that he had never seen before from her. He told her,

"Hey, you're amazing. You're the most amazing person I've ever met in my life, and hearing that story only proved it. Don't lie to yourself. You were strong then, and you are strong now." Lopunny grinned subtly,

"Shut up."

"I mean it," he said. "There's nothing about you I don't love. Your kindness, your determination, your ferocity."

"How hot I am?" suggested Lopunny, knowing who she was talking to. Blushing, Infernape rubbed the back of his head,

"Well, that also helps," he admitted. With a cute giggle, Lopunny then pulled him close. She took a single breath, bracing herself, ready to finally say that dreaded L word.

BOOM!

Both Pokemon looked towards the window. They opened the window to see some sort explosion off in the distance. A dark cloud of smoke, almost invisible in the night, was only illuminated that the flames beneath it. It was at that moment that Infernape gasped. When Lopunny asked what was wrong, he told her,

"That's the festival grounds! There are still people there!" Immediately, the two jumped from the window. Infernape caught the hybrid in his arms and soared to the scene. The others followed soon after. Gardevoir and Garchomp joined in as well, with Aggron opting to run since it wasn't that far.

Almost as soon as they got close, a thunderbolt rocketed through the air and struck Infernape and Lopunny. They both yelled in pain before they were dragged down to the ground. Having flashbacks to Electivire, Infernape braced for a brutal duel with an extremely tough opponent. However, instead of Electivire, someone new was standing before him on his many legs. A large spider covered with yellow and purple fur was balancing on a lamppost. He joked,

"Sorry to burst your bubble, but we've got a mission, Lee."

"Lee?" asked Infernape, "How do you know my name?" At that point, someone bounced out from behind Galvantula, their visage obscured by the shadows. They waved their weird hand thing and said cheerfully,

"Hello!" Confused, Lopunny waved hello,

"Hi, are we supposed to know you?" she wondered aloud.

"Not really, but me and New York were watching your performance." The two got ready for a fight when Infernape was suddenly electrocuted once again. Lopunny looked back in horror to see him collapse to the ground. It was then that she saw the sparking webbing on the fire-type. Worse still, Carracosta landed in front of her, meaning she was outnumbered 3-1. Angered by her boyfriend's pain, Lopunny gritted her teeth and readied herself for a duel.
