this story revolves around the Entirety of Class 1A being isekai'd into the one-punch man world. The story contains light spoilers post-season 6. The story goes up until right after the psycho sister's arc so I guess spoilers for one punch season 3 as well. the alternative path on A03 is to be uploaded later here.

Force Multiplier, Game Changer: Monster association

Week 3

Hero Association operation incineration

Gyoro-Gyoro secrete spy had managed to work it's way up in the hero association finally being able to find it's objective which was the carcusses of the dragon level threats, these monsters bodies proved fairly too powerful for the traditional incinerator that the association had traditionally employed on monsters which had forced them to commissions metal knight to create an even stronger facility, some of the exces argued that it was pointless expense and some even suggested to just buried it and god dammit if the spy Destrochloridium did not attempt to push for that to happen but some of the less dumb humans predicted what such an outcome would bring not only would it be a huge natural risk with the monster decomposing bodies being absorbed by the soil and creating even more powerful monsters but it also drew the risk of drawing other monsters in to feast meaning they would have to assign a constant guard to keep watch over it all and in the current climate they couldn't afford that either and The association had obviously asked tatsumaki to also take care of the problem but after explaining the situation the girl completely blew them off explaining that she wasn't some janitor and that they could handle it on their own. so the commission was sent and the massive incinerator was constructed over the next couple of days. This facility was located deep in the forest of B-city, given its proximity to the possible monster base gave them pause and the association had assigned two S-class heroes to overlook the incinerator for the time being, there were only three being that were to be incinerated this time around but given that they knew of other there will likely be more of them after the initial assault at least potentially.

The three monsters that were to be incinerated were two martial artist one of which was goketsu no one knew the true story of how it was defeated but the current speculation was that demon cyborg had weakened the monster enough for green savior to defeat it, the next monster was the martial artist bakuzan which was a human just early on that same day, the proposed monster cells turning people into monsters was a paranoia inducing problem that association did not want to address along with the ever growing groups of monster sympathizers and doom sayers going around it didn't need to be put into perspective of possible spies in their midst, the monster was reportedly killed by frozen-phoenix completely vaporizing some of it's head and upper body with his flames and they had also asked him to do that to the rest of the body but the teen boy couldn't he did manage to melt some of its body but not completely destroy it to their liking, the last monster was also supposedly taken out by frozen-pheniox and some mysterious third party given the damage to it was physical and not heat or frozen based but it's body proved extremely resistant to flames despite how small and weak it looked it was cold to the touch. The association also threw in a couple of other monsters from them ix that they had left sparring around from the clean-up in the cities just so they get the utmost use from the incinerator.

Midoriya and darkshine were both assigned to protect the incinerator, Midoriya had been training more with darkshine for his time away from Bang and although initially happy to have another sparring partner he noticed a small change in darkshine ever since he beat him in a spar. The large man wasn't as happy to see him from time to time and he would often challenge him to battles very randomly and other times he would completely avoid him entirely and he couldn't really figure out a reason for why, now that the two were alone he had hopped to get some answers but the large man didn't seem to be very forthcoming today either he was constantly practicing on doing mild exercises and Midoriya occasionally found him shooting him some side glares every now and then but for the most part he ignored it while he sat still and meditated, he sent out his danger sense as far as he could so that he would be aware of any disturbances and eventually he did and really dangerous ones as well, they were moving quickly as well he could only yell out a warning to darkshine before they were upon them, Midoriya watched a blur breeze right passed them and knock both him and darkshine aside he was just about to get into 100% full colwing before the attack landed and he scanned the area to see if darkshine was ok, the large man's imprint shown through the forest as overturned trees and brushed aside bushes, Midoriya turned to see what had hit them and was shocked to see two familiar faces and two others that he didn't recognize, one of them was the bird-man from before that had captured garou and the other it could be a coincidence of similarity but he was fairly confident that…the girl among them was Silver Chain?

"You three go, I'll stall the two of them here." Sylvia remarked

"Darkshine and Deku? You sure are confident aren't you?" Gale remarked looking at the girl.

"I believe I gave you an order." Sylvia replied simply

"You aren't a cadre yet you can-"

"As you wish and don't worry if you die, I'll come back for you." phoenix man remarked patting the girl on the shoulder before turning to the other two and pointing forward and while reluctant they acknowledged the order and the three of them disappeared forwards Midoriya could feel with his danger sense them moving forward towards the incinerator in question, his mind instantly knew what they were doing here with that phoenix and his body reacted instantly attempting to charge forwards to stop them but his danger sense flared again but it was too late for him to react as a kick to the face sent him crashing down into the ground grinding across it and creating a small trench in the ground.

Miodoriya's head was ringing from the blow but he continued to stand up and get in position to fight.

"Silver chain is that you?" Midoriya asked, but any response was left as darkshine came storming back from his trek in the woods the two heard him before they saw the man as he charged out from the trees and dived directly at the monsterized girl with the charged dash but both of them were shocked when the girl seemingly split in two and actually caught the man's spear holding both of his large hands and other than sliding back somewhat remained completely calm, both of the clones kicked darkshine back sending the large man flying backward but Midoriya used his black whip to catch the large man and plant him back down, darkshine seemed somewhat shaken as a bit of blood ran down his lips. Midoriya turned back to the girl equally stunned, he had used proximity smoke to blind the girl while still keeping a solid tab on her as he dashed forwards attempting again to bypass the woman but the smoke was blown back by the woman, and Midoriya for his attempt was punched in the stomach causing him to hunch over in pain before jumping back, as he did so darkshine came back at the women with a wound up punch super alloy bazooka the girl countered with a punch of her own and the two clashing forces completely caused a massive shockwave that exploded forwards knocking over many of the trees and bushes sending them flying away from the area, Midoriya didn't have any time to rest as the clone had moved past the skirmish directly at him.

He was just barely able to react in time bringing up both of his hands to block the punch the girl threw his way even with that however he still skeeted backward a couple of meters from the original impact. He shot out a couple of black whips at the girl and she gracefully avoided all of them dancing among the scattered trees going around. Midoirya was more concerned about the monsters than the girl but maybe that was misplaced as he took another attack from the girl in question. He managed to get his black whip around her leg and attempted to slam her into the ground but she was stronger than him instead pulling him forward with her leg and kicking him in the face with her other leg. Midoriya started to bounce around attacking from range with his air bullets but by the time he managed to build up enough he used his proximity smoke again to blind her and dash forwards with a pseudo-one million percent Manchester smash and instead of dodging it the girl countered with a kick of her own the shock waves generated even larger than the previous one making the ground shake, Midoriya was shocked but he used gear shift upon the connection to slow her down as much as he could and used the other leg full of fa jin to dash past her but even with her being slowed down she was still able to keep up with him, was he simply that much faster than him? He questioned as he blocked her next strike and lashed out with a kick in return this connected but other than a grunt the girl continued to keep pace with him.

The fighting between them was ultimately settled when another shockwave broke through the area this time further away towards the incinerator in the split second that Midoriya attention was away from the battle the next moment he felt a sharp pain in the back of his neck and his conscious slowly fade from existence, he woke up a couple of hours later with darkshine laying next to him, he checked if the man was ok only having a few bumps and bruises scattered across his body but more than that he went to check on the monsters and the people working in the incinerator and all of them were dead and the dead monsters were missing.

Later that night

Midoriya had returned back home and waited patiently for the others, he and darkshine had just gotten through a dressing down in their debrief of the situation from the day but Midoriya was mostly out of it for the most part, camera video of the scene was sparse the two other monsters were very thorough in erasing or destroying any evidence of their arrival and departure but they couldn't get rid of all of them and it as they could see what had happened the monsters had gathered together the monsters and just as Midoriya expected the phoenix man completely revived them as they could see multiple of the monsters start to walk out of the large incinerator breaking through the reinforced walls, the only good news was that the monster bakuzan couldn't be revived it's body remaining motionless even through the harsh bright light that encircled the area but the main two others came back up from the dead their bodies remarkably came back together like it was never separate. The three monsters spoke with some of the others before they turned to the remaining lifeless dragon monster and were shocked when they started to consume it, the small sprout-like being took a larger share than the rest. The association couldn't believe what they were seeing but Midoriya was just honestly more concerned about Silver chain herself, her power reminded him of something he faced before, and seeing the large monster goketsu he instantly remembered and now it was back, but more than that it was now apparent that the monster gained even more dragon level threats which now if he remembered currently extended to at least 13 with the new additions 14 if he included Silver Chain to the mix.

Thinking of the girl Midoriya had returned home with a mission in mind but he contemplated on what he should do initially he thought approaching Bakugo alone would be the best play to discuss things and have the best chance of actually getting a response but overall this was bigger than just him if they were going to involve themselves in the coming conflict then his friends need to know of the dangerous threats that await them, none of them had been summoned for whatever special squad they were putting together yet, he didn't know if that meant that they would have to just sneak in on their own to help out or what …part of his mind still wanted to just let them be if they didn't want their help then they shouldn't just press the issue especially with the possible dangers being presented but after today they couldn't just ignore their own roles they played in the monster's strength.

So he eventually just called for a class meeting and waited for everyone to file into the living room, before commencing.

"Is this something to do with what's happening back home? Did something else happen?" uraraka asked first and Midoriya shook his head.

"No I don't really know if anything has happened yet, actually my connection to All might vestige seems to have decreased dramatically about a week ago, I'm getting even smaller fragments than I did from before and their even more scattered so I won't be able to give many updates for some times it seems but that's not why I called this meeting" Midoriya remarked and he saw as a number of his classmates' faces dropped at that news before turning to some form of curiosity of what he wanted to tell them.

"So what is it? Midoriya" Iida asked, when the pause seemed too long for his liking..Midoriya shafted through all of their eyes before he spoke, landing and locking onto his childhood friends.

"Bakugo…what happened to Silver Chain? Earlier today I and darkshine encountered a monster that looked very similar to her in the field today on our mission." Midoriya started off and the use of his actual name clued him on to how serious this was to him, everyone looked towards the teen waiting for his reply, he was clearly as shocked to hear that as everyone else but his face quickly morphed into one of grimness.

"What is there for me to explain, you saw it first hand didn't you? " Bakugo brushed it off.

"So you're telling me it was her? Did you know about this beforehand? How long" Midoriya asked in a tone that Bakugo definitely didn't appreciate.

"Why the hell do you think I knew about this befor-"

"Respectfully Bakugo now that it has come to this, it's fairly clear that you know something that happened beforehand, the last time I spoke with you about her you did mention her going "rouge". Momo interrupted him, he shot the girl a side glare and received one from her boyfriend in return.

"Among a plethora of other things that could have happened." Bakugo argued half-heartedly.

"But it was strange that you would lead with that one unless there was more to it." Momo countered and Bakugo simply grumbled before balling his hands into fists.

"Yeah, I knew…what of it." Bakugo blurted out, this earned a number of gasps from his classmates.

"How? Why?" Midoriya asked

"Those monsters' cells obviously and as for why…it's not my reason to say." Bakugo replied, simply crossing his arms over his chest.

"Bakugo, she helped the monsters recover goketsu along with wither sprout that phoenix monster was there and was able to revive both of them, those are two more dragon-level threats to join their forces. Along with how strong she's become she was able to hold off both me and darkshine at the same time." Midoriya argued.

"Tch and whose problem was that they could do that again?" Bakugo said annoyed, which turned to anger as he felt a wet slap to the side of his face. He quickly turned to the perpetrator the frog but his vision was suddenly blocked when shining light got in the way between them.

"Don't try to deflect your issue onto others, Ribbit. especially you Mr. first kill. Ribbit." tsu remarked from behind the quirk but Bakugo didn't care about that right now as he stared at the quirk in front of him he was really about to attack it right then and there but Kirishima defused the situation by putting his body in the way and putting an arm over him.

"a-anyways …I think it's too late to be keeping secrets now, don't you think? And you have got to have known for some time you were pretty grumpy the latter half of last month." Kirishima remarked but Bakugo just growled and threw the teen's arm from around him.

"It isn't about keeping secrets, you people just don't need to know her business." Bakugo responded

"Regardless of that, what possible reason could she have to join the monster's association?" Iida argued in disbelief and Bakugo looked at him and actually chuckled which made everyone pause to look at him questioningly before his face straightened again.

"Look, all I'm going to say is she wanted to kill someone really badly, can you guess who that is?" Bakugo asked before pointedly looking at Iida and realization dawned on his face.

"Flash? What did he do?" Iida asked, Bakugo recrossed his arms before looking away.

"He's an assassin, what do you think he did?" Bakugo replied immediately and Iida looked down, thinking about the slaughter of that village.

"Be that as it may, I don't think this is the best plan of action," Iida said.

"Yeah man, why didn't you try to stop her or something?" kaminari piped in.

"You don't think I tried? you idiot!" Bakugo yelled out in response but it wasn't his usual "friendly" banter yell, it was a real angry yell that made kaminari flinch backward almost as if the guy was going to attack him.

"There was nothing I could say to change her mind; she was dead set on her plan." Bakugo remarked in a smaller voice, that some of the class took it for sadness.

"Well, why didn't you ask for help? I'm sure together we could have done something, maybe stopped her forcefully if it came down to it." Mina said

"Because if we failed then she would have definitely not forgiven me or us if she managed to still escape worst yet we likely would have pushed her to join faster and Midoriya may not be standing here with us right now in that case, but more than that I…I didn't want to betray the trust she had in me I guess." Bakugo said in an increasingly smaller and weaker voice. The class was stunned into a long silence until Momo continued the conversation but this time away from the girl herself.

"If you knew, then why did you lie to her compatriots, don't you think they deserve to know?" Momo questioned and Bakugo actually fully laughed at that it was not a happy laugh almost feeling like a mocking one.

"Come on ponytail, I thought you were supposed to be smart, who do you think started this rabbit hole in the first place? That clan of hers is just as much to blame as she is, they know what happened I don't know why they bother asking me, but now that we're on the subject of airing everything out, what about you …this organization you work for also has ties to the monster association doesn't it?" Bakugo challenged and Momo was shocked by the assertion and everyone waited for her response to it and after a brief moment she nodded her head in confirmation.

"Indeed the organization that I work for did have connections to the monster association but for my cooperation, they have decided to withdraw their support. They are a fledgling rival organization that is hoping to use the public uncertainty and unveil itself and gain public support. " Momo confirmed, this garnered a mix of questioning looks from the others.

"When did you meet this organization Momo?" Jiro asked

"It was during the night of the invasion…It was practically the only choice I had for me to survive." Momo replied simply.

"That's such a great way to begin a friendly" partnership", now isn't it." Bakugo replied tone dripping in sarcasm, earning a few glares his way but he ignored them.

"So what are we going to do about Silver Chain?" sato asked

"Nothing, she only has one target and if she's still her that's all she cares about, if she wins she'll take care of herself…if she doesn't then…that was that.'' Bakugo remarked simply a bit dejectedly.

"Discounting her, what about the monster association as a whole? They are more powerful than ever now with the return of one of their stronger members along with another dragon-level threat…are you all sure you want to participate in the upcoming battle? I assume none of you have been contacted by the association to be a part of the team yet either?" Midoriya asked his classmates and most of them shook their heads at the second question before a brief silence rang out over the first as the group contemplated the risk involved with the first.

"Given the monster I created, I think it only fair that I help at least somewhat in the battle." Tokoyami stated.

"I'm with tokoyami, I got a bone to pick with great lord white, I want to personally fix my mistake before other people get hurt." sero added on.

"I…I want to save aki…if I can,I don't think she is unredeemable like the rest…I just think she's hurting from what happened and what I did to her…I don't want to see her die." Koda remarked as well. Soon enough more and more of the class agreed that despite the danger they still wanted help out where they could even if they weren't invited in fact that it was because of that fact they would still reach out a helping hand as that's what heroes do.

Monster Association Base

The monsters continued down into the tunnel system and into the large arena where the others awaited them. The Coliseum was massive housing hundreds of monsters that stared down at the returning cadre and applicants. The group of monsters bowed as they reached the center.

"I see your mission was a success but not completely. My contact told me there were supposed to be three monsters yet I only see two?" Gyoro-Gyoro spoke out.

" Yes, it seems that I have found the limits of my resurrection ability, the other monster bakuzan was missing his head so I could not revive him." phoenix man replied.

"I see, well no matter with the return of goketsu we can-"

"Woah, what happened to "no defeated" among us?" black sperm spoke out from above, and in direct response, he nearly found himself gored upon one of Orochi's quick tentacles as it struck the wall next to him. The small black creature wasn't deterred from his position however only scowling at the attempted threat.

"I wasn't finished speaking yet black sperm, so if you could leave your comments until the end please, unless you want to incur Orochi's wrath." Gyoro-gyoro replied.

" He speaks the truth, however, goketsu, we value your strength. Did we overestimate you? Who managed to defeat you." orochi replied, silencing the room of monsters as he did so, goketsu raised his head from the kneeling position he was in.

"I do not know who it was and he isn't a part of the S-class but it was someone strong, my body recognized his threat immediately with just a glance. It…It almost reminded me of facing you lord orochi…I fear that only you would be capable of killing this man. He was also the one responsible for killing bakuzan from what he told me." Goketsu stated and this earned a few degrees of gasps from the audience of monsters.

"I see, do you remember how he looked? This is certainly unprecedented, a wild card of the hero association could certainly shake up things but if we can eliminate him before then that would also be a great boon for us." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked to ease the crowd's nerves at least somewhat he couldn't have them lose confidence now that the battle was on the horizon.

"Yes, I do remember at least somewhat, he was a very basic man from appearance alone only remarkable thing about his features was his baldness but his hero costume clashed with that pretty heavily, he wore an all-yellow costume with red boots and gloves and a white cape" The man stated.

"Ah! Ah! I know that guy…he's the one that got me! He definitely is some secret weapon or something." a newcomer remarked suddenly speaking out.

"Oh, you had a run-in with this individual as well, newcomer? What is your name?" Gyoro-Gyoro asked

"Just call me withered sprout, yeah..he was the one that got me the other day. Just after I got done freezing over that other S-class frozen phoenix he showed up out of nowhere and just walked through my best attack and got me." wither sprout remarked.

"I too saw a flash of someone wearing yellow before my death, I do not know if this was the same individual or king attack but it is peculiar." elder centipede remarked and goketsu gasped as he looked at the former large centipede not even being a tenth of its size that he last saw the creature.

"This individual must be identified then, he must be an important member on par with that of tatsumaki, blast, or king himself. He must be dealt with before the battle to ensure our victory." phoenix man stated.

"I agree but whoever it is must be a master of disguise to have remained hidden for so long and only work in the shadows," Gyoro-gyoro remarked before humming in thought, that was until one of the returning members raised her hand.

"You may proceed Silver Chain, no need to be so formal any insight into this matter would be greatly valued." Gyoro-Gyoro said.

"I may be mistaken but the descriptions provided by these monsters match with a B-class hero caped baldy." Silver Chain spoke out and at the mention of the name of the hero multiple of the higher ranked monsters began to laugh but they were silenced as Gyoro-Gyoro raised a hand.

"So this caped baldy, do you know where he lives?" Gyoro-Gyoro asked and Silver Chain nodded before pointing above.

"He lives here in the inhabitable zone of Z-city." Silver Chain spoke.

"Really? That would explain the dead monster we encounter near the surface. And what are your thoughts on this individual and his power? Have you seen him in action?" Gyoro-Gyoro asked.

"I have only fought against him once but calling it a fight would be giving me too much credit, it would be more accurate to say that he played with me, and even with that it felt like no matter how hard I trained I could never catch up with him for a sense of comparison I also fought flashy flash of the S-class and while also massively above me at the time he still felt at least touchable." Silver Chain concluded, this garnered a few murmurs between all the monsters listening.

"Intriguing it seems we have a lot to discuss before planning our next moves, we will conclude this meeting for the rest of you but the cadre will stay, speaking of which Silver Chain, withered sprout will hereby be joining the ranks of cadre, goketsu for your failure you will be reduced to an applicant." Gyoro-Gyoro finished before clapping its hands and all the monsters began to disperse back into their rooms, two monsters, in particular, stayed longer than the others but left all the same.

Week 4

The declaration is sent: Monster association, 1A

Bakugo was once again doing nothing in Saitama's place, he still couldn't believe someone as strong as saitama was so content to just sit around and do nothing for most of the day or maybe he was just being restless the couple of times he did get the guy to go out and patrol they didn't really have much of anything happen other than crowd control or basic robbers. Monsters have been practically non-existent for the past week now and Bakugo knew that only meant that it was just another calm before-the-storm moment, the monsters were likely going to strike out again and they would have to fight them… kill them he thought again. The class was taking the monster threat seriously this time around and wouldn't hold back as that could be their life to that end he bit the bullet and wanted his new gear to include some additional firepower separate from his own sweat, he wouldn't die in this place when back home was where the real battle lied. Todoroki had gone patrolling with the toaster or he went to go see his girlfriend like the overprotective bastard he was. Before his thoughts could go on a tangent on that however there was a knock at the door, he didn't even need to be asked at this point and just proceeded to the door himself to open and see who it was but he was utterly shocked by who it was, it was

"Syl- Silver Chain you're here why?" Bakugo remarked he felt a mix of relief and fear spread through his systems, both emotions were from seeing her, relief to know and see that she was ok and that she could even retain a human form and fear due to what she was doing there in the first place and what she was going to do but he was also partially fearful for her if she did anything saitama would definitely kill her.

"Ka-Bakugo ..you're still in this world?...never mind that for now, is saitama here? I need to speak to him." the girl said stepping forwards to peer inside but Bakugo blocked her access, her eyes shifted downward to him and he met hers with equal defiance as usual.

"Bakugo don't do this." Silver Chain said and it honestly felt like she meant it given her tone but Bakugo didn't let that distract him, he needed to know what the girl wanted given that she was now actively helping the monster association, but before he could say anything more the bald idiot now decided to be intuitive and approach the doorway when he heard his name.

"Sup? Do you need something?" Saitama asked as he opened the door fully.

"Saitama. I would like to request your help in some monster disposal, you were the closest in the area so I had hoped you would come and assist me." Silver Chain said

"Sure, I ain't doing much of anything. Look at that grumpy, you've been itching to go find some monsters so now here's your chance.'' Saitama said rubbing Bakugo on top of the head but the teen was too busy glaring at the girl to bother shaking his hand off.

"Actually Saitama, due to the danger this threat presents, I only want you to accompany me. Bakugo can't handle the threats we are about to face and I don't want to expose him to any unnecessary danger." Silver Chain explained, glancing in his direction for a moment.

"Well, I guess, I mean it's up to him then. "Saitama remarked as he went back inside to get dressed, leaving only those two alone.

"What's their angle with this silver?" Bakugo remarked

"It's as I said, monsters wish to fight him." Silver Chain replied simply.

"Where?" Bakugo asked

"I can't tell you that." Silver Chain remarked simply.

"Then I'm coming." Bakugo remarked simply.

"You can't …if you come you will surely die, besides there is another matter you need to take care of. With the utmost of urgency." Silver Chain remarked and Bakugo cocked his eyebrow at that but saitama came back just in time to cut her off and was ready to head out, Bakugo balled his fist but kept inside surprising the bald hero with his reluctance but he started along with the girl anyways, Bakugo stared as they went and was shocked when suddenly out of the back of the girls head he saw her face again no not just her face but her entire head, she was growing an entire body out of her back and as her main body and saitama clipped the stairs the clone remained their looking at him, it pushed past him and dragged him inside with it before closing the door. Leaving the two of them completely alone, he grew semi-anxious at that but wanted to believe she wouldn't do anything.

"That's new." Bakugo commented simply.

"Yes, a result of the monsterization… you're still here, Does that mean you are staying here for more time than you initially anticipated? " Silver Chain asked

"Tch, not exactly we were supposed to be gone two weeks ago but Blast decided to take that choice from us for our "safety"." Bakugo remarked still very bitter about that decision.

"I see." Silver Chain spoke.

"What the hell has the monsters been doing? What do they want from saitama?" Bakugo asked

"The monster king is going to challenge him to combat, I do not know who will win between the two of them but all of the other cadres are present which is why I suggested you not be there." Silver Chain clone admitted

"What!? I know the idiot is strong but you're willing to lead him to his death, I thought flash was your only concern?" Bakugo argued before he turned away and was about to chase after the real body and the hero but Silver Chain was there in front of the door.

"Have some faith in him, I don't think he would be defeated so easily, besides as I told you. You have other pressing matters to attend to, come follow me, the others should be gone by now." Silver Chain remarked as she opened the door and gestured for him to follow and he did, Bakugo was tempted to still chase after the real body but he held no doubts that she would be able to stop him before he got anywhere close and he was curious about what other matters he had to attend to. The two of them walked for a couple of minutes before coming upon a grimacing sight it was another clone of her but on a pole next to it was zombieman's head impaling straight through his body was nowhere to be seen and blood splatter the landscape, his eyes were stabbed in along with his ears cut off, the bottom of his jaw was missing as well leaving a leaking trail, Bakugo anxiety spiked at the sight and he quickly jumped away from the clone he was next to, the sight nearly made him barf up his launch but it remained down somehow.

"What the hell is this? Explain yourself?" Bakugo demanded putting both his hands up and priming an ap-shot but the girl didn't even get on guard, just stayed stock still.

"Calm down, he's still alive, this is just to stop his regeneration so that he doesn't see or hear us interact. I found him snooping around here and needed to detain him and this was the only way I could think of. Once I remove my blades, I will leave. But first I tell you this, the monsters have a plant within the hero association, that plant is going to reveal itself today and announce that the war is coming in three days. The monster will then kill all the members that gathered there so you need to go and save them now." Silver Chain started before taking her weapons away and scattering away from sight and just as she said zombieman started to regenerate One eye came in first then a second but his mouth was still forming, but by that time Bakugo just picked the man up by his hair and was dashing away towards the hero association. He was lucky that she gave him these boots that allowed him to do so but what side was she playing on he thought as he continued forwards.

By the time Bakugo reached the association headquarters zombieman's body had fully regenerated and the hero thanked him for the help but asked for him to put him down which Bakugo obliged setting the hero off to the side without any further questions as he rushed inside the building. He sped through the long windy hallways unsure of actually where to go but when he heard a commotion in one of the rooms he had found the best target as any he kicked the door down to find one of the henchmen in question holding a gun to the others in the room going by the tentacles poking out of the top of his head he guessed the monster was taking control of the person, said person was likely already dead so Bakugo didn't have to hold back, the man swiped around and aimed the gun at him and fire but Bakugo was already gone ducking under the barrel and placing both of his palms on the guy's chest and firing off with a large explosion, it had the desired effect. The man and monster inside were blown to smithereens, Bakugo felt a little hollow inside after that watching as the spare blood splattered over him…it was the first time he killed a human's body and he didn't know how to feel about that, worst yet he felt awful with how easy it was to do even if it was in the moment, Bakugo left the room not really paying attention to the praises or now rampant worries that plagued the executives even as he passed by the hulking mass that was darkshine, he was supposed to be base security but he was sure dragging his feet to get to the emergency room for some reason but he let that slide as he had a lot to tell his friends when they got back and he hopped that saitama was going to be ok.

Z-City wasteland

Silver chain walked with saitama for some time through the abandoned city until the two came into a giant hole in the ground like a meteor had struck recently clearing everything from the surrounding area, inside the large crate was a large beast 88ft tall that held spiky horns on its head as the two of them proceeded down to the monster in question Silver Chain had been attacked by another monster this one wraith in flames and another bathed in wind, she blocked both of the strikes and told saitama that she would handle these two while he handle the one in the center before the three of them dash off and away, saitama simply shrugged his shoulders and headed down towards the larger monster. The two stared at each other for a moment just looking at each other, Gyoro-Gyoro confirmed with both goketsu and withered sprout that this indeed was the man that had laid them low and that he should be on guard but the man before him just seemed so hopelessly weak that he couldn't really believe it. So he tested him lasing out with a massive arm punching down at the small human but he was shocked when his punch was not blocked but taken straight to the head and the man was unphased and in the very next moment within the blink of an eye his arm was gone evaporated like it wasn't even there he stared in disbelief at his gone appendage and quickly swapped to using his head tentacles instead each one striking where the man was but none of them managing to hit the man at all.

His monster cells flared with worry and anxiety and something else? He never experienced this feeling before and couldn't quite describe it but it got bigger and bigger every time the man started to blow off another one of his horn spikes. He couldn't believe it, he swapped into his more monstrous form forming dragon and snake-like appendages to loosely cover his arm and legs each one capable of shooting out a fire so hot that it could melt down to the earth's core but the man stood at the center of it all unphased and unbothered the only thing he said was that "he would have to tip his tailor for making his suit flame resistant like he asked." like he wasn't even considering him or this battle. Saitama having properly tested his new suit he jumped up and punched the monster in the face, taking the creature's head clean off and watched bored as the body slumped to the floor unmoving, he shrugged his shoulders and guessed that was that he guessed he should search for that girl and see if she needed help as he started to walk away from the corpse and search for her but she met him instead.

"Oh, you're done too?" Saitama asked but the girl stared blankly at him for a moment before responding after he waved a hand in her face, snapping her out of the trance she was in.

"Ugh..ugh…yes I managed to finish up just now, I rushed back thinking you would need help….but I see that you didn't." Silver Chain remarked

"Naw, it was just some monster, I was more worried about my clothes being burned off than anything else" Saitama said, taking a glance back at the creature.

"I….I…see …uhmm anyways …thank you for assisting me, I'll be sure to give you proper credit and here this is my personal thanks." Silver Chain remarked before handing the hero an envelope he opened it immediately and inside of it was 150,000 yen, this shocked the hero more than the monster did in its entirety as remarked that it was no problem and that she could call him any time if she was giving out rewards like this for the people that helped her and Silver Chain remarked that she would …definitely keep it in mind before she told him that he could head off while she cleaned up the body and he took her up on his offer and slowly stepped away, she didn't move from her spot for the entire time he was in sight only staring at the now dead monster king but after 30 minutes past the other cadre started to come out of the woodwork each equally with a surprised expression on their faces, it wasn't only until Gyoro-Gyoro came out in its telekinetic grip he held another of the cadre Nyan.

"Where do you think you're going? No one said that we were concluded yet." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked to the clearly scared cat monster.

"You gotta be kidding me? We all saw what happened just now…if lord orochi couldn't beat that thing what hope do we have? I'm getting out of here and laying low. This whole thing is poin-" As the cat monster was speaking it suddenly found its neck getting crushed before a loud pop resounded around and the creature's body went limp.

"Anyone else getting cold feet." Gyoro-Gyoro said as he scanned the remaining 11 monsters before him none of them spoke or said anything.

"Phoenix-man revive him, we can't waste strong monsters now that the war date is set." Gyoro-Gyoro demanded.

"Should I revive? Lord orochi as well?" phoenix-man remarked with a hidden smirk.

"No need, orochi, hurry up and fix yourself…there should be enough biomass remaining for you to retain structure." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked to the "dead" creature, it was unbelievable, inconceivable, it was just not right…not only did this "man" beat Orochi with surprisingly little difficulty but his psychic power didn't seem to have any effect on him even after increasing his gravity by over 300x nothing happen and it was like he couldn't even feel it. What were their next moves with something like that hanging around?

"Is that thing gone?" orochi asked as he finally manifested the strength to stand up again, it had shrunken to about 10ft from what he was initially coming down to the size of about goketsu himself, there was a shiver to his tone that was never their before and all the monsters noticed but none commented on it, not even black sperm as arrogant as he was he said nothing as well.

"What should we do now Gyoro-Gyoro? I assume the plan is still on to eradicate the humans, correct?" a man said with three glowing balls of energy surrounding him.

"Of course …but we need new revisions to account for that man…he may be someone even stronger than the king himself so we must move with caution now." Gyoro-Gyoro continued to think but nothing came to him.

"I would suggest we simply circumvent the problem altogether." Silver Chain peaked up.

"And you got a way to do that? How? " gale wind remarked.

"Despite his strength, he is a rather simple and oblivious man or it could be that because of his strength, he is these things, the point I'm making is that it would likely take very little to send him away from the upcoming battle like a vacation to a different city." Silver Chain remarked.

"Are you sure he is that dense?" black sperm remarked unconvinced.

"I do." Silver Chain replied

"That is what we will do then, after we succeed in crushing the hero association's main force we will then focus all of our attention on destroying this one man, for now not a word of this will be spoken to any monster that is not a cadre or applicant." Gyoro-Gyoro stated with finality.

One day later

Final Roster Call: Child Emperor, Zombieman, Sitch, Sekingar, Sitch, 1A, Fuzzy, ?

Child emperor was walking down the halls of the association, he was momentarily surprised by the impromptu meeting discussing the final roster for the assault that's happening two days from now, he hadn't expected the monsters to announce the time so abruptly without any other build-up but he guessed given the recent events of the revival of the other monsters maybe they were feeling more confident in themselves to fully commit, could they not be as strong as he initially thought child emperor thought as he looked at his watch that displayed a hologram, his woof woof robot number three was suddenly offline after mapping a good portion of the tunnels it must have been found out but that meant that he was closing in on mapping out the thing completely. While he was musing in his thoughts he was suddenly interrupted by the sound of sekingar who was walking up to him. He was the advisor of heroes designated for the rescue mission and he was in charge of putting the supplementary force together so this was technically his meeting to lead. The two greeted each other for a moment before walking into an undisclosed room inside said room were two other individuals sitch and zombieman. Sitch was essentially sekingar boss within the association so he was to be told mostly everything involving the actions of his junior, zombieman was here because child emperor thought he was at least among the S-class one of the more level-headed ones that he could talk and discuss with and given his specialty in scouting and his forward's reconnaissance of the terrain his insight would be helpful when deciding how they should proceed with the forces they bring.

"I'm going to cut the pleasantries before they even begin. To discuss the main topic at hand. The monster association has made their intentions clear they want to challenge us one day from now and we shall greet them with great haste, child emperor, have you located their base of operations?" sekingar started

"I have mapped the majority of the outer cave and tunnel network, I should be able to find the main base with just a little more time. Have you managed to gather the S-class heroes?" child emperor replied then asked back.

"I have most of them on standby, but I fear that I can not delay tatsumaki much longer and drive Knight's whereabouts remain unknown to us and watchdog man refused to join in the operation. Any luck in convincing metal knight to join in the battle?" sekingar asked

"No, he's fully committed to not participating." child emperor responded

"Why?" zombieman asked

"He believes that we are playing directly into the monster's hands by going along with their little battle and he doesn't think the life of just one child is worth sacrificing a number of heroes to the grinder. His idea was to simply launch a nuclear strike." child emperor stated.

"Well I'm sure that would get rid of the threat or at least most of them." zombieman said with a half-hearted chuckle.

"Absolutely not! That child is the son of one of our top sponsors we can not afford to have him killed let alone by our hand." Sekingar remarked with some base in his voice.

"Yes I agree but, if he is so important can you explain to me why silver fang and demon cyborg are also not participating? Along with a number of the mutant's members as well?" Sitch asked both sekingar and child Emperor to share a glance with each other before looking at the other two in the room.

"The exclusion of those two is rather unfortunate but we simply can't trust them in this battle." sekingar started.

"Silver Fang allowed garou to live, likely due to him being his formal disciple. I doubt the monster was strong enough to stop him from killing him if he really set his mind to do it." child emperor said.

"And for demon cyborg I wanted him to join the team but child emperor brought up some new variables such as his close proximity to the monster association hideout along with investigations into his hometown coming up empty. He is still a new member of the S-class. He hasn't earned our trust, so on such an important mission it's best we keep these things under wraps to ensure security, especially after the recent incident." sekingar spoke.

"Speaking of that incident it was God of destruction: Dynamite that had resolved that incident, does this not prove that his loyalty should be without question?" sitch argued.

"How did he know? is the question. According to zombieman he was in Z-city before and rushed towards A-city to stop it." sekingar remarked.

"Well he said that he had "overheard" it when he rescued me from my predicament. but after posturing them for actual details they revealed to me that they actually had a source "on the inside." " zombieman replied simply.

" which brings me to my next point: the "mutants'' originally were the "non-killing army" We can not afford to hold back against the monsters in this battle, not only because they directly incriminate themselves with having connections to the monster association." child emperor stated.

"But this information helped stave off an entire execution of the hero association top brass, and we would have fallen into ruin. Does this not show this source as somewhat reputable? And almost all of them have started to kill monsters now which is why they changed their name in the first place." sitch again argued.

"Or it was to lead them and by extension us into a trap by depending on said information, even if it is a reputable source it is far too risky to trust or put our lives on." sekingar remarked.

"And the increased aggression could be due to monsterization, we have confirmation of these so-called monster cells turning people into monsters. Multiple martial artists also confirmed the rampant transformation and atomic samurai even confirmed that they could retain their "regular" forms and be completely inconspicuous. There's no telling if they aren't just monsters waiting in disguise, they represent too much of a risk to include in the raid or tell any information to." child emperor spoke, zombieman breathed on his cigarette and puffed out as he reached into his back pocket and threw out a device which slid across the table before stopping perfectly in the center and out of it popped up a display.

"Well I guess we are just going to disregard this then?" zomebieman spoke out and child emperor was completely baffled by the display and he quickly raised his watch to check if he wasn't just seeing things.

"Wait is thi-"

"Yup, they said that this was a map out of the monster location base and …there is where the kid is." zombieman spoke as he pointed a finger towards the glowing yellow dot, no one spoke for several seconds just staring at the display.

"Child emperor, is this correct?" sekingar asked

"It …it seems like it is, I'm still mapping the place in its entirety but based on estimates this would likely be the general shape and outline." child emperor said, still a bit surprised and confused.

"See we ca-"

"This proves nothing, if anything this could still be a trap and set up, no..it's best that we work with our own plan and details." sekingar stated simply and child emperor hesitantly nodded along with him in support.

"On top of them potentially being monsters, even metal knight doesn't trust them completely.. Specifically Neith he is suspicious of the robots she can create right now and he doesn't think drive knight was in that field of expertise leaving their source a mystery." child emperor also added on.

"Well, I guess that's that then…but I will tell you, guys, that even if you want to keep them out that they're going to come anyway, they made that abundantly clear to me, they believe that "real" heroes help out even without having to be asked to. So what are we going to do if…when we encounter them?" zombieman questioned.

"In that case, we should label them traitors and criminals to the hero association and treated as host-"

"Now that's enough! we are not condemning them for simply wanting to help, I understand the concern with security but if they want to follow their lead we should allow them if your two groups were to meet they should be treated with caution but not open hostility." Sitch said with authority.

"I'm with Sitch on this one, we shouldn't be fighting each other while we're in there and it will only complicate the situation, especially with four S-class individuals on their side technically six given that bang and genos will be with them( seven if he counted this saitama individual). They can follow their plan and we can follow ours. If they die following their tip then that's on them and we can just say we told you so if any of them make it back. If they're right, then the kid is saved either way..it's just a win-win scenario so it won't matter. "zombieman explained.

"That is…tolerable." child emperor said.

"Yes… the child is ultimately all that matters…they might not come back alive but if they could draw fire from our force then it will be worth it." sekingar remarked after regaining his composure.

"You shouldn't talk like that, they aren't just disposable pawns, they are heroes just as much as these two before us." Sitch remarked with a huff.

"I don't expect any of the heroes to come out of this unharmed and some sacrifices may need to be made. This is what they signed up for when they became professional heroes. " sekingar remarked with a serious expression and heartless voice.

"Sekingar …have you considered the aftermath? If any more heroes are injured or even killed, their numbers diminish even more.."

"Oh that's right, Sitch you are in charge of the EDP correct? Disregarding your disastrous rated hero initiative, have you ever thought that this monster association is the danger to the earth the great seer predicted? In that case don't you think it is now more than ever that the hero association takes the stage and shows our strength? If we destroy the monster association then we can overcome that prophecy once and for all." sekingar preached.

"I guess you're right about that." Sitch said

"Good. now that that's settled we should move on to members who will be joining us on our force, first and foremost since we have tank top master joining us suffice to say that his entire group will join as well, the same could be said for darkshine and the shining prodigies or what's left of them." sekingar remarked.

"Is darkshine himself actually ready? The guys have been really moppy recently and completely unlike himself." zombieman asked and to that sekingar rubbed a hand through his head.

"I don't know…he says that he will be ready to fight when the time comes and he just needs time to contemplate himself but taking him out of the roster is non-negotiable." sekingar remarked simply.

"Several of the A-class heroes dropped out from participating in the assault due to the structure of only being involved on the surface team, those being death gatling, air, stinger, battle goddess, and Pantheon. The good news is that all the other A-class will be participating in the battle, we were going to also include fubuki and her group but his sister forbade me from using her so we had to cancel her invite which directly correlated to all of her group also canceling on us. We picked and selected a few B and C-class heroes as well for more variety and to not take the entire association in the raid but ultimately this takes our battle numbers to 100 heroes in its entirety. " Sekingar remarked and zombieman whistled at that.

"Woah, that's a lot of people, about a fifth of the association?" zombieman asked

"Yes, they wanted our full force and we will show them that and the world the power of their protectors, we will need to divide the forces up into smaller divisions and squads. The second matter is the monster's ability to revive we must ensure that each monster-killed head is completely destroyed to stop it from being flanked from behind we need to make sure this information is disseminated through the ranks completely and if possible hand out handheld incinerators to torch the bodies so that there is no chance for revival." sekingar spoke and everyone listened intently as he continued to speak.

Neo heroes headquarters

"So it is as I predicted, it was fruitless to attempt to give them the information and if anything they seemed to be even more suspicious of you all than you are now before." fuzzy remarked as he looked across the large table he sat at, among them sat 20 chairs each containing the mutants of the hero association, each of them held disgruntled or in a few cases angry faces at the way they were talked about and not just how sekingar and child emperor were to throw them under the boss they couldn't even imagine what would have happened if sitch wasn't there. They likely would have been labeled as vigilantes or worst criminals some of the discussed after they stopped listening in on the planning.

"So what will you all do now? It seems while reluctantly they will allow your presence." fuzzy asked and the class soon quieted down.

"Yes, if there is a chance that we can find and locate the child and evacuate him as quickly as possible then it would be for the best." Iida remarked.

"That is if the information we provided was correct in the first place. Ribbit." Tsu remarked.

"What was that? " Bakugo barked out sitting up straighter, slamming both of his hands on the table.

"Bakugo your decision-making is compromised, you know that she and to some extent sekingar is right." Tokoyami responded.

"Compromised?" Bakugo remarked through gritty teeth.

"Come on dude even someone as dumb as me could see it, you like her so you want to believe in her.'' Kaminari quipped from a few seats down but where everyone expected Bakugo to flip out at the comment he just sat back and bit back whatever he was going to say indirectly confirming what kaminari said although most of them could already tell that it was the case.

"About that information, I assume that you already know if it is reliable or not don't you?" Momo spoke directly to Fuzzy who nodded his head.

"I can confirm that the information she provided was indeed correct although I can't verify if it is a trap or not, there doesn't seem to be any indication or whisper of their being ambushes prepared although she is a cadre so she may hold access to information that our machines are not privy to." fuzzy stated and Bakugo noticeably relaxed his posture a bit at that confirmation.

"Have you not tried to attempt contact with her through the machines?" Iida asked

" No, that would be far too risky for both of our accounts. No, it's best to keep things separate, I will notify you of any changes that come before the time of battle." fuzzy remarked

"Where is drive knight?" Midoriya questioned mostly Momo, who simply shook her head, she didn't know either.

"He is planning an assault on the monster association by himself, he asked for my aid in return for his silence about us to metal knight as you can see…the old man is already suspicious of you, Neith. " fuzzy stated, earning a few surprised gazes.

" An attack all by himself? What does he hope to achieve?" Kirishima asked.

"Yes, that seems to be completely out of the norm for someone like him." Momo added.

"You should be well aware of drive knights…curiosity with monsters…he looks at the monster association as a treasure trove of possible future test subjects and research opportunities. We are assisting him in marking suitable targets that are often found scouting on the surface, initially, he wanted to see if we could lure out the cadre known as phoenix man but him being a cadre and a rather important pawn of the monster association he is often kept in the deeper bowels unless there is something that he needs to revive on the surface." fuzzy remarked and the teens all nodded at that.

"Is…was there a bear monster included in that list?" Koda asked in a low and hesitant voice, all of the class turned to look at the boy most with solemn expressions.

"I do not know the specifics of the monster being chosen but I can get you a list of the ones marked and captured so far if you would like." fuzzy said.

"Yes, I would like that." Koda replied with multiple nods.

"Will do, oh and speaking of the machines Neith, once the fighting commences Ggale, GFlame, and G5 will all be under your direct control so along with the G4 unit you know, you can now for the length of the battle use up to four of the machines at a time. I'm sure that even after the target is extracted you all will stick around to help the hero association kill off the rest of the monsters" Fuzzy said.

"Thank you. I will try to make good use of them." Momo replied with a nod.

"What's your angel here? Why are you helping us to this extent, it can't just be becuase ponytail here is your personal crafting bench." Bakugo remarked with a scowl.

There was a pause around the room but no one reprimanded Bakugo for his line of thought they to found it oddly suspicious that the person that wanted to use the situation to prosper was helping the hero association so much.

"Ah yes, I will be front with all of you, I was actually hoping for the association to ignore the information so that my plan could flourish." fuzzy said.

"What is your plan?" todoroki asked

"The same as the rest of you rescuing the child of course, however, there is a catch, You won't be going in there alone… I'm sending you in with a couple of other individuals. Once you secure the child they will take the child off your care and return him to his father." fuzzy said.

"This ensures mr. Narinki be in your debt, which is one of the current hero association's biggest financial sponsors" tokoyami spoke.

"Indeed that is the case, we have already had dealings with him, he had set in a private mercenary team outfitted with our battle suits to "rescue" his son ahead of it all, and unfortunately, they were captured. I managed to convince the monsters to spare them but they are in the possession of D-OS at the moment." fuzzy said.

"Why didn't you tell him and the mercenary team to wait? You knew their odds of success were slim to none." Ojiro remarked.

"Who am I to get between this father and nature to protect his son?" fuzzy said with a shrug of his shoulders.

"So who are these individuals that will be accompanying us?" Shoji asked.

"Why don't you meet them yourselves, these are the future neo-leaders." fuzzy said before the door opened up behind them revealing a few familiar faces and one new one. Accel was there along with what seemed to be his twin brother Axel, and the large sumo wrestler Raiden was there, joined by two martial artists lin lin and suiryu. Which was being led inside by blue. There was some brief conversations among them as those that knew each other started to converse again suiryu and lin lin thanked Bakugo and todoroki for their help in the arena, she was even inspired by Bakugo's bravery to continue fighting such a powerful beast with equal ferocity and suiryu was inspired by saitama to become a hero and when the neo hero approached him he gladly took them up on the offer. The group discussed their plan for a moment before the others were all asked to leave and that blue had questions for the teens regarding his father.

Month 5: Week 1:

The Hunter's dilemma: Monster association, Garou

Garou woke up with a start and his body wish it hadn't he was absolutely beyond famished and the first thing he did when waking up was completely devour the food that was presented a couple of seats away from him he didn't care what it was, it looked like the meat of some kind and that was good enough for him after that was done. He took a look around his environment he was in a dark cell of some kind and in what appeared to be an abandoned or at least not well-kept prison he tried to remember what had transpired previous to his current stay he was in Bang's custody and the teens had come in but something happened there, there was the sound of fighting outside a teen was with him followed by a monster than a bird monster from the association arrived and he was pawned off …given that the monster was able to reach him did that mean that bang, bomb, and deku were.

garou quickly shook his head from those thoughts not that it mattered to him what happened to those losers, he did a quick scan of his cell and found a letter that was on the floor likely knocked over after his ravenous consumption of the food presented before him he picked it up and read it and it confirmed his suspicions that he indeed was captured by the monster association, what an annoying group he though as he kicked his way out of his cell and proceeded outside, as the door clattered to the ground he haer movement int he hallway a handful of monster appaorched him, they told him to wait in his cell until gyoror-gyoro summoned him of course garou wasn't going to listen to them as he moved forwards but they wanted to attempt force him to comply and garou held no calms with killing the bold ones then and their the other smartly backed down but he asked one of them where this suppose gryoro-gyroro was, while he didn't have any beef with the monster in question whoever it was seemed to be some sort of leader figure among these monsters so he would tell it to his face to leave him alone and that he didn't want any part in the monster association.

The monster showed him the way toward the main gathering area before running away, garou loved the sight being able to cause fear in even monsters themselves was exhilarating. He peeked his head around the corner of the opening as he heard the roaring of a loud crowd of monsters on the other side, he was surprised by the number of monsters present in the colosseum-like environment, but he was more surprised to find other humans down below in the center which all of their attention was focused, the group in the center was about 7 people each of two girls and five guys. They had remarked that they were mercenaries for hire, not heroes so the monster should let them go but what he assumed was gyro-gyro wasn't going to just let them leave after they had so brazenly entered their home and killed two of their soldiers any other thoughts was sidetracked as garou heard a voice telling him to stay put in his head, telepathy? He thought and despite himself, he decided to head the warning as the monster began to get even more riled up in the discussion on what they should do with them came up, of course, most of their suggestion was killing them, eating them, or some form of torture, it got garou wondering what he decides to do with them? He thought about that loud mouths words and what type of monster did he want to be and looking at their suggestions he definitely didn't want to be any of them, if he had his choice he would send them back damaged beyond repair as a warning to not trifle with the again, they spoke about being their to save a hostage maybe send a limb of said hostage with them to show that they weren't playing around…but maybe that was just him being edgy he would just beat them up and send them back on their way most likely.

Some monster were more impatient than other jumping from the stands directly at the group, they were petrified on the spot just waiting their death and for some reason garou had a urge to move to protect them but he squashed that down and it wasn't like he needed to anyways as another monster had came out of nowhere and sliced them apart they before drawing its on claim to the mercenaries even etching it's swords into one of the men's faces and upon further inspection garou recognized this monster it was in that hero guide royal ripper he assumed it was, he was the stuff of legend and myth he could feel it's bloodlust from here but it's actions were tempered by the three robots next to it, the two of them both named Ggale and Gflame the other which simply went by G5 were the ones to capture the criminals in question and they spoke in favor of their combat suits and the strength they possesses however they were directly fit for the individuals so they would be useless without the occupants alive so they instead offered to use them as pawns and to do that they use another famous monster myth being none other than, DO-S the dominatrix lived up to her name as she cracked her whip hitting each and everyone of the members before they started screaming in pain before changing strangely enough into a more docile state not before suddenly bulking out and breaking their upper white armored secotniogn leaving them all in dark black body armor only. It seemed Royal ripped attitude was soured by the events as he felt the blood lust of the monster increase even more and garou was surprised when that same bloodlust was directed at him and the monster gestured for him to come out and he did so stepping out into the colosseum, he again was surprised again by the number of monsters not to mention the large unit of a thing that was sitting right behind the supposed leader was it really that strong to command this level of respect from them? Could he become a monster as great as that? Did he want to? He would save those questions for later as the leader addressed him.

Quieting down the riff-raff that surrounded them and spoke about him, he mostly ignored them though they didn't matter to him, keeping his eyes focused on the large green thing in the center who seemed to be the king of all this.

"What do you want with me?" garou asked annoyed

"As you may be fully aware we are the monster association we have 500 members a similar number to that of the hero association but after the fighting has commenced e have less than 30 members with threat levels of disaster level demon and two less rated dragon, we have gone through a lot of effort to recruit you in losing elder centipede but I believe that you are worth it. I want you to join us, you will be offered the rank of cadre." gyoro-gyroro remarked

"You're making him a cadre immediately? You seem to be playing favorites." a small black monster told him

"For good reason, the potential he contains is extraordinarily easily eclipsing that of goketsu himself and it is abundantly clear from his actions that he hates the hero cult that humanity has cultivated and wants to tear it down. There is only one small problem …we are still undecided if you are truly a monster. So our boss Orochi has one condition before you're allowed to join." Gyoro-Gyoro stated and garou was surprised at that, so this orochi was the boss which he assumed was the large creature behind him..so why did he allow this other one take the lead when speaking could it not communicate?

"Do you want me to grow horns or something?" garou quipped but the booming voice of the large creature silenced him.

"One day. Bring me the head of a hero, it doesn't matter who." the large monster spoke.

"If you can kill a hero without hesitation then that proves you're a full-fledged monster." another monster showed up marching from the shadows; this one was an insectoid of some kind with dark brown chitin.

"Is Bang still alive?" garou asked simply.

"Unfortunately, the unexpected reinforcements of the non-killing army members were uncalled for and this marked the second time where a cadre has fallen when their number appears. Do you believe any of them could have been responsible or is Bang and his brother that strong?" Gyoro-Gyoro asked him and garou knocked his head to one side in thought before shrugging his shoulders.

"Hell if I know, I haven't fought the old bastard fresh in a while or seen what that big bug was really about but it couldn't even get rid of metal bat and even if I accomplished that I wouldn't put it past him to be beaten." garou remarked simply.

"I see…well you are free to go. One day, 24 hours after you leave, all you reach the surface, make the time count, and return with the corpse or your invite is forfeit." Gyoror-Gyoro said before directing him away garou sucked his teeth but followed along being escorted out and away when he was finally out of earshot, Gyoro-Gyoro summoned both royal ripper and bug god to attention and told them to follow after the hunter to ensure that he doesn't get cold feet or attempt to go to the heroes for help.

Now that garou was free the first thing he wanted to do was go get something to eat and return back to his hideout, he didn't know how popular he was now or unpopular given the recent monster association news but his body felt incredibly stiff all over like he hasn't been moving in days which when he finally found a calendar he nearly an entire month past with him being unconscious? Or did the monsters do something to him? Well now that he was free might as well take on the state of affairs as he made his way down to S-city he was surprised when he saw people in the middle of the street protesting for humanity to just give up and surrender to the monster even suggesting to give them sacrifices to appease them for the time being so that they would slow down idiot definitely didn't understand monsters he thought as someone voiced their displeasure at the protestors ust to be targeted garou just "happened" to get in the way to the scuffle and completely stopped them dead with a flick to the knocking to people out as he passed by making the remaining protestors looser their nerves and quickly disperse, he caught some of the signs and he was surprised that none of them included the non-killing army in the mix but after some further research he saw that they weren't called that anymore but were now going by "mutants" and they didn't have any calms with killing monster anymore, huh what a month could change he thought to himself. the city has seemed to be undergoing a renaissance of crime brought on by the dread of the monster association as robbers and petty thefts attempted to just go in because of the hopelessness of the situation of course this is what happens when you have ass things garou thought as he travels approaching a fancy diner and threatening some punk to get out of his way the wannabe thug quickly left after that and garou made his way inside ordering everything on the menu before peacing out, slipping through the guards as they yelled out for someone to stop him.

Garou had quickly left finding a route that he could take to reach his hideout while on his travels he continued to think about what type of monster he wanted to become it became clear that the monster of the association wasn't the fear he wanted to spread he wanted to a fear that was ever present even when they weren't around someone to plunge the world into despair so great no one would dare do anything…but wouldn't that just be boring world…garou thoughts were jumbled so he elected to forget about it as he continued his walk. He continued as dawn started to set in a was mildly surprised to find that he had run into that ugly boy from before in the par he seemed to be getting ganged up on by a couple of other kids about 10 of them he thought and try as he might he couldn't beat all of them but after watching for a moment and overhearing the other kids calling him a monster and throwing a rock at him struck a nerve in him and his body moved on it's own as he slid down the slope and yelled at them to get lost making them scream and run away from him.

After catching up for a brief moment with the kid seeing if he was still undergoing his practices he was going to keep moving until someone called after him which halted his motion. He stopped still and turned as it was evident that the person was a hero, a bald man in a ridiculous yellow costume with red boots and a white cape, the kid looked into the hero guide and recognized him as the upcoming B-class hero caped baldy, and garou nearly broke out with laughter at such a dumb name. The man while clearly upset with his laughter turned around from him and said he would "let him go" and the kid was also saying that he should take the hero's advice, the fact that both of them were looking down on him including the monsters grinded his gears and he was reading to attack the hero for the audacity of it but as he approached and touched the man he found himself soaring high into the air as an incredible pain shot through his body causing him to black out.

By the time he came to the kid was there with him and told him that the man had freaked out when he knocked him unconscious and quickly ran away after that. garou was still flabbergasted that he ripped the guide from the boy and scanned to the section of the hero he just encountered and read over his file the B-class hero with a checkered past that leeches off others reading the headline…what the hell? He seemed like an ordinary person all things considered he definitely shouldn't have been able to hit him so hard it wasn't until he read his actual name which was saitama that things started to connect he heard that name before but his head was hurting too much to concentrate not that it mattered as another voice rung out, this one being somewhat familiar to him as he looked over and saw royal ripper standing there watching him.

the kid started to freak out due to meeting the myth of a monster in real life, garou obviously knew where this was headed going by what the monster was saying and appearing behind the creature was the other monster from the base the insectoid he didn't catch its name but he guessed they were their for the same reason.

He wanted to take the fight elsewhere especially when the boy yelled out that the royal ripper had a pension for kidnapping kids, hmph and here he thought the monster was sorta cool too, well they did say never meet your idols after all. The monsters talked a load of nonsense as he expected about him failing Gyoro-Gyoro test, failing to defeat even some unknown and random hero and that the only way he could salvage his reputation now was to kill the child, it would represent him fully committing to throwing away his humanity as monster have done so, garou turned to the kid and the kid had snot and tears streaming form down his face as he shook his head rapidly begging him to not do it, garou didn't care about that as he asked for the kids name instead and despite his shock through whimpering sobs he finally got out that it was tareo. After learning that he told the kid to run away which surprised him as his sobbing finally stopped he stared dumbfounded at him instead so he instead put more force into it telling him to get up and run away in a harsh tone but while the boy stood his shivering legs refused to move, garou felt the killing intent at his back as a sword entered into his peripheral vision not aimed at him but the child directly idiot he thought as he grabbed the blade stopping it from reaching its intended target.

As he grabbed the blade he lifted and took the monster off his feet and added more force with a kick to the sternum sending the monster up and over him, the monster caught itself by standing its two blades into the ground and twisting its own arms to stop the rest of the momentum, breaking its arms in the process making it spangly and twisted which it simply undid by twisting it back around when he had his foot properly planted. Garou told the kid to run again and this time he finally listened, running away from the ensuing battle. As both the insectoid and royal ripper rushed him.

Gyoro-Gyoro room

Gyoro-Gyoro was patiently waiting in his room relaxing when he was suddenly disturbed by Phoenix man, the bird monster question his methods about sending out two of the more bloodthirsty monsters in waxing over garou instead of himself which was and after doubling down on his questioning after seeing through his bluff of an original answer he gave the creature the actual reasoning. The actual reasoning was to groom garou, he fully expected both royal Ripper and bug god to attack the hunter and at his current level he wouldn't be able to beat the duo but that was the key, he needed the hunter to grow by experiencing death or coming very close to it, he explained that this was how he created orochi himself through many trial and error and many sacrifices he was able to create orochi and he sees that same talent but if there was always the chance he could be wrong so if the hunter simply died from the injuries he suffered from the two then that would be that, he was a worthwhile distraction regardless.

Garou rushed into combat against the two monster launching out with a hard strike against the insectoid chest, but that only seemed to end up hurting himself as he recoiled and his knuckles even began to bleed as he retracted it , the second monster struck out against him slashing at him with his two arm blades, but garou was to fast avoiding and parrying every strike out of harm's way his body was acclimating still so he received a slice across his arm, but he didn't let that stop him as he heard the crunching of the other monster coming up behind him so he diverted both of the creature rapid blades to it instead but his smug grin only turn to confusion as again the insectoids chitinous armor was completely unscathed he raised both of his hands in time to block the massive strike coming down on him, he avoided a couple more sword swipes from the ripper but was unable to avoid the hard hit that the insectoid had the force of which flung him clear into the air only being stopped by a power lines.

as he touched his body he felt it surge with brief stints of electricity frying him even more but he ignored the feeling as he used the cables to launch back at the two of them. The flying kick combined with the momentum was able to strike the insect with rough force to push him backhoe parried the blades ripper while in mid-air before lashing out with a punch to the gut followed by another snap kick to the side of the head and duel punch to the stomach sending it flying backward unlike the insect which lost its balance and fell to a knee the blade-wielding psycho was still on its feet but its blades were now in a more defensive stance. But he's learned their moves are nothing compared to bang or bomb they wouldn't be hitting him again, their bravado about holding back was just that as he spit a tooth out that had dislodged in his mouth, smirking as a small crater formed from the impact.

Before the fighting could actually begin again, however, a cry from behind came in it was tareo voice still calling him uncle he quickly turned around to find that the bo had been captured by the same monster from back then during his fight with a metal bat, that jelly monster from before he briefly heard one of the monsters behind him call his name to be sludge jellyfish, garou felt a rush of bloodlust from behind him but was too slow to respond as the two blades lacerated his back and he fell forwards towards the ground. Ojiro and toru happened to be touring around S-city when they heard A commotion occurring, they had seen some of the fights happening and this time were adamant in not participating if even garou was struggling against these creatures then they would just be a hindrance in stopping him but that didn't stop, they had activated the beacon and hopefully bang and bomb would eventually come and settle this but when the child was brought into the situation the two of them had the decision to make and that was …to wait…both waited with bated breath only hoping that the single that they put out would have bang and bomb show up to resolve the issue but they never came and the results were instantaneous garou faltered and fell to the ground unmoving while the monster laughed and took the child away.

Once the close was clear they quickly got closer to the now bleeding garou and looked down at him with worry, they checked his pulse for a moment but it was horrible faint, they had called the paramedics and to come and pick him up it took a couple of hours but they finally did so and took him away bang still hadn't shown up yet so he called for anyone that could be close to him at the moment, eventually finding someone that knew where he was and not five minutes later he was their they had told him what happened and they cursed their own weakness in that situation but bang assured them they did the right thing and that at least he knew garou was being cared for or so they thought as they arrived at the hospital that the ambulance was supposed to be headed towards, they were shocked when they were told that the it had never arrived and in fact it was found overturn with a giant hole exploding outwards, which none of the teens or master knew how to take, was garou still out there somewhere or was he kidnapped?

Saitama home

Saitama returned to his house to a surprising sight, it was that girl again from before. Was it another mission? He was partially excited given his rewards from the last one.

"Yo? What's up is another monster attack nearby…there are usually a lot of them around here but I haven't seen any recently tho." Saitama remarked casually.

"That is not quite the issue this time, I came to inform you that there are some major renovations which will be taking place tomorrow and we are asking tenants to relocate immediately due to the noise that would be taking place." Silver Chain remarked and Saitama shrugged.

"Well I guess that makes sense but I don't have any place to go really..so I guess I'll just stay and bear through it even though I hate being bothered." Saitama spoke casually leaning against the wall.

"Actually for heroes like yourself, we have a program, where you have a hotel waiting for you in P-city. While the renovation commences." Silver Chain said as she handed him an envelope

'Oh, that sounds pretty nice actually, thank you. Guess I should start packing." Saitama remarked as he opened the door to find two suitcases and luggage packed and already prepared for him.

'I had run into demon cyborg earlier and informed him of the news, I guessed he had packed your bags in preparation." Silver Chain said behind him.

"Oh did you catch where he was going?" Saitama asked.

"No, I believe he said something about a doctor?" the Silver Chain said innocently.

"He's probably going to get his swimming parts again." Saitama said with a chuckle as he opened up his briefcase and scanned the items for a moment before seeing that it was good enough which he would expect of the cyborg before zipping the briefcase back up and carrying them away towards the doorway about to leave. Silver chain seeing that her job was done was about to start walking away but she noticeably jumped when saitama called back out to her.

"Huh, are you alright didn't mean to scare you." Saitama remarked simply.

"No it is quite alright, I just stepped on something, do you have any further questions?" Silver Chain asked

"Not a question per se but I just want to make sure that nothing happens to my house, while I'm gone" Saitama said.

"Ah I see, don't worry I'll ensure that nothing happens to your home." Saitama nodded before waving off and starting his journey away as night began to fall. Silver chain breathed an audible sigh of relief before signaling for her clone to make its move, the clone held a discombobulated genos within its grasp, both of his arms and legs were missing along with losing several cracks in his eye feeds. The clone began to stomp out a message in Morse code that the machine could decipher the only reason he didn't self-destruct was due to the proximity it was to his master's house which she was fortunate for given that they couldn't afford to kill genos and risk angering saitama if he found out so she was tasked break the machine and hope that it would not be able to participate in the battle. After the demon cyborg successfully got the message she left the machine where it was and disappeared without a trace, she caught the glance of the phoenix man leaving the base but it did not matter to her his objective as hers was complete.

Monster association

Gyoro-Gyoro room

Gyoro-Gyoro was unsurprised when he was told about what happened to garou, as expected royal ripper had gone too far and had supposedly killed the hunter, unfortunate really if it was true garou really did seem like another orochi candidate, and with saitama around he needed that candidate and couldn't allow it to go to waste so he called for phoenix man.

"I'm guessing garou was killed?" the bird monster asked.

"That's what you are going to find out, if he is dead use your power on him but don't completely resurrect him use as little power as possible just so his body has another chance to get up by itself if it fails a second time then just forget about it and resurrect him fully, while under your influence we can use him to lure out bang and eliminate him." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked and Phoenix man did a small sharp inhale.

"What do you not think I knew about your ability? I can see inside the minds of people and monsters alike, I know that you control the people you resurrect and I also know that you have killed and resurrected a number of monsters so let me make this explicitly clear." Gyoro-Gyoro said as he used his power rising off his seat to fully concentrate completely, making the bird monster crumple down to his knees in pain.

"The only reason I have tolerated your insolence for this long is due to your ability and the upcoming conflict. Make no mistake after everything is done and saitama is killed. I will crush your pathetic attempt at a mutiny. Now begone from my sight." Gyoro-Gyroro said, relinquishing his hold and allowing the bird monster to stand once more while clearly angry he still obeyed and left without a word spoken.

Somewhere else in the Monster association base

G5 was walking towards his destination when suddenly he found itself blocked by a large monster that went by great food tub and by the sound of the second voice the next one was none other than royal ripper each monster was rated to be disaster level Demon but killing them would draw too much attention, especially for what it had to do at this moment.

"Excuse me. May I pass through?" G5 spoke interrupting the two bickerings he was surprised when the large creature turned around to attempt to eat him, it could have been a simple matter to draw and slice the head in two but thinking on friendlier terms as killing each other was forbidden especially demon-level monsters. So instead it showed out its hands as quickly as possible and quickly grabbed a shivering monster that lay around the corner using its spring-like arms and quickly threw it inside the great food tub's mouth.

"That'll do for the next few hours, sorry for blocking the way." the great food tub remarked simply walking down the pathway and out of sight, allowing G5 to see what the argument truly about royal ripper had brought in another human child from the outside.

"You are G5, right? Thanks pal….what's that? Where did you steal it from." Royal ripper asked about the object in its hand.

"This is...I collect these things as a sort of hobby, I'll dismantle them and examine them thoroughly so that I may upgrade myself ... .so if you'll excuse me." G5 stated before moving on quickly.

Royal ripper found the robot strange but in truth didn't know much about machinery so he just let it go besides he still had his prize possession in his midst and he had the perfect place to place him to ensure that none of the other monsters get to him, so he gestured for tareo to move along until they went to the cell block with the other human child that they brought along waganma, even he had to admit that he was feeling a little tired from fighting garou earlier and would like to replenish his energy before he carried on with his fun and after waking up he always did have the urge to kill something right away, he thought with a smile as he turned and walked away. Tareo walked in and introduced himself to the kid in the cell, his clothes were clearly disheveled and ripped in some places and he smelt pretty bad, he looked at him like he was a miracle which was likely due to him being the only human he was seen in a while if he had to guess.

thinking about it some more and remembered that the hero association sponsor son was captured to answer that the kid gripped his shirt pretty roughly and asked him what was taking so long and what happened to his father and why haven't the heroes come to free him yet, the kid was clearly even more scared then he was given how long he's been there he couldn't really blame them living with monsters seemed tortuous and when tareo couldn't answer any of the boy's questions the, he quickly separated himself from him by pushing him away nearly making him bang against the gate. He watched as the boy crumpled down into the back of the cell wall and didn't even look at him again, he didn't have much to say so he dug into his pockets ad found that he had a piece of candy and offered it to the small kid which upon realizing what he had eagerly taken the piece of candy and ate it but he didn't offer any sort of thanks or anything just continued to stay curled up against the wall. Tareo, not having much else to do, just decided to sit there along with him and hoped for the best.

Z-city outskirts

"I brought along the object that you asked for. Anything more would draw too much attention, and all of the data should be backed up inside of here as well." G5 spoke simply as he handed the metal knight drones face mask to none other than drive knight, the cyborg was busy capturing another monster this one a fungus-type creature that had been able to spread and use its body to take apart the environment and use that to form bodies for itself to fight.

"Thank you for your cooperation." drive knight remarked simply.

" I hope you consider switching sides, when the time comes." the robot voice spoke after taking the mask and examining it.

"I'll consider it." drive knight remarked simply and the robot acknowledged before turning and beginning to march away but stopped and turned back to the cyborg.

"According to our readings, your prime target has been sent out of the base, based on our estimates the target is headed towards S-city…..we warn you that the cadre is our strong creature, a fight between you two would likely be a prolonged one." G5 commented and drive knight was already in the midst of gathering his gear.

"No worries, I care not for killing the creature, all I need is a sample of it. I should be able to manage that." drive knight said before transforming into his silver transformation and riding off going to an approximate distance and flying away. The G5 drone merely continued back into the base while they waited for their next directive.

S-city

Phoenix man did a survey of the designated area, he did a once pass over and saw where the blood was spilled but he didn't manage to see garou corpses anywhere. Did that mean he was still alive after all? He did a scan over using his Falcon mode for its speed but also its sight granting him increased vision in the night, he spotted an ambulance head away from the scene. Using his intuition he could imagine that maybe some could have seen him bleeding out and call someone they were next to a child playground apparently so it wasn't out of the realm of possibility but suddenly the ambulance was quickly overturned as something or more likely someone punctured through from the inside kicking a hole out of the side of the car but before he could continue to look at scene play out but before he could see if it truly was the hunter in questions he was shocked as multiple missiles struck him in the back exploding and sending him spiraling down towards the ground.

He quickly recovered by switching back into his base state and flapping each of his wings to bring his descent to a complete stop he turned his head up only to be blinded by a bright light and stricken with pain on his left upper wing was suddenly cut off, phoenix man ready himself for a fight as the jet-like flying off and he assumed to come back around for another attack but instead of doing that the jet figure simply continued to fly off and away, did it just want to anger him so he could chase after him? Well, he wasn't dumb enough to do that and the injury wasn't that bad it would heal itself in no time. He took one last glance down at the overturned ambulance but whatever had come out of it was long gone and given that fighter he didn't want to stick around for much longer in case whoever that was came back with reinforcements.

Monster association base

Gyoro-Gyoro wasn't too surprised when he felt someone enter one of the tunnels and started to make progress towards the base, however, something about this didn't feel right to him, if the returning figure was Phoenix man then surely there would be two signals coming back instead of just one? So maybe it wasn't him and someone else, he could tell that it wasn't a machine so it was likely either a monster or it could be a forwards scout for the hero association although that wouldn't make sense given that they had mapped this place out using machines instead of in person, well there was zomebieman snooping around supposedly going off Silver Chains scouting run one time, it was a shame that she allowed him to escape but it couldn't be helped she did not have the knowledge to know the extent of his regeneration simply cutting his head off would likely not be enough to finish him off which is why he had assigned homeless emperor to take care of him. Regardless he guessed he should send someone to check in on who that intruder was, the day of the war was upon them and they couldn't afford any surprise so he sent a telekinetic order to some nocturnal monsters to go toward the A8 tunnels to check it out, giving them the order invite the person if it is a monster or do whatever they like if it's anything else.

A couple of hours later phoenix man returned missing one wing and missing one garou in his possession which Gyoro-Gyoro was angry at until he explained that garou was likely alive he had come under attack when scouting for his body but he assumes that the ambulance he found had contained it, the reason he took so long was due to laying low and not wanting to be followed if the hero that attacked him came back but more than that he found a couple of corpses scattered about the base that he spent reviving and asked if royal ripper had gone on another rampage recently. Gyoro-Gyoro did not think he did especially with the child in his possession but hearing that garou may have survived and hearing of how he was defeated he had a guess on who that intruder was that was currently stomping around the base. Gyoro-Gyoro had sent Phoenix man away to go and revive the trail of carnage the hero hunter left in his wake and to awaken the indigenous species for their time for the coming battle.

Royal rippers room

Royal ripper had woken up with his urgent bloodlust in full bloom he knew that it was the day of the battle with the hero association but he didn't care about any of that, the war and the monster association itself was just a means to an end for him so that he could go around and slash and circle anyone he pleased, kids often were his prime targets due to the amount of fear and dismay they shed upon realizing their fate it was so delicious and made the kill that much sweeter adults did it as well but it was hard to tell why it was just a special kind of feeling when the kids were involved and little tareo was no expectation, as he drew a small line across the boys face with his blades..he asked why he was doing this and it was only right to tell the small child and if he was expecting complex or sob story he wouldn't get it here, he simply like to kill things and right now his full attention all of his bloodlust was completely revolving around him but as he swung his arm back to release his tenstiona sudden crash through the very wall interrupted him and he was surprised to see a familiar silhouette enter into his room.

"You!" royal ripper screamed as he changed the trajectory of his blades to aim for Hero Hunter but before he could even swing his swords something had lashed out at him and suddenly he could see his body from above before his vision suddenly became segregated before everything disappeared.

"Uncle!" tareo shouted elated at his hero for rescuing him.

"Let's go shitty brat." garou remarked stoically even after eviscerating the monster with the whirlwind fist marking the first time he actually managed to use the technique. Garou quickly kicked open the door and started to continue forward the kid asked him how he knew of the place and the answer was simple he was a monster, the competition drew the presence of other monsters close by which the three immediately started to come to attack them he made quick work of them and started to carry on before he started to dig in on the remains, despite somehow being alive he still lost a lot of blood so the best way for him to restore that at this point was to eat well at least that's what he thought the kid seemed horrified at that act and normally he probably would have been as well, wasn't the common theory was that if you ate monsters then you became one?

Does that mean that he really was a monster right now? Overall it didn't matter he came here to get his revenge and now that he's done so he was leaving saving the kid was just happenstance and if he came with him to the exit then that would just be a coincidence nothing more, as two proceeded they didn't seem to be any strong opposition to their escaping so he could just retrace their steps and he'd be scott free now but there was a small snag in the situation when the by mentioned there being another kid that was trapped down their garou weighed his options in split second and remembered that the monster captured someone important to the association which meant that it was their problems not his and he is going to tell the kid that and clarify that he wasn't there to save him but his words died in his throat as he turned and just behind the boy was a large black creature, it was so silent on its approach that he didn't even hear it.

The creature upon closer inspection looked to be a dog of some kind with multiple eyes on the side of its head, his body screamed at him to not piss the thing off so he was definitely going to listen to it and together with the boy slowly but steadily made their way back and the dog stayed put all the while just looking at them weird but he wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. But before they could crest the corner garou spotted a humanoid rat shape in the dark and quickly pulled the child back as it fist ripped through the wall and nearly obliterated him now, a second figure tore through the wall at nearly the same instant just a couple inches away from the fist a horn shape that he diverted away and from his head and grabbed at its spindly body and then tossed aside, he recognized another attack headed for him some liquid of some kind and pushed the child away even further to avoid any splash damage but that meant he couldn't avoid the attack in time as the liquid washes over him, he didn't know what it was but he knew one thing it was hot.

He bounced back to get whatever it was of him before standing up and carefully looking at the three monsters that approached him, one was a muscle-looking humanoid rat that was a result of human experiments and also had regeneration powers super mouse, some sort talking faucet that could spray a number of different chemicals called shower head, and the last one was a scrawny monster with a longhorn at the top which it says in "unbreakable" but garou really doubted that which called itself unihorn. He didn't know what they were explaining things to him because he definitely didn't ask or care for that matter and since they were fighting it only served to benefit him in the fight anyways and he told them as such which predictably cause them to come and attack him, the horned monster was first performing multiple cartwheels at super speed his horn cut into the ground and created a small trench as he pressed his way forwards towards him garou sidestepped the attack easy enough but continued to watch as the horned monster turned around and came towards him he took a hesitant glance back to see if the others were going to attack him but they seemed to be taking him on one at a time and he chuckled at that as he spun the second rolling spear and hit him with a sidekick to the gut that sent him slamming into the wall once he was out of the way shower head came to attack him unleashing a blast of unknown chemicals.

garou used the whirlwind to spin an air current creating a pocket directly through the liquid and directly at the monster's face where he slammed home a hard punch that broke a hole in the guy's face. Just as his compatriots were thrown back the large mouse came in with a hook and garou just smiled as he countered again with the whirlwind catching the attack and sending a swirling wind cutting up the rat's arm, shoulder, and thigh. The three monsters started to drone on about being demon-level monsters and how it was impressive for him to match up against them garou didn't subscribe to those dumb ratings even with that even if these jokers were disaster-level demons then that would make him a dragon-level threat.

The three monsters rebuffed him stating that disaster level was only reserved for monster association cadres and it seemed that all their talking actually had a purpose this time around as the horned monster had shrunk down into itself and turned into just a large horn which the large mice which healed itself from his attack picked up and threw in his direction, this was further boosted by shower head firing his water at the thrown spear in a combination attack that they dubbed burst thrusting speed: demon trident but to garou all it did was remind him of a similar attack to the A-class hero stinger and compared to him right now as he casually brushed the attack past him sending it flying down into the hallway, it looked like it was barely moving. But he had forgotten what was down that pathway; they just went down as a large roar rang out through the hallway. Sometime later the horn was flung back into the top part shredded which garou mocked the monster for an "unbreakable" horn the other two monsters were panicking and remarked that the dog they had passed was actually a cadre which surprised garou but they told him that power was what really mattered to the monster association but before anything else could be said the hallway lit up like a massive light bulb and garou body moved before he could even process what was happening grabbing the boy and quickly running away, the other monsters must have had shit instincts as they tried to counter it in shower heads case or simply take the attack straight on in hopes his regeneration could save him in the mouses but he would gladly accept their stupidity as when the burst hit their bodies it exploded and even then the size of the explosion nearly clip him and the kid.

The explosion began to shatter and crumble the surrounding structure causing it to start to fall around them, garou used the whirlwind to get past a ceiling that was about to crash on them before things started to resettle again and he threw the kid away pretty harshly. He told the kid to scram and leave because he sure as shit couldn't escape this thing while watching over him but more than that he can finally see what a disaster-level dragon is like and he wanted to test himself and see how he came up.

The kid left but not without tripping up over some gravel, which drew the dog's attention. It charged up a blast and garou reacted by punching the creature repeatedly on its front right leg. He had hoped that it did at least some damage but when he looked up to see the effects. But all he saw when he looked up was death as the energy ball in its mouth was pointed directly toward him and it fired he could only raise his arms up in some pitiful defense to bare through it, his mind racing with such dumb thoughts of it being the end and how he only wanted to fight monster-like heroes, not actual monsters or how he could go for a coke right about then but as the light faded he could see and feel that he was still alive, he looked up as the dog came to inspect the hole it made in the floor with its attack, was it that fast to jump back and not get hit by its own explosion? Garou thought but as the creature opened its mouth he stopped thinking entirely and started just letting his body drive him as he dogged out of the way of a barrage of blast from the beast but the beast was equally fast and continued to launch his explosion at him while running along the walls matching his pace, try as he might he was eventually consumed by the explosions but he used that as a cover to get above the creature and he came down hard with an. Fu Jin enhanced: punch but as he smirked as the dog monster's head bent down he was shocked as it sprung right back up as if nothing happened that was his strongest attack he thought as he tried to press off the creature with a hop but again showing off its speed the dog managed to bite down on his food before he got too far and again blast him point blank downwards where he crashed down through multiple floors where he stopped along and laid under a pile of rubble.

"Ah it seems that my hunch was correct, the intruder running around the base was you garou. You lived that's very good you are living up to my expectations very well now, I want to have a little chat... You've gained explosive growth during your short time away and your body seems to hold limitless potential but I fear it is not enough…right now you can only be described as a half-monster but if you come and let me teach you, then I can raise you to be the strongest monster." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked as he picked up the debris that was burying garou with his esper powers. allowing the hunter to stand up and on his own.

"You want to raise me? What are you going to teach me psychokinesis or something?" garou asked.

"No, what I will teach you is the secret behind monsterization." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked before going into a monologue about monsters and how the greatest way for a monster to evolve was through death, he showed the examples of both phoenix-man and orochi as examples of this but it wasn't so simple as to just bring a monster to the brink of death and see if they would survive or not, no each monsters "death" was something that was tailored to them specifically and the trouble was just finding that out. Garou questioned how many times he tried this process and gyoro-gyoro simply remarked that it was countless times on humans and monsters alike and while he had a few successes all of them died before reaching disaster level dragon until there was one subject who became monster king orochi and just like in Orochi's case he senses the same amount of potential in him no an even greater potential than his, if he followed him then garou could truly become the king of monsters.

"Isn't that what you wanted garou? To become a monster that wins?" Gyoro-Gyoro finished his speech with.

"Mind your own business and leave me the hell alone." garou remarked through gritted teeth, but the question was always just for show anyways Gyoro-Gyoro won't be taking no for an answer and if that meant she would have to use force to control him as he started to put his psycho pressure onto garou forcing the hunter to stay rooted in place but he was surprised when garou actually started to move even though he wasn't using his full power at the moment he was sure that he was applying enough pressure or someone at his level to be stopped completely in his tracts could it be ? that he was still improving in combat? In that case, he wanted to push him further using the apparent debris in the room he chucked it at Garou just to have the hunter pulverize it with his fist and laugh off the attack and even correctly deduce that he couldn't restrain him and launch those attacks at the same time. He through one more roc at the hunter this one reinforced with his psychic power so it wouldn't shatter so easily but the hunter's senses were greater than he anticipated as he elected to dodge this roc this time flipping end over end until he sat perched on top of the debris that fell into the room. Garou seemed confident to attack him to kill and it was at that moment that Gyoro-Gyoro decided to let orochi have some fun, he needed a win after facing off against saitama.

Orochi's hand raised up out of the floor and gripped garou tightly dragging him under and presenting the hunter face-to-face with the large beast, Gyoro-Gyoro activated his chair which started to lower itself into the large chamber with the large being and saw it crushing garou in its grasp however when he saw it begin to crush garou a little too much he had to tell it that it still wanted garou alive causing the creature to drop the hunter unceremoniously. And despite the rather large fall and being crushed within the monster's large grip the hunter was still alive and kicking, he had to admit that his determination was impressive if nothing else. Garou kicked up to his feet and locked eyes with the giant monster before the giant monster lashed out with one of the creature's large horns he avoided the attack but did not expect it to twist in mid-air and directly strike him in the gut and the force of the blow sent him careening off into the far wall. Garou thought the wound would have meant the hunter would struggle to stand up again but he again surprised him when he rose without much more effort than he had previously the hole in his stomach was still open and leaking blood but he just smiled and said that his body was used to being stabbed from earlier.

Orochi lashed out again this time with all of his horn on his head garou used the old man's technique to deflect all of them away from his body before using the dust cloud to leap up and away into the coliseums stands, he would have thought that moving song the populous would halt or at least make the monster think twice before attacking but that was just his human said thinking as the monster did not relent in its approach completely following after him and shooting his tentacles out as he moved along any monster he didn't kill the monster sure did but there was a brief surprise as two monsters, in particular, were spared the fate of the others, but his moment getting lost in that fact made him slip up slightly and a horn grace his side carving a chunk of flesh with it the new blood spilling down his body, which brought his mind to his other wounds on his person, he wouldn't be able to just keep running around forever he needed to attack. Garou leaped from high above the large monster before returning back to the creature hoping to scramble its brain it was once human so that meant it still needed its head to do just about anything but garou was shocked when the creature instead of dodging instead opened its mouth and revealed multiple subsets of mouths underneath which shot out at him hoping to swallow him whole.

Garou thought quickly and used one of his large tusks on the side of his face to spring away from the closing mouth avoiding death not for the last time this day he thought as he looked at the large creature again only to stare aghast as it's body changed taking on more worm and draconic like shapes and dropping down to all fours but worst 6 mouths lit up with a light and he knew what that meant going off the dog so he braced himself for a very hot bath as the fire came crashing down around him scorching the area. Garou couldn't see anything and he was pretty sure that he couldn't feel anything anymore as his skin darkened to that of charcoal but his senses told him something was coming and he tried to put off the best defense he could as he shot both of his arms out to the left and block the massive fist aimed his way but it was fruitless as the forces still sent him sailing backward at least the collision extinguish the flames he thought as he removed from the crash.

"Give up garou, orochi is the ultimate being he is far above your current level," Gyoro-Gyoro remarked.

"Shut it, I'm a genius you won't keep landing the same attack on me. Just watch I'm about to turn this whole thing around. I'll admit this guy is strong but strength is the only thing he's got…he's missing something that will truly make him a monster king." garou said

"Oh? And what would that be?" Gyoro-Gyoro asked

"Terror he doesn't have what it takes to terrify others…I on the other hand will let you experience true terror! Come and be terrified!" garou proclaimed, setting both of his hands apart and taking a deep breath, and getting into a stance but he was shocked when the monster mirrored his stance almost exactly.

"Do you really think you're the only genius? Your movements and techniques can be copied with one look, orochi has grown even more thanks to you." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked simply.

"Terr..terror…that's what it was…terror…. Garou …I know what it is like to experience true terror now let me be the one to bestow it upon you!" orochi remarked suddenly. Garou let out a chuckle.

"Oh, so you admit that you can get scared? That's good, real good and you said that you copied my style which only means you adopted a compatible style that will make my life easier on purpose. How considerate of you... You'll regret that!" garou screamed as he launched himself at the monster holding the whirlwind in his other hand but he was shocked when multiple appendages came out at him each of which using the water stream…the next thing he felt was blood, pain and then nothing at all.

"Such an intense obsession with defeating heroes along with an intense desire to become a monster but still you lack the impulse and lust of a true monster, garou are you still clinging on to your humanity? Oh well it may take some time but I will fully commit to brainwashing you after everything is over and settled, we will need more monsters similar to you orochi if we'll have any chances of killing that man." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked and looked over and he could tell even just mentioning that man had gotten to orochi as his hands visibly shook even after wiping his memory of the event he could still tell that whoever he was talking about was bad news and someone to be avoided…terror Gyoro-Gyoro balked a monster king should never admit that they were scared huh he would need to work some more on orochi it seemed as he grumbled to himself as he gestured for orochi to come down to its room again while he sent a telekinetic signal to phoenix man that he also had some corpses in the main hall to revive.

Both Aki and Asterius had been watching the battle between the monster king and the new individual or intruder whoever it was, it was a rare sight to see the king monster fight himself and interest and curiosity were at an all-time high for many a monster when the cadre returned and spoke out that the king was successful in getting rid of this saitama someone who was able to defeat both goketsu and elder centipede although other monsters noted that the king was smaller than he was originally when left indicating that the fight must have been fairly huge and whoever or whatever this saitama was, was a serious threat but his defeat created a moral boost to several of the monsters around and more were willing to directly serve orochi willing for it. Asterius didn't think that the intruder would get the bystanders involved while he was running along the walkways of the coliseum and by the time he did it was likely too late to be able to move out of the way so he stood there and accepted his fate although he hoped that at least he could be resurrected because dying in such a manner was unbecoming of a warrior, killed as a byproduct of a different fight seemed disgraceful but as it turned around Neither of them had to find out how it was like to be revived as the two were wooshed out of the way of the oncoming person and pursuing horns strikes.

The two found themselves deeper inside the base in a separate room but still close enough to the viewing area that they can feel the vibrations of the fighting from where they were but what truly surprised both monsters was who saved them…it was one of the new cadre's Silver Chain, asterius immediately bowed his head and bent down in respect for the powerful creature and Aki was about to do the same but halted as she sniffed the individual some more asterius would have thought that gesture would have been rude or seen as an offense and she would have been killed on the spot maybe even eaten to prevent resurrection but he was mildly surprised when the two began to discuss as if familiar with one another.

"So…it really is you." Aki spoke out

"Indeed, I recognize you as the monsters that accompanied forest lord Aki. That must mean you are the one that saved baku- god of destruction: dynamite during the invasion." Silver Chain remarked simply. asterius dug his head lower into the ground.

"It was not to betray the monster association but a selfish action…the hero spared my life and I wanted to return the favor but I know that is no excuse if you are here for my life then so be it" asterius remarked simply.

"I care little for that, if anything I thank you for that." Silver Chain remarked, asterius picked his head up at that to look at the cadre in the face curious what her angel is now.

"Thank you for saving us by the way." aki remarked suddenly

"Yes, we are in your debt. Did you have something you wanted to discuss with the two of us?" asterius added before asking.

"I do first and foremost I want to inform both of you that the former non-killing army members are still here and will likely be participating in the day's coming battle." Silver Chain said.

"Former?" aki questioned

"Yes, you both have been down here for most of the time so don't know but there is no more non-killing army. They are now calling themselves the mutants and similarly their combat parameters have changed. They all kill monsters some more viciously than others but all of them seem to have given up on preserving monster life." Silver Chain remarked.

"Even koda? I mean forest lord?" Aki remarked in a timid voice and Silver Chain nodded, Aki was …conflicted by the news …were they just showing their true colors or was it something different would koda try to kill her? Would she try to kill him?

Well since she made a choice she guessed that koda made his own as well..monsters and humans really can't get along she thought mostly to herself and Silver Chain and asterius talked about the coming battle and what she wanted him to do for her, the two looked at her to see what she would do but asterius remarked that he would carry out the task on his own even despite her warning of the danger of such a decision but he was adamant about it, it was his fight and his alone, Aki has her own fight that she must take on her own. Silver chain mostly nodded before gesturing for asterius to come along and their aki sat just thinking about what she was about to do and if she could do it.

Hero association headquarters

The Plan: S-class heroes, Sweet mask

All of the S-class heroes began to gather in the meeting room child emperor wanted to have a short meeting in which he will fill out the remaining S-class details involving the raid before the official instructions could begin however mr. Nariniki had sent them a voicemail wishing them luck and hoping they will be able to reach his son in time before anything happens and that he would pay top dollar to whoever got to him first before hanging up. It was a sudden change up pace versus how he usually was when regarding the hero association but sekingar thought it was his underlining faith he had in the association shining through to handle the situation. With that out of the way. Child emperor handed everyone a map of the ghost town before starting his debrief as a hologram of the monster association base popped up in the middle of the room, it showed an elaborate structure that contained an almost ant nest-like structure with numerous entrances and exits.

"As you can see from the hologram there is a multitude of possible entry and exit paths but I have secretly planted multiple mini-robots that will collapse all of these tunnels and bring them down to 10 which is where we come in, each of us will separate and go down these tunnels killing all of the monsters that we come across until we meet up at the center. I have handed each of you a transmitter so that we can communicate as we go along." child emperor remarked.

"Wa..wait..you're splitting us up why?" darkshine remarked in an almost skittish tone.

"If we stick together then we present too big of a target and could easily allow us to get bogged down in the fighting, the main goal of this assault is hostage rescue killing is secondary. Whoever manages it doesn't matter" child emperor explained. And darkshine just nodded while giving a downcasted expression.

"Eh ? Don't tell me you're scared of the dark, darkshin huh? Need someone to hold your hand?" metal bat said with a laugh as he slapped the large man on the back but he was shocked when he felt a small shiver run through his spine making him look at the man quizzically.

"You alright dude?" metal bat asked never seeing the usually optimistic and energetic hero so freaked out.

"I'm …good." darkshine remarked with a half-hearted smile.

"If any of the monsters get past us that is where the supplementary members will play a role and kill the monsters that make it past us." child emperor said.

"Ah, so like whack-a-mole." atomic samurai commented.

"We thoroughly went through the heroes, anything tiger level and below should prove to be no threat at all," Senkingar added on.

" we will each be provided an escort of 10 other heroes, they will help clear-"

"I don't need help, you can take those people and move them elsewhere." tatsumaki interrupted child emperor.

"I don't think you'll need help tatsumaki, I just want to ensure that the entrance you go through is properly covered after you enter." child emperor explained to the jumpy girl.

"No monsters are going to hide or make it past me so it's pointless." tatsumaki countered, child emperor just sighed and agreed with the girl and would just have the 10 members assigned to her to rotate that way when she was properly inside.

"Using the monster thermography on my satellite, I was able to identify a rough estimate on the number of monsters in the ghost town is somewhere around 2000, 500 of which are in the base itself. Meaning once inside we will each need to take about 60 monsters which shouldn't prove too difficult for anyone of us, the monster elder centipede which appeared two months ago was confirmed to be a part of the monster association so we should assume that they have other disaster level demon and dragon level monsters under their employ." child emperor remarked.

"They definitely do at least 15 of them in fact. These are their cadres, all of them are dragon-level threats so we need to be careful when encountering them." zombieman said casually tossing another device on the screen, it showed a mock image and under that a name. Child emperor stop licking his lollipop and snapped his head at zombieman who just unleashed a hail of smoke.

"I know what you're thinking and you're correct, I did get this from the mutants, you don't trust them and that's fair but I'm not going to just turn down information that's given to me. So that's why I said these are at least the ones to watch out for, there could be more and these don't even necessarily need to be how they look." zombieman finished.

"I hope you didn't share any information of ours to receive this." sekingar said with authority.

"None at all, they don't want us getting hurt so they're willing to give it to me free of charge." zombieman confirmed

"Speaking of the mutants, why aren't they here? We're missing like four of them right?" metal bat asked.

"We can't trust them as zombieman said so they will be excluded from the details of our mission but they will be in the battle and while they are not to be treated as hostile it is imperative to not treat them as friends as well." sekingar spoke looking directly at zombieman but he only shrugged his shoulders in response. Any other conversation was cut out by the sound of crunching metal as everyone turned to puri-puri prisoner as he glared at a certain image.

"I think this data is correct, I remember I was told by one of the police chiefs that it was a cat monster that broke in and stole my babies…they are very important to me so I ask that if you see any monsters with a prison uniform to let them go I want to save them." puri-puri asked

"One of my buddies was turned into a monster as well and I sliced him without a second thought….are you saying that you found a way to reverse monsterfication?" atomic asked but after Puri-puri started talking nonsense about "angel hug" and "deep kiss" to try to turn them back he dropped out of the conversation entirely. Everyone saw as darkshine waved a shaky finger at one and then two of the images

"I…I can confirm that those two are real, I fought both of them …the dog seems durable like me but that other one…she is something else, she was there when they went to the incinerator." everyone looked at the two in question before everyone paused when they heard flash chuckle once suddenly.

"You got anything to add, flash?" atomic asked.

"You don't have to worry about her, she'll likely come after me. I'll take care of it." flash remarked simply.

"Why are you so sure about that?" child emperor asked

"Call it a hunch, along with those other two." flash remarked simply as he pointed to two other monsters.

"Will you be alright taking on three of them?" zombieman asked.

"It should be no problem at all." flash replied with a shrug

"You shouldn't be overconfident, we still have received no word from drive knight after he suddenly went to investigate the monster association on his own, be that as it may, if this information is correct the number of dragons they have outnumber the amount of S-class we have gathered here that could spell some issues," Senkingar spoke out.

"Don't worry about it, I'll handle this "psychic Gyoro-Gyoro" and monster king orochi on my own." tatsumaki stated

'You shouldn't be making decisions all on your own." flash replied back.

"Do you want to take on the final boss? I'm doing this for all of you, all of you are just so powerless." tatsumaki stated.

"Can someone shut this child up so that we can continue with the actual conversation." flash remarked to the others.

"Hey guys please take it easy." child emperor remarked holding his hand up and waving it to calm tatsumaki down, he hated supervising the S-class for this reason.

"He does have a point though tatsumaki, remember that this operation is about child rescue so don't don't destroy the base in some large-scale attack until we can confirm the hostage's safety." zomebieman remarked.

"Do we have any clues on where the boss or hostage may be? If we did, we wouldn't need this many people for the operation." flash remarked and zombieman looked towards child emperor and he sighed before tapping on his pad which modified the image slightly showing a glowing yellow dot.

"Here is where the hostage is supposedly from the data the mutants provided, flash it's in your sector but this could be a trip so you should be careful and report anything that happened, I'll backtrack to this point and check for myself everyone else just keep an eye open if you see anything and report it." child emperor said

"Hey, what's the meaning of this? Having a secret meeting without including me or the others?" came the voice of sweet mask behind child emperor almost making him jump.

"We didn't think about excluding you, I just wanted to have a meeting with the S-class that's all." child emperor said, trying to placate the idol while he tried to formulate a way to let him know his role.

"Isn't it obvious? We all hate you naturally!" tatsumaki remarked.

"Wait! Stop! Don't escalate the situation! Look umm..look we trust in your leadership skills and want you to be the surface team general that coordinates with all the hero teams above ground." child emperor tried to explain.

"You want me to remain on the surface? Hah! If you want to take advantage of my leadership skills you should put the S-class under my control." sweet mask spoke.

"Us? Under your command? If you wanted to make jokes you should have stopped at your name." zombieman spoke.

This led to a cascade of arguments springing up back and forth while child emperor tried to play mediator but everything came to halting silence as the king's engine started to roar and king had somehow mysteriously appeared near the doorway behind sweet mast without anyone actually seeing the man move. Flash was actually impressed with how stealthy the man was; he wouldn't have even expected him if it wasn't for his engine.

"King, where are you going!?" metal bat said

"We're wasting time, we need to move." King remarked simply before stepping out of the room, there was a solid silence as the man left as each hero too in his words.

" That's king for you, we are wasting time with this bickering. A true hero should be one of immediate action…I'll take a step back…but I'm still participating with the strike team." sweet mask stated as he walked out of the room, child emperor just decided to let the idol have it, if atomic samurai was taking his disciples along with him then it shouldn't be too much of a problem for him to go as well along with them, the top four of the A-class should constitute an S-class equivalent in battle strength he thoughts as everyone got up to proceed to the chopper.

Elsewhere in the association

Stitch and sekingar were in an elevator going down as the sun started to set signaling the start of the battle, the two association employees discussed amongst each other the nature of the operation the heroes were out number 20 to 1 and sekingar was adamant about joining them on the ground where his safety could not be guaranteed especially when the S-class move underground and thought it was unusually brave for someone, that likely only wanted to be upgraded to the advisor which he would be on the mission success but for him, it was more than a simple promotion but he would also have his name be written down in the history books and sitch could not deny such a fact, this was a massive and unprecedented raid on what was essentially a monster town 100 hundred heroes have been drafted but how many would return was sitch concern. Speaking of such a force surely moving that many people would be fairly obvious and Sitch confirmed that to be the case they were only meeting up with the team leaders the rest of the heroes are already in transit in hidden convoys using the invisible screens to move into position without stirring the bees nest or if those that happened to already be in Z-city were setting up a gathering hub for them just on the outskirts. Who they were meeting with now were just the team leaders of the groups of heroes and as the elevator opened up it revealed all A-class heroes.

All stood around discussing the battle plan they all shaped up when the two entered and some pleasantries were shared, there was a brief discussion before one of the leaders Genji told them about how some of the lower-ranked heroes wanted guaranteed rank updates after the battle was on due to the risk involved and sekingar agreed and they heard through the several of the comlinks shouts of hooray followed by a single scream of pain in reply, sitch went with them towards the roof and saw them all of and hoped for the best for each of them and a safe return, as the helicopter sit sat down in the base compound the group of 20 heroes began to make their way outside and march towards the closed off gates as they crossed the gates the convoys using the unveiled themselves and also started to pour out their contingent of heroes.

Saitama Apartment

Fubuki made her way towards the Z-branch fubuki group, she would have taken her main force however such a large group together would have drawn too much attention and no doubt a sighting of her would be reported to association and her sister so she needed to be as much as incognito as she could which included wearing a disguise but if the Z-branch was here then it wouldn't matter, her sister wouldn't understand her, she still won't even acknowledge her so how could she understand her beef with the monster association was personal she will get revenge against that monsters from before for embarrassing her and turning her group against her, she was confident after her training that she could beat this monsters by herself and especially now that she would not have any bodies to get in her way but she wanted to be fully fresh for when the battle came so the Z-branch would handle everything else and speaking of which she had run into one of the members now genos, he looked differently from when she last saw him,his arms seemed more metallic and draconic in nature and in his arms held some two large braces that looked familiar she guessed that was for dynamite , she was curious who his inventors was as that whoever it was could work for her in her research and weapons development branch of the fubuki group.

Genos disregarded the girl as always as he made his way up to the apartment he didn't know what had transpired in his absence and any trace of the monster before was gone but he knew his master would have likely been the one to take care of the problem if it attacked him. Having no luck and the fact that the hero actually left his phone at home as well, they had no way to contact him and tell of his whereabouts. Fubuki immediately tried to seize the opportunity to direct everyone on a course of action but the group ignored her and continued amongst themselves. Through their discussion fubuki found out that Bang and Bomb were after garou and were going to use the connections of the mutants to go directly toward him and while she hated relying on a different group she decided to stick around whoever this connection was she may be able to coax a direct line to DO-S from it. She queried before continuing onwards along with the rest of them, the king engine roaring in support of all of them, the only thing rushing through his head however was. Where is saitama?

P-city hotel

Saitama walked into the designated hotel and gave the receptionist the letter he received from that girl. He thinks she sounds like a girl but seemed completely too flat …was he being offensive in thinking that? Well in any case it didn't matter he was escorted to his room and was surprised when he was at the top of a pint house sweet and inside his room other than the huge luxurious bed was a huge selection of sweets and fruits that looked very appealing to him right now but what should he should try first?

Welp the War is up next, everyone is in their proper places (except for one )now comes the conflict. of course, they will be a couple of twists here and there to separate it from main cannon but we'll be following along the same story beats but likely at a quicker pace. for orochi size we don't have anything explicit except fro Murata claiming that beefcake was only "10 larger" so by math that would make him 27 meters tall of course he definitely doesn't seem like that so when we actually see him so saitama just shaved a bit off the top from his fight with him.
