"Don't worry old man I will," Spoke Jiraiya then he pulled out a green book from his pocket. "OW and here is ICHA-ICHA Violence."

"Yes!" exclaimed the old man as he quickly gripped the book placed in his drawer and coughed at the smirk on the man's face. "Now why did you give one to Kakashi first might I ask?" asked Hiruzen and Jiraiya blinked.

"Well, um you see."

"Come on, faster!" called Jiraiya as he dodged attacks from the girl he was training, each one of her attacks was getting sharper and sharper and inching closer and closer to landing. "Don't let your intent flow out, you are a shinobi, each attack must be filled with nothing, not malicious intent or anything. It has to seem like a natural action, one in touch with the nature around it. This way one cannot anticipate your attacks through your emotions." Spoke Jiraiya while blocking a kick and pushing the girl back.

She skidded backwards before forcing herself to stop and quickly kicked off, rushing close to the man then launching a barrage of punches and kicks.

This tai-jutsu battle went on for another hour. "Ok I believe we've had enough; I'll be going to do some research you can do whatever," said Jiraiya while Naruko sighed with a shake of the head.

"I am going to the hot springs, if you even dare try and peep, I'll ensure your balls literally turn blue." spoke Naruko while a demonic aura flared around her turning to a demonic beast that glared at the man.

"Yep... got it." he said with a nod feeling as if the girl could actually do it.

Naruko made her way to the hot springs where she was going to rest. She arrived and headed to the girl side where she sunk onto the hot water allowing her muscles to relax, It was a good thing that she could still feel the changes in temperature on the skin, since she could enjoy the effects of the water. The demon's extract offered immunity to extreme temperature changes so it was a joy to find out that she could still enjoy minor changes in temperatures like those offered by the hot spring.

She spent some time alone in there until she heard a voice and 2 pairs of footsteps. She opened her eyes and noticed 2 familiar faces. It was Ino and Sakura, a rare sight to see since their infamous falling out over Sasuke.

However, Sakura was different, she was pale and seemed to possess dark circles around the eyes as if she hadn't gotten enough sleep. It seemed that she was feeling depressed and Ino seemed to be trying hard to lift her spirits hance their trip to the hot springs Naruko guessed.

"Dad has been killing me lately, since he took over my training, I've been forced to do stupid things like run around all day. I mean come one as if I can get more toned than this," spoke Ino as she posed in front of Sakura who giggled a bit.

"I'm sure he's doing this for a good reason." said Sakura.

"Yeah, I'll do all I have to in order to make that Kiss stealing bitch pay." spoke Ino a deadly aura appearing around her.

"My. How sad, I rather enjoyed it." spoke Naruko making her presence known. The two girls yelped in shock as they looked to see that at the far side of the bath seated calmly was Naruko.

"You!" screamed Ino while Sakura seemed to take a step back in fright. "You...You stole my first kiss!" shouted Ino and Naruko smiled.

"So, what, I mean I was planning on killing all of you so I thought it would be sad if you died without atleast having you first kiss." Explained Naruko while waving a hand, "Now enough of that. Sakura why do you seem so shaken; we are teammates so why the distance the is no reason to fear me?" asked Naruko to the girl who stepped away from her out of fear.

'Don't just change the topic and don't say things like planning on killing us so casually,' shouted Ino in her mind before looking to see Sakura next to her looking at the blond with a complex mix of emotions, most notably something close to fear, caution and trepidation. 'Is she scared of Naruko?' Ino asked herself.

"No, it's nothing I've got to..." before Sakura could finish. The temperature of the room dropped and the warm steam around them turned to a cold icy mist almost instantly.

"Do not tell me your still shaken about what happened in the forest?" asked Naruko with a frown.

"I...um." mumbled Sakura and Naruko sighed releasing a fine layer of mist.

"You're a fool, it was either kill or be killed. Survival of the fittest." said Naruko as her blue eyes seemed to glow a dim purple through the mist making it seem like a demonic figure was looking at her through it. "This world is cruel Sakura, this occupation of ours is cruel. You can laugh with someone one day and find out they were ripped to pieces the next, or maybe worse and were captured and subjected to things far crueler and horrendous than death. The is only one truth fact of this world, and that is the strong live, and the weak die. If you cannot bring yourself to kill your enemies and you cannot come to terms with the fact that comrades will die, then I do suggest resigning because you are not qualified to be a shinobi." said Naruko before standing and walking out of the hot spring.

However, the girl's words stayed behind not only for Sakura but for Ino as well,

Naruko sighed, and looked at the afternoon skies, "I guess I could head to the hospital to see the loud fool." said Naruko referring to Lee as she placed her jacket over one shoulder and walking towards the direction of the hospital while making sure she picked up flowers along the way.

.oOo. KONOHA HOSPITAL

After she entered the hospital with 2 bouquets of flowers in hand with get well soon cards within. She walked to the receptionist and spoke. "Might I ask where the rooms for Hinata Hyuuga and Rock Lee are?" she asked.

The woman maning the desk looked at Naruko and frowned, "They are not here," she said coldly.,

"I see," Muttered the blond girl then she smiled while a cold chilling aura seemed to wrap around the woman. "I will ask again where are the rooms of Hinata Hyuuga and Rock Lee." this time her words were laced with the intent to kill.

The receptionist gulped in fear, as she saw a legion of dead men behind the girl and at the very front was herself.

After that things went simply as the woman complied and told Naruko where to go.

The first person Naruko visited was Hinata, since they were slightly acquainted Naruko decided to visit, however it seems the girl was still yet to fully recover and was still asleep for the moment. 'I suppose it's for the best. I wonder though why you became a Shinobi?' Naruko asked herself as she froze one bouquet of flowers and placed it on the vase and stepped out without saying a word.

The next person to visit was Rock Lee, when she entered the boy was already wide awake outside his bed and doing one handed push ups.

" 23...24...25...26...27...28...29...30..." he was about to continue when Naruko decided to interrupt him.

"Ah Naruko-chan how are you this fine day!" greeted Lee with a smile on his face. Naruko just smiled at the teen and placed the flowers on the side of his bed.

"I'm ok. You seem you be recovering well enough." spoke Naruko and Lee grinned widely while shooting a thumbs up at Naruko.

"Yosh! I am preparing for our next battle!" spoke Lee with enthusiasm.

"I see, that's good I guess," said Naruko with a strained smile, she was unable to handle the young man's bright personality it reminded her of her old self. 'If only I worked this hard before, maybe I would be stronger than I am now. 'Thought Naruko to herself before speaking to Lee. "I came here to visit you and make sure you were ok. Well then I'll be going." said Naruko before turning to leave since the was nothing more to say, she came here to see if he and Hinata were doing well, not talk after all.

"Wait Naruko-chan," spoke Lee stopping the young woman who looked at him with a curious raise of the eyes. "I shall be cheering for you, I am sure you shall be victorious against Neji." spoke the boy and Naruko chuckled.

"I'll crush him." she said, her voice vicious.

The next day Naruko stood before Jiraiya in the clearing in training ground 7. The girl was dressed in a simple shirt that exposed her stomach and shorts. This was the attire Jiraiya asked her to wear for today's training.

"So why am I wearing this?" asked Naruko calmly while Jiraiya was looking at her seriously, well more like her stomach seriously.

"Tell me, have you ever felt a different chakra within you?" asked Jiraiya as he looked at the teen. Naruko tilted her head in thought.

'I assume he's not talking about the demon's extract, that energy seems similar to chakra. In fact I use my chakra to create the abilities of the demon's extract as if they are one in the same.' thought the girl before remembering a different time in the past, 2 occasions when her chakra felt different from her normal chakra.

"Yes, I remember, it was a dark and malevolent chakra, filled with hate and rage." she described how it felt to her, as if it reflected her own emotions.

"I see." spoke Jiraiya with a curious look on his face. 'Feeling chakra is one thing but the level of detail is strange, don't tell me.'Thought Jiraiya as something came to mind before he dismissed it for later. 'First we should focus on the kyuubi, the rest will come later.' he said as he nodded to. "Yes, you see that is the chakra of the 9-tailed fox sealed within you." said the white-haired man.

"I see." muttered Naruko her face scrunching up.

"I want to teach you how to harness that power. Mastering that power will give you a massive advantage over other Shinobi." said Jiraiya.

"Very well, I'm willing to learn." said Naruko finding it a waste that she couldn't use the power of the fox within her.

"I have a jutsu I could teach you but first we need to find out just how much chakra you have." spoke Jiraiya with a smile.

Naruko raised a brow, "And how do we do that?" asked the girl.

"Easy of course, just use up all the chakra you have." spoke the man with a grin while Naruko sighed.

"Yeah easy." she said.
