Tsukasa caught Nene, putting her down gently. "i just remebered, I'm not supposed to hurt girls!" he says, his eyes widening as if he couldn't beloeve he had forgotten. Nene could. He was just like Hanako, only evil. But…didn't that make him more appealing? Tsukasa leaned in and touched her forehead. The world rippled and Nene fell asleep.
In her slumber, Nene dreamed of Tsukasa. She dreamed of him kissing her, saving her. She replaced Hanako with Tsukasa in her memories. "Keep dreaming," his voice murmured, sending her deeper into a self-created world.
While Nene slept on, Hanako and Kou fought Mitsuba and Tsukasa. Mitsuba lashed out, sending rocks tumbling over where Nene sat. In an instant, Tsukasa blasted the rocks. "Can't have her dying on me," He chuckled, grabbing her limp form and floating up. "Hey!" Hanako shouted. "That's my assistant!"
"I know," Tsukasa returned with a smile. "She's quite a catch, isn't she? Great priestess."
Hanako lunged at Tsukasa with his knife, catching the fabric of his brother's clothes. "Ah, ah, ah!" The younger Yugi brother scolded. "You need to stop being so possessive of your things, Amane. We're brothers, you should share."
Hanako scowled. "She made the bond with me, not with you."
Tsukasa laughed. And laughed. And laughed. Frustrated and annoyed, Hanako leapt again. This time, however, he tripped, allowing Tsukasa time to dodge his attack. "You wouldn't want her to die, would you?" He said. Hanako realized that his younger brother was floating over the chasm. He gritted his teeth. "Release her, Tsukasa. She has nothing to do with this." Tsukasa did as he was told.
Nene woke up falling. Into a deep chasm. So, of course, she screamed. "Hanakoooooo-kuuuuuuuuuuuun!" She shouted. Hanako caught her. But…no, that wasn't Hanako. It was the other one. "W-who are you?" She sniveled.
"I'm Tsukasa! Hanako's younger vrother and the person he killed."
Wait. Hold up. Younger brother? Nene's brain spun and sloshed, dizzying her. Her head slid to the side and she fainted again. "Amane!" Tsukasa shouted. "I think she died." Hanako was down in an instant. His tense shoulder relazed when he say her. "She isn't dead, you idiot. She swooned." Tsukasa considered this. "Oh," he said, unimpressed. "How come?"
Hanako frowned. "Give her to me.
Tsukasa smiled cheekily. "No thanks!"
Hanako-kun paced the bathroom floor, again. For the hundreth time, actually. Kou had been counting. "How the hell did he get away? Why haven't I found her yet? Dammit, I should have tried harder." Hanako's pace suddenly increased. "Well, he wouldn't have let her die…" Tried Koe.
"But that leaves a large margin for torture, dismemberment, and experiments!" Hanako exploded. "He could do so much stuff, and we would never know."
Kou watched the apparition with pity. He had lost all sense of calm when Nene and Tsukasa had disappeared. Hanako always held in so much when he was around Nene, unless he was protecting her. Kou felt bad for him. "You like her, don't you. She's not just an assistant?"
Hanako froze, and turned around. "But that won't matter unless we can find her." His voice cracked, and his eyes filled with tears.
"we will. We will find her. But you can't blame yourself or give up. You have to stay strong and keep trying," Kou responded confidently, but inside he was beginning to panic. What if they never found her? What if Tsukasa had already killed her?
Tsukasa stared at the sleeping girl. Sakura stared too, as did Mitsuba and Natsuhiko. The new clothes were, simply put, adorable on her. They all had outfits. Natsuhiko and Sakura had matched. Tsukasahad paired with Yashiro, and Mitsuba…well, Mitsuba was being Mitsuba.
The tea party was definitely worthy of Wonderland. The floors bent and crumbled, warping in on themselves as if someone had taken the dimension and crumpled it up like a piece or paper. The colors bled into one another, and flowers that looked more scribble than plant bloomed up from the cracks in the ground. The table itself held a Mad Hatter-style spread. "Can I eat yet?" Tsukasa whined. His eyes were drawn down in a pout. "No," Sakura said decidedly. She continued setting the feast as the boys complained and bickered in the background.
Nene's eyes fluttered open, her lashes sticking to each other. She looked around at the deranged world surrounding her, then at her own strange attire. Her clothes and hair were different than she remembered. Where was she? What had happened? The last thing she remembered was Tsukasa catching her. The rest was blackness. "You're up," A green-haired girl said. The girl was beautiful, upon further inspection, but her face showed no emotion. "Welcome to this dimension. I am Nanamine Sakura. This is Natsuhiko. And that is…Mitsuba. Feel free to ignore him." Yahsiro blinked, and Tsukasa was in her face as her eyes opened again. She screamed and scrambled backwards, knocking over her chair as she attempted to get away from her kidnapper. "Tsukasa!" Sakura said sharply. "Don't do that! she's scared already, you're going to traumatize her." Tsukasa grinned shamelessly. He didn't care. That was always Amane's job. Amane was the careful one, and Tsukasa, the reckless. If he made a mistake, Amane would fix it for him.
'Amane' removed his knife from the super-natural's body. It crumpled to the ground before dissipating into a wisp of smoke. He scowled. This one had no information either. It had been two days, and NOTHING, not a sign. It was as if Yahsiro Nene herself had turned into smoke. Amane gritted his teeth. He WOULD find her. She WOULD be alive. Tsukasa WOULD pay for his actions. All of this was assured. He would keep Nene to himself, where no one would ever be able yo touch her again. Kou shifted uncomfortably in the background. Hanako was getting scarier the longer Nene was missing. He was killing super-naturals lefy and right. It wasn't like him. Kou shifted again, nervous and tense. What was going to happen next?
Mitsuba rolled his eyes. They had put Nene back to sleed, but Tsukasa wouldn't stop talking about her.
"She's so pretty!
"I wishe she had found me instead of Amane?"
"Do you think Amane will lend her to me?"
"Can we keep her forever?"
Sakura was scowling. She liked Tsukasa, and more than just a friend, as far as Mitsuba could tell. "I'm going to return her if you don't shut up," She threatened.
"You wouldn't do that, now, would you, Sakura?" Tsukasa's switch has flipped. He's in sinister mode now. Mitsuba creeps closer to his mirror for safety. Sakura looks uncomfortable. She can't disobey a direct order from Tsukasa, but she desperately wants his attention. She hangs her hesd. "Sorry, Tsukasa. I was only joking."
