Chapter 3 Arrival

(Author's Note: I will be giving Pogo and the other prehistoric characters some limited speech ability here, so they can communicate with each and the other characters.)
Sora, Riku, Donald, and Goofy ride aboard the gummi ship to Earth. It was a mostly quiet and uneventful trip, with a few run-ins with some Heartless and Nobody ships, but they were easily dealt with. Soon the heroes arrived at Earth and were greeted by an unusual sight. Earth was a round world completely wrapped in a strange seven strand spiral. Each of the spirals showed the landscape of a completely differ era. The heroes gawked at the strange sight for a moment and Sora and Riku could feel an odd dark presence coming from each of the spiral strands.
"So we start with the earliest era and work our way up?" Asked Goofy.
"Sounds about right." Said Sora.
"So let's get started. The prehistoric era is probably the first one we should start with." Said Riku.
The gummi ship headed for the spiral strand that represented the prehistoric era and began to land.
Elsewhere in the prehistoric era, Maleficent and Pete were walking through some jungle planes taking the world in. Maleficent wasn't too pleased with this particular world. She had seen some animals and some cave people off in the distance, along with some Heartless and a few Nobodies roaming about, but nothing really interesting. Maleficent had sensed a dark presence on the planet that was worth looking into and could be a potential ally. Pete thought the era they were in was just ok. It reminded him a bit of the World Pride Lands.
The duo continued walking, until a half dozen cavemen with long red hair wearing blue loincloths and carrying large bone clubs and spears. The cavemen pointed their weapons at Maleficent and Pete and began to chant.
"Odo! Odo! Odo! Odo!"
"What's a Odo?" Asked Pete.
"Most likely their master." Said Maleficent.
The duo watched as some Powerwild Heartless appeared among the caveman and surrounded them. Maleficent could tell none of the cavemen had summoned the Heartless, but they were being controlled by someone else, most likely the one the cavemen called Odo. Now Maleficent wanted to meet this leader of the cavemen, but first she felt like she needed to give a demonstration to them to establish dominance. Maleficent summoned a group mix of Solider Heartless and Armored Knight Heartless. This took the cavemen by surprise, who stepped back in both fright and confusion. Before they could think of attacking or fleeing Maleficent used her magic to conjure a ring of green fire around them to prevent them from running. The cavemen were now scared of Maleficent and the Powerwild Heartless just simply stood and watched.
"Now then. Lead me to Odo." Said Maleficent before she dropped the ring of fire.
The cavemen nodded their heads in understanding and began to lead Maleficent and Pete North. The group of Powerwild Heratless vanished and Maleficent made her own Heartless vanish as well. Pete was very impressed by how Maleficent had taken command of the situation. He then glanced up at the sky and saw a all too familiar gummi ship.
"Shoot! That keyblade brat and his friends are arriving!" Yelled Pete.
Maleficent just scowled, but then a smile appeared on her face as she used her magic to conjure up a large white treasure chest. Pete went up to the chest and curiously opened it. Inside Pete saw several figurines of various beings he had met through his travels or had heard about.
"What are these?" Asked Pete.
"I took a little inspiration from those Organization XIII fools. What you see in that box are Replicas of beings from other worlds." Said Maleficent.
"Replicas? Couldn't you simply use your magic to bring some of these beings back to life or go to their worlds and recruit them?" Asked Pete.
"I could, but I've had some problems with that method in the past. I resurrected Ursula and Oogie Boogie in the past, but they either turned traitor or proved to be too troublesome to deal with or control. These Replicas will be much easier to handle and should keep Sora and his little friends busy." Said Maleficent as she went through the figurines and found six that she thought would be bested suited for this world.
Maleficent used her magic to levitate a figurine of Sabor the leopard, Clayton the hunter, the hyenas Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed, Scar, and Beast. The villain then struck the figurines with her staff and they all grew to the same size as their original counterparts. The Replicas stood at attention awaiting Maleficent's orders.
"Why do you have a figurine of this guy? Wasn't he an enemy?" Asked Pete pointing at Beast.
"The Beast was an enemy to me and an ally to Sora and his friends. The fact he resembles an ally will make Sora and his friends hesitant to attack this Replica." Said Maleficent before she used her powers to summon a Stealth Sneak Heartless for Clayton to ride on.
"So you think these Replicas will do those punks in?" Asked Pete as he closed the figurine chest and it vanished.
"Perhaps or maybe this Odo creature can do the job for us. Now go forth and destroyer the keyblade user and any allies he has by his side." Said Maleficent to the Replicas.
The Stealth Sneak went invisible and the Replicas moved out to do their mission. Malficent and Pete went back to following the cavemen to where Odo was.
