The entirety of class A sat silent in surprise to the revelation they were just given, not ever expecting to see Kendo suddenly put in with them.

"She's… in our class now?" Katara asked out, still confused to what was happening.

"Yes. Due to everything that's happened, Vlad decided that he wasn't going to deal with students that broke the rules to stay in his classroom," Aizawa explained as he slipped his hands in his pockets. "So he gave her a choice; move to a different class, or face expulsion."

"What?" Momo looked back and forth between her teacher and the newcomer. "But… he forced her out his class?"

Mineta's eyes bulged out of his head as he stared at the red head, his heart pounding in his chest. "The prettiest girl in class B… and she is in this class now?! Oh heaven, take me alre- GAH!"

"Shut it…" Shoji grumbled as he squeezed Mineta's head, making the small teen gasp out in agony.

Kendo's fists squeezed at the skirt on her sides, not really being given a choice in anything that was happening.

"B-but sir, what has become of Koda?" Tenya asked out, bringing out a sigh from their teacher.

"Koda was chosen to switch due to the fact he is in fact probably the most well behaved student in my entire class, much to Vlad's request."

"Damn…" Sero muttered quietly, feeling bad one of their classmates was suddenly, but his guilt wasn't as bad as the ones who left the other night did.

"However," Aizawa's hair stood up as his eyes glowed red, sending a shiver down everyone's necks. "The fact any of you are not expelled is a blessing you should count. While she was the only one from her class who did it, six of you here left and went to Kamino. The fact is I know all of you knew what their plan was and didn't bother to try and stop them. If it weren't for All Might's retirement happening now, other than Bakugo, Tokoyami and Jiro, I would expel every single one of you right here and now."

Katara shivered internally to the cold tone from Aizawa, the teacher's hair falling down as he blinked and turned around. "Just know each of you that left will be dealt with momentarily, and that goes for our newcomer as well. Now, let's show you all where you will be living now."

It took several seconds before any of the students standing there could breathe, unsure how to even react after seeing the terrifying look they had been given. Once she shook herself out of her shock, Katara turned towards Shoto, still unsure how they even start a casual conversation after hearing that warning from Aizawa. "Well… at least we are still here." She quietly said.

"Yeah…" Shoto muttered as he looked over to Kendo, "I never expected this is what was going to happen."

Katara turned her direction as well, the red head looking unsure of her surroundings. As the class started making their way down the sidewalk, she watched Kendo slowly keep pace to the back. "I'm going to go talk to her for a bit, alright?" she told Shoto, earning small nod from him.

"Go on. She looks pretty upset with all of this." He answered before glancing at her once more. "I was… hoping we could talk more later ourselves."

Feeling her cheeks heat up, Katara smiled and patted his shoulder. "I do too. See you in a bit." She let him walk ahead as she stood there, looking back towards the new addition.

For Kendo, this was such a strange feeling walking to a class that wasn't hers. Even though it wasn't like a brand new group of faces, the fact was none of her friends she had made in school were in here now. Well… most at least. Kendo gave a small smile when she saw Katara waiting for her to approach, giving her shoulders a shrug. "At least I know most of the people here."

"Yeah…" Katara tried smiling back, obviously sensing the tension coming from the red head. "You okay?

"I mean as good as I can," Kendo sighed, "I just got kicked out of my class. But… at least I'm still in school. It's not like I won't be able to hang out with my friends during lunch."

The feeling of guilt grew in her chest as she realized this was all their fault, this rescue mission they did being the cause of this. "I know it's not much now, but I'm sorry. This was all our fault."

Kendo frowned at the waterbender's apology. "Honestly, don't say anything. This isn't on you or anyone else here. I wasn't far from wanting to try something stupid too, but you guys just beat me to the punch. I'm sorry that someone from your class had to get the boot, though."

A sudden shove from the side made Kendo yelp, turning to see the large smirk of Mina right there. "Oh no need to say sorry. You can make it up with a rematch sometime. I've been looking for some payback since the festival."

The joke at least eased the tension for both Katara and Kendo, the pair chuckling to the acid girls determination. "I'd hate to send you flying again." Kendo teased, making Mina laugh out.

"Yeah, yeah. We will see."

Taking a deep breath, Kendo continued on with the two girls catching up with the rest of the class. As they did, a few others started small talk with her to break the tension, at least putting her a little more at ease before they all came to a stop before a new building they had never seen before. The tall, five story building was embroiled with a large 1-A on the front entrance, causing all of the classmates mouths to fall open in amazement.

"Wait, where did this thing come from?" Shoji asked in surprise.

Aizawa nodded. "This is the new facility designed by us for housing you all. Once we got the go ahead, we had our people go to work immediately designing them."

"What?!" the class gasped in unison.

"How in the hell did you guys build this all in just a few days?!" Kaminari exclaimed.

"What else should surprise us at this point?" Jiro shrugged.

Katara was amazed as she stared at the tall building, the structure brand new yet completely finished so quickly. "How do they do this stuff here?" She asked out loud as they were all led inside, her eyes being met with a well furnished living room big enough for what looked like forty people. Multiple couches circled the center of the room before reaching the large kitchen behind. "Wow…"

"This place is so much bigger than my apartment!" Uraraka squeaked in excitement as she resisted the urge to sprint out to see the rest, held back as Aizawa pulled out a stack of pages for them all.

"Now a quick layout for you all, the first level is the common area. Here is the kitchen, shared entertainment area, and the bathrooms. Boys on the left wing while the girls are on the right. That is the same for the dorms as you go up the floors. Look these over to see your place, and you will find your room already has your belongings put there for you. Spend the day getting settled in and then we start school tomorrow. And no switching bedrooms with anyone else." Setting the pages down on the table, Aizawa turned and walked towards the door. "As a reminder, those who pulled their rescue stunt in Kamino are to report to me an hour before class tomorrow. We have some things to talk about."

As the door shut behind him, the class members let out a small sigh of relief seeing they were all still in school and not kicked out. While the group who left to Kamino looked at each other in fear of what was to come tomorrow morning, they simply wanted to take today and focus on this sudden change presented to them now. Waiting for her turn, Katara grabbed one of the sheets and picked it up, reading down the list of names.

Both Katara and Momo noticed the situations of the rooms, a small frown on the creationist as they looked at each other. "Me and Izuku are on opposite floors… just like you and Todoroki." She whispered.

Katara shook her head and laughed. "I mean it's just coincidence. I don't think he did that on purpose…" She paused as she scratched her head. "… Right?"

Seven hours later

Sighing in success, Katara sat back on her bed as she looked at her newly finished room. Luckily for her, it wasn't like she collected a lot of things, so she didn't have so much to unpack. It's not like she ever was one to have a lot of things anyway. Her wall was now decorated with a few posters of the sea and another of Mount Fuji to add some color. To add some ambiance in the room, she had set up her small desktop fountain to give the constant spill of water. The time consuming part for her was setting up her bed, frowning as it took about two hours to figure that out herself.

"I could've just waited for some help," She mumbled to herself, although she knew everyone else was busy as well moving in right now. Looking out of her window, she saw the sun was just beginning to go down, sighing that the day went by so fast. Quickly changing out of her school uniform, she put on some more comfortable clothes before she heard a knock on her door. "Huh?" Opening it up, she was met by her pink friend standing there. "Oh hey, Ashido. What's up?"

Mina smiled and gave her a peace sign. "Hey hey! Just checking on the girls and seeing how it's going."

"Oh, I just finished actually."Katara answered as Mina peeked her head in to see.

"Hmm… could use a little more spark." Mina analyzed the room making Katara frown.

"Maybe for you."

"Hmm. Yeah, you're right. I like a little more flare in my place." Mina giggled. "Wanna come check it out? the other girls all seem busy still. I got a few snacks if you are hungry too."

Feeling her stomach growl right then, Katara blushed and laughed. "Yeah, I could go for a bite to eat actually."

"Of course, just come and mooch off me." Mina teased as she led the waterbender out of the room. "I gotta say, it's so crazy we all get to live at school now. I feel like I'm already in the college life!"

Katara tilted her head for a moment, still kind of unsure what people meant by that. Shaking that thought out of her head, she gave a small sigh as they took the elevator up to the fourth floor. "I'm just glad everyone got permission to come. It would have been disappointing if some parents said no."

"Yeah, my parents were pretty cool with it. Maybe it's because I never got hurt in any of those things that happened…" Mina shrugged. "They would have probably freaked if I was in the hospital like you all did. Pretty scary stuff."

"Yeah, it was." Katara admitted, walking through the opening door to the fourth floor. As they walked towards the acid girls room, they both caught sight of their new classmate coming out of the door ahead, the red head's eyes widening as they came down the hall.

"Oh hey guys," Kendo quickly put on a smile and moved herself in front of her doorway, "What's up?"

"Ashido offered a little food and I couldn't pass that up." Katara joked as they approached. "You finished with your room?"

"Uhh… yeah, just did." Kendo chuckled and closed the door behind her, "J-just heading to use the bathroom to wash up right now."

While Katara didn't notice it, Mina's eyebrow raised when she saw the subtle action. Deciding to have a little fun, she casually walked up to the newbie. "Ah that's good then. So how's the new class life going?"

"I mean haven't been in class yet, so can't tell how that goes. And everyone seems okay with me so far."

"Of course, it's not like we have anything against you," Katara added. "We're all friends here."

"Absolutely!" Mina smiled as she walked up and patted the red head on the shoulder. "Why don't you join us for a bite real quick. We're all friends here."

"Uh, sure sounds good actually." Kendo did genuinely smile to the offer, but made sure to keep it on as she moved away from her door. "That's really nice of you."

"Of course…" Mina smirked as they took a few more steps before leaping backwards to the closed door. "… but as friends, we don't keep secrets from each other."

Kendo's eyes burst open as Mina's hand reached for her handle. "Wait! Y-you can't go in there!" she gasped out, her face flushing red.

"Ashido, don't tease!" Katara frowned at her friends actions, only making the pink girl giggle.

"Aw, I just want a peak." Mina chuckled as she twisted the handle and pushed it open. "You trying to hide some dolls or something?" She joked as she turned inside, "Or maybe you… Uh…"

Mina's mouth dropped open in surprise as she was met with a sight she certainly didn't expect. "Woah…"

Both Katara and Kendo quickly came inside after her, one out of embarrassment and the other now in curiosity. Katara found herself surprised as well as she caught sight of what was in here. Instead of anything girly or colorful, the walls were lined with tools and other equipment. Posters of dirt bike racing were hung around, including a large framed portrait with someone's autograph across the bottom. The desk tops were littered with random scrap pieces of bikes, not mentioning the large table by the foot of her bed holding up a pieced together motorcycle. If they didn't know any better, the two teens would have assumed this was a workshop instead of a girls room.

Kendo's face burned red as she rubbed her head, not even her former classmates knowing how much she was into her hobby. "I… I like motorcycles, alright?"

"And I really expected a bunch of dolls everywhere…" Mina admitted as she saw the boxes of bolts and motor oil organized on the shelves.

Frowning, Kendo crossed her arms at the statement. "I hated dolls growing up. I just... liked this stuff more."

Katara herself simply laughed at the look on Kendo's face. "So you're really into it, why are you embarrassed about that?"

"I…" Kendo just shrugged her shoulders. "I mean, since most girls don't talk about things like this, it was something I just kept to myself."

Mina sat silent for a few moments before she simply nodded. "Honestly… it's kind of bad ass."

Kendo's eyes widened in surprise to both of their reactions. "Really?"

"I think it is, too," Katara admitted, looking at the green street bike pieced together on the table. "You built that yourself?"

"Uh… yeah, been working on that for a year." Kendo answered, still embarrassed to being the first time showing this stuff to others. Even with her old class, she was always hesitant about bringing up her hobby since she never really knew any girls that into it. Hearing the girls here take it so casually made her think back to her other friends.

'M-maybe I shouldn't have been so worried about that and just told them, too.' she mumbled internally, hoping they were also being nice to the new kid in their class.

Meanwhile in the class B dorms

"AHHHH! It's so cute!"

Setsuna couldn't help from dancing around Koda's room with the small rabbit in her hands, cuddling the little creature against her chest. "This is so adorable!"

"Aw, look at it's cute little face!" Shiozake giggled out as she snuck in a pat on the creatures head before clapping her hands together "One who loves all of gods creatures is always pure at heart!"

A few of the girls had heard their new classmate had some pets, and couldn't pass up the opportunity to see the furry additions."Can we help feed him? Pleeeease?" Kiniko pleaded as she turned to the blushing Koda.

"Uhhhh… S-sure." He quietly answered, surprised to suddenly have multiple girls sitting in his room. He was already a shy and quiet guy, so moving to his new class was hard enough for him as it was. It didn't help since he assumed they would be hostile towards him since they lost their class rep, but to his surprise they actually were quite kind to him. Well… except for the blonde pointing his accusing finger at him now.

"Girls! Don't fall for this trickery! He is using those animals to lower your guard so he can feed our secrets to his former class and-

Crack!

The steel chop of Tetsutetsu's hand on Monoma's head knocked him out instantly, the steel teen glaring at his classmate. "Just shut up for once…" he sighed before grinning, walking over and pulling a stunned Koda against his side. "Don't worry about him, he's harmless. If ya need anything give me a holler, got it?!"

"Uh… okay." Koda sheepishly answered out, turning back to see the trio of girls playing with his bunny. His concerns of how they would treat him were already dissipating.

'M-maybe they won't be bad after all.'

After enjoying a quick bit of food from Mina's room, Katara was now free to do whatever she wanted that evening. "Thanks for the snack. I need to go check on something real quick, actually."

"Oh, something… or someone?" Mina teased as her smile grew, causing Katara's face to heat up.

"Hey, I didn't say anything to her." Kendo waved her hands in denial, her own smile stuck on her face.

Mina tilted her head in surprise at Kendo's comment, "Wait, you know that she…" her mouth dropped open in shock as she clasped her hands together. "Wait, don't tell me she and Todoroki…"

Katara felt her heart jump as both girls looked her way, one grinning while the other was gasping. Sighing, she rubbed her arm and smiled. "Maybe we… did admit our feelings to each other finally."

"Oh you did more than just admit." Kendo chuckled out as Mina's eyes sparkled.

"AHHH! Oh my gosh! I am so happy!" Mina threw her arms up in success. "Then what are you still doing here? Go on and get him, girl!"

Katara yelped as her pink friend gave her a soft shove pushing her away, playfully frowning as she received a thumbs up from Mina as she turned. Laughing to herself, she walked away and entered the elevator once more. Now that there were no more distractions, there was a certain person she was waiting to see now, wanting to finally enjoy some quiet time alone with him since they had quite a lot to talk about. Smiling to herself, Katara made her way up to the top floor and to the door she was looking for, giving it a quick knock as she waited. After a moment, the door opened up, both her and the occupant smiling as they saw each other. "Hey shoto."

"Hey Katara," Shoto responded, "You finish up with your stuff?"

"Yeah, I was checking out Ashido's room a little bit ago. And, was hoping we could finally talk together." Katara admitted, feeling her cheeks warm slightly.

Shoto sat silent for a moment before he smiled back. "I was hoping that as well."

As he moved to let her in the room, Katara went to follow him… but felt her mouth drop in shock when she saw inside. "Wait, what in the…."

Unlike the other rooms she had seen, Shoto's looked as if it didn't even belong here. The walls were lined with expensive bamboo décor, along with the same japanese sliding door that replaced the standard glass leading to his patio. "How… what is this?" Katara stuttered out in shock.

"What?" Shoto raised his eyebrow at her reaction. "This is my room."

"No, I mean…" Katara stepped inside, realizing even the floor was a higher quality of wood. "How did you get everything different than us?"

"I changed it out. The flooring at my house is more comfortable than what they had here."

"What?!" Katara gasped out, her mouth hanging open in disbelief. "We just got here today, how did you change everything?"

Shoto just stared at her in confusion to her reaction. "With hard work."

Katara couldn't even think of anything to say to that, simply shaking her head and accepting it and laughing. "I… it looks good." She admitted, patting his shoulder and walking in beside him. "It feels strange but fun we get to live here now."

"Yeah, with everything that's happened recently, it's probably the best option for what we can do." Shoto admitted before taking a deep breath, "And… it's nice knowing you are safe here."

Katara felt her cheeks warm to his statement before smiling at him. "Well I feel safer knowing you're here for me as well." She turned to the door and pulled him along. "Come on, it's almost time."

"Time for what?" he asked as she slid the door open, leading him outside to the room balcony. He was taken aback when he saw the sun setting already, not realizing it was already so late. Katara on the other hand couldn't help but take in the beautiful sight, admiring the warm hues running through the clouds above the sprawling UA grounds.

"Once again, your places always have great views." Katara sighed as she leaned on the railing, thinking back to the agency they both stayed at. "I can't believe it's already been several months since internships. It seems like it just happened."

"So much has happened this year, it's going by so fast," Shoto responded as he leaned next to her. "Everything's so different now."

Yeah…" Katara admitted as she looked over at him, still reeling over what happened the other day. As he looked at her as well, she couldn't help but smile. "I mean… even for us it's so different."

Shoto let out a soft sigh to her statement. "Yeah, it really is. After how I was to you, to think I… to think you'd care for me is remarkable."

Rolling her eyes, Katara reached over and slipped her hand around his arm and pulled him closer. "Can you please stop bringing that up? I told you that I forgive you for how you were in the beginning. Even if you were a big jerk."

Shoto frowned as she chuckled at her tease. "I wasn't a big jerk. Just, a little."

Laughing, Katara leaned her head on his shoulder as she looked out to the setting sun once more, enjoying the warmth he gave over the chilling night. "Either way, we are here at this point now, so that's what matters. To be honest I… have been kind of feeling this way for sometime."

Shoto sat still as she embraced his arm, the sensation still so new to him. Still, it was such a warm feeling he almost didn't want it to end, leaning into her slightly to get closer. "Me too. I had been denying it for so long, thinking there was no way you would feel that way for me."

"I guess we both were afraid of something," Katara laughed out as she rubbed his arm. "Whenever we did things together, I just always felt, just so content everyday. It even felt strange when we didn't see each other even for a few days."

Sighing, Shoto looked up to the darkening sky as he remembered their match in the festival, the first time he truly saw her for who she really was. They sat in silence simply enjoying the others company, the minutes ticking by like nothing as the wind blew by before he spoke again. "You have been the one to pull me out of my own darkness. But since then, I was always so happy even when we just trained or studied. The days just… don't feel right when you aren't in them."

Feeling her chest warm to his compliments, Katara rubbed her cheek against his shoulder. "Tenya's family is very curious to meet you now after he told them he saw us. That has been sooooo fun explaining that to them." She then frowned slightly as another face came into her mind. "I doubt your dad is going to enjoy this when he hears about it."

Growling internally, Shoto hated even having to imagine telling his father what he felt now. After he had gotten home after Kamino, he hadn't even spoken with his dad much, the man too furious not to his son being in danger, but to All Might's fall. Now that All Might had retired, the number one spot had been given to Endeavor, meaning he never earned it himself. After destroying the home gym in a fit of anger, the fire hero turned to just sulking alone, knowing he had never surpassed All Might to take the spot rightfully. And Shoto knew of the dislike he had towards Katara, so to say that he was now in a relationship with her? That however was something he didn't even bother with thinking about.

"I don't even care about telling him," Shoto grunted out, reaching up with his free hand to turn her towards him. "It's none of his business what I do with my life, and I choose to care for who I want."

Katara couldn't help but blush as she stared at his intense gaze, feeling his hands squeeze her arms as he stared at her. "If he can't accept that, then that is something he will have to deal with. I don't care if he doesn't approve, because I know what I want now. And… I want you to know I will do what I can to keep you safe."

His words sent a chill through Katara, her mouth unable to hold back a smile anymore. "I think that sounds pretty good. And even if he didn't agree, I probably wouldn't listen anyway." She chuckled slightly as she stared at him, her eyes locking with his once more. Her hand moved up and laid against his chest, feeling his increasing heart beat through his shirt racing as fast as hers was going. The urge to move closer came over her once again, and she wasn't going to resist anymore.

She leaned up and kissed him softly, the pair sitting still as they held onto each other. The feeling alone was enough to make both of them blush, Shoto's surprise fading away as he closed his eyes and leaned lower to make it easier for her. Katara's hand slid across his chest and hooked around his backside just as his arms moved forward and encircled her shoulders, the pair of teens shifting closer and enjoying this moment.

"Bravo, quel beau spectacle à contempler!"

Both of them gasped to the sudden voice from behind, Katara jumping back and flipping around to see Aoyama staring their way from his balcony, his smiling face perched in his hands as he leaned on his railing. "Wh-what are you doing?!" Katara snapped out in embarrassment.

"Ah, forgive the intrusion," Aoyama stood up and gave a sweeping bow. "I couldn't help but admire the beautiful moment before me!" He leaned back forward and placed his hands on his chin once more. "Please ignore me here and continue."

The awkward energy in the air only grew as Aoyama continued to stare at the pair, both Katara and Shoto's faces burning red. "I… I think I'm going back inside now." Katara muttered and quickly walked inside, leaving Shoto standing there uncomfortably as Aoyama gave him a small wave.

"Go on now, Romeo. Follow your Juliet and shower her with compassion!" Aoyama happily exclaimed out.

"Uhh…" Shoto simply shut his mouth and walked inside as well, not even sure how to respond to that statement. As the two of them found themselves inside the room again, they stared at each other for a few moments before Katara couldn't hold back her laughter of embarrassment.

"I feel like it may be like that sometimes since we are living with everyone now," She admitted, "Tenya's probably going to be watching us all the time now."

Shoto frowned at the idea of everyone staring at him if he was with Katara, this whole being close to someone still new to him. "If it's uncomfortable for you, I… I can ask you when it's okay we can do something together and-

"Please stop right there," Katara sighed out, "You don't bring up that "permission thing". I have been hearing that from Tenya for a few days now." She reached up and placed a hand on his cheek. "We probably just need to get used to everyone seeing us like this."

Shoto sat silent as he listened to her, letting out his own sigh as he enjoyed the feeling of her hand on him. Nodding he reached up and gripped her hand. "You're right. I'm thinking about this too much."

"It's not like we have to change what we have already," Katara lowered her hand from his face as she held onto his own before smirking. "Besides, we still have our training to continue after school together."

Chuckling, Shoto nodded in agreement. "I'd really like that. Anything we do I always enjoy."

Blushing, Katara took a breath as she noticed the sun was now down all the way. "Well, we should probably get some rest now. Aizawa sensei said we had to be to class early to talk about about something."

"Yeah… probably his punishment for us." Shoto grumbled out, rubbing her hand in his grip. "Well, thank you for coming up and talking. It's been strange not seeing each other after everything that happened."

Katara had to admit the same thing. After spending almost everyday training together, and then admitting how they felt, they suddenly were away for almost a week from interaction. "Then it's good we live close to each other now." she laughed out, bringing another small smile to his face. Leaning in, she gave one last kiss to him before she pulled away. "Goodnight, Shoto."

Shoto smiled back as she pulled away. "Goodnight Katara."

Letting herself out of the room, Katara exhaled softly as she shut the door behind herself, taking one last peek behind to see his face before it closed. She still couldn't believe it; how she had come to this school so concerned with having to deal with Endeavor's son sitting next to her in class, and now she had ended up being more than just a friend to him. She laughed and rubbed her arm, thinking just how crazy this whole school life had become. "To think I was just going to be studying here." she chuckled out, rubbing her arm where his hands just were.

She blushed once again thinking over everything she had experienced, sighing to herself as she entered the elevator before bumping shoulders with someone. "Oh, I'm sorry I-

"S-sorry!"

Katara's eyes widened as she was met face to face with Izuku, the startled teen gasping as he was face to face with her. "Oh, Midoriya. Sorry, I didn't see you there."

"I-it's fine." Izuku quickly answered. "What are you…. What are you doing up here?"

"Oh I was…" Katara chuckled as she rubbed her arm. "I… just met up with Shoto just now. What about you?"

"Me?" Izuku gulped as he felt his face warm to the question. "I was… j-just coming to meet someone too."

"Oh?" Katara crossed her arms and smirked knowing who else was up here. "Is she expecting you?"

Sweating, Izuku forced out a chuckle and shifted by her. "J-just need to talk about something important real fast."

Seeing his red face, Katara laughed and walked inside the elevator. "Well you go and take care of that. I'll see you in the morning."

"Yeah, goodnight." Izuku gave a small wave as the door closed, sighing once he was alone again. Taking a deep breath, he made his way down the hall towards the girl's wing of the building, his nerves going through the roof as he got closer to her room.

"Shoot, what do I say? What do I say?" he muttered with every step, his nerves growing as he saw her door getting closer. Ever since Momo had suddenly just kissed him, he couldn't even think straight just by imagining her now. Even with not seeing each other since then, the nerves in his head never stopped firing, remembering that feeling on his lips just before everything went white for him. He had to do this, however, not only for himself… but for her.

"I have to tell her…" He whispered to himself, taking a deep breath and knocking on the door in front of him. A few seconds later, his breath caught in his throat when it opened, revealing the blushing occupant inside.

"I-Izuku!" Momo yelped in both excitement and nervousness, having to face him after her little stunt. "Hey! How… how are you doing?"

"Hey Momo," Izuku smiled and rubbed his head, doing everything he could to stay calm. "How's… how's your unpacking going?"

Coughing, Momo tried to hide the awkward look on her face. "I didn't know the rooms were going to be this small, since I brought my mattress from home."

"Huh?" Izuku glanced past her to see what she meant before his eyes bulged out of his head. The lavishly designed bed nearly took up the entirety of the floor space in the room, leaving only few steps of walking space around the perimeter. "This is your bed?!"

"It's the bed I grew up with at home, so it felt easier to just bring this too." She blushed out, obvious she was self conscious about her money with others.

'This thing probably costs more than my home!' Izuku screamed inside his head. "This bed is enormous! You could easily have more than just you on here!"

Both of their faces turned beat red to his statement, Izuku panicking as he forced a fake laugh and rubbed his head. "Of course I don't mean me and you sharing the bed I would never make that kind of statement intentionally to make you uncomfortable like that thing after Kamino that happened but since you were grounded we could not meet meaning some of that tension went away but when we saw each other it was clear it wasn't gone we haven't spoken much since and-

"Izuku…" Momo gripped his shoulder halting his mumbling, sighing out as she faced him. "Look, I know it was really awkward what I did that day, so I'm sorry. But… I'm done just not saying what I have been feeling for quite some time now. So whatever has been on your mind for so long, you can say it now, because I feel the same."

She smiled down at him, her eyes shining in relief to finally being able to be open. "I… I really like you, Izuku."

Izuku's heart was slamming inside of his chest at this moment, literally hearing the girl he had been crushing over for months admit she had feelings for him as well. If this were anything else, he probably would have broken down crying right there. But today… it was different, the green haired teen staring back at her in happiness.

But also in turmoil.

Taking a deep breath, Izuku reached up and gripped her hand, smiling at her as well. "Momo, I… I really like you too. I can't even explain how happy I feel when I talk to you." His smile faltered as his mind spun, conflicting ideas growing inside. "But… I need to tell you something very important… something I've kept from everyone here."

Momo's smile fell in confusion to his serious demeanor, something she never saw that often on his face. "Uh… Okay then."

Following her to the side of the bed, Izuku sat on the edge and stared at the ground, his face dripping sweat in worry and fear. But he had grown so close to Momo now, and that meant if she wanted to be close as well, she had to know the risk that he carried with him. "It's a long story, going back before I got into UA." Izuku looked into Momo's large and confused eyes, not keeping his secret any longer. "I need to tell you about my quirk."

Miles away from the quiet UA grounds, the great mountain of Mount Fuji stood over the land. The snow covered peak seemed to glow in the nighttime sky, reflecting the city lights of Fujiyoshida beneath it's base. The modest sized town was the highest altitude in japan, bringing a slightly chillier climate than the lower regions. The citizens overall began settling down for the evening, most of the smaller businesses already closing up their doors. Being further away from the major cities, the lifestyle here was much quieter than most. Other than the Fuji Q Highland theme park, this would be considered a quiet city.

The perfect place for Dabi to lay low for now.

The blue flame user slowly walked along the outskirts of the bustling theme park, a hoodie pulled up covering his hair and eyes. He sighed to himself as he took a swig of the beer he was drinking, grunting as one of the roller coasters whizzed by inside the nearby park.

"I always hated those things," He mumbled to himself, taking another drink before tossing the can on the ground. After he had come to after that night, Dabi had found himself along with all the other defeated league members in a field outside the city. With their base, their leader, and their plan gone, Tomura and the others had found an old abandoned construction site as their next base of operations, waiting on more information from the doctor on what was happening next. However, only Tomura, Compress, his warp gate follower stayed at the warehouse, while all the other members went their own ways until they were called on again.

Sighing out, Dabi pulled out another beer from his pocket and cracked it open, chugging it down and cursing himself. Once again, his own plan was so close before it fell apart, but this time those stupid pros got in the way. With All Might and that old man that came in, he let both Shoto and Katara get away once more. But things were different now. He knew the problem was all of these other heroes around, whether it be teachers, pros, or even these other kids there. And with the news going around that UA was continuing with on site living, it meant getting to them was certainly near an impossibility there now.

But they would only stay there for so long.

Eventually, the students would have to leave again, to train underneath a pro once more. When that happens, it means she is that much more exposed to the world again. He chuckled out, remembering that news story that came out with Endeavor and that girl, the flame hero having to take on her to be his intern. "With everything going on, there is no way they let her go with anyone else. They have to keep up that false peace to the public. And Shoto is going to follow her anywhere, even back to his loving father. You don't want to lose face, don't you Enji?"

He knew that was going to be what Endeavor would have to do, because he knew the true Endeavor.

To enact his next plan, though, he was going to need a distraction. Someone to keep any heroes in the way busy or to in fact take the girl themselves. As long as she was taken out, he would enjoy watching Shoto break before he killed him and the others as well. But getting others to join was the interesting part now. Muscular was an idiot, but point at something to kill and he would be there. The other's though seemed to latch onto Tomura, wanting to follow him and see where he would go. Dabi was certainly joining him if it benefited him, but who knows how long that would be until.

To do this, he needed people who not only were capable, but who knew how to remain in the shadows. That is why he came to this city, staring up at Mount Fuji in the distance. The rumor for years in the underground was a certain criminal organization ran their operations within the mountain ranges here, keeping themselves hidden through unique methods of communications; Nothing the police could use for tracking their movements. Many heroes actually considered them to simply be a myth, unable to truly find proof of their existence. But all criminals knew of them, because joining them was only for the select few. So finding them was going to be quite the task at hand.

"We will see if these animal freaks are as good as everyone raves about." Dabi chuckled as he crushed the half drunken can in his hand and threw is aside, slipping his cold hands back into his pockets. He had heard they only recruited animal quirk users, specifically predator based variations. Knowing that, he would search here until he found any animal user and make them talk, to find the group of killers and see what they were made of. They were mercenaries for hire that were a mystery to others to how many members they had, only known by what the criminal world called them.

The Hunters.
