Anhinga is Crane and Avey's daughter and Sandhill's sister. She has white feathers, black spots on her neck, and blue eyes.
Anhinga is reluctant to resort to violence, she's a 'think first, punch second' kind of bird like her father. Sometimes a well placed quip is the strongest technique. Brave and loyal, Anhinga is shown to be subtle and unpredictable; acting calm and slow for one moment to fool enemies into dropping their guard, then striking with a quick blow.
Anhinga stays close to her brother at all times and protects him during battle.
She cares for her parents a great deal and is looked at as the more responsible child.

Anhinga's name is a reference to "Snake bird", her mother's species.
