AU: Reese Jacobsen, the Middle Earth OC originally seen in "What the Future Brings," (same author) pairs up with Kili in this modern day one shot that got so big that it was turned into a small multi-chapter fic. Reese works in a diner in rural Saskatchewan. She doesn't stay in one place very long, but a dark haired Durin makes it hard to go.

This is set between when Thorin headbutts Kili affectionately and when they charge out of the Lonely Mountain to join the fray. The main reason why I wrote this is because Fili had so little screen time in Battle of the Five Armies. Also, I've never really written from Fili's POV before so this was my attempt at it. There are some lines from the film. I hope you like it!

I wrote this because I wondered what Bilbo was thinking when he had an encounter with Gollum in, "The Hobbit, Unexpected Journey". What happens in this story is based off the movie. Bilbo's POV. I don't own cover art.

When Smaug attacked in 2770th year of the Sun. Many treasures were kept in the halls of Erebor. What some may not know is that the Elven King wanted his treasures back, and he had tried to claim that what was rightfully his long before Thorin and his men tried to reclaim his position as King under the mountain including the treasures that Erebor holds.

First in the Insanity Squad Saga. When six girls arrive in Middle Earth, they don't know what to think. Thankfully, when there are quests to go on and dragons to slay, there's no time for thinking! The Dwarves meet back at Bag End to discuss what happened in the movie and where to go from there. It references a few of my other shorts as well as my longest story, but it can stand on its own. This is a pick-me-up for all those who were depressed by the movie. Cheers and enjoy!

Seventeen years after Erebor is reclaimed, new friendships and new bonds reforge the fires of hope for a new group of Dwarves, who find solace in the most unlikely of places. Can the spark between two people so different shine brighter than the darkness building around them, or will it prove to swallow them whole? OCs x OCs, some small Kili x Tauriel. In which Fili enters the Halls of Mandos, but does not want to stay. (Fix-it fic? Not really. Quite head-canony. Rather angsty. Brotherly feels, NO SLASH).

I accidentally stumbled upon a picture about Fíli and Kíli in Deviantart and then, in hours after that, this story just sort of wrote itself. So here it is; my version of what happened after one of the Company's ponies bolted into the river.

While writing my WoT&Hobbit -crossover I made a lot of research and notes about how I would represent the Dwarven culture, especially its courting traditions, and after a while I realised that it would perhaps be better to collect them in one place than to drop them out in different parts of the story. So here you are, my short encyclopedia about Dwarves.

Have you ever wondered why exactly Thorin was so bitter towards Thranduil during the Quest? The story, though simple, began long ago, and when Smaug came, Dale and Erebor weren't the only things his fire ruined.

In this fan fiction Tauriel is the actual daughter of the King Thranduil making her Legolas' sister and the princess of Mirkwood. Tauriel deals with Legolas' absence. King Thranduil becomes overly strict and protective over Tauriel after his son, Legolas, as gone off to the north for his journey. The first two chapters cover the BOFA and then rest take place after the BOFA.

"Do you see it?" Nuil asked pointing to the stars. Thorin watched her hand, tracing the outline of a ring of stars. "My father called it the 'mountain crown', abad bovan. He saw it over Erebor. He called it fate. A right to rule" Thorin watched her eyes gleam with old memories. "I do not condemn your quest, Thorin, but I am wary of the fate you will meet," she whispered.

The Durinson-Baggins home is never empty on Christmas. In fact the guest list only grows larger every year, meaning more chairs and less room for the coats. Thorin would probably complain about the presence of both Thranduil and Bard (not to mention their spawn), but Bilbo knows he's too happy about a busy home to bother.
