Hey, guys. If you're reading this, then this is the right place. I had to delete the original version of The Ed-Touchables reboot because I thought it was for the best. I figured now that Cartoon Network is boring nowadays because it's all the same shows for the past over thirty years. So, after years of thinking, I've came up with something new that can connect the classic cartoons with the modern ones into this new project. This project will have a featured cartoon characters from the series like Adventure Time, The Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, Steven Universe, and We Bare Bears. They all in this project.
So, I've decided to rewrite it as the first installment of a new idea in mind called the Cartoon Network Cinematic Multiverse or the CNCM. It'll be connected with plans for several sequels, spin-offs, even a shared universe for the characters inhabit.
So, I've decided to remake most of the Cartoon Network's comedic characters and adapt them into darker and edgier settings like action packed adventures to heartfelt stories about family and friendship like I'm about to tell you right now.
So, I've decided to start out a map to this good plan, this is first chapter of the CNCM is going is called Fusion Rises. Now this is what I'm about to tell you.
The first story is Ed, Edd n Eddy: The Ed-Touchables. This story is a passion project of mine, like in the original version, it's based on the elements of Laputa: Castle in the Sky. This story is the true beginning of the CNCM. It'll shows a storyline where the Eds are about to say goodbye to each other because they're moving to England, China and Canada while there's a love story between Eddy and Marissa which leads to them to become a couple and the Eds play a game about the moments they had in the past as a tribute to the show.
Next stop is the second one called Powerpuff. Powerpuff is a dark superhero thriller that'll retells the origin story of how the Powerpuff Girls were created and came to be the defenders of Townsville and how Mojo Jojo became a supervillain with help from the king of Hell aka HIM. It'll be the dark interpretation of the superhero genre and it is based on Rossowinch's grittier and more mature Powerpuff Girls web comic on WebToons.
I'm planning to do a story called Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends: A Bloo Tale. A story that takes places after Goodbye to Bloo, the series finale of the original show, A Bloo Tale follows the journey of Mac's imaginary friend, Bloo, as he leaves Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, the titular orphanage for imaginary friends owned and operated by the Foster family, after a fallout with his friends. But however, Berry and her team of villains, such as Terrence, Kip Snip, Duchess and Bendy, are back to get revenge on Foster's which leads to Mac and the others along with Jackie Khone, Madame Foster, Goo, and Mr. Herriman must venture across the country to find Bloo which leads them to discover that Bloo's secret legacy and an epic destiny greater than anyone could have. I've decided to make Bloo more polite and friendly as he was in the pilot episode and season one to make up for his egotistical and selfish personality in the following episodes, this story is the epilogue of the original series which is the only original series that sets in the whole CNCM continuity and it'll sets in the same world as Powerpuff.
Next stop is the big project called Dexter's Laboratory: Last Experiment. A science-fiction comedy drama story follows Dexter, who's eighteen, as he and a new girl named Wendy as he teams up with Monkey and Agent Honeydew to save the world from Mandark. It's a big story I came up in mind and it'll received a dedication to Christine Cavanaugh, the first voice actress who voiced Dexter in the first two seasons of the show and the movie Ego Trip, who died on December 22, 2014.
Ed, Edd n Eddy: The Ed-Touchables will be the first story to have a sequel called The Streaming Eds - Part 1: The Great Streamy Adventure. This story is the first part of the two-parter I came up with and it'll be comedy-drama. It's about the Eds reunited with the Kids of the Cul-de-Sac on the anniversary of their graduation from Peach Creek Junior High. Eddy feels that his relationship with Marissa is in jeopardy when he believes Kevin is planning to woo her while everyone is having a water fight at the water park. I've decided to split the story into two parts due to the story being too much for it.
One of my favourite classic Cartoon Network's shows was Billy and Mandy, so the introduction of the CNCM's Billy and Mandy is The Journey of Billy and Mandy. The Journey of Billy and Mandy is a horror comedy-drama adventure story that serves as a dark and edgy reboot to the original series featuring the multiple alternative versions of Billy and Mandy. The story sets three months after Underfist: Halloween Bash and it's about Billy renounces his friendship with Grim and Mandy after suffering a horrible crash during the go-kart race and goes on a ten-year journey around the world. When he returns at the age of 19, he becomes a cold-hearted revenge seeker while Mandy becomes a calm, quiet, and bullied girl who's unable to stand up for herself. After Billy and Mandy have reunited, Grim reveals that he will soon be separated from them forever and that his friendship with them was a lie. Now, Billy and Mandy will have one final adventure with Grim by traveling into different dimensions, featuring alternate versions of themselves, before time runs out. Now, Billy, he's a teenager who's all calm, aggressive, angry and vengeful, whereas Mandy in this story, she is all timid and gentle soul and her desire to take over the universe has faded into obscurity. It'll begin the whole Billy and Mandy's storyline in the CNCM.
Next stop is a big story called Ben 10: Into the Omniverse. Into the Omniverse is a big story that serves has the big tribute to the both Reboot and Classic continuities. I used the episode "And Then There Were 10", the first episode of the original series that began the whole Ben 10 franchise, and the movie-length special "Alien X-Tinction", the final episode of the 2016 series. In this story, Ben Tennyson, a 10-year-old from the city of Bellwood, begins his cross-country summer vacation with his cousin, Gwen, and his grandfather, Max. Ben finds a crashed pod at their first stop. Within it is a watch-like alien artifact called the Omnitrix and must team up with the alternative versions of himself from the Classic and Reboot continuities to take on an ultimate threat known as Alien X. It'll shows a teenage coming-of-age story and it'll explores themes of family, acceptance, and conformity.
And that leads to FusionFall, the last project I'll be talking about, it is final part of chapter one. It'll be a big science-fiction epic story and it's a crossover of Ed, Edd n Eddy, The Powerpuff Girls, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Billy and Mandy, Dexter's Laboratory, and Ben 10. Now, it'll marks the first appearances of the World Organization of Human Protection, or W.O.O.H.P. from Totally Spies, now I heard that Totally Spies is going to be on Cartoon Network for season seven and was meant to air this year, but it was pushed back to 2024. In this story, under the control of Lord Fuse, Planet Fusion travels through the multiverse. He is destroying planets by devouring them, and Earth becomes the next target. To do so, he drops Fusion Matter which takes a warped monster-like shape of objects nearby. The Eds and the Powerpuff Girls must team up with Eduardo, Billy, Mandy, Dexter, and Ben Tennyson to prevent the enemies' plan and defeat them.
And, that's about it. I loved Cartoon Network growing up, and this new plan is very important to me. I hope you all enjoy the beginning of the CNCM.
So, I know the drill, Ed, Edd n Eddy belonged to Danny Antonucci and Cartoon Network. I hope you'll enjoy this story.
This is the story about three boys sharing the same name. They spend their days scamming the local neighbourhood kids for money. They have a strong friendship bond as evidenced in the show. The boys are rarely seen apart and are willing to work with one another to achieve a common goal.
Their names are Ed, Edd n Eddy, and this is their biggest adventure, not where they find Spook-E-Ville, or finding Eddy's brother. This one is different.
Their story begins in a small town of Peach Creek, on the day they first met; they were toddlers back then. Ed and Eddy started their first scam called "Bottomwess Ed", one of their first scams. Eddy has shorter hair and is seen wearing only his normal shirt from the rest of the series and a diaper. He has a propeller beanie.
Ed wears only his red-and-white shirt and a diaper. He had one big tooth and a long strand of hair. He proved himself to be incredibly strong at a young age, being able to lift an entire house very easily.
"Okay. The Bottomwess Ed scam is completed." Eddy said as he smiles. Just then, Edd opens the door smiling.
"I hope we'll do great, Eddy!" Ed said as he smiles.
"Who cares?" Eddy asked as he smiles before noticing the open door. "We're getting cash, buddy boy! Look sharp."
Edd smiles at the door. He wears a red/orange shirt, purple overalls, and a slightly oversized black ski hat. He also has two big front teeth.
"Salutations, gentlemen! My family and I have just moved in, thank you." Edd greets Ed and Eddy as he holds out his hand to shake.
"Hey, Ed! Get a load of the new kid on the block." Eddy said to Ed while smiling.
"Where?" Ed asked as he looks around until Eddy points at Edd. "Oh! Welcome, friend! My name's Ed."
Ed holds out his hand to shake. Flies are swarming around it. Eddy holds out his hand as well. His has a joy buzzer on it.
"And I'm Eddy." Eddy introduced himself as Edd sticks a glove on Ed's hand and only shaking Eddy's finger.
"Pleased to meet you! My name is Ed also, but with 2 Ds." Edd introduced himself with a smile.
"Gee, ain't that a coinkydink. We all have the same name!" Eddy said as he and Ed start laughing.
"Humorous indeed." Edd said as he smiles.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Eddy said as he going to his spiel. While showing it off, Eddy's shirt gets caught on Ed's fork. Eddy doesn't notice. "Be amazed, kid! Watch bottomless Ed eat this humongous TV set! For you, only a quarter."
"I'll give you two, for it would be impossible for the human esophagus to manage such a feat." Edd said as he drops fifty cents in the jar.
"In your hat, bucko!" Ed said as he plunges his fork into the TV set. Eddy moves with the fork. Eddy, however, dimly understanding what's about to happen. "Yum!"
"What the… Ed!" Eddy said as Ed plunges the TV set and Eddy into his mouth and swallows them.
"Good lord! I'm going to be ill!" Edd said as he runs back to his house and get something to get Eddy out of Ed's mouth.
"Let me out!" Eddy said scared witless.
"Don't worry." Edd said he puts on nitrile medical gloves. "Open it! Open it!"
Ed opens his mouth and Eddy exit the mouth, covered in drools.
"So much for my fifty cents." Eddy said.
Edd puts 50 cents in the jar as Ed and Eddy are shocked. Edd smiles at them.
"Consider it as a gift." Edd said as he smiles.
Just then, Eddy has an idea for Edd. "Hey. Do you want to join us? We can be a great team." He said as he asked Edd to join for making scams.
"Really?" Edd asked as he smiles.
"Yeah. We make scams to make money for jawbreakers." Eddy answers.
"Jawbreakers?!" Edd asked as he smiles. He loves the taste of them.
"Yeah." Ed answers as he smiles. "Jawbreakers are the treat that every kid in the Cul-de-Sac likes and strives to get. We make multiple attempts to obtain them by earning money from their various scams, only to fail most of the time. Apparently, there are hundreds of flavours of Jawbreakers from around the world."
"Japanese-flavour is my favourite." Eddy said as he smiles.
"Really? I love that flavour." Edd said as he smiles.
"Ours too!" Eddy said as he smiles. "So, would you like to join?"
"Certainly. I accept. It is such an honour to meet you, Ed and Eddy." Edd said as he politely accepts to join them.
"You too, Edd." Eddy said as he smiles.
"Huh?" Ed asked in confused. Both Edd and Eddy are confused as well.
"Is it okay if we can give you a nickname?" Eddy asked. "This is actually confusing."
"Sure, my full name is Edward." Edd said as he reveals his full first name.
"I'll call you, Double D." Eddy said as he gives Edd a nickname.
And so, Ed and Eddy became best friends with Edd. It shows the origin of the Eds' friendship. The Eds form a strong friendship throughout the years. They make scams for jawbreakers. Sometimes, they succeeded, and sometimes, they failed. They work together and have fun for the past few years.
ELEVEN YEARS LATER
One peaceful night, an airship travels through the clouds. Onboard is a girl named Marissa, who is the owner of the blue levitation stone. Also onboard is a man named Wilson, the government agent who abducted her. Suddenly, without warning, the police invade and attack the airship. They want to arrest Wilson for kidnapping. During the ensuing chaos, Marissa manages to knock Wilson unconscious. The police break into Marissa's room, and she tries to hide by clinging to the outside of the ship. However, she loses her grip and falls into the night sky.
The next day, in the blue house, Edd, now fourteen, inside his room. He uses a labeler to label the stuff in his room, such as a desk lamp labeled "Desk Lamp", a bookshelf full of books labeled "Books", a desk labeled "Desk", a laptop labeled "Computer", and an alarm clock labeled "Alarm Clock". Around the room can be seen other evidence of his labeling, such as a bed labeled "Sack" and a label reading "Door Knob" next to the doorknob.
"Four thousand eight hundred and twenty, four thousand eight hundred and twenty-four–ooh, I like what you've done with that tunnel–four thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, four thousand eight hundred and thirty-five, that's everybody. Four thousand eight hundred and..." Edd said, doing some calculations on an abacus. "...thirty-seven."
Edd places a label reading "Ants 4,837" on his ant farm. The doorbell then rings. He walks down to get the door. Upon opening it, he finds nobody there. He walks halfway up the steps when the doorbell rings again. He goes down to get the door and once again finds nobody there. He tests the doorbell, and then goes upstairs. Once again, he gets halfway up before the doorbell rings again. He rushes down to get it.
"Now please...!" Edd said, annoyed.
But then, a bucket of water falls on Edd's head. Edd once again starts up the steps only to have the bell ring when he's halfway up. He goes down to get the door, and looks up carefully to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises. Just as he's about to stop looking up, a fish hits him in the face. Edd stands there stunned for a few seconds and then heads up the stairs, an odor and flies now surrounding him. Once again, the doorbell rings when he's halfway up. He rushes down to get it. This time, when he answers the door, he finds Eddy, who is now fourteen years old.
"Hey, Double D, what took you so long?" Eddy asked.
"Oh. Hello, Eddy. So, what're you doing?" Edd asked, remembering the pranks. "Hey. Was that you ringing my doorbell?"
"Who, me? Nah." Eddy answers.
They arrived in Edd's room. Eddy was stopped when Edd holds up a pair of bunny slippers.
"Wait, Eddy. You know the rules." Edd said as he hands Eddy the slippers.
"Aw, come on, Edd. Not again." Eddy said in annoyed as Edd wiggles the slippers, smiling. "All right. Sheesh, stupid slippers."
"And I'll dispose of these." Edd said as he put the shoes in a box labelled "Shoes".
"Okay. The slippers are on nowwWWHOAAA!" Eddy said as he gets his head sucked in but is shaken out. Edd is finished with his nose. "Almost done."
Edd vacuums the back of Eddy's shirt.
"Gee. Thanks, Edd." Eddy said.
"After you, Eddy." Edd said as he lets Eddy entering the room.
"Yeah. After me." Eddy said.
After entering the room, Eddy spots Edd's bed. He goes over and jumps on it.
"Eddy! Messy messy messy messy messy. Please don't do that, Eddy." Edd said as he remaking the bed.
Eddy begins switching labels, switching the "Slipper" label, which he places on the bed, with the "Bed" label.
"Eddy! Please return those labels to their rightful desighnations!" Edd said as he demanded Eddy.
"Alright, alright, don't have a bird!" Eddy said as he takes the slipper label off the bed and replaces it with one that says "Toilet". "Are ya done yet? Let's go get Ed!"
"Please be patient. I have just one more…" Edd said as he puts down a "Magnifying Glass" label and realizes it's missing. He begins to panic. "HHAH! It's gone! Eddddyyyy. Someone took my magnifying glass. I feel so violated."
"Maybe you misplaced it." Eddy said as Edd shoving him away.
"Never! What has become of this world? Is nothing sacred?" Eddy asked as he sweeps the contents of his desk into the trash can. "Everything is soiled! Who would do such a thing? Who would violate the sanctity of somebody's room? With their filthy hands!" He clutching at Eddy. "Oh. Oh Eddy. I feel sick. I feel nauseous. I CAN'T BREATHE!"
Eddy goes over, picks up Edd's mattress, and slams it down on him.
"Thank you. I need that." Edd said as he calm down.
"Anytime, pal!" You know, you can't have somebody touching your stuff. It just isn't right. Okay. Race you to Ed's place." Eddy said as he smiles.
Edd and Eddy rush over to Ed's. When they get there, Ed, now 14 years old, is seen watching a horror movie on TV. They tiptoe to the window.
"There he is." Eddy said as he sees Ed watching a movie.
Eddy and Edd sneak in through the window. When Edd tries to enter, the window slams on his fingers, and he makes noises of pain.
"Ssh. Quit fooling around." Eddy said as he shushes at Edd.
Eddy continues to sneak up on Ed. Just as he's about to pounce, Ed grabs him in a headlock and gives him a noogie.
"Hey, Eddy! What's up?" Ed said as he smiles.
"Dogpile!" Edd yelled as he smiles.
The Eds' tussle. Ed ends up victorious, with the two of them in a headlock.
"Hi, Edd… uh… I mean Double D. You guys make me laugh." Ed said as he smiles and laughing.
Just then, a thunderous crashing is heard. All around Ed's room, things shake and fall of the walls. Sarah, Ed's younger sister, kicks the door open and storms up to Ed.
"WHERE IS SHE?!" Sarah shouted in rage.
"What? Who?" Ed asked.
"My dolly. Polly Poo Poo, that's who." Sarah said, worried.
Sarah leaps around the room, destroying stuff.
"I...I need my dolly." Sarah said.
"But Sarah, I didn't touch her." Ed said to Sarah.
Sarah angrily leaped on Ed and fights with him. "Liar! Don't you lie to me, you dolly stealer!" She shouted, angrily.
"You gotta love these family moments." Eddy said, strangled.
"If you don't tell me where she is, I'm gonna get angry." Sarah said in anger.
Ed trips, and the four of them land hard on the ground, Eddy still in a headlock.
"Uh, Ed?" Eddy asked.
"Yeah, Eddy?" Ed asked.
"As much as I really love the smell of your stinky pits... CAN YOU LET GO OF MY HEAD NOW?" Eddy shouted.
"You know, someone has touched my stuff also." Edd said to Sarah.
"Really." Sarah said.
"Don't you see what's going on here? It's epidemical! Double D's magnifying glass, Sarah's doll? Someone, or something, is touching everybody's stuff. We got to spread the word! We have to warn everyone that there's a-a serial toucher on the loose!" Eddy said, now out of his headlock.
"How are we going to do that, Eddy?" Ed asked.
Just then, Eddy ended up getting a scam idea.
"Hey! I know just what to do!" Eddy said, laughing.
Just then, the Eds are at the cul-de-sac.
"Attention please!" Eddy said, using a traffic cone as a megaphone. "Hey! Beware of the toucher! Serial toucher on the loose! Hide your stuff, hide your valuables. Serial toucher on the loose!"
"That dirty toucher took my Dolly Poo Poo!" Sarah said.
"It's true. Won't somebody help us?" Jimmy asked.
The other make assenting noises.
"Quiet, quiet! Everyone just relax. We've got it all under control." Eddy said.
"Yeah? What can you dorks do about it?" Kevin asked.
"Well, we dorks are gonna solve this mystery!" Eddy said, shoving the megaphone in Kevin's face.
"Ha! I'd pay money to see that." Kevin said.
"Me too." Sarah said.
The rest of the kids make noises of agreement.
The Eds are in the lane as Eddy is pacing in front of the other two Eds.
"What do you propose we do now?" Edd asked.
"Okay, boys." Eddy said.
Eddy starts drawing diagrams in the dirt with his shoe.
"Here's the lane, okay. We'll start here, then we'll cross the street over by the corner store..." Eddy said.
Ed's at the park. He's laughing for some reason.
"Please do not move. This is delicate work." Edd said to Ed.
The reason Ed is laughing was because Edd and Eddy are rigging up a device on him.
There's no way the toucher can resist this." Eddy said, smiling.
The machine seems to consist of a "Don't Touch!" sign and a wire.
"Perfect!" Eddy said.
"Someone's coming." Edd said, whispering to Eddy.
Edd and Eddy dive behind the bushes.
"Ed! Don't move! And stop giggling!" Eddy said, whispering to a still laughing Ed.
Ed stops laughing. Kevin shows up on his bicycle.
"Dork!" Kevin said, riding away.
"Dork?" Ed asked.
"Ssh! Ed! Somebody else is coming!" Eddy said.
A boy named Jonny arrives. He's holding a plank with a smiley face drawn on it.
"Watcha doin, Ed?" Jonny asked, but receiving no response. "Oh, Ed, I'm liking your haircut.
Jonny looks closer at Ed's head. Then, he turns to his plank doll.
"What's that, Plank? You wanna fell too? Okay." Jonny said, rubbing Plank against Ed.
"Ed's been touched! Pull! Pull!" Eddy said to Edd.
Edd pulls the wire, and a variety of alarms go off.
"Ah hah! Dr. Toucher, I presume?" Eddy shouted.
"Whoa! You guys are weird!" Jonny said, running away.
"Get him!" Eddy shouted.
Edd and Eddy began chasing Johnny.
"Move it, Ed! Come on!" Eddy said.
Ed jumps off the bench and starts running the wrong way.
"Ed, this way!" Eddy shouted.
Ed runs in the right direction. The scene transitions via a screen wipe to Jonny running down the lane. The fences are plastered with wanted posters that have "The Toucher," "Serial Toucher," or "Toucher" printed on them.
"He's getting away! Follow me!" Eddy said, giving the chase with his friends.
Eddy leads his friends through a door in a fence. The Eds are running down a sidewalk with Jonny nowhere in sight. Edd and Eddy run behind a pole. Ed tries to copy them, but instead runs into the pole. He tries again and runs into it again. It happens another time before Edd and Eddy grab Ed and pull him behind the pole. Jonny then comes running down the street, and the Eds stick out their feet and trip him.
"They got me, old buddy." Jonny said, on the ground, panting. "But you... you can still... make it, Plank. RUN!"
Jonny throws Plank forward, but Plank comes down on his outstretched arms.
"Save yourself." Jonny said as the Eds grab him. "Be nice!"
Ed picks up Plank and takes Jonny off to be interrogated.
Jonny and Plank tied to chairs in the basement. Wires are rigged up to them. Ed comes up to them, shining a flashlight in their eyes.
"Hey, Jonny. Nice haircut. Double D's got a surprise for you." Ed said, point to Edd, who is working at a control board. "A lie detector."
"Ready." Edd said, putting a slice of bread in a toaster.
"Better watch what you say, Jonny." Ed said.
"Yeah, Jonny." Eddy said. He's wearing sunglasses and has a toothpick in his mouth. "You wouldn't lie to your pals, now, would ya?"
Eddy takes out the toothpick and tosses away the sunglasses.
"Ed. Light." Eddy said.
Ed tosses Eddy the flashlight.
"Alright Jonny, enough fooling around. So why don't you just tell us where everybody's stuff is, hmmm?" Eddy asked, interrogating Jonny.
"I don't know what you're talking about! I didn't do anything!" Jonny said.
"What's the word, Double D?" Eddy asked.
Edd sniffs the cooking toast.
"Inconclusive, Eddy." Edd said.
Eddy groans in frustration. Then, he talks to Jonny again.
"Well, if you won't talk, maybe your friend will." Eddy said, goes over to Plank. "You must be the brains, huh? Where's the stuff, Planky? FESS UP! Oh. Silent, huh?"
Eddy slaps Plank and ended up getting splinters.
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! SPLINTERS!" Eddy shouted.
"AAAAAAH! LEAVE PLANK ALONE, EDDY!" Jonny pleaded.
The toast pops up, burnt. Edd sniffs it and then enters some data into a computer. He turns it to face Ed, Eddy, Jonny, and Plank. It reads "FALSE".
"As you can see, the board is lying." Edd said.
"Well, Planky, I think it's time we tried other methods." Eddy said.
Eddy holds up a squirt gun. Jonny looks on in horror.
"Huh?" Jonny said in horror.
"This will make you swell up good." Eddy said.
Eddy pulls the trigger and lets the gun drip onto Plank. Jonny watches in horror. As the torture goes on, it becomes apparent that Jonny has to use the bathroom. He groans in pain as the pressure builds inside.
"Okay! Okay! I did it! I took everyone's stuff! Now let me go. I gotta go to the bathroom!" Jonny said, confessed.
"You heard him, boys." Eddy said, snaps his fingers. "Case closed."
Out on the street, Jonny is in a tire, which is bouncing around the cul-de-sac. Eddy holds up a jar of coins and talking to the other two Eds.
"So boy, what's big, round, costs a nickel...?" Eddy asked, smiling.
"Jawbreakers!" Ed and Edd said in unison.
"Now away we go!" Eddy said, runs into Sarah and Jimmy.
"Now just a rotten minute! I found my dolly under my bed." Sarah said.
"It's true. And here she is." Jimmy said, shows the Eds Sarah's doll. "See?"
"Excuse me, Eddy. Ahem. Upon further inspection of my person. I seem to have come across, my magnifying glass." Edd said, holds up his magnifying glass.
Jonny bounces by while they contemplate what this could mean. Eddy then holds up the jar, grinning. But just then, Eddy finds today a bit familiar.
"Eddy? What's wrong?" Edd asked.
"Uh, nothing. Let's head over to the candy store." Eddy said.
"Good idea. I'll put this thing in my room. I'll be right back." Edd said.
Edd goes back inside his house as Ed and Eddy wait for him to come back. Edd goes to his room, places his magnifying glass back in its rightful place, gets out of his house, and catches up to Ed and Eddy.
"Took you long enough. Now away we go!" Eddy said smiling.
The Eds head towards the candy store. They get there and go inside.
"Oh, hello there. What can I get you, boys?" The Candy Store Owner asked the Eds.
"Three jawbreakers on the spot!" Eddy answers before placing the jar of coins on the counter.
The candy store owner takes the coins and puts it in the cash register. He then gives the Eds three jawbreakers.
"Here you go, boys. Three jawbreakers." The Candy Store Owner said. "Don't forget your change.
"I'll take it." Edd said as he gets the change. "Thank you."
"Your welcome." The Candy Store Owner said. "Have a nice day, boys."
The Eds get out of the candy store and eat their jawbreakers. Sarah rolls Jonny, still in a tire.
"That Eddy thinks he's so smart! We know you didn't do it, Jonny."
"Mank... moo." Jonny said.
"Hang tight, Jonny. This won't hurt a bit." Sarah said.
Sarah pushes Jonny down a hill. The Eds are outside the candy store. They're still eating their jawbreakers.
"This is good." Eddy said while enjoying his.
"Should we feel guilty about scamming the children at the cul-de-sac?" Edd asked while thinking about scamming.
"Nah. You know what they say: A little childhood trauma builds character." Eddy said as he smiles.
Jonny, still in his tire, runs into them, knocking the jawbreakers out of their mouths. The jawbreakers roll down the street, and the Eds chase them.
"No, wait! Come back!" Eddy said.
The Eds chase the jawbreakers as they roll down a fence by the creek, staying perfectly balanced on the top. They leap for them and push them away into the creek. They follow them into the cold, cold water.
"Where are they?" Eddy asked.
"Ed?" Edd asked Ed.
Ed is sitting underwater.
"They're lost, guys." Ed said.
"Find it, Ed!" Eddy said as they begin to search furiously. "Gimme a break, will ya?"
"Come back, jawbreakers, wherever you are!" Ed yelled in the air out loud.
At night, the hunt is still going on. Edd, however decided to give up.
"Oh, let's go home! I'm soaked to the marrow! Our parents must be worried sick! Besides, the jawbreakers would surely have dissolved by now." Edd said to Ed and Eddy.
Eddy lays down and watch the stars. He sighs.
"Hey, Double D, is it me, or doesn't today look familiar?" Eddy asked about today being familiar.
"Why, Eddy?" Edd asked.
"Well, Because I have this feeling that today, well, all of this that happened today happened before." Eddy said.
"What do you mean?" Edd asked.
"Well, we framed Jonny as the toucher of things a few years ago. And, uh, most of the kids fell for the scam. And we got the money. And we used it to pay for the jawbreakers. And now, they're... gone." Eddy said, explaining what happened today.
"Yes, Eddy. They are now dissolved in the water. There's no way to get them back now. I'm sorry. Although, come to think of it, I agree with what you said. In my theory, I say it's more of a repeat." Edd said.
Edd lays down and join Eddy after got out of the lake. He looks up at the stars.
"Double D, this reminds me of the day where we tried to find a way to solve the problem about that Slovak Jawbreaker that Ed got in the mail, remember?" Eddy asked.
"Why, yes. It rolls down to this creek, why did you ask?" Edd asked.
"Just wondering. Let's say that this is a game we can play. I was wondering about the moments we had in the past. Try and remember something." Eddy said.
Edd smiles and remembers something. He got on.
"Oh, I got one. Remember that time when we were spying on Kevin on Jimmy's birthday? You destroyed his house with the Baking Powder Vapor Barrier." Edd said.
"I know." Eddy said as he smiles. "And remember that time when I used a fish to duel against Rolf?"
"How can I remember?" Edd said as he smiles. "You insulted Rolf when we were attending his family's traditional celebrations. In one of these celebrations, you tossed away his sea cucumber ball."
"Oh, boo-hoo, I hurt Rolf's stinky fishball." Eddy said sarcastically.
"It's not the fishball, Eddy." Edd said in annoyance. "You hurt Rolf's feelings and he forgives you."
"Found it!" Ed said out loud.
"Ed?" Eddy turns to the creek as he sees Ed with a jawbreaker in cheek.
"I found it, guys!" Ed said as he's smiling.
"Aw, man, he's already eaten mine." Eddy said as he's smiles.
"No, it's mine, Eddy, or is it Double D's." Ed said as he doesn't remember whose jawbreaker belongs to.
"Whose is it, Ed?" Edd asked.
"Let's see." Ed said.
Ed unfurls his tongue to reveal that he is sucking on a gigantic snail.
"What do you think?" Ed asked.
"GAH!" Edd and Eddy said in shocked.
"Is it mine? Well Okey-dokey!" Ed said as he pulls it back in.
"Ed! You let that poor creature out right this…" Edd said as he unable to finish his sentence. He looks up in the sky. "Fellows, look."
Edd points at something in the sky and Ed unfurls his tongue again to release the snail. A girl float down towards them. Eddy carries the girl and sees a crystal amulet. Edd sees a castle in the sky.
"Good lord, it's the lost city… a castle in the sky!" Edd said as he smiles.
"A what?" Eddy asked as he raises an eyebrow.
"It's the lost city called Tombanus." Edd explained about the Castle in the Sky. "The Kingdom is home to the Statue of Morality. Whoever gets it will receive the Key of Immortality. Remember, two months ago when we heard of the legend back in school before graduation?"
"Immortality? As in live forever and never die?!" Eddy asked.
"Yes. There's also treasure in the lost kingdom." Edd answers.
"Treasure, you say?!" Eddy asked in smiles and greed.
"Lots of them." Eddy answers as he smiles.
"Hey, if we get that treasure, we'll be rich!" Eddy said as he is thinking about it.
"If we get the treasure, yes." Edd said in agreement.
"And our scams?!" Ed asked.
"We'll be retired from making them, monobrow." Eddy answers as he smiles.
The Eds are looking at the sky and smile. Edd has an interesting idea of seeing Tombanus and learning about its existence.
"Well, my friends, someday we're gonna see that castle in the sky." Edd said to his friends.
"Oh, we will." Eddy said in agreed.
"Yeah." Ed said.
They look at the castle before it disappears. They walked back home while Eddy carries the girl. She sees the Eds before going back to sleep.
The Eds returns to the cul-de-sac. Eddy is holding Marissa.
"So, what do we do with this girl?" Ed asked.
"I'll take her to my house. You guys go on home now." Eddy said.
"Okay. Nighty night!" Ed said.
"Good night, Eddy." Edd said.
"Good night, boys. I'll see you in the morning." Eddy said.
Ed and Edd go to their respective houses. Eddy carries Marissa to his house and places her on his bed.
"Who is this girl?" Eddy asked himself, but shrugs. "Eh. I'll find out tomorrow. I gotta hit the sack.
Eddy gets into his bed, closes his eyes, and sleeps.
I hope you all enjoyed the first chapter of a story that is the true beginning of the Cartoon Network Cinematic Multiverse. I really hope you guys could give it some positive reviews for it along with my ideas for my future projects.
