The prison lays 10FT under water level, and the entrance is secured by a hand scanner, facial scanner, a voice recorder, and a dna scanner to Make sure nobody but jumba can enter from outside,
The only emergency exit is at the entrance, a super well hidden hatch will open upon 3 taps of jumba's feet, then opens to a staircase downstairs, to a speed rail 50KM away from the lab, and to a secret exit through an elevator, the laboratory doors and windows get locked off with phlognarian titanium doors, and cameras activate to record any unintended events,"
