Naraku has been defeated, and peace had finally come to Japan. Inuyasha looked forward to a normal life, but Kagome has aspirations the half Dog demon wasn't interested in. In her fury, the young Miko seals him just Kikyo had done long ago and when Inuyasha finally awakes, it is to find six hundred years have past.
A hundred years past even Kagome's time, Inuyasha is thrust into the world of Quirks after being found by a boy named Izuku Midoriya.
Terrified, Inuyasha is lost and ruined by Kagome's betrayal and now he needs to find himself in a world he has no idea how to navigate.
Feudal Japan:
YEAR 1500:
Inuyasha could not recall the last time he was this terrified. Possibly when he was a pup. It was hard to know. He prided himself on not feeling fear, but the minute Kagome produced that bow, it was all that engulfed him.
She had been distant lately, ever since she had proposed her desire for a romantic relationship, only to be left distraught and furious when Inuyasha didn't return her affections. At some point, he had considered a life with her, but too many times being yanked to the ground by the accursed beads around his neck and Inuyasha figured a lifetime dealing with such degradation wasn't something he wanted to deal with.
For the most part, Kagome had been civil and appeared to content herself with helping Kaede in the village or visiting Sango and Miroku at theirs. So, when she asked Inuyasha could she take a walk with him to talk, he never once contemplated what her true intentions were.
"Kagome!" Inuyasha pleaded, amber eyes wide as he dodged yet another arrow, laced with powerful reiki. "Damn it! Kagome, this is crazy! Stop attacking me!"
"You rejected me!" Kagome snarled, nocking another arrow. "I traipsed all over Japan for a year to hunt down those stupid shards…. I waited three years and came back to this time for you and yet…you don't want me!"
"Kagome! You spent most of your days sitting my ass like I was a damn mongrel pet!" Inuyasha argued, desperate to talk sense into her. "That's not love!"
"You needed to be kept in line!"
"I ain't some mutt that needed training!" Inuyasha spat, anger twisting up alongside his terror. "I had a mother to teach me, Kagome! And though I needed it in the beginning…I haven't needed these stupid beads in years, but you keep sitting me! You're just a bully!"
"SIT BOY!"
Eyes wide, Inuyasha realised his mistake a second before his body was forcefully pulled down. Slamming into the hard bark of a tree, he discovered the hard way it was hollow, his body dropping inside and striking violently into a mess of dirt and tangled roots. All over his body he felt bones crack and snap. The scent of his blood filled his nose and from the pain in his left thigh, one of the roots had pierced his flesh.
Groggy, vision spotting, Inuyasha pulled his leg free with a howl of pain. Coughing, the half dog demon tried desperately to get up, only to go rigid when the nocking of another reiki coated arrow filled his ears. Lifting his gaze, Inuyasha groaned. "K-Kagome…No! D-Don't this! I-I'll do anything!"
"Too late, Inuyasha," Kagome bit out spitefully, letting the arrow fly.
He felt the moment the arrow bit into his shoulder, pinning him to the ground. The reiki tore through his body, shutting his system down, the same way it had over fifty years previous when Kikyo had done it. The eternal sleep washed over him, his tears spilling free even as he was lost to slumber.

Musutafu, Japan
YEAR 2100:
"This is torture!" Kaminari whined, the blonde teenager dropping to his ass, head tossed back and panting. "Why do we have to do survival training like this!"
"Would you get a grip?!" Katsuki barked. "We haven't been dumped on a deserted Island, we're in the forest on the U.A. grounds!"
Next to the pair, Izuku held in his chuckle. It had been two weeks since 1-A had hunted him down and brought him home and though they were still continuing with their training, as long as Shigaraki remained a threat, they were confined to the U.A. grounds. Honestly, the teens were glad for a bit of normal.
Survival training was Aizawa's bright idea. The exercise consisted of dumping students three or more at a time into the forest with minimal supplies and the agreement that no Quirks would be used. Aizawa's thinking was, Quirk cuffs were a thing, as were Quirk cancelling drugs and he wanted to see what they were capable of in a stranded situation and powerless.
Looking about, red eyes studying the fast decline of the sun, Katsuki grunted. "Here's a good a place as any to set up camp."
"With what?" Kaminari griped. "We've no supplies for this."
"That's kind of the point idiot," Katsuki snarked back. "Gotta make shelter with what we can use…Izuku…you okay to look for food, while Pikachu and I start a shelter?"
"On it."
Stretching his limbs, Izuku headed deeper into the foliage. He was still getting used to Katsuki using his name correctly and despite being brash as ever, there was something far less angry about the teenager. Within the trees, a nice quiet fell. To his left, the U.A. barrier was hard to miss. The walls surrounding the whole area for miles. The security measures making everyone feel safer.
/Izuku/
Stumbling to a stop, Izuku blinked in surprise. Nana, the seventh user was ever present in his mind, alongside the other previous holders of One For All. But she very rarely drew his attention, unless there was danger.
"What is it?" Izuku whispered, suddenly alert, green eyes scanning the area.
/Can't you sense it? / Nana queried. /A strong aura…Up ahead. /
Concentrating, Izuku was startled to see she was right. Nothing was setting off his danger sense as such. It was more of an awareness and since Nana wasn't warning him to run, he decided to follow it to its source.
Deeper and deeper into the forest he went. The greenery growing denser, until even the sky was closed out. Izuku doubted anyone had come this deep in years. Grass grew high, plants wrapping about trees, roots jutting up from the Earth where they had ran out of space and tried to burst free. He could hear the calls and rustles of animals and finding himself in front of a mess of thick thorns, Izuku began the task of pulling them away.
Blood seeped from tiny cuts, but it didn't stop him and finally making a hole, he stepped through.
It was a clearing, surrounded on all sides by the same wall of thorns. Ivy grew in great ropes as well and at the centre of it, stood an impossibly huge tree. At the base of the trunk, a gaping hole sat. Wide open, the jagged bark akin to gnashing teeth, it was from there, Izuku could feel the aura.
Heart racing, he made his way across the thick moss. He wasn't sure what he was going to find, but it certainly wasn't what he did find. Lost among dying leaves and rotted roots, Izuku found a boy that looked the same age as he did. Brilliant silver hair fanned out beneath his still form, dog ears flat against his head and from his shoulder, Izuku realised the aura was coming from a glowing arrow.
"The hell," the teenager gasped. Shock dissipating, Izuku leaped into the cavern beneath the old tree and yanked away brambles and coiling plants. Mindful of the arrow, he dropped down to press his head to the boy's chest, relief flooding him when a strong heartbeat sounded in his ear.
/The arrow. / Nana whispered in his mind.
Sitting back on his haunches, Izuku frowned at the arrow, still pulsing a strange pink light. Was it someone's Quirk? But then…how long had the boy been trapped?
/Remove it. / Nana urged. /Pull it free, Izuku. /
Was that a good idea? Izuku wasn't so sure. He could see no blood, but that didn't mean he wouldn't aggravate some injury and yet, something compelled him to reach out. Wrapping his crooked fingers about the arrow, the teenager gasped when a burst of energy rushed through him and in his grasp the arrow shattered. Blasted off his feet, Izuku landed with a grunt, momentarily stunned. Blinking through bright light, he got himself upright, just as the boy came awake with a choked cry, stunning amber eyes blown wide and looking about in confusion.
"Easy!" Izuku called out, hands up and tone placating. "Easy…I'm Izuku Midoriya. I found you unconscious."
"W-What…" The boy croaked, tearing away the last of the overgrowth and stumbling to his feet. "No…What did she…No!"
Stumbling toward the hole, he clambered out and into nothing recognisable. Everything had long since grown out of control and at a glance, he knew his Tetsusaiga was gone.
"What's your name?"
Spinning to face the green haired boy, he tried to get his muddled head working. "I-Inuyasha…I don't…Where am I?"
"You're on the U.A. grounds," Izuku explained, a little confused. "Shouldn't you know that?"
For the first time, Inuyasha took in what Izuku was wearing, and cold dread filled his gut. He recognised the style from Kagome's time, but surely she hadn't left him trapped that long…almost five hundred years! The thought was positively nauseating. "What year is it?" He finally croaked.
"What?" Izuku growing more and more confused. Surely he was there only days, why was he asking for the year? "It's October 1st, 2100."
Shock slammed into Inuyasha because not only was he left for years; he had been trapped a hundred years even past Kagome's time! Six hundred years! The malicious bitch had left him trapped for six centuries! "No!" He snarled, dragging his hands through his hair. His friends, his brother…anyone he knew…they had to be long gone! Demons were something he never saw in Kagome's time, so was he now the last? How could she do this to him?!
"Are you okay? I can call someone…"
"DAMN IT, NERD! WHERE ARE YOU?!"
Inuyasha went rigid at the bellow, head snapping around in time to see two blondes step through a gap in a wall of thorns. The bigger of the two came up short, red eyes widening in surprise.
"Don't move, Kacchan…he's a little disorientated," Izuku warned.
Threat. Inuyasha could smell a threat on the one Izuku called 'Kacchan', and a snarl immediately tore up his throat, before he could stop it. Without his Tetsusaiga, he could feel his Yōkai prowling inside the back of his mind and was forcefully holding him back.
"Whoa!" Izuku cried out, coming in between them. "Inuyasha…These are my classmates, Katsuki Bakugo and Denki Kaminari. They won't hurt you…I promise."
Bullshit! He'd heard that before! Kagome had promised to never hurt him and yet, she sealed him in the Earth where no one ever found him until now. Furious, frightened and just confused, Inuyasha needed to get out of there. Crouching, he jumped, glad to see his strength was at it's peak and ripped clean through branches, until he was above the forest.
"Kami!" Inuyasha choked stunned, because on all sides, what he knew was long gone.
Modern buildings were everywhere, some more advanced than even in Kagome's time. Those contraptions she called cars filled the streets and above him, he saw a plane soar past.
"HEY! EXTRA!"
Startled, Inuyasha glanced back, shocked to see the boy Katsuki bulleting toward him, because of explosions he created from his hands…how was that possible?! Humans didn't possess power like that! Dodging the teen, Inuyasha took off in a random direction. The kid was fast, but he was faster.
One For All activated, Izuku joined Katsuki, calling out. "Kaminari has gone to get the teachers! We shouldn't leave the grounds, Kacchan!"
"Don't be an idiot, Izuku! Look how fast he's moving! He's freaked out and clearly has a powerful Quirk! We can't let him lose!"
Damn it! He hated the fact Katsuki had a point. Inuyasha was terrified and was clearly volatile. He'd been ready to take on Katsuki, without provocation. Up ahead, the silver haired teen was leaping over buildings at a speed even Tenya would find hard to keep up with.
"Shit! Izuku! Move your ass…you're faster than I am!"
"Right!"
Shooting forward, green eyes locked on his target, Izuku stretched his arms back and using black whip, sent it hurtling toward Inuyasha. Triumph filled him, when he got him on the first try, the dog eared boy screaming in fury. Carefully, he lowered him to the roof of a random building, floating down to join him.
Black energy keeping him pinned, Inuyasha squirmed, furious gaze locking on Izuku. "Let me go!"
"I can't do that," Izuku panted, glancing toward Katsuki when the boy joined them. "You need to calm down."
"The hell I do!" Inuyasha howled, desperately trying to get free. "This isn't right! Nothing's right!"
"What the hell are you talking about?!" Katsuki demanded. Mentally scolding himself, he gentled his tone. "What's the last thing you can remember?"
Drained, Inuyasha sagged to the ground, chest heaving, sweat slick on his gold skin. "Six hundred years…she trapped me…for six hundred years!"
"Six hundred…" Izuku frowned. "Inuyasha…What year was it before I freed you?"
Tears welled in Inuyasha's amber eyes, head dropping in defeat. "It was the year fifteen hundred."
Izuku and Katsuki blinked in unison, both heroes in training incredulous. How was that even possible? Inuyasha suddenly went limp, whatever energy he had left draining away. Retracting black whip carefully, Izuku crouched next to him.
"Six hundred years…but…how could he have a Quirk?"
Katsuki shook his head, just as confused. "I don't know, Izuku. But we better get him back to the school. For now, he's a terrified kid and he needs our help."
Nodding, Izuku carefully scooped up the unconscious male. He had a feeling, things at U.A. were about to get a whole lot more interesting.
