"I think I'm going to be born soon," Pammy told Nicky and Alex.

"Aren't you afraid," Nicky asked.

Pammy laughed.

"Of course not," she said, "There's nothing to be scared of. When you're born, you go to a better place."

"I don't believe that," Alex said shaking his head, "I think when you're born that's it. It's the end."

"No way," Pammy said, "What do you think," she asked Nicky.

Nicky thought for a moment.

"I think when we're born we go to another womb. You know. We start over again."

"Well if that does happen," Alex said, "I hope I start over again with you too. I love you both."

Suddenly Pammy's womb opened up. She smiled.

"I'll see you guys soon," she said.

She tumbled out of the womb.

At the hospital with Jesse holding Becky's hand, Becky gave one last push. Pammy came out. The doctor cleared her nose and mouth and started to clean her up.

"It's a beautiful little girl," she said wrapping Pammy in a pink blanket and putting a pink hat on her head. She headed Pammy to Jesse as Becky delivered the placenta.

"Oh Jess," Becky said softly, "What are we going to call her?"

"Can we name her Pammy," Jesse asked, "In honor of my sister?"

"I love that idea," Becky said.

Before they could continue talking Becky felt more labor pains.

"I'm scared," Alex told Nicky, "I'm not ready for the end."

"Maybe Pammy's right," Nicky replied, "Maybe it's not the end."

Before Alex could respond his womb opened and he tumbled down the birth canal.

"It's a boy," the doctor announced.

"Is that possible," Becky asked.

"You said we're having identical twins," Jesse pointed out.

Becky stared at the new baby in awe stroking his cheek. She delivered the second placenta.

Inside of Becky, Nicky's womb opened. Becky started to feel some more labor pain.

"What is going on?" Becky asked.

"It looks like you're having a 3rd baby," the doctor said.

It took three pushes to get Nicky out.

"It's a boy," the doctor said.

"We need to name the boys," Jesse told Becky, "They can't just be called Pammy's brothers."

"No you're right," Becky said, "I want to name the first boy Alex and the second boy Nicky."
