Miraculous: Chloe Bourgeois Time Travel Fix-It.

Chapter 7: Beginning of Canon.

(Three hundred and four thousand, six hundred and third Quantic Universe Earth, Paris, France, Friday, Thursday, January 15th, 2015, third person POV...)

Chloe was reading up on the Miraculouses that have been lost to the ages, the very same ones she recovered back in 2008, and Chloe was still quite put off that there was a Pizza Slice kwami considering the fact that actual pizza wouldn't be invented until nine hundred and ninety-seven CE, which was one thousand and eighteen years ago.

At the same time, Chloe was also still fascinated that the European Dragon Miraculous not only grants the same powers as the original Dragon Miraculous, but also grants the other powers of standard dragons, including the ability to actually transform into a dragon.

Chloe's inner geek had noticed that this was sort of similar to the Transformers Generation 1 Doublecross slash Twinferno, the Transformers Beast Wars Transmetal II Megatron, the Transformers Robots in Disguise 2001 Cryotek, the Transformers Robots in Disguise 2001 Megatron and Galvatron, the Transformers Cybertron Scourge, the Transformers Prime Predaking, the Transformers Prime Skylynx, the Transformers Prime Backbite, the Transformers Prime Ripclaw, the Transformers Prime Ser-Ket, the Transformers Prime Skystalker, the Transformers Prime and Generation 1 Hun-Gurrr and Twinstrike slash Sinnertwin, the Transformers Prime Lazerback, the Transformers Prime Vertebreak, and the Transformers The Last Knight Dragonstorm among others having the ability to transform into dragons.

And Chloe's inner geek couldn't help but marvel at the fact that the Basilisk Dragon, Chinese Dragon, Water Dragon, Earth Dragon, Yellow Dragon, and Azure Dragon Miraculouses were able to grant the same powers as the actual dragons of mythological legend that they were inspired by.

And so far, things were looking up.

(The next day, Chloe's POV...)

Two and a half weeks after the interview on TVi News happened, I visited Adrien once more.

And for the first time in years, it wasn't because of a traditional playdate.

Rather, it was because Adrien wanted me to meet someone new, someone I already knew in my old life and not in a friendly kind of way: his maternal cousin Felix Fathom, the son of Colt Fathom and Amelie Graham de Vanily, and secretly the sixth modern humanoid Sentimonster in our Multiverse.

And yes, after getting myself familiar with the Quadwal cluster where I and everyone and everything about my native multiverse is fictional, I did my research, however tiresome it was.

I can't do anything about Felix being abused by Colt, and I know that Ladybug can't do a thing about it either by the time that b****** dies, but what I can do is plan on how to best change Felix's future for the better and hopefully avoid having no choice but to throw him and his mother in the slammer with Queen Elizabeth II revoking the Graham de Vanily family's titles and claims to British nobility.

Yeah, I have a feeling that'd be much worse than what I got back in the original future, thanks to that motherf(bleep!) Thomas Astruc.

Anyway, in preparation for today's meeting with Felix, I used the Rooster Miraculous so I can bestow myself the ability to differentiate between humans, aliens, shapeshifters, clones, kwamis, demons impersonating or possessing humans these days, and Sentimonsters simply by looking at the face of the terrestrial and/or extraterrestrial being in question, looking them in the eyes, and depending on what I detect, I would feel the following: a small vibration in my brain if I detect a human, a slightly less small vibration if I detect a humanoid Sentimonster who's unaware of their true status, unaware of their Peacock Miraculous-wielding creators, unaware of their inability to fight back against those like Hawk Moth/Shadow Moth if he ever made motions with the Peacock Miraculous or his wedding ring, and so forth, along with a more small vibration that actually feels like a massage chair at low power if I detect a kwami, a medium-sized vibration if I encounter an alien, a medium-to-large vibration if I detect a Sentimonster who's long since been made aware of how they were conceived, and well, you get the idea.

This in particular for if we, the Oracle Knights, fail to apprehend Gabriel, Nathalie, and Lila on the 2016 Heroes' Day will prove to be useful if Mayura and Shadow Moth manage to create Sentimonsters that perfectly replicated our Miraculous appearances regardless of whatever we wore with our Miraculous enhancements.

But this was also just because, back on our recruits' original Earth, as they explained when they showed me what happened in the Representation episode of Miraculous Ladybug season 5, Felix revealed that he, Adrien, and Kagami Tsurugi were Sentimonsters, with Adrien being invented by Emilie Agreste for her to raise and Felix being invented by Colt Fathom to impregnate Amelie for Felix to be born so that Colt and Amelie could raise him just because the two twin sisters both turned out to have had trouble conceiving along with Colt despising magic in spite of his jealousy about how Gabriel was able to impregnate Emilie, and Tomoe Tsurugi used the Peacock Miraculous in its damaged state to create Kagami for unknown reasons, and it was theorized that the ruptured magic of the Peacock Miraculous in its damaged state was what rendered Tomoe permanently blind.

I find that to be a buncha bullspit, because as far as my friends, relatives, mentors, and I remember, using a damaged Miraculous jewel even once or sparingly does not cause blindness to develop in human beings.

Although admittedly, a lot of people on their Earth who were firmly on the Sentimonster Adrien, Sentimonster Felix, and Sentimonster Kagami boats did raise a lot of good points about how they were Sentimonsters.

But when I did find out that Adrien, Felix, and Kagami are Sentimonsters, in addition to finding out the true reason why Tomoe wound up blind, I wasn't happy about any of it at all.

They all believed that Adrien and Kagami being Sentimonsters would render the show of our lives redundant, not so interesting anymore, and very trashy in every sense of the words if Gabriel or Tomoe ever got their hands on the Peacock Miraculous and forced Adrien and Kagami to submit to their orders and/or snap them out of existence if provided the opportunity to do so, either because they served their usefulness or because they turned on their creators in the ultimate sense without being able to completely sever their Amokized links with the Amokized objects and the Peacock Miraculous.

But anyway, there's definitely no better time than the present day to test out my new superpower on Adrien and Felix when I enter Adrien's bedroom.

And as I entered the Agreste Mansion, I mentally told myself that it was an odd occurrence to be escorted to Adrien's bedroom and expect it to be empty except for the sole occupant it was made for rather than Adrien and Felix.

But I did indeed find Adrien and Felix there in Adrien's bedroom instead.

I was doing all I could to maintain a poker face as I tried to push Felix's future crimes along with my own to the farthest back recesses of my mind while thinking of ways to alter his future for the better and mine at the same time.

As much as I hate to admit it, as much as I wanted justice and vengeance on Felix and his mother for the things they did, even myself and Marinette with her future memories being downloaded into her brain by me have the power and the resources we need to change Felix's future for the better in this timeline, and if we're lucky, every one of our futures will be changed for the better.

When my eyes met Felix's, I felt a slightly big vibration in my head, and that meant Felix was indeed a Sentimonster who has long since been made aware of his existence.

And when my eyes met Adrien's, I felt almost the same vibration. That meant Adrien was a Sentimonster as well, except that he's unaware of his origins and the Miraculouses.

I was doing all I could to restrain myself from having a rage-out and targeting Adrien's possessions in the process.

I guess, as the future King Hornbill puts it, "It makes sense now; in most mainstream Miraculous Ladybug timelines before season 3 ended, after the Peacock Miraculous first showed up, after Felix made his debut, and after season 5 was fully released, Adrien, Felix and Kagami were Sentimonsters. At the same time, however, in some mainstream and not so mainstream Miraculous Ladybug timelines, Adrien, Felix and Kagami aren't always Sentimonsters if the Archive Of Our Own story tags of Adrien Agreste, Kagami Tsurugi, and Felix Fathom not being Sentimonsters and Canon Rewrite are involved in describing the chronological plot divergences for such fanfiction story timelines, and in others even before season 5 fully came out, they are Sentimonsters regardless of whether they're aware of their not so human births or not, and regardless of whether or not such stories continue into season 5 with and/or without Gabriel and his allies and enemies in prison."

Yeah, this is going to make things complicated for Marinette's future healthier relationship with Adrien, especially because even humanoid Sentimonsters can't impregnate humans.

Adrien exclaims excitedly, "Oh! Clo, you're here!"

Adrien dragged me towards Felix, somehow surprising even me as to how strong Adrien actually is compared to his future super strength as Cat Noir. But considering the stuff in his room including a climbing wall and a basketball hoop combined with some of his old fencing trophies, a simplified explanation for Adrien's physical strength was what popped into our minds.

Adrien then continues saying, "This is my maternal cousin, Felix Fathom, the son of my aunt Amelie and my uncle Colt. Felix, this is Chloe Bourgeois. Chloe's the daughter of Mayor Andre Bourgeois."

I then stated, "Just call me Chloe. It's a pleasure to meet you."

I shook hands with Felix.

Felix remarks with a smile even I knew was slightly fake, "Charmed, my lady."

I then asked, "I must ask, are you the opposite of Adrien in some ways than others? Because he seriously doesn't know how to stand up for what he wants without provoking any potential overreactions from his father, such as going to public school."

Felix replies, not that I was surprised, "Well, despite the fact that Adrien and I look the same by 95%, we don't share the same reluctance you specified."

I replied back, "Ah. Well, if I wanted to do something for my life in the future, I would work for it after having my dad's permission, because that's just who I am and that's just because my dad is supportive of my legitimate goals."

Felix smirked as he remarks, "I'm starting to like you already."

Adrien then says, "Guys, stop doing that silly adult talk! I don't want to listen to that stuff outside of stuffy dinner parties. I want to play with my cousin and my best friend today, not listen to this!"

I replied half-heartedly and half sarcastically, "Oh, yes, sorry, Aden; the thing is that your cousin is a fun boy to banter with."

Felix gives me a sharp look before settling for a perfect apologetic face as he says, "Sorry, cousin."

Adrien replies and then questions me, "It's alright. Chloe, I saw the interview from a few weeks ago on TVi News. Can you explain what happened, please?"

Chloe remarks, "Well, since you said please, I'll explain. In short, I had to take over my school's information structures such as the student council, for example."

Felix inquires in a confused tone, "What? Why?"

I took over as I answered, "You see, for some time now, Wi Paris School 9 had been infected with bullies doing whatever they wanted and they got away with it because some of the educators were incompetent in the sense that they were more concerned with provoking lawsuits from the bullies' parents just because they were wealthy rather than being concerned about the physical, emotional, and mental health of the bullied victims. The incompetent educators were also more concerned about the loss of their jobs due to the bullies' parents rather than the potential consequences for letting bullying continue until graduation day unexposed and unpunished, especially including the likelihood that such school employees would end up fired and arrested if the school board ever found out just because someone tipped them off. So, because even the principal of the school was choosing to sit by and do nothing at all, I had to take up arms and take over the school for a purging. I spent a week forming a flawless team to collect the evidence of every behavioral incident and every instance of the educators choosing not to do anything about it, and on the sixth day, it was finally time to present every factor of evidence to the School Board of Education. In the end, I got the principal replaced and arrested, eight teachers fired, ten students expelled, fourteen students suspended, six students into detention until their graduations, and twelve students arrested."

Adrien and Felix's eyes widened, but I knew that they were widened for entirely different reasons.

Felix was surprised, but Adrien was horrified, and I knew exactly why.

I mentally growled in anger, annoyance, and frustration, having anticipated that Adrien would potentially start to ignore the fact that what we've been trying to teach him is fair and just, all because his sheltered, naïve, and somewhat passive mindset and demeanor born from the fact that he was born through his mother's compassionate love and his inability to see evil in lesser forms won't allow him to see the bigger picture. And even despite the fact that the last time I was here, Adrien recorded my explanation about bullying and lying to him even without being told or asked to do so.

Adrien starts to ask us in horror, "Why would you do that?! Those teachers and the principal lost their jobs, and the students now have marks on their records – "

But I held up a hand for silence, and after Adrien shuts up, I replied, "I did what I had to do because it was the right thing to do. You see, not every problem can be resolved diplomatically. The real world, even without public schools, is a whole lot different than what you see in cartoons, anime, comic books, novels, movies, and video games. For example, when one person in a couple finds out about something related to their boyfriend or girlfriend in terms of them doing something that they weren't supposed to, outside of allying with supervillains, allying with alien warlords, and/or cheating on their lovers, that can't be resolved diplomatically. Because every action we take have consequences that reflect our rewards for our good deeds and our punishments for our bad deeds. And of course, those consequences happen to vary depending on the severity of our good deeds guaranteeing we would be greatly rewarded and the severity of our bad deeds promising very severe punishments. For example, those teachers were enabling the behaviors of the bullies by allowing them to torment people without getting involved by punishing the bullies due to the bullies having wealthy families and due to the teachers fearing the wraths of the bullies' families. For example, if one of the bullies' parents was part of the Parisian government, specifically if the bully was the second child of my dad, he could potentially set about making sure that the teachers know their reputations and their careers would end rapidly if they try to punish his metaphorical second child. And trust me, those incompetent educators have to suffer the consequences so that they'll know how much they screwed up and so that they'll know what the consequences for their actions are, in addition to the fact that being an incompetent teacher promises the following punishments depending on how long this goes on: being fired, being blacklisted from every professional school job, having their teaching licenses revoked, and in the ultimate scenario, serving time in prison. Bully enablers cause a lot of harm. This is what I have tried to teach you for some time now, but seeing as how you're not looking at the bigger picture, know this: if the bully enablers weren't fired before it was too late and if the bullies weren't punished properly in time, they would've made things worse to the point where their victims would commit suicide and the damage would've been ten to thirty times worse. (I pulled out a binder of papers) Don't believe me? Then read thoroughly this list of school children who have committed suicide due to bullying ever since 1980."

I handed the papers to Adrien, and both he and Felix read thoroughly the Wikipedia list of school students who committed suicide due to bullying and due to no one doing anything about it before it was too late, ever since the exact year of 1980.

Adrien was more horrified by the minute as he finally realized the harm that bullying can cause in the extreme sense.

Felix didn't show it, but he wasn't pleased that it took this list for Adrien to realize that, in the case of school bullying for one notable example, the real world's problems can't always be resolved with token apologies and forgiveness.

Adrien then asks me, "How could I have been such an idiot?"

I answered for Felix, "To be blunt, it's your father's fault for not teaching you about the real world just because he wants you to carry on his fashion legacy when he retires or when he dies as opposed to letting you choose your own career or allowing you to go to public school. He wants to mold you into the so-called perfect child to take over his company without making friends at school and without learning about the bad experiences of the real world that he had learned the hard way. And even if it wasn't for all of that, it's still his responsibility as your father to teach you all about the disadvantages of the real world, but seeing as how he failed at that just because of his paranoia and his inability to move on from his bad experiences in the past, he shouldn't deserve to call himself your father."

Adrien looked downcast at that.

I mentally snarled in extreme annoyance.

I'm starting to change my mind about letting Adrien receive the Black Cat Miraculous in the future.

I approached Adrien and hugged him as he softly cried.

Chloe and Felix could tell I was extremely annoyed at how naïve Adrien was no thanks to his (bleep!) father, especially because of the look of annoyed rage in my eyes, but just so God knows, I'm still aware that I can't force someone like Adrien to change. And even if I could, he's a Sentimonster that craves and deserves freedom, including the freedom to choose his own future. However, if Adrien does decide not to help me or Marinette with Lila or anyone of her caliber and if he does decide to do the minor to serious to ultimately bad things his chronological and non-canon counterparts had done, according to King Hornbill and the others, then we will have no choice but to permanently strip him of the Black Cat Miraculous and we will have to resort to more desperate measures after we strip him of the Black Cat Miraculous, especially if he doesn't change regardless of whether or not we take the liberty to erase his memories of his Cat Noir identity, of the Miraculouses, of the Order of the Guardians, of our identities, and so forth.

After Adrien let it all out, Felix queries to thankfully change the subject and make Adrien forget about what we talked about for now, "My dear cousin, don't you have some mecha model you wanted to show us?"

Adrien perks up immediately much to our surprise and replies, "Oh, right! Wait here, I'll go find it!"

Adrien ran out of the room to find his toy model.

After a second or two, Felix states, "I'm impressed. I thought my cousin's best friend would be as naïve and pacifistic as he is. Nice to know that that isn't the case. And nice to see that you opened his eyes to the grey of the world."

I scoffed as I explained, "Adrien and many others like him are only naïve due to being homeschooled and due to having crappy parents like Gabriel Agreste. And besides, boys like Adrien only see things in black and white – not necessarily like Rorschach from Watchmen, but nearly enough to not see the grey areas in the lines between good and evil. If it weren't for me, Adrien would've continued not understanding other people's motives, and he would've gone on to do whatever he thinks is right no matter how many times people say that some of the so-called '"right choices"' are actually wrong. I intend to turn him into a metaphorical soldier to stand against his father should the need to take up arms against Mr. Agreste arises."

Felix then says, "I wasn't expecting that you would be able to reach out to him in a manner that a therapist could, though. I suppose he made it difficult when he showed he was partially not listening to what you have been teaching him."

I answers, "Oh, he did. But even though it's not in human nature to force someone to change, I pulled it off by giving the right advice and doing all the things a responsible adult, a responsible friend, and/or a responsible figurative sibling should do."

Felix remarks with a smile, "I appreciate you reaching out to him before it was too late."

I replied, "Hey, it was a job Gabriel was supposed to do, but I would happily do it all over again if I could."

Felix lightly laughed at that, clearly showing that he rather liked me not just for my personality, my accomplishments, and/or my connections to our city's government, but also for my ability to reach out to children just like Adrien in every manner possible to make them see that not everything they see in cartoons and movies applies to the same situations in the real world.

Suddenly, Adrien comes in and he announces, "Okay, I'm back! And I found the model!"

Felix and I turned our focus on Adrien as we allowed him to explain lengthily the details of the mecha model toy he and his mother created together. It was kinda like toy brands like Legos and even like the Megazords from the Power Rangers franchise.

A half hour passed after that as I remember correctly, and Adrien and Felix were kinda silent the whole time.

But then, Felix spoke up as he suggests to Adrien, "Hey, cousin, I got an incredible idea. Why don't we play a little prank on our parents?"

Adrien smiles mischievously as he replies before asking, "All right! What kind of prank should we do?"

Felix whispered his suggestion into Adrien's ear, and his mischievous grin slightly widened.

Adrien remarks before questioning, "Ooh, I love the sound of that! Let's do it! But what about Clo?"

Felix asks us, "You wouldn't mind not participating in this prank, right, Chloe?"

I answered, "No, not at all. I rather much prefer to watch pranks than participating in them. Besides, pranks are not for me. And besides that, as long as we don't get dragged into this prank, it's perfectly acceptable. And to top it off, I need to read these files that Sabrina and Socqueline sent to me."

I allowed the twosome to do their humorous and slightly humiliating fun as I opened our phones – or turned them on and unlocked them, if you wanna get technical about it – and I opened the files Sabrina and Socqueline had sent to me.

Little fact: I had recruited Socqueline to our Anti-Bullying Team.

She was yet another invaluable source of help thanks to her gifted intellect and her background in efficiency when it comes to getting any kind of work done.

I knew I wouldn't have much time left before she left to her new school due to her advanced intellect allowing her to skip a few grades, but I assured her that as long as we kept in touch and as long as we were able to see each other on occasion if our schedules allowed it, we wouldn't have to worry about any irrational fears revolving around not seeing each other for the next slews of years except at unexpected times or at school class reunions after graduating from high school and college.

Anyway, the files Sabrina and Socqueline texted to me contained every tidbit of data about every student and staff member of the current school we were attending: Middle School Valmy.

It took some time for our teams – mine, Socqueline's and Sabrina's – separate and unified – to acquire all of the data bits and files at one hundred percent, but they succeeded.

What benefitted us all the most was that, thanks to our connections and our achievements along with our grades and our ability to display how trustworthy we were, we had unlimited access to the school's files and other kinds of data logs.

Now, some lawyers might say that what we're doing is nothing short of stalking, but we would've still pointed out to them that we believe this is necessary because if any one of the students becomes an unrepentant, remorseless, sociopathic, psychotic, murderous, muscle-bound, emotionally abusive, violent, crime-loving, sickly rotten, coldhearted, disgraceful, ungrateful, lazy, work-hating, unhealthy, child-abusing, animal-abusing, lawbreaking, bad-for-nothing, deceitful, loophole-loving, destructive, revenge-crazed, uncompromising, evil bully in one or all senses of the words, it would be better for us to quickly expose and punish them once we already have all the statistics about them prepared in advance.

I read through every single one of the documents and pages that detailed everything personal, private, trivial, etc. about the students and staff members of the school.

I counted about 45 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes before someone caught my attention.

I heard a voice sounding like Felix trying to imitate Adrien say to us, "Hey, Clo, Felix left me!"

I looked up and saw Felix dressed up like Adrien and having his hair stylized like Adrien's hairstyle.

I mentally scoffed at not just the cheap imitation flattery, but also at Marinette being fooled by Felix in the original timeline, twice.

I remarked as I busted the ruse with a slasher smile, "What do you want, Felix? Why are you dressed like Adri-honey? As a matter of fact, I should call you Lixxie since it's a nickname for anyone named Felix and since you called me Clo."

Felix's eyes widened as he realized he goofed up.

Adrien exclaims as he appears out of who knows where while dressed as Felix, "What the?! How?! We fooled Mom, Dad, Uncle Colt and Aunt Amelie, but you weren't convinced at all? Felix is an excellent actor, for crying out loud!"

I laughed somewhat mockingly and somewhat hysterically before I answered on my own behalf, "Adrien, Felix, darlings, I have much better observational skills than your parents put together. I guess you could say that, in the metaphorical sense, I have the eyes of an eagle. The fact that you pulled a switcheroo should be made crystal clear to anyone who pays attention to the small details that can give you away if the people observing were smart enough."

Felix asks, "Such as?"

Chloe explains, "For starters, Felix's voice is slightly deeper in pitch than your voice, Adrien. And secondly, Lixxie's eyes are a darker shade of green in contrast to your emerald green eyes, Adri-honey. The both of you might look almost the same, but those are the best signs that you two aren't gonna fool just about anybody."

Felix replies somewhat reluctantly, "I see. Done in by my physical differences."

I then suggested, "The next time you do this, specifically in a video call, try softening your voice a tad and change the lighting of the video call. That way, no one can tell the difference."

Felix smirks as he replies, "I'll keep that in mind for the future."

After that, the three of us spent some more time with each other until Felix was called by his parents so they could get to the train station and return to England.

I was concerned that Colt would continue to abuse Felix and Amelie without alerting anyone to his actions, so I mentally prayed to God that Felix wouldn't turn out to be just as horrible as his canon counterpart before his redemption and his recruitment to the French Miraculous Superhero Team as Argos, and I prayed that God would set Felix on the path of righteousness after Colt dies.

I exchanged numbers with Felix, not just because Felix and I were equals in some ways, but also because Adrien was insistent we do so.

At the same time, I exchanged my number with Felix because he could sense within my soul how much I care about Adrien in the sense of how childhood friends care about each other all the way to their high school and college days before they discover their feelings for each other or for other people.

Either way, Felix will be an invaluable asset for when we apprehend Hawk Moth and in case Master Fu is unable to revive Mrs. Agreste.

As for Felix, there's nothing more we can do for him, especially because he'd learned how to keep Colt's abuse a secret to avoid backlash with Amelie's parents and to avoid a potential death beating at Colt's hands and if Amelie is too cowardly to do anything about it or if she gets taken out before Colt moves in for the kill.

All we have to do is get rid of Gabriel and see if Emilie can be resurrected to help Amelie raise Adrien and Felix the right way without resorting to using the Peacock Miraculous for anymore family member Sentimonsters ever again.

Hopefully, we won't have to worry about me and Adrien conceiving if I can upgrade Ladybug's creation powers to alter Adrien's physiology to become one hundred percent human. And of course, because I'm generous even before I started to change the future of this timeline for the better, I'm also going to make Ladybug does the same for Felix and Kagami if she is a Sentimonster in this timeline.

I hope and pray that I can pull it off.

So far, for the time being, things are looking up. Everything's coming up Miraculous, so to speak.

But then, the main storyline of the Agreste family in the first 5 seasons of Miraculous Ladybug started to come faster than normal.

How do I know this? Well, on the day Emilie "disappeared," I held Gabriel as he wept, and I did the same with Adrien.

At the public funeral – something that my interdimensional friends say that Thomas Astruc may or may not have lied about being canonical for Gabriel to throw people off his trail before he could take up his Hawk Moth identity – I said my speech about how much I admire Emilie Agreste for being the mother that she was for not just Adrien, but for us as well. Flawed, but so gentle, so caring, so understanding, and so capable of melting stone cold hearts everywhere.

I revealed that I looked up to Emilie as an upgrade of my own mother, and I said that I love Emilie like a second mother, but no one can truly replace my own mother Audrey Bourgeois unless she was dead.

I revealed some of the things I taught Emilie about for the future before we were given the news, chief among them being that just because taking the high road with tabloids dispels rumors doesn't mean that Adrien shouldn't learn how to defend himself from any potential bullies who are either plotting from the shadows or sulking in private areas over the losses of their power over the schools of Paris, or even that he should stand up for someone who's reputation and relationships are being destroyed by lies that people with no brain cells would take as gospel.

Of course, for all of that in my farewell speech, I kept it all short before I said as tears streamed down my stoic face, "I love you, Emilie Agreste. May you find rest in the hereafter, and may you find your place in God's kingdom no matter what happens and no matter if you were born religious or not. God bless you, Emilie Agreste. Rest in peace."

Gabriel and Adrien had approached me and they hugged me, Gabriel in particular leaning slightly due to how somewhat close to his height Adrien and I were at present.

Then, just this year, I received a call from Felix.

His dad died just recently.

His private plane crashed, and he died on impact even though he was wearing a seatbelt. And despite the doctors' efforts, he couldn't be saved.

Now, wait a minute. I remember now! This is another cause for how Colt died in the original show. Or at least, in this timeline; I still don't remember how else he died in the show, as the interdimensional recruits said that the Representation episode didn't enlighten them further than just natural causes brought on by one time usage of the Peacock Miraculous to impregnate Amelie.

But the point is, they said, "when the Pretention episode of season 5 was released, we had all found out from Felix's own mouth that Colt Fathom was, and we quote-unquote, '"a thousand times worse than Tomoe Tsurugi."' " And I believe that made further sense when it was revealed that Felix and Adrien were Sentimonsters.

But since Felix didn't elaborate further, it stands to reason that despite feeling grief over his father's funeral, there's a high chance that Colt was just as abusive as Gabriel Agreste after Emilie's death and Tomoe Tsurugi separately in some cases, and in unison in other cases.

And there's a high chance that, Sentimonsters theory true or not, Amelie Graham de Vanily didn't even report Colt's abuse to the London authorities for any reason. I don't know what that reason is, but once I find out about it, I'll be sure to use the Rabbit Miraculous to go back in time to a few days before Colt dies to give him an ass-kicking, and to give Amelie a thorough lecture about the consequences of married people not reporting to the authorities about their spouses abusing their children and/or their spouses.

Along with that, now that I think about it, it's possible that the plane crash could've accelerated the process of Colt dying just because he used the Peacock Miraculous in its damaged state to impregnate Amelie supernaturally and thus had only fifteen years left to live and raise Felix. But I'm afraid that, without more details, canonically or otherwise, we'll never know anything else for sure.

I asked, "Are you feeling okay?"

Felix muttered in response before revealing, "No, I am not feeling okay. And neither is my mom feeling okay, for that matter. She attempted to call Uncle Gabriel for the funeral procedures, but he's refusing to attend, and he's refusing to allow Adrien to attend as well. The (bleep!) even had the audacity to offer payment for the funeral as an apology. Seriously, it's as if taking our family's wedding rings for his own regardless of whether or not he's the actual owner by wedding contract wasn't enough for him. Mother was feeling very wrathful, claiming that to disgrace our families in such a manner is to court death by decapitation in England since France has long past continued to outlaw capital punishment after 1981."

I growled menacingly, making Felix go silent in shock, even though he knows I couldn't see his face right now.

I then said in a savage tone, "I knew something like this would happen. I knew his inability to move on from Emilie's death would cause him to become overly strict, overly controlling, emotionally abusive, and completely possessive. And I knew that Gabriel's paranoia, his hatred of all humanity, and his inability to let go of Emilie would eventually force him to make decisions about Adrien's safety, wellbeing, and so forth without considering Adrien's own feelings or opinions on the matter. And I knew that Gabriel would capitalize on any opportunity to show off his so-called '"superiority"' to the Graham de Vanily family despite the fact that Gabriel Agreste is just a legalized change name for Gabi Grassette, and that the Agrestes are actually Grassettes that Gabi doesn't want Adrien to meet whatsoever in an attempt to permanently bury and forget about his past as a French fry cook. If he refuses to allow Adrien to attend the funeral just because he thinks he's doing this for Adrien's mental health and emotional health, he's sadly mistaken. The next time I see Gabriel, I'll kick him so hard in the nuts that he won't be able to make merry with any woman other than Emilie or Nathalie. And besides, Colt was as abusive as Gabriel and Tomoe Tsurugi in some cases, separately or in unison. Either way, his life is in God's hands now, and we all know better than to speak ill of the dead."

Even Felix shocked at my somewhat monstrous demeanor despite the fact that he was rendered silent by it.

But then, I said to change the subject while looking at my calendar for the current month we were in, "But that's something for another time. Give me some time. I'll convince my dad to let me attend the funeral. It's coming up on the 18th of this month, correct?"

Felix starts to protest, "Yes, but – "

I interrupted coldly for even Felix's taste, "No buts, you need support to help you with your grief, and since your (bleep!) stupid excuse of an uncle is preventing that support from being flown to England, and since your mother is in no emotional, physical, or mental conditions to give you the support you need, I will be all too happy to oblige. And if my dad wishes to also attend, who am I to stop him? Goodbye."

I hung up.

It took a bit of work to convince my dad to let me attend the funeral on Felix's behalf, but it worked.

Anyway, along the way, I had to deal with Sabrina suffering a panic attack, but she was assured that she didn't have to always rely on me or any of our classmates to deal with our businesses on her own.

After we had an ice cream treat, I met Jean at the landing pad and got in the helicopter, which was an Aerospatiale SA 330 Puma troop transport helicopter we specifically use for transporting more than three to four people from France to another location in the world for some reason that completely escapes me.

On the way to England, I started on my homework for the week at best possible pace, thankful that I was able to convince my teachers to let me have the week's homework in advance since I'm attending a funeral and helping a friend in need for a week at most. And I ended up finishing by the time I landed.

In a short time, I attended the funeral, and I could tell that Felix was too full of grief to care about how I got here in time.

I was there for Felix and Amelie in every way possible.

And now, the only person Felix hates is his (bleep!) uncle Gabriel/Gabi.

It's only a matter of time before Hawk Moth arises, and we all need to be ready.

And my family and friends who the remaining Guardians and I recruited over the years have never been more than ready.

And now that Felix's future has been changed for the better by 95%, we will have to wait until the time comes for us to change the remaining 5% of Felix's future for the better.

And if our recruited friends from their Earth wish to further console Felix, who am I to deny them?

The End.
