CHAPTER 2
Clare immediately started to take a look at her surroundings. She mentioned to herself that taking a look at Sesame Street took her back to her childhood. Far as back as when she was three years old, she said. Then, Clare was spotted by Cat Noir.
"Hey, you alright? Never seen the likes of you before." said Cat Noir.
"Oh, I'm fine…" said Clare. "...Hey, I know you!"
"You're just noticing?" asked Cat Noir.
"No, I watch your show all the time!" Clare exclaimed. "You are Cat Noir, aren't you?"
"Hah! So you do know me!" exclaimed Cat Noir with a smile on his face.
"Yup, sure do!" said Clare. "But, there's a question I must ask you. What are you doing on Sesame Street? You don't belong here…"
"Ah, so it's happened again…" said Cat Noir. "This is the World of Television, a place where Cartoons and Live Action Television characters live in peace."
"It was peaceful until those Dark Shadows showed up." said Miraculous Ladybug.
"Wait, Dark Shadows?!" asked Clare in exclamation. "What is everyone talking about?" she later asked. "Why all the babbling, that is?"
"Come with us, young one." said Miraculous Ladybug.
Clare later followed both Cat Noir and Miraculous Ladybug. Clare was destined to find out more about the Dark Shadows that the two were talking about prior to her arrival in the World of Television.
"Everyone, I have some great news!" said Cat Noir.
"What is it?" asked Elmo.
"And…who is that young girl?" asked Big Bird.
"This is Clare." said Cat Noir.
"Last name Hutchinson." said Clare.
"Well, you didn't tell me that part." said Cat Noir. "Anyways, she's going to help us get rid of these Dark Shadows."
"Really?" asked Elmo. "Clare is going to help us get rid of the Dark Shadows? Because Elmo can't fight."
"What Cat Noir said is true, Elmo." Clare said. "I've been traveling to different worlds. As for Cat Noir and Miraculous Ladybug, while we were traveling here at this current location, I was telling them I fought the Stone Mask Vampire Leader, Dio Brando."
"Who on earth is Dio Brando?" asked Super Grover.
"He's some bad guy from the World of Asian Culture." Clare answered "Back in the World of Literature, the Great Lion of Narnia, Aslan, told me some things about…everybody knowing something about another world or their own. But I learned something from what he said then: We are all FAMILY." Clare explained. "But…there's a secret behind these worlds…and I think it has something to do with someone I know…"
"How?" asked Super Grover.
"Do you think you're able to tell us, Clare?" asked Cat Noir. "I want to hear more about it."
"See, I found out that all five worlds Aslan told me about were hidden behind the lockers at my school. And this world, the World of Television, is one of those five worlds. I've been to this one, the World of Literature, and the World of Asian Culture. All of them were hidden behind different lockers in my school." Clare said.
"And therefore…what?" asked Miraculous Ladybug.
"Therefore, I think my principal has something to do with the worlds Behind the Lockers." Clare suspected.
"I see." said Cat Noir.
"But, you also said something about…Dark Shadows, Cat Noir?" asked Clare.
"I did say something about that." said Cat Noir.
"Well, I helped the World of Asian Culture break Dio Brando's curse…I even defeated Jadis the White Witch in the World of Literature…so…with all the experience I have…why not have me take on these shadows?" asked Clare after stating her behind-the-locker traveling facts.
"Well, you seem like a brave type…OK." said Cat Noir. "Sesame Street characters, that includes you too, Super Grover, we found ourselves a new recruit. Welcome Clare Hutchinson, the Behind the Lockers traveler!"
"Yaaaaayyy!" Elmo cheered.
"Hooray!" said Big Bird.
"I can lead everyone to victory!" said Clare. "I can even defeat the wretched Dark Shadows!"
"Then we can entrust Clare with everything." said Super Grover. "Do not thank me, happy to help."
"Heh heh heh…" Clare laughed.
Preparations were underway to form an army to stop Magica de Spell's Dark Shadows that were invading the World of Television. Clare was ready for everything coming her way.
