After the sparring match ended, the Fairy Tail mages hold a party with the mages from Lamia Scale and Blue Pegasus. Both guilds had helped them a lot over the last 3 years. Ben informed them of the Tenrou Team's return before anyone else.
They talk happily while drinking all kinds of liquor that Fairy Tail has. They even took the ones Ben had been saving. He had no idea how they managed to find out where he kept those but they'll pay the price for stealing his liquor.
Ben beat the people who stole his liquor up and it caused the others to start fighting as well. The joyous environment turned into a battleground in an instant, par for the course with Fairy Tail.
Of course, Ben was undefeated in the brawl, but he lost the drinking contest afterwards. Cana beat him and everyone else. She can still drink more after that too, it wasn't even a match, just Cana trying to show off.
Then at night, the drunkards sing and dance to their hearts' content. No one stopped them, not even the always strict Erza. Well, it's not that she doesn't want to stop them, she can't because Ichiya is there. Even she can't do anything about Ichiya and just gave up.
The next day, the mages from Lamia Scale and Blue Pegasus return to their guilds. They've stayed there all night so they need to return. But then some representatives from other guilds that were close with Fairy Tail spent the next few days with them.
They didn't stay for long because they were just there to congratulate Fairy Tail. Well, some guilds and organizations who were hostile towards them also sent people to check if the news was true. Things would certainly change with the Tenrou Team's return.
After things calmed down, Ben had a private conversation with Makarov. Mavis also joined them without their consent. There's nothing they can do about it because they can't tell or force her to leave.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Makarov asked.
"I want to resign from the guild master position, so please take it back from me." Ben replied casually.
Makarov was stunned and so was Mavis. They figured that Ben would want to continue being guild master. He brought many positive changes to the guild in the last 3 years and he displayed great leadership ability.
"Why do you want to resign?" Makarov asked after calming down.
"I still want to take jobs and gain experience by going to places. You know I want to explore the world, right? Me being a guild master will prevent that from happening because I need to stay in the guild all the time. There are many things that I still haven't seen and experienced. I don't want to be holed up in one place."
"Also, I've reached my limit. I've done everything I could to improve my power but lately it became harder and I didn't grow anymore. If I keep staying here, then I won't grow anymore." Ben added with a serious expression.
Makarov and Mavis become silent after hearing that. Sure, Ben is a good guild master, but he is too young to be tied up with that position. He needs to gain more experience. His talent with magic will be wasted if he stayed in the guild all the time.
"Alright, you can resign, but it wouldn't be me who will be the guild master." Makarov said.
"Then who?" Ben asked.
"Gildarts. I've planned to make him the next guild master for a long time, anyway." Makarov answered.
Ben was surprised but then he frowned. "Uh, I don't think that's a good idea. He is a strong mage and everyone in the guild respects him. But I doubt he is willing to be a guild master if we consider his personality. I've only known him for a short time but even I know that he is a guy who'll do what he wants. That's why I doubt he'll accept the guild master position."
"I know that, but he is the most suitable one. Don't worry, I will take care of it, so you can relax." Makarov said.
Ben shrugged his shoulders and left the matter to Makarov. He is sure that Makarov can handle this because the old man has more experience at managing the guild than him. He just needed to focus on what he will do from now on.
Of course, Ben already had a plan for what he'll do after he steps down from the guild master position. But he will take a rather long rest for now and enjoy the days with his little sisters. Mira also thought the same thing because they haven't seen each other in 3 years.
It might've only been a moment for the Tenrou Team, but it was 3 years for everyone else. Ben, Mira and Bella were always thinking about them. It was really tiring, but their wait was over, so they want to relax for a while.
Ben, his sisters and the Strauss siblings are living together now. It's because Ben obtained a free mansion from Jura a few days ago when he visited Fairy Tail along with his guild mates. Well, it's wasn't completely free because Ben obtained it after winning several bets with Jura.
They were betting on many things but they never really specify the stakes. Ben always won their bets because he could accurately predict the results with A.I Chip's help. So a few days ago, he asked for his reward, which was a mansion made out of Jura's Earth Magic.
Jura is the best Earth Mage that Ben knew and the mansion that he built will be very sturdy. The mansion was built on the outskirts of the town, at the border of the forest. This was the only place with a empty, wide open area and a cheap price.
Of course, there was a lot they needed to prepare because Jura only constructed the building. They need to decorate it with plants, furniture, etc. So the mansion was only ready to use yesterday and today they were all moving there.
Unsurprisingly, everyone from the guild followed them to their new house. It's easy to guess what the guys were thinking about now. Seeing their new house isn't the first thing they think of, it's the celebration party where they can eat and drink for free.
Fortunately, Ben had a lot of money from his S-Class jobs, Wizard Saint's wage and his new business. Ah, Ben's car company had just started operations and it was very successful. They've only sold 10 cars but they've already made a major profit.

Ben actually wants to sell normal cars for a cheaper price so normal people could buy them. That wasn't easy though because the materials and labor cost is expensive.
Well, that will surely be solved with time as more magic vehicles are produced and used. He just needs to focus on the present and gain more profit. Being one of the wealthiest people in Fiore, Ishgar or the world didn't seem so bad.
"Ben, your smile is terrifying." Elfman said when he saw Ben's creepy smile while imagining the money that he can obtain from his business.
Ben came to his senses and looked at his guild mates who are spending his money by partying in his new house now.
It made him smile bitterly, "I hope I don't run out of money before I can even make more."
