The nurse tended to Adrien's wounds. He had to wear a bunch of bandages, but it was nothing that major. The nurse estimated the wounds would heal in a week or two. Marinette paced around the halls.

" Hey, girl!"

Marinette looked up. Alya approached her. Adrien excused himself.

" Hi, Alya," Marinette greeted.

" I heard what happened. I can't believe Lila," Alya remarked. " And I looked up to her once. I believed her. I'm so stupid!" she scolded herself.

" No, you're not. She has everyone fooled. Except for Adrien and me. And now you. Don't beat yourself up about it. She is pretty convincing," Marinette cooed.

Adrien came running towards them. He looked panicked. Alya and Marinette looked at him curiously and confusingly.

" KIM'S GOT AMORTIZED!" Adrien screamed.

" Alya, get to safety!" Marinette commanded.

" But what about you?" Alya asked.

Marinette stared at her. Alya sent her a quick wink. Marinette smiled as she caught on.

" I'm going to hide too. It's best if we hide in different places," Marinette said.

" Good thinking!"

Adrien, Alya, and Marinette ran in different directions. Marinette arrived in the main hall. Amortized Kim had an amok that shot arrows everywhere. The effect was everyone would fight over who was Lila's friend, or who Lila liked the most, stuff like that.

" MARINETTE!" Kim screamed.

" Kim, calm down!" Marinette shouted.

" The name's Dark Arrow. Instead of making people full of hate, I'm making them full of hate AND making them loyal to Lila like everyone should be. Just like you, Marinette. She's ladybug!"

" That does make any sense," Marinette stated.

" Dark Arrow, what are you talking about?" Mayura asked.

" Oh, Lila revealed she's ladybug," Kim said.

" Well, you've been deceived."

" No, she has the power to disguise herself," Kim argued.

" She's not Ladybug, her heart is not pure enough. She just watched as you punched Adrien over and over again. The real ladybug wouldn't do that," Mayura protested.

Kim's eyes widened. She was right. He, along with everyone else, had been fooled! Marinette was right!

" If she's not ladybug, then who is?" Kim questioned.

" We'll find out soon enough. Turn them against each other. This time, you're the master. Manipulate them into seizing Ladybug and Cat Noir's miraculous," Mayura commanded.

Kim did as he was told. Everyone ganged up on Lila. They tied her to a pole. They then went back to fighting each other. Kim turned to Mirabel. He gasped. She ran away while he was distracted! He snarled and flew away.

Ladybug arrived just in time to see him exit the building. Cat Noir showed up a few seconds later. They swung after Kim. Kim was turning everyone against each other.

" I SHALL BE THE ONE WHO GETS LADYBUG AND CAT NOIR'S MIRACULOUS! DARK ARROW IS OUR MASTER!" they all screamed.

" Looks like he's gotten some new abilities," Cat Noir stated.

" Yeah, but lucky for us, he's like reverser," Ladybug replied.

" Except for it doesn't mess with our personalities. Plus, they all are after us this time. And there's the amok," Cat Noir ranted.

" You know what I mean," Ladybug said with an eye roll.

" Do I, though?" Cat Noir teased.

" LADYBUG AND CAT NOIR!"

Everyone surrounded the two superheroes. Dark Arrow just sat back and watched. Ladybug and Cat Noir got ready to defend themselves. Suddenly, a big gust of wind blew all the people away.

" Woah! Careful, m'lady! We don't wanna hurt them!" Cat Noir exclaimed.

" Sorry, I'm still learning how to control my powers," Ladybug apologized.

The blast surprisingly knocked everyone out. Ladybug shrugged. Cat Noir just stared.

" Are they alive?" he asked.

" Yes, it was just a gust of wind. They'll be fine," Ladybug assured him.

Arrows shot at them. The wind blew them away. Ladybug shot fire balls at Dark Arrow. Cat Noir attacked him from behind.

" Where's his akuma?" he questioned.

" I don't know," Ladybug answered.

Dark Arrow punched Cat Noir. He threw him across the room. Ladybug used her yoyo to stop an arrow from hitting him. She blasted Dark Arrow with snowballs. While he was distracted, Ladybug punched him in the stomach. It sent him flying through the air. Ladybug was shocked at her strength. Cat Noir got up.

" We need to figure out where the akuma is," he said.

Ladybug observed Dark Arrow. Dark Arrow got up. Cat Noir gulped. Ladybug's eyes widened. Of course!

" Cat Noir cataclysm, the towel wrapped around his neck," Ladybug whispered.

" Okay," Cat Noir whispered back. " CATACLYSM!"

Woosh!

" Buh, bye, little butterfly," Ladybug cooed. " TIME TO DE-EVILIZE! MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!" Ladybug screamed.

She found out that because of her new abilities, she no longer needed her lucky charm to reverse the damage. The ladybugs were a part of her now. Cat Noir was amazed at how much Ladybug's powers changed.

" You're really getting an upgrade," he noted.

Ladybug turned the amok back to normal. Kim looked around confusingly. He smiled when he saw Ladybug.

" Lila!" he exclaimed.

He gasped. Everyone was starting to come to. And you'll never believe who was in the crowd. IT WAS LILA! Lila's eyes widened. Everything saw Ladybug and Lila in two different places.

" Lila? Isn't that the girl who got turned into Volpina?" Ladybug asked.

Beep! Beep! Beep!

" Woops, time's up!" Cat Noir announced.

" Bug out!"

The two superheros hopped away. Lila tried to tiptoe away. Unfortunately for her, everyone turned to face her. Alya ( Dark Arrow found her), stood amongst the crowd. She smiled victoriously. The cat was out of the bag.

" I- I can explain."

" We're all waiting," Alya stated.

" Our fights are going to be a lot easier and quicker now," Cat Noir remarked.

" Isn't that a good thing?" Ladybug asked. " That means everyone will be free from all the villains," she added.

" Yes, but I won't be able to see you again or as much," Cat Noir said.

" That's not true. Once all the villains are defeated, we can reveal our identities to each other," Ladybug told him.

" Well, in that case, let the time fly by!"

Ladybug giggled. They both shared a fist bump.

" Pound it!"

With that, they went their separate ways. Lila was having a hard time talking. Everyone was scowling at her and crossing their arms. They were not happy. Marcov took the floor.

" Now that I've scanned her, there's no way she's ladybug. Ladybug would never reveal her identity or let someone beat another person up. There's a 0% chance she could be ladybug," he announced.

" We should have checked that earlier," Max muttered.

WEE WOO! WEE WOO! WEE WOO!

Marinette and Adrien exited the building. Officer Rodger handcuffed Lila. Marinette had to cover her mouth so she wouldn't laugh.

" Hey, what are you doing?" Lila asked.

" I heard what happened. Sabrina just texted me. Luckily, I was only two blocks away. Lila Rosseri, you're under arrest for taking someone else's identity. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you. You are required to have a lawyer. If you don't have one, there will be one assigned to you. Am I clear?"

Lila struggled with the handcuffs. Roger forced her into the car. Lila screamed on the top of her lungs.

" Have a nice day, kids," Rodger said.

He got in the police car. Lila turned to Adrien.

" Adrien, help me! Tell him he has the wrong person!"

" Sorry, Lila. Not only did you hurt and manipulate my friends, but you also allowed me to get beaten to a pulp. He indeed has the right person. I told you one day this would catch up to you. I'm sorry."

So, Lila was taken away. Everyone cheered. Alya and Marinette hugged. Their classmates approached them.

" Hey, Marinette, we're sorry we were mean to you," Rose apologized.

" And I'm sorry for beating you up, Adrien. I overreacted. Not that that's an excuse," Kim apologized.

" It's okay, guys," Marinette told them.

" Yeah, all that matters is that the truth is revealed," Adrien added.

RING! RING! RING!

Everyone cheered. School was over. They went inside the school to get their stuff. Marinette smiled. She was getting ready to walk home when Adrien approached her.

" Hello."

" Bye."

" Today was… interesting," Adrien said.

" Yeah, I'm glad the truth came out," Marinette expressed.

" Me too," Adrien agreed.

They stood in silence for a few minutes. Adrien's car arrived. Adrien frowned.

" Well, that's my ride. See ya tomorrow?"

" Be ya."

" Heh, heh. Alright, bye," Adrien giggled.

Marinette watched him like a hawk. He gave her one last wave before getting in the car. Marinette waved until the car was out of sight.

" Today was interesting," Tikki stated.

" Yeah… I better head home. I'M GOING TO BE LATE FOR DINNER!"

She ran off. Tikki giggled. Little did they know, someone saw them.
