A thirteen years old blonde-haired boy was jumping from tree to tree with large scroll on his back. He is wearing a black shirt and pants.
As he kept jumping, the boy wore a bored expression on his face like he didn't want to be there and wanted to sleep. Soon, he stopped before some hut in middle of forest and rested for a moment. 'How I hate doing these things.' Thought boy.
He opened the scroll and looked through it. He found there a symbol of cog-wheel split by lightning striking it. Confused about it, he placed hand on it and before him appeared two scrolls along with a letter.
Greetings, young Namikaze
The boy looked at it with confused look but continued to read.
I know you have many questions about who I am and what this is all about. So let me explain. My name is Namikaze Kyoko and I'm 30th clan head of Namikaze clan of Konohagakure. We are clan of about thousand people but we are scattered all over the Hi no Kuni.
The reason for it is that we weren't exactly most liked clan in world for we were very technologically advanced. We were also participating in what is now called Warring Clan Era but each of our fights ended with our win since every clan tries to do everything traditionally. On the other hand Namikaze clan was always thinking of new things and with our inherited high intelligence we discovered some technologies. There were too many but I will give you some of them that you could use. They are in one of the scrolls you saw appearing. In the second scroll are written all the ideas Namikaze clan had that we couldn't finish as our doom is coming close.
I hope you will finish those ideas and will continue our legacy even after Namikaze clan will die.
Namikaze Kyoko
When the boy finished reading the letter, he looked at scrolls and unrolled one which had few circles in it with small kanji making it. He placed hand on one of circles and from it came smoke and he held a L-shaped weapon in his hand.
Suddenly his mind was attacked with instructions how to use the weapon and he looked at it with wide eyes. Before he could say anything, before him appeared white-haired man with sinister look. "Looks like I'm first. Naruto, give me the scroll and you will be rookie of the year." Said man.
Now named Naruto looked at him with deadpan and said. "I'm not stupid Mizuki-sensei. I was just stalling for ANBU to feel our chakra when you attack me. But now I can do it without you, so please bear with it." He pointed his new weapon at Mizuki and took a deep breath.
Mizuki started to laugh and said. "HAHAHAHA! And what makes you think you will still be alive when they come? And what is with that thing? Do you think you can hurt m- AAAAAAAAHH!" his rant was cut short when they heard loud bang and from Naruto's weapon came something hurling towards Mizuki and it pierced through his right shoulder.
"Y-y-y-y-you d-d-demon. W-w-w-what d-d-d-did y-y-you d-d-d-do?" said Mizuki shakily, holding his shoulder in pain. Naruto looked at him and said. "Just tested out my legacy. Now, I think ANBU would like to have chat with both of us." Just then around them appeared ANBU squad and one of them nodded to others. "Take him to hospital and then lock him away at jail. I will take Uzumaki to Hokage-sama." Said ANBU as they disappeared again.
Hokage's office
Naruto and the ANBU agent appeared in the office before Sandaime Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, who had extremely serious expression on his face. "Thank you, Taka. You can leave." Said Hiruzen. The ANBU nodded and Hiruzen looked at Naruto. "Naruto-kun, what you did today was reckless of you but I'm not here to reprimand you after you caught a traitor. I want to ask you where did you get that weapon." Said Hiruzen sternly.
Naruto fidgeted slightly and after a while said. "I took a look inside of the scroll and there was a marking. I placed hand on top of it and there appeared a letter and two scrolls. From what the letter said it was from a woman called Namikaze Kyoko."
When Hiruzen heard that he stood up and looked outside of his office. He was quiet for a while and then said. "It's just as I thought. He was really her son." He turned to confused Naruto and sighed. "Naruto-kun, what I will tell you right now is something I'm ashamed that I kept from you but it was to keep you safe." Said Hiruzen.
With his confusion growing, Naruto nodded his head and Hiruzen sighed again. "Naruto-kun, I know the identity of your parents as your parents are the greatest heroes of Konoha. Your father is Namikaze Minato, Yondaime Hokage. And your mother is Uzumaki Kushina." Said Hiruzen.
When Naruto heard that, his brain just stopped and he only listened to what Hiruzen was saying next half-consciously. After a while he recovered and just when Hiruzen was saying. "Now, Namikaze Kyoko is one of the most recognized kunoichi in world since her skills were legendary mainly because of her weapon she created, giving her moniker "The Huntress". It was said that she could hit with her weapon someone on other side of village exactly in his heart and kill him instantly."
Naruto was amazed that his grandmother was such a legend and said. "Wow. Wait! What does this mean for me now?" Hiruzen chuckled at that and said. "Seeing as you found your heritage so soon and already have one of legendary weapons of Huntress I can give you your parents house along with bank accounts they created for you. Once you will reach rank of Chunin you will be given rest of your heritage along with post on council. I would advise you to use your free time to get used to your weapons and you may also come up with something new."
Naruto nodded his head and Hiruzen gave him keys to his new house. "Here is key to your new house. Oh, and here is map to where it is." Said Hiruzen and gave the map to Naruto. Naruto thanked and left the office.
