Hi all,

I know I'm currently working on Stranded in Petalburg, but I honestly felt a little burnt out from that story, so I decided to take a break and make a one-shot for christmas considering I'm at about the halfway point for that story. All reviews are welcome and accepted.

I tried to make this short, sweet, and a little bit humorous, and I hope it makes you laugh.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays,

Enjoy.

The Perfect Gift

A cool gust of wind blew through the streets of Pallet Town, between houses and through yards. White, powdery snow fell to the ground in the evening darkness. Icicles hung from the edges of roofs. The dark sky was filled with gray clouds that dropped piles of snowfall upon every surface of Pallet Town. The roads and sidewalks were covered in the powdery substance, leaving a clear, smooth, white canvas over the entire town.

Almost every home was covered in decorations to commemorate Christmas. Colorful flashing lights adorned the front yards of every home and decorations were hung upon every street lamp, a reminder of the festivities that await. A warm glow emanated from most houses filled with food, socializing, gifts, and heat.

On this day, Pallet Town was quite cozy.

At this time in the evening, Ash Ketchum sat on the porch of his home, covered in different layers of clothing to provide warmth. He gazed out into the snowdrift, rocking back and forth on a chair as he awaited the arrival of his friends and companions.

Today was the event he'd been looking forward to for a while. His mother thought it would be a good idea to invite all his friends and companions from his journeys over for a Christmas party filled with food and festivities. They planned for it to be on this specific night, unaware of the snowfall that would soon submerge Pallet Town. Fortunately, there wasn't too much snow, and everyone should be able to get there as planned.

Ash couldn't wait to see some of his friends that he hadn't seen in person in years. Since finishing his journey in Kalos, he had decided to reach out to all of his past companions to try and keep in touch better. He contacted all of them, and they were delighted to hear from him again. Since then, he had occasionally met up with some of them and had various get-togethers. However, he had never been able to see all of them at once, and he was quite excited.

It had been a few months since he had last seen any of them, and he was dying to hear about their latest travels, new Pokemon, and any adventures. There were also a few he hadn't seen in person in years, and he was pretty excited to see them.

So Ash sat outside waiting in the cold for his friends to arrive. His mother had suggested he stay in, but he was far too excited to wait inside, so he insisted he wait on the porch. His loyal buddy Pikachu currently sat inside, basking in the warmth by the fireplace.

Suddenly the front door opened and Ash turned his gaze to see why. His mother peeked her head through the door and sighed.

"Ash, you really should come inside. You're going to freeze out here!" murmured Delia.

Ash sighed, "I know, mom. I just really want to be here when they all show up."

"I'm sure they will be here soon. You can answer the door when they get here. Why don't you come inside and sit by the fireplace? I'm making some cookies!" she continued.

Ash looked out once more to the clear canvas of snowfall before relenting. He slowly stood up and walked to the front door. As he came in, he unzipped his jacket and hung it on the coat rack by the door before kicking off his boots. His mother smiled at him, before returning to the kitchen to continue cooking.

Ash walked over to the fireplace and took a seat on one of the chairs facing it. Right in front of the fire lay Pikachu atop a small blanket, blissfully resting in the warmth, contrary to the cold, winter outside.

There were a few small things planned for the party. Mostly just socializing and catching up, but there was supposed to be a small gift exchange along with some different games to last them throughout the night.

Ash sat and continued to think about his friends and companions. There were so many he hadn't seen in years. He wondered how their journeys had gone, how they had changed and grown as trainers. He pondered what kind of Pokemon they could have caught, and how each of them had changed. Ash stared at the crackling fire in front of him, emanating warmth in a short radius around it, as he awaited for his friends to arrive.

After a few minutes..

Knock, knock.

Ash immediately stood up and rushed to the door, eager to see who it would be. He grabbed the doorknob and turned it, swinging the door open.

He was greeted to the sight of an orange-haired girl with rosy cheeks covered in multiple layers of warmth, most notably being a heavy, blue jacket. Behind her was a boy with brown hair and a familiar cocky expression who also wore a blue jacket.

Ash's expression instantly lit up for the first time that night. The first of many, he presumed. "Misty! And Gary! What's up guys?!" Ash exclaimed, throwing his arms up in a welcoming motion.

"H-hey Ash. C-c-could you let us i-inside n-now? I-it's k-k-kinda cold.." Misty muttered, her arms wrapped around herself in a feeble attempt to keep warm.

Ash ushered the duo inside, though Misty mostly pushed her way inside while Gary followed behind her. They both walked in and Ash closed the door while Misty let out a sigh of relief.

"Ash, you've no idea how cold I was. It's ridiculous out there!" Misty complained, kicking off her shoes before taking a seat on the first couch in the living room, which was connected to the foyer.

Ash crossed his arms and laughed, "I do actually, haha. I was waiting out there for everyone before my mom forced me to come inside."

Misty raised an eyebrow and scoffed, "You're a maniac, Ash."

Gary laughed, taking a seat beside Misty, "Foolish as always, Ashy boy."

Ash stood in the front of the living room facing them and put his hands on his hips and ignoring their previous comments, responded, "Well I guess it was pretty coincidental that you guys showed up at the same time, huh?"

A light blush spread across Misty's face and a smug grin took the place of Gary's expression. "W-well you see, Ash…" Misty began but was cut off by Gary who wrapped an arm around Misty.

"Me and Misty are dating now." Gary said with a smirk.

Ash paused and raised an eyebrow as he eyed the duo, well, couple.

"Dating?" Ash asked, a look of incredulity on his face.

"Dating." Gary replied with a smirk.

"Huh."

"Yep."

Misty's face was glowing bright red as the one-word conversation continued between her boyfriend and first traveling companion. She wasn't quite sure why she was so embarrassed, maybe because of Ash's dense shell. She didn't even know if he'd understand that they were actually dating.

Ash wasn't quite sure what to think. It was true that romance never often crossed his mind, and it was definitely odd to see his childhood friend in a relationship with the first person he ever traveled with.

Well, no point in wasting thought on it, and Ash shrugged it off.

Suddenly…

Knock, knock.

Ash's expression lit up once again. He rushed over to the door and swung it open the same way as before, anticipating who it might be.

He was greeted with a bluenette with rosy cheeks and dressed in a blue jacket and black pants. Beside her was a smug-looking boy with purple hair who gazed off at a wall that he seemed to find more interesting than whatever else was going on.

"Dawn! Gary! It's awesome to see you guys!" Ash exclaimed again, putting up the same, welcoming hand motion as before.

"Hey Ash." spoke Paul, turning his gaze to meet Ash's. Dawn stood there shivering at the exchange between the two boys.

Ash continued to stand in the doorway and gushed, "How've you guys been?!"

"I-I'd love t-to talk, A-Ash. B-bu-but it's a-absolutely free-zing. P-please let us i-inside." Dawn stammered in the cold.

Ash realized he was blocking the way and let them inside at once. Similar to Misty and Gary, they both took a seat on an open couch close to each other as Ash accompanied them on the short walk to the living room.

"So Dawn, Paul, what have you guys been up to?" Ash asked, a smile adorning his face.

Paul smirked, "Well for starters, me and Dawn are in a relationship." Dawn, who had warmed up a bit now, smiled at her partner.

Ash's smile lessened a bit and his posture lowered. Hmmm. Coincidental.

"Well that's great for you guys. I'm glad." Ash replied, not super sure what to think of the situation. "You know, I better go wait by the door in case anybody else shows up soon." He continued without allowing anyone a chance to reply before walking back to the front door and out of sight.

Wow. Not two, but four of his friends in relationships, and with each other at that. Ash was never a love-guru through his travels, and he was definitely no casanova. His friends had definitely been busy since he last saw them, he thought, as he heard them start to converse in the other room.

Ash took a deep breath. So what? No big deal. None of that should get in the way between him getting to see his friends after all these years. He was Ash Ketchum for Arceus' sake, Pokemon trainer and soon-to-be Pokemon master! So out the door with relationships; he had better things to focus on!

Ash's smile returned to his face as he awaited the arrival of his next companion.

Knock, knock.

Speak of Giratina and he shall appear; the door knocked right as he finished his thought process. A grin spread across Ash's face once again as he walked over and opened the door.

He was met with the sight of a honey-blond girl in a pink jacket beside a black-haired boy in a blue and white jacket who he did not recognize. Ash paused and stared at them. This time his expression, did not in fact, light up as he had presumed it would earlier. 'Arceus, please oh lord, let just one of my friends be single,' Ash thought as he stared at the duo in front of him. Surely this boy was just a friend Serena had brought. Nothing more.

"H-hey Ash, this is my boyfriend C-Calem," Serena began in her shivering state as she motioned to the boy beside her who coyly waved, "C-c-could you let u-us inside? It's r-r-really c-cold."

Ash's expression was blank as he processed what she said. 'Killmekillmekillmekillmekillmekillme,' he thought as he stared at the couple in front of him.

Ash didn't say a word and simply side stepped to allow them passage inside. He watched with discontent as they walked in, arms inter-linked. "The living room is over there, have a seat." Ash said dully as he motioned to the doorway. In less than a minute, they were gone, and he was once again alone by the door.

Hm. It appeared tonight would be a little bit less talking about Pokemon and travels than he had presumed. Minor inconveniences, of course. Surely there'd still be somebody that wasn't focused on a significant other.

Ash sighed. He shouldn't feel resentful towards them. If anything, he should be happy that they had found someone to be happy with. There was still a pretty high chance that the rest of his friends would come in and be more focused on more important things anyways. And at the same time, it wasn't like the gaggle of couples in the living room would only focus on each other. It was obvious that they'd also want to talk to Ash, considering how long it had been.

Ash playfully smacked himself on the head. He was being irrational and was now happy he'd come to terms with the situation.

Now, to wait for the next friend to show up.

-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-

After about fifteen minutes, Ash's entire mindset from earlier had been wiped clean from his mind. In that allotted time, not one, not two, but THREE goddamn couples showed up at his door. Good things come to those who wait, as his mother would always say, but apparently he hadn't waited long enough.

His friends Iris and Cilan had decided to get together. His friends Clemont and Shauna had apparently decided a relationship was a good idea. Even Max and Bonnie had decided to pair up.

Arceus, at this point, he might as well be the only single person on Earth! Apparently couples were a dime a dozen nowadays, most notably within his group of friends and past traveling companions.

It was now considerably past the time that everyone was supposed to show up, and it looked like everyone here was who he'd be spending the night with. None of his Alolan friends were able to come thanks to the long flight. Ash wondered if any of them had decided to go ahead and pair up too.

As for everyone else, the only one absent was May, to which Max explained was running late. At this rate though, she might as well show up with that human equivalent to an unsalted pretzel, Drew.

Woah. That was harsh. It wasn't like Ash to insult anyone, or even think about insulting them. He really had to tone down. Surely the night couldn't get any worse? I mean, everybody might be focused on the lovebird across from them the whole night, but he still had his mom's cookies! He decided he'd give the night the benefit of the doubt; perhaps it wouldn't end up as bad as he thought.

Ash finally decided to abandon his post at the door and walked back into the living room, where nobody seemed to pay him any notice. He looked at the coffee table in the middle of the room and blanked.

There lay a plate of his mother's famous cookies. Rather, what once was a plate of his mother's famous cookies. Instead, it was a barren wasteland, devoid of all happiness and emotion, and it was staring Ash right in the face.

They had eaten all the cookies already.

He glanced at the kitchen where his mother was preparing dinner.

She wasn't making any more cookies.

Ash sighed. This night could definitely get worse.

The raven-haired trainer looked around the room to find a place to sit. As he surveyed the landscape, he observed each and everyone of his friends, all locked in an eye-to-eye conversation with their significant other. He shuddered. He was the ultimate third wheel.

Using the process of elimination, Ash deduced that the best place to sit would be the single chair in the corner of the roof. He waltzed over to it and promptly took a seat as he continued to think. He noticed Pikachu continuing to sit by the fire from the corner of his eye.

He took another glance around the room, his gaze following each couple sitting by each other. Most of them were just conversing, but it was Clemont hand-feeding Shauna a cookie that made him snap his gaze away.

'Arceus, oh lord, please get me out of here.' Ash thought as he turned his gaze toward the window where he observed snowflakes continuing to drop.

Seriously, Ash had never put much thought into relationships. There had been times where he felt something for someone here and there, yes, but nothing too serious. He was far too focused on his Pokemon, his friends, and his dream of becoming a Pokemon master.

Had he been blind?

It felt like in just a few years, everyone had matured a little faster than him and discovered that aspect of life.

Of course, he knew that it existed, he just simply chose to ignore it. It never mattered much to him. Should he have paid more attention? Was he now stuck here, lonely for the rest of his life? He turned his gaze to the room once more and saw Misty and Gary playfully laughing with each other, before he turned his gaze back to the window.

This time, he didn't feel annoyance, but rather a deep sense of sadness. Everyone in this room had formed deep connections and bonds with a significant other, all except him. They seemed so happy and content. Had he been missing out?

There had been girls here and there that had shown interest in him, but he mostly rejected it, opting to keep focusing on gym battles and catching new Pokemon. Now though, it felt like there was a void inside of him; a void that he had only just discovered.

Was he lonely?

He turned his gaze once more to the various couples spread across the living room and instantly regretted it. He was 'treated' to the sight of Serena and Calem locked in an intense kiss.

Yep. That's it. The line had not only been crossed, but absolutely drove through. He had to go. He couldn't spend another second down here. He was hoping to catch up with his friends, talk about Pokemon, talk about adventures.

Not this. Nope. Not this at all.

Without a word, Ash stood up and quickly walked his way out of the living room, up the stairs to the second floor, and into his room. Without much thought, he threw on his jacket, a pair of shoes, and walked over to the window.

Raising the window inside its sill, he felt a gust of cool air rush into his room and assault his face; the frosty air nipping at his nose and stinging his cheeks.

Without another thought, he stepped out the window and onto the roof of his home. He walked a few steps up before stopping and taking a seat at the top. His gaze turned up to stare at the clouds in the snowy, night sky. Snowflakes continued to drop and softly lay against his face.

Ash sighed.

Maybe he was a little lonely.

Rushing through the streets covered in snowdrift while simultaneously being assaulted by gusts of cold, frosty wind, May Maple ran her way through Pallet Town and finally up to the Ketchum residence.

She groaned as she finally reached the front door, and eventually gave out a sigh of relief.

The culprit for her being over an hour late laid in the small gift box in her hands, clad with red fabric. Well, what should've been the box in her hands.

She had it all planned out. The perfect gift that she'd give to Ash, her longtime friend and mentor who she hadn't seen in years. She had spent weeks deciding what she'd get for him before she even planned her trip to Kanto. She meticulously crafted together the perfect gift, something she just knew Ash's eyes would light up at the second he opened it.

It was perfect.

And it was gone.

So foolishly, she had forgotten to pack it in her bag when she left for Kanto. The perfect gift, left behind, no way of her getting it back in time. She mentally smacked herself again for being so half witted.

And of course, she didn't realize it until twenty minutes before she was supposed to leave for the party. There was no way she was gonna come empty-handed with a gift for Ash the week of Christmas, after all these years of separation. She had to find something. So she painstakingly went from store to store, hoping that just one would be open in this snowstorm.

Eventually she found a store open, and went absolutely berserk trying to find a gift that would somewhat compare to the original, perfect gift she had intended to give to Ash.

May sighed and brushed the thoughts aside. It was no big deal, she'd give him the gift another time. What mattered was that she had finally made it through the calm, yet aggressive snowstorm, and up to Ash's house.

All that separated her and her best friend whom she hadn't seen in years was a door. She raised her hand and knocked against it, excited to see her friend and relieved to get out of the cold.

After a minute or so, nobody answered. May's expression faltered. She hadn't been that late. She knocked again.

Still no answer.

She tried to turn the doorknob, and to her surprise, it was unlocked. The door lightly swung open and she stepped inside quietly, gift still in hand.

She heard the chatter of a few different people in the room adjacent to the foyer, so she stepped inside and closed the door behind her. Walking over to what appeared to be the living room, she noticed the numerous different people all sitting around the room.

Some she recognized, others she didn't. It didn't matter, she'd catch up with and greet all these people later. Right now, she needed to find Ash.

She continued to survey the room, but a raven-haired boy she did not see. He must not be here right now, so where else could he be? May noticed Dawn in the corner and walked up to her. She was sitting on a couch beside Paul, who she recognized from Sinnoh.

"Hey, Dawn!" exclaimed May as she approached them.

Dawn tore her gaze from Paul at the sound of the familiar voice. Her eyes lit up when she saw May. "May! It's been awhile, we need to catch up!" replied the bluenette.

May smiled but waved her hand lightly and said, "I know, we definitely do! Right now though, I really need to talk to Ash. Do you know where he is?"

Dawn put a hand up to her chin as she thought where he might've gone. He was at the door, but then he came in and sat without really saying anything. Then…oh!

"I think he went upstairs. Probably to his room." Dawn answered.

"Thank you, Dawn. I'll talk to you later!" May exclaimed. She turned around and started walking to the stairs before Dawn could reply.

She rushed up the stairs and to the first door she saw on the left which was slightly ajar. It was definitely Ash's room by the looks of it.

The brunette lightly knocked on the door and pushed it open, but Ash was absent from here as well. She sighed. She took a few steps in and observed the room to see any clue of where he might've gone.

As she looked around, she saw the Teddiursa carving that she'd given him in Sinnoh displayed proudly on a shelf and she smiled. She turned to see an all-so-familiar ribbon half displayed in a case on the wall, right in the middle of everything.

She paused to look at it for a moment. Her left hand raised up to her heart while her right hand felt the outline of the other half in her pocket. She smiled, but quickly tore her gaze away; she needed to find Ash. As she continued searching for clues, she felt a cold gust of wind. May turned to see that the window was left wide open, letting all the cold air in.

Hm. Ash must have accidentally left it open. That was no good, she'd close it for him.

She walked up to the window and began to close it, but thought about something. She stuck her head out and peered out on the snowy roof and….

There he was.

His back was turned to the window, but that was definitely Ash. He sat with his face buried in his hands, occasionally looking up to gaze into the white landscape of snow that encased Pallet Town.

What was he doing here? Shouldn't he be downstairs socializing with all the friends he hadn't seen in years? Why was he out in the cold?

She simply watched him for a short moment before sighing and stepping out of the window. She had just gotten out of the cold, and now she was going right back into it. The things she'd do for this boy, she thought.

The thuds of her footsteps on the roof quickly alerted Ash to her presence, and he took his face out of his hands and turned to see her. She slyly hid the small gift box on the inside of her jacket pocket.

"May?" asked Ash, almost in disbelief, "What are you doing out here?"

"I could ask you the same thing." she answered, taking a seat on the soft snow beside him. Instantly, she enveloped the boy in a hug, catching him by surprise, though he quickly returned it. It felt so good to be in his arms once again, after all these years.

After a moment, May retracted from the hug, "Seriously, what are you doing up here?" She asked, stuffing her hands in her pockets to keep from the cold.

"I uh, I don't really know. I just wanted to get away from everyone downstairs." confessed Ash, once again burying his face in his hands.

May looked at him before replying incredulously, "What? Why don't you want to talk to all of your friends? That's not usual of you."

Ash looked up and stared into the vast, snowy landscape once again. "Well…literally all of them are dating each other. I feel like the ultimate third wheel down there." Ash answered before adding, "I'm honestly kind of surprised you showed up without a boyfriend in tow."

May smirked, "Nope. I'm as single as ever."

"What a relief." Ash replied, eliciting a grin from May.

"Still though, shouldn't you want to talk to them? I get feeling kind of awkward about being the only one without a date, but they are still your friends, after all." May continued to question as she looked into Ash's eyes and awaited an answer.

Ash shuddered, "I did, but not after what I witnessed down there."

May raised her eyebrows, "Uh…what did you witness?"

"All it took was seeing Serena and her boyfriend sucking each other's faces off before I decided there were much better places I could spend my time."

May deadpanned and giggled, "Fair enough."

There was a moment of silence between the two before Ash turned to the brunette, looking into her deep, sapphire eyes. "Well, May, how have your travels been? It's been like four years since Sinnoh."

May beamed a smile at the boy, half-causing his heart to melt, and answered, "It's been great! I went back to Johto, then to Sinnoh to travel on my own. After that I spent a year in Hoenn before traveling around Unova! I haven't really won anything big yet, but I got runner-up in the Unova Grand Festival, and top 4 in Sinnoh!"

Ash smiled at the brunette. "That's awesome, May! I'm so happy for you!"

"Oh, and before you ask, no." she added with a smirk.

"No, what?"

"The answer is no, I'm not dating Drew."

"What made you think I was gonna ask if you were dating Drew?" Ash had a look of confusion on his face, but also relief.

May smiled and waved it off. "Don't worry about it," she said before asking curiously. "What about you, Ash? How have your adventures gone?"

"Well, I went to Unova and placed top 4, then I went to Kalos and was the runner-up, then I went to Alola where I finally won a championship!" Ash answered, a smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth.

"Ash! Holy crap! Congratulations! I knew that you'd be able to do it someday! I'm so proud of you! Does everyone know yet?" May rambled, extremely happy for her friend and mentor.

"Thanks, May. I really appreciate that. I haven't told anyone downstairs, haven't really gotten the chance to." Ash said, trailing off at the end. May sensed the unease in his voice; he was clearly being bothered by something, and she believed she knew what it was.

"Ash, does it…bother you…that all of your friends are in a relationship?" she asked.

"Bother me? No, of course not.." he answered a little too quickly as a cold gust of wind blew across his face, stinging the skin of his cheeks.

"Are you sure?" May pressed on.

Ash sighed. "I-... I don't know…Maybe a little."

"Do you want to talk about it?"

Ash was silent for a moment, and all that could be heard was the sound of wind carrying snow around them.

"Y-yeah." he finally let out.

May inched a little closer to him and rested her head on her hands, "Well, I'm here to listen."

Ash sighed again, "I don't know…I guess…I was just kind of expecting everyone to come and be like they were the last I'd seen them. Ya know? Not in relationships and all that stuff."

May continued to listen without saying anything.

Ash continued on, "I was expecting everyone to want to talk about Pokemon and their travels, and everything they'd been through, and want to ask about how I've improved in battling and the leagues I've participated in…" Ash paused, "Then they all came in and were just so…occupied with each other."

"Well, Ash... I know you've never really…dated…anybody, but when you're in love, it takes up a lot of your focus, you know? Have you ever felt that way?" May said, trying to give him some insight.

Ash half-nodded. "I mean yeah, I understand it, but I've never really felt that way before. I've always kind of tried to keep my focus on my dream and my goals without letting any distractions get in the way." He took a short pause to look into the snowdrift again, "And now everyone's here with relationships and everything and…I feel like I've missed out."

"What do you mean, Ash?" the brunette inquired.

"It's just that I feel like everyone's discovered that part of life and I'm just…left in the dust. I mean, I've always known about relationships and romance and all of that, but I just kind of ignored it, even when I thought girls were showing interest in me." Ash let out.

May took a moment to think before her eyes lit up and she smiled at Ash. "I get it Ash…I think you just feel a little overwhelmed is all."

Ash turned to meet her sapphire eyes and raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean by overwhelmed?"

"What I mean is, I think that you want to experience a relationship and romance. You just don't and never have known where to start. So then all of your friends walking in, all in relationships, kinda made you feel overwhelmed and left behind." May answered him.

Ash was silent as he processed her response, going over every word that came out of the brunette's mouth.

She was right.

Ash looked back to her again, "I…I guess you're right, May; I don't know where to start. I've never been that kind of guy."

May turned her gaze down as she thought of what to say. Suddenly her eyes lit up with an idea.

"Well, Ash…I know we're supposed to wait for the gift exchange…but I wanna give you my gift now." she said, looking up to the raven-haired boy.

Ash smiled, "That's okay with me, May. My gift for you is in my room though."

May grinned, "That's okay, let me get it out." She reached into the inner pocket of her jacket.

Ash sat waiting in anticipation at what she had gotten him.

"This wasn't the original gift I was gonna give you…I uh..I accidentally left that one in Hoenn, so I had to come up with something last minute." May admitted as she grasped the small gift box and brought it out of her jacket, exposing her hand to the cold air.

"That's okay, May. I'm grateful you got me something at all." Ash replied, though he was a little curious to see what she had gotten. He felt his cheeks warm up as he waited to see what it was.

"At first, I thought that the original gift was the absolute perfect gift for you, and that there was nothing else that could even hold a match to it." May said, turning to look into Ash's auburn eyes again, almost capturing her in a trance.

She snapped out of it and turned back toward the gift box. She took off the lid, and pulled away the tissue paper, revealing a small decoration. It had three green leaves with three small, red berries and a red bow behind it.

"But now, Ash, I realized that this is the perfect gift for you.".

With that, she raised the mistletoe from the box and up between the both of them, leaned forward, and softly kissed Ash on the lips.

The End.

Once again, I hope you all enjoyed it. I personally really liked the idea for this story, and I knew that when I came up with the idea for the mistletoe, that I absolutely had to do it. Overall, I hope it was a good read.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays,

Thanks for reading,

Peace out.
