It has been a week since Naruto and his team passed their final genin test. As Naruto expected, the situation between him and his teammates didn't get any better. Probably it got worser as Sasuke started to glare at Naruto for the display of power, he showed at genin test. It became an hourly routine for Sasuke to demand from Naruto to give him every technique and weapon he used since 'he will use it better and its potential is lost at hands of dead-last'. Of course, his ever-loyal fan-girl would support Sasuke. The only one on the team Naruto could normally talk with was Kakashi, who was glad that his sensei's son wanted help from him.

Right now, Naruto was eating lunch in his family's house, thinking about his next training. He got approval from Kakashi that he can train at his house, arguing that with Sasuke and Sakura still demanding to hand over his weapons to Sasuke he wouldn't be able to do much training.

Kakashi agreed and told him that he could but only if he will report to him about his progress in training and will come from time to time on teamwork training. He also told Naruto that if he ever needed help, he can ask him anytime.

As Naruto was lost in his thoughts, he almost didn't hear someone knocking on the main door. Sighing, Naruto stood up and went to them and opened the door. "Old man? Sensei? What can I do for you two?" asked Naruto in surprise at seeing them there.

Hiruzen chuckled at Naruto while Kakashi looked around to see if anything changed since he was here last time. "Apologies, Naruto-kun. I know we came without a notice but there is not much time left. Can we come inside?" asked Hiruzen.

Naruto nodded his head in confusion and let them inside. He sat them down and placed a teapot on table before them and poured them some tea. "So? What is so important that a Hokage himself comes to announce it to me?" asked Naruto.

Hiruzen sighed and sipped on his tea. "It's the matter of next council meeting. Apparently, Genin Uchiha Sasuke went to Civilian council and told them that Genin Uzumaki Naruto stole techniques and weapons from Uchiha clan and he demands to get them back." Said Hiruzen.

Naruto raised his eyebrow and sighed. He took a sip from his own tea and said. "So he got a courage after all. I thought it would take longer for him to go to them, but oh well. I expect that you want me to attend and explain my side of the matter, right?" Hiruzen nodded his head and placed a scroll on table. "What's that?" asked Naruto curiously.

Hiruzen chuckled and said. "It's something from your clan. I don't know what as it's written in language only Namikaze clan could read. Minato told me he found it in Hokage's library one day and told me where to find it if he couldn't be here to show it to you."

Naruto's eyes widened and he shakily took the scroll into his hands. He unrolled it and quietly read.

Namikaze clansman,

If you read this, I can proudly call you my kinsman. This scroll is something I thought about for a long time if I should do this or not and in the end I decided to do it. I wanted to pass on my knowledge to younglings that will read this and I hope that next clan heads will do so too.

This scroll consists of three parts and each is locked by your potential and knowledge. Eventually, I hope you will be able to unlock all of the three parts but if not, only by reading this know that I'm proud of you.

Before I start with first part, know that we of Namikaze clan are a proud and loyal clan of hunters. We fight for our people and those who want to harm one of ours are our pray. We didn't create our weapons to kill but to protect our loved ones and you should too. Know, that our loyalty to our loved ones was always rewarded in some way and one of them was being for generations Fire Daimyo's weapon specialists and army generals.

Because of such high positions, we were looked on as a threat by many clans and we were forced to create smaller camps throughout Hi no Kuni to defend ourselves from them. But even then, Fire Daimyo was the one who protected us every time someone wanted to declare war against us.

Now, your first lesson shall begin. On the bottom of this scroll is a seal made by Namikaze Mao, our seal specialist. But that's not important, what is important that this seal will grant you a special ability of our clan except for our weapon crafting. It's called Kousoku(Light speed) and it does what you think it does. It is ability to move at almost the speed of light from one point to another. With this ability, I'm giving you some basic level techniques you can use with it and I hope you will travel through our camps to find more techniques you can learn.

5th clan head of Namikaze clan

Naruto leaned back with a sigh when he finished reading it, trying to process everything. He saw the looks on Hiruzen's and Kakashi's face and said. "It's scroll from 5th clan head. He explains that there is an ability our clan could use but it needs to be unlocked by elder of the clan. Since I'm alone, they given me this seal." Said Naruto and showed them a seal on bottom of the scroll.

Their eyes widened at that and Kakashi asked. "What kind of ability it is, Naruto?" Naruto looked at him and smirked. "You will see." Said Naruto and placed hand on the seal, letting it absorb some of his chakra.

Soon he felt a tingling sensation go through his body and felt a slight headache. He held his head for few seconds and then said. "I guess a headache is to be expected. Now, how to use this?" Naruto hummed and thought of moving to living room. As expected, nothing much happened for few seconds until they saw Naruto disappear in black light and appear back not a second later with a book in his hands.

Hiruzen understood what just happened and his eyes widened. "So that's how Minato got it. I guess Tobirama-sensei was right to learn from Namikaze clan as much as I can." Said Hiruzen. Kakashi looked at him with confusion and Hiruzen explained. "What Naruto just showed was an ability I guess Tobirama-sensei designed his Hiraishin after. I guess that when Minato changed Tobirama-sensei's Hiraishin, he changed it so it would look like it but the kunais were only just something Minato could imagine he was moving to. It was a genius move as no one ever used such kunais in history of Shinobi villages."

Kakashi's eye widened and he looked at Naruto who only nodded. "It's the only possible outcome I can come with. Now, how long do we have until the meeting?" asked Naruto. Hiruzen looked at the time and said. "It's in two hours. Why?"

Naruto looked at him and said. "Call it off. Say that after considering the importance of this matter you decided that it can wait a week until the next meeting. I need some time to prepare." Said Naruto. Hiruzen nodded his head and asked. "But what are you going to do? One week isn't enough time to gather support on council."

Naruto smirked at him and said. "Oh I have something better prepared. Just call it off and I will prepare." Hiruzen nodded and after they finished their tea, he and Kakashi left Naruto alone.

Naruto meanwhile sat behind table and took out a blank scroll and pen. He started to write into it while chuckling from what he prepared for council.
