Hey guys! This is my second fanfic.

I sat in front, of my Computer, Playing a Game, Summer Break was right around the corner, but i was not having a good time, it was hot outside, Roughly 105 Degrees Fahrenheit, it was the hottest a had ever experienced, Despite Living in the City of Houston, in Texas, i was surprised By the hot weather.
the heat, flew through the window, into my room, i turned the airconditioning on, but despite that, it still felt overwhelmingly Hot.
i checked the weather, the computer system, said it would remain this hot, the entire Week atleast!
"i am certainly not ready for this.." I said, to myself.
i then remembered, that tomorrow, we we're, Going to Africa,for school! But it'll be even Hotter there...
i sighed, as I scratched my short hair. Despite this, i was really looking forward, especially, to seeing my favourite animal: Lions!
I didn't know why, but lions were so interesting, the Way they, functioned as a group, rather than everyone for Themselves, gave great vibes...
i turned off my computer, and went downstairs, My parents were sitting in the living room, with the ventilation system running. "Hey mom and dad!" I called out. "Hey Matthew" they both said. I curiously Asked "When do i need to get up tomorrow?"
My dad responded "pretty Damm early, so get your stuff, ready!"
Sigh...
-next morning-
my alarm clock went off, i pulled the cable out. I pulled my blanket off, and forced myself out of bed, i took a shower, got dressed, packed my stuff, and got downstairs, we're my parents were waiting for me.
"okay Matthew, ready to go?" My mom asked.
"Yes" I laughed.
"Lets waste no time, Let's go, Airport here we Come!" Dad declared.
we got in the Car, and drove to the airport, once we got there, we saw the planes flying overhead, and the sound of the engines, we got inside, went through the terminal, and we sat down an Waited, for the plane to come..
-time skip 2 Hours-
At last, our plane arrived.
"Honey, be careful with the baggage!" My mom told my dad.
"ah, don't worry, I know what I'm doing!" Dad said annoyed. My mom sighed, as she helped me with my baggage. "Matthew, we just want to tell you, that we love you, and wish you a Happy tour in africa" Mom told me. "It's okay mom. I'll be fine" i told her.
i hugged my parents, and we waved goodbye, as they went back home.
vacation without my parents, what a nightmare...
some time later, my classmates, arrived.
" I'm so excited, to go to Africa! And you matthew?" A classmate asked.
"Yeah, I can't wait to see my favourite animal, Lions!" We had a good laugh.
finally, we boarded the plane, i sat all The way back. And my classmates, were scattered around the plane, all other passengers, boarded the plane. As i tried to get more, space for my legs, Economy, Uggh i hated it. Small space, uncomfortable seats, Etc!
luckily, i was left unbothered, the plane was full... except for the 2 seats next to me, Paradise! I would lay down after takeoff and stay like that for the rest of the Flight.
suddenly, my thoughts were interrupted, as the Plane, Jerked forward. I was so deeply thinking, that I didn't notice we were taxing.
before, we knew it, the plane was in the clouds, And i could, relax as the pilots talked trough the intercom.
"-lasting 20 Hours nonstop" TWENTY HOURS?! I gasped, and fell back into my thoughts, as everyone started chilling, and minding their own business, i walked to the bathroom, and relieved myself. I then sat back in my seat, played a Game, on my Iphone, and went to sleep.
-16 Hours later-
Darkness, it surrounded the entire cabin, as the only source of light, were the lights, above us, they switched colours every 5 seconds. I set my light on manual, and set it on Blue. Everyone was vast asleep. I was the only one awake, I couldn't sleep anymore, just 4 Hours to go. I thought to myself.
Ding dong "Hello everyone, this is your captain speaking, were approaching a storm, a pretty big wave of wind blowing over the area, so will everyone please fasten your seatbelts, as we'll likely be, experiencing, turbulence." Dong
is realised, everyone was still, peacefully asleep, noticing anything, i looked outside, i as stuck, with 2 decisions: 1 wake everyone up, and Get possible angry responses. Or 2 not say anything, and risk have anyone get hurt
I pulled out my headphones, and listened to some music, to ease my mind, but suddenly...
screechh!
My brain's calming mode, was interrupted again, as the whole Dreamliner started shaking uncontrollably, we were being, swung left and right, everyone woke up, from the violent abuse of the Wind, striking the plane, Suddenly, we went into a straight Dive!
"Oh my goodness!" I exclaimed.
we went down, very fast, everyone fastened their seatbelts, and so did i, suddenly the plane's nose went upward, and we got out of a straight dive, i thought we were safe, but then, i was knocked out by something, unknown, i lost consciousness, as i felt the plane, shaking and, heard everyone chattering, instinctively.
suddenly i woke up, I felt the air coming up again and, I thought of the things that I had thought were a bad Dream, as i felt the ground, I realised, i wasn't laying in bed, but on something Rocky. It was light outside, as I noticed i was in cave, i looked at my body, and it hurt, my wounds were covered by bandages, made out of leaves, and vines.
i fell into my thoughts again! Were am i?! Who placed me here?! What were my parents thinking, if they found out, their son, got into an accident?! I thought. To myself, deeply, as i calmed myself down.
it was hot, in the cave, as i sat there, in silence, not knowing what to do. This was the first time, something this crazy happened to me. It wasn't fair.
but as always, my thoughts were interrupted.
as I tried to stand up, suddenly a voice spoke.
"You're awake"
aight guys soon we'll find out who this is,
also, the protagonist, is named "Matthew" as a reference to adult simba's voice actor
also this fanfic, is NOT canon with my, invasion: battle of the serengeti fanfic.
