I bet now you're all still wondering about who is exactly is Corvo and how is he Maleficent's champion well allow me to clarify. After Phillip died and Maleficent overthrew both King Hector and King Stefen which she then forged both kingdoms under her rule and thus started the beginning of the dark empire her very own domain was growing far and wide as you can imagine. But then Maleficent learned of a young King who had no children or a wife to call his own. His kingdom was not very large but what made Maleficent interested was the young handsome King himself.
Yes that King was Corvo. The reason why she was drawn to him was the fact that he kept writing love letters to her excessively. Maleficent read every single one and she kept them all hidden away from all of her pets. Maleficent hid Corvo's letters in a locked drawer inside her desk. The desk itself was in her bed chamber. You see for the first time in forever a man took interest in Maleficent but not for her body for he had never seen her in person he only was interested In knowing her and taking care of her. When Maleficent first read those words at first she laughed as if the young man was being silly. But when those letters started to pile up she began to wonder if she was wrong. For weeks Maleficent couldn't decide on whether to write back or meet him in person. Maleficent also considered ignoring him. But letter after letter it became impossible for her. She knew that she had to say something his words rang throughout her soul for the first time Maleficent was somewhat in love. Corvo's words made her think and they made her feel beautiful desirable like she was the only woman in the world.
Maleficent felt wet and hot and boy she liked it. But she wasn't sure how to react to his kindness.
"Should I write something back or should I meet him in person", Maleficent asked herself as she paced around her bed chamber.
"Does he really feel that way towards me", Maleficent pondered as she thought about her next course of action.
"But what if it's only a trap? What if he doesn't really like me? And what happens when I meet him and he is afraid of me", Maleficent said to herself as she wondered all of these stressful yet exciting thoughts all at once.
Maleficent then took one good look at herself in the mirror as she recalled that fateful night when she became Maleficent the feared and dreaded mistress of evil. The infamous dark beauty of the forbidden mountain. The night when Maleficent was just a lowly royal mage at mount Zenmire and she fell in love with Prince Peter. But the King was disgusted to find out that his son would consort with a mage of all things. On that same night after the king sent Maleficent to the dungeon she chose to run away with her beloved. But when Maleficent finally made it to Peter's chambers there he was lying beside a beautiful young princess who looked ghastly similar to Aurora herself. You all know the rest of the story. But back in the present, Maleficent who looked upon her pale green face that reflected from the mirror on the wall. She began to think about how men looked at her. Although there were many who just simply couldn't resist her. But most feared her above all else.
"Which one would you be Corvo", Maleficent said to herself as she rubbed her own cheek.
"Will you run from me out of fear or will you run to me out of lust? Do you really see me the way you say that you do", Maleficent asked herself as she sat down at her desk.
Finally after some hard thinking Maleficent decided that it would be best to write Corvo a letter then to appear before him since she had no idea how he would react to her sudden appearance. But Maleficent quickly learned that it wasn't going to be easy for her since every letter that she tried to write ended up being torn up by herself.
"No that just isn't right", Maleficent said as she tore up her 48th letter.
Maleficent then began to weep as she couldn't figure out how to properly convey what she felt to show just how much Corvo's words meant to her.
Finally Maleficent decided to write a letter back stating how Corvo made her feel and he made her feel like she was the only woman in the world. But she also made him a small gift as well. Maleficent used her power to create a ring with an engraving that said,
"To Corvo my champion the man who won my heart".
After that Maleficent then put the finishing touch to her letter as she put the paper up to her lips as she kissed the letter straining it with her red rose lips. Maleficent then slipped her letter into an envelope and handed it off to her pet Raven Sora. Sora flew into the night on his way to Corvo's castle.
Meanwhile Corvo was pacing about in his own chambers wondering if his letters even made it to Maleficent's domain. But just when he was about to give up on hope a raven dropped a letter onto his desk. Corvo opened the letter and he knew right away it was from Maleficent. In her letter Maleficent said that she wanted to run away with him abandon their kingdoms and live free as Man and wife.
"I may not be able to give you children but I will give you all of my love and more", Maleficent wrote in the letter.
A tear appeared in Corvo's eye as he fell even more in love with the self proclaimed Mistress of evil. But he knew she was just misunderstood. Corvo found the ring and smiled as he put it on his finger. The young king wept a little as he wrote another letter. Corvo planned to unite their kingdoms and create an unbeatable empire free from bad men who mistreated women. Corvo believed Maleficent should be an empress. A day later Maleficent read Corvo's plan she smiled at his boldness.
"Yes my champion you and I shall rule this world together and all women will be free from such bad men", Maleficent said as she stared out into the sky from her tower.
Corvo's plan was for Maleficent to attack his kingdom and force him to make a truce with her. But that was not all he wanted to make it look like Maleficent tricked him and overthrown him. After they met in Stefan's old palace Corvo disappeared and Maleficent proclaimed herself an empress to his and her kingdoms. Corvo and Maleficent met up at the forbidden mountain after the deed had been done. Corvo and Maleficent walked hand In hand all the way up her tower where that night they married in secret. Corvo vowed to love Maleficent fully and wholeheartedly to support her always. To protect and to nourish her forevermore. Maleficent was reduced to tears when she heard those words as they exchanged their rings. Corvo wore a black velvet droblet to match her black velvet cloak that she always wore. Maleficent wore a black veil over her beautiful face as she held her staff in one hand and a bouquet of purple roses in the other. Maleficent swore to protect Corvo and to love him with all of her being and more. After they were pronunced man and wife Corvo lifted her veil and kissed his beautiful wife. For she was the fairest of all not Aurora. Maleficent threw the roses over the balcony as she deepen the kiss. They both made love all throughout that night neither of them slept for almost a week. Corvo staged all of this so that he could become a spy for Maleficent. Corvo would venture from Kingdom to kingdom and used his status as a former king to gain significant information and influence over the kingdoms. The people had no idea that Corvo was double crossing them all for his beloved so that she could pave the way to her victory and conquest of every kingdom in the world. Maleficent and Corvo were still as madly in love as they were when they first met their empire grew bigger and bigger. Their methods for gaining the land may have been unorthodox but they brought peace to many women believe it or not.
Corvo had his eyes set another kingdom who was ruled by a cruel man named Tom. But when Corvo discovered a plot against his beloved which was organized by her worst enemies. Corvo warned Maleficent and hatched a plan to crush them all.
"After this I want us to go on a honeymoon together I thank you so much my champion", Maleficent whispered to Corvo as she kissed him.
Maleficent sat on her throne and she stared at Corvo with a warm gaze.
"Now tell me my beloved champion. What is this plot against me that has concerned", Maleficent asked.
"I learned that Queen Catherine is out for revenge against you for killing her husband King Brad", Corvo revealed.
"Who is helping her? King Brad was a vivle man he got what he deserved for poisoning his own people and beating his children", Maleficent questioned.
"Queen Salma your dear old friend who has no doubt betrayed you. But there are others. Queen Jennifer and King Tom are also in on this", Corvo admitted as Maleficent grew displeased.
"What do they intend to do with me my beloved", Maleficent inquired.
"Queen Catherine and Jennifer along with Salma plan to humiliate you by setting you up with King Tom as a way of teaching you a lesson. Queen Catherine said you were nothing but a whore with no class or talent. Tom plans to steal your power to disfigure you and imprison you with his foul magic. They all wish to take our empire from you my beloved and punish you for humiliating and killing King Brad", Corvo unveiled as he showed Maleficent Tom's journal.
"You never fail me Corvo not even once and your concern is well noted. I will deal with these wicked ones with your help. We must strike swiftly and quickly. Tonight Tom will be holding a ball and I am his guest of honor. You will be there shadowing me while my armies prepare to strike at the heart. When Tom escorts me to his quarters I will use a spell of my own to ensure his rule is no more. We will then overthrow his forces and then the three Queens will pay for their crimes against me", Maleficent announced as Corvo bowed before her.
"It will be done", Corvo replied.
"I will always love you Corvo. Come with me. Tom will be the first to fall", Maleficent said as she kissed Corvo.
Maleficent went the ball as she made her dramatic entrance as always. Tom kept trying to seduce Maleficent but she kept playing hard to get. Corvo watched from the shadows while his forces gathered around the palace. Finally after an hour Tom convinced Maleficent to join him in his chambers. Maleficent waited until they set foot in Tom's chambers to make her move. Tom the tried to kiss Maleficent but she turned away as he ended up kissing her cheek instead.
"Is something wrong my dear", Tom asked.
"Yes you plan to overthrow me but I will crush you instead", Maleficent said as she grabbed his face.
"What are you...", Tom said as he felt weak.
Maleficent cast her spell and stared into the eyes of that horrible sick man.
"Corvo warned me about you. He is my beloved and always will be. He protects me from men like you", Maleficent said as her spell grew stronger.
"You are an ungrateful spoiled rotten bitch. You deserve nothing of what you have. Someone had to put you in your place", Tom swore as Maleficent was consuming his soul.
"I will never give you my heart. I give you my foot instead. It is you who needs a lesson in manners", Maleficent argued as Tom moaned.
Tom came into his pants several times as his skin turned blue and lost all of his weight.
"Ahhhhhhhhhh you will never win. Ahhhhhhhhhh", Tom muttered.
"You have already lost and so will Catherine and the others who conspire against me", Maleficent said as Tom turned into a skeleton and Maleficent cackled with amusement.
"Now you will die and I will take your throne and save your people from you", Maleficent whispered as she was just holding a skull with essence trapped inside.
Maleficent kissed the skull and consumed what was left of Tom's soul.
"Ahhhhhhhhhh", Tom moaned as he died.
Maleficent dropped the skull and walked away elegantly. Maleficent gave Corvo the signal to attack. They overthrowed the kingdom with a manner of hours as they surrendered to Maleficent.
A week later Maleficent did the same to Jennifer and Salma's kingdoms and Maleficent stood as the Victor. She even gave their husbands a kiss of death goodbye as well. Catherine was killed as well and their plot failed altogether all because of one man's love for his woman. Maleficent smiled as she saw Corvo standing beside her.
"Let me take you home my champion", Maleficent said as they all returned to the forbidden mountain.
