Out Mind Game the Psychic Colonel
Raoh is seen standing right in front of the tall tower Mad Sarge told him where his leader is and now it all comes down to facing the Colonel himself.
"Let see how far the Colonel will fall after falling from grace before." Raoh said before walking into the tower.
The first level is a small empty room, nothing much to look at really until he spotted what appears to be an elevator that his instincts are telling him that it will take him to the top floor, he push the button and the elevator door open as he walks up and the door close taking him up to the tower.
It took one minute and twenty seconds to get to the top while listening to an elevator music of a rock music until he heard a "ding" sound meaning he has arrive at the top.
Raoh exit the elevator and walks through a hallway and enter a large open-space room that is completely empty, or so a normal person thought if they weren't highly trained martial artist with great senses to notices the presence of one person standing right behind him, his body reacted on instinct as his elbow moves to attack the person but he jumps back to avoid it.
"Quite impressive, no one I've come across so far has ever been able to sneak up on me that close before except for my late master." Raoh commented as he turns around seeing the man himself.
"Hmm, and your body is well-trained to move like that. Quite interesting, you maybe worth of a challenge." The Colonel said.
Colonel Silent is a man wearing the similar military style the other men of the Holy Squad were wearing except he wears a red hat, golden shoulder pads, and an eyepatch over his right eye.
"Welcome young warrior, I heard quite a commotion from up here as you were killing my men." Silent mentioned.
"(So, this is the leader of the Holy Squad. I can sense his chi is different from the others and stronger too, meaning he won't go down so easy.)" Raoh thought sensed the Colonel's orange aura.
"Before I sent you to Hell, I want to know why you have been stealing women from their home's and killing those who got in your way? Was it because of that mission to Shadaloo?" Raoh asked shocking Silent a little.
"I see you have done your homework, I guess I share my little story: that day when we lost to Bison and my squad was killed, that's when he approached me." Silent started explaining what exactly happened back then.
(Flashback, Years Ago)
Silent is seen on one knee with his right hand holding over the bleeding right eye as his uniform is torn a little with some blood stains and in front of him is the man known as the most evil and dangerous one alive, M. Bison leader of Shadaloo.
He is a tall muscular man with black hair and white pure eyes. He wears a red military uniform with large silver shoulder plates, wrist bands, and shin guards; on his peaked/service cap is the skull insignia of his crime syndicate known as Shadaloo. His clothing highly resembles the uniforms worn by SS officers of Nazi Germany; the winged skull on his visor cap and the first letter of Shadaloo on his belt is shaped as a single Sig rune. M. Bison has neatly cut black hair under his peaked cap and has a black cape.
"Still alive, very impressive." Bison smirked floating close to Silent.
"I won't fall, I have to carry out my mission to keep the world safe from monsters like you." Silent determined.
"Oh, whose to say you're not a monster yourself?" Bison asked.
"What?" Silent confused of what he meant.
"I have heard your missions, mostly about the kills you have made throughout your career. Did you not feel good when knowing you're a powerful man than the other weaklings?" Bison asked again.
"N-No, I don't…" Silent is finding hard to answer that question.
"What I seek in the world is true strength, strength that is unlike anything the world has ever seen and my Psycho Power is the true power of the world. And you have true strength as well." Bison pointed at him.
Silent gasp upon hearing those words from the man he was sent to kill, calling him strong.
"You battle me when I'm not even using half of my power and you kept on surviving and the only reason you're still alive is because you have strength. In Shadaloo, only those with strength can survivor and you have pass your audition." Bison smiled evilly down at Silent showing his manicing purple aura.
"It was then I realize that Bison was right. I do have strength, strength to become greater than I could ever imagine and no would get in my way. I have the power to do whatever I want and take what I want, and I knew that Bison would be the man to conquer the world!" Silent said.
Silent starts laughing a little slowly turning into a laugh of a madman as Bison smirks seeing that he has gotten himself a new man in his group.
The scene changes to Silent coming back to his base in Japan and started killing his bosses and the other soldiers who refuses to follow him for his new plan.
Silent and his men started setting up their base and calling themselves the Holy Squad.
"It was then I also realize that those with true strength were chosen by God, that the power given to us were meant to rule over the weak!"
Silent is seen standing on top of his tower looking down at his soldiers training ruthlessly.
(Flashback End)
"So, you see true strength is separating yourself from the foolish ideas such as compassion and connections to others. Those worthless things are only a mean to ones end soon than they expected, having strength only is the only thing you need to survive." Silent proclaimed holding up his fist.
Raoh stay quiet for a few seconds thinking about the story he just heard now knowing the full truth of what happened to Silent.
"I see, you throw yourself into madness all because of one man. All the more reason to end you right here, right now." Raoh determined.
"Hmm, I was hoping to talk you into joining me, but it looks like you're just a foolish child." Silent said as he took out two bladed boomerangs
Raoh prepare himself for the fight as Silent glares at him with a smirk and threw the boomerangs at the young boy, Raoh jumps high over the boomerangs and move his leg up for an axe-kick to the head, but to his surprise Silent actually move and pat his leg away without even looking at all. A soon as Raoh lands behind Silent, one boomerang flies at Raoh's shoulder and the other at the leg giving them deep cuts much to his shock.
"Damn it, so that's your mind reading power." Raoh groaned.
"That's right, no matter how hard you try I will know your next move before you can even make them." Silent bragged as he caught his boomerangs.
Raoh try charging at Silent with a punch, but Silent dodge that easy and jump to avoid a roundhouse kick.
"Let see how like it when dealing with four boomerangs!" Silent pulled out two in each hand and threw the boomerangs while in midair as the Hokuto boy tries to dodge them they came back going for his left shoulder and right side of his torso, then his back and arm.
"Hahaha! You're no match for me, boy!" Silent laughed catching the boomerangs and throwing them again.
However, unlike the first two times Raoh is now prepare to beat those annoying boomerangs and lean side to side dodging them and jump flipping backward to avoid the boomerangs again surprising Silent, then the boomerangs shattered in pieces as Raoh lands.
"What… but how?" Silent asked.
"Hokuto Shinken Kūkyoku Ryūbu (Extreme Airflow Evasive Dance)" Raoh revealed. "It's a technique that allows me to use the sounds and vibrations in the air to detect your boomerangs. No matter where you attack from, I'll counter."
"It seems you're a lot more skill than I thought but allow me to show you a special style I learn that is the deadliest killing style of all, Nanto Muon Ken (South Star Silent Fist)." Silent said as he put on his clawed gloves.
Raoh throws a barrage of kicks at Silent as he dodges them easy reading his moves while laughing and slash forward cutting the boy's cheek and slash again at his chest though Raoh responses by throwing a backhand swing at Silent's head, but he dodges the attack leaning backward and slash at the arm.
"Yes, I'm starting understand your secret." Raoh said.
"Oh, and what secret are you talking about?" Silent asked smirking.
"The secret that you have no psychic power at all, the only reason you are able to read my moves is because of your opponents' muscles and eye movement making it look like you can read minds." Raoh exposed Silent's secret.
"So, just because you know my secret doesn't change the outcome of this fight. You will die and I will rebuilt my army to continue my mission proving myself again to Bison that I am strong!" Silent declared and charges at Raoh with a forward slash attack.
This time Raoh manage to dodge it and release a wave of his aura to push Silent away for a few feet, Silent regain his footing and notice that Raoh is standing in some kind of pose with his eyes close.
"What that stance is supposed to be?" Silent asked mocking.
"Holding my muscle movements still and closing my eyes so you can't predict my move." Raoh answered.
"In that case, I'll suppress my fighting aura so you can't sense where I am. How will you fight if you can't guess my movements?" Silent moved around Raoh while keeping his presence blank.
Silent keeps moving until he can find the right moment to strike to make the killing blow, he wait and wait until his instinct tells him to attack now, Silent move his hands swift and fast before Raoh could even react, but his performed the Musō Insatsu technique as his elbow strike the chest after dodging to strikes. The force of the attack made Silent gasp with blood coming out of his mouth and send flying a few feet away as he fell on his back.
"I-Impossible! You were able to touch me?!" Silent shocked.
"Your reign of terror is over, there is only one path for you and that is death." Raoh declared.
"Raoh!" A familiar voice called out to him.
Raoh turns around with his eyes widen of seeing Menat inside the tower panting like she has run through a marathon for a few days without rest.
"Menat, what are you doing here?" Raoh asked.
"I was worry about you, so I came here on a desert bike and my crystal ball showed me where you are." Menat explained.
"It looks like that girl is special to you." Silent smirked softly and press a secret button on the floor revealing a spear.
Raoh quickly turn around seeing Silent picking up the spear and throwing it fast at Menat who only had time to see it coming at her, as it was about to piece through her flesh Raoh appear in front of her and the spear pierces through his arm close to the shoulder and blood gushes out.
"Raoh!" Menat gasped.
"HAHAHAHAHA! Fool, this is why the strong lives because they don't have any weak connections and feelings like you have! Now you will die for that!" Silent laughed.
"(No, this is my fault. I knew I should never have come here.)" Menat thought sobbed.
Silent continue laugh and was about to strike Raoh and Menat down with his clawed gloves, but then he started feeling something strange in his head and before he knew darkness took over his sight as he yells in pain.
"What… what, what's happening? Why did everything go dark?" Silent asked becoming scared as his eyes are shown to be white.
"His eyes, he has become blind, but how?" Menat asked, then she realize it must be Raoh's doing as he got up.
"I have stroke your pressure point known as Dōmei, now your precious eyes have become your own downfall." Raoh explained as he pulls the spear off throwing it to the floor and walk up to the blinded colonel.
"No, no, stay away! Stay away from me!" Silent swing his hands around hoping to slash at Raoh, but all he got was slicing air as he gets scared like a little child.
"You are nothing but a fallen solider who lost his way from the light and allowed yourself to be consumed by darkness. Now you will die only seeing darkness as the last thing of your life." Raoh declared.
"Hokuto Kaikotsu Ken (Bone Crushing Fist)" Raoh pressed his fingers on Silent's forehead.
"You're already dead." Raoh declared as he removes his fingers from Silent.
"Your strength, your power, you could have gained anything you want. You could have made you're a God and yet… and yet you chose to protect others as such that girl." Silent groaned.
"She's very important to me, someone I can trust by my side." Raoh said as he pulls Menat in a hug with him arm.
"You'll regret this! When Lord Bison hears about this, you will regret ever crossing him!" Silent warned before his body exploded into a bloody mess as he screams in pain before his voice could no longer be heard and his body gone.
"Raoh, did you… meant what you said about me being important to you?" Menat asked as her cheeks blush.
"(Oh crap, I didn't realize what I said until now!)" Raoh thought embarrassed, then he calms himself down.
"I did, even though we have only known each other for a short time you're very important to me." Raoh said, going what his heart is saying to her.
"Then I guess I can express my feelings to you too." Menat smiled.
Menat jump up and press her lips against Raoh, giving him her first kiss and the Hokuto fighter became completely shock of the sudden action she is doing, but his mind and body soon sink into the kiss as he wrap his arms around her waist holding her up as she has her arms wrap around his neck. The kiss lasted for one minute though to them it felt like hours and fireworks are exploding inside their minds, the spark between them has explode into a fierce inferno in their souls.
They separate their lips looking at each other in the eyes.
"Amazing, huh?" Menat asked smiling.
"Yeah, wish you could have been my first kiss." Raoh blurted out, he gasps realizing what he just said.
"Don't worry, I already know about your kiss with Maya." Menat mentioned making Raoh gasp again.
"Wait, so you're not made?" Raoh asked.
"Nope, actually my crystal ball showed me that you will be with many lovers including myself and Maya as well." Menat revealed.
Raoh didn't know what to say about this, that he not only got himself a girlfriend but apparently, he will also gain more girlfriends in the near future including some older women like Maya.
(Morning)
"Well, I guess we'll be going our separate ways now." Maya said as she and Lauren are ready to board their plane.
"Yep, though you didn't have to pay for our flight. We could have taken a boat to Brazil." Menat stated.
"I insist, it's the least I can do for what you did to save those women and their children from the Holy Squad." Maya said as she walks up to Raoh leaning to his ear.
"I'll inform you on any Shadaloo activity when I can, and you better promise to stay alive." Maya said before kissing him on the lips for a few seconds.
"We get better get going. Bye!" Maya waved goodbye.
"Bye Raoh, I hope to see you again and become my dad soon!" Lauren said and they went to their gate.
"I'm not sure if I'll ever get use to having a harem when I have not even gone on a date." Raoh sighed.
"Then going to Brazil will be our first date then you can go with the other girls." Menat pointed out.
"Are you sure you can't tell me who are the other girls?" Raoh asked.
"Sorry, don't want to spoil the future." Menat giggled.

Raoh has defeated Colonel Silent and survive having a spear on his shoulder, talk about being tough and he even learned about Silent becoming a servant to Bison who pledged his mind into being the madman he is. He also gained himself two girlfriends because of the prediction Menat got from her crystal ball, now he will be on the lookout for any future girlfriends along his journey to become the strongest in the world.
