Explosions are heard from outside and made everypony jump and downright petrified. Loud alarms outside starts going off. Cheerilee went over to the light switch and turns off the lights.
"Okay everypony get under your desks!" Cheerilee yelled in panic. Everypony scrambles to get under their desks, the closest form of protection they could get to. Several more whistling and loud explosions are heard from outside.
BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF!
"Everything will be okay, just stay under, and we'll be okay," Cheerilee said with a very shaky voice, her whole body shaking. The fillies she's teaching are outright crying from extreme fear.
"What's going on!?" Silver Spoon cried out.
"It's an air raid- Stay under the desk, everything will be okay," Cheerilee tried to sound reassuring, but her voice gets overshadowed by a series of explosions. They can't just go to an air raid shelter, because the nearest one is at the Town Hall. With an air raid going on, from the school to the Town Hall is too far. Some protection with the desks is better than being caught out in the open. More whistling is heard outside, but sounds a lot closer.
BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF!
Everypony hears and feels the whole schoolhouse shake. Dust rains down from the ceiling.
"The ceiling is gonna fall!" Diamond Tiara screamed in panic, running to the door. As soon as she said that, the whole class went into a panicked frenzy, abandoning their desks, the only form of protection they had. But a class of fillies in a frenzied panic, it's impossible to think straight. One of the fillies opens the door and a few manage to get out, some trampling over each other, desperately trying to get out.
BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF!
Then another explosion is heard, but from above and it's so loud it made everypony's ears ring, which didn't last long.
PWLASHCLSH!
Not everypony managed to get out in time. The whole ceiling collapsed from above. To everypony, everything became black, and are unsure whether they're now dead or still alive.
(Sweetie Belle's POV)
"Agh... everything... everything hurts so bad... ow... I want it to stop!"
I turn my head, everything's so dark. I feel flood gushing out of me all over. I cannot move, rubble is on top of me. The roof must of came down-
"Button!? Where are you!?"
I thought we'd get to die peacefully together, when we're old, while having achieved many great things together... have kids... and staying up all night playing games. B- But... he's...
"There's a chance he managed to get out... right?"
As long as I knew Button and my friends were okay and got out alive, that's what matters to me...
I then notice something yellow, I try turning my body, but the rubble clamped down on me harder.
"GHAGH!"
I feel an immense amount of weight crushing me. But I can now see the yellow thing. It is a hoof.
"Apple Bloom? Are you there?"
I couldn't scream, the rubble is too heavy for me to breath in a lot of air. I see the yellow hoof move, indicating she's alive. My right forehoof is free, I want onto hold her, but then the hoof disappears.
"I don't want to die alone..."
It's impossible to save me. If anypony wanted to escape, I rather they escape than risk themselves to save me. I rather they be safe, and I understand that. If this is the end, we'll meet again, someday, which is somewhat comforting.
I then see some light and the rock above starts moving. This motivates me, and gives me hope. I'm not ready to die and leave this world just yet.
"I'm here..."
The weight on my body is crushing me, pushing the air out of me. I close my eyes, hoping I would wake up. It has to be a terrible dream.
"Sweetie Belle! We're here!"
I open them again, still being where I am, but there is light. I look up and see Apple Bloom above. She doesn't look too good either, but better than what I'm in. She also has blood and bad cuts. I gulp, dreading what injuries I have. Everything just hurts so bad.
"Help me..."
I feel the weight of rubble on top of me being lifted. I breathe in and out of my mouth like I never breathed in fresh air before. I see Cheerilee and oh... oh my... her left eye is missing... and- Oh m- Sh- She- Left back hoof... it- It's missing!
"We got you! Cutie Mark Crusaders stick together!" I know that voice.
"Scoots?"
"We got to help Cheerilee too!" I hear Apple Bloom cry.
It was a choice between me and Cheerilee. They're struggling to pull me up... I just hope somepony can rescue Cheerilee-

The three of us cried as the rubble she tried climbing collapses and covers her whole. At the bottom, blood splatters out beneath. No... our teacher, no... no...
BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF!
Another series of nearby explosions shakes the ground. All three of us were about to full in and get crushed by falling rubble, but we didn't. We then began to be pulled up at a faster pace. I hear two other ponies behind us.
(No longer in Sweetie Belle's POV)
Apple Bloom and Scootaloo pulled Sweetie Belle out of the hole. It wasn't just them 2 though that helped. Another 2 of their friends came to help, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. The 2 are equally cut and battered. All over they have cuts that are half an inch deep, blood gushing out.
"Where's Button!? Button!? Where are you!?" Sweetie Belle cried out, looking in all directions, but she didn't hear his voice reply back to hers. Everywhere there's massive fires roaring in the background, crackling noises and huge plumes of smoke.
"He's not here, we looked for him!" Diamond Tiara indirectly says what she predicts may of happened to him.
"We have to find him!" Sweetie Belle cried. She couldn't cope without knowing where Button Mash is.
"We need to get out of here!" Silver Spoon yelled.
"You're ALIVE- DARLING!" Out of nowhere, Rarity grabs Sweetie Belle and hugs her tight and cries, Applejack doing the same with Apple Bloom. Applejack and Apple Bloom, they're sisters. Rarity and Sweetie Belle, they're sisters. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon hugs Scootaloo.
"We came as quick as we could- All of ya! To the barn! We'll be safe once there!" Applejack yelled. Apple Bloom and Scootaloo gets onto Applejack's back. Sweetie Belle gets onto Rarity's back. The 2 as well as Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon began to trot.
"B- But... Button..." Sweetie Belle whimpers.
"ONE OF THEM IS HEADING TOWARDS US!" Apple Bloom screamed as one of the planes dives down like an eagle.
VVVRRRRRMM! The plane is painted a dark green colour. On the corner of each wing and on each side on the body of the plane has a red star, outlined in white and had the number 13. The plane aims its nose for the ponies below to strafe them effectively in a single swoop.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT!
But then another plane dives down and destroys the plane that was about to strafe Applejack, Rarity and the 5 fillies. The destroyed plane erupts into a ball of fire, the pilot of that plane going with it.
"You ain't getting them on my watch!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she pulls the joystick up, and the aircraft went up.
"Rainbow! Behind us!" Fluttershy screamed. Rainbow Dash pulls the joystick to the left to make the aircraft go left.
BRRRRRRRRRRR!
Bullets missed, bullets that would've destroyed the aircraft Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are in. They see another plane shoots ahead past them.
"Гребаные предатели!" The pilot of the other aircraft screamed in Russian on the radio.
"Гребаные военные преступники! Не все сражались с вами, ребята!" Rainbow Dash turns on her speaker and screams back in Russian.
"ТОВАРИЩИ! ПОНИ В ЭТОМ САМОЛЕТЕ! СНЯТЬ ИХ! URA! URA!" The pilot screamed back across on all radios of nearby planes.
"Oh no..." Rainbow Dash gulps.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! Bullets narrowly misses, but both pegasuses felt them going through their manes, while the plane that shot flies off. Fluttershy is stunned in absolute fright, had they of had their heads higher, they would be dead.
"We need to get out now!" Rainbow Dash looks to the right and sees a plane coming in their direction. She pushes the joystick forward and the aircraft dives down.
BRRRRRRRRRRRR! The other plane just misses. But then the aircraft that tried shooting them first comes around and is perfectly in line to shoot. Without hesitation, Rainbow Dash with her forehooves pulls Fluttershy from where she is, and pushes with her back hooves, jumping out of the aircraft. Just right as...
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! The aircraft that they jumped out of erupts into a massive ball of flames. The different offending aircraft that dealt the final blow flies off to go for different targets.
Both of them scream as they plummet their way down from the sky, towards the ground. Rainbow Dash while clinging herself to Fluttershy with her rear hooves, began taking her coat off. She then helps Fluttershy take her coat off. The two get closer to the ground. Neither of them could flap their wings, their descent being too great.
Rainbow Dash positions herself so she's underneath Fluttershy. She hopes her sacrifice will cushion the impact for Fluttershy so she at least lives. Right as they were about to hit the ground, Rainbow Dash closes her eyes. But they get caught by a light blue aura. They are slowly put onto the ground, standing up.
"Rainbow!?" Scootaloo cries and screams as she lunges with her forehooves wide open, clings onto the light blue pegasus tight. Scootaloo while clinging onto her idol even brings her down to the ground.
"F- Fl- Fluttershy? R- Rainbow?" Rarity stuttered out.
"WHERE WERE YOU!? WHERE WERE YOU!?" Scootaloo screamed while her tears of relief flow out and hugged Rainbow Dash. Applejack, Fluttershy Rarity and the 4 other fillies gather around for a big group hug.
"We'll explain everything but- RUN!" The same plane that shot down the plane Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were on has come back around and heads towards them.
VVVRRRRRMM! The swift nimble Soviet aircraft dives down before aligning itself back horizontally. It glides from left to right several times, aligning it's nose with the most ponies it can get in a straight line. Ponies to the left and right are running by Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity and the 5 fillies.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! Ponies to the left that are trying to get away gets strafed, their whole body minced and sliced apart by bullets. Blood, brains, flesh and other bodily parts and fluids splutters, leaving a pool of blood and a pile of furry flesh at the moment of being killed. The aircraft flies off and gets distance.
When it got a lot of distance, it went to turn around. Even when it had a perfect opportunity to strafe, it didn't, it just flies off. But then several larger bulkier aircraft comes over, still having that cylinder-looking body to them, but they look more box-like. Rainbow Dash glimpses at the larger aircraft above, and spots the doors on their bellies open. Several black objects falling out of them, making whistling noises as they fell down through the air.
"KEEP GOING! KEEP GOING!" She screamed with all the air in her lungs. Applejack began saying something, but gets overshadowed by...

Several explosions all around go off, bright orange and white flashes, several bits of shrapnel flies all over, which hit everypony near by. The ponies directly caught in the explosion got given mercy, given the mercy of an instant death. They got completely ripped apart, with bones, flesh, organs and lots of blood flying in the direction of the bomb's shockwaves.
Shrapnel flies into Applejack and Rarity, who fell to the ground, blood seeping onto the ground below, not dead, but now seriously injured. Bits of shrapnel also hit Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, which seriously cuts them too. The shrapnel also hits the CMC, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, which out of them, Diamond Tiara was the closest. The fillies are flung by the shockwave so hard they hit the ground and instantly went into a coma. All ponies scream in agony, all inflicted with violently obscene injuries with shrapnel in many of their cuts and wounds. They're losing a lot of blood fast, as well as everypony else that got hit by the shrapnel. Everything became darker for them, and inevitably passed out, the cause being the sheer amount of blood they're losing. Everything got darker and the screaming all around got more echoey.
Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy and Rarity find themselves barely awake on white movable hospital beds while covered in many layers of bandages, only their faces not covered. The CMC, Diamond Tiara and Silver spoon are also in beds, also in bandages, but they aren't awake, barely kept alive and are on very thin ice.
They are all not inside Ponyville Hospital, they are outside it. Since the beginning of the air raid, spaces in the hospital began to be filled up very quickly. Outside there are several more ponies, some of them less injured, some more injured, some seriously injured, and some who just died from not getting treatment in time. Getting hold of the beds alone was a hassle itself, let alone treating everypony she under constant assault from the air.
In the vicinity of the hospital are 2 Flak 30's. When Equestria was allied with Nazi Germany during the war, Hitler lended the ponies several AA guns, most of them being Flak 30's.
"W... w- We're- We... a- A- Alive?"
"Yes, Fluttershy," A voice replied so softly. The yellow pegasus hasn't heard the voice in a long time and went to instantly get up, but the pain all over her body prevents her.
"Everything will be okay." Fluttershy is able to turn her head left. Her eyes closes slightly and cries.
"Twilight..." She faintly replied. She lefts her right forehoof and tries to pull Twilight towards her. But when she did, she quickly puts the hoof back where it was, because of the pain.
"Where were you Fluttershy- And Rainbow!?" Pinkie Pie walks over towards everypony.
"S... Sov..." Fluttershy shivers and couldn't bring herself to reply. The memories of what she witnessed and had went through left her scarred.
"Soviets ponynapped us..." Rainbow Dash coughed out. She is managing slightly better and is just able to sit up on her bed. Fluttershy shudders slightly, which would be a full on flinch and darting into a hiding space if she was able to.
"What was it like at the c-" Twilight puts her left forehoof over Pinkie Pie's mouth. The question the pink earth pony was going to ask wasn't at the best time.
"You don't have to reply if you don't want to," Twilight gently spoke, in a smooth, soft and quiet voice, almost like a whisper.
"When I'm back at full strength, Moscow can say hello to my Rainbow Nuke..."
"No Rainbow, we're not nuking Moscow. Just like there's our civilians, there's Soviet civilians-"
"Oh we're meant to have pity for an enemy that was going to invade us first while doing this too..." Rainbow Dash, using a weak voice, interrupted Twilight. It came to the alicorn's mind that Rainbow Dash as well as Fluttershy have been missing since 1942. She explains the truth to both of them.
"They didn't have plans on invading. Hitler made us believe that so we help him. He manipulated all of Equestria into doing his bidding. We couldn't disobey him- We were a puppet state to the Germans."
"Looks like the Soviets have plans for invading now," Pinkie Pie replied to Twilight.
"If anything... blame Celestia and Luna for aligning us with the Nazis..." Applejack murmured in pain. Twilight, even though she really looks up to Celestia and Luna, the orange earth pony did have a point. Twilight partially agrees, but she felt it wasn't entirely on Celestia and Luna.
"There's only perspectives, everything is grey..." Rarity coughed as she added her input. She isn't doing as good as Rainbow Dash or Applejack, but way better than Fluttershy.
"Finland was in the same boat as us, no nation being there for them, other than... Germany," Said Pinkie Pie, who did feel for the Finnish. Since Equestria appeared on Earth, the pink earth pony had been paying deeper attention to human politics than the rest of mane 6.
A white earth pony with a pale pink mane and tale wearing a white hat with a red cross comes out of the hospital, along with 3 other nurse ponies.
"Nurse Redheart!" Pinkie Pie sees her crying. She's shocked with distraught. The hospital had never ever been overwhelmed like this, but it isn't entirely just that. The hospital is so overwhelmed that they are having to pick who gets treatment and who dies.
"W- We can only take four of the foals in..." Nurse Redheart is heartbroken that she has to choose a filly to die, a filly, somepony who isn't even a grown up. She couldn't pick between the CMC, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. The mane 6 cries too, also having difficulty thinking of such a heart-wrenching decision.
PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA! One of the box-looking planes came flying towards Ponyville Hospital, but the ponies using the Flak 30's, while not very skilled, do manage to clip off one of the wings. The plane spirals uncontrollably, but it isn't going on it's original route and 2 humans are seen jumping out, which shortly after jumping out, they activate their parachute.
"IL-2 Sturmoviks!? Anti tank bombers being used on a harmless hospital!?" Pinkie Pie exclaimed.
BOOOOOMMMMFFFF! In the distance, the plane could be seen crashing, which almost instantly erupts into a massive ball of flames.
"H- How can they h- Have no mor- No moral compass t- To th- The point they att- Attack hospitals..." Nurse Redheart stutters with anger mixed in with her distress and heartache of emotions.
"I- I c- I can't c- Can't- Can't choose who lives and dies!" Nurse Redheart can't choose, it felt morally wrong to select who lives and who dies. But the other nurse ponies have chosen 4 randomly, because if no decision is made, all 5 will die. The CMC, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon don't have long left. They're alive on a piece of string. The nurse ponies start taking them in this order.
Scootaloo. She began to be taken into the hospital.
Sweetie Belle. She began to be taken into the hospital.
Silver Spoon. She began to be taken into the hospital.
They stop taking in ponies for a moment. This is to let a wagon out. The wagon have 4 different fillies on it. They are being taken to wherever their parents are. The last heartbreaking decision is made, the one that is selected to live, while the fifth one can't be treated.
Apple Bloom. She began to be taken into the hospital.
Twilight looks at Diamond Tiara, who is still in a coma. She does not want to see a filly die without somepony trying to save them.
"Redheart, tell me what to do. She isn't going to die without somepony trying to help!"
"O- Okay- Sh- Shrapnel injuries- Shrapnel needs to be r- Removed- S- Stitches- I go g- I got stitches- R- Rem- Remove shrapnel," Nurse Redheart stutters, relieved and now doesn't feel like a monster for not being able to save a foal. There's now a realistic chance to save Diamond Tiara as well.
VVVRRRRRMM! Twilight, Pinkie Pie and Nurse Redheart ducks when they heard that sound.
Another plane dives down and flies directly for one of the Flak 30's. Both AA guns try to shoot it down, but they kept missing.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! Once the plane has it's nose aimed directly at one of the Flak 30's, it shoots it, destroying the AA gun as well as shredding the pony operating it, leaving them to look like mince meat, blood all around the area of the destroyed AA gun. The plane gets away with it's deed, flying back up into the sky. Soon, more and more of the planes start coming in over to attack the hospital.
VVVRRRRRMM VVVRRRRRMM! VVVRRRRRMM! VVVRRRRRMM VVVRRRRRMM VVVRRRRRMM! VVVRRRRRMM! VVVRRRRRMM! VVVRRRRRMM!
"Yak-3's!" Pinkie Pie screamed as 9 more of the planes set their sights on the hospital, 7 of them going for the building itself while the other 2 go for the other Flak-30. Twilight and Nurse Redheart got back up to start treating Diamond Tiara when they saw the planes above aren't coming their way.
PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA PA- BBBOOOMMMFFF! The pony using the other Flak 30 shoots one of the planes which erupts into a massive ball of fire midair.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! The other plane going for the Flak 30 manages to hit and destroy it, also killing the pony operating it, making them unrecognizable with bullet holes and tattered in blood. The plane then flies back up.
Twilight has taken off the bandages on Diamond Tiara. She screams at the horrific scene of injuries presented to her. Diamond Tiara's stomach is cut open, the bones in the left rear leg are showing, the right rear leg is barely attached to the body, the neck is also cut open, her left ear is missing, the skin on half of the filly's forehead on the side of the missing ear had been torn off and a lot of her mane had been stripped.
"Be careful- If it cut an artery or vein, S- She'll bleed out," Nurse Redheart warned, stuttering in sheer horror. How could an enemy inflict this kind of suffering on a young, not fully grown soul? But she knew there isn't time to waste if they're going to save Diamond Tiara.
Nurse Redheart instructs Twilight which pieces of shrapnel to take out with her magic, while she starts stitching up wounds.
Meanwhile, 27 Wonderbolts and 4 Royal Guard pegasuses went to engage the 9 Yak-3's still in the vicinity. They first tried to lure the planes away from the hospital, which they do manage. But the planes outmaneuvered and outgunned the team of the winged ponies. Spears vs guns, winged flesh vs Soviet aviation. One of them heroically and selflessly flew into the plane's propeller on purpose. They are quickly shredded and minced, blood, organs and flesh splattering everywhere. However, it jammed the propeller, forcing the pilot to parachute out, which the team of pegasuses showed no mercy and pierced the parachuter multiple times with their spears. They went on to pursue the immoral barbaric planes to try take them out the sky, but the planes kept outmaneuvering them.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! Suddenly, 6 pegasuses are out of the sky without warning, reduced to a ball of crimson red flesh and fur as a hail of bullets ripped and torn the winged ponies apart, falling to the ground. One of the Royal Guards also got caught in the line of fire, but got super lucky and the bullets ricochet off their gold armour, but leaves big dents. Another then sacrificed themselves, suicidally flying for the propeller.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! A different plane saves their comrade's plane and rips apart the pegasus diving towards the plane. The pony's sacrifice was in vain. It came to the sudden realization that if they fly for the propellers and sacrificing themselves all at once, they might be able to defeat this group of planes. They went to fly away, so the planes chase them in a straight line. The planes start doing exactly that, and once they're in perfect alignment, the remaining 24 pegasuses all flock at speed towards the 9 Yak-3's, with 3 of them going for a single propeller.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT!
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT!
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT!
While some pegasuses turn into red bloody hairy fleshy mush, some anticipate in time and got out of the line of fire. Then when they got close enough, they dived for their target propeller.
They did it, they successfully taken out all 8 Yak-3's, but at what cost? Out of the strong 31, only 4 are still alive. Plus, the 8 pilots parachuted out and reached the ground, who can still fight and do damage. This is demoralizing enough, but to make it worse, 3 more Yak-3's and a group of 13 Yak-1M's have come over. The 4 remaining pegasuses stop flapping their wings, accepting defeat, letting themselves fall to the ground and go splat.
Twilight and Nurse Redheart are almost finished stitching up Diamond Tiara. They've even managed to save the leg that was virtually detached.
"YAK-3 INCOMING!" Pinkie Pie screamed. This Yak-3 had the number 10 on the sides of it's body. Pinkie Pie and Nurse Red heart ducks while Twilight's horn glow purple and shoots several beams of magic at the plane, which swerves out the way but glides back into it's original position.
VVVRRRRRMM! When the plane dived, Twilight ducks to the ground as well.
BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT! BRRRRRTRTRTRT!
Several of the hospital beds get ripped apart by bullet holes, while the dead shredded ponies on them stains them crimson red with their blood. When the plane flies off with Twilight, Pinkie Pie and Nurse Redheart got back up off the ground, they are relieved the rest of the mane 6 are okay.
Twilight then looks at Diamond Tiara to see if she's okay. Is she okay? Well, that's another story. Nurse Redheart quivers in horror.
"Oh- My... wha-" Nurse Redheart is stuttering in shock, accompanied by a crying outburst.
"NOOOOOOO!" Twilight screamed while breaking into tears, looking at Diamond Tiara's hospital bed. She now has to somehow explain to the CMC and Silver Spoon this.
(Canterlot)
Celestia and Luna have evacuated the castle right before it got reduced to rubble like every other building had been flattened by Soviet bombers. At least when the Storm King assaulted Canterlot, his army didn't reduce everything to rubble.
They look as unicorns fire magical beams, and while they destroy one, several unicorns are already dead, made into an unrecognizable pile of flesh and fur surrounded by a puddle of blood by bullets. Pony limbs, bodies and heads are scattered in different places by bomb explosions.
"I wish I could've seen this coming..." Celestia guiltily murmurs.
"Siding with Germany was our fault, I accept that and I and I'm sure you do as well take full responsibility. But Stalin is doing the same thing as Hitler was doing, genocide, and instead of letting us amend our mistakes, he must intend on wiping us out," Luna replied while shuddering. Yes they may have very powerful magic, but herself and Celestia against several thousand Yak-3s accompanied by IL-2 Sturmoviks? One of them planes would eventually catch them off guard.
Celestia and Luna could take out many of the planes, but the white alicorn feared if she and her sister fought, the Soviets might ramp up their indiscriminate air campaign.
A random stallion suddenly pushes Celestia out of the way. They are loyal to the royals all the way to the end.
VVVRRRRRMM! BRRRRRTRTRTRT!
Celestia immediately turns around, unable to look at the horrific sight that stallion became. Celestia could've very easily had the fate that stallion sacrificed himself got.
"We must help everypony we can evacuate!" Luna yelled. Whistling is heard from above. The 2 form a shield which everypony nearby got onto. Whistling is heard from above.
BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF!
The bombs dropped by the Soviet bombers in the air puts a crack in the shield.
"My little ponies, head for the exit and then run!" Celestia and Luna trots, everypony in the shield following them. More whistling is heard and they all began to pick up their pace.
BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF!
A Soviet bomber dropped their load of bombs. The shield takes more damage, with small cracks now all over the shield, but they are near the entrance. However, there is one problem, it's blocked off by rubble. Celestia and Luna drops their shield to teleport everypony, but the remaining parts of a nearby wall that belonged to a house came crashing down. It catches the 2 royal alicorn off guard and the wall falls onto them. Celestia and Luna are injured, their magic now hindered. But they are just able to teleport the group they could protect past the rubble, and that's what they do.
But a unicorn stallion teleports back and tries freeing Celestia and Luna from the rubble on top of them. But the unicorn is struggling, trying in nothing but vain. Even when using his magic and forehooves at the same time, the wall is far too heavy for him to lift.
"Shining... *cough* run..." Luna coughed out.
"No! It's my duty-"
"This is an order *cough* Shining Armour... *cough*... run... and find *cough* Twilight... *cough*... no matter... *cough*... how hard it'll be *cough*... Stalin must be stopped *cough*..." Celestia looks at the white unicorn stallion before her head drops down and her eyes closed. Luna's head drops and her eyes closed too. Shining Armour wept, but follows his given orders.

Coco Pommel is running amongst a crowd of ponies trying to find an available air raid shelter. In the background they hear whistling noises that are followed by series of explosions. Everypony is screaming for their lives while ever more anarchy ensued around them. Several planes are dropping bombs from above and judging by the red stars with the white outline on the body as well as wings, they indicate the bombers are indeed Soviet bombers. Manehattan's buildings began collapsing down, their last moments before they're just mere chunks of rubble. Many unfortunate ponies get crushed underneath the falling weight of rubble, blood spitting outwards from underneath of the fallen rubble.
"Oh no oh no no NO NO NO NO NOOO!" Coco Pommel screams and cries upon hearing much closer whistling noises from above. Everypony trots faster in hope they get out the way.
BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF BOOMF! BOOMF! BOOMF BOOMF!
Several explosions occur around Coco Pommel and luckily doesn't get caught by the blast. But what she saw will remain in her head for however long she's got left.
Several ponies at once ceased to live, ripped apart by shrapnel, their insides and blood fly in the direction of the bomb's shockwaves. Ponies are left sliced in half by shrapnel while still alive or at least completely mauled, on fire or a combination of all 3 roads to an agonizingly excruciating death. Blood and flesh is everywhere. Everypony that got to live without getting caught in the explosion continues running for their lives.
Buildings continue falling around everypony, crushing the unfortunate into just pools of blood all around. Some may consider that fate fortunate as they got to at least have an instant death unlike other unfortunate ponies.
Coco Pommel sees an air raid shelter still open and darts to the steel-iron door, with a sign saying 'No pets allowed' above it. It is a cube-shaped structure made of bricks, which through the door there's a ladder that goes down into the shelter itself. Coco Pommel takes up the last space. The pony in charge of the shelter is a tan-coloured earth pony with a brown mane and tail. The stallion closes the door and locks it, who he and Coco Pommel now climbs down the ladder.
"LET ME IN, LET ME IN- Ponies scream from outside the shelter. More explosions occur which sound much quieter. After that, the screaming outside stops. The stallion in charge felt a strong gut-feeling of guilt, but the air raid shelter is full as it is.
Down in the air raid shelter, it is crowded, but has just about enough space for everypony to lay down in designated sleeping bags. Everypony is given a ration of bread, apples and water.
The shelter is made of sturdy German iron in a semi-circle formation. There's a line of lights in the middle at the top of the ceiling. At the end of the big shelter tunnel is a curtain with a bed of hay that reeks of the horrible smell of pony waste. Luckily there are some unicorns in the shelter who teleports the waste to somewhere that's outside the shelter.
There are also some ponies who tried singing to lighten everypony's mood, but the bombs being dropped by Soviet bombers as well as screaming ponies from outside overshadows any singing. The ground shakes as Soviet bombers continue pummelling the city, and ponies both grown ups and fillies continue being killed in the air raid.
