Electric Meeting of the Fighting Beauty and Beast
The scene shows a large TV screen playing a footage of the fight between Raoh and Colonel Silent and shows Silent being killed by Raoh in the end with the boy's back turned against him.
"Hmm, he is certainly like a blooming wildflower." A man with an elegant voice commented.
"Ha! Sure, he's big, Vega, but more like a squash flower by my punch." A deep loud man mocked.
"If you wish to be killed by the boy's simple touch to the forehead, then go right ahead, Balrog." Vega shrugged.
"What did you say?" Balrog angered.
Vega is a tall, strikingly handsome young man with long blonde hair that is braided into a ponytail and blue eyes. He also has a purple snake tattoo on his chest as seen from the open white shirt while wearing a blue matador pants and red waist sash, his footwear is white and black shoes.
Balrog is a tall, heavily built and very muscular African American boxer with brown eyes and small black hair. He wears red boxing gloves with black outline and gold star designs, a blue openly hooded robe with yellow outlines and ripped sleeves; on the back it has the design of "Crazy Buffalo" in a black round sign, a large golden crown with clouds and several red stars, and red shoes.
"This boy has great strength; he not only held his own against the Colonel but also defeated him with a deadly technique." Vega pointed out that Balrog could be defeated by Raoh.
"So what? The military guy was a welp for finishing him off sooner." Balrog insulted Colonel's way of fighting.
"Now with him dead, we don't go anymore little brats to brainwash them into Shadaloo soldiers." Balrog mentioned angry.
"Be it as it may, that little operation won't stop us from completing the ultimate plan we'll unleash to the world soon." A man said walking up to Vega and Balrog.
"Ah, taking interesting in the boy as well, F.A.N.G?" Vega asked.
F.A.N.G is a very thin and tall man with a medium length black hair tied in low ponytail and a thin goatee who wears a loose, purple Chinese changpao with a Chinese character on the front black Chinese capris with matching Chinese toe shoes and red long socks. He also wears a pair of small, black, circular shades and a large black hat with red linings.
"I'll admit seeing this boy display such deadly, yet graceful techniques make me curious of what his fighting style is, but his strength of nothing that impressive if he was able to beat Silent. The fool soldier clearly underestimated him because he was just a child and that got him killed, and as I said the women children operation won't hurt us in the slightest." F.A.N.G. explained.
"Just like with Spade, those two were unsightly flowers as the purpose they were to serve being stepped on for us." Vega said as always, he only care about his own beauty and few other things he might be interest while the rest are ugly to him.
"Exactly, those fools made their uses while we continue on to make the world suited for Bison!" F.A.N.G. smirked and looks back at the paused footage of Raoh.
"But just to be sure, let's keep an eye on that boy and if he gets in the way of Shadaloo again… kill him." F.A.N.G. ordered and walks away.
"Uh, that kid won't hear the full countdown when I'm done with him." Balrog punched the screen breaking the TV which immediately turns it off.
(With Raoh and Menat in Brazil)
Raoh and Menat are seen walking through a lively street in a town of Brazil passing by some people and little food stances.
"Let see if there are any strong fighters here for me." Raoh said.
"Come on, Raoh, why don't you take a little break. You just fought that Silent guy just two days ago, you need some rest." Menat suggested.
"Maybe so, but I have to keep on getting stronger if I'm ever going to face against the man who killed my master." Raoh remembered the self-promise to fight Akuma against someday to avenge his master and for himself.
Then Raoh's stomach growls loud causing his cheeks to turn red and Menat giggles.
"I think your stomach agrees with me." Menat said.
"Fine." Raoh sighed in defeat.
Raoh and Menat soon went to a food stance selling some chicabob with one of the tastiest meats in Brazil along with slices of onions, tomatoes, and pepper. They also brought some fruits and bottles of water to go along with their lunch as Brazil is known for having the freshest fruits in the whole world.
"Hey, stop that thief!" A man shouted getting the two's attention.
They see a man riding a small scooter steering it with the handle on one hand while carrying a green purse with the other hand, Raoh simply grab the man off the scooter as it droves off until it crashes into a fence and lay down sideway as the wheels keep spinning.
"Hey, what the fuck just" The purse stealer didn't finish his sentence as Raoh press a fatal point on the neck and went asleep.
"So desperate of wanting money, they steal purses. What an idiot." Raoh insulted and drop him to the ground.
"I believe we should return this purse to the owner; she shouldn't be too far from here since we heard a man shouting about this thief." Menat stated picking up the purse.
"As long as it doesn't get in the way of my training, I don't mind." Raoh said and finishes his three chicabobs and drinking his water bottle.
"Well then, we'll just wait here for the owner to come here." Menat said, then shock when Raoh just took the purse from her.
"No thanks, it's better if we meet her halfway." Raoh walked in the direction the purse thief came from, probably thinking the owner is over there too.
"Hey! Just where do you think you're going!" A woman's voice shouted from behind.
Raoh and Menat turn around to see the woman who jumps high into the air doing a double front roll spin and lands on her feet in a heroic way.
"I heard the commotion about a purse thief and I just caught the guy red-handed!" The woman pointed at Raoh who is still holding the purse.
"I hope you're ready for an electric beating from the one and only Laura Matsuda, Successor of the Amazing, World-Class Brazil Martial Art Style: Matsuda Jiu-Jitsu!" Laura introduced herself dramatically as she strikes a sexy pose.
Laura has long black hair, the right side being worn loose and the left side starting as cornrow braids before blending with the rest at the back. She has light brown eyes, and a buxom figure. She wears a bright green sleeveless martial arts gi with yellow linings and a tie at the center, matching bright green martial arts pants with yellow linings with a black belt to her waist, it has black and yellow linings and at the center resembles a bright green thong and black shin guards underneath her pants over bare feet. She also wears several bracelets in different colors. The color scheme of her outfit matches the Brazilian flag. Breasts sizes: EE-cup.
"Hmm, she looks strong." Raoh commented.
"And she thinks you're the purse thief." Menat pointed out.
"Oh, right." Raoh realized and look back at Laura.
"Look lady, you got it all wrong. I already stop the purse thief and was about to return this to the woman who owns it." Raoh explained.
"Yeah right, how do I know you didn't just knocked out an innocent bystander to make it look like he's the purse thief?" Laura asked finding this guy suspicious.
"Please listen, he is telling the truth because I saw this him stop the thief right over there." Menat pointed at the unconscious thief behind Laura.
"Hmm, is that right… but I'm still not convince. Hope about you prove your innocent by beating me in a fight." Laura offered.
"So, a trail by combat." Raoh figured.
"That's right, for me there is nothing better than getting to know people than through a good old fight and I've been feeling pretty boring at my dojo. So, how about it?" Laura asked with a and gesture to bring it on.
"I accept your challenge." Raoh smirked.
"Well, at least Raoh found someone to fight like he wanted." Menat sighed smiling.
"Menat, hold this and if the owner comes for it, just give it to her." Raoh threw the purse to his fortune-telling girlfriend as she caught it.
"Just try not to go overboard." Menat said as she steps back.
(Music: I Wanna Go, Britney Spears)
"Okay, prepare to be dazzle by my moves!" Laura excited as she gets into her fighting stance.
"Come, if you dare!" Raoh taunted in his fighting stance.
Raoh and Laura stare at each other fiercely for a moment until green gi wearing woman made the first move by charging and going for a dash elbow strike which Raoh responses by clashing his fist against hers and push her back a couple of feet.
"Whoa, that punch of yours is strong!" Laura complimented on her opponent's strength as she shakes her elbow.
"You're about to feel them more." Raoh dashed throwing a punch at Laura who blocks it.
Laura manages to push the punch aside throwing a few punches of her own as they were block by Raoh's arms and he threw an uppercut which Laura quickly back dash dodge it only feeling a slight air pressure touching her chin. She crunches down a little and electric sparks emit around her right foot then charges performing her Volty Line attack that Raoh quickly block with both arms and push her away, then he does a swipe kick to knock her off balance but Laura jumps and elbow slam on the shoulder. But Laura became surprise when Raoh didn't go down from the attack, but instead he pushes himself up that knock her away and he blitzes right in front of her just as her feet were about to touch the ground.
"Kiriki Soushi (Joint Dual Palms)" Raoh thrusted his clapped hands forward striking at Laura on the stomach and send her flying several feet away.
"Wow, I really felt that, and it was awesome!" Laura cheered.
"Despite being knocked down, this Laura enjoys the thrill of the battle not for selfish reasons at all, but for the enjoyment of meeting new people and improving herself." Menat said happy.
"Alright, what else do you got?" Laura asked.
"How about this?" Raoh jumped high into the air and above Laura's head as his red aura forms around him.
"Hokuto Koku Ten Satsu (Black Heaven Kill)" Raoh dived straight down with a foot out front to stomp his opponent.
Laura quickly jump out of the way for Raoh's foot to hit the ground instead which causes cracks to be form under the Hokuto young man.
"Whoa, that could've made my head into a pancake!" Laura surprised.
"Your body will be feeling like pancakes when I'm through with you." Raoh proclaimed as he charges at her with a punch ready.
However, this time Laura didn't attempt to dodge the punch as her quick reaction helps her to rotate herself around to let the punch pass her and elbow strike Raoh on the chest using her Bolt Charge then quickly grab his left arm.
"Rodeo Break" Laura swinged herself over Raoh and scissors her legs around the trapped arm and uses her own body weight to bring the opponent down which also hyperextending his shoulder joint and elbow. She also shocked him with her Ki electricity.
During this attack, Raoh had to be forced to feel Laura's butt press against his face making him blush for a second and he quickly compose himself back into the fight.
Raoh roars like a beast and got back up with Laura still holding his arm and sling her off as she lands on the ground, the Fist of the North Star used his left hand to pull on the right arm snapping it back into place with flinching any pain.
"Your really tough to do something like that on your own. I think I'm starting to like you." Laura laughed joyfully as she emits electric current auras on her hands and feet.
"If you think that was cool, then you haven't seen anything." Raoh smirked.
Raoh and Laura charges at each other throwing some punches and a few kicks at each other though the Brazil sexy fighter is more on the defense against Raoh's stronger offense, Laura quick dash-blitz to electric-elbow strike but Raoh was able to counter it with his own elbow strike though she was able to land a kick to the stomach. Raoh was only push back a few inches and he reel his fist back to throw a mighty punch at the green-dressed gi woman, but she quickly catches the arm and twirl herself and her opponent for the Seoi throw. Laura jumps a little and went down to axe-kick him on the chest, but his Musō Insatsu has his right hand catch the foot and toss her forward.
Raoh quickly got back up and ran toward his opponent with an aura charged fist ready to strike as Laura seem to be doing something putting both her hands behind her head.
"(Just within range.)" Laura thought smirked.
"Thunder Clap" Laura fired an electric projectile though its slow, but the attack is going toward Raoh.
Raoh didn't stop running nor move out of the way because he punch right through the electric attack much to Laura's shock and felt the full force of his punch sending her flying and crashes into a food stance.
"What's wrong, is that all the power of this great Matsuda Jiu-Jitsu you bragged so much about?" Raoh taunted.
"Are you kidding? This is the best fight I have ever felt in my life!" Laura cheered as she jumps on her feet and swallow the grape that was in her mouth as she runs toward Raoh.
Raoh waited for her to come close to do a left hook on the head, but she was able to block that and spins around with her two hands in electric aura.
"Double Slap" Laura electric slapped Raoh away a few feet.
Raoh grabs her arm and lifts her in the air then slams her to the other side on the ground causing her to gasp of air, he threw his fist down to knock her out-cold but Laura was able to flip herself forward to dodge it.

The two fighters look at each other for a moment, smiling at each other having the same thoughts of how much fun this fight is and feeling the strength of their feelings from the clash of their fists too.
Raoh and Laura let out a battle cry as they charge at each other for another clash.
"You two, stop fighting now!" A voice called out.
Suddenly out of nowhere, a round-shape object fell right between Raoh and Laura revealing himself to some kinda of person as he hold out his hands catching their fists from colliding into each other while shocking them with his own electricity though neither of them are fazed and they go.
"Who the heck are you?" Raoh asked.
"No way! You're the Green Electric Beast who fought in that world fighting tournament, Blanka!" Laura recognized squealing a little.
"That answers my question." Raoh said.
Blanka is a muscular man with strangely bright green skin color and has long and wild vivid orange hair as there are also orange hair on his limbs and chest too. The only form of clothing he appears to be wearing is the brown shorts.
"I'm here to stop the misunderstanding for my mama's purse." Blanka gestured to where his mother is with Menat thanking her for getting her purse back.
"I see, glad to see she got it back." Raoh said.
"And there's no need to worry, I can already see this guy is no thief. I just wanted to see how strong he is and be friends." Laura explained.
"That's good to hear." Blanka nodded.
"Would you like to come to our home for dinner, it's the least I can do for stopping the thief." Blanka's mom offered.
"Please come, Mama's cooking is the best in the world!" Blanka smiled.
"I wouldn't want to waste any of your time or food you have for yourselves." Raoh stated.
"Don't worry, truth is that I accidently brought too many foods for even Jimmy to eat all by himself." Blanka's mom explained.
"Then I guess we'll be eating dinner at your place." Menat said.
"Mind if I come too, I can bring my little brother to join." Laura volunteered.
"Of course, the more the merrier." Blanka's mom nodded as Laura gets excited to hanging out with the famous Blanka and two new friends to boot.

Raoh and Menat have arrive in Brazil to see if there are any fighters worth Raoh's attention, then that fighter came known as Laura Matsuda who thought he was a purse thief until she realize that he is a good guy throughout their fight and Blanka came into the picture as well. New bonds of friendship are formed in the most shocking way possible as Raoh and Menat are about to enjoy a home cook meal.
