"Kurikaramaru!"
Miko did not even flinch as the fiery boot dug deeper into her stomach and the heat rose to a degree that she surely would be burned, but her arm struck faster before the gigantic man could do anymore and she stabbed her sword through the leg he was holding her down with, splattering blood everywhere.
"Know your place, little girl!" Endeavor glared down at the impertinent child, beginning to reach down to grab her when something strange happened. The flames raging brightly from his body slowly began to disappear until he was completely clear from the fire he was known for, 'What... happened?!'
"Miko-chan!" Hawks ignored the blood splatter on his cheek as Miko ripped her blade from Endeavor's leg and his mind went into overtime. He looked upwards, seeing the audience murmuring and gasping and he immediately feared for the worst.
So he took a risky chance.
"And that's the No. 1 Hero for you, folks!" Hawks said cheerfully, picking up the discarded microphone, "Did you like our little show?" He walked over to Endeavor, who was stiff as a board, yet still had Miko under his boot, "I hid my cute little sidekick in the audience and ordered her to attack Endeavor-san to really see if he was up to the challenge," He patted Endeavor's shoulder, "I dare say he passed the test!"
His risk worked as the majority of the audience cheered, though some of the Heroes looked a bit skeptical.
"Please let Miko-chan up," Hawks lowered the microphone, "I'll explain later." He pleaded, flinching slightly at the deadly glare he received in return, but sighed when Endeavor stepped away from the girl.
"Pitiful Oni," Miko huffed, tightening her grip on Kurikaramaru, ignoring Hawks when he practically manhandled her up to his side in order to scowl at Endeavor, "Where are your flames now?"
Endeavor grabbed Hawks by his jacket, roughly pulling him offstage and inadvertently, dragging Miko with him as she was still under Hawks' arm.
All of the other Heroes onstage were rather speechless until Mirko finally broke the silence and smirked while brushing her white hair over her shoulder.
"I like those two."

"What did you do?"
Miko looked away carelessly, ignoring Endeavor's demanding question as he stood tall and intimidatingly in front of her seated form, "You burned me," She looked at the wall, "So I stabbed you." She simply shrugged.
"Ah, let me look, Miko-chan!" Hawks tried to take a look at Miko's stomach and Endeavor let out a noise of disgust at the so-called No. 2 Hero, who was oh so casually undressing a teenage girl.
"Fine," Miko shrunk down in her seat, "I'm fine." She drew her knees up to her chest so Hawks so longer had access to her stomach.
"If you say so," Hawks did not want to push the girl and let out a noise of surprise when Endeavor grabbed him by the collar of his jacket, "H-how can I help you, Endeavor-san?"
"What is your little sidekick's Quirk?" Endeavor's growled into Hawks' face, "Is it a nullifying Quirk? As you can clearly see, my flames are gone."
"Uh," Hawks rubbed his cheek, "Well, to be honest, I actually don't know," He smiled nervously, receiving a look of disbelief from Endeavor, "Miko-chan is a complete mystery who was given to me by the HPSC."
Endeavor roughly pushed Hawks away from him, "How is that even possible?" He closed his eyes in his irritation, turning back to Miko, "Girl, when will my flames return?"
"Why should I tell you, Oni?" Miko dulled eyes darkened, "You got in my way." She simply said and rested her head on her knees and thought. The Tengu was helpful and she respected and liked him, but the Oni...
He had ruined her chance to kill that woman.
