"Don't touch him."

"W-what's your problem?!" The schoolgirl shrieked, her cheeks turning red with fear and embarrassment, "I was just taking a picture! It's not like Hawks belongs to you!"

Miko opened her mouth to argue, but stopped at the last second, looking a bit dazed, 'Pack, pack, pack. Pack is everything,' Her thoughts raced, 'He doesn't treat me like a machine. Is he not pack?' She began to hyperventilate, 'There were no Tengu before. Not pack? Not pack? Not pa–?'

"I'm so sorry about that," Hawks grabbed her shoulder, instantly shutting down her chaotic thoughts, "Miko is a little new at this. She's just a little overprotective is all. Can you please forgive her?" Hawks gave the schoolgirl a charming smile that had her face red for whole other reasons and she nodded with hearts in her eyes.

Hawks glanced over, holding in his chuckle when he noticed that Endeavor was completely failing at greeting a fan of his, "C'mon, Miko-chan, let's get that oden of yours." He swept her to his side and lowered a wing around her and walked smoothly away from the group of his fans.

About thirty minutes later, the trio was sitting at the top floor of a building with their food in front of them with Endeavor staring at Hawks rather intently and Miko peering down at her bowl of rice.

The blue-eyed girl reached out as Hawks talked something about Endeavor's son and someone named Tsukuyomi, dipping her hand into the bowl of rice and shoving a handful into her mouth.

"Do you know no manners, girl?" Endeavor broke off the conversation with Hawks, glaring at Miko with obvious disdain, "You have been provided with utensils. Use them." He ordered.

Miko stared back dully, "I did not have 'utensils' back then," She looked back down at her rice, "What is the problem?" She asked.

"Are you a dog?" Endeavor snapped, causing Miko to tense and then shiver. Hawks rubbed her shoulder and gave Endeavor a piercing stare and the large man closed his eyes, "What did the HPSC do to you?"

"Not now!" Hawks warned as one of his feathers rubbed gently across Miko's cheek, "She's obviously traumatized by something they did and this is the way you're going about it?!" The blond let out breath when Endeavor looked away, "We're here to talk about the Nomus. Let Miko-chan eat what ever way she wants for now."

Miko stood up and walked to the window, staring down as Hawks looked at her with concern, "You okay, Miko-chan?" He asked and simply received a silent nod as she stood there, "Well, if you say so..." He pouted a bit, keeping his feather against her cheek as he turned back to Endeavor, "So, about these rumours–"

Blue eyes gazed out the window as her hand reached up to touch the glass, 'I don't... know?' She tilted her head, 'A Nue?' Slowly, her hand began to glow pink, 'It feels... all over the place. Like different things fused into one. A Nue is the closest feel to it.'

The window barely glowed pink, but she knew Hawks' eyes would see it and she sighed, 'And then he will keep asking if this is that Quirk thing he keeps talking about.'

Strangely, it was Endeavor who looked up first, though it appeared he did not see the glow at all. Hawks narrowed his golden eyes, standing up, "Miko-chan, what is that light?"

"Light? We don't have time to be worried about any light!" Endeavor growled just as a black creature flew at high velocity towards them. He tensed, his flames growing, but stepped back when the creature crashed into the window, unable to break in, "What the hell?!"

"Not a Nue," Miko watched it as it reared back and she pressed her hand against the window again, glowing much stronger this time, "I dislike staining Kurikaramaru with the blood of such a lowly creature."

"Miko-chan, what are you doing?" Hawks looked on in disbelief as the window glowed bright and the Nomu tried to tackle it again, only to shriek in pain as it burned on contact with the pink light, "Is that your Quirk?"

"Hawks, evacuate the building," Endeavor ordered, "We need to capture this thing alive. Girl, you're with me." He ignored the complete snub Miko gave him.

It was time to show them the strongest.
