Chapter 13 - Spirit Spaces

Bulma and I were nerding out, we had Ado's Attack Ball in several pieces as we dug into the navigational computers. It turns out that after the Frieza Force fell, his little evil minions have taken different parts of his empire as their own. Tarble and Gure's home world, the now named 'Akuha' according to this nav computer, was one of 6 planets that Ado and Cado have been more or less ruling over.

Essentially they were extracting resources and using people as training dummies. Some people...

Oh, it turns out that Akuha is a few Galaxies away, a three-month journey by Attack Ball.

My ship is faster than an Attack Ball, but just looking at these things makes me shake my head in disbelief, "So much technology in such a small package, these things really are amazing."

"And here you are making a ship at...how long was it?" Bulma asked.

I quietly shook my head, "Uh, like 132 meters or something."

"Haha, or something...Never change there kiddo."

"You got it..." I then took advantage of being close friends with the smartest human alive and asked her for some advice. "What do you think about me taking over the Frieza Force?"

"WHAT?"

"I'm just kidding! Relax! Seriously, though, what do you think I should do with those red and blue dudes?" I asked. I really was kidding."

"You are going to give me a heart attack Chiyo...and the scary part is that I bet you could do it couldn't you?"

"In about 3 years, yeah I could if I ignored all of the serious threats. What is left of Frieza's Empire hopefully doesn't involve any more Arcosians though..." I said, having done the math.

This was when Bulma put her stuff down and actually stared at me.

"What?"

She then seemed to search my face, trying to gather anything she could from my expression before speaking, "And I thought I was scary."

"I mean you are."

She smirked, "True enough there..." She thought for a second, "Three years?"

I nodded, "Mhm."

"How?"

"Well, less than 24 strongholds, capitals, forts, or space stations under the remnants of the Frieza Force remains...Each of these hubs is the center for galaxies worth of worlds. I mean Frieza had some absurd number of galaxies under his control. After we stole the data and assumed his forces are on the decline, then yeah about 2 years of travel and a year to secure my rule," I described what I had learned from my interrogation and the data drop of information I had received earlier.

"Among those different places, there are a few larger stations or bases. Serving as overseers to a few galactic clusters makes it easy to claim a lot of territories quickly, but I would need time to undo all of Frieza's work and actually implement my control."

"Are you going to?"

"No, they do have a single outpost in our galaxy, but I think it's inactive. I can swing by there before I go speak to our Milky Way Government, but I doubt it will be a problem."

"Well, good luck with all of that kiddo, let me know if you need help."

"Hmmm, you could design a dragon ball scanner that can detect things on a universal scale," I said ominously.

She narrowed her eyes at me, "Why would I do that?"

I shrugged nonchalantly, "Hey, Bulma, why don't you ever learn how to use Ki?"

She sighed, "I'm no martial artist."

"You don't need to be, you can be a mentalist, and learn telekinesis. Ki-based telekinesis isn't that great compared to psionic or something, but if you took the time to master it..." I trailed off with a shrug.

"I wouldn't even know where to begin, and it seems like a waste of time trying to learn it."

I smirked evilly, "Bulma, you realize that cycling Ki through our heads lets us process things at hyper speeds. Gohan reads through books in minutes, full-length textbooks. I have seen him do it."

She just raised her eyebrow at me.

"And I happen to have a little technique that enables me to... well show you how to do it," I said carefully.

"Alright, say I agree, then what?"

"Well, I open my mind to you and show you how it feels to access your Ki. I will be here to give you energy and support. Plus, it will make you tougher!"

She still looked skeptical and looked off into the distance.

I stared at her, really getting to know her face. It was really strange being friends with someone as legendary as Bulma Briefs. She is as much of a genius with technology as my dad is with fighting. I am lucky to even be acquainted with her.

She looked over at me, sensing my gaze and she raised an eyebrow, "What?"

I laughed lightly, "Nothing, but just imagine how great of a time you will have in bed if you can tackle Vegeta and bite him or something."

"Bite him?" She looked amused.

I shrugged, "Well, have you tried?"

She just shook her head, "He is like solid steel, there is no way..."

"If I can't do it in an hour, then don't worry about it, okay?" I asked.

"Fine, do we just make eye contact?"

I blinked and looked into her eyes, extending my bridge of Ki. Enabling her consciousness to view my emotions and feelings on how I access my latent energy. She relaxed as she accepted the embrace, and I felt her vast mind analyze everything. I could almost feel the heat of her processing power as she connected to me.

I felt the option to enter her Spirit Space or bring us both into mine. Instead, I just brought up the feeling of my energy. I moved it about and around. The second she became aware of the extra sensation of manipulating Ki I could feel her focus on it.

It was like she just discovered a new direction to look, a new food to taste, another world to access the moment she felt my energy.

Together as one, we turned around and I showed her that she also had her own energy, sending what my Ki Sensing ability feels like. It was almost like explaining a concept instead of sharing raw data and her mind appreciated it.

I could almost feel a spiritual hand reach out and touch her own energy.

"That's it! Now pull it forth, just like this."

I wasted no time bringing my energy forward and into my hands. My Spirit Control enables me to condense it easily.

Bulma concentrated, her will felt unstoppable. Slowly, the Ki within her started to wobble. Like jello that never knew it could move, she finally wobbled it enough that she could start pushing and pulling.

The Ki began to spill through her spiritual form and I watched in shock as Bulma learned how to use her Ki in less than an hour.

"Well, I guess that wasn't so bad with you helping Chiyo!" Bulma thank me.

"I told you, now you can practice just bringing it through your mind and body, especially when working on something like this," I gestured to the Attack Balls. "Seriously, Bulma, I don't think you understand just yet, but by just accessing Ki, you are one of the strongest humans alive."

She sort of scoffed with disbelief, "You are crazy Chiyo...but thank you."

I had talked to both my Dad and Gohan, Trunks and Goten and I was finally ready to speak with Vegeta. I had plans and I wasn't going to do this without asking him. He was in his Gravity Chamber back at Capsule Corp and I opened the door and stepped in.

He didn't say anything just waited.

"We should make Tarble a Super Saiyan God."

He looked at me like I was crazy, "Once again just handing out power?"

"I know you can feel the peaceful aspect of Divine Ki, it would be perfect for him to protect his family. He could put those weak brothers under his command and do so easily," I said.

He didn't answer.

"He is a good person, he won't go tearing through planets or anything...and he's your family."

Vegeta stared off once again, it was like basic communication was difficult for him, "Tomorrow then, but you have to get him to agree. I won't be seen handing out power."

I didn't want to point out that that is the basis for the Saiyan Ascension Ritual, literally giving your power to another, but a win is a win.

The ritual for Tarble wasn't bad, but I made one slight adjustment: I stayed out of the ritual, just Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Goten, and my Dad were needed, while I escorted Ado and Cado to watch.

I made a point of letting them see the difference in power, regardless of what they did. They were already terrified of me so it was just easy to intimidate them.

"Tell me, are you two of a long-lived species?" I asked them.

They looked at each other dejectedly, Ado the blue spoke up, "Well, we live as long as our sibling does...until finding another mated pair, where we can also bond with them."

Cado scoffed, "Like that will happen."

I raised an eyebrow, "Hard to find mates?"

Cado just frowned and looked away.

"There aren't any left," Ado said. "He killed our partners...we are all that's left."

"Frieza?" I asked.

They nodded.

I suspected that was part of the reason they were bullying Tarble, they both lost their home worlds to the tyrant. It's just the power levels of our species put us on different levels. Their bullying included harassing the populations of multiple planets.

Golden clouds split the ski and Divine Ki smashed down into the group of Saiyans. Tarble rose into the air and was completely covered in a divine red glow.

I turned to the brothers who stared up in shock as Tarble became a god, "He is now realms of power beyond both of you combined."

Their gazes, wide with fear, turned towards me as if I was about to attack them. I smiled aggressively at them, "You are both powerful, but you fight for shit reasons. It's time to grow up and start living up to your true potential. Frieza is gone, and not coming back. I am making sure of it."

I stared at them and they almost relaxed a hair. Ado found his nerve and spoke, "You are making sure he doesn't come back?"

I nodded, "I am a seer, in two and a half years or so, one named Sorbet will try to resurrect him. It is a simple thing to stop, but I am taking precautions regardless."

I turned and watched Tarble float down, marveling at the feeling of being larger than he had been before, not physically, but spiritually. It is part of using Divine Ki in general.

I turned back to the brothers, "Are you ready to move forward? Are you ready to become a force for good?"

They both gulped and looked at each other, they nodded.

I flashed from my spot, disappearing from their senses, and used Instant Transmission to get them back to their Cells.

"Whoa!""Ack!" They said as they landed on their butts.

"You have one year to prove that you are worthy, and if you are then I will make sure your efforts are rewarded. Is this acceptable?"

I made eye contact with each one and they agreed.

"Okay, then. Stay here for a while and we will make sure you leave when Tarble and Gure are ready. I will see you again in one year. Alright?"

They nodded again and I disappeared.

One way or another, these two will help us make this universe a better place, a stronger one. I don't like threatening people, but if they turn around and become better I will bring back their lost mates.

My office door was open and Piccolo walked in, "Hey, Chiyo, you ready?"

"I am, let's sit over here," I had a small sitting area that I gestured to.

Piccolo, Tien, and I had a lot of meetings before the rest of the Z Guardians show up. We discussed all sorts of things, especially for this first week of our operations. I had described what my wish to access Spirit Spaces meant, and how I thought it could be applied to everyone here. He was confused as to why he was having difficulty accessing his unlocked power, but I offered to help either way.

I was glad to know that he recognized the difference between accessing and unlocking. After I described my wish and how it might be able to help, he agreed to try it out.

"So what do I need to do?" Piccolo asked, after sitting down.

I always forget how huge he is at seven and a half feet, "It shouldn't be too hard, as long as you accept when we connect our minds then I should be able to enter your spirit space."

He just nodded.

"Alright, look me in the eyes," I said, and we made eye contact.

I sent my Ki through the visual connection between soul windows and I felt the option to enter the Spirit Space, which I took.

It felt like sending my consciousness into a doorway and I felt my eyes open on a world that looked like Namek.

Four beings stood watching us.

Unlike mine, which looked like a lineup of people in space, each of the four directions we could look at seemed to represent the different sources, each quadrant had different colors and features.

Next to me was a projection of Piccolo's mind and he looked around in wonder.

"Alright, what do we have here?" I asked rhetorically.

"This is my...Spirit Space?" Piccolo asked.

"Yes, it looks like you have four aspects that have been unlocked, four parts of you."

"Four parts?"

I nodded, "Yeah, look." I gestured to one of the four, "That is a Shenron blessing, but it also represents your connection to Dende."

The first being that I nodded to looked like Dende holding a snow globe with Shenron in it.

I looked at the next, a visage of malevolent energy resembling Piccolo, I pointed at it, "The Demon King."

Piccolo seemed to be in shock as he looked at the four aspects of himself, so I just continued.

The next was without a doubt Kami, "The God, Kami."

And the last, it looked like the Namekian named Nail, "And the warrior."

"What do they mean?" Piccolo asked, his angry visage showing surprise and concentration.

"Hmm, well I can tell you from my own experience that all of them seem...' active' for a lack of a better term, it's almost like..." I trailed off as I thought about it.

It was like he was all here but not together.

"It's like you are accepting each part individually, but not as a whole."

He finally looked over at me, "As what?"

"It's like you have accepted all of these different parts of yourself, with Shenron's help they are fully activated and unlocked."

"But?" He prompted.

I nodded, "But you haven't accepted who YOU are as a whole. Like they are parts of you individually, but together they form something that you haven't discovered yet, something that combines The Warrior, The God, The Dragon, and the Demon King together. You just need to figure that out."

He stood still for a minute and thought about it, I let the silence hang as he worked through things before speaking.

"The four sides together...that makes me up entirely?" He asked under his breath. My exceptional hearing was able to pick it up though.

"Yeah, maybe find a symbol or something that represents the whole of your being and apply that to yourself and power," I said. My mind immediately went to the symbol of Namekian Pride, the great Ajisa Tree connected to the circle of Shenron encompassing it. That was his symbol, but it wasn't for me to tell him, he had to find it on his own.

"I will leave you to it, Piccolo. You should have it from here."

He nodded distractedly, before looking at me, "Thank you, Chiyo."

I smiled, "Anything for someone who my brother cares about so much."

He actually blushed, I knew Gohan will always hold a place in his heart and I absolutely loved that.

Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu were next in my office, Piccolo having just left.

"Hey Director, how's it going?"

I raised an eyebrow at him, "Good, how are you Tien, Chiaotzu?"

He just nodded and Chiaotzu waved, "Heya Chiyo!"

I smiled at the floating guy, "How are you?"

"We're doing swell!" Chiaotzu said with a smile.

"Swell?" I asked with a laugh.

Tien piped up with a laugh, "Well, we are also interested in what you meant."

"The difference between accessing and unlocking potential?"

"Yeah, and that Spirit Space stuff!" Chiatozu added.

I nodded, "Right, let's try Tien first, I am not sure how to bring you in also, Chiaotzu. I don't mind helping you after, though."

"Are you ready Tien?"

He nodded and we made eye contact, I felt the draw into his Spirit Space, and in we both went.

His Spirit Space was WAYYYYY different.

There was a Triclops standing, a massive form towering above us like a Celestial entity. Looking up, he was bigger than my nearly 100-meter-tall great ape form. It had four arms.

They went off in different directions and two were held out, two were encircling something near the giant Triclops's chest.

"What is this?!" Tien said as he staggered next to me.

I realized that physicality was an aspect of will in this realm, but I helped steady him anyways, "This is your Spirit Space, Tien. Look-" I pointed down at the three glowing points. There were objects and I realized that they were also in order of importance.

I also realized that we were standing on a hand from another arm of the giant triclops and all around us were impossibly tall mountains that went down into misty depths. I shook my head and refocused as the hand began to float forward to the three glowing points.

"What are they?" Tien asked.

"The top one next to the Triclops' heart, I think that represents your Triclop's lineage," I said and focused on it. It was an unblinking eye, a third eye, but there weren't two others to make the distinction. It was just a three-dimensional glowing symbol of an eye suspended between two of the massive hands.

He just kept staring in shock. I have a feeling that this will be a common feeling for people accessing their Spirit Spaces.

I let him adjust and I focused on the next lowest symbol. This one floated above the palm and it looked almost like liquid chrome. It seemed to be a body that was going through different forms and techniques, someone looking like Tien. I recognized some of his Crane School moves and I had to wonder if this also encompassed the Mimicry ability?

Mimicry enabled him to copy Ki abilities, but I also knew that Chiaotzu could use it too. That meant that it was an ability in and of its own...right?

Looking at the last one it seemed to be a...shield?

This was interesting though, and I realized something else. The brightest of the three symbols was at the top - the glowing eye. It was so bright that it was hard to look directly at.

That was his Triclops bloodline, fully unlocked.

"Tien, how does your Mimicry ability actually work?" I asked.

"What do you mean? I have just always been able to do it...as long as I could feel how the Ki flows."

"I mean, that second icon..almost looks like a blob of changing chrome stuff. Could it be linked to your Mimicry ability?" I asked.

He looked down at it with a frown on his face, "Hmmm, maybe. I definitely feel something from it."

"Well, you should feel something from all of this Tien, it is you."

He glanced at me with a nod, "So it is."

"I can't tell you specifically what is needed for you to move forward, but I can tell you what it feels like."

"What does it feel like?"

"It feels like you are out of balance? Maybe..." I thought about it, and that was probably the best explanation.

"When I look at my own Spirit Space and I feel how it works, it's much different in visualization, but in concept, I believe that it's similar."

He just listened so I continued, "We are both half-breeds, with touches of power from species of different power thresholds. I think that it manifests in different ways for different people. For instance, what Piccolo needed to move forward is his own path of self-discovery. That isn't something that will be easy to figure out, but it is essential."

"For me, it is about understanding and acceptance...about the release of guilt. We all have our own problems but I can only help guide, not give the answers, and to me, it seems like you have to find a balance. Like, if your background as a Triclops is needed to balance your humanity? I am not sure exactly," I explained.

He just stared at the image of the massive being.

I patted his shoulder, "Let me know if you need help."

I left his Spirit Space and looked over to Chiaotzu. He was eating my desk candy like mad.

I just laughed and shook my head.

I spent a lot of time in my office, going through reports, requests, and more. I would power through all of that and then train for the second half of the day while answering calls on my wristwatch phone.

I had a few goals in my own training that included learning how to wield an Odachi. For that I turned to Tien, who had been teaching me how to strike, doing thousands of practice swings over and over again.

I also practiced with my clones and transformations. That brought me to my next bit of training - mastering my Ki Attacks.

I wanted to get really good with the lightning as it was very powerful inherently. I created a clone and sent her across the ring, before condensing a spark in my energy.

I focused on my clone that was looking at me with a hard face. It wasn't like I was fully two different people now, it was both me and not me. I had the processing power of two brains but it was still just me, not two consciousnesses. The more I thought about it, the more confusing it got.

I unleashed my lightning and it pierced through my clone with ease, destroying her in a burst of golden light. I held back a scream as I released the hold on my Ki spark.

"Director!""Chiyo!"

I heard people call, but I just focused on cycling my healing abilities.

Right...don't use lightning on anyone I care about...it is piercing and it had weight.

It was easily the most terrifying attack I had.

"I'm fine..." I said quietly. Usually, hurting my clones didn't hurt me, but I can feel that lightning piercing my aura on my clone, piercing her whole body with the weight of a train behind it. I would have to be discerning about who I used it on...

This attack was also dangerous because of its speed. It ride's the line between luminosity and pure Ki inherently, but it is also a product of the pressure on the originating spark that I contain to launch the attack. But even as fast as I can comprehend my surroundings, the lightning seems to outpace my perception.

There would be no stopping the attack once it started.

"Chiyo! That attack was incredible!" My dad said. "What made you choose lightning as a Ki attack?"

"Well, whenever enough pressure is put on Ki it sparks. It happens naturally from a higher non-divine aura, like Super Saiyan 3," He nodded at that. "I just wanted to see if I could control it is all."

The cool thing about my dad is that he is always willing to listen to me, I am so far behind him in martial fighting ability that all I can use is my creativity to catch up with pure Ki manipulation. He doesn't NEED my abilities, just the raw power to fuel his own fighting. He truly is a genius when it comes to this sort of thing.

"You know Chiyo, your Ki attacks have a really high multiplier it looks like. Higher than a Kamehameha or a Vegeta's Final Flash!" Goku said.

I arched an eyebrow, "What do you mean?"

"Gohan taught you how to do a Kamehameha, right?"

I nodded, "He did, but I never felt comfortable using it...like it wasn't meant for me."

"Well, you know the power of it isn't just the power that you put in, but also the density. That is what makes your Ki Lightning so interesting, the multiplier of the attack is much higher," He said happily.

"I see, do you have any advice on it?" I asked.

"YUP! Don't shoot it at me!"

The first month of the Z Force was fully under our belt. The entire company was slowly getting used to working with powered individuals and we were actively patrolling most of the planet for things that powered people can help with. We were waiting, with King Furry's approval, for a significantly impactful threat or problem before we fully came forward out into the public.

"Director!" Priority alerts here!" Rebecca Voss paged me while I was in a meeting with Carina.

"What do you have?" I stood and looked out onto the floor, a video screen was up on account of a hurricane impacting a coastline.

"Hurricane off the East Coast! They weren't prepared for it, and an island lost its bridge! There are thousands trapped and unprepared for this event!"

"Alright, full deployment, we need Goku, Gohan, and Me as our primary extractors! This is what we have been training for, deploy drones now! I need all the information we can get! Let's GO!" I did my job and directed it.

"Understood Ma'am!" Rebecca's voice rang through.

Yellow alert lights and assembly sirens went off, "Threat level 3, City Wide, Environmental. Z Guardians Deployment Imminent. Report to deployment zone Alpha immediately."

"Carina! You know what to do, I am off," I said and I left an Afterimage Clone so I could hear the reply, but I was long gone from the room when she said it.

"Of course, Director. This will be the perfect opportunity!" Carina said, determined.

I appeared on the deployment pad after changing, I had left a small amount of Ki in a battery here so I can use Instant Transmission to get out here fast.

Krillin, Yamcha, 17, Gohan, Videl, Goku, Vegeta, and my trainers Piccolo and Tien all showed up. They had Z Force gear on and it looked great! Our outfits didn't change, but just an addition here and there of our Z Guardian badges, featuring our 'Z' on a shield, with a different metal depending on rank.

As soon as Gohan showed up in his Golden Fighter outfit that I had designed for him a few years ago I smiled and activated my wristwatch, "Ms. Voss, send Gohan the coordinates."

"Yes, Director," I heard in reply.

"Gohan, head to the location as fast as possible as soon as you get it, Top Speed!"

"You got it, sis!" He focused on his visor and transformed into Super Saiyan and flew off at top speed. I could feel him arriving there in seconds.

I looked around and double-checked we all had our badges and communications watches on. The badges looked great, and the different metals had been a fantastic idea.

The S-Tier one my Dad and Vegeta had were made of pure Katchin. The huge block of Katchin the Supreme Kai gave us was long gone, mostly used for our ships. But I requested a few more blocks from the Old Kai in exchange for certain...magazines, and he had no problem creating a few cubes of the Ki-Metal or Katchin. I put them in Capsules and brought them back home.

The A-rank badges were the red-silver alloy that interacts with Ki, Bulma had finally named Ki-allium. I gave Bulma a hard time for it, but I still chose it to be the A-rank metal. I had my badge on my left shoulder, along with Gohan, 17, and 18 who were also in A-Rank. My badge had a Katchin star behind it, signifying that I was the Director. That was a present from Carina.

B-Rank, held Krillin and Yamcha, their badges being the mixture of Katchin and steel that Bulma and I made for our spaceship hull. The metal was a dull version of the original dark black Katchin, looking almost like normal steel.

C-Rank just had Videl for now, and her badge was iron and simple.

D-rank was for Trainees that have been accepted. Ivan and Yamu were in this category, they had nice 'Guardian in Training' Gis. It was embarrassing, but it will be worth it.

I also had special Badges for Piccolo and Tien, being Trainers and some of the most powerful on the planet. They had pure black Katchin as their badge, Z on a shield with 'MASTER TRAINER' on the bottom.

I looked at everyone and nodded happily, "Oh Vegeta, you don't have to show up for Environmental alerts, but you are welcome to join."

"Tsch, I'm going back to training then," He flew off to the S-Rank gravity chamber.

"Okay guys, we have a hurricane that is hitting land and it already took out a bridge. Our goal is to stop the hurricane and save anyone that needs it. Questions?"

"Nope, let's do this!" Videl said.

I smiled, "Right, Gohan, my Dad and I are available for any extractions or Instant Transmissions. 17, you get those shields going anywhere you need it, they also have some sort of huge Animal Sanctuary on this Island, and you will get the coordinates for that in a second."

17 looked surprised that I knew he would care more about the animals, but someone had to be there, and frankly, one of us would be overkill for this situation.

We all touched shoulders, and I used Instant Transmission to get us to Gohan. It was blasting wind like mad, and there were all sorts of debris and waves everywhere. "Dad, take care of this Hurricane!"

"On it!" His plan was to take it over with his aura, blasting wind from the eye. We would see if it worked or not.

I threw a Capsule on the open field and a swarm of drones flew out to find people. "Alright, let's get to saving, there were people on that bridge, this is our Triage camp, bring any injured to me, Dad. GO!"

Throwing another Capsule a huge emergency building popped up and its beacon went off.

We all flew off, I was already sensing distressed people and I took off.

I hate using people in distress for publicity, but I am going to save them and their families anyways. That was Carina's job, a secondary one, but we had all sorts of plans enacting behind the Guardians, but we were the first wave.

This, being an environmental emergency already would be in contact with King Furry's people, and supplies were being gathered and loaded into Capsules as we got ready.

Temporary housing, food, clean water, and medical supplies were on the way. We set up the starting point for the actual rescue teams that usually handle this stuff.

In the end, we were on the scene before most of the world could even react. My dad knocked the hurricane out with a well-placed aura burst. The wind from going to Super Saiyan Blue was enough to dissipate the storm in seconds. The wind

I healed people for hours and while some died, everything we did saved a whole bunch of people.

I ended the day feeling exhausted and proud of everyone and everything I have accomplished so far.

Tarble's return came swiftly. He and Gure had stayed with Vegeta and Bulma for the whole month and he had been training with his older brother as well.

He didn't like to fight, but that didn't mean that he shouldn't know how. The boost of power with access to Divine Ki was an entirely different realm. He immediately became one of the strongest beings in our Universe. Hell, if I am not careful, we might now be invited to the tournament at all...

That is ridiculous of course, since my dad will be the instigator.

Back to Tarble and Gure though. I had Ado and Cado apologize to them, set the year constraints on their deal with me, and ensured that Tarble and Gure would help them stabilize the 5 other planets under the brother's control. It was obvious that both Ado and Cado didn't bother each population much, just sort of bullying people a bit.

Tarble had sparred with Ado and Cado a bit as well...the difference was obvious. Ado and Cado were weaklings compared to Tarble, and they knew it. I hope that is enough for them to follow him. They seemed to form a slight friendship over the weeks of sparring.

Either way, it was four Attack Balls that took off together for Akuha.

The aftermath of saving so many people and stopping a literal Hurricane was that we had a staging platform to officially reveal ourselves to the world. I got to play up the fun a bit by only releasing our Guardian names up to rank A. I wanted to cultivate a mystery about our trainers and S-rank Guardians.

My status as Princess of the Dragon World, my accomplishments by starting this organization and becoming its Director, and the title of Champion of the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament were all played through news agencies worldwide. It was at this moment that I felt actually famous, and it was really weird. But our announcement on the steps of the Palace that the Z Force was not guarding our planet

It was this time that I had Carina hire a trainer from King Furry's Secret Service, the ones who protect it from threats and he came by to help train those who were interested in more personal protection. I gave Ivan and Yamu the chance to learn from this man, a hard-looking individual name Shino Tokai. He was a man of few words but he began to teach without hesitation. I had Tien sit in on the class to learn from it as well.

We had a few others from our first wave of recruits join in, and I was surprised when 18 and Krillin also decided to join in the personal defense training. I wasn't really paying attention but even with few words Shino Tokai had thrown together a massive project to

After spending a week with Shino Tokai, he realized what we had to offer in conjunction with his training methods for practical applications. He went straight to King Furry and said that he had no business running the Secret Service if it isn't merged with the Z Force.

King Furry loved the idea of powered people protecting royals, protecting my family as well as his. He sent a proposition for the merger of the Secret Service into the Z Force and we officially had an entire Merger. We had the room to absorb them into our facilities but they kept their assets as well. Shino was the trainer with a focus on defending VIP and we kept him there.

The original agency had its own Director, but he was getting old and used the merger as a perfect opportunity for him to retire.

It just left us with more potential as an agency to grow. Many of their field agents had applied to our Guardian recruitment program and we worked from there.

I finally convinced Gohan to let me help with his spirit space. The whole unlocking versus accessing argument wasn't enough for him and he fully called me out for just being curious. Of course, I wanted to know what my twin's spirit space looked like, but he didn't have to call me out on it!

"Ugh, alright sis, go ahead..."

"Thanks, Gohan! This will definitely help!"

"Help your curiosity..."

We entered together and the differences were obvious. Mine was like a lineup with branching power options over a backdrop of space. His was like every source simultaneously existing in the same spot, all building from within. He had the same amount of human and saiyan blood as I did, but they showed themselves differently.

Where mine were split, his grew from within each other, like overlapping flames. Everything was a part of this, including his divine saiyan transformation.

There was another element though, some alignment situation where the flaming representations of his blood and spirit were able to cycle through different shapes. It just requires the right circumstances.

I couldn't help at all. He was standing next to me with a smirk on his face.

"Yeah, yeah. It is still really neat to see, thank you for showing me," I said.

He rubbed the back of his neck with a smile, "No problem Chiyo!"

Gohan's had been the most organized so far, more than even mine. I will have to keep helping people push forward.
