Chapter 15 - Galactic Patrol Headquarters

Running the events through my mind, it was painfully clear that I had messed up. How the hell do you turn your back on someone as cruel as Elec?

It's like I can still feel the sharp pain in my back, right through my heart. I was supposed to be reading reports on new batches of recruits for the Z Force, but here I am staring off into nowhere...just thinking about dying.

I didn't see anything...just the darkness of unconsciousness. I had no memory after hitting the ground until waking up on New Namek.

"DAMMIT!" I yelled as quietly as I could, my anger, shame, and embarrassment at dying to that scumbag was almost overwhelming.

I zoned out again, and who knows how much time passed, but eventually there was a knock on my open door and I looked up to see Bulma leaning in, "Hey Kiddo, can I come in?"

I gave her a fake smile and stood to greet her, trading a longer-than-normal hug. She had been a sort of mentor for me and while I didn't show up to work at Capsule Corp anymore, we still hang out at least once a week.

We sat on my small seating area against the windows, the Command Center below was in full operation.

"I can feel that you aren't doing well."

I looked at her surprised, "You can sense my Ki?"

Bulma laughed and then sighed, "I don't need to sense anything to see what is on your face."

"What is on my face?" I ran my hands down it, stifling a yawn.

"You have bags under your eyes. It has been three days, have you slept?"

I dropped my gaze to my lap, "No, it's...I can still feel my...Ki leaving me like it didn't belong to me anymore."

She nodded, "Yeah, come with me."

"What?"

"We're leaving for the day, I already got approval from your number two, Carina, or something. She's worried you know!?" Bulma admonished.

I was confused as she pulled me to my feet, "Where are we going?"

"This new restaurant opened on the Sky Tower over in East City. You, me, and 18 are gonna go get our hair, nails, and makeup on. Then we are gonna put on cute dresses and we are going downtown East City!"

"Day drinking?! Bulma, I-"

"But nothing, Chiyo! Take a break and come out with us, 18 is already waiting! Plus, it's gonna be night by the time we are ready, so I have dinner reservations."

I sighed at this losing battle, "Fine, but I am bringing someone."

"Videl isn't feeling well, I already asked her, and no boys! It's girls only, little miss Princess!" Bulma said with her trademark smirk.

I laughed, "No, she's pregnant anyways." My breath caught in my throat as I accidentally spilled the beans.

"Does she know?"

I shrugged.

"Alright, go grab Muze, and we will go!"

I nodded and used Instant Transmission, leaving a clone behind.

"Did you just send a copy of you to get her?"

"Uhh, technically that was actually me," My clone said happily.

Bulma laughed, "You are gonna make someone really happy someday."

Bulma, 18, Muezli, and I all had dressed up and taken one of Bulma's luxury airships over to East City. She had somehow got autopilot for both controls and bar tending inside the limo airship. It was ridiculous.

We were all wearing little black dresses, showing lots of leg and wearing sexy heels. I let my tail wrap down my left leg as we walked from the landing pad. I was glad that it was black since a brown tail wouldn't quite fit in with my dress.

Making our way down from the roof of the Sky Tower, a massive tower in the shape of a box-like letter 'A", I began to get really excited for the evening. I felt like shit, but at least I had friends with me.

The tower was a sleek charcoal grey, with purple lighting running all along it, and since it was right over the boardwalk of the bay, there was a waterfall actually coming from the middle floor and dropping down to an opening on the boardwalk, falling into the water below. The one thing about East City that was different from the West or Satan Cities, was the atmosphere.

The city itself seemed to make the majority of its money from tourism and the nightlife. It had been almost entirely rebuilt after Nappa's destruction of it back in 762. There had been a population boom in the last 10 years or so.

Either way, it was a gorgeous metropolis now, and glowing lights seemed to be the theme. Everywhere you looked were lights trying to reflect off of water or glass and people in beautiful clothes walking around was the standard.

18 had her arm locked with mine as we walked confidently to our destination. People moved out of the way when Bulma and I were recognized.

We got a square table on a balcony looking over the bay. Endless drinks and sushi seemed to flow to us. I assume they recognized Bulma or me.

Bulma and Muezli were in conversation when Muezli said she enjoyed technology and building things. I heard Bulma ask if she and Granolah were going to stay on earth and Muezli looked over to me quickly before looking away, I caught the message though. She was worried that I wouldn't want her and Granolah to stay, but I didn't hear the answer as 18 spoke up.

"So, you doing alright Chiyo? I mean really?" 18 asked, her voice softer than normal.

I probably took too long to answer, "I thought I had it figured out, but I don't see my future. I can never see what my actions cause."

"I see, so your seer power only relates to an unfinished version of this timeline...or something?"

"I am not sure if unfinished is the right term, more like untouched by my influence. It is strange though because other time-based influences changed the timeline in my vision, but not my actions," I explained.

"Well, let me know if I can do anything to help, Chiyo. I know Marron would be devastated if she lost her big-sis Chiyo," 18 said with a smile.

"She is so adorable, Krillin is watching her tonight then?"

"Yeah, he spoils her."

"She deserves it."

18 didn't reply, but I know she agreed if her small smile was anything to go by. We had a great dinner and Bulma pulled us to a local club where the four of us danced the night away. I have never been dancing in this life nor have I had much to drink, but we all had a fantastic night telling men to get lost and dancing like idiots.

I even got to speak with Muezli a bit, and all of us started calling her Muze, it was cute and she didn't mind. I never learned the reason behind her look to me about her and Granolah staying on Earth.

The next day I got up to see all sorts of pictures of the four of us walking around the town. Thankfully, they were all pictures of us sober before the club and no pictures had actually been taken of us dancing.

"Alright Carina, what else am I missing?"

The second in command smiled and shook her head, "Director, no, Chiyo. You are missing nothing. Ms. Voss and I have everything under control. Piccolo is leading the Guardian's training, Mr. Shinhan is leading our new recruits, everything is in order and it is a perfect time for you to go meet the Galactic Community."

I finally stopped pacing in anxiety and took a centering breath, "Alright, thank you so much. You know how to get in contact with my ship and we should be just fine, right?"

"Yes, oh, and Ivan and Yamu have requested to come as bodyguards, I have tentatively approved conditional on your decision, thoughts?"

"I don't need-" I stopped speaking when the weight of her perfectly sculpted eyebrow seemed to cause ripples through space and time.

"Fine, tell them to be ready in one hour."

She smiled, "Good, they have finished their main training and officially are Z Guardians, so why shouldn't they protect a Royal Ambassador anyways?"

"I guess you're right."

She nodded as if that was obvious and paused for a moment while I fiddled with things on my desk, "Are you alright, Chiyo?"

Looking up at her, I couldn't help but smile. This woman has been my rock in this organization, while I have just essentially told her what I needed, SHE got it done. Who knows where it would be without her, "I am doing better...though I could use less of this..."

I held up a picture taken by the paparazzi, it wasn't bad but did show a bit more leg than it needed to. Apparently, people were going crazy over it and I didn't know whether to be grossed out or proud.

"Well, that is why you are the face of our world, you can't say that you don't look beautiful."

I narrowed my eyes at her and she just laughed, "Anyways, Director, don't let them shake you. Show them that we are strong."

"I will," I said seriously. Just then there was a knock at my open door.

Granolah poked his head in, Oatmeel covering his right eye, "Hey, there you are, this place is a zoo. Can I talk with you for a second, princess?" He said the princess part sarcastically, but the rest was still as uncomfortable around me as ever.

Carina looked over at him and didn't exactly give him a dismissive look, but it wasn't exactly a welcoming one either, "I will leave you to it then."

Carina walked through our joined doors and closed them behind her.

"Granolah, please, come have a seat.'

He just nodded, but couldn't seem to find the words to speak.

I let him stew for a bit, just calmly looking at him, finally he seemed to get frustrated and just said, "Why?"

"Why did I stop you from getting revenge?"

"You didn't."

"Didn't I, though?"

"I still killed that bastard, I just want to know why you felt the need to get involved and don't give me that 'save the soul' crap. I don't want to hear it," He said.

"I just saw a moment that I thought I could try to help you-"

"Ugh, WHY THOUGH? WHY are you helping me...I-I don't understand. You LET him kill you."

"No I didn't," and I actually felt a little offended at that.

"Yeah you did, you are crazy powerful, stronger than me by miles and you just let him shoot you. You said yourself that you can feel emotions, that you can feel hostility around you...WHY DID YOU LET HIM KILL YOU?"

"Granolah, all I could feel were yours and my brothers' emotions at the time. Seeing Elec on his ass crying like that made me dismiss him and I thought he only had one pistol...I didn't want to threaten you by powering up."

"You didn't want to threaten me?"

It was my turn to avoid eye contact, "I thought that if I popped up in front of you with my power raised that you wouldn't hold back and just attack. I was trying to de-escalate things...and I let an enemy get behind me."

"No, Chiyo, that isn't what happened. You thought you were invincible because of your seer powers so you ignored the threat to try and save me," He paused for a moment. "I just want to know why?"

I shook my head, "I don't know what else I can say. I already told you what happens if I did nothing. Changing the timeline that I see is dangerous in many ways. And not just to me, but to the current multi-verse. I need people to help me protect it, and I want to get you to join us, instead of trying to kill us."

He got mad at that, "You mean you are trying to manipulate me into wanting to help you?"

"That's a little harsh-"

"IS IT? A Saiyan asking help from some weak Cerealian?"

"I am only half and why shouldn't I ask for help. You are a powerful person-"

"Not as powerful as you!" He interrupted with frustration.

"I don't know what you want me to say Granolah, if you want to leave the planet then I'll give you a ride to Galactic HQ and you can figure out something there..."

"NO, tell me what you want...what your plans for me and my mother are?" He said intensely.

"I have no plans for either of you, in fact, your mother and I-"

"Watch your words."

"Can you please stop threatening me, I have no ill will toward either of you. I was going to say that I think your mother and I could hopefully be friends one day. Just as I would like to be friends with you."

His anger was relentless but that knocked him off his track, "Friends...and what? Put me to work?"

"I was going to offer you a job, yes. It is important to be able to provide for yourself. But you wouldn't be a mercenary."

"Oh? Just your little pet then?"

I sighed, my frustration mounting, "Granolah, you would be a Guardian."

"Of Saiyans...cause you all need guarding?" He sneered.

"No...a Guardian of this world and the universe at large," He was about to continue but I stopped him with a gesture, "LOOK, the only time I have stopped you from doing anything, cost me my life.

Everything else was me asking you, not ordering or anything like that. I saw how things went down with my Sight and I thought of a way to help fix it. I am sorry that I disgust you so much because I am a 'monster' with this tail, but I STILL TRIED TO HELP YOU! So stop making it seem like I am trying to hurt you or yours."

He was shocked as I ranted and was about to speak but I stopped him again, "No, I have nothing else to say right now and I am going to go do my duty as a Princess and Ambassador of this world, so I need to leave.

Now, I am sorry that I didn't reveal my 'true plans' to subjugate the remnants of your race, but I once again would rather us be friends. I will be gone for a few months, and if you wish to stay then I can't wait to see you when I get back. But if you are just going to keep accusing me or blaming me for things that happened before I was born then I really don't want to keep talking to you."

I stood up and walked briskly around him and grabbed the final things I needed from my desk. My tail was twitching with frustration and I could feel his eyes on it. But I didn't say anything as I left.

"Chiyo!"

I stopped as I stepped to the threshold of my office door, turning slightly over my left shoulder to get an eye on him.

He still had an angry face and it took a while for him to gather the courage to speak, "Thank you."

I turned and fully looked at him suspiciously. I inspected him for any signs of deceit and didn't find any.

I very quietly responded in a soft whisper, "You're welcome."

"Mom, how did you cook this much food?"

"Well, sweetie, since Bulma invented those time-slowing Capsules, it was too good of an opportunity not to pass up! So I just went ahead and got enough food for your whole trip!" Chichi said.

"But...this is enough for like 50 people for 3 years!"

"Or just a good month of your father's training, right?" My mom said knowingly.

"I hope so! I feel like we could feed all of Fire Mountain with this amount of food..." I said.

"Hmph! I know how much food to make young lady!"

"Uh, of course, Mom. I didn't mean to seem ungrateful!"

"As long as you know, now how was your camping trip with Goten and Trunks? They are going to miss you!"

"We had a blast, but they are both still sad," I sighed, "I wanted to bring them..."

"You know I won't let them go to space, Gohan did that and he almost died!"

I smiled, "Well, they will be fine, plus I promised to Instant Transmission back once a month or so for dinner, so I am sure you will be seeing Dad and me anyways." I thought about it, "Well, maybe not my dad, he is so excited to train."

"CHIYOOO! Can we go yet, please?! I really wanna meet this Merman guy!"

"It's not Merman dad-" I cut myself off with a deep breath. You need to learn to pick your battles sometimes, he will learn about Merus soon enough. "We will be leaving in 5 minutes, say goodbye to everyone!"

"I already did!"

"Well do it again!" I said with a smile and Chichi laughed and held her arms open.

"Yes, give me another hug my ever-training husband! Did you get an extra set of Gi's for your training?" My mom asked.

Goku laughed and hugged while kissing her on the cheek, "Yeah! I grabbed the Capsule and gave it to Chiyo!"

Laughing, "I have it in my pocket here. No worries!"

Final farewells were had and my dad and I flew over to the Z Force Campus.

Walking inside I met with Yamu and Ivan while we walked down to the prison cells.

I found a well-fed and cared-for Oil, Macki, and the other goons they had on board their asteroid palace. They were all looking at me with shock before Macki spoke up, "You...Elec killed you!"

Oil yelled, "How are you alive!? I saw you die!"

I shrugged, "Get up, we are leaving."

I had Ivan put them in Ki-draining manacles, and off we went to meet my dad at the landing pad. Piccolo and Tien had come out to say their goodbyes as well.

"Chiyo," was all Piccolo said while giving me a nod.

I just laughed, "Piccolo, Tien, thank you both for holding down the fort while my dad and I are away."

Tien laughed, "Yeah, like we could do anything without Carina or Rebecca..."

"Hey, that's no different than when I am here," I joked. "Seriously, though, thank you both."

"You know we all got your back, so no problem," Tien said.

I tossed my spaceship, now a Capsule which was shaped like a mini-version of the ship itself. It poofed into existence floating above the landing pad.

I immediately started the engines, my connection to the Ki stores inside it allowing the operation to happen with just a little aura manipulation.

"Alright, load up everyone!" I said.

Ivan and Yamu led a bound Oil and Macki up the landing ramp that 'poofed' out from the belly. I was about to follow before one last visitor came by way of Nimbus.

"DAAD, CHIYYYYOOO!" Goten's crying voice yelled out.

I turned up and floated up to the little guy who crashed into me with enough force to destroy a building or knock the wind out of me, "Hey, Goten! It's alright big guy."

Goku just laughed and hugged both of us.

"Hey, don't worry Goten, we will be back in no time, alright?" My dad's positive voice left little argument but he was still crying a bit.

We finally calmed him down, and I gave him a hug and a kiss on his cute cheeks, "Alright, take care of Mom and everyone while we are gone, alright?"

He nodded, post-crying sniffles now in full effect, "I w-wi-will."

"Good, plus, you know we will be Teleporting in...I told you the other night silly Goten!"

"Oh yeah, I forgot..." His attitude did a 180 and he looked relieved, "Alright!" He took off on Nimbus after another round of goodbyes.

My spaceship had a brig and it had the Ki-drinking metal, Ki-allium worked into it, allowing us to hold fairly powerful people. Yamu and Ivan deposited the two Heeter's and I showed the two Guardians to their luxurious rooms, which they were blown away by.

All of the rooms were nice on my ship, but these were definitely the smallest, meant for the crew, and they both shared a bathroom.

They were suitably happy while my dad ran off to go train in the gravity room.

"Alright, you guys want to learn how to fly this thing?" I asked the two.

Space Travel was an interesting thing, like the ability to go the speeds required to pass the massive distances involved also means that eventually, you will have to figure out to stop going that speed if you wish to land somewhere.

It's easy to do when flying under your own power, but it takes much more effort for a ship to go as fast as possible only to stop.

I decided to go a little slower since we were just traveling about halfway across the galaxy. It would take three days to get there at the speeds I was planning to run the Golden Star. Ivan, Yamu, and I walked onto the bridge, "Alright, that is my seat, never sit there 'cause it's mine!" I gave them both narrowed eyes and Ivan smiled as I defended my captain's seat.

"Uh, no problem Director..." Yamu said.

"Wait, shouldn't we call her Ambassador or Princess, as she is acting in that capacity?" Ivan asked.

"Hmm, yeah that would be fine, but if we are just here you can call me Chiyo. Now, this is what you guys need to know..." I taught them the basics, it wasn't that hard since much of it was just putting in commands and letting the amazing programming by Dr. Briefs do its thing.

I left them on the bridge and changed into my workout clothes. Heading over to my gravity chamber, I found my dad in his favorite environment, "Hey Chiyo! Are you finally going to tell me who this mysterious teacher is?"

I smiled, "His name is Merus and he's an angel. I hope that he can teach you the next step for your Divine Ki."

"Yeah, what is that like, Super, Super Saiyan Blue!?"

That brought out a chuckle from me, "It is all about instinctual fighting, your ability to become one with the fight, in the moment. Something that you are already really good at, right?"

"Hmm, I guess so, but are you going to be training as well?"

"Of course, but it might be best if you just train with Merus...I am not sure I will benefit from his...technique?" I tried the word.

"Hmmm, so he's going to teach me an instinctual fighting technique..."

"Yeah! That sounds right!" I hedged, giving him the wrong idea might ruin the meeting.

As my dad and I trained together I began to work out my own path forward, and how I can begin to combine them. I had made the most progress with the fusion of my Oozaru and Divine Saiyan sources. Combining them into my own version of a Super Saiyan Blue - Oozaru has been my most successful and comfortable form.

However, this little combination seems to be missing a huge aspect, not including my human side, and that is the base Saiyan bloodline. It has always been connected to the Oozaru, but why is it different?

I continued training until I got to a point where I decided to meditate. I left the gravity chamber and went back to my captain's quarters. Ivan and Yamu were still on the Bridge, but both had relaxed and happy auras. I could feel Oil and Macki plus goons in their cells, but they were all passive.

I got into my quarters and sat down on the bed, immediately entering my Spirit Space as soon as I calmed enough.

Once again I looked at the sources of power and energy, The three Saiyan lines, one being divine, the single human one, and Shenron's blessing which contained more than just the basic ability to heal.

It seems to have expanded as it now took up more space. The power still was something that was imprinted on my spirit, a filter of sorts that defined the energy as mine.

Ignoring the intrusive thoughts, I turned to the two mortal Saiyan forms. They both just started back, one with powerful golden flames making up its 'body' and the other a being a small female Oozaru, with black fur and red eyes.

How do I combine them? Gohan was able to do so with the wish of unlocking his full potential in conjunction with the need of the moment. In that case...my death.

I haven't ever asked for my potential to unlock for a few reasons. One is that while I will probably never be at the peak of power with my dad, Vegeta, Tien, and Piccolo pushing for that distant mountain top. I just don't care about being the strongest...but I do care about being strong enough. I am not there yet.

The second reason for not wishing my potential to unlock was so that I can figure out the connection between potential, spirit control, and my access to Spirit Spaces. If I can't do it on my own then what would be the point?

I held off on touching my Oozaru and Saiyan connections...turning my eyes to the red-fire human silhouette. I need to figure that out.

I wasted no time and pushed my consciousness over to it. The representation of power tilted its head at me curiously. I didn't know what to expect as it raised its right hand to my chest, where I was shot. The being let off an aura of irritation? Strange.

It then tapped me on the forehead. I sort of recoiled and blinked back at that, but made no move to stop it. The thing looked like it wanted to tell me something, or no...show me something.

I let my mind open to it and my vision shifted.

I was on fire... it was everywhere. It didn't hurt and there was no smoke.

It was just fire.

But then it stopped and flowed like water or wind, the fire wasn't fire, it was spiritual energy. It was latent Ki from my humanoid bloodline!

I felt the continuous movements of energy cycling through different forms. What is this showing me?

Following the fire, I didn't walk...I didn't have a body. I was just a ball of energy, following a path. It flowed like a red fire taking the form of water, and the abstract differences were hard to focus on, I realized that the more I analyzed and tried to make sense, the less sense was there to be made.

Sometimes you just need to go with the flow.

I forced my spiritual self, a floating point of view, into the winding currents of windy fire. It didn't hurt, but it was definitely warm. My spirit sailed through the flaming tides and continued in a direction, I couldn't tell where. Beyond any form of fire was either completely white or dark. The second I thought of one it was the other.

Eventually, I saw other currents, torrential rivers of power flowing toward something. Like being inside a maze versus flying over it, I had no concept of where I was going or what the destination was.

The red fiery stream got larger, and the sensation of movement could be felt, but not like it was in a physical body. I was definitely within myself yet this fragment of my consciousness was headed toward something.

Then I saw it.

A mountain of fire with a burning core. It was vaguely heart-shaped, not valentines but biological. It was beating with pulses of light and heat.

I grew worried as I continued towards it, getting a better look. There were rings of some dark black metal. It looked like a spiritual representation of Katchin, holding this heart of flame down.

Inspecting the rings I confirmed that there were definitely 10 of them stacked on top of each other encircling this massive heart of flame. I finally got right up next to it, this was a burning heart hundreds of meters tall. The rings themselves sat dormant as if waiting for something.

Wait...they aren't constricting...they are waiting to be activated. This is the key to my human side?

I studied the lowest ring and it had markings on it, but I didn't recognize any language, they might be closer to a design than anything.

Time to start brute forcing this problem, I poured the latent energy...no I didn't...I had no Ki...I was disconnected from my own power here?

My worry only heightened as no power or strength could influence any of it. I felt my anxiety grow to new heights as frustration and confusion took hold.

Then I realized my emotions were insanely powerful here, but they weren't what I needed. I refocused and tried to calm down and a feeling of serenity pulsed out from me once I centered myself.

The moment my metaphorical shoulders relaxed and my mind centered...the first ring lit up as if accessing the emotion was key. It wasn't the ring that was there originally, a different one had appeared from higher up maybe.

The ring had changed from the Katchin-style to a beautiful silver with glowing blue designs all along it. I got that sense that once I pulsed my idea of serenity this ring was influenced by it somehow.

Interesting, I had a spike of excitement as two more rings ignited...Interest and Excitement? No, Interest and Joy. The rings once again turned silver while the design began to glow in different colors: Interest was purple and Joy was green.

Okay, 3 of 10, and all have been fairly positive so far. I have to feel the emotions to activate the rings!

I immediately brought up the memories of hanging out with my family, my mom and dad holding me. My little brother's hugging me.

Love and Pride both spun up, full of power. Red and gold glowing designs respectively.

What else could there be? My curiosity was fully going now and- Curiosity is orange! The silver ring with glowing orange designs activated. 6 out of 10.

I need some inspiration for something...What about contentment, the feeling of accepting one's place?

To my surprise, 2 more rings lit up, yellow inspiration and silver contentment. Okay, that is clearly the key, fully acknowledging and simultaneously feeling said emotion.

8 out of 10, what else is there...My mind went to other emotions I have felt while thinking of different people and my mind went to the image of my dad showing up right in front of us, ready to join the 25th martial arts tournament. I felt hope.

The ninth ring lit up, pink energy causing the heart in the center to get brighter, and I had only one more emotion.

The question is, am I just adding random positive emotions, or are they specific? Am I unlocking them as I choose the correct one or is it just as I select and name one...

Can I choose the wrong one? An image of my brother came to mind, his emotions in perfect confidence of my actions to be the day of the 25th tournament. His confidence...

I am confident? In what? That I will succeed at saving our universe from the upcoming problems?

That I can save our world from Beerus's wrath? It feels 50/50 on that.

But what about confidence in my family and self? That might do it. I went back to my memories of my family succeeding and came up with the image of my dad standing tall, some fight I haven't physically seen having just ended.

His full power is on display for all. I can use that. I pulled the idea of my relentless father, constantly striving to better understand the conflict of pushing oneself.

He is an icon of confidence and...The last ring, a dark blue color activated. Confidence.

That was it, 10 emotions now tied to these rings and this flaming heart. I had no rhyme or reason why, I could still feel each one if I focused on it. Everything felt the same.

I thought I had been hearing the heartbeat, but up until this moment that hadn't happened, "BUMP-BUMP"

The waves of force generated caused my spirit space to shatter and my mind went black, but I didn't lose consciousness, I just lost my spirit sight. I felt something strange happen then.

A unique sensation took my body over, pure calm serenity. Zen. Peaceful and serene confidence in my existence.

I wasn't feeling any specific emotion or maybe I was feeling all of the 10 I just put into the rings at once. It was strange.

I inhaled and felt my presence increase, the air rippling around me. It was like the fabric of reality calmed as I breathed out, releasing it from my energy.

My dad was about to Instant Transmission to me and I directed him to land right there...somehow.

"Hey, Dad," I said after the sound happened.

"Chiyo! What is going on? Your Ki feels so...neat!"

I was sitting cross-legged above my bed, floating on tendrils of ki, and I smiled at my dad, both feeling and unfeeling it simultaneously. Hard to explain the feeling that I don't understand.

"Thank you, I think I made a breakthrough with my human side," I said.

"Yeah, you look different! Is this some kind of human transformation like what Krillin has?"

"I think so, it has an odd feeling of both protecting my emotions through feeling them all at once. Untouched by outside sources, a sort of Zen state or something," I explained.

I looked over to the mirror I had, a tall one so I could see everything...I looked way different. My eyes for starters looked like the burning 10-ringed mountain heart I had seen in my spiritual space.

I now had spinning rings in 10 different places on my body. They were glowing silver, much like the metal of the activated rings within my spirit space, however, they didn't have any emotions tied to them and they didn't glow from engravings. I have a lot to learn about them.

I guess I should find all of them...

The first was obvious in the mirror, around my upper arms were the first two, along with one acting like a glowing choker around my neck. I looked down my pants and I had a ring high on each thigh, spinning merrily. The arch of both my feet and around the palms of my hands all had a ring each.

Looking down my shirt I could see the last ring rotating just under my boobs...great.

"Wow! Let's go try it out then!" My dad said, not waiting for a second before wanting to fight me.

I nodded and we both appeared back in the Gravity room, I had easily activated Instant Transmission, using my own Ki sources to shift us. Grabbing my dad and pulling him along for the ride.

"Whoa! How did you do that Chiyo!? You just used Instant Transmission without touching me?"

"I don't think that was ever a requirement, just a helpful addition," My calm mind was way different than it was when in the Oozaru form. It was cold and calculating then, the emotions just being suppressed. I feel like I am in some weird quantum state of both feeling and unfeeling at once.

"Are you ready?" I asked, not feeling the need or urge to get into a martial arts stance. I just stood in my calm serenity, totally confident in my abilities.

"Uhh, is that a new stance or something?"
"Or something."

"You sure seem strange right now Chiyo..."

"You of all people can understand being in the moment, feeling your place in all this space. It is humbling," I said.

"Well, ready or not, here I come!"

My dad was in his base form and he launched at me with a kick.

I felt a thousand options and I just slashed with my hand.

A tear of red fire split the space we were in, smashing my dad into the ground. I hadn't touched him, yet my projection of Spiritual Fire was devastating. That was the first name that came to mind.

"Oww! Chiyo! That hurts!" My dad said as he rolled back to his feet.

The corners of my mouth twitched into a smile.

"Alright, it seems like you really have something special here, I am going to power up a bit and see what you got!"

My dad stepped into Super Saiyan, golden hair flashing and teal eyes piercing.

"ALRIGHT! Now we got a fight, how about you come at me this time?" He smirked.

I smiled and my spirit clones that had manifested behind him followed my lead. We all stepped forward, crossing nearly 5 meters in a single unhurried step. He dodged backward, then ducked a simple roundhouse from one clone and jumped over the leg sweep of the other. The barrage continued as my clones disappeared and reformed already attacking him.

I felt the same feeling of impacting space and pushed my right palm at my dad. My Ki pushed into his and when my palm slammed into his chest it smashed him against the back wall.

He was breathing heavily, still conscious, "Wow...Chiyo, this is a serious power-up!" I only then realized that I had burned some of his energy away.

I got worried, "Dad...am I burning your energy away?"

He thought for a second and realized that my last hit had left something in his Ki for a moment. All of the energy I pushed into him had turned around and burned more of his Ki away...like spiritual fire.

"Huh, I feel something pulling some energy? But it just disappeared?"

It felt like a huge realization as he confirmed it. "Zen Fire..." My voice changed, becoming ethereal and echoing through space as my hair turned pure white.

The silver rings now glowed with intense power, shining brightly, even through my clothes. For the first time since accessing my human side, my aura burst into existence, causing a torrent of swirling wind to be pulled by my Ki.

This was different than it had been a few seconds ago, without a doubt the next step. But it is only based on the power my spirit has channeled as a Saiyan, or in other words I didn't access the abilities through the use of spirit control or unlocked potential but instead realized the power my body could wield. I could tell there are more ways in which to apply my Ki besides this Zen Fire technique.

And the second transformation where my tail and hair grew white was not a result of using the Zen Fire. I was already using it, as I had burned some of my dad's ki away with what I hit him. I understood that this form can both benefit from and improve my Spirit Control, but why did my form shift?

"Chiyo...that is divine Ki you are using," My dad said with awe as he just stood up with ease.

Oh.

That is why my hair turned white and the power threshold went off the charts, that actually makes sense. I had somehow awakened my human side from a Spirit Fire bloodline to a Zen Fire Evolution, where I harnessed my positive emotions.

But then the barrier for divine Ki had slipped open and the energy poured FROM my 10 silver rings. Almost like they are some sort of 10 silver seals or something. I have more work to do to figure this out.

"Princess Chiyo, we are coming up on the space station, thirty minutes out!" Yamu said after I opened my door and I inspected him to see that he had a secret service-style suit on.

"The Galactic Patrol Headquarters?"

"Yes, Ma'am!"

"Great, give me a moment to change and I will meet you on the bridge."

"Aye, ma'am."

I raised an eyebrow when he said aye, but he just shrugged with a proud smirk. I let him walk a few steps away and said, "Nice suit."

"Thanks!"

I sighed and took a quick shower and realized that the 10 silver energy tattoos...were still glowing on my body. Just slightly dormant while still active. No matter what I tried they just remained there so I just sighed and finished showering. At least my hair and tail aren't white anymore.

I put on a pin-stripped woman's power suit with black and silver closed-toe heels. I could still fight in them...Or at least just blast people with Ki-Lightning if needed. The outfit came with a black dress shirt and a silver tie, contrasting nicely. My eyes no longer burned with Zen-Fire and instead were the onyx black orbs I was used to.

I kept my makeup simple, not wanting too much, and also applied the perfume 18 got for me on my last birthday. It smelled amazing and now so did I.

Walking onto the bridge, my heels clicked delightfully off the metal with each step. I drew the gazes of Yamu and Ivan, I could feel my dad's energy down in the...galley? or kitchen? He was eating.

"Princess..." Ivan nodded with a smile, "You look beautiful."

"Thank you, Ivan," I said with an appreciative smile. I didn't get any creepy vibes from him, just a nice compliment, so I accepted it.

"You both look handsome as well, I appreciate you both dressing up," I said as I sat in my captain's seat. I crossed my legs and pulled up a holographic screen of the upcoming structure.

"About 2 minutes Princess," Yamu said seriously.

"Have they tried to communicate with us yet?"

"Nope, but it should be soon."

Another two minutes and we got a ping, "They are contacting us right now, would you like to answer."

"No, take the call, Ivan, keep it professional. Our reasons for coming to this area of space are to introduce ourselves to the galactic government, to drop off prisoners of parts of the remnants of Frieza's army, and to meet with a few Galactic Patrolman."

"Okay," Ivan took a deep breath as he accepted the transmission.

It came over the loudspeakers, "Unidentified vessel, state your name and purpose for coming to the Galactic Patrol Headquarters!"

The voice was fairly squeaky and demanding but Ivan remained professional.

"This is the UC-01 Golden Star, Personal Ship of the Ambassador of the Dragon World, Princess Chiyo. We are here to deliver prisoners and introduce ourselves to the Galactic Government," Ivan said calmly.

A different voice spoke up, "Well, we can direct you to the Galactic Government but can't help with your introduction as much. What sort of prisoners do you have?"

"Two invaders from a species or gang known as Heeter's. One, Oil and Macki, they were previously in service of the tyrant Frieza... also some goons," Ivan replied calmly.

"Wow! Okay, who is your local Galactic Patrol Officer?"

Ivan looked at me with a question, and I mouthed 'Jaco' to him.

"Officer Jaco is his name, though we have not met him," Ivan said.

"...Understood, I am sending you proper coordinates for a landing bay big enough for The Golden Star, we will have some other officers meet you there to accept prisoners."

Looking at the approaching station, ships were flying around the massive four-spoked wheel. The center of which was a very large orb with a perpendicular extended needle, pointing down. The Galactic Patrol symbol was painted in a massive size along the wheel.

"Coordinates received, on our way," Ivan finished. He then uploaded the coordinates to our collective screens. I activated the Pilot Controls and they folded out. The icon for the bay was about a third of the way along the wheel. I guided the Golden Star on a lazy arc, keeping the deceleration consistent and easy.

The bay doors opened at our approach and I slowed perfectly, bringing the Golden Star to a very nice stop and touch down.

"Alright, let's go meet the reception crew," I said.

"Do you want us to go get the prisoners?" Yamu asked.

"No, we can get them later, we need to present ourselves...then my dad will show up and break the tension."

"Tension?"

"Yeah, there is a chance they might be hostile upon seeing me," I said.

"WHAT!?" Ivan said.

"It is fine, no matter what happens, just stand down. I have a feeling this will work out well," I said.

"Right, let's go then," Yamu said, clearly unhappy about this.

We made our way down to the belly where I had a nice ramp that drops to the floor of the hangar. The ramp puffed out in a cloud of smoke, and Capsule technology was implemented as different parts of the ship.

Now that Bulma mastered large-scale, multi-dimensional Capsules that can survive within one another, this sort of technology is all of the ships.

We walked down casually and I had an easy smile on my face while letting my calming aura out. No hostility here!

There were 10 Galactic Patrol members there, Jaco being one of them. They saw my tail and every one of them tensed.

Merus was staring at my tail with hard eyes before looking right back into mine. He looked shocked when I made eye contact with him. I let a small smile grow on my face to potentially throw him off, but combined with my calming aura I was hoping he wouldn't just attack.

My hair wasn't white, but I had raised my Ki as high as I could without disturbing anything around me...it had an awkward effect as my 10 rings began to glow, the bright white from divine Ki wasn't there, it was just the standards glowing silver, but they were watching me with borderline hostility.

"Greetings, Galactic Patrollers," I bowed lightly, not enough to show subservience, just a small amount of respect. "We come in peace, I am Princess of the Dragon World, otherwise known as Earth. You may call me Ambassador Chiyo."

The tension dropped in all but Jaco, Merus, and two others. One who was a little shorter than me and had a larger light-green head with the standard Galactic Receivers on his ears. His race looked familiar and I immediately thought of Gure! She was one of the Tech-Tech people as well, "Greetings Princess-Ambassador Chiyo, you say you come in peace...are you a Saiyan?"

I smiled, fully planning to dodge the question and only reveal it after I realigned their ideas, "Tell me, Patrolman..." I let the title hang.

He nodded, still stern-faced, "Patrolman Irico."

"Patrolman Irico, have you been to Akuha recently?"

His stormy look darkened and he put his hand on his pistol, "You mock the plight of Akuha? How dare-"

"No," I put Ki into my voice, "Akuha is now a free world, and it is because of the help of a Saiyan."

"How is that possible? We have been trying to get there but it's been under heavy occupation, one of the only remaining Tech-Tech populations left in that galaxy," He said, anger not abated.

"Things got worse for a time, and Tarble the Saiyan and his wife Gure, another Tech-Tech came to our world. They were being followed by a pair of thugs that still remained from Frieza's fallen empire. We defeated them and put them both to work after Tarble unlocked his true power. He now protects that world with his wife, the two subordinates now helping to pay back their efforts while under his command," I explained.

A huge wave of relief seemed to pass through him and but he didn't look like he wanted to accept that just yet, "Are you serious?"

"I am, if you wish, I can teleport both of us there in a bit, just so you can see. I promise that Tarble and Gure only have the best in mind for the planet."

Tears nearly broke from his eyes, "I would like that if there is time."

"Wait, but she is a Saiyan! Are we really okay with just letting her walk around?" One of the other Patrolman in the back said.

I looked to Merus with a smile and spoke before my dad showed up, "We truly mean no harm and are only working towards increasing the safety of both the Dragon World, the Galactic Patrol, and its government, as well as all of Universe 7."

He blinked at that and looked around, no one had a clue what I meant by that besides him, and as if on cue my dad popped into existence with a huge smile.

"Chiyo, is he here!? I can't wait to meet him!" My dad said, looking at the shocked patrollers.

"Yeah, he's right there, you should bow with respect before asking."

"WHAT ARE YOUR INTENTIONS?" Another Patrolman asked, one with almost Namekian features, but had no antennae and was blue.

"My dad just wishes to speak with Patrolman Merus for a quick question, I can lead some of you on board to retrieve the two prisoners for you?"

"Wait, we need to see what this is about!" The same man said.

"Of course," I said simply and got to waiting quietly.

My dad finally walked over to the guy next to Merus and bowed, "It is nice for you to meet me, sir!"

"No, Dad, the other guy to the left here," I said with a laugh.

"Oh! Thanks, Chiyo!" He wasn't even phased, I would be so embarrassed, hell I am embarrassed by proximity.

"Well, sir! I hear that you are-" I coughed so he didn't say, angel.

"Uh, I mean would you be willing to teach me something about instinctual fighting?"

Merus looked absolutely shocked and confused, "Who are you?"

"Son Goku! Nice to meet ya!" I let my dad speak with Merus and he definitely recognized the name, but I saw him throw me a look as he began to interact with my dad.

I let the silence hang before turning to Irico, "Patrolman Irico, may I lead some of you on board the Golden Star, so that we may retrieve the prisoners?"

He shook himself out of the scene, "Oh, right, Jaco, Jiya, Calamis, Sealas, let's go..."

I turned and the gears in my head began spinning...I know Jaco, and have heard of the others...but where from?

I kept my face passive and led them to the brig on my ship, Ivan stood directly behind me as to protect me from their sight or something, and Yamu followed after they entered.

We brought them down to the cells, just 2 platforms with bubble shields activated, inside a resigned and tired Oil and Macki, goons included. We have been feeding them a full series of meals every day...well Ivan has since 'a princess shouldn't take care of these prisoners' in his eyes. I was alright with that.

"Wow, you guys really took the Heeter's down, too bad you didn't get Elec he was the crazy one," Irico said.

"Actually, after he shot me with a laser gun, Elec was killed in retaliation. The individual known as Gas, was also killed as he tried to kill another member of my Z Force...The Z Force is the Dragon World's defense force," I explained.

They looked at me curiously but didn't speak as I put down all of the barriers around the prisoners. Oil and Macki both looked like they wanted to attack me, but Yamu and Ivan put each into a headlock, the Ki-draining manacles still doing their job.

"Good work, let's get them out of here," Irico said to his patrollers and my Guardians before escorting everyone else off the ship.

I looked at the one who responded to the name Sealas, he had a face that looked just like the Universe 6 assassin, Hit. His face and head almost looked like a mask as the stark white of his face and tentacles contrasted against the grey skin of his body.

His chest was covered with a fitted piece of armor, leaving his arms and core exposed while the shoulders looked larger and had a blue gem over his sternum. His belt was also armored with a red sash sitting over black pants, the belt had another matching gem, blue in color. He had bracers on his forearms that went down over his knuckles in matching white.

I felt like I should know this guy, but I couldn't put my finger on the connection.

I left it at that and followed the crew of Patrolers, Prisoners, and Guardians out of MY ship. That felt good to think about.

We found my dad trying to convince a disgruntled Merus to teach him what he knew.

"Not until I talk to the ambassador," Merus said as he looked at me.

"Awww, come on Merus! She isn't even interested in the training!"

"That isn't true Dad! I just thought that you might be able to get more out of it than me, that is all."

"Either way, you should teach us what you know!" Goku said excitedly.

"You wish to speak with me, Merus?" I asked.

He looked at the rest of the Patrollers as they took prisoners out of the room and nodded, "Yeah, let's talk."

We waited till the room cleared and just my dad, Merus, Yamu, and Ivan remained.

I just raised my eyebrow at him, "You know who I am."

"I do," I said with a slight bow, "Angel Merus."

He staggered back, "How?!"

"I have seen it, but I know that you can help my dad unlock something. Whether it happens or not is irrelevant, but if you can just help him I would be grateful and return a favor to you."

"A favor?"

"Information and a potential solution to a...huge problem," I hinted.

His eyes widened, "MAJIN BUU, IS BACK?!"

"What?" I said, immediately confused.

"The strongest mortal around...the one who killed the Kai's..." He trailed off as I shook my head.

"Majin Buu is dead, the spirit of the Kai that he consumed has moved on peacefully," I said.

Merus's face dropped in horror, "What have you done?!"
"He cannot help against Moro, but I have things that can help with that," I explained.

His horror only turned to confusion, "What could you possibly do to help with that?"

"I have been collecting weapons in case he ever escapes, and have been teaching and practicing the Forced Spirit Fission technique," I explained.

"I don't know what that is," He replied.

"It essentially allows a person to separate and manipulate the energy within a target. Meaning that we can stop his energy absorption."

"Is that it?"

"I have another actual weapon...a sword that has the blessing of the Eternal Dragon Shenron as the basis for its power, I have to push massive amounts of energy into it to even swing it."

"And what then, just this information for training your dad?"

"The information is free, within 20 years, he has a chance to escape with the prisoner named Cranberry," I told all I knew about it, but it was pretty vague in my memories and I made sure to tell him that my showing up changes things.

His eyes were searching mine, looking for any bit of deception, praying that I was a liar. I wish I was, but Moro will kill everyone.

"I know you cannot actually intervene when the power gets too high, but as long as you don't go all out EVER, you will not get Zeno's attention."

"You mean if I agree to help?"

"If you do agree to train my dad you cannot go all out, or Grand Zeno and the Grand Minister will both find out about it...I know the cost of doing so and I do not want that to happen."

He just stared at me before my dad grew tired of the conversation, "Are we sure he's that strong Chiyo? He doesn't seem like it..."

I smiled, "Merus would you spar with my dad for a moment just so he can understand?"

Merus relaxed and looked over to Goku, "I don't mind sparring."

Merus walked us over to a training room, I put my ship away before I left the hangar. Merus was looking surprised at that but didn't say anything.

"So, how strong are you?"

"Try Super Saiyan 2 Dad!"

"Are you sure, Chiyo?"

"Yeah, just be careful with the station, too much power is bad."

I closed the door so I wouldn't get blasted by the wind, joining Ivan and Yamu. They had been diligently quiet while casually making glances at each other, the information and words being spread so far can be scary if heard out of context. Or just in general for that matter.

The fight started, or I guess the 'Merus dodge session' started as he casually avoided every single punch or kick my dad threw. He was in Super Saiyan 2, but it didn't matter. He was not even close.

"What is happening?" Yamu asked.

I smiled, "It is impressive isn't it?"

"No, I mean I can't see anything."

"Oh..yeah, um my dad isn't hitting him at all," I began to explain the fight.

"Is your dad stronger than you?"

"Oh yes, but it's not just about strength, my dad is a fighting genius."

"You are just a regular genius then?" Ivan asked with amusement as he watch the flashing lights through the viewing windows.

"My bother is the true genius, I...am different."

"You know things."

I nodded and looked at Yamu, "I know things."

After the 5 minutes of sparring my dad stopped and just looked in disbelief, "You really are amazing."

Merus smiled at him, "I guess I can train you a bit, but Galactic Patrol will at least need to escort the Princess to the Galactic Government,"

"She's my daughter and knew that you could help! Did she say something about Beerus the Destroyer waking up next year? Have you heard of him?"

Merus paled once again, "Uh...let's hope that isn't true..."

They exited the chamber, "Alright, we need to introduce you to the King."

The Galactic Government, as they were called, was in fact a collective of 13 galaxies. The Galactic Monarch that I will be meeting, a member of the Octo race named Gingao, is just the ruler of the Milky Way, outside of our planet.

Merus had brought two other patrolmen along with us as we journeyed once again to a different part of the Galaxy. On this journey, we went slow enough to take an entire week to get there.

This enabled my dad and Merus to begin training and allowed me to have enough time to pick the brains of these other two.

One was Irico, the Tech-Tech that I had spoken with, and the other was the strange being known as Sealas.

Sealas kept to himself for the first few days, only Yamu, Ivan, Irico and I really speaking.

Finally, though, he broke the silence, "So, your dad defeated Frieza?"

I smiled slightly at that, "He did."

He nodded, "And you fight against Frieza? His men?"

"I do, in fact, I have a fairly recent list of all his active bases throughout a series of galaxies...would you be interested in this data?"

"Indeed!" He said, showing a small smile for the first time.

"On one condition..."

"Oh?"

"I want to spar with you," I hadn't been wearing nice clothes every day since we met with them originally and was back in my gi and Dragon Jacket that I loved so much.

His eyes went to the glowing silver rings around my neck and hands.

"A spar?" He nodded, "Alright."

We made our way downstairs and my dad and Merus were taking a break and discussing meditation as we walked by.

"Hey, Chiyo! Who's is this?"

"A patrolman named Sealas, I thought I would get a quick spar in with him."

"Oh, nice! Go easy on him!"

I smiled evilly, "Now why would I do that?"

He looked at me strangely and before his mouth opened, I spoke, "I am kidding, I will match your power level."

"Power level?"

"You have a fair amount of Ki within you, I take it you know how to access it?"

"Oh, yeah, sorry. I just haven't heard of people being able to...sense it?" His voice was strong, but he didn't seem to like speaking.

"Good, then this will be fun, come at me," I said with a smirk.

My silver rings activated, my power level rising in response, and I purposefully held back divine Ki and my Zen-Fire. I don't think using either would be helpful. No, I kept my power near his level and waited for him to make his move.

He came at me in a solid aggressive fighting style, even trying to grapple. I countered with a few pinpoint strikes and distanced him with a casual roundhouse. He dodged, but I got space.

I nodded, then came at him with speed, disappearing from view. As I passed him I saw his eyes slowly turn towards my fist as it came close to his face.

He was quick and I stopped the punch a millimeter before impact, causing his eye to widen in surprise.

When he caught up to what happened he staggered back, "I thought you were staying at my power level?"

"I didn't raise my ki, I just controlled it better. You can learn to do the same, you also need to learn Ki Sensing."

I tapped on my shoulder and my clone that had been speaking disappeared. He staggered back once again and I heard my dad chuckling outside.

"Ready for more?"

He shook his head with a smirk, "Alright, princess, let's go then."

I love wearing heels, it makes me officially taller than Gohan, not that it matters with another foot or so of Saiyan hair, but it's the thought that counts.

Patrolman Irico had contacted the planet that we were approaching and we had received a landing spot where a reception would be waiting to take us to the Palace.

It was a beautiful planet that only had two continents, and the rest was fully covered in deep oceans. We landed on the continent of the Southern Hemisphere and found a massive palace with multiple arena-size buildings around.

Once again leaving the Golden Star, let us come face to face with a delegation of people and security that led us in. Patrolman Merus and Irico were high enough in the GP that they were more than enough security for what we had planned.

My dad had been training with him, but Merus said he had a good location on this planet somewhere that they would head to. They had a room of spirit and time on this planet, just not as effective as the one on Earth.

I followed along after pocketing my ship, Ivan and Yamu sticking with me, and I waved goodbye to my dad and Merus. We were on our own.

Our small group led by some nameless attendant took us into a medium-sized throne room. The throne itself was an odd golden stool of a sort with a separate backrest, room for tentacles I guess. On it, was Gingao, the Octo Galactic King.

He looks startled to see a Saiyan and two large human's but he quickly gathered his thoughts and walked forward. I bowed, just as much as before, not subservient but respectful.

"Greetings King Gingao, I am Princess Chiyo, Ambassador of The Dragon World. Otherwise known as Earth," I began. "I have come to introduce ourselves to the galactic community and drop off some prisoners from the Heeter Gang."

"Indeed?" He asked Patrolman Irico.

"That's right, they are essentially wiped out. She also gave us a huge manifest of locations where the remnants of the Frieza Force are still kicking," Irico said.

"I see," he turned back to me with his own light bow, "Princess Chiyo, it is an honor to have you here, come walk with me."

We started walking, both of us had guards following and we talked along the way, "I have a feeling that while you operate from one world, you are still involved in larger events."

He had an odd sort of speech pattern, his sentence being a statement, yet still requiring a response.

"That would be accurate, especially with the events that will be happening in the next 20 years or so," I paused as we walked through some 30-foot tall doors to a nice garden, absent of people besides our guards.

"Tell me, King Gingao, have you heard of the entity known as Beerus the Destroyer?"

His face scrunched up, "I don't believe I have heard of that," He waved an aide over, some other Octo scurrying up on tentacles.

"Yes, my King?"

"What do we know of the entity known as Beerus the Destroyer?"

"Checking..." His aid sat there and googled it. I held back a chuckle.

"There is a few records of something happening nearly 100 thousand years ago...a catlike entity that destroyed a few planets and disappeared from existence."

I nodded at that. We continued speaking about Lord Beerus and his attendant named Whis. I didn't know if I could confirm the Tournament of Power, but I don't need much to nudge it to happen. The Destroyers of Universes 6 and 7 will hopefully be easily manipulated. Or we will all die, either.

The conversation went on to other topics, Frieza, Buu, Heeters, and more. I broke down some topics and even gave the magic-suppressing chains that I wished for from Toronbo, with the intention of applying them to Moro.

Patrolman Irico grabbed the Capsule and thanked me.

We then got to politics and he asked if we wanted to join the Galactic Monarchy and I politely declined on behalf of both my Brother the Prince Select and King Furry. But we would be available in any sort of world or galactic-wide threats, as the Z Force is very strong.

In the end, we negotiated a basic alliance and he even set me up with some less exotic trade from closer planets to Earth.

I was officially working as an ambassador, and it was a rewarding feeling.
