Chapter 7: Antics, Truths and a Bridge Builder
The light of the or the morning sun slowly began shine in through the window, it slowly began to move inside the room until it reached Naruko's face. As a result of being hit by the light, he face began struggled as she began to open her eyes, she blinked a few times as her eyes adjusted to the light, then she looked at the window and saw the morning sun. "I hate mornings. . ." She grumbled out in a slightly annoyed tone.
"You know what I hate? Idiots waking me up this damn early. . ." The Kyūbi meanwhile grumbled from the seal in annoyance.
But before the female blonde could resort, Naruko soon began to hear the cute sounds of breathing from a girl.
Upon hearing this, the blonde began to look around and soon saw that she was still cuddling a bra-cladded Satsuki. At the sight of the of the sleeping girl, she couldn't help but smile as she gently brushed away some of the messy hair that was cover her face and revealed the beautiful smile on her face.
"Beautiful, even with bed hair." Naruko thought with a smile as she looked at the sleeping girl once more before looking down at herself, realizing she was in Sexy Jutsu. "Oi fox, how am I still in my Naruko form? Are you involved somehow? I know you're a pervert but come on, seriously!?" She asked in confusion as she poked her own breasts out of curiosity. "They feel real. . .but the transformations are suppose to be illusions dattebane. . ." She then got out with more confusion.
Kyūbi shrugged his shoulders from within the seal. "How the hell should I know kit? All I felt while you were sleeping was some of my chakra seeping out of me, through the seal and throughout your body to make it solid like. That might have been the cause." He deducted as he then started to ponder about it. "Although I really don't know how it happened exactly, I'm not an expert on your damned jutsu." He soon added in annoyance as he face turn into one of wonder. "Though. . .maybe it really is because of my chakra. . .after all it is incredibly powerful and dense, so it could be possible for the solidification effect, so it would be just like how my original body as the same effect." He then thought to himself.
Naruko then shrugged her own shoulders in response. "I guess we'll just worry about it later then." She then got herself up and tried to get out of bed, but Satsuki had a iron grip on her that she couldn't get out off. "Really Satsuki-chan?" She muttered with a sweatdrop, she then sigh as she was forced to used the substitution jutsu without smoke to replace herself with a pillow. She then dropped the transformation, becoming Naruto once again "Can't believe I had to use that to escape dattebayo. . ." He then admitted.
"She really is clingy huh?" The Kyūbi then remarked with a smirk.
"Horrible joke. . ." Naruto retorted with a sweatdrop, then he took a long stretch of his arms and then let out a wide yawn. "Right now, I could really go for a shower with everything that happened." He decided as he headed for the shower with the intent on relaxing for a while in the warm water. "Though. . .I have to admit that Satsuki-chan really is cute. . .just as cute as Hinata-chan." He then admitted with a smile as he placed both of his hands behind his head.
"Finally hitting puberty?" The Kyūbi commented with a perverted chuckle.
Naruto immediately gained a tick mark to that comment given with a red face. "SHUT IT DATTEBAYO!" He then roared in his head while he continued walking the bathroom.
At the Hyuga Compound. . .
In her room, Hinata had just woken up thanks to the light shining in as she then stretched her arms. "Morning already. . ." She mumbled out as she cutely rubbed the sleep from her eyes before lightly slapping her face. "Ok! It's a new day!" She excitedly declared to herself.
The Hyuga Heiress felt refreshed and ready for the day for two reasons. The first being that she had became a genin after she and her team passed the final test yesterday and the fact that she was the reason they passed was just a bonus. And the other reason being that not only Naruto was starting to like her, but that he also gave her another kiss on the lips it was like a dream come true, that. . .and him asking her out for another date had nothing to do with it either.
"N-Naruto-kun," Hinata began as she then headed for the bathroom to take a shower. "I can't believe. . ." She continued as she touch her lips in a tender way, as a heavy blush appeared on her face as she quicken her step to reached the bathroom, once she reached it she quickly entered it and closed the door behind her.
"H-He kissed me. . ." Hinata shyly began as she took her clothes and placed it on the dirty laundry basket. "He actually kissed me!" She excitedly thought as she got into the shower and started washing her hair, creating soap suds that began to slid down her skin thanks to the water.
"His lips were rough but they were so warm! It's just as I dreamt they would be!" Hinata then squealed in her mind as she soon started washing her body. But then she took a deep breath as she finally calmed down, though she still had a small blush she gained a determined look. "But now I got to work harder. . .I need to prove not only to Naruto-kun, but to myself that I'm not useless." She soon reminded herself as she then soaked her body using some soothing bath salts to relax her muscles.
Then Hinata realized what she just thought. "But definitely not like Sakura though. . .I won't become a fan girl like her. . .I'll train hard together with Naruto-kun and Sasuke-san. . .so that I can become the type of shinobi I always dreamed of being. . .strong like father but kind like mother." She then got out of the shower and wrapped herself in a lavender towel after drying off.
"What I need most of all though. . ." Hinata began as she looked at herself in the half foggy mirror with determination. "I need to have confidence. . .in myself. . ." She muttered as she left the bathroom quickly and headed back to her room to get dressed, and to prepare herself for her first day as a Genin.
"Today is a new day for Hinata Hyuga!" Hinata said to herself as she ran to Team Seven's meeting spot.
Back at the Uchiha/Uzumaki apartment. . .
After finishing the shower, Naruto soon got dressed in the black leather jacket and orange t-shirt combo as he headed for the kitchen.
"Finally, no more easily noticeable clothes. . ." The demonic fox remarked in a cruel yet joking tone.
"Oh shut it you erotic fox. . .Orange rules. . ." Naruto grumbled in annoyance. As the blond was then heading for the kitchen, he began to look around his new home and as he did so, he saw a picture of Satsuki. "Mmm?" He got out as he got a better looked at the picture, apparently it was taken when she was either five or six years old, next to her was the very beautiful mother, the two smiling happily while her father and brother gave serious and stern looks.
"Satsuki-chan. . ." He muttered to himself. After examining the photo a little, Naruto smiled. "Well, I did tell Satsuki-chan that her onee-chan would be there for her." He thought with a smile on his whiskered face, thinking of a plan to surprise Satsuki.
"Also think it like this, that's how hot she will look like when she's get older." The Kyūbi then reminded as he then looked at Satsuki's mother. "I thought she looked familiar. . ." He then thought to himself with a smirk as the Bijū then began to recalled a certain distant memory from the past, one that had three small children playing together on a snowy day. "Huh. . .Should've realised it. . ." He then added to himself.
Back in both the Uchiha and Uzumaki bedroom. . .
It was after ten minutes after Naruto left that Satsuki eventually woke up. She slowly opened her eyes, but she was still half asleep when she realized she wasn't cuddling anything that felt like Naruko, instead she found herself hugging the stuffing out of a pillow.
"N-Naruko-oneechan?" Satsuki mumbled out as sat up and began to looked around the room, soon becoming disappointed at the fact that her big sister wasn't anywhere to be seen. "She must've gotten up earlier." She then realized that she was still in her bra, she then got out of bed and began to make a few morning stretches while letting out a big yawn and then once she was done, she then noticed herself in the mirror.
"Wow, I never realized how beautiful I am. . .I'm really starting to look more and more like mom." Satsuki then admitted as she gained a blush on her face. Then she looked at the mirror once more as she placed a hand on the reflective metal. "I can't even remember a time where I allowed myself to be this free when I was younger, except with mother telling me I was always her beautiful angel." She then added as she purposely bounced her breasts before smiling.
"Hell, if I did ever reveal myself, I would bet anything that it would be the talk of Konoha. . .well, if they didn't try to make me into a baby-vending machine as well as not having to worry about the pink haired banshee child and finally those disgraceful fangirls that is." Satsuki soon commented/ranted, once she was done she then started to pose as sexy as possible in the mirror.
"No wonder Naruto-kun fell for me hehe, I'm drop-dead gorgeous! I guess I can't blame the fangirls too much since apparently I like what I see." Satsuki thought to herself as she began to giggle, then got herself a towel and headed for the bathroom, unintentionally swaying her hips from side to side.
As Satsuki was heading to her morning bath, she began to recalled about what her new sensei told her team. "Kakashi-sensei said five in the morning but he'll probably be there at around ten, so we got time." She stated as she and her teammates had got on their sensei's bad habit.
As she continued to head to the bathroom however, the female Uchiha suddenly stopped as her side vision caught sight of something, it was the picture of her family and but her focus was mostly on her mother, she smiled for a moment before the happy smile turn into one of sadness. "Oh mom. . . .why. . . .why did you have to die that night?" Satsuki muttered to herself as tears slowly began to fall from her eyes, as they slowly slid down her cheeks as well. "I really miss you mother, I'm going to miss your hugs. . . your kisses. . .and most importantly, your smile . . . ." She then added as she reminisced about the times when she was younger and her happy moments with her mother.
After a moment, Satsuki wiped her tears as she then smiled happily. "Hehe, but I won't be sad anymore, because I found a really great guy, you know Naruto-kun right?" She asked as she grabbed and looked at the picture, as the smile turn into one of joy. "Oh mom, you would have loved him, he's really sweet and kind." She described as if she was actually talking to her mother.
After staring at the photo for a few more moments, Satsuki placed it back where it was as her nose finally smelled the aroma of something in the air. "Mmm, that smells good." She got out soon headed for the kitchen after changing into a robe, to see Naruko in Naruto's black coat, orange t-shirt combo with black pants cooking. "What are you doing Naruko-oneechan?" She got out, completely confused by her still being transformed.
Said girl turned and smiled. Naruko's appearance had slightly changed a little as her hair was a bit shorter but still long as her bangs were hanging from her on either side of her face too roughly frame her cheeks . "Hey imouto-chan. Finally up huh?" She said.
Satsuki then looked at her onee-chan with a bit of confusion. "Umm, onee-chan. . .why do you looked like that?" She asked with confused curiosity.
"Oh! You mean the hair style?" Naruko asked back, causing the female Uchiha to nod. "Well, I decided that. . .since you love your both your onee-chan and you mom so much, I thought why not slightly change this form to look a bit like her?" She pointed at it, Satsuki turning to it herself. "Satsuki-chan, your mother was very beautiful and I really wanted to in some way to have her be here even if not much. I can also see where you got most of your looks from dattebane." Naruko then placed two plates on the tables, both of them having the same thing omusubi with okaka and tomatoes. "So Satsuki-chan, what do you think? D-Do you like it?" She then asked with a nervous tone, hoping that this act wouldn't hurt her in anyway.
Satsuki was silent for a moment before she rushed up and hugged Naruko, wrapping her arms around her, smothering her head into Naruko's breasts. "T-Thank you so much Naruko-oneechan," She whimpered out her as tears of happiness began to ran down her face. "Yes, I miss my mother after my brother killed her and now you're willing to go this far into making me happy. . .Naruko-oneechan, I think you and Naruto-kun are the best thing that had ever happen to me. And I love it! I completely love you being around!" She declared with over joy filling her being.
Naruko gave her a warm smile as she dropped the transformation, still hugging her all the while. "Thanks Satsuki-chan, that really means alot to me. I'll promise you this, no matter what happens, I'll always be there for you whenever you may me." Naruto stated as he then gave a pecked her on the lips. "I love you." He then once more said.
Satsuki smiled beautifully as she kissed him back. "I love you too, Naruto-kun." She happily replied as the two then sat down and ate breakfast. "My favorite!" She excitedly exclaimed as a small drool began to form on her mouth as she then began to eat it with a happy smile. "MMMMM! DELICIOUS!" She happily got out as she ate it.
Naruto smiled at the sight of the female Uchiha enjoying the food as he too began to eat his own. "Thanks. It was my first time making it so I hope it's good. I looked at your family recipe book for the instructions on how to make it." He explained. "Though she doesn't need to know the first failed attempts. . ." He exclaimed in his mind while sweat dropping.
Then the blond turn back to the happy Satsuki and a smile formed on his face. "She deserves to be happy, and so does Hinata-chan." He thought, determined to help both girls that love him.
"You'll become a ladies man at this rate." The demonic fox then remarked.
"I'm having a good time so I'm not even going to reply to that." Naruto stated with a smiled.
"But you just did." The Kyūbi then reminded with a witty smirk.
Naruto was still smiling but gained a thick mark, but he refused to say anything that would ruin this moment.
Satsuki hummed happily as she continued eating it. "It really is good, almost as good as mother's! Thank you for making it Naruto-kun!" She praised. "I hope Hinata-chan will be willing to share him, she deserves him too." She thought, blushing again at the thought.
Naruto awkwardly chuckled as he continued eating. "Ah it's no problem." He replied as he looked to the side. "Really need to learn how to cook better and not on my tenth try. . ." He thought to himself as he then turned to the clock to see that it was nine. "We better get going soon, so after you're done, take a shower and get ready. I'm gonna head out and pick up Hinata-chan." He then told his new teammate/roommate.
Satsuki nodded as she finished her breakfast. "Alright, see you then." She agreed as she then took off the robe, revealing that she was still wearing the bikini.
Naruto then smirked as he finished and kissed her in the cheek. "Looking good, my sexy raven haired beauty." He compliment absent mindly. "Wait! Why did I say that!?" He shouted in his mind in complete embarrassment.
"Now your flirting? You really did hit puberty!" The Kyūbi then declared with false shock in his tone of voice as he then began to laugh out loud.
Satsuki meanwhile she blushed heavily at being called sexy for the first time and by the boy she loved no less, it was to much for the young maiden to take as she then rushed off to the bathroom. "I-I'll meet you and Hinata-chan at the training ground!" She called out, suddenly turning into a stuttering mess. "Just leave the dishes in the sink!" She then added.
Naruto was still very embarrassed so he could only nodded. "A-Alright." He barely got out as he took his own and Satsuki's plate to the sink and left to get Hinata. "I hope she slept well last night. I get the feeling that Kakashi-sensei is gonna be rough on us." He then thought.
At the Konoha Memorial Stone. . .
Kakashi had just finished paying his respects at the memorial stone of the fallen as he then suddenly sneeze. "Hmm, someone must be talking about me. . ." He thought to himself as he looked one more time at the memorial stone.
Not many knew about this, other than those that were closed to the Jonin, but the reason why Kakashi was always late for not urgent meeting was because he would spent hours looking at the memorial stone for all fallen shinobis, but more specifically the names of his friends and his second father/sensei.
But the reason he was a bit later than usual was that last night, the Jonin had worked on the briefing papers on how the real final test went, but since he never been a sensei to a group of genins before it took him all night and barely got any sleep.
"Ugh. . .now I know why Hokage-sama complains a lot about paperwork. . ." Kakashi stated as he finally realized that he had to work on the training schedule as he sighed in a tired matter. "Those genin were very clever, I have to admit to that. While that's to be expected from Minato-sensei and Kushina-san's son, but both heiresses of the Uchiha and Hyuga clan add into the mixed it really turned to be a hectic test, to say the least." He stated as he still couldn't believe that the three manage to take the bells.
True they never made so much as a scratch on him, but it really hurt his pride that Hinata was the one that in the end outsmarted him. Not that he thought of her a weak or useless, she just had confidence issues, yes, but she was really good in her current skills.
"That, and the old fossils will never let me hear the end of their complaining if I actually had failed them, Minato-sensei is lucky he doesn't have to worry about the old fools anymore. Not that they would actually dare to messed with him or his very deadly wife." Kakashi muttered as he made a shadow clone, ordering it to work on making the training schedule while he got ready for the day. "Now maybe I should actually find an old lady to help? That would really surprised them." He then joked out loud.
At the Hyuga compound. . .
Naruto soon arrived at the compound to pick up Hinata, but as he was about to enter, he was stopped by two guards. "Oh boy. . .he we go. . ." He thought with much annoyance as the two guards blocked his path, both of them in the Gentle Fist stance if he did so much as something suspicious.
"State your business boy." The first guard said as he hid a very cleared distrust for the boy.
"What do you want from the Hyuga clan?" The second guard asked as he too was doing the same as the other guard.
Naruto took a deep breath as he started. "I'm Naruto Uzumaki, I'm just here to pick up Hinata-ch- I mean, Hinata-sama for training with Kakashi-sensei." He informed as formally as he could. However the guards didn't believe a word he said. "Figures. . ." He thought.
Just as the guards were about to respond, Hinata came over to them after noticing what was going on. "I-It's alright. I-It's true what he said." She stuttering declared.
The two guards then bowed to her. "Of course Hinata-sama." They said in unison as they returned to their posts, but their distrust filled sights never left when they looked at Naruto as they watched the two leave.
Naruto and Hinata meanwhile were now walking side by side as they headed towards their training field. There was a long period of silence between them as none of the two knew what to say.
"OH FOR THE LOVE OF-! SAY SOMETHING YOU DAMN IDIOTS!" The demonic fox then roared.
Though Naruto was annoyed by the idiot part, he knew the Bijū was right. "So Hinata-chan. . ." He finally manage to say as he broke the silence.
This startled Hinata as she took a deep breath. "Confidence." She thought to encourage herself. "Yes Naruto-kun?" She manage to asked.
Naruto took notice that she didn't stutter and smiled. "Are you ready for training with Kakashi-sensei?" He asked his other new teammate with an excited tone.
Hinata smiled a little and nodded. "Yes, I know it will be hard work but we will make it through it together." She stated with humility.
Naruto then chuckled as he wrapped his arm around her waist unconsciously. "You didn't stutter." He said with a teasing tone.
Hinata blushed heavily from the both the contact and the tease as she gave off a cute blushing smile. "Yes, I decided that for the team, I would try to be more confident." She then admitted while still blushing as she looked at Naruto. "So um. . .how am I doing?" She then asked with playing with her fingers.
"Hmm. . .six out of ten, she still has a long way to go." The demonic fox then stated with honesty.
Naruto simply decided to ignore the fox as he gave her a warm smile. "Great Hinata-chan, you're doing great." He then pecked her on the cheek. "You know, I think I just realized that you're really beautiful when you try your best, I finally see that now that I stopped crushing on Sakura. And I mean really beautiful Hinata-chan." He then admitted.
Hinata's blush became deeper shade of crimson as she shut her eyes tight, though she liked being called beautiful. "Um. . .T-Thank you Naruto-kun." She then got out.
"Smooth kit. First calling the Uchiha sexy and now the Hyuga beautiful." The Kyūbi then remarked with a shit eating grin.
"SHUT IT ERO-FOX!" Naruto then roared in his head in pure annoyance while blushed red. He was actually thankful that Hinata had her eyes shut or he would had to explain why he was blushing himself.
Back at the apartment. . .
Satsuki had just finished her shower, as she was feeling refreshed after a hot night from the heat and from the cuddling from her new boyfriend. "Ah, much better, thank goodness I don't feel sticky from the sweat anymore. I better hurry up before I am late." She then stated as she when back to the bedroom.
As she headed for her's and Naruto's room, she kept thinking and wondering what the future would hold for herself, Naruto and Hinata. "Will things work out great between us? Will I be jealous of Hinata-chan for being able to date Naruto-kun in public?" She wondered as shook those thoughts away. "No, I shouldn't think that, she has just as much right to be happy with Naruto-kun as I do." She declared to herself.
She finally reached her room, then she entered it as she went to look for her regular shinobi clothing. Then Satsuki let out a sigh as she grabbed the bandages that she had to place around her chest. "Really hate doing this. . ." She mumbled out as she looked at her breast with a sad expression, then she realized something. "Wait, I've gotten very good with the transformation genjutsu, so I should just cast it on my breast!" She exclaimed in excitement as her eyes began sparkling. "That mean. . . not more having to painfully bind my breasts!" She then got out in a giddy tone as she then threw the bandages out the window, lucky that it was open as she then closed it.
Then Satsuki went to her dresser and pulled out one of her more sturdy black bras, one that was meant for kunoichis to move around freely. "Well it's not stylish or fancy, but it's definitely better than just wearing nothing but a chainmail underneath like other kunoichi's like to wear." She admitted as she slipped it on and looked at herself in the mirror, once more bouncing her breasts purposely. "Yup, definitely better." She then praised herself as she then slipped on a pair of black panties before putting the normal clothes on.
Once the Uchiha Heiress finished, she sighed in annoyance as she put her Sasuke transformation up. "Though on the bright side, my breasts aren't painfully bounded anymore when I'm like this." Satsuki thought to herself in satisfaction as she made her way to her apartment only entrance, only to be stopped by the two elders when he opened the door. "Shit. . ." Satsuki then thought, annoyed that the two had to appear, but she kept it well hidden in her Sasuke persona.
"Sasuke-sama, how are you today?" Koharu, the female elderly advisor asked.
"Yes, Sasuke-sama, have you been getting stronger? Have you given any thought about taking a girl your age to be your significant other?" Homura, the male elderly advisor questioned.
"Esteemed elders, leave before you make me late for my team meeting. I do not wish to be late one my first day as a Genin." Sasuke said, barely holding in his annoyance. "I've already lost respect for you two for what you did to my boyfriend!" Satsuki raged in her head.
" Ah, please forgive us Sasuke-sama, please go right ahead." Koharu requested as she bowed halfway down, showing her respect.
"Yes, please go and become a great ninja. We must speak with your instructor anyhow." Homura stated as he too bowed to Sasuke, showing his respect.
"Suck ups. . ." Satsuki thought, rolling Sasuke's eyes as he began walking away without even a goodbye. "Disrespectful suck ups. . ." She then added.
As Naruto and Hinata continued walking in a couple like way with their hands grasping one another's hip while they headed for the training ground the saw that no one was had arrived yet.
When they finally arrived, they notice Sasuke was heading their way from the opposite side of the field. "Good morning Sasuke-san." Hinata kindly greeted with a formal bow.
"Hn. . .Morning." Sasuke grunted out as he looked away. "So cute!" Satsuki thought at the Hyuga's personality finding her to be extremely cute. He then turned to Naruto as looked at him with his usual indifferent look. "Dobe. . ." He then insulted, but on the inside, Satsuki sigh. "I hate doing that. . ." She then whined at having to insult her boyfriend like that.
"Teme. . ." Naruto responded in annoyance as he gave his usual glare to him. "One day Satsuki-chan. . .one day. . ." He thought with determination.
"At least your good at acting." The demonic fox remarked.
"WILL! YOU! LET! THAT! GO! ALREADY!" Naruto roared in his mind. "I ALREADY KNOW THAT I SCREWED UP AND I WILL FIX IT IN THE END DATTEBAYO!" He then declared in his head.
Sasuke then noticed Naruto's arm around Hinata's waist and smirked. "So you finally figured it out huh?" He then stated the obvious with a sarcastic smirk. "AW! They look so cute together!" Satsuki meanwhile exclaimed in happiness then she turned sad. "I can't never do that in public or risk being found out. . ." She added with sadness.
Naruto and Hinata soon realized that they were Naruto's hand was still around Hinata's waist. They instantly separated from one another, all the while the two genin blushed a deep crimson. "Y-Yeah, so what Teme!?" Naruto stuttered out, acting out his part well
"Though your embarrassment was real. . ." The Kyūbi commented with a smirk.
"SHUT IT!" Naruto returned, still embarrassed being caught in such a way. "Satsuki-chan going to have a field day when we get back home with this. . ." He then added.
Hinata meanwhile was starting to play with her fingers in rapid fashion, very embarrassed from the predicament. "So um. . . .did something happen on the way here?" She then asked as she desperately wanted to change the subject.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow at her not stuttering. "Huh. . .Hinata-chan didn't stutter. . ." Satsuki got out in amazement. "Not much. . .just the elders decided to stop me for a few moments, though it was annoying dealing with them, it's better then run into any fangirls on the way." He explained in a deadpan tone. "As annoying as always. . .never thought that girls can be perverts. . .even more then the boys. . .save for Naruto-kun that is. . ." Satsuki then grumbled, smiling that she was able to be with him.
Back at the Memorial Stone. . .
Kakashi was still leaning on and staring at the stone that had his best friend's and his sensei's names written on it. Then after a few more moments the Jonin separated from the stone he let out a sigh. "Well. . .I better get going or risked getting another low blow from my cute genins." He then decided and as he was about to leave. . .
"Kakashi, a word." A old female voice ordered.
Kakashi turned his head slightly to see two elderly people, male and female respectively. The male had grey hair, a beard, glasses as well as a constant frown that made like he never smiled once in his life. The female also had grey hair but was in twin buns that was held up by a hair pin. They both were wearing robes the shrouded their old and shriveled bodies.
"Well well, Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane. What do I owe the pleasure, honorable elders?" Kakashi asked as he expertly hid his sarcasm tone.
"Cut the chit chat Kakashi," Koharu rudely said in an annoyed tone. "You should be training your team, more specifically train Sasuke-sama." She then reminded
"She is right Kakashi," Homura said in a harsh tone. "We need Sasuke-sama to be as strong as possible if we are to restore the Uchiha clan." He stated his reminder.
Kakashi then rolled his eye at the statement. "Yes I know. . .I will get on it right now then." He started to leave and head for the training field where his team was.
"And be sure to training that boy just enough to work as his statue. . .requires him to. We do not need him to gain unnecessary power, just enough in order to keep the Kyūbi at bay." Koharu then added to the reminder.
Kakashi then narrowed his eyes, but waved the two off as he didn't look at the duo. "Very well, I'll do just that then." He replied as he then disappeared into a puff of smoke. He then reappeared on a nearby roof. "Like I'm gonna lose the chance to train sensei's son like he should be." He thought with disdain at the elder attempt to keep Naruto as nothing more than a jail for the Kyūbi before he then headed for the training field.
An hour had passed since the three got to the training field as they waited for Kakashi to arrive and to finally begin their real training.
Naruto was tapping his feet as he was now as he patience was reaching its end. "Jeez," He sighed out in annoyance. "Is he always gonna be late like this?" He then asked to no one in particular. "I mean for kami sake we came later than he told us!" He then added in a ranting tone.
"Oh stop complaining kit and deal with it." The demonic fox then ordered as he was trying to catch some sleep.
Sasuke shrugged his shoulders in response. "Who knows. As long as we get training, it's better than nothing." He stated before he heard Hinata giggling at him. "What's so funny?" He then questioned with a slight annoyed tone.
Being caught in the act, Hinata only smiled a little. "It's just that. . .you seem to have a just more open personality than you did back in the academy. You used to never talked to anyone." She then admitted.
Sasuke sighed as he looked at the sky. "Well, since I'm finally away from the annoying fangirls, I can finally show some personality without them going gaga over me." He explained. "Those fangirls never leave me alone even if I didn't said a single word anyways!" Satsuki meanwhile ranted with an angered expression on her face. The Uchiha then glared at the blond Uzumaki that was giving a shit eating grin. "Just don't get any ideas though, I don't want my fangirls knowing I can actually show emotions." He then threatened. "At least Naruto-kun's good at acting too, it really does show how much he cares." Satsuki meanwhile gushed out happily with a pink blush on his face.
Naruto chuckled as he scratched the back of his head. "Only if you don't tempt me to." He joked. "But boy that would've been a blast before I had meet Satsuki-chan." He joked in his mind.
"Well if you had, then you would have the scorn of a very pissed off kunoichi after your sorry ass." The Kyūbi commented with a smirk.
Naruto actually had to thought of that. "Yeah. . .I think that would've been a very bad for my health. . ." He then admitted.
The Kyūbi then chuckled at that. "You know the saying, hell knows no fury like a women scorn. Trust me. . .I know from experience." He commented as a shiver then went down his spine.
To that, Naruto raised an eyebrow in confusion to what was said. "What are you-" Was all he could get out before. . .
A puff of smoke suddenly arose out of nowhere, Kakashi appeared as he was scratching the back of his head. "Sorry I'm late, I-" He started explaining, however. . .
"Save it, we really don't want to know." The two males plainly said in unison, while Hinata only had a slightly annoyed face, causing Kakashi to sweat-drop.
Kakashi soon sweatdropped at the instant reaction given. "Right. . .Moving on," He then started with a forced chuckle. "Now we will begin with the training you'll all will have whenever we aren't on a mission." He then started to explain the train regiment that the trio are going to accomplish.
"Finally! Some actual training!" Naruto exclaimed with excitement.
"Hn. . ." Sasuke grunted in agreement. "Finally! Real training!" Satsuki meanwhile cheered, ready to start training.
"I need to get strong for mine and my teammates sakes." Hinata thought to herself as to motivate herself with a determined expression on her face.
Kakashi face then turned serious as he looked at his genin team. "From this day forward I'll be training you three until you drop. You are no longer children, understand?" He then questioned the last bit in a serious matter.
The three then nodded as they all looked at their superior. "Yes sensei!" They all soon said in unison.
It was from that point for the entire month, Naruto, Hinata and Sasuke trained relentlessly.
Kakashi was actually keeping his word about training schedule, even going as far to their apartments and wake them up directly, which in turn lead to some very interesting yet painful events.
At the third day. . .
On top of the nearest apartment that was near Naruto's and Satsuki's, was Kakashi. "Well now. . .lets way up those two shall we?" The Jonin commented as he made a smokeless Shushin and reappeared on the branch that was on the room where the two roommates were sleeping.
The Jonin then open the window and his single eye widen for a moment before returning to normal. "Well. . .this is. . .different. . ." He then got out as he looked at the sight in front of him.
What was surprising for the Jonin was that the two were sleeping together, Naruto as Naruko with Satsuki as the two of them were completely naked and cuddling each other, breasts pressing each other.
Kakashi had to reminded himself that they were still thirteen year old. "Yet the Uchiha is developed well. . ." He then muttered as he watched said Uchiha hugging Naruko even tighter
While the Jonin was thinking that, he didn't saw that said Uchiha was beginning to stir. Satsuki began to yawn as she slowly open her eyes when she saw that her sensei, she blinked a few times as her brain finally processed the fact that she and her big sister were naked and being watch on by her sensei. "KYA!" She screamed at the top of her lungs
"FUUUUUUCK!" The Kyūbi roared from being woken up from the loud screaming.
The two sets of screams instantly woke Naruko and her protective instincts activated that the moment she saw Kakashi, this made her go berserk. "PERVERT!" They both screamed in unison as she and Satsuki bombarded their sensei with kunai and shurikens.
"WHOA! Hey! It's not like that!" Kakashi shouted as he desperately began to dodge all the projectiles. "And where did they get those!? They were naked!" He then questioned in his head.
After a few more projectiles, the girls finally manage to calmed down after they ran out of kunai and shurikens to use.
Kakashi then looked at both girls with a glare on his face. "Listen. . .I know that you are protective, but that isn't the proper way to react." He soon advised.
"And for waking me up and hurting my eardrums. . ." The demonic fox grumbled as he used his paw to dig into his ear.
"Shut it you erotic fox. . ." The white T-shirt wearing Naruko muttered as she then deepened her glare at the man. We only reacted that way because you were being a trespasser and we thought you were trying to invades someone's home, more specifically a shinobi's home dattebane. . ." She soon countered with her hand on her hips.
This made Kakashi sweatdropped as he couldn't deny that.
"Yeah, especially if it's in their bedroom. . ." The black bra cladded Satsuki added in agreement before her eyes widened. "OH SHIT!" She then exclaimed as she realized that she wasn't pretending to be Sasuke. "I-I can explain K-Kakashi-sensei!" She soon began stuttering out, panicking at being discovered.
This made Naruko gasped as she also finally realize that her sensei had seen the real Uchiha. "DAMMIT!" She then swore out.
Kakashi in response merely chuckled as he eye smiled at the two while waving it off with his hand. "Don't worry, I already known, I do believe that Hokage-sama told you two that the shinobi council already knew about your little pretend Sasuke persona." He stated as he couldn't help but find their expressions funny.
At that statement, Satsuki instantly calmed down as her eyes immediately twitched to that before she then slapped her forehead. "Fuck!" She then grumbled out.
"Again. . .dammit. . ." Naruko mumbled out as she lowered her head for not even thinking about the thought of that possibility.
"Should've expected that brat." The Kyūbi then remarked with a smirk, only to get a groan from his container.
Then after a while of being amused by the display in front of him, Kakashi soon turned to Naruko and his expression became more serious. "Now is just as good enough time to tell him. . ." He thought to himself. "Naruto. . ." He then started.
Naruko then recovered as she looked back at her sensei while tilting her head. "Yeah Kakashi-sensei?" She responded, not aware still of how she was at the moment.
Kakashi took a deep breath, knowing that this will be the most difficult thing he's done. "Naruto. . .I knew your father. . ." He then revealed.
Naruko's face turn into one of pure shock at hearing this. "Y-You known my dad?" She asked with baffled expression.
"No way. . ." Satsuki then got out, also baffled by this revelation. She then looked at the shocked Naruko with wide eyes. "I. . .better not tell Naruko-oneechan she's still transformed. . .I don't want to ruin the moment. . ." She then decided in her head.
Kakashi then nodded to her as he kept the same expression. "More then that. . .he was my sensei. . .and my second father figure. . ." He then added to the reveal while shame started to build up within him.
At this revelation both girls were even more shocked then just Kakashi knowing both their secrets and simply knowing the Forth. "My/Naruto-kun's dad was your sensei!?" They exclaimed in unison then they processed the second thing he said. "HE WAS YOUR SECOND FATHER!?" They then shouted while having a stupefied expressions on their faces.
"Does that mean your my real brother!?" Naruko then questioned with more confusion rising within her.
"WHAT!?" Satsuki shouted in startlement at the thought of her boyfriend have having their sensei as his brother.
"Idiots. . ." The Kyūbi grumbled so his container wouldn't hear him as he palmed his face with his paw.
Kakashi then sweatdropped to that question. "No, Naruto. . .as in someone I saw as a second father." He then answered. "Well. . .he may looked like sensei, but he's more like her mother than I thought. . ." He thought to himself
"Oooooooh. . ." Naruko and Satsuki then got out in perfect unison while nodding. "That makes more sense." They both then added once more in unison.
Kakashi sweatdropped at how the two were as he stared intently at them. "And Satsuki could be Kushina's daughter if it wasn't for the fact that she was Mikoto-san's. . ." He thought as he then returned to his serious expression. "But because I knew them, I could had been like a brother figure had I been at your side. . ." He then admitted with a heavy heart full of shame.
"What do you mean?" Naruko asked, not understanding what her sensei meant.
Kakashi then looked at the blonde as a sweat drop ran down his head as he couldn't be quiet about a something. "Uh. . .Before I do explain it, Naruto. . ." He then started.
"Yeah sensei?" Naruko then asked in confusion,
"Why. . .are you a female at the moment?" Kakashi then finished with a deadpan tone.
"What are you talking about sensei? I'm not-" Naruko began before she then looked down and palmed her face with her hand. "I. . .was like this the entire time wasn't I dattebane?" She then asked the already obvious question.
This made all visible and hidden people sweatdropped in unison while Satsuki looked away in embarrassment. "Idiot. . ." They Kyūbi simply stated.
After seeing the blond returned to normal, the Jonin then close his eyes as the many memories of his past began to appeared on his mind one after the other. From his father's suicide, to his time with his now deceased friends, till the death of his second father figure. "I. . .I should have been there when you were growing up Naruto. . ." He began to explained.
Naruto's eyes soon widen once more at this as he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "W-What?" Was all she could manage to asked.
Satsuki's face sadden at the way her onee-chan had become from the reveal. "Naruto-kun. . ." She mumbled lowly.
Kakashi was now having a difficult time to continued, but he knew he had to. "Not for my sake. . .but for his. . .he has the right too. . ." He thought to himself. "I. . .was the only living person that had any close and personal ties with both Sensei and your mother here in Konoha, so. . .I should have taken care of you for your entire life here in Konoha. . ." He finally revealed.
Naruto's eyes were still widen as he listened to this reveal, balling his hands into fists all the while. "Then. . .then why?" He then asked as he tried to hide his pain. "What made you not go and take care of me?" He then added to the question.
It was at this point that Kakashi turned his head away from his sensei's child in shame. "I won't make excuses, I was a fool living in the past, but more so for not letting myself take you at the time. . .after what I've been through and what I had lost, it made me blinded from wanting to look at what I still had. . .you. . ." He stated with a pain filled voice.
Hearing this, Naruto's expression soften and looked at his sensei with both concern and worry. "Sensei. . ." He then got out.
"Wait a minute. . ." Satsuki then interrupted. "You didn't tell us any on this at all before, but now that you said it, I wanna know. . .what the hell did you go through in the past to make you like this sensei?" The Uchiha then asked in her own serious tone.
Kakashi then took another deep breath as he tried to calmed himself while placing one of his hands to his covered eye. "Well. . .my story involves you a little bit as well Satsuki. . ." He began as he removed his headband protector from his left eye that had a scar that went through his eye socket.
"Eh?" The two then got out in confused unison.
"Because of this. . ." Kakashi finished as he open his left eye and revealed a red eye with three tomoes.
Satsuki's eyes then widened as she immediately recognized the eye and pointed at it. "H-HOW DO YOU HAVE THAT!?" She exclaimed in complete confusion and shock.
"WHAT THE HELL!?" The Kyūbi shouted at seeing the eye.
Naruto merely then tilted his head as he looked at it. "Cool eye sensei." He plainly said.
Expecting that reaction from the Uchiha, Kakashi let out a chuckled at that last part. "Yes it is, but this eye wasn't mine originally." He stated as he gently touched the eye.
"What do you mean?" Naruto asked, not knowing what the big deal was.
"It's because that eye is the Sharingan of the Uchiha bloodline Naruto-kun." Satsuki clarified. "And I'm pretty sure Kakashi-sensei isn't an Uchiha." She then added as she looked at her sensei.
"Really? Does that mean your eyes are gonna become something awesome like that Satsuki-chan?" Naruto then asked in excitement.
Satsuki blushed at that, happy that Naruto thinking that her eyes would look cool. "Y-Yes. . .But again Kakashi-sensei, how did you get that eye?" She then once more asked.
"Well, before I begin with that, I should explain where my lost began. . ." Kakashi stated as he looked upwards. "My real father. . .committed suicide. . ." He then revealed.
This in turn completely shocked both young genins. "Damn. . .way to start a story. . ." The Kyūbi commented as even he had to admit that was very grim.
"Well this started because my real father had choose to fail a mission in order to save the lives of his comrades. . ." Kakashi began to explain.
"I don't get it, why would your dad committed suicide for doing something so good?" Naruto asked as he couldn't understand.
"Yeah, I don't get it either sensei." Satsuki admitted as she placed her hands on her hips.
The mask blocked it, but Kakashi let out a depressed smile. "It shouldn't huh?" He then said, but more to himself then to them. "While that itself was a very novel to some, it was the most despicable thing a shinobi could had done, fail a mission which ruin the image of their village." He then revealed.
"You mean like me with everyone thinking I'm the fox?" Naruto then asked in a serious tone.
Kakashi let out a dry chuckle to that. "I couldn't have put it better myself. . .but unlike you Naruto, my father didn't had that unbreakable will you have. . ." He stated.
"So. . .he couldn't take it and. . ." Satsuki got out as she already manage to figure out what happen, paling at the thought. "Kakashi-sensei. . ." She then got out in depression.
Kakashi soon took another deep breath as his story was far from over. "I had just started the academy when it happen. . .and I also so his deceased body laying there on the center of our home. . ." He then stated.
Naruto just couldn't believe why someone like Kakashi's own father who had such a great values to protect his comrades, would just give up like that, as he would never ever give up no matter what. "Humans are normally weak and can easily lose both their ideals and their fate in both themselves and on others. . .your just the exception." Kyūbi answered his host's unspoken question.
". . ." Naruto could say nothing as he just decided to listen to the rest of the story.
"It was at this that I too became resentful at the choice my father did and I became someone that only cared about the Shinobi Rules and finishing the mission not matter what. . ." Kakashi admitted with shame in his tone.
"So you were like Satsuki-chan when she was acting like Sasuke?" Naruto then asked with a witty smirk.
"Hey. . ." Satsuki got out while pouting cutely.
"Just kidding." Naruto responded with a chuckle.
Kakashi let out a shameful filled chuckle. "No Naruto. . .I was much much worse. . ." He replied.
"What do you mean?" Naruto asked, once more not getting it.
Kakashi could only look away from his students as he couldn't stand the shame of what he did. "I did this as a way for me to resent him. . .so that I wouldn't be like him. . .for him abandoning me. . ." He clarified.
"It must've been rough Kakashi-sensei. . ." Naruto then deducted.
"And I thought I had it bad. . ." Satsuki then admitted.
"It didn't excused for what I did. . ." Kakashi stated. "But I'll get more to that later, alright?" He added.
The two genin then nodded in response.
Kakashi also gave a nod as he continued. "Then at the ninja academy I meet many people that would later become my friends and fellow sensei's, but two of them you should know for now. . ." He stated as those memories at the academy began to filled in his mind, ending with two very special people to him. "They were Obito Uchiha and Rin Nohara. . .who later would had been in the same genin team as me." He finally manage to revealed.
"Uchiha?" Satsuki thought in slight surprise and wide eyes.
"Rin. .. well she was basically the Hinata of the group. . .though slightly had a fangirl thing for me. . ." He then admitted.
"There's always a fangirl. . ." The two genin and Bijū thought and sweatdropped in unison.
Figuring out what the two genin were thinking, Kakashi looked intently at the duo. "But she at least knew her limits on it and was very serious about her career as a kunoichi, as she was the medical ninja of our team and as such very important part of our team" He then added.
"Oh." The two genin then got out at the same time.
"At least she wasn't useless then. . ." The Kyūbi commented.
"The other one was. . .Obito Uchiha. . ." Kakashi continued as he caught the intense eyes in the female Uchiha in front of him. "That's right. . .he was of your clan Satsuki, though unlike most of your clan he was like . . .Naruto when he began his academy time." He then explained.
"You mean he sucked?" They Kyūbi commented with a smirked.
"OI!" Naruto roared back in annoyance.
"So he wasn't that good?" Satsuki tried to be as kind as she could but. . .
Hearing the Uchiha's guess, Naruto immediately was in the corner with a dark cloud on top of his head.
Kakashi then nodded as he lightly chuckled to that. "Yeah. . .but just like Naruto he also had a very strong spirit and even had the same dream as you." He then revealed.
This got Naruto's attention as he turn towards his sensei. "He wanted to be Hokage too?" He asked with a surprised yet happy tone.
"You know. . .I get the feeling that it's always the idiots that wants to have that job. . ." The Kyūbi commented with a sweatdrop.
"OI!" Naruto once again retorted.
"He also had a major crush on Rin like how Naruto had one on the Haruno girl." Kakashi commented.
"OK IS THIS JUST BEAT UP ON NARUTO DAY DATTEBAYO!" Naruto then roared in pure annoyance at the constant comparisons.
Kakashi chuckled at that. "No Naruto, I didn't meant it like that, because unlike how you were treated, Rin never once hated or despised Obito, in fact like Hinata, she believed in Obito when other never did." He clarified as he smiled on the memories. "When Obito always messed up or feels down, it was always Rin that tended his injuries and would always cheer him up, he would always blushed when she touched him." He added with a chuckle.
"Oh. . ." Naruto got out as he was still annoyed that at the fact that he and Obito didn't share that part.
"Jealous that the guy that had what you never had?" The Kyūbi commented with a smirk.
Satsuki looked at Naruto with a worried expression as she more or less thought the same as the Bijū.
This however didn't really affect Naruto. "Truth being told, I would've been jealous at that hearing that part Kakashi-sensei, well maybe I do a little, but I'm actually glad for the most part." He commented with a smile as he placed his hands behind his head. "Because I feel glad that a fellow dead last like Obito-san was like me and had some affection with the girl he liked." He then clarified as his smile never left.
At this answer, it made everyone present and hidden to either smiled or chuckled at the level of sympathy the blond genin had for a fellow dead last. "You would've been good friends with him. . ." Kakashi thought with a happy yet sad tone. "Well I'm glad you think like that Naruto, but we should continued." He stated.
Naruto then lowered his arms and nodded in agreement.
"The next part of my story is when I finally graduated from the academy. . .that was when the three of were placed in the same team. . .with your father as our sensei." Kakashi revealed.
This made both genin excited as they wanted to know more of the Fourth, but more so Naruto.
Satsuki then took a deep breath as she looked at her sensei. "What was Minato-sama like?" She then asked. "I wanna learn more about Naruto-kun's family." She thought with determination. "And what about his mother? What was she like?" She then added to the question as Naruto wanted to hear that as well.
Kakashi let his memories rushed into his brain as he tried to processed where to start. "I think I should start with Sensei." He finally decided, when the jonin saw the genin nod in agreement he nodded as well. "I first meet sensei when he was to be mine, Obito and RIn's sensei, he was still an Elite Jonin, years before he became the Fourth Hokage." He began to tell his meeting.
"Wow, that must've been a long time ago." Satsuki admitted. "Was Lord Fourth became the Hokage during the Third Great Shinobi War?" She then asked.
"The what?" Naruto then asked in confusion.
Again everyone sweatdropped in unison to that question. "Seriously!? Do you even payed any attention to something that even simple kami damn villager would know!?" They Kyūbi roared in annoyance.
But before Naruto could replied, Satsuki placed her hands on her hips as she looked at her boyfriend. "Naruto-kun, maybe you should had paid attention in class, it was the third massive war of our village's, no scratch that, in the shinobi history in general." She chid in a mother like tone while wagging a single finger.
"Oh. . .my bad Satsuki-chan." Naruto simply replied with an embarrassed tone while rubbing the back of his head.
Satsuki then sighed happily as she peck him on the lips, causing the blond to blush. "It's ok Naruto-kun." She then responded.
"Well then, glad you learned something new then Naruto." Kakashi joked as he gave an eye smiled. "But to answer your question, yes it was during the Third Shinobi War that I was placed on this team and because it was wartime, the age requirement wasn't necessary, as long as you had the skill you could had be Chunin at the age of six." He then clarified.
"What!? Chunin at age six!?" Naruto and Satsuki exclaimed in unison with shocked expressions.
"T-That young and a chunin!?" Satsuki then got out.
"Yup, that's right and I was one of them." Kakashi then added with an eye smiled
"WHAT!?" The two roared even louder than before.
Kakashi then returned serious once more. "Wartime. . .can make even children be killing machines. . .all for the sake of protecting their village." He then added with a voiced filled with grim.
"Ain't that the truth. . ." The Kyūbi thought to himself as he couldn't help but agree.
This statement was like a splashed of ice cold water to the two genin as they couldn't know what to think, little lone what to respond to that.
Kakashi then shocked his head to. "But I'll explain more about that later, let's get back to the time when I met sensei." He suggested, the two genin nodded in agreement. "Like I said it was when we were placed on his team, also it was him that I got the genin test that I placed you." He reveled.
"Wait! My dad made up that stupid test!?" Naruto exclaimed in shock.
"That test was actually the same test down by the Third Hokage to the Sannin and the Sannin did for sensei." Kakashi then informed.
"The who?" Naruto once again asked in an innocent matter.
"You know. . .I am not even surprised by that anymore. . ." The Kyūbi stated as he had all but given up on his host of knowing even the most common of knowledge as he then watched the Uchiha kiss him again and stating that she would make sure he learns the necessities. "Yet he still has two girls after him. . ." He then added in rising jealously.
Kakashi then sighed at the interaction as he rubbed his head. "Anyway. . .when we did the test, it was more or less like how it when with your three. First we attacked sensei individually which we didn't resulted in anything as he would simply dodge all our attacks." He then continued.
"Umm, no offence but he was know as the fastest shinobi in the world." Satsuki commented.
Kakashi then waved the female Uchiha concern. "None taken. But at the time he took it easy on us. . .no more like he took it easy on Obito and Rin as he would've made it slightly more difficult on me for my skill level." He revealed.
"Then how did you passed the test?" Naruto asked as he tilted his head to the side.
"The same way I forced you to do, teamwork." Kakashi answered, but he slightly closed his visible eye. "Though at the time I was actually very disappointed and displeased with the result personally." He then admitted.
"Why's that sensei?" Satsuki soon asked.
"Like I said before, I only cared on completing the mission by myself, so at the time when I was forced to pass using teamwork, well to put it mildly, I was pretty stoic." Kakashi answered her question.
"So you were basically salty?" Satsuki commented with her arms crossed over her chest as Naruto had to hold back a roaring laughter.
The Kyūbi on the other hand didn't as he was on his back and holding his stomach. "Bwahahahaha!" He roared inside of the seal.
Kakashi let out a sigh of slight annoyance to that. "Yes, yes I was. . .but getting back on track, after we passed the test we when on missions and train together, but since I was so focus on the Rules me and Obito would often disagree in almost anything and at any time, it would always be Rin to break up the fights. At that time, I gained a close bond with sensei and saw him as a second father to me." He continued his story while smiling happily at those happy times.
The two genin stayed silent as they wanted to hear more about their sensei's youth.
"In the many days we trained with sensei we finally meet Kushina-san." Kakashi then revealed.
This instantly got Naruto's attention as his eyes were slightly widen with anticipation.
Satsuki meanwhile couldn't help but feel bad for Naruto as she then held his hand. "I can only image how bad Naruto-kun wants to know about the mother he never knew. . ." She thought with sadness as she was thankful and loved her mother, so that thought of never knowing her's was something that she wouldn't want to know.
"She was the most headstrong, violent, easily angered woman I had ever met. . ." Kakashi began to explain how Kushina was as the two genin could literally feel the happiness that was in their sensei's words. "She always was there to bring the lunch that sensei would forget, she and Obito would always fight with each other as sensei would always cowered when she was angered." He added with a chuckled.
"So basically your dad was so whipped." The Kyūbi joked with a shit grin smirk on his face as he simplified the description.
Before Naruto could retort, Satsuki beat him first. "So it's where Naruto-kun got his fun loving personality from?" She then asked as she cuddled into the blond's arm.
Naruto face blushed red when he felt Satsuki's breast on his arm while Kakashi chuckled at the two. "Yes, if it wasn't for the fact that Naruto had both her hair and eyes, he would looked more like Kushina-san then sensei." He clarified.
"I knew it!" Satsuki commented with a grin on her face as she hugged the blond tightly, while said blond blushed darker.
"So kit, how do those breasts feel?" The demonic fox then questioned with a perverse expression on his face.
"S-SHUT IT!" Naruto retorted as his face turn redder when he felt Satsuki leaning in more into him.
"I rest my case your honor!" The Kyūbi then declared as his nose started leaking blood.
"No sooner then that, we entered the Chunin Exams, we made it to the finals which at the time it was only between konoha genins. However it was only me that turned Chunin rank and like I said, at age six." Kakashi stated as he had a slight bragging in his tone of voice.
Naruto and Satsuki then closed their eyes halfway as they knew their sensei was bragging. "Show off. . ." They both then grumbled out.
Kakashi then got serious once more. "It was later that time that the Third War was finally reached its critical time as all shinobi villages were at each other's throats. So against sensei's wishes, our team was made to join in the war. . ." He reveled with a dead serious tone.
Naruto gulped at that while Satsuki had a slight fearful expression on her face.
". . ." The Kyūbi meanwhile stayed silent as he knew full well what war is truly about.
Kakashi crossed his arms as he began to recalled the times. "Our team was constantly sent on mission that could favored the flow of the war to Konoha's favor, as we did so we gain much recognition that Obito and RIn made Chunin while I made Jonin." He continued.
"Wow. . .So you didn't need to do any kind of test?" Naruto asked.
"As I said before, during wartime the only thing that mattered was skill, so we showed we got it so we were instantly promoted." Kakashi responded. "But only when we showed that we had both killed and survived our mission to do so. . ." He added.
"Damn. . .that must of been really rough dattebayo. . ." Naruto then admitted.
Satsuki then nodded in agreement. "Yeah. . ." She then agreed.
". . ." Kakashi was now having a difficult time trying to recalled what happened next. The event that changed him forever. After another moment, he took the deepest breath he could. "It was when I finally turn Jonin when. . .my entire world started to crumble apart. . ." He began with a tone that would make a dead person more lively than him.
Feeling the same, Naruto and Satsuki were now actually afraid of knowing what would happen next, but they knew that they had to hear it.
Kakashi took another moment to gather his courage to tell what happen. "When I turned Jonin, me, Obito and Rin were sent to an S-Class rank mission. . ." He finally manage to got out.
The two genin gulped as even they knew that S-Class was the highest of the high in terms of difficulty that only the best of the best shinobi would ever do.
"This mission was to destroy the Kannabi Bridge in Kusagakure in order to cut off Iwagakure's supply line, this would severely cripple their forces supplies that will force them to retreat the frontlines." Kakashi then began to explained the mission parameters.
"What about Naruto-kun's dad? Was he with you as well?" Satsuki asked.
Kakashi shocked his head from side to side. "No, sensei was need in the frontlines at that moment so it was just the three of us." He responded. "We meet with opposition with Iwa shinobi, during that mission Rin was kidnapped. . ." He reveled.
Satsuki immediately gasped in shocked at hearing this while Naruto balled his hands into fists and tensed up.
Kakashi face then was filled with shame. "Obito wanted to rescue her immediately. . .but, I insisted in first complete the mission, as I didn't wanted to repeat my father's failure. . ." He declared with shame.
"Baka. . ." Both Naruto and Satsuki then got out in disapproving and angered tones.
Kakashi didn't responded to that as he deserved that. "Yes I was. . ." He then admitted. "Obito of course refused to go along with this and decided to go and save Rin all by himself. . .Not before he told me something that would forever be engraved in my mind and my heart." He stated.
"What did he tell you?" Satsuki honestly asked, she was disappointed in his sensei, but she and Naruto wanted to know what the other Uchiha had told him.
Kakashi looked at them straight in their eyes. "He told me that my dad was a hero and he said 'Those that break the rules are scum. . .but those that abandon your comrades are worse than scum. . .'" He told them as simply saying that gave the Jonin a sense of strength from them.
This shocked both Genin to their core, as they too could feel strength from those simple words. "Whoa. . ." They got out in unison.
"That guy. . .I'm starting to wonder if he was even an Uchiha for thinking like that. . ." The Kyūbi couldn't helped but wonder in his mind. "Haha. . .maybe him and the busty Uchiha may have been related in more way than just by blood." He added with a joking tone.
Kakashi couldn't help but smiled happily and proudly behind of his mask, incredibly happy that Obito's ideology would be passed on to the next generation. "No sooner Obito told me those words did he marched on towards Rin's captures." He continued his story as he regain the genin's attention. "Though I was affect by his words, I still went to to carry out the mission alone, but as I went on his words and my memories of my father kept flowing inside my mind, this ultimately made me decided that Obito was right about everything, so I turned back to join him." He stated with a serious tone.
This placed a smiled on the two genins face, feeling both happy and proud that their sensei did the right choice.
"I tracked them down and found out that their hideout was inside a large cave, I had arrived just in time when the I got there Obito was about to be killed we both tag team, however the enemy had a powerful jutsu that made him invisible." Kakashi stated as he shown his scar eye once more. "It was because of that jutsu that he manage to inflict this injury and took my eye as well." He revealed.
Satsuki gasped as Naruto felt his stomach turn in disgust at the thought of losing one of his eye.
"If I was honest with myself at the time, I was truly terrified. . .because of the single jutsu we didn't stood a chance anymore. But then something happen. . ." Kakashi declared, he watch the genin on their edge of their sits like small children wanting to know what happens next. This brought a chuckle out of the Jonin. "In the moment of life and death, Obito awaken his Sharingan thanks to that, he manage to see where the enemy was as his whole body looked like nothing but a big mass chakra, combining our abilities we manage to defeat the leader and rescued Rin." He stated as that memory of the two finally working side by side was still fresh in his mind.
"That was awesome! Obito-san awaken his Sharingan at the last second!" Satsuki shouted in excitement.
"Yeah! Like heroes making their comeback when all hope was lost!" Naruto agreed with the same level of excitement.
Then as if all happiness and hope was swallowed the genin turned to watch their sensei normal eye went hollow. "Yes. . .but we were so distracted that the last surviving kidnapper was still alive. . .he retaliated by forcing a cave in right on top of us. . .and because of my damaged eye it was difficult to avoid the falling rocks, then. . .a huge boulder was right on top of me with no way to evade. . ." He stated with a hollow tone, this made the genin fear to what happens next. The memories of that moment appeared in his mind in traumatising slow motion. "Obito. . .pushed me out of the way. . .and being crushed by the rock instead. . ." He finally revealed.
Looks of about solute shocked and terror filled the two genin when they hear this.
"Rin and me tried the best we could to free him but we couldn't do a thing for him as his right side was completely crushed by the massive stone, knowing that his injuries were too serious to survive, Obito. . .decided to give me the present that he forgot to give me. . ." Kakashi struggled to get out as he touched his Sharingan.
The two genin instantly knew what the present was now. Satsuki had to hold his mouth in terror as Naruto couldn't believe what he just heard. "H-His eye?" Satsuki just barely manage to get out.
Kakashi then rubbed his eye once more as he gave a solemn expression. "That's right it was Obito's asked Rin to used her medical skills to remove and replaced his eye with my lost one. . ." He clarified. "After that, the surviving enemy went to kill us, but thanks to Obito's eye, I was easily able to defeat him." He then added.
"B-but why? You save the day. . .Why would that happen?" Naruto barely managed to get out.
"This is real life kit. . .there won't always be a happy ending. . ." The Kyūbi declared with a wise and serious tone.
As if he heard the the Bijū, Kakashi looked upwards. "That's what wars do. . .take life's regardless if they were good or bad. . ." He told his sensei's son. "After Rin manage to replaced my eye the cave then started to completely cave in, Obito told me to take care of Rin and we were forced to leave our dying teammate there. . ." He continued as he voice was more hollow then before.
The genin could only looked down in sadness for what had happened to their sensei.
Kakashi then once more gave a serious expression as he looked at the two. "When we manage to get out of the cave, many Iwa shinobi surrounded us where I fought them back as long as I could, it was thanks to Obito's eye I manage to hold on long enough for sensei to arrive and defeat the rest of them. After that sensei helped us destroyed the bridge and finished our mission. . ." He finalized.
"Damn sensei. . .just. . .damn dattebayo. . ." Naruto got out.
Satsuki then lowered her head as she rubbed her eyes. "Obito-san. . .the kind Uchiha. . ." She mumbled out. "Is that all to the story?" She asked.
Kakashi shocked his head. "No. . .that was just the middle of my story. . ." He stated.
"There's more?" Naruto couldn't help but asked as he wasn't sure how much did their sensei had lived through.
The Jonin looked upwards once more as he closed his eyes. "No sooner after that mission. . .Rin, died during the war. . ." He got out as it was all he could manage to say.
The genin gasped in unison. "Rin-san too?" Satsuki got out while Naruto tighen his fist in frustration and anger.
"Yeah. . .I failed to Obito's last dying wish. . .I fell into depression, were I would just spend my free time just avoiding my friends and former classmates as my dreams at night would be haunted for all I been through. . ." Kakashi began to explain.
The genin could say nothing as they couldn't find their voices.
Kakashi felt the sad emotion on his students eye, he decided to continued to give them a break. "At that time sensei, who finally became the Fourth Hokage by then, tried to help me by assigning me to the Anbu." He began.
"You were an Anbu?" Naruto asked as this surprised him and the Uchiha Heiress by that fact.
The Jonin nodded that. "Yes I and I was a natural at it as well. . .but it was because of my cold behavior and my ruthlessness in combat as that was for not being able to move on from my teammates deaths." He clarified. "But sensei saw that this wasn't working so he decided another approached, guarding Kushina-san during her pregnancy." He reveled.
Naruto eyes widen at that. "When she was pregnant?" He got out.
Satsuki however instantly knew what that meant. "I-I see. . ." She got out with a blush on her face.
Kakashi nodded to the Uchiha as he then looked at the blond. "That's right, when she was pregnant with you Naruto." He then revealed with an eye smile. "Not going to tell you what happen in the time of my Anbu careered as all I did during that time is classified, but I was an Anbu even after. . .the Kyūbi attacked the village and sensei and Kushina-san died. . ." He struggled to say, but he knew that his story was almost over so he had to finished it. "It was even harder for me after the only thing that kept me sane, my second father did, so all I could do was drown myself in work to numb the pain until Third Hokage thought I had enough where a few years ago, I returned to being a regular Jonin as he assign me genin teams in hopes of giving me a new reason to live. . ." He finally concluded his story.
There was a long moment of silence as he waited for the genin to digest everything.
"No this Naruto. . .I didn't tell you my story for you to simply forgive me, or to take this as an excuse for not being there for you, I was lost for so long that I could that been able to move on had I not chosen to run away from you. . .for that, I am sorry. . ." Kakashi apologized as he lowered his head as a sign of deeply regretting his inactions during his absence in the blond's earlier life.
Satsuki decided not to say a word as whether or not Naruto would forgive their sensei it will ultimately be up to him. "What will your answer be Naruto-kun?" She thought to herself as she waited with patience.
"Now then. . .how will your ideals, your very soul respond to this?" The Kyūbi thought with a very serious tone that was unlike any he had ever spoken before. "Don't dissapoint me brat. . ." He then added.
Naruto lowered his head as his hair covered his eyes as he began to processed everything that he was told. "Kakashi-sensei. . ." He got out as he gain the Jonin's attention. "You know, when I heard that my dad was like your second father and that you also got to spent time with my mom for a long time, it honestly made me feel happy yet sad, because that was something I would never be able to experience. . ." He stated in a neutral tone.
Kakashi said nothing as his voice failed him. "I experience something that should had been his. . ." He thought to himself as that's how he interpreted what Naruto just said.
Satsuki meanwhile was starting to feel like Naruto was taking this in the completely wrong way and that was making her feel worried for her boyfriend, but she had decided before that it would be him to decide, so she remained quiet.
"But. . ." Naruto began as he raised his head upwards while his hair still blocked his eyes. "I'm glad." He stated as a smile appeared on his face.
"Eh?" Was everyone's respond, all of them being completely confused and intrigued by this.
Naruto then lowered his face and every one saw his face, it was mixture of happiness, sadness and relief. "I mean sure, my early life sucked and was very lonely, but your life was sad and lonely too. . .leaving like that for all my life, I would never would we it onto anyone. . ." He stated as he gave a sad yet happy true smile. "So even if I wish that there was someone there with me during those lonely days, I wouldn't want you to do it out of regret or out of duty for your second father figure, I'm more glad that you want to be with me now that you finally want to do it. . ." He concluded as he placed his hands behind his head as he gave a big cheerful and happy grin that was devoid of any malicious feelings.
Kakashi could only stare at the blond with widen eye as he couldn't detect a single ounce of falsehood or deception in the boy's tone, he had to cover his mouth to stop himself from crying. "T-Thank you Naruto. . ." He got out with a few sobs that escaped his mouth.
Satsuki meanwhile smiled herself as she felt happy for her boyfriend's choice. "Naruto-kun. . ." She got out as she then hugged him.
Inside of the seal, the was laying there on his paws as he had calm and serene expression while having a small grin on his face. "That was a good start brat. . ." He said so more to himself than to anyone else.
"I promise to make it up to you Naruto, I promise." Kakashi declared with a serene look on his face.
"Well. . ." Naruto suddenly got out as he looked to the side. "I can think of a way you could. . ." He got out with a mischievous tone.
Satsuki could only let out a giggle escape her lips when she hear that..
"Oh boy. . .I know that tone. . ." The Kyūbi got out as he sweatdropped.
Kakashi raised his visible eye. "How so?" He asked as he too got a feeling about what is coming.
Naruto then let out a big toothy grin. "Teach me cool jutsu's!" He declared with his normal loud and excited self. "So, can we expect you to actually be on time with training now?" He then asked with a smirk.
"Same here as well!" Satsuki then added as she cuddled tightly into the blond's arm.
Kakashi could only let out a chuckle at the two as he closed his eye. "Sure Naruto, but you'll going to have to work hard to get me to teach you those cool jutsu." He said with a chuckled as he turned to Satsuki."And well I was meant to teach you Satsuki because I'm the only one that can teach you how to use the Sharingan when you awaken it." He added.
This only made the two genins eye sparkled. "Heck yeah!" The declared in unision.
"Idiots. . ." Was all the Kyūbi could get out as decided to go back to sleep.
After Kakashi had finished telling the two everything he had to tell them, he decided to head for Hinata. Unfortunately, the first time he went to Hinata home however, he was almost attacked from some of the members that thought he was an intruder.
That almost escalated into a fight that Kakashi didn't wanted but the guards weren't very understanding or rather didn't want to listen, but that was stopped after Hinata, who was woken up from the commotion, arrived just in time and explained everything to the guards, she then apologized to Kakashi for what happened.
Kakashi simple wave her concerns off as she was just saved the guards from being sent to the hospital if she haven't came in in time.
After all, he did tell them that he was going to see her and a sensei can enter the compound if he announced himself, which he did, so the guards would had been in a lot of trouble had they harm him. To which when the guard heard about that, they nearly had a heart attack.
Then the first week of training, Kakashi began to train the trio with seriousness, he first taught the three some basic skill as the tree climbing exercise. It took a few days of practice. But they managed to get the that skill down enough, more so Hinata as thanks to her excellent chakra control she was the first to master the jutsu, then followed by Sasuke and finally Naruto, but not soon enough for Kakashi's preference as he had to deal with the complaints of an annoyed blond for failing constantly on his head or butt do to his horrible chakra control.
Kakashi eventually went on to teach them the water walking exercise to the three. And like last time it was Hinata to first master it, then it was Sasuke's, but the jonin had to let the Uchiha train in a more private location so that he could keep his secret hidden from anyone that would be spying on them and finally it was Naruto after many more days of practice. However that too wasn't as quick enough for the Jonin, because like the tree climbing, he had to deal with the complaints of his favorite blond constantly falling into the water.
Strangely after a few weeks of training, it started to get unusually hot and as a result Naruto and even Hinata had to take off their sweater during their training, unfortunately causing a massive nosebleed and fainting from Naruto after seeing the Hyuga's low C chest being covered by a sweaty black t-shirt, as said Hyuga fainted next to him when she realized how bold she was by removing her sweater to the boy she loved as Sasuke and Kakashi chuckling all the while. Though inwardly, Satsuki was surprised that Hinata was the second girl their age group to have the large bust size only second to her.
During the weeks of training and being with Naruto for many days, Hinata's confidence slowly began grew enough stopped her stuttering as she got closer to Naruto, so she decided to wear a new outfit, though it mainly include a cream t-shirt with a lavender over coat that she kept open, navy pants and matching sandals. But all the same she liked it and felt much more secured with herself with her new ninja outfit.
Then on one fateful day after finishing that day's training. . .
Both Naruto and Hinata were walking side by side as they headed for Ichiraku's, then Naruto realized something. "So Hinata-chan, we've been going on some dates and hanging out together for a while now and uh. . .I do enjoyed spending time with you, I'm sorry they really aren't that good. . ." Naruto said, feeling guilty that he couldn't take Hinata someplace nicer than Ichiraku's, he loved Ramen with passion, but he knew that restaurant isn't the most romantic dinner date.
Hinata then shook her head negatively to that. "No no, I like them Naruto-kun, I enjoy the our nice and quiet time we have together, and Ayame-san and Teuchi-san are really friendly." She reassured as she blushed a pretty bright red.
Naruto then blushed himself as he scratched his cheek. "O-oh! I'm glad you enjoy the time we spend together Hinata-chan!" He then said feeling a bit relief knowing that Hinata wasn't enjoying their time then took a deep breath as he tried to get his confidence a massive boost for this next part. "I should tell her now. . ." He thought to himself as he felt it was time to asked her the big question.
Inside the seal the half asleep Kyūbi slightly opened an eye and gave a big yawn. "Finally. . ." The Bijū stated as he went back to sleep.
Naruto took another deep breath and stopped. Seeing this Hinata also stopped. "What's wrong Naruto-kun?" She asked with concern in her tone.
"It's now or never. . ." Naruto told himself in his head as he resolved himself for what he will asked Hinata. "Well we've been hanging out for a while and all. . ." He started.
Hinata smiled happily and nodded in response to that. "Yes, and each time it has been fun." She honestly responded with a small blush on her face as she timidly tap her index fingers together.
Naruto blushed at how cute the Hyuga was as he swallowed his saliva. "I. . .was kinda hoping you would uh. . . .y-you know. . ." He continued.
Hinata tilted cutely to the side as she didn't understand what Naruto was saying.
"Oh for the love of kami. . .GET ON WITH IT!" The Kyūbi then roared the order from within the seal as he then let out a sigh of annoyance. "And who would've thought that the Hyuga was as dense as the brat when his about to confess to her. . ." He added in his mind while he sweatdrop at the dense and confused girl.
Naruto nodded with a resolve expression on his face. "For once, the the furball is right." He thought while insulting the Bijū at the same time.
"OI!" Said Bijū however then roared in his head at the nickname.
Naruto then walked closer to the confused Hyuga and grabbed a hand as he stare straight at her eyes, this in turn made said girl blush darker at the hardly unwelcomed touch. "N-Naruto-kun?" She got out, not knowing what he was going to ask while timidly looking away from his eyes or risked fainting.
Naruto then gently force Hinata to look at him, she timidly complied as she looked at his eyes that she would always loved seeing. "W-Would you be my girlfriend?" He soon asked, flinching at his own little stutter. "No wonder Hinata-chan used to do it." He thought with much embarrassment.
Hinata eyes widen as she looked at Naruto in shock before looking down unable to say anything as she try to come to terms with what was just said. "N-Naruto-kun. . .H-He wants me to be his girlfriend!" She got out in her head. "Is this a dream!? After I watch Naruto-kun for so long, unable to tell him how I feel come true! Mother. . .I after so long the person that is the most precious person to me, he wants me to be his girlfriend!" She all but screamed in her mind, happy at what was happening to her.
"Uh. . .Hinata-chan?" Naruto got out, confused by the silence the girl was giving him. ""Crap, I didn't do anything wrong did I?" He then thought.
The Kyūbi let out a sigh. "You got a lot to learn. . ." He thought to himself.
Hinata then looked up and saw how nervous Naruto was before smiling happily. "Y-Y-Yes Naruto-kun! I-I-I would lo-lo-. . .like to be your girlfriend!" She barely manage to get out as she just couldn't say the real word she wanted to say. "Maybe I will, someday. . ." She decided as for now this was enough.
"Alright!" Naruto cheered as he hugged Hinata, happy that she said yes while said girl was fighting the urge to faint from both the happiny and the embarrassment of her new boyfriend holding her close to him. "I wonder what'll happen when the time comes for Satsuki-chan to reveal herself?" Naruto thought in his mind.
"Maybe something kinky?" Kyūbi remarked with perverted tone. "Very, very kinky. . ." He then started to chuckle pervertedly.
"Oh shut it fox! Hinata-chan is far too innocent and pure for that kind of stuff!" Naruto said in annoyance but not before the Bijū sending an erotic image to his host head, this made Naruto instantly ignoring him as some blood started dripped down his nose. "Dumb perverted fox." He thought before cutting off the link.
When Hinata didn't heard anything from her new boyfriend, she snuggled her to look at him. "A-Are you alright Naruto-kun?" She asked as she saw some blood dripping from his nose.
This instantly made said blond to returned to the situation at hand. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine Hinata-chan." Naruto said as he quickly wiped the blood from his nose. "Come on, let's head for Ichiraku's for a celebration." He then gave off a cheeky smile. "But first!" He added before he then planted a kiss on Hinata's cheek as he then wrapped his hands behind her back.
As Hinata felt Naruto's kiss, she blushed dark red, but she still smiled happily at the way things were going as she soon gave her own kiss on his cheek, that was almost too much for the girl to handle as she then lean in towards Naruto and said boy began cuddling up her as he led her towards Ichiraku.
The new couple would go to the blond's favorite ramen stand whenever they wanted to have a quick date while the two had decided to keep their relationship a secret for the time being.
The reason for this is that since the couple didn't know if the Hyuga council would approve or disapprove of them being together and that the village civilians who hate Naruto and would try to kill him if they found out that he laid his demonic hands on a clan heiress, or worse try to hurt Hinata just to get at Naruto.
Though that last one wasn't of much to worry about, as they weren't suicidal or had a death wish to even dare to try it, unless they want the fury and rage of the head of the most powerful clan in Konoha after their life.
Soon, more days had passed since that time as the three continued training and getting stronger together until. . .
Kakashi was giving the three a small break after they had finished their normal training before he began their individual one.
". . ." Naruto was laying on the soft grass as he stare at the blue sky.
"What's up? It not like you to have a deep and pensive face." The Kyūbi couldn't help but ask. "That and you been quiet for five minutes without screaming some nonsense." He added with a chuckle.
". . ." The blond however didn't reply as he kept staring at the sky.
Then Kyūbi let out a sigh as his host didn't retorted like he normally would. "Alright. . .I'll bite. . .What's wrong?" He then asked.
This finally made Naruto to let out a sigh. "I think its time. . ." He stated with conviction as he held with his hand his stomach where the seal that held the Bijū.
". . ." The Kyūbi instantly knew what he meant now. "It's your choice. . ." Was all the Bijū had to say as he decided not to get involved.
Nodding Naruto stood up and when to his sensei that was reading his favorite orange little book. "Sensei. . ." He called out with a very serious tone.
Said Sensei lowered his book when he heard Naruto called out to him. "Hmm?" Kakashi got out, but when he saw the serious expression on his students face, he decided to put away the book.. "What's up Naruto?" He asked as he gave said blond's full attention.
"I. . .I think it's time. . ." Naruto replied as he once more placed his hand on his stomach and looked at his teammates, more specifically at Hinata.
Like the Bijū, Kakashi instantly knew as well what he meant. "Are you sure? We already know that one of them is already ok with that, but. . .I can't speak of the other one." He stated as he referred to the Hyuga Heiress.
Naruto continued looking at Hinata for another moment before he nodded. "Yes. . .Like you know who, I don't. . .I don't want to hide it from her or risk her finding out from someone else that will say it with the wrong intentions. . ." He finally responded.
Kakashi looked at Naruto and then at Hinata, as he contemplated for a moment. "Very well. . .it's your secret to tell after all, as only you and the Hokage are the only ones allowed to tell that secret to anyone they see fit. But thank you for letting me know." He stated as he gave an eye smile at the blond's consideration.
Naruto turned to his sensei and gave him a kind smile. "No problem." He simply said as he walked towards his teammates. Once he reached them he took a deep breath to solidified his resolve. "Hinata-chan, teme, can we talk?" He said as he gained their attention.
"Sure, what is it that you want to talk about Naruto-kun?" Hinata asked with a smile as she fanned herself to get some cool air on her face.
"Sure. . ." Sasuke only replied. "I wonder what's up?" Satsuki thought with curiosity.
Naruto remain quiet for a moment before he nodded. "I. . .there's something I have to tell you two, it's something very important I need to tell you right now and it cannot be repeated to anyone else." He stated as he gave a very serious expression. "And I want your word that you will keep this quiet." He added as he looked at the both of them in a serious manner.
This stopped Hinata from fanning herself and placed it away. "Of course I promise, but what is it Naruto-kun?" She asked as she was worried at the unusual tone and expression from her boyfriend.
"Yeah dobe, what's so important that you have to tell us?" Sasuke questioned in a curious yet bored tone. "So. . .he's gonna tell Hinata-chan the truth. . ." Satsuki thought, knowing what was coming
Naruto then took a seat near his teammates as he began to find the way to start. "Have. . .Have either of you had ever noticed the way that the civilians look at me?" He began as that was as a good way to start as any, considering the nature of what he was about to reveal. "Like. . .I am the scum of the earth and all of that junk?" He then asked as he tapped on his knee, as nervousness was finally getting to him.
Hinata frown at that as she thought back at the times she and him hung out and was able to feel the glares that were towards him, no she remembered that types of things still happen even at the days of the academy. "Yes," She then admitted. "I assumed it was because of some prank you did a long time ago Naruto-kun." She answered looking at Naruto in a bit of confusion and worry. "It. . .was just because it was a prank, right Naruto-kun?" She then asked.
Naruto didn't said anything at first, as he was still finding the right words to say, then he sighed as he shook his head negatively. "Sorry Hinata-chan. . .but that isn't it. . ." He then revealed, making said Hyuga frown.
"What are you getting at dobe?" Sasuke then asked with narrow eyes. Satsuki on the other hand already knew where this was heading. "Here it comes. . ." She depressingly thought.
It was at this point that Naruto was finding it really hard to speak as he didn't want to say anything that may end up with Hinata misunderstanding what he was trying to say or worse possibly ending their relationship. "Well this goes back to the day I was born. . .Um, do you know when I was born?" He asked.
"Yes, it's on the October 10th right?" Hinata instantly answered with her head tilted slightly.
Naruto nodded to that. "Yeah that's-wait a minute." He suddenly stopped as he processed what Hinata just said. "How did you knew that? I never told anyone my birthday." He got out in confusion.
Hinata immediately blushed to an embarrassed red as she twiddled her fingers. "W-Well I-I. . ." She stuttered out.
"Yeah, how did you?" Sasuke asked as he raised an eyebrow. ". . .The birthday makes it really obvious now that I think about it. . ." Satsuki meanwhile admitted as she looked at the Hyuga. "Awww, that's so cute!" She then gushed out at the thought of the shy Hyuga watching the blond from a distance.
"You did know that she used to stalk you. . .right?" The Kyūbi then remarked with a question. "It's what shy girls do for shit sake." He then added.
"Shut it! Hinata-chan isn't a stalker!" Naruto defended, though had a red blush on his face as he could heard the Bijū chuckling. "Well it doesn't manner really. . ." He then said to make Hinata calmed down, which it did as she simply nodded. "Well you should know that it was on that night that the Kyūbi attacked Konoha and that d-the Fourth Hokage died right?" He asked as he nearly slipped about the other secret.
"Naruto-kun. . ." Satsuki thought with embarrassment at him nearly saying about his dad being the Fourth Hokage.
"Dumbass. . ." The Kyūbi thought to himself.
"Yes, many people died on that night. . ." Hinata replied as she felt sorry for all those people that died and lost their love ones.
The Kyūbi then started whistling as he tried to play innocent, though inwardly, he was annoyed at the matter.
"But why would that matter? Could it be that they just hate you because you were born on the same day?" Hinata asked as if that was true she would be very angry at the people senseless ignorance and stupidity.
"I honestly don't see the point dobe." Sasuke then bluntly stated. "Those civilians are idiots at times. . ." Satsuki then stated.
Naruto let out a dry chuckle as he looked at the Hyuga. "To tell you the truth that would had been a reason I would had also believe in the past, with my birthday and this whisker marks on my cheeks." He tried to joke but he knew that neither Hinata or Sasuke were finding it funny.
". . .I'm really gonna have to work on that with him. . ." Satsuki then admitted with her own dry chuckle and sweatdropped.
Naruto soon took a deep breath to try and relax, once he calmed down enough he continued. "Anyway. . .that's not the only reason." He clarified.
"Then what is it Naruto-kun?" Hinata asked as she didn't like that Naruto was just dodging now.
Naruto then sighed as he could tell what Hinata was thinking as he then looked at the two. "Do you know what they call me at times?" He then asked in a serious tone.
Both Hinata and Sasuke look at the ground trying to think but in reality one is hoping that the other doesn't freak when they hear the truth that is about to come into light.
Hinata glanced up at Naruto's face as she then realized it. "T-They call you. . .the Kyūbi brat." She whispered.
Naruto took a shuddering breath as he stared at Hinata right into her eyes. "Though most would had assume that had to do with my birthday been on the day that the Kyūbi killed so many people. . .But the truth is that is much more than that. . .the truth is that the Fourth couldn't killed the Kyūbi, so he had to seal it away. . ." He began as he then pull his shirt up and revealed his stomach, this made Hinata blush red at the sight, but when she saw him sending some chakra, she gasped when a seal appeared on his belly. "Into this. . .and this is the reason why they all hate me with a passion. . ." He finally revealed as he closed his eyes.
"So. . .that's why. . ." Sasuke muttered out with his hands in his pockets. "Naruto-kun. . ." Satsuki sadly thought as she could feel the sadness and worry in her boyfriend's expression.
"N-Naruto-kun. . .you. . .have the-" Hinata got out, shocked at the revelation, breathing heavily as if all the air surrounding them was gone.
Naruto could only nodded in response, expecting this sort of reaction. "Yeah. . .I have the Kyūbi sealed inside of me. . .It's why the civilians despised me and would do anything they could to make my life miserable when I was younger with every chance they got. They all believe I'm the fox incarnate." He answered with his head down, believing Hinata was now scared of him.
However what came next completely was not what anyone expected. "B-But. . . But that's not right!" Hinata shouted, surprising her teammates, but mostly Naruto as he had never heard the shy little Hyuga raise her voice like that.
The Kyūbi let out a whistle at what the usually shy girl said. "It's always the quiet ones. . ." He then remarked in his mind as he let out a chuckle.
Sasuke watch at his teammates with slightly widened eyes, clearly not expecting this turn of events. "Hinata-chan." Satsuki thought as she too was surprised at her reaction, but she didn't dislike it in the least.
"You're not the fox, you're Naruto-kun!" Hinata declared as she stared at Naruto as his face still had a shocked expression. "You're practically a hero for keeping the actual demon from destroying our village! Our home! The villagers had no right to treat you that way!" She then added with passion.
"OI! I TAKE RESENTMENT TO THAT!" The demonic fox in mention declared, though was only heard by his container as said host was still in a state of stupefied to even heard what the Bijū shouted.
Sasuke looked on without of a single trace of either fear or anger. "Well, this is now added onto the long list of things I hate, besides, if you were the fox, I'm pretty positive you would've turned Konoha into your own personal playground." He stated as he stared at the two with his attempt at a joke. "Yeah, Naruto-kun's just our cute and lovable blond! Nice work Hinata-chan!" Satsuki stated, smiling that the Hyuga didn't think he was a monster.
Naruto meanwhile couldn't help but grin a bit at the attempt. "Wow. . .joking ain't your thing you know that?" He stated.
"Dobe. . .just shut it. . ." Sasuke then grumbled in response. "Oh! Your so getting it later Naruto-kun!" Satsuki shouted in good humor, already forming a plan in her head.
Naruto simply shrugged his shoulders as he turned to Hinata and gave her one of his true smile and gently kissed her forehead this made said girl blushed red at the action, as he glad that she didn't hate him. "Thank you. . .But it's in the past now Hinata-chan, I have you and teme over there that acts too cool to say what he really feels." He said with a happy smile.
The still blushing Hinata could only nod with a flushed face.
Sasuke then smirked to that. "That doesn't mean your still not a dobe." He reminded. "Man I can't wait to reveal myself as a girl! I hate insulting my man!" Satsuki meanwhile whined.
"And besides, they also can't touch me now that I am a ninja without being branded as traitors for attacking a loyal ninja. And I'm sure Jiji will set them straight if they tried something on me." Naruto stated as he gave a foxy grin.
After Naruto revealed his secret, the three teammates turn into a real trio of friends in their own right and while the time kept passing by, Satsuki as Sasuke started showing a little more personality as he spend time with Naruto and Hinata, but it was still just small chuckles and smirks but definitely much better than his time at the academy.
His two teammates even began helping him escape from crazed fan girls, this caused Sakura and Ino included as some of which acted like zombies with them going Sasuke-kuuuun, moaning it out like said creatures for being apart from their beloved Sasuke-kun, this of course, scared the trio at times while the demonic fox could only look on in shame at how the two supposed kunoichis were acting.
While the trio had their own individual training session with their teacher, Sasuke also had a few private sessions with Kakashi for training, but what most didn't know was that it eventually lead to him awakening his Sharingan, which caused Satsuki to have a romantic moment with Naruto before falling asleep.
After two more weeks, Naruto, Hinata and Sasuke began going on some D-Rank mission that included picking weeds, painting houses, collecting trash, walking dogs and the dreaded Tora mission that everyone seems to hate with a passion.
During this time, Naruto trickster like mind was able to come up with a plan involving shadow clones to do other tedious or simply annoying missions while the team was on their own so they got more missions done faster, much to the complaints of the civilians that were too lazy to do the work themselves as they wanted the shinobis to do all the work for them and to the praise of fellow shinobis that found the idea as genius, as they were jealous as knew they couldn't imitated it as they didn't had the chakra to imitate it.
When the clones finished their jobs they would give the pay to the real Naruto, where in turn, split it among himself and the team equally. Though they didn't like it at first as they didn't like getting money for things they didn't work for, so they settle with getting only twenty five each and the rest for him.
One would had thought that Kakashi would had be opposed to this as this would be against his ideal of teamwork, but to their surprise, the Jonin would simply respond by saying that the trio didn't need to as they were well on the way to reach the same level of the famous Ino-Shika-Cho level.
Present day. . .
Team Seven was in the mission hall after catching Tora for the fifth time that week. They handed the cat over to the owner, who happen to be the Fire Daimyo's wife, as she started to squeeze it to nearly to death, though the trio did felt sorry for the cat, but that didn't stop them from letting out a chuckle after all the hell it caused them.
Once the Lady left with the suffering cat, the Third began to look at the mission scroll. "Well, you three have completed missions at an amazing rate, especially Naruto with the use of his shadow clone plan. Thanks to it, D-Rank missions have gone down drastically in Konoha." Sarutobi said, causing Naruto to blush in embarrassment as he give a big toothy smile while scratching the back of his head. "I believe, as thanks for your excellent performance, you three deserve a C-Rank." He declared with a proud smile.
"Really?!" Naruto excitedly asked as Sarutobi nodded. "Sweet!" He pumped his fist into the air.
Sasuke smirked at the outcome. "Well dobe, thanks to you, it seems like we can leave the village now and do a real mission." He stated as he then playfully punched him on the shoulder. "Finally!" Satsuki cheered in her mind.
Hinata giggled at the antics. "Sasuke-san, please don't hurt my boyfriend too much." She said to him, as she gain much confidence thanks to the training and getting closer to Naruto.
Sasuke turned away, pouting. "Whatever." He then got out. "Hinata-chan with confidence. . .I like it!" Satsuki happily said.
Sarutobi chuckled as he gave Kakashi the mission scroll as he opened it. "Here's a mission I believe will be a good first C-Rank for you three." He then stated.
Kakashi looked at the mission written on the scroll. "Hmm. . .escorting a bridge builder back to his village in the Land of Waves." He read off as he then closed it. "Sounds simple enough." He simply state as he put the scroll away.
Iruka sighed with relief. "And safe enough too." Iruka muttered as he smiled at the antics between the three. "I'm happy for you Naruto, you really are turning out to be a great ninja and gotten great friends." He thought, proud of his little brother like figure.
"Alright then, bring in the client." Sarutobi soon ordered.
The door opened to reveal a pot bellied old man with a rope tied around his head and a bottle of alcohol in his hand.
"These kids are supposed to super protecting me?" the client asked, with a heavy scent of sake coming from him. "They look more like a super bunch of snot nosed brats, especially that super short one in the middle." He then insulted.
Naruto would had jumped at the bridge builder if it wasn't for the fact that his teammates were holding him, though he couldn't help but let out an involuntary growl. "Like us or not you old drunk, we're your protection so either take it or leave it." he said crossing his arms. "And don't forget that your bodyguards consist of a clan heir, an heiress and the next Hokage," Naruto said, but added "Hopefully. . ." in a whisper.
Sasuke then stepped forward with his hands in his pockets. "I don't know about the whole Hokage thing," He began as Naruto face-faulted at that, causing everyone but the old drunk, to chuckle. "But we've got quite the amount of experience." He stated. "And if I hear another super. . ." Satsuki meanwhile thought with annoyance.
Hinata nodded in agreement. "He's right, our training has brought us really far and we are willing to do any mission given to us." She reassured with modesty and dignity.
Despite what was said, the bridge builder was still unimpressed. "I am Tazuna, the bridge builder of super renown." He introduced himself. "Until I'm back in my home country, where I'm completing my latest super project, you'll all be expected to super protect me, even if it costs you your lives." He then stated.
"Ok! That's annoying!" Naruto and Satsuki both thought unison as their eyes began to twitch from constantly hearing super.
The demonic fox meanwhile growled at what his container had to say. "Try listening to your infuriating thick for thirteen fuckin' years and then tell me what's annoying brat!" He roared with annoyance.
However the trio nodded along with Kakashi. "Alright then team, pack up everything needed for a C-Rank and meet at the village gate in one hour." Kakashi ordered.
"And by one, he means three." The three thought, knowing their sensei's scheduling, nodded as they headed off to get their stuff for the trip and once said Jonin left they told the bridge builder to meet at the same place but only three hours later, much to the old man's confusion.
Hinata returned home to the Hyuga estate where main and branch family members soon caught wind of the change Hinata was going through. Some were impressed by the changes while others were not, still thinking she was the same weakling and not fit to be known as the Hyuga Heiress next in line for the Clan Head. Her father had mixed feelings about it. One half of him was impressed by the change while the other wasn't with this change for not knowing the origin of said change.
As Hinata had finished packing what she needed for the mission, her cousin, Neji, who was one year older then her passed by, giving her a strong, heated glare. Feeling that glare, she stopped. "Yes Neji-niisan? She asked, not looking at him while saying it in a kind but also no nonsense attitude, the result of her confidence growing thanks to being with Naruto and her teammates.
Neji's glared deepen in absolute hatred before he scuffed. "Despite this change that you're going through, you will never be strong enough to be the clan heiress. Once a failure, always a failure. That is your fate, you should just accept it." He stated as he then walked off, feeling proud of himself while thinking he caused his cousin to lose any and all confidence. "That should teach the brat to learn her place, she is the one who should be a branch member, not me!" He thought, tightening his fist in anger causing a few beads of blood to appear in his hand.
Hinata could only let out a silent sigh to that. "Nii-san. . .I already know that it isn't true, not one bit of it as Naruto-kun has shown me that I am not." She thought as she exited her room. "And one day. . .you'll know it's true yourself. . .that fate doesn't control anyone and we can control our own futures." She added to her thoughts as she then exited the estate and headed for the main gate of Konoha, ignoring the looks of disdain and hatred from a few main branch members.
Naruto soon returned to the apartment and immediately began packing up his supplies when he saw that Satsuki was half way through with her packing. "Well, this is it, our first mission outside the village." The blond then reminded with a smile.
Satsuki nodded in agreement. "Yeah it's exciting that we get to leave to leave the village for a while." She stated as she was excited by that thought of seeing the world outside of Konoha.
"Sick of the fan girls?" Naruto couldn't help but asked with a chuckle and a witty smirk, knowing how much she despised those forms of females and how they bring a bad name to all kunoichis around the village, if not Elemental Nations.
Satsuki pouted cutely as she packed a few extra ninja wire spools and smoke bombs. "How can I not be? Remember when those girls saw your change in appearance? Resulting in your first kiss? Those girls were like rabid animals wanting their prey!" She exclaimed.
Naruto sweated dropped in remembrance before he blushed lightly as he rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah. . .Hinata's lips tasted good. . . . . kinda like blueberries and cinnamon buns." He then admitted.
Satsuki then licked her lips. "That sounds tasty. So. . . what did mine taste like?" She playfully asked.
Naruto still blushed as he looked away. "Truthfully. . .I don't remember. . ." He replied with an embarrassed tone.
This made Satsuki pout a little as she crossed her arms below her breasts. "I guess mine aren't worth remembering huh?" She declared with a huff as she then turned her head away.
This instantly made Naruto panic. "I a- well the thing is. . ." He began to babble out.
"You do realize that she's flirting with you right?" The Kyūbi then remarked.
"Huh?" Was Naruto's intelligent response which caused the Bijū to smack his forehead.
Satsuki then turned her head back towards the blond as she winked at him with a playful grin. "Kidding Naruto-kun." She then happily replied.
"Huh?" Naruto once again got out.
"Yup. . .dumber than a bag of rocks. . ." The Kyūbi commented with a deadpan expression.
Satsuki suddenly began to smirk as she looked at the still confused blond. "Maybe I should remind you then Na-ru-to-kun~" She playfully responded in a sing song tone.
"Huh?" Yet again Naruto got out before Satsuki planted a kiss on the blond, this caused him to widen his eyes in shock at the hardly unwelcome kiss.
Once Satsuki finished the kiss, she separated from the blond as her face had a flushed expression. "Well Naruto-kun, did you like it?" She then asked in a more kind tone.
The dumbfounded Naruto could only stand there as his brain was still rebooting from the sudden kiss.
"Guess that answers that." Satsuki commented with a giggle.
Naruto then licked his lips as he couldn't help but retaste where the Uchiha's lips touched his. "Honey. . .with a hint of curry. . ." The still stupefies blond responded.
This caused Satsuki to blush dark red as she placed her hands behind her back and tilted her body cutely.
"Flirts. . .the two of them. . ." The Kyūbi then remarked while rolling his eyes. "Next the Hyuga will become one as well." He then added.
Not knowing what to do next, Naruto then went with his instincts as he then suddenly stood up and kissed the Uchiha on the lips while wrapping his arms around her back. To which made the flushed girl blush even darker.
After another moment, Naruto brain finally rebooted and quickly let go of Satsuki as he too blushed dark red. "I-I'M SORRY!" He then got out as he apologize from the sudden action.
After a while, Satsuki started to giggle as she pecked him on the cheek playfully. "It's ok Naruto-kun. I really didn't mind it." She reassured. "Your lips tasted like ramen. Delicious delicious ramen." She playfully added.
After all the times Naruto had taken her as Sasuke and Hinata to get ramen sometimes after training and missions, she caught a small addiction to ramen, not at the level as Naruto, but she honestly liked having it either way.
Naruto immediately calmed down as he then grinned at her. "Ramen is the food of the gods. . .at least that's Jiji was constantly told by my mom when she was our age." He then said as the two enjoyed each other's presence.
Satsuki giggled as she peck Naruto on the cheek again. "She was a smart woman." She remarked as she then looked at the time and sighed dramatically when she noticed that it was getting closer to the time they had to leave. "We better get going. I'll see you at the gate Naruto-kun." She told him with a bit of sad tone, knowing that they won't be able to enjoy this talks until their mission is complete.
Naruto nodded as he also felt the same way as the female Uchiha, then in a moment of impulse he give her one last kiss on the lips. This caused said girl to blushed even darker as he then separated and grinded widely while blushing just as dark. "Well. . .I'll see ya there my sexy raven haired beauty!" He said with a very embarrassed tone as he then made a dashed out the door, taking an alternate path to avoid suspicion.
The demonic fox then gave off a witty smirk. "Sexy raven haired beauty?" He then repeated.
"SHUT UP!" The very embarrassed Naruto shouted as he ran faster while his face glowed brightly and the Bijū only chuckled. "WHAT THE HELL POSSESSED ME TO SAY THAT!?" He shouted in his mind with both confusion and embarrassment.
"Hormones?" The Kyūbi then guessed before he returned to chuckling at his blushing container.
Back in the apartment, Satsuki was still blushing as she then let out a sigh of happiness. Then she looked out the window to see the blond bouncing from roof to roof in an orange and black blur. "Sexy? Me?" She asked herself in a slightly dazed tone before she soon got the transformation up again and Sasuke headed off, ignoring the proud looks that the civilians and the lustful looks random fangirls gave him. "Idiots. . .all of them are idiots. . ." He muttered. "Kami help the world if the fangirls reproduce." Satsuki thought with a sweatdrop.
At Konoha's entrance gates. . .
Naruto, Hinata and Sasuke were waiting for both Tazuna and Kakashi.
Naruto palmed his face as they waited. "For crying out loud Kakashi-sensei. . .where the hell are you!?" He muttered.
Sasuke sighed as he rubbed his head. "Even after a month. . .he still comes late. . ." He got out with an irritated tone.
Hinata could only let out a sigh as she nodded in agreement.
The trio soon saw Kakashi and Tazuna coming as Naruto pointed at them. "Where the hell were you!?" He yelled as they arrived.
The two sweat-dropped. "Just enjoying a super quick drink." Tazuna said as he wave around the bottle he had in his hand.
The three rolled their eyes. "Let's just go." They said in semi-unison as their sensei and employer just sweatdrop at the lack of reply.
"Are they always this dull?" The bridge builder asked.
"Only when annoyed. . .which so happens to be when it involves me arriving late. . ." Kakashi answered with a sweatdrop.
"So it's your fault then?" Tazuna simplified with his own sweatdrop to which the Jonin join let out an awkward chuckle while scratch the back his head.
Just a few miles away from the village. . .
The five continued walking as Naruto was at his wits end from hearing the old man saying super all the time, but that soon ended when the three took in the scenery and noticed something off with it.
"A puddle?" The three thought in unison before they turned to Kakashi as they nodded in sign of him notice it to.
Hinata then made a hand seal and her Byakugan activated. "Shinobis in the puddle. . ." She thought to herself as she raised two of fingers to tell them that their were two enemies in the puddle.
The rest of the Team Seven nodded, understanding the message. "Now. . .how to get them out. . ." Naruto thought until he got a devilish smile. "I know. . ." He then walked back to the puddle and went into it.
"Naruto, what are you doing?" Kakashi asked, stopping the group.
"Umm. . ." Naruto had an embarrassed look on his face. " Can you turn around? Natures calling." He then asked.
At that point, the puddle split into as it turned into two mist shinobi. "OH HELL NO! WE'RE NOT GONNA LET YOU PEE ON US!" The first one said as he raised his claw like glove.
"EVEN IF IT DID MEAN BLOWING OUR COVER!" The second one added as they two were ready to began their assault.
"Idiots, it's been clear all month, you expect us to believe a single puddle on the road wouldn't look suspicious?" Kakashi said as Sasuke nodded in agreement.
"We knew you were their first time we saw the puddle." Naruto simply added as he shrugged his shoulders and Hinata nodded in agreement.
The second mist shinobi turned to the first with a glare. "I told you didn't I?! But did you listen? Nooooo. Let's place the puddle in the middle of the road, I doubt any passing ninja will notice right away even though it hasn't rained in months! you baka!" He complained.
"We should feel lucky that he didn't have to crap on us brother, so be happy with what we got!" The first mist shinobi yelled at the second, who the rest now knew was his brother.
"Well at least mother loved me more than you!" The second one yelled out as his smack his brother over his head with his free hand.
"You take that back! She loved ME more!" The first one yelled as he and his brother got into a glaring fight.
Since the two Mist ninjas were distracted, Kakashi knocked them out easily. He then took some ninja wire and wrapped them around a tree. "That'll hold them down." He turned to look at Tazuna, who was shivering in fear from the stern glare he was given by Kakashi. "I believe there is something you need to tell us, right Tazuna-san?" He asked with his normal lazy tone, but the bridge builder knew that the jonin was very angry.
