Chapter 25: Uzumaki vs Hyuga! Battle of Beliefs!

It was busy at the village of Konoha, the streets were filled with many people from the elemental nations. Though many there weren't many people from Iwa, Kumo and Kiri, there was still many visitors and nobles from smaller villages that came to watch the spectacle of the Chunin Exams.

As of right now, there were many groups of Konoha citizens gathered to the sides of the streets as nobles from other nations came in, escorted by shinobis from their villages, while most others were simply enjoying the festivities that were around the village.

Many shinobis and Anbu's were extremely busy watching over every ounce possible around the villages, after all, no matter which village held the exams, the Chunin Exams itself was the most hectic and longest event of the entire Five Great Nations.

This was more so after the end of the Third Shinobi War and let the shinobis show of their skills and while some may not like it, to blow out some steam from the villages that held grudges towards rival villages. And most commonly enough for nobles to bet on who they would win in the finals.

At top of the Hokage Tower. . .

The elderly Hokage was at his window as he watch the many people either entered the village or enjoy the festivities.

Hiruzen then let out a sigh while he closed his eyes. "Finally. . .the day has come. . ." He muttered to himself.

It was always both tiring and nerve wrecking for any kage hosting the Chunin Exams, after all anything that may happen can and will be held responsible for the host. And it was more so now that the Hokage knew that Orochimaru had plans for his precious village and those he held dear to his heart.

Hiruzen then shock his head and reopen his eyes as they were filled with conviction I can not worry about that now. . .I can only protect the village and the people. . ." He thought to himself with resolve.

Soon, all the nobles with their shinobi escorts passed as they all started heading for the arena, excited and anxious to watch the finals of the Chunin Exams.

Trying to get rid of such doom filled thoughts, the elderly Hokage smiled as he watch the people. "Looks like this exam is going to be the largest exam yet. . ." Hiruzen soon thought.

As the citizens and fellow shinobi were entering the arena, food merchants set up shop around the perimeter of the arena for the convenience of hungry citizens and shinobis alike. While even more Anbu's watch on from the shadows.

All and all, it was turning into a big spectacle.

"It will soon begin. . ." Hiruzen thought as he looked at the sky to see a rainbow circling the sun, he narrowed his eyes knowing what this could possible meant. "And we are ready. . ." He said out loud as he then put on his Hokage hat and disappeared via smokeless shushin.

As many people were excited by the finals, many of the finalist were doing either last minute training or doing some getting ready for their match in their own way.

At a training field. . .

Tenten was panting heavily after she finished helping her teammate his last minute training. "Not even a scratch, great job Neji." She got out in between her panting.

Neji scoffed as he looked at the sky. "I appreciate the compliment. Now let's go. Fate has determined I'll be victorious." He said as he headed for the arena.

"Uh. . .Right. . ." Tenten said with a sweat-drop before sighing. "Neji-kun, you really have to stop it with the whole fate thing. . .it's irritable and annoying." She thought as she followed him as she let out another sigh. "Hopefully Naruto-san can do something about it, but after this training, I don't think he'll stand a chance." She added in a depressed tone.

As Neji and Tenten headed towards the arena, the Hyuga had a stern glare on his face. "Naruto Uzumaki. . .your fate. . .is sealed. . ." He thought, wanting to demolish his opponent.

At another training field. . .

"YOSHA! I DID IT GAI-SENSEI! KIN-CHAN!" Lee cheered as he perfectly executed his move, standing in the middle of a crater near a destroyed straw training dummy.

"LEE, I'M SO PROUD OF YOU! I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT IN TIME!" Gai declared as tears ran down his face.

"IT IS ALL THANKS TO YOUR YOUTHFUL GUIDANCE THAT I MANAGE TO FINISH IN TIME!" Lee declared while he too began to cry.

Feeling overwhelmed by his students youthful declaration, Guy raised both of his arms. "LEE!" He then exclaimed with an over exaggerated tone.

"GAI-SENSEI!" Lee meanwhile cried out while raising his own arms.

The two were about to hug when. . .

A familiar long black haired girl suddenly appeared in between the two and stretched her arms out. "Not while I'm around Lee-kun." Kin interrupted as her eye began to twitch.

Lee soon stopped as he looked at the girl in response to this. "Ah! Kin-san! Please forgive me for forgetting that you were here!" He apologized with loud tone.

"Yes! That was very un-youthful of us!" Gai then declared with the same volume.

Kin then sighed as she looked at the boy. "I am proud you got your new move down right, but seriously don't do the man hug. People are going to get the wrong idea about the both of you." She then stated.

"What do you mean?" Lee asked with a confused tone as he then raised his fist with much vigor. "It is are show of youthful display!" He then added with flames on his eyes.

Kin sweatdropped as she looked at the two. "I'll explain it another time. . .we better get to the arena for the finals." She then added as she turned around.

The jonin sensei nodded as he raised his fist towards the sky. "YES! AND WE SHALL WITH OUR FLAMES OF YOUTH TO LIGHT OUR PATH!" Gai cheered with an over exaggerated tone.

"YES SIR!" Lee cheered as well, saluting to his sensei.

Kin stopped her walked as she turned around and sweatdropped at the sight. "I wonder how his teammates deal with this?" She thought as they all headed for the arena. "And what are these Flames of Youth they are talking about!?" She thought as she raced after the two spandex clad shinobis.

At the Nara residence. . .

"Shikamaru!" A stern and annoyed female voice yelled out.

The voice was from none other than Yoshino Nara, the young Nara's mother that was the sole reason both son and father would always say troublesome each morning.

"Get you lazy ass up! It the day of the finals!" Yoshino declared with an even louder tone.

To hearing that, Shikamaru groaned a little before he yawned as he got out of bed at the sound of his mother yelling. "Great. . .the finals. . .how troublesome. . ." He thought as he got himself ready.

Within the village. . .

The hustle and bustle of the civilians and shinobi alike continued through the streets, due to the Chunin Exam Finals. Which was more than welcoming for the store owners. Two young shinobis were walking side by sides as they enjoy each other's company.

"Thank you in assisting me train." Shino said as he started walking to the exams.

Fū giggled as she looked at the boy. "No problem Shino, it's the least I could do for letting me stay at you state." She replied with a smile on her face. "And I can't wait to see the matches at the Finals." She admitted with an excited tone.

"Cool! I can finally see how strong Kurama-niisan's host is!" Chōmei declared inside of his seal.

Unaware of the Bijū's thoughts, Shino nodded in agreement. "Indeed, they will be interesting." He simply stated.

As the two continued walking, Fū then gained a serious look as she shifted her eyes. "Well Chōmei, it finally time. You ready?" She mentally asked in concern.

"Yup!" Chōmei replied in her head. "All set! I'm ready to kick ass if this Orochimaru snake pedophile guy attacks!" He then declared.

Fū shivered at the thought of the man. "I wonder what this guy is really like though?" She thought as she walked alongside the Aburame to the arena.

At the top of a mountain. . .

Satsuki was meditating on a rock concentrating before. . .

Satsuki's eyes then opened as she blinked in realization over something. "Wait. . .isn't it the day of the exams?" She questioned as she saw her sensei looking at the sky and her older sister figure packing up their stuff. "Sensei? Anko-neechan?" She soon asked.

"Yup. . ." Anko simply declared as she finished packing and then pulled out a dangos to eat them.

Kakashi then looked at the Uchiha and sighed. "Why yes, yes it is." He declared with his normal lazy tone.

Satsuki gain a small tick mark at the way his sensei had said it. "Then shouldn't we I don't know. . . be heading for the exams now!?" She declared with an annoyed tone.

When Anko finished eat her dangos, she then looked at her student with a smirk. "We should, but. . ." She began to say.

The way the older kunoichi said that stopped Satsuki from being annoyed. "But?" She repeated the last word with a confused tone.

Kakashi looked at the girl with a stern expression. "Well, we are still waiting for your answer." He finished as his voice had turned serious.

This instantly made the female Uchiha eyes blinked with confusion. "Huh? What do you mean?" Satsuki asked as she stood up.

"You know. . ." Anko started as she gave off a sly smile. "If your gonna reveal yourself or not." She stated with a vague tone.

The ravenette eyes widened as she finally understood what her older sister figure meant, she had honestly almost forgetting about it as she was too busy training and getting ready for her match with Gaara to think about it.

Satsuki gulped as looked at both her sensei. "Well. . .I really haven't decided yet. . ." She hesitantly admitted.

The one eyed jonin in response to hearing that let out an exhausted sigh as he knew the reason why the girl was hesitating, but he still need an answer. "Satsuki. . . I know that your still have lingering fears about what could happen if you do reveal the truth, but Hokage-sama is been waiting for an answer, you told me that you would give me one before the finals and I need it now so that I can give it him before the first match begins. . ." Kakashi reminded with a serious tone.

The Uchiha in turn nodded to that as she gained a concern expression. "I know. . .but I've been holding it off since we've been training. . .getting me stronger for the exams. . .and the invasion. . ." Satsuki listed off as she looked at the ground. "Should it really be the time to reveal something like this?" She soon asked.

Anko let out an annoyed sigh at the worried Uchiha, finding it really irritable, so she walked towards her confused sister-figure and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Baka imouto-chan, have more confidence in yourself! It's really annoying seeing you like that!" She declared with an annoyed tone.

"Maybe she can put some sense and courage in her." Kakashi thought to himself as he decided to let the older kunoichi handle this.

". . .Anko-neechan. . ." Satsuki got out with startled tone.

Anko in turn then gave the girl a stern look. "Where's the girl that was able to curse me out when I overdid it with your training? The same girl that was able to scare off that Gaara kid?" She sarcastically asked.

"Um well. . ." Satsuki hesitantly got out.

"Because the girl in front of me sure as hell isn't acting like her!" Anko soon declared as she mentally smirked knowing that the next part that would get to her. "What would Naruto and Hinata think if they saw you indecisive like this? Maybe they might break up with you!" She added with an over dramatic tone.

The silver haired jonin then looked at what the purple haired jonin declared. "Um. . .I think you pushing it Anko. . ." Kakashi stated with a deadpan tone, but his comments were ignored.

Satsuki's eyes however widen as a silent gasp escaped her lips. "Naru-kun. . .Nata-chan. . .breaking up. . .with me?" She mumbled out in disbelief as her mind then began to imagine the mere idea of that.

"All because you're scared of those pansies of the Civilian Council members!" Anko added with and even more exaggeration than before.

The one eyed jonin had his eye slightly narrowed as a sweatdrop fell from his face. "Ok now she's crossed the line. . ." Kakashi deadpanned as he stood up and took a few steps away from what he knew was coming.

There was a few moments of silence went by before. . .

BOOM!

A large amount of red chakra flared around the girl as her canines growing out a little, eyes turned red and became fox like as tears ran down her face and her hair stood up, clumping together into nine parts as it went wild.

"WAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Satsuki soon roared, enraged at the mere thought of breaking up with the ones she loves. "THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL THAT'S GONNA HAPPEN! I'M BEING WITH MY MAN NO MATTER WHAT DAMMIT! FUCK THE CIVILIAN COUNCIL AND FUCK THE CRA DATTEBAKON!" She furiously declared.

Anko instantly began to laugh her ass off at the sight of the pissed of Uchiha. "Damn that's some power she's unleashing!" She admitted in her head, impressed with what the girl was doing.

Kakashi looked on with a drop of sweat running down his face. "I think I'm seeing a black haired version of Kushina in Satsuki now. . ." He thought, slightly nervous to the idea of that. "Naruto really better treat her well. . ." He soon concluded as he watched the girl's chakra continue flaring, not wanting to risk getting involved.

Within a hotel room in Konoha. . .

While the other Konoha genins were getting ready, the three Suna genins were also getting themselves ready for what was planned as they were preparing their supplies.

The oldest was doing some last minute check up to all of her inventory for both her match. Though the second oldest of the siblings couldn't participate in the finals, he still was preparing his puppets for what's to come afterwards.

But for the youngest of the three, who was sitting in his room of the hotel, he was having internal struggles, however this struggles were not the ones most people were used have. . .

Inside of the seal. . .

The inside of Gaara's mindscape looked like a desert, while the seal that kept the massive sand colored One-Tailed Tanuki was of a large pyramid and had large steel bars. Just in front of the seal was Gaara sitting down in a kneeling position while holding his head.

"Blood! Come on now, boy! Give your mother some blood! Please? Please?! GIVE ME MY BLOOD!" Shukaku wailed out in an insane rage.

While the seal would normally protect Gaara for the most part against the Bijū, its constant mental torment left the boy easily to be influenced by the Takumi's wishes, so long as he was able to convinced that boy that it's what his mother would want he would obey.

Gaara, despite his twisted mind, would always shudder whenever the Ichibi would got into his tantrums when he got too riled up over wanting. . .precious blood. However this time he actually managed to ignore him for the most part as he was more. . . preoccupied with some recent discoveries with his person. . .

Ever since the redheaded boy's encounter with the last Uchiha, he had been feeling weird and he didn't understand why it was was happening, this was causing the boy to feel both fear and intrigued by it. Also whenever he thought of. . .anywhere other than her face, though. . . that is what worried him the most. "Mother?" He suddenly asked.

Suddenly, the Bijū stopped as he growled in annoyance, then the large body of sand began to swirled around and slowly began to shrink in size. This continued to happen until a persona no larger than an average adult appeared.

The male was of average size with slight tanned skin that had many purple marking around his body, though he had thin body length with a slight potbelly, his mouth was filled with sharp canine teeth, sandy brown long hair in a ponytail, his eyes were yellow with black irises, long pointy ears.

The man was wearing loose desert type of clothing, he had a no sleeved open monk robe that went down to his legs, he had small black t-shirt underneath that only covers his chest, a bit of his shoulders and making his potbelly visible, he had long and loose light brown pants, but the ends of the legs had bandages that held them the same fashion as jonins.

On his hip was a small gourd that resembles the one the red haired boy carried on his back while on his head was a large monk like hat and on his back was a large spear that looked like it had a claw shape edge.

The humanoid Bijū then grabbed the steel bar and showed his sharp teeth. "What!? I'm in the middle of my ranting!" Shukaku roared annoyingly as he always hates being interrupted.

However, because of the constant voice from the Bijū and sleepless nights the redhead had to endured, in Gaara's eyes all that he could see was the image of his deceased mother instead of the Bijū's human form. "What is this?" He soon asked.

Shukaku blinked at hearing that and he lowered his gaze and saw what his host was referring to. ". . .Are you freakin' serious. . .?" He deadpanned the question.

"?" Gaara got out as he tilted his head in confusion.

The human shaped Bijū's eye twitch as he really wanted to crush the boy for interrupting his rant, but he still need him to get blood. "But there's no way I'm going to let this interruption slide. . ." He thought to himself as it will be a snow day on Suna before he would ever forgive anyone interrupting him.

The redhead boy didn't said anything else as he waited for an answer from his mother.

Shikaku's eyes widen when he thought of an appropriate answer to give his host as a big fang smirked appeared on his face. "Well. . .Remember when you were about eight years old?" He then asked in a slow tone.

Gaara blinked for a moment before he shook his head. "No. . .not really." He simply responded.

"Well, let me explain it to you." Shukaku started explaining as his smirk never left his face. "Well one day, you were using your Third Eye, you went and peeked into the hot springs. However, it was the women's side of the hot springs, so. . .You saw some naked women." He then declared.

The red head boy finally recalled what his mother was talking about as he nodded and though his face was still the same emotionless expression a small blushed had appeared on his cheeks.

Shikaku however smirked as he saw this, pleased that it was going according as planned. "Well what had happened back then and now is similar." He stated as he couldn't hold back anymore and began to laugh his ass of. "But back then you were so horrified, you tried to cut it off with a kunai! If its wasn't for my sand shield, your ass of a father would have had another girl! I was laughing for DAYS! DAYS I TELL YOU! GAHAHAHAHAHA!" He then declared in amusement as another bout of laughter erupted from the insane raccoon.

Gaara however simply stared at his mother with the same expressionless face. "Then. . .why did I react differently with that. . .Uchiha? She was still wearing clothes." He soon asked as he had yet understand the meaning.

". . ." Shukaku didn't said a word as it was his turn to stared at boy with a dumbfounded expression. "It's hormones. . .you brain-dead idiot. . ." He bluntly answered.

". . .What?" Gaara simply asked in confusion once more.

At this point, the demonic racoon let out a loud roar of annoyance, not just because his prank had failed miserably, but also because of the stupidity of it's clueless container. "Kami damn it, boy! JUST ASK YOUR DAMN SISTER! HAVE HER EXPLAIN IT TO YA!" He roared with pure annoyance.

Gaara stared at his mother for a few moments before he nodded. "Fine. . .I'll do so mother. . ." He then replied as he disappeared from the mindscape.

The human shaped Bijū simply let out an annoyed growled. "At least, better than that make-up wearing cat-eared idiot you call a brother. . ." Shukaku then deadpanned as he then went on to continued his ranting.

Back at the hotel. . .

Gaara opened his eyes, as he stood from the floor, he then walked out of the room as he began thinking on everything his mother had told him.

The boy was so lost in thought that he didn't saw his sister nearly ran into him, but manage to stop herself before the sand shield could activate. "G-Gaara? What's up?" Temari hesitantly asked as she was terrified that she had angered her little brother.

Kankurō meanwhile looked on as well as his little brother was staring at his older sister in concern.

Was he going on a rampage again? The eldest sibling did not want to think of the consequences it could bring to not only her and her make u- I mean war-paint wearing brother after the injury the he had gain from the preliminaries, and least of all ruining the plan. So saying she hoped that her little brother wouldn't go on a rampage would be an understatement.

"Temari. . ." Gaara started with his normal emotionless tone.

The sudden called instantly regained his sister's attention as she flinched. "Y-Yes, Gaara?" Temari said with a terrified tone.

". . ." There was a long pause as the youngest brother didn't said anything for a few moments.

The eldest sibling knew that tone was said before her little brother wanted to go for the kill. So it can be understanding why she was scared shitless for her life at the moment.

"What are. . .hormones?" Gaara simply asked with a blank stare that had a hint of confusion.

". . ." Temari and Kankurō were left speechless while having a dumbfounded expressions on their faces.

Then after a few moments they finally processed what was said by their younger brother, the older siblings face-faulted and had a look of complete disbelief while large blushes appeared on their faces.

Temari was the first to recover from her shocked. "W-WHAT!? GAARA, W-WHERE D-DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THAT!?" She demanded as a very rare inner sister instincts kicked in, wanting to know who would dare corrupt her little brother. She then turned towards the second oldest and glared at him.

"Oi! Don't look at me! I'm just as surprised as you!" Kankurō declared with an offended tone while also being shocked at hearing his little brother ask about that topic.

". . .Mother. . ." Gaara simply answered. While normally all this shouting would greatly annoyed the redhead, right now he was more concern of what was happening to him to cared. ". . .Is there something. . . wrong?" He soon asked with a slight concern in his tone.

Temari and Kankurō were absolutely shocked, while it was shocking that their little brother would suddenly asked about such a. . .topic, the fact that he heard it from the Bijū was even more shocking.

While some would laugh at the mere concept, Kankurō didn't dare to laugh, mostly out of fear as he did not wanted to enrage his little brother or be killed as a result.

Temari meanwhile was just. . . bewildered. Okay, so she figured that her younger brother might, in the future, ask about this type of subject, but. . .to have heard about it from Shukaku of all things was not how she would had thought her little brother finding out.

However both of the older siblings had the same doubts and questions about this. But at the end, the prime thing they wanted to know the most was: What the hell happened in the first place that caused their little brother to even be interested in that particular subject!?

Things then became even more awkward for the elder siblings as they looked at the younger brother in disbelief.

"Uh. . .how about we talk about it when we head home. . .alright?" Temari asked awkwardly since this was the first time her brother, that wasn't a make-up wearing idiot, asked her something that didn't involve killing.

Gaara was hesitant for a moment before going back to his usual glare that was mix of annoyance and disappointment. ". . .fine. . ." He calmly responded as he turned around and headed toward the finals.

The elder brother then looked towards his sister in disbelief. "Did Gaara really just ask you about hormones. . ." He asked with a bewildered tone.

"I'm more concern at the fact that the demon inside him told him. . ." Temari retorted, still getting over the fact that this conversation just happened.. "And the demon not wanting him to kill us as an addition. . ." She then added.

"Maybe he just didn't want to be bother by that. . ." Kankurō half joked, half answered.

Temair however narrowed her eyes to that. "Get serious. . ." She demanded.

If only they knew that was the case. . .With that, all three sand siblings headed towards the finals.

Deep underground. . .

Danzō looked at all his agents that were bowing to him in reverent respect. "With the oncoming commotions that will happen for the exams, Orochimaru was able to ready his forces. . ." He stated with a serious tone.

"Yes Danzō-sama. . ." The Root agents droned out with an almost mindless manner as if they didn't had a will of their own.

Danzō then looked at his agents as he gripped his cane tightly. "Soon. . .Sarutobi's reign will end. . .then I will take over as Hokage and finally placed Konoha where it should be in this world." He declared "Even Orochimaru has his uses."

"Yes Danzō-sama. . ." The Root agents mindlessly replied.

The warhawk then turned around as his gazed towards the darkness. "We will remain hidden underground here until it quiets down up top." Danzō began to say. "The only one that will go is our newest recruit, as she still participating in the exams." He then ordered as he then turned his gaze towards a single darkened hallway. "Sakura Haruno. . ." He simply commended.

The agents remained stilled even after they heard footsteps from heeled shoes walking toward them. Coming from the dark hallway was a single girl in a green and pink outfit as she kneeled down and bowed as low as humanly possible. "You called Danzō-sama?" She asked with a slight monotonous tone, though she still have her emotions.

Danzō gained a small yet noticeable smirk at seeing the girl in front of him. "Rise." He commanded as the girl did as she was told. "Sakura, because of the Body Enhancement Seals, you have indeed grown in strength." He began to say with a pleasing tone. "And her undying loyalty." He added inside of his mind. "Now then, before you leave for the exams, repeat what I've told you and remind everyone here of their purpose." He then commanded.

Sakura nodded as she stood up and then looked toward her fellow Root agents. "We are the roots that support the great tree of Konoha from the shadows." She started as she showed a seal that was placed on her tongue when she awoken from her sleep. "We live to protect Danzō-sama, even at the cost of our own lives as only he can lead us and Konoha to the right path." She then placed her tongue back in her mouth as she raised a fist to the air. "Long live Danzō-sama!" She loudly declared.

"Long live Danzō-sama!" The agents said in unison as they bowed to their knees, including the green and pink haired girl.

However, the newest Root recruit secretly smirked with vile glee. "Sasuke-kun will be mine after all this, even if I have to take him by force and make him mine!" Sakura then mentally thought with a vile yet obsessive tone.

Danzō smirked at the loyalty of his tools. "Soon. . .it will begin. . ." He thought with much anticipation in his tone. "And Konoha will be mine!" He then added to his thoughts, determined to fully his desires.

Within Konoha. . .

Naruto ran towards the arena as fast he could, after dealing with the civilians that tried to stop him. He couldn't help but chuckled to himself as he saw their reactions to what he did to them. "Yeah payback is a bitch at times." He thought with a mischievous tone.

Kurama chuckled as he appeared came out from his seal and then landed on his containter's head, much to said boy's annoyance. "You can say that again kit." He agreed with an amused tone as he then started to sniff the air before going back into the seal. "Hey kit, Lavender Eyes is around here." He then advised.

This instantly made Naruto gain a large smile on his face. "Alright! Hinata-chan!" He then quicken his pace as he tried to find his girlfriend in hopes of talking to her before his match begins.

However within the seal, Kurama closed his eyes as he felt his chakra from a fair distance away. "Huh, I wonder what the Uchiha is doing to cause her to get pissed. . .and why do I get the feeling of deja vu now?" He thought before shrugging his shoulders. "Meh, I'll deal with it next time I see her." He then decided without a care.

A bit ahead from the blond's current position. . .

Hinata continued strolling down the streets while heading towards the arena. Suddenly her eyes widen when she felt a warm and familiar chakra.

The bluenette quickly turned around and smiled happily as she saw who was running towards her. "Naruto-kun!" Hinata happily called out as she jogged over to him before jumping into his embrace.

Naruto stop and then easily caught the female Hyuga as he started to swing her around for a while, both began to laughing and giggle a little before the blond give off a large signature fox like grin as he pecked his girlfriend on the lips, much to her delight, and then placing her on her feet.

The blonds grin didn't leave his face as he looked at the girl. "Hey, Hinata-chan! Awesome to see you again!" Naruto happily replied as he released her.

The two remained quiet for a few moment while they looked at each other's eyes.

Hinata then nodded as she placed her arms behind her back. "Yes, its nice to see you again. Even though it's only been a month, it feels as though much more time has gone by." She admitted before she activated her Byakugan and she saw the blond's chakra flaring around him. "It looks like you've gotten stronger, your chakra reserves are much bigger than before training." She analyzed and that was saying a lot as the blond had higher levels then a jounin.

Naruto chuckled as he rubbed his upper lip. "Yup, I've gotten way stronger over the month! Hell, I can even properly hold the Executioner's Blade!" He then declared.

"With the help of chakra that is ramen noodle like arms. . ." Kurama then retorted with an amused chuckle.

"Oi!" Naruto got out in anger from the insult.

Hinata in response giggled as she remembered when she and Satsuki spy- I mean watch the blond train with his blade before the exams started, the girls saw the he was struggling using the sword because of it's weight. And not to watch the blond bare chest. . .

Shaking off the small blush at recalling those times, the Hyuga then looked at her blond boyfriend with a smile. "So then, no more wild swings from you now?" Hinata joked while trying to hid her blush.

". . .and I thought the Uchiha was pervy. . .though technically both of them are. . ." Kurama remarked to himself. "And your stalking still hasn't gotten out of your system, huh?" He then added with a shit eating grin on his face.

Hinata's blush became crimson to that as she twiddled her fingers in embarrassment.

Unaware of this, Naruto meanwhile rubbed his upper lip with a smile. "Yup! Thanks to Ero-sennin's training, I'm all set and ready to go for these exams!" He declared in excitement.

Hinata soon recovered from her little episode as she smiled for a moment before getting a confused look on her face when she registered what her boyfriend had said. "Ero-Sennin? Who is that?" She soon asked as she saw her boyfriend's flinch before tilting her head in a innocent manner.

In another part of the village, mainly near the hot springs. . .

At that moment said pervert sneezed. "Someone must be talking about me." Jiraiya commented as his gazed returned towards the hot springs.

Even though the bathhouse were mostly empty thanks to the exams, there were a few occasions where foreign woman would want to take a bath before the finals.

Then gave the Toad Sage gain a perverted grin. "I hope a hot foreign lady arrives soon!" Jiraiya practically shouted with perverted glee within his head.

Unknown to pervert, a floating eye made of sand hovered above the spring, staying out of sight of the woman in the bathhouse.

Back with the two Team Seven members. . .

Naruto suddenly felt his spine shivered. "Kami why do I feel like he's doing exactly what i'm just saying. . ." He thought to himself as he also heard Kurama chuckling pervertedly. "Well. . ." He hesitantly started,

"Naruto-kun? Who is Ero-Sennin?" Hinata cutely asked as she gave off the dreaded puppy-eyes jutsu.

Kurama meanwhile smirked as he saw this action. "Taking tips on how to make the kit fall for you whims from the Uchiha huh?" He remarked to the Hyuga with an amused chuckle.

Hinata in turn blushed to that, but her puppy-eyes jutsu never left her face, in fact, it made the jutsu even more deadly because of it as she looked at the blond.

Naruto instantly gave up at the power of the kunoichi's jutsu. "Well. . .you see, Hinata-chan. . ." He began to say, however no matter how he said it there was no way to putting it lightly. "It's Jiraiya of the Sannin." He revealed

To hearing that name, Hinata let out a gasped. "Naruto-kun, you called someone like Jiraiya-sama like that?" She got out with a baffled tone as she knew that her boyfriend had the habit of name calling people but it was another thing to called someone as famous as the Toad Sage a pervert.

The blond looked at his girlfriend dead in the eyes as his expression turned expressionless. "Hinata-chan. . .he openly calls himself a Super-pervert." He stated with a serious tone.

Kurama meanwhile gave a witty grin to that. "More like the kami of perverts." He remarked in amusement.

"Shut it." Naruto retorted.

Hinata in turn simply blinked to hearing that. ". . .Eh?" She got out in confusion.

The blond then sighed as he looked at the bluenette. "And spies on women in the hot springs, which I had the misfortune of meeting him the first time might I add." Naruto then added to the reveal with the same tone and expression as before.

Hinata in response to hearing that blushed at the mere idea. "He. . .spys on the women's bath?" She muttered in disbelief.

"And what's so bad about that?" Kurama simply commented without a hint of shame in his tone.

Naruto merely narrowed his eyes to that. "I don't even know where to start dattebayo!" He soon roared in his mind.

Hinata meanwhile was quiet for a moment as her eyes were hidden by her hair. "Naruto-kun. . .you didn't. . .do anything inappropriate. . .while you were him. . .did you. . .?" She soon asked with an eerily calm tone.

Naruto gulped as he started sweating. "What!? No Hinata-chan!" He exclaimed to the mere accusation of that.

This instantly calmed the bluenette down as she knew that her boyfriend wouldn't lie to her.

Naruto then sighed in embarrassment as he remembered one little detail. "Though. . .there was a little incident that you really don't want to know. . .or ever want to talk about again. . ." He got out with a very annoyed tone.

Hinata looked as the annoyed blond as the demonic fox whistled innocently to that last bit. ". . .You'll tell us both afterwards?" She guessed.

Naruto let out a sigh to that as he knew he wasn't going to get out of this. "Sure. . ." Naruto responded as he pecked her on the lips.

With that, both young shinobi's began heading towards the stage, hand in hand while ignoring most that looked at them, or rather Naruto, with a stink eye.

As they walked, the blond then started to hear a snicker as he went into his mindscape and looked at the demon fox.

"Laugh it up now, because when the girls hear about you and Ero-sennin putting my clone in that fox suit in sexy jutsu form, you're completely screwed dattebayo!" Naruto declared with a glare and an evil grin on his face.

Kurama stopped his snickering as he then rolled his eyes at he looked on from behind the bars of the seal. "Jeez kit, at this rate, your gonna be whipped by those girls of yours. . .and then I'll be laughing my ass and tails off." He declared with a grin on his face.

"Bite me you damn fuzzbutt hairball!" Naruto yelled back, giving the living chakra demon the middle finger.

Said demon fox then gained a tick mark to that action. "WHY YOU LITTLE-!" Kurama started, getting angry until. . .

"Naruto-kun, are you fighting with Kyūbi-san again?" Hinata however questioned in a innocent manner as she materialized into the mindscape.

The blond and the fox glared at each other before both pointing at each other. "He started it!" The both yelled, blaming one another.

Hinata sweatdropped as she looked at the two before giggling. "You two haven't changed that much this month huh?" She stated more than asked with an amused tone.

Naruto himself sweat-dropped with a light chuckle. "You think Hinata-chan? Kurama here still acts like a pervert and I still try to remain sane about all of it." He deadpanned. "Why can't we be like Fū and Chōmei?" He muttered to himself as he dropped his head in shame.

Hinata couldn't help but giggle at Naruto reaction before realizing something. "Kurama? Fū? Chōmei? Who are you talking about?" She soon asked as the names weren't familiar to her.

". . ." Kurama didn't said anything as he looked to the side.

Naruto sighed and looked at the annoyed Bijū as he then pointed at the huge fox. "He's Kurama, turns out that he and the all of the other Tailed Beasts have their own names." He stated as he had a sad smile on his face. "Who knew, huh?" He commented with a hint of sadness in his tone.

". . ." Kurama yet again remained quiet as he secretly looked at the blond and felt his emotions.

Hinata meanwhile looked at the Bijū with a stunned expression. "I-I didn't know. . ." The girl got out with an baffled tone, before it was replaced by an innocent smile. "Well. . .as side from you perverted nature, it's a pleasure to formally meeting you, Kurama." She politely replied.

Kurama stared at the female Hyuga for a moment before he let out a sigh. "Sure. . .whatever. . ." He replied with an indifferent tone.

The girl only let out a giggle at that, but was happy all the same, while the blond just gave one of his true smiles at this.

"Anyway, Fū's a girl who recently moved here and is the Jinchūriki of the Seven Tailed Beetle, whose name is Chōmei." Naruto then revealed.

Hinata's eyes ten widen to the thought of that. "Really?" She got out with amazement as she then realized something. "Now there's three Jinchūrikis in Konoha. . .Kurama, Shukaku and now Chōmei. . ." She declared while listing off each Tailed Beast.

Kurama meanwhile scuffed before rolling his eyes as he looked at the blond. "Kit, the only reason you found out about my name was because Chōmei he's a loudmouth idiot. You didn't really find out my name, it was just by pure luck." He reminded in annoyance.

The blond soon looked at the Bijū for a few moments with a sad smile. "I know. . ." Naruto thought to himself as his smile then changed to his usual grin. "Yeah yeah, keep telling yourself that." He remarked as the Hyuga couldn't resist letting out a giggle.

". . ." Kurama at first didn't said anything, but after a moment he narrowed his eyes at his container and one of his two pseudo-jinchūriki result. "You, Kit, are a real shit. I can tolerate the girls, but not you so much. I'll have to intensify your mind training next time after the exams and the invasion." He declared with annoyance.

Meanwhile, when Hinata heard that, she looked at her boyfriend with a curious look. "Kurama has been training you in here?" She then asked.

Naruto gave off a sheepish grin as he rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah, he's rough, but has taught me some really epic moves." He declared with excitement.

Hinata then kissed hers and the Uchiha's boyfriend/fianceé on the cheek as she smiled at him. "Well then, I can't wait to see what you do during your fight. . .against. . ." She suddenly went quiet as she gave off a depressed look.

"Your cousin?" Naruto guessed as he then saw her nod. He then smiled back at her as he placed a hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry Hinata-chan, I'll beat him." He reassured.

While Hinata trusted his words, she still couldn't help but worry. "Are you sure? He's really powerful. . .and his belief in fate is really strong. . ." She got out with concern

"HA!" The two turned to Kurama as he tried to hold in a laugh. "Hyuga, let me tell you something about Fate." He declared with an amused smirk on his face.

"What's that?" Hinata was curious at what the Bijū had to say about fate.

Kurama's smirk then widen as he got closer to the bars of the seal. "She's. . ." He began to say.

Naruto and Hinata soon started to lean in closer to hear the answer from the demon fox.

Kurama's grin widen even further as he looked at the duo. "A bitch." He then declared. "A crusty old bitch with a wrinkles and is ugly as hell itself." He soon confirmed with a shit eating grin on his face.

Instantly the two young lover face-faulted to hearing that insult and the Bijū in response to the reactions let out a roaring laughter at this as they felt completely for his prank.

"What the hell!?" Naruto shouted with immense annoyance.

Having his filled, the Bijū then calmed down as he looked at the girl. "And more over, if your cousin believes in the ugly thing called Fate, what does that make him?" Kurama then joked.

Hinata thought for a moment along with her boyfriend after recovering from their face-faults. "Hmm. . .if Fate is a bitch. . .then would that mean that Neji-niisan. . .is Fate's bitch?" She innocently answered in a questioning tone, before her face blushed crimson as she realized what she just said and steam began to come out of her face.

Naruto's jaw meanwhile comedically dropped to the ground as he heard the words that came out of his girlfriend's mouth.

To hearing that answer, Kurama couldn't help but burst out in a roaring laughter as he wasn't expecting that kind of answer from the formerly shy girl. "Hit the nail on the head, Lavender Eyes!" He watched as the girl blushed further crimson from the nickname. "If your cousin believes in Fate that much, then he is literally Fate's bitch!" He soon declared as he continued laughing.

Naruto finally recovered from his shock as he chuckled in amusement. "Even so, it probably is true." He stated with a large grin on his face.

"Naruto-kun!" Hinata exclaimed with a disapproving expression on her face.

Said blond chuckled once more as he then placed a hand on the girl's shoulder. "And if that's true, then I'll kick his ass and show him that you can change your fate no matter what dattebayo!" He encouraged once more.

Hinata felt her confidence returning as she touched the boy's hand and smiled at the two. "Yeah. . .your right! I'm different now! I'm much braver and more confident with myself. I've made it this far, there's no way I'm backing down now! Thanks for reminding me of that. It's just what I needed dattebahi!" She exclaimed with new found confidence.

As Naruto still held his girlfriend's shoulder, he in turn stared at her after hearing what she had just said, trying to process it through his head. ". . .What was that?" He asked with an eyebrow raised.

In response to that, Hinata couldn't resist as she started giggling a little. "I guess I somehow developed my own version of your dattebayo, Naruto-kun." She revealed as she moved closer to the blond and snuggled her head against his chest.

The Bijū's then raised his own eyebrow to that reveal. "Well then. . .this is interesting to say the least. . ." Kurama admitted as he got the two's attention. "I'll have to ponder on it later, you two are almost at the arena, there are some foreign chakra signatures in the arena. Probably some of Orochimaru's forces." He then advised in a serious tone.

The two then separated and nodded to Kurama. "Yeah, we shouldn't do anything obvious; we'll play along with Orochi-pedo's little game for the time being." Naruto started as he smack his right fist on left palm and grinned. "Then we'll launch the counter attack on whatever he's got planned. The village is ready for anything." He declared with confidence.

Hinata smiled and nodded in agreement. "Haku-sensei told me that an invasion might happen, so he helped me get prepared just in case. He's going to be keeping an eye on the arena from a distance. We're ready to go as well." She declared with equal confidence in her voice.

"As much as I don't really care for this village for multiple reasons," Kurama started as he did a fake cough, easily hearing Madara, causing the two to sweat-drop. "Ahem, anyway, I'll only help if I can get the chance to take out some of the snake freak's minions. . .and possibly beat the living shit out of Shukaku." He declared while cracking his huge human like knuckles.

"You can do that yourself for the minions thing." Naruto started.

"Eh?" Hinata got out in confusion to that statement.

Naruto let out a sigh to that. "Basically, Kurama here can use the transformation jutsu on his chibi clone of himself to created a human transformation. . ." He began to explained.

Hinata in turn blinked a few times to that as she imagined it in her head. ". . .Really?" She asked.

Naruto nodded to that with a sigh. "Unfortunately. . .he uses it for a very annoying reason. . ." He deadpanned.

Kurama in response let out a perverted chuckle.

To hearing that chuckling, Hinata sweatdropped again. "Should I?" She started to ask in concern.

"No." Naruto replied with an expressionless face.

"Alright then, we better get going then," Hinata soon decided as she pecked her fianceé on the lips. "I'll see you outside." She concluded as she then phased out of the mindscape.

Naruto chuckled as he looked at the spot Hinata was originally at. "Kami I love her." He then turned to Kurama with a smirk on his face. "Well then, later fuzzbutt!" He remarked as he quickly phased out of the mindscape before the fox could start his rant.

Suddenly out of nowhere a small pillar appeared behind the Bijū and hit him in his most vulnerable spot. . .

SLAM!

"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Kurama screamed with a high pitched tone and then fell face forwards while holding said vulnerable spot.

Then as the massively humiliated fox slowly began to raised his head, a huge metal pan fell right on his head and on the edge it had a paper with picture of a chibi Naruto holding the peace sign with the word Gotcha! under it.

Kurama's eye began twitching as he knew this was his container's revenge about the clone and sexy jutsu incident. "DAMN IT, KIIIIIIT!" His demonic voiced literally squeaked out in pain.

Back in the real world. . .

Naruto chuckled with an evil smirk on his face as he and his girlfriend continued walking to the arena, it now being visible in their sights.

When the Hyuga had looked at boyfriend and saw the expression on his face, she instantly realized that something had happened after she left. "Should I ask?" Hinata questioned with an emotionless expression on her face as she held his hand.

The blond gently squeezed her girlfriend's hand in a manner of good humor. "Nah, you wouldn't want to." Naruto started while his smirk never left his face. "Though I think Kurama's gonna be swearing up a storm for a while." He then added.

"Ah. . ." Hinata got out as she decided to leave it at that and they continued walking.

On the way to the area, the two young couple could heard many people whispering at each other while some made insulting comments about the two.

"Isn't that the Hyuga Heiress?"

"Yeah, but what is she doing with the de- that boy?"

"Could they be dating?"

"Must be some demon influence on her!"

"Quiet you idiots! You wanna get killed by the Anbu!?"

"It has to be though! Don't you remember when you saw him with the Hyuga heiress and that other girl!? They were both cuddling up to him, flipping the bird to everyone!"

"Oh yeah, I wonder who that girl was? She didn't look familiar in the village."

Though the two young couple ignored most of their insults, the two couldn't helped but winced at the mention of the Uchiha Heiress.

"Probably just another whore the boy got in his clutches!"

This made the bluenette sigh while the blond rolled his eyes, although they both wanted to hurt the guy that called her and Satsuki whores they didn't want trouble before the finals for the risk of being disqualified or get in trouble for assaulting civilians.

"Do you ever think they'll ever see as you and not Kurama?" Hinata soon asked via mental link.

Naruto looked at her before shrugging his shoulders. "Beats me," He mentally replied. "I think it's better to just act like yourself then just fight or get angry and maybe they're see you just who you are." He then advised to the Hyuga. "I mean, that's how I got my friends and love ones like that." He added with a smile on his face.

Hinata's face soon gained a blush to that last part as she smiled at her blond boyfriend.

"And besides, don't let their stupid comments get to you, because to me, you and Satsuki-chan are the most beautiful girls in the entire world." Naruto declared with an honest tone.

Hinata's blush turned a more pinkish shade of color and smiled happily as she kissed the blond on the cheek. "Thank you Naruto-kun, I needed that." She replied with gratitude.

The blode also gain a pinkish blushed but gave his girlfriend his signature foxy grin. "No problem! Now come on! To the stadium!" Naruto cheered as he pulled the girl.

This made the girl to giggled at the the blond's enthusiasm. "Naruto-kun! No need to rush!" Hinata stated with an amused tone as she let herself be dragged along.

The two soon headed off, running to arena for their final test to become Chunins.

On the mountaintop. . .

The final member of team seven was finally finished her preparations for the finals.

"Are you sure you have to leave Anko-neechan?" Satsuki asked in a disappointed tone as she watched the female jonin pack up her things.

"'Fraid so imouto-chan," Anko started as she finished packing. "Gotta get back to make sure Kabuto didn't escape." She added and then placed her bag on her shoulder.

Kakashi meanwhile had his ever present book on his hand as he nodded. "I heard he's been resisting yours and Ibiki's interrogation methods." He then stated in a serious tone.

Anko sighed with annoyance as she rubbed her forehead. "Yeah, hate to say it but he's been a tough little fucker, but we'll break him, one way or another." She declared with a hint of sadistic tone in her voice.

Satsuki couldn't resist a giggle from escaping. "Well then, I guess I'll see you later then." She told her older sister figured with a smile.

Anko grinned at the girl and nodded. "Yeah, good luck at the exams. . ." She told her little sister figured as she affectionately rub her head and then she narrowed her eyes. "And be careful during the possible invasion. . .all of you." She then advised in a serious tone.

Both sensei and student nodded as the older kunoichi disappeared with a puff of smoke. Then two then began to finish packing their own stuff, while sealing the bigger things like their tents inside a scroll for easy storage until. . .

"Ero-Kakashi-sensei?" Satsuki started in a monotonous like voice.

Kakashi let out a sigh at that but decided to let it go. "Yes Satsuki?" He replied as he lowered his book.

Satsuki then took in a deep breath as she gave off a serious expression. "Before we go to the arena. . .can we take a little detour? There's something I have to do before we go. . ." She requested.

Kakashi gave off his own serious but was confused her suddenly request. "And where would that be?" He soon questioned.

Satsuki took a deep breath as she looked at the forest around her from the mountain top. "To cut some loose ends. . .and to forge my new future. . ." She declared as the wind started to blow, causing her hair to sway.

At the stadium. . .

At the massive arena, nine combatants stood in a straight line as they prepared for the final test to start.

In the crowds above, citizens, fellow shinobis and nobles alike gathered in the stands to watch for multiple reasons: entertainment for a good show, betting to get some cash in their pockets or just to watch because they were bored.

Although, most of them were all intrigued by the same thing: promise of the last, loyal Uchiha competing in the finals. Almost the entirety of the Elemental Nations had heard of the Uchiha Massacre and wanted to see how the Last Uchiha stood up to such a tragedy, and how good of a ninja he'd become.

"Aww yeah, time for the fights!"

"Hell yeah! I've been waiting for this for a while now!

"I can't wait to see what happens!"

"Hey is that the Hyuga Heiress down there?"

"I think so! Whoa!"

"Why's that boy there!?"

"Which one?"

SLAP!

"Idiot! you know which one I meant!"

"What the hell!? I'm not even from this village dumbass!"

"Urk! Sorry about that."

"Hey, where's the Uchiha!?"

"That's a good question."

"I did hear his sensei was the Legendary Copy Ninja. . .who's also known for his bad timing. . ."

"Dammit! I came here just for the Uchiha! What the hell!?"

This and many more comments echoed through the stands as they couldn't wait for the finals to finally began.

At the center of the arena. . .

Naruto sighed as he heard some of the more insulting comment towards him. "Oh they are in for a big surprise!" He thought with a smirk.

"Hmm? What are you thinking Naruto-kun?" Hinata asked telepathically.

"I think this will be the perfect time to reveal that to everyone!"

Hinata gasped as she quickly regained her composure. "Are you sure?"

"Don't worry, I'll reveal at the last second after beating your cousin."

Hinata was silent for a moment before taking a deep breath. "Alright Naruto-kun. . .but just be careful."

"I will be, you too!" Naruto finished as he gave his smile that Hinata loved.

But the two did have the same question that was asked by some of the spectators. "Where is Satsuki?" Naruto and Hinata thought.

At another section of Konoha.

Unbeknownst to the spectators, the object of her troubling thoughts was busy elsewhere in the village.

Rubbing her face of the sweat currently upon it from the hot day's sun, she stretched her back, groaning as it popped and cracked.

"That's the last one for the Living and Shopping District; now for the library!" The last Uchiha thought to herself as she took out a large sealing scroll. "Well after I sealed all of the books that is. . ." She added as she headed to her next destination.

Back at the stadium. . .

At the very top of the arena, there was a small area reserved for Kage rank shinobi's, there Hiruzen Sarutobi, along with his two guards, sat down on his designed chair as he watch from above all the genin that were competing.

"Hmm. . .Satsuki isn't here yet. . ." Hiruzen thought to himself as he then let out a sigh while he rubbed his forehead. "Kakashi. . .your getting some last minute training in for her aren't you?" He added in his head, but before he could continue his thoughts, he turned his head and smiled. "Oh, well." He got out with a smile on his face.

Coming toward Hiruzen was a man with his face covered by a mask and in a white and green robe with a Kage hat with the kanji of Wind on it. Beside him were two serious looking guards that any physical features they may have were completely hidden.

"Kazekage-dono, it is good to see you again." Hiruzen greeted with a pleasant smile on his face.

"Not at all." The robed Kazekage politely replied.

Hiruzen simply smiled, but on the inside he was frowning. "Hmm. . .I already got my senses back to decent extent. . .I know it's you. . .Orochimaru. . ." He thought as he watched him sat down. "I say, you must be tired from your journey to Konoha." He then told the fellow Kage.

"It was good that the exams were held at this time. If it was in Suna however, it might have been a trip for you." The Kazekage joked with a hidden smile. "Maybe it's time for you to decide on a Fifth." He then suggested as he took his sit next to the elderly leader.

"Better play along. . ." Hiruzen thought as he forced out a laugh at the joke. "Please, don't treat me like an old man. I'm still kicking for my age." He then started to get up.

The Kazekage chuckled once more. "Well it is just a just a suggestion, no one knows what the future will hold." He admitted. "But enough of that, I believe it's time for the finals to begin." He then suggested.

Hiruzen nodded as he stood up from his sit. "I believe you are right, let's begin." He then started and step forward to the edge of the booth.

The Hokage then activated a signless jutsu to enhance the sound of his voice. "Thank you everyone for coming to the Konoha Chunin Selection Exam!" He began.

As a result, there was loud cheering from most of the audience when they heard this announcement as they couldn't wait for the matches to begin.

Hiruzen waited only a moment before he continued. "We will now start the main tournament matches between the ten competitors that had made it to the finals throughout the course of the Chunin Exams. Please stay and watch until the end!" Hiruzen sat back down as cheering went throughout the stadium.

"Hokage-dono, I see the combatants, but I only see nine." The Kazekage observed. "Where is the tenth, the infamous last Uchiha?" He then questioned.

In response to that, the Hokage coughed in his fist as he looked at the Kazekage. "Well, the young Uchiha is a bit late because he's busy with his sensei final training, but he'll make his match." He advised.

"I see, well I do hope he doesn't miss his match or I get the distinct feeling that many will be. . .disappointed if he does. . .I know I would." The Kazekage simply stated.

"I do not believe that will be any issue." Hiruzen replied with a forced smile. "Kakashi better, or I'm going to sick Enma on him and used him as a practice dummy. . ." He thought with an annoyed tone.

In the center of the arena. . .

A young man with brown, shoulder-length hair which hangs about his face and brown eyes. He wears a forehead protector like a bandanna and had the standard jōnin outfit and had a senbon in his mouth.

"My name is Genma Shiranui, I'll be the proctor for the final." The now named Genma announced using the same voice enhancement as his leader as he then turned towards the finalist were standing. "Naruto Uzumaki and Neji Hyuga, step forward! All the other Genin, go to the Competitor's Box!" He then ordered.

"Hai!" With that confirmation, the genin jumped away, landing neatly in the designated waiting space, all but the first competitors.

All but Hinata as she remained for a moment to give his boyfriend a quick kiss on the cheek and an encouraging smile. Both shared a quick moment as the female Hyuga joined the others.

This action wasn't missed by many from the audience, but also from the male Hyuga who frown at the display.

The area where all of the finalist waited was placed in a perfect placed so that they had a complete view of the stadium, and was out of the sun.

Meanwhile the two first competitors stepped forward as the entire stadium held its collective breaths. The tension was palpable and the number one question on everyone's mind was obvious.

Who would win this battle?

The Hyuga Branch Member, the prodigy, or the dead last, the demon boy of Konoha?

Genma then looked at the two combatants as he then looked at the bystanders. "The rules are the same as the preliminaries, any attacks are allowed, however if they must harm the bystanders, they'll be automatically disqualified!" He began to explained.

Many of said bystanders flinched at hearing that and were a little concerned about that little aspect.

The special jonin, let out a small chuckle at that before he gaze returned to the two genin. "Killing and maimings are allowed, however I alone reserve the right to stop a match when or if I see fit to." He revealed. "If I tell you that the match is over, it's over, got it?" He then questioned more so to the two combatants.

"Got it!" Naruto answered with narrowed eyes as his body tense with anticipation.

"Understood, please begin the match." Neji calmly replied as he was determined to hold his belief in faith.

When Genma nodded, Naruto head jolted. "WAIT!" He exclaimed

Neji then glared at his new opponent. "What come to your sense and decide to give up?" He questioned in a snarky tone.

"You wish asshole." Naruto retorted as he turned towards the practor. "Um. . .Can I say something first?" He asked with a fidgeting tone.

Genma raised his eyebrow at this as he turned towards the Hokage who simply nodded as he too was curious what his grandson figured had to say. With a sigh, the practor nodded. "Go ahead, but make it quick." He he replied to the blond.

With a sigh, the blond then forced out a smiled. "Thanks. . ." Naruto responded as he turned towards the audience.

This made all the people gain two different reactions, the half that was mostly from Konoha didn't care what the blond had to say while the other half who were foreigner were curious what the boy was going to say.

The blond's eye began to twitch uncontrollably as he really didn't wanted to do this, but if was the cost of getting one of his fiancé's her blade, so he was going to do this where he liked it or not.

"AND I DEFINITELY NOT!" Naruto roared inside of his mind, but he decided to get this over with so he took in a deep breath to take all the air he could. "YOU NEED SOME QUALITY SHINOBI TOOLS THAT OTHER STORES JUST CAN'T PROVIDE!? THEN COME TO HIGURASHI WARES TO BUY THE BEST WEAPONS IN KONOHA AT THE GREATEST PRICES DATTEBAYO!" He loudly declared with a very embarrassed tone.

". . ." It was understandably that every single person in the audience were left completely speechless as they didn't even know how to react to that.

". . ." Neji however said nothing as he looked at his opponent with narrow eyes. "Fool. . ." He meanwhile thought.

". . .You seriously just said that didn't you?" Kurama stated more than asked with a sweatdrop.

"LAY OFF WILL YOU! THIS IS EMBARRASSING FOR ME TOO!" Naruto wailed inside of his mind while blushing to the female Hyuga's levels of red as he wanted crawl under a rock.

Within the competitor's area. . .

". . .Naruto-kun. . .why did you do that?" Hinata mentally asked in confusion.

"Just something he had to do as payment. . ." Kurama replied with a deadpan tone.

Hinata however innocently tilted her head to that. "Huh?" She responded.

Kurama simply rolled his eyes. "You don't want to know. . ." Was all the Bijū had to say.

With the genin sitting area. . .

". . ." Like the rest of the spectators, the rookies were also left speechless at their friends declaration as it was something the thought the blond wouldn't ever do.

However one of them was also shocked as well, but for another reason entirely. . .

". . .Huh!?" Tenten exclaimed as she heard that. "D-Did Naruto just. . .sponsor our store!?" She then got out in confusion sand wide eyes before going red faced.

While the man that was responsible for this was laughing his ass off out in the audience from another section of the stands. This made the girl to blushed a deeper shade of red out of embarrassment.

Back in the center of the arena. . .

The proctor simply stared at the blond with his normal bored expression on his face. "Are you done?" Genma soon asked.

"Yes. . ." A very embarrassed Naruto quietly replied.

Genma nodded at that as he raised his hand. "BEGIN!" He declared with a chopping motion of his hand and then jumped away from the center of the arena.

And the first round of the Chunin Exam Finals has begun. . .

With the two combatants. . .

Both would be chunin candidates stared at each other with narrowed eyes, the blond had an aggressive battle stance while the male Hyuga was still standing still,not taking his opponent seriously.

"You should just give up now." Neji stated haughtily, standing straight. "Fate has decreed you the loser of this match!" He declared.

Naruto simply laughed out loud as he cracked his knuckles in anticipation. "As if! I don't believe if fate! I believe making my own destiny!"

Neji shook his head in disappointment. "Fool. . .your nothing but but a pebble in the stream of fate. . ." He simply stated as he took his battle stance. "And as I said, your fated to lose at my hands!" He soon declared.

"And I say that I don't believe in fate because I choose mine! You'll learn that you should never underestimate your opponents!" Naruto declared as he slid into a low stance.

Neji had enough of talking with the blond he activated his Byakugan. "Then let's end this meaningless talk and prepared to truly understand what unchangeable fate that is placed on each of us." He calmly declared with an emotionless tone.

Naruto merely narrowed his eyes as he looked at his opponent. "Fine then, because for me. . ." He smirked as he looked at the male Hyuga, who had activated his Byakugan. "My destiny. . . is to summon the storms!" He declared as small wind currents started to flow around the boy.

Up within the stands where the Konoha combatants were waiting. . .

Hinata was starting to get worried. "Where's Satsuki-chan?" She thought to herself with concern. "If she isn't here soon, she'll be disqualified." She then added in her head.

". . .She'll be here Hyuga. . ." Kurama then stated via mental link.

"Troublesome, Naruto's going up against the top genin before are year. He's gonna have a rough time." Shikamaru commented with his usual lazy tone.

". . .This will be interesting to say the least. . ." Shino simply got out while making sure to analyzed any and all attacks from the two genins in case he would face them.

"YES! THIS WILL BE A MOST INTERESTING MATCH AGAINST SPLENDID SHINOBI! THOUGH I WOULD HAVE WISHED TO FIGHT MY RIVAL, I STILL CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE THE FLAMES OF YOUTH THAT THE TWO SHOW!" Lee declared in excitement as he went to the edge of the railing. "NARUTO-KUN! NEJI! GOOD LUCK AND MAY YOUR YOUTH SHINE BRIGHTER THAN EVER!" He called out, causing everyone to sweat-drop at his antics

"Hmmp, I hope the akuma loses!" Sakura scoffed to herself with disgust at merely saying that.. "He shouldn't even be here. The main match everyone wants to see is that weird Gaara kid against my Sasuke-kun!" She then stated with delight.

". . .Damn she's delusional. . ." Kurama remarked in annoyance.

Hinata meanwhile resisted rolling her eyes at the green and pink haired girl's comment as she looked on while agreeing with the fox Bijū. "Good luck Naruto-kun." She encouraged while sending the blond a smile.

Meanwhile within another part of Konoha. . .

Kakashi was reading his favorite book as he waited for his student finished things for this area.

The jonin lowered his book as he looked at the girl. "Satsuki. . .are you sure about this?" Kakashi asked with a hint of concern in his tone.

Satsuki wiped the sweat off her forehead as she looked at her jonin sensei and nodded. "Yeah, I'm done with all this. . ." She replied as she went off and continued with the next area.

The one eyed jonin simply let out a sigh, as a small part of him didn't want the girl to do this, he also knew that it was her choice. Then Kakashi turned towards a specific section of the area that was a simply two story house.

Satsuki saw the expression on her sensei's face realized what was in his mind. I'm only going to do it to the more. . .symbolic parts. . ." She declared with a kind smile on her face.

Behind his mask, Kakashi gain a small yet happy smile. "Is that so. . .well it's your decision." He simply got out with a hint of gratitude in his tone.

With that, sensei and student continued towards the next area as they both had satisfied smirks on their faces.

Within one of spectators stands. . .

The remaining Konoha genin and the one Oto genin that lost the preliminary rounds were sitting next to each other as the match started.

"You have a pretty active teammate Tenten-san." Ino admitted with a giggle as she was referring to Lee's cheering.

The Yamanaka heiress was able to get released from the hospital after going through some therapy for what happened between her and her former best friend, although she still had a slight fear of the girl and strangely snakes now, she was now fit to be realized now.

Tenten let out a tired sigh as she rubbed her head. "Yeah, he's pretty interesting to say the least." She awkwardly admitted. "Neji meanwhile. . ." She hesitantly thought to herself as she was feeling conflicted on whether or not to side with her teammate or his opponent.

Kin couldn't help but giggle a little. "Yes, he really is." She agreed.

After the Oto kunoichi had personally saw the type of training that the green spandex wearing duo normally do, she had a better understanding of who the boy normally is.

"So who do you think is gonna win the match?" Chōji asked as he munched on his chips.

"Beats me, but this will be pretty interesting!" Kiba smirked as Akamaru on his head barked in agreement.

Though not the words the other genin would had said, they all felt the same way as they waited for this fight to really heat up.

Within a VIP area of the spectator stands. . .

The members of the Hyuga Clan were all grouped together in their reserved area, as Hiashi Hyuga sat next to his youngest daughter, Hanabi Hyuga.

The youngest daughter looked at both competitors with a concerned expression, as she looked at the area where her big sister was located. "Hinata-oneesama. . ." Hanabi muttered to herself as she recalled her conversation, but she shook her head as she decided to focus more on the current situation. "Father. . .Naruto-niisan is fighting Neji-niisan. . ." She then hesitantly started.

Hiashi however continued to look on but he nodded in confirmation. "Watch closely Hanabi, Neji is one of the few members of our clan that his Byakugan is even stronger than yours." He stated.

Then the leader of the Hyuga Clan heard his youngest daughter gasp. The girl knew that while it would sounded like bragging, she knew that her eyes were one of the strongest. So hearing that her father himself said that her cousin's eyes were stronger it was very shocking.

Hiashi frowned as he looked at his nephews cold eyes and continued. "Besides being a branch member, he has learned the Hyuga way well. . .however. . ." He added, but then went silent for a moment as he closed his eyes.

Hanabi noticed the long silent and looked at him. "What is it father?" She questioned with a curious tone.

Letting out as short and quiet sigh, Hiashi reopen his eyes. "That's not the only factor to this match." He concluded.

However this made his daughter to raise her eyebrows in confusion. "What do you mean?" Hanabi asked.

Hiashi chuckled as he looked at the bond. "You'll see, just watch." He stated with mysterious tone.

In a common area of the spectators stands. . .

Fū sat as she watched the match beginning. "I hope Naruto-chan can win his match, he's been training so hard." She thought to herself as she couldn't wait for the fight to really heat up.

During the times the blond had some time off during his month long training, Naruto and Fū would hang out with each other as they talked about Bijū related things and simply enjoying a fellow containers company. And with each time they spent time together and as well since Fū was slightly older than the blond, she started to see Naruto as a younger brother.

Meanwhile within the seal, the Nanabi was looking at the match through his container's eyes. "Don't worry Fū-chan, he's a strong little guy, I'm sure he can handle what's coming. He also has Kurama-niisan with him so there's no way he's going to lose!" Chōmei reminded with his usual carefree tone.

The tanned skinned greenette nodded in agreement. "Yeah your right Chōmei, let's see what he learned and surprise everyone." Fū replied with a smile on her face.

At the center of the arena. . .

"HA!" Naruto yelled out as he went straight in for a punch at the male Hyuga's face , but was easily blocked by swapping it with his hand. He then quickly went to deliver some swift kicks, but his opponent easily brushed them aside. Naruto jumped back and made some distance as he stared at the Hyuga. "Your good. . ." He begrudgingly admitted with a frown.

Neji smirked with overconfidence as he once more got into the Hyuga stance again. "A talentless fool like you has no business thinking that a prodigy like me would have no trouble blocking your weak attacks." He declared with an arrogant tone.

Naruto however counter smirked to that declaration as he moved his shoulder to loosen the limbs, making a crackling noise before doing the same with his neck. "Nah, right now I'm just getting a hang of your attacks. Not bad so far, but Hinata-chan's are way better than you." He then remarked with his fox like grin on his face.

Inside of the blond's seal, the Bijū let out an amused chuckle. "That's right kit, push that arrogant fate loving ass's buttons." Kurama remarked in satisfaction.

Neji's eyes immediately hardened at what the blond had said. His power, weaker than Hinata's!? He scoffed with pure disdain at the mere thought. "That fool is even weaker than you are, and far easier to break. I only wish I had faced her in the preliminaries; then I could have shown you the truth of my words." He declared with a cold and hate filled tone.

Naruto frown at the insult of her girlfriend, but he quickly recovered as he it was then replaced by his fox grin. "Ha! I guess that just means for your so called all seeing eyes, you've been too blind to notice the changes in Hinata-chan so far then!" He retorted.

"And she'll keep growing as long as I have the connection with her. . ." Kurama then remarked in satisfaction. "I may not like being locked in, but there is no way I will allow my containers be weak. . ." He then stated.

Neji's eyes meanwhile narrowed even further with held back anger as he looked at the blond.

"And besides, in terms of ranking in power, I would have to say that she's. . .equal to me! Although I would have to say that all the members of Team 7 are at equal power." Naruto stated with a chuckle. "And that means she's way stronger than you!" He then declared with a wide grin.

In the competitors stands. . .

Said Hyuga blushed slightly as the other combatants besides the green and pink haired girl looked at her with interest.

"Naruto-kun what am I going to do with you?" Hinata thought to herself a she giggling in her head, figuring out what her boyfriend was doing.

"Make is so he becomes completely whipped by you and the Uchiha?" Kurama suggested.

Hinata could only blushed even darker at that. "N-No! We would never do that to Naruto-kun Kurama!" She mentally declared.

"Meh, it was worth a shot." Kurama mentally replied.

Elsewhere in Konoha. . .

The girl in question sneezed as she continued her business. "Someone must be talking about me." She thought as she then shrugged her shoulders, heading out to the next destination.

Back with the match. . .

Neji's eyes narrowed even further as they held a deep rage in them while he started to grate his teeth as he looked at his opponent. "He's. . .mocking me! THIS FAILURE IS MOCKING ME! AND DARES TO SAY THAT WEAKLING IS STRONGER THAN ME!?" He thought with pure rage and hatred. "You insolent little brat!" He declared with anger as he went forth to strike.

Though the blond just manage to dodge most of the strikes, this time however the Hyuga manage to make one solid contact. "Crap!" Naruto grunted out as he got slammed with a palm strike to the shoulder and felt intense pain. "Note to self, don't over taunt someone, it just pisses them off!" He thought to himself.

"Taunting works fine. . ." Kurama began to say inside of the blond's head. "But only if you have the skills to back it up you idiot!" He then advised in annoyance.

"Shut it you!" Naruto grunted out in his head as he was having great difficulty fighting from the searing pain in his shoulder. "Damn, this hurts like hell!" He meanwhile grunted out as he winced from the pain.

At the hit, the Hyuga managed to calm down and regain his composure. "Hmph." Neji scoffed out with a smirk. "This will be a simple battle; once I close all of your chakra points, I will be the winner, as faith has dictated the moment you became my opponent!" He declared as he dashed towards the blond with his hands coated with his chakra.

"Like hell that's gonna happen!" Naruto growled as he rushed in once more.

The two met in a flurry of fists, neither gaining any clear advantages. However it was clear that Neji's expertise with the Hyuga Gentle Fist style, combined with his speed in combination with his eyes, was evenly matched by Naruto's ferocity, natural reflexes and abnormally high reaction speeds.

If it wasn't for his extensive training alongside with Hinata, he would have had been hit a lot more. However even that will end soon enough because of the older Hyuga's higher skill level.

Naruto gritted his teeth as he continued to just barely dodge the hits. "Damn. . .He's really good. . .no wonder he's the Hyuga Prodigy and last year's top rookie." He begrudgingly admitted to himself.

"Dammit Kit, don't praise Fate's bitch. . ." Kurama however grumbled out in annoyance.

Meanwhile, said prodigy was starting to get very annoyed as his attacks continued to failed. "This fool has such a sloppy fighting style, yet his reaction time is obscenely high. . ." Neji analyzed as he was forced to admit that the blonds had impressive reflex and reaction time that just barely manage to overcome his speed and accuracy in his strikes.

The two continued to clash while Neji's attacks slowly began to adjust and began to be more precise to out maneuvered the blond's reaction time, this slowly began to graze him. And thanks to his Gentle Fist style, each graze caused a lot of internal damage within his opponent's muscles, but the blond didn't let that stop him as he continued his clash.

". . .Why won't the fool back down? Doesn't he realize that this is futile? He is so blind that he doesn't even realize that his fate was already decided?" Neji thought in annoyance as another of his strikes, though he dodged them, they still grazed the side of his waist and thus another slight internal injury.

"Agh! Kami damn it! That hurts like hell!" Naruto thought with pain filled expression. "Gotta find a way to counter attack soon or I'm done for!" He added as he dashed backwards to try and gain some space between them.

Having enough of this foolishness, the Hyuga narrowed his eyes. "Enough!" Neji declared as he used a sudden burst of speed to dashed forward.

This action allowed the Hyuga to bypass the blonds defensive and managed to land a solid palm strike to his opponent's stomach, sending him flying backwards.

The blond rolled on the ground, once he stopped himself he began coughing up blood from the hit, while he struggled with his breathing. "Damn!" Naruto grunted out as he flew through the air, blood running down his lip.

In the competitors stand. . .

Hinata gasp at seeing this and was concern for her boyfriends wellbeing. Knowing full well that a Hyuga's attacks were very dangerous if they manage to land a decent blow on the human body, more so in the torso area where all the vital organs were located.

Kurama however groaned as the female Hyuga was able to hear him. "Don't worry, the kit will be fine." He stated in annoyance with a deadpan expression.

Sakura however couldn't help but smirk with delight at seeing the blond in pain. "Serves the akuma right." She scowled with disdain.

The girl didn't even care if others had heard what she just said as she simply ignored the glares she was getting from Shino, Shikamaru and mainly Hinata, who was having great difficulty suppressing from having an aura of red chakra erupting from her body.

Knowing that the girl wasn't worth it, the blonds friends decided to returned their gaze back at the fight.

Back in the arena. . .

The blond slowly began to stand up while he was having some difficulty breathing from the hit. "Well. . .You're really good at the Gentle Fist. . ." Naruto said to his opponent. "I can't possibly beat you in close-quarters combat. . ." He then added.

"I told you that your fate was to lose. Do you concede, then?" Neji meanwhile asked pompously.

The blond in turn simply smirked. "Nah, that just means that I have to fight you with long range!" Naruto clarified as he made his signature hand seal. "Like I'm gonna lose to Fate's bitch! SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!" He roared as ten clones of himself popped into existence.

"So!" The clones all began while each one took out a kunai in both hands. "Let's get on with the fight!" He declared as the charged at the Hyuga.

In the spectators stands. . .

The young Konoha genins were relieved by the blond's decision as he would now have at least a chance now.

"That's using your head Naruto, now Neji won't be able to tell which one is the real you." Kiba remarked with a smirk as Akamaru barked in agreement.

"Whoa, I almost forgot that he knew shadow clones! That kid's got a lot of chakra!" Tenten had to admit as she slightly narrowed her eyes while looking at her Hyuga teammate. "Maybe he has a chance. . ." She added in her mind.

Ino couldn't help but giggle at the cleverness of their friend. "He's surprising to say the least." She admitted as well.

"Lee-san's teammate is gonna have a rough time with a guy with this amount of chakra. I mean to summon that many clones and hardly be affected is an feat all on it's own." Kin commented with a very impressed tone as she watched on with interest.

Chōji meanwhile continued munching on his last chips before burping and then opening another bag . "This is gonna be awesome." He got out as he resumed eating.

Back in the arena. . .

All the blond's clones charged at once, they channeled chakra onto their feet to cover the distance quickly.

Neji however blocked and weaved between them so they're attacks didn't made any contact making them unable to land a single hit on him. Then when he tried to counterattack it was when he first clashed with the blond all over again, as whenever he tried to dispelled any of them they would quickly either dodge or blocked, all the while being careful not to be hit by his Juken or the Hyuga from being stab by their kunai.

This dance of block, counter and dodge made the Hyuga to realized something about the clones. "Che. . .They are all solid!" He muttered at this discovered fact.

When the clones halted their attacks, the Hyuga analised them using his Kekkei Genkai and saw that they all have chakra and chakra networks.

"I can't find the original, clever, he equally sent his chakra among them to make sure I couldn't tell which one was the real one." Negi was forced to admit to himself as he indeed found it next to impossible to distinguish the clones from the original with his eyes alone. "But since he had to distribute it among them. . .once they're gone, he'll be too tired to fight!" He then thought as he charged forward.

So the Hyuga Prodigy, armed with this certainty with his conclusion, he returned to the offence. With even more precision and accuracy, Neji slowly began to once again adjust to the clones movements until. . .

"Agh!" A clone got out as he was hit in his shoulder and was instantly dispelled.

"Crap. . ." Another Naruto clone got out as he and the other clones realized that the same thing was happening all over again.

"Finally. . ." Neji thought to himself as he didn't waste even a single moment and charged toward the others.

Two clones then charged to intercept the male Hyuga from opposite sides. Neji quickly stopped as he lean a bit down. When the clone reached him he used his hands to halt their attacks by gently pushing their kunais out of their course, this made the two fall to the ground. However they didn't even get the chance to hit the ground as the Hyuga then retracted his hands and then palmed striked the two clones, dispelling them on contact.

The moment the clones dispelled, two more clones attack from above as they ready their kunais with a heavy downwards strike, while the third attack from behind in an attempt to catch the Hyuga by surprise.

It was a good improvise plan for the most part and would catch most opponents off guard. However, it was for not, as Neji quickly lean to the side just in time to dodge the two falling clones and then elbow hit the third clone's face, instantly dispelling him. Then he gave a powerful thrust and hit both clones and dispelling them as well.

Soon enough, the last five clones charged in at the Hyuga, ready to take him down.

Soon, the clones all were destroyed. "Your next!" Neji warned as he then rushed into the last one as he pierced him in the area where the heart was. "Gotcha!" He mentally declared with a smirk.

"URK!" Naruto grunted as he held his chest, blood starting to rush out of his chest. "That'll hurt the next day!" He jokingly thought, trying to get rid of the pain before he winced in pain. "I'm not done yet!" He tried to punch him while he was in range, but when the punch connected, an aura of chakra coated his cheek. "Oh shit. . ." He mentally swore.

". . .Dammit. . ." Kurama meanwhile groaned out.

Neji smirked as he started spinning, causing the aura of chakra to glow as it created a dome around himself, sending the blond flying a few feet away.

Back in the competitors stand. . .

"NARUTO-KUN!" Hinata could help call out as she saw her boyfriend get pierced in the heart, tears risking down her face. "That was. . .but how!?" She thought in shock as she recognized the move.

Sakura couldn't help but smirk at the sight. "Just what he deserves! Serves the akuma right!" Causing Shino and Shikamaru to look at her, not showing any signs of shock, but were shocked at the hatred she had for a fellow Konoha Shinobi and an old classmate.

Hinata heard that and caused her to flare her demonic chakra as she felt her canine grow out slightly. "That. . .bitch. . .is going down!" She growled as she wanted to lash out at her, regardless of the rules until. . .

"Don't worry, he's got this." Kurama reassured in her head. "The real show starts now!" He then declared with confidence.

Hinata's eyes widen as she looked back at the arena. "Naruto-kun. . ." She worriedly thought.

In the spectators stands where the Hyuga clan members were. .

Hiashi's eyes slightly widened while his daughter let out a gasped in shock. "How?" He thought, surprised at seeing that move.

"Father. . ." Hanabi got out in shock to what happened. "That was. . ." She hesitantly started but then trailed off at the end.

Hiashi nodded as he looked on. "Rotation, a secret technique that's only in the Main House are able to perform. . .but somehow he learned it on his own. . .remarkable. . ." He quietly admitted.

Elsewhere in Konoha. . .

Satsuki meanwhile was still busy doing her business as she suddenly felt a chill running down her spine, causing her to look towards the direction of the arena and felt something was happening to the man he caured for the most. "Naru-kun. . ." She muttered out, worried for what was happening. "What's going on?" She thought in concern.

Kakashi however lowered his favorite book as he saw the concerned expression in his student's eyes and knew what was in her mind. "If your concern for him, then I guess we better hurry then?" He suggested with his usual lazy tone while giving his infamous eye smile.

Satsuki took a deep breath and then nodded in agreement as she went to another location at double speeds with her sensei lazily following behind her.

Back at the arena. . .

The Hyuga only shook his head with annoyance at the boy's stubbornness. "Fool," Neji insulted as he looked down at the bleeding blond. "You thought you could be Hokage, preposterous, it will never happen." He then declared.

Naruto breathed heavily as he listened to Neji. "And. . .why do you say that?" He grunted out. "Kurama, you better heal me up quick!" He asked the Bijū via mental link.

"Got it kit, but you'll going to have to stall him for now." Kurama advised from within the cage. "By the way, you brought this on yourself with the taunting." He deadpanned.

Naruto simply decided to ignore that last comment, but he agreed with the stalling part while he looked at the male Hyuga with a glare. "What gives you the right to bash on and barrett other people's dreams, huh!?" He yelled out, his pupils becoming fox like but still blue before quickly returning to normal.

This happen so fast that the Hyuga didn't manage to see the quick change. Neji's glare darken as he looked at the bleeding blond that refused to back down. He clenched his fist as he stared at the ground in anger. Veins started to appear around his eyes as he then looked at his opponent again as he started to move his hands towards his headband.

"Very well then, I'll tell you about it then," Neji stated as he began to undo his headband, keeping his eyes on his opponent. "The Hyuga's curse of hatred!" He declared with a voice full of hatred and resentment.

Underneath the headband revealed a green X with two horizontal lines with hooks at the end near the X on his forehead.

Naruto then narrowed his eyes to what he saw. "That's. . ." He started as he saw the seal on the male Hyuga's head.

Within the participant's stands. . .

Many of the participants were confused about what the older Hyuga was talking about as they didn't understood what he was referring too.

The female Hyuga however did, as she frown and her eyes were full of sadness at seeing that symbol on her cousin's forehead. "The Branch Family's Curse Mark. . ." Hinata sadly muttered.

She had always hated the seal, knowing the properties of it. She also secretly had the dream of one day wanting to permanently get rid of the seal, but she knew the elders of her clan wouldn't get rid of such an old tradition so easily, they were just too stubborn to think rationally at times.

Back in the arena battlefield. . .

The older Hyuga had his eyes closed as he tighten his hold on his headband. "This is a mark that was designed for two specific purposes, the first being-" Neji started.

"I know already, first seals the Byakugan's power when a branch member dies and the other being that the Main House can cause pain to the Branch members if they try anything against the clan." Naruto remarked with a serious tone. "Still against it though. . ." He thought with disgust at such a seal.

The male Hyuga's eyes then widen as he heard the details of the seal from the blond. "How did you-" Neji got out with a startled tone.

"Dude, when your dating the heiress of the Main House, you tend to learn a thing or two if you want to show you care about her life and issues." Naruto deadpanned as he looked at the male Hyuga's shocked face.

Many of the Konoha spectators let out gasps of shock when they heard this while those that weren't from Konoha looked on with confusion.

Naruto didn't really cared about this though as his eyes never left his opponents. "And in case you forgot, her dad did approve of all of us being together." He then added while giving his fox like grin.

Neji didn't know why, but he really started to dislike his opponent now. ". . .I remember. . . Uzumaki. . ." He got out with a tensed tone as he looked at the competitors stand, noticing a blushing Hinata. "What does she see in a failure like him?" He thought as he looked back at Naruto.

Then Neji's gaze returned to his opponent. "Moving on, if you know that much, then can I assumed that you have heard about the incident that happened eight years ago?" He then asked.

Naruto could only raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Eight years ago?" He repeated.

That statement was all Neji needed to know that his cousin didn't told him everything. "Years ago, when I was four years old, I was branded with this mark by own uncle, Hiashi Hyuga. At the same time there were two occasions." He stated with a voice devoid of any emotion.

"And what were they?" Naruto soon asked while making sure to stalling as much time as possible.

Neji however narrowed his eyes towards the blond. "Hold on," He suddenly started as he then got into a stance that was recognizable to many. "I have to make sure you don't try to plan anything." He then stated.

"Ahh shit. . ." Naruto deadpanned as he knew that stance from his Hyuga fiancé using it from the preliminaries, knowing he wasn't gonna get away quick enough. "Kurama. . .you better heal my chakra points after this!" He muttered so the male Hyuga couldn't hear him.

"Waaaaaay ahead of ya." Kurama deadpanned in his head, although he was secretly gonna enjoy the oncoming pain to his container.

"Gentle Fist Art: Eight Trigrams Sixty Four Palms!" Neji announced.

Back in the competitor's stands. . .

Hinata felt a twitch as she saw what her cousin was doing. "Oh come on!" She thought as she looked in disbelief. "That jutsu as well!?" She then exclaimed in her mind.

"He'll be alright. . ." Kurama called out in her head. "Mostly. . ." He then added with an unsure tone.

Hinata face was soon full of concern as she didn't like where this was going.

Back in the arena. . .

Neji suddenly dashed out at his opponent with even greater speed than the blond could had possibly reacted as he started to execute the attack. "EIGHT TRIGRAMS! TWO PALMS!" He hit two times at the blond.

"OW!" Naruto got out in pain from the attack.

"FOUR PALMS!"

"SON OF A-"

"EIGHT PALMS!"

"LOG DAMMIT!"

"SIXTEEN PALMS!"

"FUCK!"

"THIRTY-TWO PALMS!"

"WHY THE PAIN!?"

"SIXTY-FOUR PALMS!" Neji then concluded as he delivered the final set of strikes, ending with a powerful thrust into the blond's chest.

"BASTARD!" Naruto soon yelled out as he slid across the ground until he stopped on his back.

The male Hyuga soon lowered his guard feeling satisfied that his attack had succeeded. "Now then," Neji started once more as he walked up to his downed opponent.

"Damn. . ." The weakened blond got out as he slowly started to struggle to get up, but it was difficult as he couldn't feel any of his chakra. "Yup. . .this feels way worse then when I trained with Hinata-chan. . ." He thought to himself with a strain tone.

Neji stopped once he was a few feet away from the blond and looked down on him. "The first occasion was the great celebration took place where our village reached an agreement with Kumo after many years of war. Kumo had sent their head shinobi to sign the peace agreement as well as join in the celebration." He then revealed.

Naruto continued struggling to move, but at least he was able to sat down right while he looked at the male Hyuga. "Alright then, what was the other event?" He soon asked.

Neji then glared at the his opponent that still had that defying look in his eyes. "Everyone in the village was at the celebration to welcome our former enemies. . .all except one clan." He stated with his voice still devoid of any emotions.

The blond in turn blink a few times to that. "Let me guess. . .the Hyuga?" Naruto stated more than asked.

"Exactly, because on that day, the heiress to the main house turned three years old." Neji answered as he looked at his opponent as he then looked at his saddened cousin in the competitors stands. "It was Hinata-sama's third birthday." He reveled with a scowl in his face.

Within the competitor's stands. . .

Hinata sighed sadly as she remembered that time Neji was talking about. . .and didn't like one minute of it because it was then her cousin got the seal on his head.

Whenever she recalled that day, she could still recalled hearing the screams of pain he had when the elders were putting the seal on him.

Back in the arena. . .

"So on that day, I was made a bird in a cage with the seal placed on my head." Neji sai as he reopened his eyes.

When the male Hyuga did this his eyes slightly widen when he saw his opponent, thought shaking and panting heavily, had finally started to get backup on his feet.

"How is he getting up!?" Neji thought, trying to find out how his opponent was still able to stand, but he decided it was simply a useless endeavour from his part now that he couldn't use chakra anymore. "I did eventually learned what the seal actual did when my uncle used it on my father, his own twin brother, while he was training Hinata-sama right in front of me." He then revealed with a voice full of anger and hatred.

To hearing that, Naruto couldn't help but sweatdrop as he looked at the stands where his financé's father was. "Not the best move to make." He thought to himself, but that was his thoughts as he didn't knew the whole story.

Within the Hyuga section of the spectator stands. . .

". . ." Hiashi could say nothing as he slightly narrowed his eyes a she recalled that day all too well.

Hiashi knew he had to do that to enforce his brothers disrespect at her daughter, but he would regret soon after, but even so as a the clan head he was forced to do wo, even if he knew it was wrong to do it in front of his own nephew.

As this was occurring, Hanabi looked on at her father curiously, unknown to what had happened.

Back at the arena. . .

The blond finally manage to stand more firmly than before, though he almost fell over from misplacing his weight. "So you got somewhat traumatized by the fact that your dad got the seal activated?" Naruto grunted out.

Neji's eye twitched at the tone of the blond's simplifying his story. "It's more than at you fool. . ." He responded in rising anger filled tone.

This in turn made the blond more annoyed. "Then why? Because I don't see why this had anything-" Naruto then tried to asked, but wasn't able to finish.

The male Hyuga had reached the limit of his patience with the incompetent of his opponent's mind. "It's when the Main House killed my father!" Neji vocally declared filled with anger.

The reaction was instant, Naruto's eyes widened in pure shock as he looked towards his girlfriend before looking back at his opponent. "How? And why?" He soon asked with a baffled and startled expression as he couldn't understand how such a thing could had happen.

Seeing the blonds reaction, Neji let out a sigh as he calmed down and decided to continue his story. "On the night when the treaty was to be made, Hinata-sama was about to be taken by a kidnapper. . ." He then revealed.

"What!?" Naruto shouted at the thought of his girlfriend had an attempted kidnapping on her in the past.

Neji didn't even bother to correct of say anything at the startled blond. "After the kidnapper had made his attempt, Hinata-sama's father found and killed the perpetrator instantly." He clenched his fist as he looked at his opponent. "Since it was night, it was dark and the kidnapper was wearing a mask to hide his identity. . .can you guess who it was?" He then asked.

Naruto thought for a moment as he continued to struggle staying up. "I might have an idea. . ." He simply stated as he really did understood where this conversation was heading and didn't like it in the slightest.

Neji in response to hearing that he smirked. "Your idea is correct. It was the head Kumo shinobi that had just signed the peace agreement." He simply clarified.

"But why the hell he'd do that!?" Naruto then asked as he really wanted to hurt the one responsible for trying to kidnap her girlfriend, but soon relax remembering that the person was already dead.

The Hyuga then closed his eyes as he continued. "Basically he used the treaty as an opportunity to try to steal the secret of the Byakugan from the beginning. However Kumo was shocked at the death of their shinobi and wanted retribution for what had happened."

"What!? They were the ones that started it to begin with!" Naruto then declared.

Neji couldn't help but agree to that, but he wasn't naive as the blond. "Regardless they sti used that in a political move to prevent this from possibility of war could break out between the villages yet again. . .but the the main house found a backdoor, a solution to the endeavor. . .A life for a life deal with Kumo. . ." He then revealed in a serious tone.

". . .A deal?" Naruto asked as he didn't like the sound of that.

Neji scowled with heated fury as he simply nodded. "Kumo demanded the corpse of Hiashi-sama so in retribution for their shinobi, completely obvious that they actually wanted the Byakugan. . .but Konoha accepted the terms." He then revealed.

In the stands. . .

Hanabi's eyes widen as she looked at Hiashi. "But father. . .how?" She asked as her father still being alive contradicts what her cousin just said.

". . ." Hiashi said nothing as his eyes were still on the two competitors. "Hizashi. . ." He thought to himself with regret.

Back in the arena. . .

Neji's fury had reached its boiling point at this point. "So to keep a war from happening, my father was killed in Hiashi's place. . .ALL JUST TO PROTECT THE MAIN HOUSEHOLD!" He angrily declared as he then glared at the blond

". . ." Naruto was left speechless at this as he couldn't even think of what he should be thinking, let alone what he should say.

The Hyuga then took a deep breath before calming down as a smirk appeared on his face. "Irony isn't it, the main way for a branch member to get rid of the seal is only by death itself." Neji declared as he put back his headband on his forehead and tighten it.

"My father and Hiashi-sama, they were twin brother completely the same in almost all aspects, however it was fate that determined who was in each house by who came out first." Neji concluded with an emotionless tone, then his Byakugan activated again as he looked at his weaken opponent. "This match is the same, your fate was to lose the moment I was chosen as your opponent." He declared with a superior tone.

Naruto let out a sigh, sure he couldn't help but feel everything he had heard was messed up, but he still felt anger at the Hyuga for thinking that way. "You think so, huh?" The blond sarcastically asked with a calm tone. "Kurama?" He mentally asked his Bijū.

The Bijū simply chuckled amusingly as knew that his container hasn't giving up. "It's ready, just focus onyour stomach area and then draw out the chakra from the seal, it should start flowing." Kurama replied as he was just as anxious to beat some sense e into the arrogant brat as his container was fighting against.

"Got it." Naruto simply replied while giving the Bijū his signature fox like grin.

Neji then balled his hands into fist as he glared at the blond. "I have blocked off all your chakra points, you better surrender now or else." He demanded.

Naruto simply began to cracked his neck and loosen up his muscles. "Alright, I get that you have the right to be upset with what happened to your father." He began to say, but then narrowed his eyes. "But that doesn't mean you can blame it on Hinata-chan, of simply used fate as a way to excuse everything. . .That is your massive mistake." He declared.

Neji simply shock his head and let out a sigh at this. "This is pointless. . ." He then rushed at Naruto, delivering blow to the stomach, sending him fly again. "Proctor, this match is over." He started to walk away, feeling satisfied. "Loser. . .I'll tell you again, you can defy fate. . ." He continued walking towards the down blond.

However had the Hyuga even care to payed attention, he would had notice the smirk on the boy's face.

Within the contenterder's stands. . .

Most of the competitors that had either thought that the match was well over looked on as they thought the Hyuga was going to finally end the match.

Hinata meanwhile, at first was really concern at first as she thought her cousin had gotten to her, but then she smiled widely when she saw his smirk. "Naruto-kun. . .you can do it. . . you can win!" She telepathically cheered.

Back in the arena. . .

Even on the ground, Naruto simply chuckled when he heard in the female Hyuga's voice. "Thanks Hinata-chan, I'm really starting to enjoy this match! I ain't losing though." He replied as he then looked straight at his opponent with the same smirk on his face. "Oi Neji!" He then called out he as he started to tense up his stomach area.

Neji stopped as he heard that the blond's voice that lacked any hint of giving up, making narrowed his eyes in annoyance.

"Underestimating me. . ." Naruto began to say as a small burst of chakra gave him the strength to stand up. "Is the biggest mistake!" He declared as red aura of chakra burst out of his body and started to noticeably encoat him.

FWOOSH!

Neji's eyes widen when he saw his opponent jump back to his feet when he felt the sudden burst of chakra. "How. . ." He got out with complete disbelief. However when his Byakugan saw the center of the blond's body he saw the red chakra began running through his chakra coils through his entire body. "What!?" He got out with even more disbelief that his opponent had somehow regain his ability to use his chakra again.

When Naruto was complete coated with the orange/red chakra, he couldn't help but chuckle some more. "Well, people don't called me the most The Unpredictable Knuckleheaded shinobi." He declared as pointed his fist at the Hyuga. "And just so you know, I've been recently told the best description of what fate look like, and trust me, it ain't pretty." He then added with a fox grin.

To the sight of this, Neji tightened a fist as he clenched his teeth in anger. "You ignorant little brat. . .you really think you can defy fate?" He declared as he activated his Byakugan as he started to rush at Naruto again, this time for a lot of blood. "YOU COULD NEVER KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO HAVE A MARK THAT CAN'T EVER BE WIPED AWAY!" He angrily declared as he was about to strike right at his opponent's face when. . .

When he heard that, Naruto frown at this as he had enough of the ranting of his opponent. "You think you know so much. . .don'tcha?" He growled out, instantly changing his demeanor.

When Neji's palm was about to reach the blond's head, said limb was effortlessly caught by said blond, startling the Hyuga greatly. He then struggled to break free from the hold and it was then that he noticed his opponent's eyes had slightly change, his pupils were now slits, but were still blue and his canines started to grow a little sharper.

In the competitor's stands. . .

Hinata winced as she saw how angry her boyfriend was to that declaration. "That was a grave mistake Neji-nisan has made. . ." She thought with both disapproval and anger toward what her cousin had said.

"Oh yeah. . ." Kurama agreed with a serious tone and a nod.

Within the village. . .

Satsuki felt another chill as she looked towards the arena. "That feeling again. . ." She got out, but this one was more so out of anger as she herself felt a raise in anger. "Naru-kun. . .what happened now? I better hurry." She muttered in concern as she doubled her efforts to finish.

Back in the arena. . .

The Hyuga was desperately trying to escape the blond's tight grip but was left unable to because of his new strength. "What. . .what is this!?" Neji thought with a baffled tone, unable to understand what was happening.

Then Neji finally noticed his opponent's chakra network, which all of his chakra points were previously closed completely thanks to his Sixty Four Palms jutsu, however now it somehow they began bursting open one after the other because of the red chakra.

"How is this happening!?" Neji then shouted in his head in confusion and panic.

Suddenly the Hyuga was left breathless as one fist began to dig deep into his stomach, this sent Neji flying backwards. However he manage to balance himself enough to skid backwards as he began coughing loudly.

Naruto then raised his out stretched hand to look it and as he tightened it when he felt the Bijū's chakra. "You know Neji, I also had a pretty tough past as well." He started as he felt the demon fox's chakra beginning to heal all of his wounds in a threatening speeds.

After finally regaining his normal breathing, Neji looked at the blond and although startled by not just the earlier hit but also by the wounds being healed. However those emotions were soon replaced by anger. "What's do you suppose to mean!? How could you possible know what I have been through!" He declared at the gall of the blond even insinuating that he had even the smallest of semblance of pain to his own.

The blond however had a face of complete neutral, but his eyes held a fury in them. "Beaten, ignored, shunned, threaten, lied to, isolated from kids my age. . ." Naruto listed one after the other as he watched for a moment. "Man I can count how many things happened to me, heck I can count the people in one hand who were actually showed even the slightest kindness to me" He then declared as he closed his eyes and let out a humorless chuckle. "But I don't let that decide who I am or how should I act." He then declared with a dead serious tone that held the boy's conviction.

Neji could only narrow his eyes as he believed that the blond was only over exaggerating his past as he still believe that his past couldn't even compare to his.

"All for something that happened in the past. . ." Naruto began to say as he was about to say something that he won't be able to take back and if he did it will definitely cause many difficulties for him.

"So. . .are you finally ready kit?" Kurama asked with a serious tone as this was the moment of truth for his host.

"Yeah. . ." Naruto mentally replied as he took a deep breath when he heard that. The blond felt it was time for him to finally say it. Then when he open his he looked straight at the Hyuga's eyes. "For something my own father did to save and protect the village." He soon declared.

This momentarily made Neji hold his anger as this statement got his attention. "Your. . .father. . .?" The male Hyuga got out as memories of his own father appeared in his mind, thus making him more willing to listen what the blond had to say.

Within the Kage section of the stands. . .

Hiruzen's eyes narrowed in his concern to that slight reveal. ". . .Naruto-kun. . .you plan to saying it now. . ." He thought in a serious tone as much as he didn't want him stop him, he knew that this was a decision that his grandson figured had the right to reveled or not.

". . ." The Kazekage meanwhile simply watched with a curious expression at what the boy was planing to say.

Back in the arena. . .

Naruto nodded as he took a deep breath. "Yeah. . .he and my mother sacrificed their lives to protect this village the day I was born. . .twelve years ago. . .on October tenth. . ." He soon revealed.

Neji's eyes widen as he and the audience, those that weren't from Konoha, looked at the blond as they instantly recognized the date. "You. . .were born on the day of Kyūbi attack?" He got out with shocked as like many young children had heard the tales of that tragic day.

Naruto then gave a smirk that looked feral because of the Bijū's chakra as he looked at his opponent. "Yeah. . .hell, I can even go a step further." He revealed his stomach as he sent a little chakra to it, revealing the seal. "If your wondering how the hell I got my chakra network when you made sure you sealed all of my chakra points." He stated as he patted his stomach.

Thanks to the Hyuga's Byakugan, he saw the red chakra somehow taking shape into that of a fox like head as it roared at him. "What!?" Neji thought with startelement.

Seeing this reaction, Naruto knew that he saw at least a glimpse of the fox. "This is how. . .I am the jinchūriki of the Kyūbi no Kitsune!" He announced as loud as he possibly could.

Then the blond heard multiple gasps, some out fear others out of startlement, that were heard out through the stadium.

In the competitor's stand. . .

There were multiple gasps or startled reactions at this revelations from both the blonds friends or enemies alike.

Hinata was the only one that looked calmed and compose, already know this. Then the girl looked as the other combatants looked over the railing, shocked by the announcement.

"Troublesome. . .so Naruto has a demon sealed in him. . .so that explains it. . ." Shikamaru started as he always knew that there was something wrong with the blonds childhood and how the adults treatment towards him. And how he secretly felt bad for the blond, and for not doing much for him out of laziness than anything else.

"Indeed, Naruto-kun has the heaviest burden than most of us!" Lee started as he didn't cared for such a thing because he always felt a kindred spirit of those that work hard in the blond so that's why he wasn't affected by the revelation. "But in the end, it has made him even stronger! I CAN LITERALLY SEE HIS FLAMES OF YOUTH!" He soon cheered with an over exaggerated manner.

This however caused many to sweat-drops throughout some of the competitors, while Hinata just smiled happily knowing that at least one of his friends was taking the revelations so well.

"It explains the red chakra and healing. . .my insects are getting reckless. . ." Shino stated he as he also had had a vague idea from his insects reporting their master whenever they were near the blond.

"Monster. . ." Sakura stuttered out in fear while taking a step back. "He's a monster. . .a real monster. . ." She then added with being completely convence that the blond was the Kyūbi.

"Haruno," A familiar voice called out as said green haired girl turned to see Hinata, who who was starting to flare her own red chakra, but not enough at the level as her boyfriend/fianceé. "Be silent!" She roared with fury as it took every ounce of her self control to not beat her to an inch of her life.

"Y-You too. . .m-monsters!" Sakura mentally exclaimed as she backed away while the female Hyuga stopped her chakra, thinking that the demon that corrupted the girl with its power. "I gotta get Sasuke-kun away from these two and bring him to Danzō-sama or he'll be corrupted too!" She soon thought in a panic.

In the other competitor's stand where Gaara and Temari was, Gaara was starting to get anxious now, knowing now that there was person like at the exams. "Uzumaki. . .Naruto. . .Uchiha. . .Satsuki. . .I want your blood!" He breathed out,

This causing the red headed boy's older sister to back away in fear as she then looked at the blond with a worry and a hint of fear. "But would this affect the plan?" Temari thought to herself, because if her younger brother was dangerous when he had the One Tailed, how powerful would the jinchūriki of the Nine Tailed would be. . .

Back in the arena. . .

The Hyuga's eyes were still widen from the shock of this revelation. "So. . .you have a demon sealed inside of you. . ." Neji stated with a baffled tone.

Naruto simply let out a sigh as he nodded. "Yeah, the guy's annoying as hell, but I've gotten used to him annoying me every waking moment." He replied with a very annoyed tone.

"Love you too brat. . ." Kurama retorted with a sarcastic tone.

After recovering from his initial shock, Neji just narrowed his eyes. "But why? Why was a person like you chosen to be the container of a beast like the Kyūbi!" He then demanded as he couldn't understand how a person like the Fourth Hokage would leave the mightiest of all Bijū's inside of a loser like his opponent.

This instantly gain every single person's attention, be it from Konoha or those outside, this was something that no one had either known or even bother to asked, be it out of anger, resentment or plain ignorance towards the boy.

Naruto chuckled humorless once more as he rubbed the back of his head. "Well. . .what kind of leader. . .no, what kind of father would he have been ask another family to sacrifice their own newborn to stop the threat? So of course he would chose his own if it meant protecting the village. . ." He then declared with the most serious expression he had ever made.

Neji continued to looked at the blond, confused at his response like the rest of the audience, trying to figure out what he had meant. After a few moments went by, Neji's eyes widen as he looked at his opponent. "It can't be. . .your. . ." He got out as he couldn't believe what his brain had deduced.

Naruto soon let out another feral like smirk to this. "So you figured it out, so now you know that. . ." He began to say as he turn towards the audience and took as much air as he could. "MY FATHER WAS THE FUCKIN' FOURTH HOKAGE OF KONOHA YOU DUMBASSES!" He the roared.

". . ." The was a death like silence through not just the audience, but the entire arena.

Then. . .it was as if a bomb went off. People were panicking left and right, choosing not to believe this information - for the moment.

Inside of the seal, the Bijū couldn't help but chuckled with a dark tone. "And now the real storm begins. . ." Kurama thought with amusement.

Within the stands. . .

And as predicted, not just the audience were in a disarray but also high ranking members of Konoha in general were also affected by the revelation.

"HOKAGE-SAMA!" One of the elder members of Konoha yelled up to the Kage box. "PLEASE TELL US THE TRUTH! THAT THIS BOY IS NOT THE SON OF OUR BELOVED MINATO NAMIKAZE!" They asked with complete denial in their expression and tone.

Hiruzen groaned as he stood up, joints and bones cracking. As he addressed the audience, he made careful note of each of their faces. "Citizens of Konoha - and of all the shinobi villages and political ambassadors that have assembled here today - I must announce the truth to you all." He declared as he will honor his surrogate grandson.

This instantly gained everyone's undivided attention - even the Kazekage had forgotten the Uchiha heir for the moment - while Naruto and Hinata, since they already knew the truth, were ready for this, more so the blond.

"As many of you all know, the Kyūbi no Kitsune attacked our village on October twelfth. You all know that it was the Fourth, with his incredible knowledge of Sealing Jutsus, that managed to defeat the beast in the end." Hiruzen stated what most had known where by themselves or by second hand.

The people simply remain silent as they knew at least that much, while other didn't care and only wanted for the Hokage to deny the blond's claims to be related to their beloved fourth Hokage.

Oh how wrong their hopes were. . .

Not bothering to even paying attention, the elderly Hokage continued. "However, what you did NOT know, and what you citizens would not let me say, has just been told to you. Naruto is the son of not only Kushina Uzumaki, from whom he derives his name, but also Minato Namikaze. Minato, as a Hokage, swore that he would protect the village, and would use none other than his own flesh-and-blood for the sealing that stopped the demon's rampage!" Hiruzen declared loudly and proudly for all to hear.

Silence. . .this was what filled the entire arena from both the audience that where from or away from Konoha.

Those that were from Konoha, the faces of most the citizens instantly became paler then a corpse at this point. After all, they couldn't had heard this right. . .right? Was Naruto, the pariah, the outcast and most hated boy in Konoha, really was the son of their former, beloved leader?

There were many that still refused to believe this, even if the Hokage himself had said so. As inside of their hate filled mind, they would never believe that Naruto isn't anything but the Kyūbi or that he was even human.

However many that could actually began to accept this truth from their leader had began realizing that they had tarnished the memory of the greatest shinobi of their time - and one of the greatest kunoichi of her time - for all those years?

This made many sick to their stomachs, and they could imagine themselves burning in hell for harming, not the demon, but a child that was truly innocent. Many were afraid, and some of them ran to their homes, as some even had thoughts of committing seppuku, for so grossly destroying the memory of a hero - and defiling a child.

Meanwhile the other shinobi villages that were present were shocked. This boy was the son of the most powerful shinobi of that generation? It boggled their minds. And, by looking at the countenances of many of the civilians, they could guess exactly how they treated that boy. However this quickly came to passed as they couldn't way to tell this new to other from their village.

Back to the battle. . .

Neji got over his temporary shock, he still glared upon Naruto with disdain. "This. . ." He got into his stance, Byakugan flaring to life. "Changes nothing. I am still your opponent, and I will win this match!" He declared with denial, as he refused to believe that this would change anything, that the blond was still beneath him and that faith as dictated that he would win.

The blond meanwhile could only groan in irritation to that. "Stubborn and blind bastard. . ." Naruto muttered with annoyance, but he quickly recover as he took a wider more wild fighting stance. "Ah well, what could I expect? That's just your limit dattebayo." He retorted with a chuckle.

To hearing that, Neji narrowed his eyes in anger to that. "Enough of your rambling! I am fated to win and for you to lose like the loser you are!" He declared.

"Ok. . .Let's finish this, then. . ." Naruto declared as the red chakra began to burst outwards while letting out a powerful pressure that made the Hyuga brace himself. "With a BANG!" He roared with conviction.

Suddenly the red chakra began to spread more and more, until it somehow divided into nine parts around the blond.

"Now. . . let's see if this training paid off!" Naruto meanwhile thought with excitement.

"What in the name of Kami are you doing, kit?" Kurama asked with a confused tone.

"Sorry Kyūbi, but I've been cutting the link a few times while I've been working on this. It's a little attack that I think you'll be very interested in. . . " Naruto began to say as the nine chakra parts began spinning around him. "And more than a little proud." He then added.

The chakra's spinning slowly began to keep increasing exponentially at this point, until his chakra exploded out of him in a spinning cone like shape, which looked very familiar. To which startled many onlookers, more especially the Hyuga as it looked just like. . .

Said Hyuga's eyes were widen in pure shock. "R-Rotation?!" Neji shouted frantically, though the shape was different then the dome shape, it still had the same basic principle of spinning chakra around the body. "But how?! Only Hyuga are privy to that information, and even then, only the Main House! While I had to reverse engineer it myself!" He then added with disbelief.

Up in the stands. . .

Hiashi stared at this Rotation with a critical eye but was also in the same state of disbelief as his nephew. "It could not possibly be a Rotation. Even Hinata hasn't master it and even so she knows better than to teach sacred Hyuga techniques to outsiders.

Then the Clan head analyze the jutsu better and saw that while it did have the same principle of expelling chakra from all of the chakra points, both the shape and execution were entirely different.

"That should be obvious as only those with the Byakugan could use it properly." Hiashi thought to himself. "Either she taught him the basics, to help him defeat Neji. . . or he created this all on his own, without knowing what a Rotation was." He then added with even more disbelief in his tone.

Back in the arena. . .

The cone like Rotation kept spinning faster and faster; until it took shape of a drill like form. "NOW!" Naruto shouted in his mind.

Then with a powerful jump, the blond went into the air. Then as he reached the apex of his jump, Naruto used both his momentum and his chakra, he pointed his lower body downwards. . .aiming straight at the Hyuuga prodigy.

"ROTATION!" Realizing the danger, Neji cast his own Rotation with every ounce of his chakra he could muster, while gritting his teeth as his body was overly exerting the normal require chakra he normally used for the jutsu.

As Naruto approached, closer and closer, the audience collectively stood up and leaned forward, watching as the distance between the fighter closed rapidly, until. . .

"KYŪBI'S SPIRE!" Naruto declared with a primal roar.

A sound, like ten explosive tags which then followed by a drill like clashed struck all of the audience, and a surge of chakra struck them with similar force, slamming their backs against the chairs or the walls, even the Kages, who were bracing themselves with chakra. This didn't last long as a blinding light, similar to what is emitted by a dozen light bombs, forced everyone to cover their eyes and shut them tightly.

And, when they all regained their sight, what greeted them was a column of dust that towered over the Hokage Monument itself, and a crater that was ten feet wide.

Genma Shiranui, concerned for the competitor's status, used a quick wind jutsu to clear away the dust, and peaked over the edge. The crater was, to his calculations, a perfect hemisphere, with a radius of about seven feet.

At the very bottom was Neji Hyuga, with most of his clothes were all but shredded, his headband flung away from him, and his hair splayed underneath him.

Then the proctor got near the crater and made a quick observation the prodigy had more than a few broken bones, extreme chakra exhaustion from overpowering his Rotation, and many cuts, as well as blood loss. However despite all of this, he was still conscious, if just barely as he was struggling just to move a muscle.

"Wow. . . Naruto really put him through the ringer. But at least he's not dead." Genma thought to himself.

Looking just slightly to the left of the Hyuga, there was Naruto as he was breathing heavily, but otherwise fine. The proctor jumped down the crater just out of sight of all the bystanders, he picked up the on moving Hyuga and lay him down down on the ground. While Naruto simply jumped out as he continued panting.

"Due to Neji Hyuga being unable to move, he is unable to further battle. As such, I declare the winner of Round One of the Chunin Exams. . . NARUTO UZUMAKI-NAMIKAZE!" Genma declared while being careful to add the newly-revealed last name.

In the competitor's stands. . .

The Konoha combatants that had witnessed this were shocked by not just the revelation but also the announcement of who he won against.

Naruto Uzumaki- no, Uzumaki-Namikaze, was both the container holding the walking disaster that almost destroyed the village in his gut, and he was the son of the Hokage that sealed it in him. Not only that, but said son of a Hokage unleashed an incredibly powerful attack that was able to overpower the Hyuga's Rotation, the jutsu that was known throughout the elemental nation as the Ultimate Defense, and bring him the win to his match.

Silence was soon in the entire area before. . .

Clap. . .clap. . .clap!

Cheering. . .

A loud and whole heartily cheering began echoed throughout the arena, as most of the villagers and the visitors cheer with excitement, while some simply didn't to anything, where for anger or fear they remain quiet at this.

This made Naruto to began jumping and cheering as well at his victory.

"Whoa. . ." Hinata got out, amazed at hearing all the cheering her beloved blond was receiving. "Naruto-kun. . .that was amazing!" She then shouted with pure happiness in her voice.

"Troublesome," Shikamaru sighed as he rubbed his head. "He went overboard again. . .such a drag. . ." He then complained but he was secretly smiling at this.

"Indeed." Shino simply stated with his normal tone. "Why? Because Naruto-san has shown to not just our village but to all others that he's clearly one of the most powerful shinobis of our generation. . ." He then explained.

Lee meanwhile raised both of his fist upwards and began cheering with an over exaggerated manner. "Indeed he is! I can not wait for my own chance to fight Naruto-kun!" He loudly exclaimed as he continued his cheer.

Sakura was sweating like a pig as she looked at the destruction that was done on the field. "Good Kami. . .the akuma was capable of this? Shit. . .he's stronger then Sasuke-kun!" She thought as she started to panic. "No wonder Danzō-sama wants him eliminated! He could be a threat to Konoha!" She added as she now wants her master's plan to succeed now more than ever.

Back in the arena. . .

The blond was forced to stop his celebration as the tiredness finally took whole on him.

"Daaaaamn. . .I overdid it didn't I?" Naruto grunted out as he layed on the ground, looking at the sky while enjoying the continuing cheering he was getting from the audience.

"Ya think?" Kurama sarcastically said in his head as he then smirked. "Although I am impressed with you. I am surprised and honored to have this attack named after me." He then admitted.

"Well I had too because I used your chakra. But I can't wait until I can do that with my chakra!" Naruto stated with a wide grin on his face. He felt himself being picked up as he was being put on a stretcher. He turned his head to see the male Hyuga also being put onto a stretcher. "Hey Neji." He called out to the boy.

Neji was silent for a moment before sighing. "Yes Uzumaki-san?" He then asked with a neutral tone.

"I told you, you control your own faith. . ." Naruto soon started in a serious tone.

". . ." Neji in turn said nothing due to exhaustion.

"Because if a loser like me could, then sure as hell you can too. . .because your not a loser like me. . ." Naruto continued with the same tone as before. "So stop being an ass and take control of your own faith and not be it's bitch. . ." He concluded.

The Hyuga couldn't say anything else as the medical shinobi's took him away.

Before Neji could leave the area the blond took a deep breath and took as much air as he could. "I'll make sure that me and Hinata-chan will change the Hyuga Clan's ways when I become Hokage!" He shouted at the top of his lungs, making sure the boy could had heard him.

The Hyuga didn't verbal reply as he he looked towards the sky and saw a bird fly towards the blue sky. This made Neji to close his eyes and smiled softly as he never felt more free then when his father was still alive.

JG (jgresidentevil)'s A/N: Hey guys, this is JG here, finally done with another chapter! This time was the battle between Naruto and Neji. . .and man was it crazy! Sorry once for the long delay for the chapter, things have been busy for both me and Shinobi (The semester is almost over for me!). Anyway, here my review response and were are only doing one review this time, this one being from Dragon Man 180, who give great reviews!

I loved Gaara discovering he apparently has the hots for Satsuki. I hope he can find a nice girl. I can just imagine the look of horror on Temari's face when her little brother asks her about his reaction. She can toss it off on Baki since he's their sensei, but I wouldn't mind seeing the experience bring them closer together, maybe Temari wiping the blood from Gaara's nose or something and actually touching him for the first time.

I like Danzō's method of cheating in training by having seals force everything to take a third of the time it normally does, pretty smart. Now, does it apply to Kage Bunshin as well? I figure if he gets her reserves up enough Sakura could probably have the control to make one perfect clone.

Anko as Satsuki's big sister figure rocks, will Hinata develop the same relationship? I can just see Hiashi worrying about Anko's influence when Hinata walks by in a copy of her outfit. Cue Hiashi spraying the tea he as drinking everywhere.

As always, a great review as always! As you tell in this chapter, Temari and Kankurō freaked out when Gaara asked about hormones. Danzō's method in cheating for training was indeed a brilliant idea, although now Haruno is completely loyal to the prick, how will this end? That will be seen in the future. Unfortunately Dragon Man, we won't be seeing Hinata wearing a copy of Anko's outfit. . .that's reserved for another girl. . .and I'll leave you to guess who it is. Moving on, I've actually been wondering about this for quite a while, everyday, I get at least a few emails saying that someone has favorited this story and followed it and I'm curious as to why you like it so far? You can answer this question in your review for this recent chapter. Oh, I also have another question, should me and Shinobi rewrite the beginning chapters of Uchiha Heiress? I've been relooking at them from time to time and see that they are. . .well for better terms, not that good any more. So, should we rewrite the beginning chapter before we started working together or leave them as they are? You can leave your answer in the reviews for this chapter. Anyway, I'll let Shinobi go now and talk about his side of this chapter so far, take it away buddy!

I thought the Kyuubi ess limited to one tail in his chibi form but you used the plural when he was being petted. Minor oversight. Besides, if he had only one tail of power, he could make it like more if he wanted. Think of it like that.

Funny the curry effected the Kyuubi considering it can breathe fire and swallow and expel nuclear cores... Gotta have some light-heartedness.

WHy is your Kakashi's max 5? IN canon Raikiri was 4 but they never cleared the difference in chakra amounts to use it. How many can Sa-chan do with Kyu? 2 with heavy strain was the canon equivalent here. Umm... actually, Kakashi using 5 instead of 4 was a slight oversight. Can't remember everything!

F2P: Well, while most of the chapter was mostly the same in most aspects, we did added better structure like always, but what really changed was the part of Gaara and Shukaku's interactions, those were really funne! XD And not to mention he too has a human form! :D

JG: Yeah, when I thought about it, I really should have put that in, but hey, you live and you learn. ^^" But besides that, there were a lot of other changes like certain conversations and battle enhancements.

F2P: We couldn't just leave it like the original now could we? :) We also added new conversations, mostly for comedic, but hey! It's fun writing those too! XD

JG: Exactly! Making all the improvements and coming up with new comedic humor along with epic new fight scenes makes it all better in the end, no matter how long it takes!

F2P: Also another part that really changed was the conversation between Naruto, Hinata and Kurama, while older readers may say that it was more or less the same, I would say they're wrong, because while the text may, more or less, sound the same, the tone of their conversation was much more serious especially when it came to the names subject.

JG: You really will have to read it to notice the changes that were made, and I mean really read it to understand its hidden meaning. Other parts that were changed were of course the Naruto vs Neji fight, in a very big way.

F2P: Oh yeah, this part took the most time to change, as we felt that some parts needed to be either changed or edit to make the flow better. . .man was it a pain to do it. . .

JG: But it was all worth it in the end! We finally got the remastered chapter done!
