Chapter 49: Going too Far! The Chase is On!

It was an early morning in Konoha as the sun was slowly rising from a distance. It looked and felt like it would be just another day in the Hidden Leaf Village.

However, this day was a day was filled with great significance to many people for both friend and foe alike as it will change the lives of many people, it did not matter if it's for the better or for the worst. . . it's in this day that will change them forever. . .

Near the gate of Konoha. . .

The two eternal chunin looked at the floor as then narrowed their eyes with both startlement and disgust.

"What. . .the hell. . .is this. . .?" Izumo questioned in disgust.

Kotetsu meanwhile looked on at the sight with narrow eyes. "Hokage-sama is going to need to know about this. . ." He stated in a serious manner while his friend merely nodded in agreement.

On the ground in front of them, there was a simple message, however it wasn't done in a simple manner, no. . .it was written in with large letters and finally. . .in blood while near a pool of blood. . .

"If you pathetic weaklings can think you can stop me. . .COME AND GET ME!"

At a specific clan residence. . .

Shikamaru yawned loudly as he sat at the dining room table with his father.

"You had better eat your breakfast fast too!" Yoshino Nara ordered. "As of today, your dad has a mission too! There's not much time this morning for training!" She then added.

"Yeah, yeah. . ." Shikamaru lazily replied.

"One yeah is enough!" Yoshino ordered as she gained a tick mark on her forehead.

"What a pain, she's been nagging me all morning. . ." Shikamaru thought to himself.

Ding Dong!

Before anyone could say anything else, the sound of the doorbell rang.

"I wonder who it is this early in the morning?" Yoshino wondered out loud as she went to greet the visitor.

Once his mother was out of hearing range, Shikamaru lean closer to his father. "Hey, dad." He called out.

"Yeah?" Shikaku Nara simply replied.

"Why did you ever marry such a strict woman?" Shikamaru couldn't help but ask, he loved his mother like any son would, but he just couldn't understand why his father chose his life partner with such a colorful personality.

". . ." Shikaku didn't replied at first as he contemplated the answer. "Well. . .your mother has times when she's happy and cheerful too, that's probably why." He finally answered.

". . ." Shikamaru waited as he thought his father had to say any more. "That's it?" He soon asked with a disbelief tone.

"You'll understand. . .when it's your turn." Shikaku simply replied while having a small smirk on his face.

"Shikamaru!" Yoshino called out his son as she got back. "Some messengers from the Hokage want to speak with you." She informed.

"!?" Shikamaru was startled by this as he wondered why the Hokage wanted to talk to him.

At the Team Seven and Viper Squad residence. . .

"Mmm. . ." Satsuki got out as she opened her eyes. Eventually they fully opened as she saw Naruko and Hinata in the same bed as her without a shred of clothing.

The Uchiha had finally got all of her bad mood out of her system from what had happen in Tea, she should had felt relief and happy to have her fun time with Naruko and Hinata, however. . .

Satsuki felt a heavy sense of dread all over her entire body. "What is this feeling. . ." She thought in concern.

"Ugh. . ." Naruko got out as she brought her hand to her head and opened her eyes. "Morning. . ." She got out.

At that moment, Hinata yawned a little as she opened her eyes. "Good morning Naruko-chan. . .Satsuki-chan. . ." She got out in a sleepy tone.

"H-Hey. . .morning. . ." Satsuki replied to the two with a heavy tone.

To hearing that however, Naruko noticed the tone of voice. "What's up?" She bluntly asked as a puff of smoke covered her and changed back to Naruto.

Hinata also picked up the mood and looked at the Uchiha with a worried expression. "Satsuki-chan?" She asked with concern.

To that, Satsuki let out a small giggle as she sat herself up. "You two can always tell something's up with me. . ." She admitted in slight amusement. "But I'm not really sure myself. . .it's just I been having a bad feeling the moment I woke up." She then answered truthfully.

This confused the two, but before they could asked anything else, the door opened as the human transformed Kurama came in before going into chibi fox form before going to the edge of the bed and looked at the trio.

". . .You feel it too huh?" Kurama bluntly stated as he looked forward. "I felt it the instant I woke up. . .There's something foul in the air. . ." He then added as his face had an expression of complete seriousness, one that the pervert fox rarely ever shows.

To the sight of this, both Naruto and Hinata were left stunned by the way the Bijū was talking as they thought this was someone else entirely.

Satsuki merely nodded in agreement to that as she looked at her teammates. "He's right, I don't know what exactly. . .but it isn't good. . ." She revealed in an all too serious tone.

the chibi Bijū soon jumped off the bed and transformed into his human form. "You should get ready. . ." Kurama declared his order with a dead serious tone, but still didn't turned to look at the trio and then walked out of the room, confusing the trio immensely.

Just outside of the room. . .

As Kurama closed the door, the Bijū instantly grabbed his head as he felt an intense and agonizing pain.

". . ." The Bijū said nothing as the pain began to slowly calmed down. "Looks like. . .it's finally surfacing. . .I thought that I had way more time. . .before it surfaced. . ." He began to think to himself with narrow eyes.

Flashback no jutsu!

Moments earlier in another room of the residence. . .

Both Kurama and Anko were laying on each others naked embrace after enjoying last night girls night that the female jonin demanded.

Suddenly, Kurama's eyes shot open and widen when he felt a sinister presence that made him wake up. His eyes instantly changed as they were now showing his true glowing feral and demonic like eyes with an evil and dangerous aura in them while his teeth began sharp fangs that his original body possessed.

To this sudden change, Kurama then held his head as an agonizing pain invaded his head and it took every ounce of his will power not to release his chakra and negatively affect his lover. Then once the pain calmed down, his eyes returned to their normal fox appearance and his teeth went back to his slightly human shape and began panting slowly and heavily.

"Mmm. . .Kyū-chan?" Anko moaned out in confusion and concern while rubbing her one of her eyes to get the sleep out of them.

In response to that, Kurama managed to regain his normal expression as he looked down towards the half asleep woman and pecked her on the cheek. "Sorry Anko-chan. . .but something tells me that weren't not going to have any fun and games any time soon." He declared with a serious tone.

". . .Huh?" Anko responded in confusion.

However before the older kunoichi could say anything else, the disguised Bijū hold out a hand to stopped her. "I honestly don't know, but it's not going to be pretty. . .So you should get ready. . ." He added as he a dispelled and returned to his original body.

To this, Anko was left both confused and annoyed to this, but she knew that when her lover acts and talks like this, it mean that it's serious. So without anything else to say she did as she was told and got ready.

Kai!

Kurama then narrowed his eyes as he felt his hand trembling before his nails sharpened before a moment before they change back. ". . .This isn't not good. . .for the kit and his mates. . ." He thought while balling a hand into a fist and with slight annoyance in his tone.

The disguised Bijū then looked outside of the window and narrowed his eyes as the ominous feeling grew still. "Who the hell though. . .could be releasing that much though for it to finally surface. . ." He then questioned to himself.

A few moments later. . .

Most of the residents of the home were now fully awake as they were now in the living room, there was a heavy feeling of dread in the air as they all were all wondering what was going on as breakfast was already made.

Nina yawned in a cute manner while Ori was still sleeping on her head. "I'm sleepy sleepy. . ." She mumbled out as she sniffed the air. "Food food. . ." She then added as she sat at one of the open chairs.

"Chirp chirp. . ." Ori tweeted with a sleepy tone. "Sleepy sleepy. . ." She mumbled out.

Ora began to licking her fur before she turned to her fellow animal partner. "Meow. . ." She meowed out while narrowing her eyes. "You can feel that too right sister?" The tiger cub questioned.

"Grr. . ." Okki growled out with a nod. "Yeah, something's up sis. . ." The wolf cub answered.

However before anyone could really start a conversation. . .

BAM! BAM! BAM!

Nina was startled by the loud sound and made her fully awake as a result. "Eek!" She yelped as she jumped high to the roof and hang onto the scaffolding on the ceiling while Ori had fallen on her head from the lack of foothold she had.

Hinata meanwhile turned to that as she tilted her head in confusion. "Huh, I wonder who that is at this hour?" She wondered out loud as she went and the rest of the members of the household went to the front gate.

A few moments later, the group had reached the gate and it opened at their presence. Once fully open the group saw the very familiar trio of Anbu waiting on the other side.

"Taka?" Satsuki got out in concern.

"Tora-san?" Hinata asked.

"Batta?" Naruto then finished.

The trio Anbu nodded in unison before the leader of the three took a step forward. "Greeting, by orders of the Hokage, you'll all been summon to her office effective immediately." Taka instantly informed with a more serious tone than usual.

"Huh?" Naruto got out in confusion.

Hinata then gave a concern look to the trio of Anbu. "Did something happen?" She asked.

"I'm regret to inform that we are not at liberty to inform that in public, you have to asked the Hokage." Batta Informed them.

Satsuki meanwhile shivered as if she felt something crawl up her spine. "Again. . ." She mumbled out. "Could it be related to what I been feeling this morning?" She then asked herself.

"Guess we better go if we want to find out." Anko simply told the group.

Yami in turn nodded in agreement to this. "Yes, that seems reasonable." She replied.

Nina's head meanwhile tilted in a innocent manner as she looked at the others. "Huh?" She got out in confusion. "We're seeing Tsuna-chi again?" She then asked.

Yami then looked at the wild girl and nodded to her. "Yes, but please be on your best behavior as this looks like it's going to be a really important meeting." She requested in a sisterly tone.

In response to that. Nina nodded in understand. "Ok Yami-oneechi." She replied while the Os Trio barked, meowed and chirped in agreement.

Anko then narrowed her eyes as she felt an ominous feeling in the air. "Why do I get the feeling that this isn't a friendly meeting?" She thought to herself as she was finally getting the same feeling her lover was having

With that, all of the group headed towards the Hokage tower as the feeling of dread only grew even larger.

At the Hokage Tower. . .

Just as the group had arrived at the outside of the tower, they instantly saw very familiar faces. They saw the members of Team Nine minus Kin, Kiba. Akamaru and Chōji.

"Hey guys." Naruto greeted his friends. "You also been called in by Baa-chan?" He then asked.

Neji was the first to respond as he nodded to this. "Yes, the Anbu came to the Hyuga Household requesting for me." He stated in a calm manner, though like the others, he too had a bad feeling.

"Same with me at home." Tenten revealed in a serious manner. "They then told us to wait out here until Hokage-sama is ready to meet with us." She then added.

Lee meanwhile gained a fire in his eyes. "As it was the same with me!" He declared as he remembered something else. "Also I'd like to say some youthful news! Kin-chan is feeling better since we brought her to the hospital, but was told to rest for a couple of days!" He then revealed.

"That's great to hear." Satsuki replied with a relieved tone.

Naruto then looked toward the remaining people. "What about you guys?" He then asked.

"So you also had an Anbu call for you to see Hokage-sama?" Yami then asked.

Kiba in turn nodded to that. "Well me and Chōji came alone because the others are busy." He informed as Akamaru barked in agreement. "Shino, Fū and Chōmei basically went off on their own mission with Shino's dad." He then revealed the reason.

Chōji in turn nodded in agreement to that. "Yeah, I was about to go and train for a bit." He admitted. "Though I haven't seen Shikamaru and Ino yet." He then added.

To hearing that, Satsuki once more felt a shiver going up her spine. "Again. . ." She thought in concern.

Nina meanwhile looked on as she noticed something else. "PUPPY!" She exclaimed with her ears wagging in excitement.

Okki's ears then perked up to that in curiosity as she peeked out from behind Nina's leg. "Arf?" She barked out. "Huh?" She asked.

At the shout, all of the trio's friends, with the exception of Chōji, turned and looked at the new face.

To the sight of her, Kiba raised an eyebrow. "Who's the little kid?" He asked what the others were thinking.

Tenten meanwhile tilted her head to this. "And why does she have adorable cat ears?" She asked as everyone else looked at her. "What?" She then asked the others.

Yami then placed a hand on the little girl's head, who smiled at the action. "Everyone, meet the Viper Squad's newest team member, Nina Dōbutsu and her her three animal companions Okki, Ora and Ori." She briefly introduced.

"Nice to meet ya!" Nina greeted with a big smile on her face and a salute to them as her ears began wagging happily.

"Arf. Meow~ Chirp!" The O trio greeted as well in unison.

Akamaru meanwhile looked at the wolf cub in confusion. "Arf?" He barked out. "A wolf?" He questioned.

"Grr. . ." Okki growled at the young pup. "What are you looking at?" She asked with an annoyed tone while she showed her fangs.

"Grr. . ." Akamaru growled back while narrowing his eyes. "What's your problem?" He asked.

At that point, the two began to have an intense staredown with sparks in their eyes as they looked at one another.

"Akamaru! Calm down!" Kiba told his partner.

"Arf!" Akamaru barked. "Hey! She started it!" Was what his partner heard.

Nina then looked at the wolf pup with a pout on her face. "Hey! Okki-chi! Don't be rude to the cute little puppy!" She then scolded.

At this, the wolf cub flinched as she lowered her head while letting out a sad whine. "Sorry Nina-oneechan. . ." She replied.

Nina then went and petted the wolf cub's head. "It's ok, just play nice nice from now on." She requested.

"Meow~" Ora meowed out in a teasing manner. "It's only a matter of time." She remarked.

"Chirp! Chirp!" Ori tweeted out. "Time! Time!" She repeated in a innocent manner.

Taka then appeared in front of the entire group. "The Hokage will now see you." He told the group.

"Let's go see what Obaa-chan wants with us." Satsuki got out.

With that statement, the group walked inside of the tower and entered the tower.

Within the Tower. . .

Tsunade was looked at the young Nara in an intense expression on her face. "Sakura Haruno was found and has left Konoha." She stated in a serious manner. "Also. . ." She then revealed.

Though on the outside, Shikamaru had a serious and calm expression, which was usually rare for the young Nara. On the inside however, he was in a calm yet raging fury from what the Hokage had revealed to him. "Damn. . ." He thought as he tightly grip his fist, nearly drawing out blood in the process. "If I'm like this and I'm the calmest of our age group. . .Those three are going to be pissed to hearing this. . ." He then got out.

Tsunade merely nodded in agreement to that. "I know." She stated. "That is why this is a Capture and is necessary. . .an Extermination mission." She then added with absolute seriousness.

Shikamaru then narrowed his eyes to that. ". . ." For the young Nara, he couldn't even think of what he could say to that.

Knock, knock

Both Hokage and Nara heard the door knocking. "Enter." Was all Tsunade had to say.

With the permission, the group entered the room. The normal greeting both Naruto and Satsuki would normally give the older woman instantly died in their throats when they saw the seriousness in the woman's face.

Meanwhile within the seal. . .

Kurama was breathing heavily as he looked on at the darkness. Chakra was pouring out of his body, however it moved wildly and uncontrollably before it halted.

"Damn. . .can't believe I'm actually grateful that this seal is concealing my chakra right now. . ." Kurama begrudgingly admitted as he finally managed to calm down. "What is that hatred. . .it's strong and vile. . ." He then stated in annoyance.

As he was currently was, the Bijū doubted that he will be able to come out of the seal. "Fuck this is gonna be a long day. . ." Kurama grumbled.

Later on in the Hokage Tower. . .

Silence. . .

Pure and intense silence was filled the Hokage's office, after Tsunade had tolded them what had happened late last night.

"SHE DID WHAT!?" The trio of Team Seven exclaimed in unison, with shocked and rage expressed in their faces.

"Sakura Haruno. . .had assaulted and nearly killed Ino Yamanaka." Tsunade had once more stated with an absolute serious tone.

"NO FUCKIN' WAY" Satsuki roared as a small dose of Kurama's chakra leaked out, extending her canines. "SHE'S A DEAD WOMAN NOW!" She then declared.

Naruto was tightly gritting his teeth as he couldn't believe it either, even if he had long since moved passed his early crush on the former pinkette, he never thought that she would had done such a thing. "That fuckin' bitch!" He roared with anger.

Hinata's hair however covered her eyes as she balled both of her hands into fists. "Sakura Haruno. . .you've gone too far this time. . ." She stated in cold fury.

". . .No fuckin' way. . ." Kurama stated within the seal in denial and disgust with narrow eyes at the mere idea. "I knew that she was a bitch and all. . .but damn. . ." He then thought to himself.

"You gotta be kidding me! That happened last night!?" Kiba then exclaimed while Akamaru was wide eyed. "What the hell Sakura!?" She then added in disbelief since this was his former teammate.

Chōji meanwhile lost his appetite while his eyes widen to what was revealed. "T. . .That can't be. . .right Shikamaru?" He questioned in concern and fear for his teammate.

Shikamaru merely nodded with his eyes closed. "Unfortunately. . .yeah. . .it did happen." He stated as he saw that his teammate was in a state of shock.

"H-HOW DARE SHE DO SOMETHING SO HORRIBLE TO A FELLOW SHINOBI!?" Lee then exclaimed in anger as his normally cheerful self had completely disappeared.

Tenten meanwhile was shocked to this information as her hands were over her mouth while her eyes were widen. "N-No way. . ." She barely got out in denial.

Neji however closed his eyes to this news, but was inwardly disgusted at what occurred.

"A-Are you serious!?" Anko got out. "That's something a traitor would do!" She then exclaimed.

Yami's eyes were also wide from this reveal. "Is she alright?" She asked in concern.

Nina's eyes meanwhile widen when she heard that as she remember the girl she had just meet the other night. "I-Ino-chi. . .?" She barely got out in a scared tone.

". . ." The O trio didn't said a word as they had their head lowered with a sad expression. They may had a rocky start with the girl, but they knew that girl was a good friend of Team Seven, so they were sad that such a thing had happened to her.

Tsunade open her eyes as she took out a piece of paper and began to tell the full details of what had happened.

Flashback no Jutsu!

It was the dead of night as everyone in the village of Konoha had gone completely silent as families had returned home and stores had closed up shop, all for the sake of getting rest to re-energize themselves for the next day's activities.

Ino was in complete shock as she looked at her former friend that had been missing since the Suna/Oto invasion. "S-Sakura. . .that is you. . .right?" She questioned to confirm her suspicion.

The girl in question meanwhile just looked at the blonde with an insane smirk plastered on her face. "Aw~ Has it been that long that you forgot your old best friend?" She asked with a child like tone.

Ino in response took an instinctive step back from the green and pink haired girl. "What. . .what happened to you?" She asked in a nervous tone.

"Nothing really~!" Sakura happily replied as she smiled with pure delight.

This peppy response slightly confused the Yamanaka as she it was fake. "This malice. . .is this really Sakura?" Ino thought to herself. She then gulped as she looked at the girl. "You. . .You were the one that used the Mind Influence Jutsu. . ." She hesitantly stated.

Sakura in turn merely tilted her head to that in a innocent manner. "Oh? You actually figured that out? I'm surprised, I was completely sure that no one had." She commented with an honestly surprised tone.

Ino meanwhile wasn't fooled by the act the other girl was using as she stared at her. "You. . .You've been training with that traitorous bastard Danzō this entire time. . .haven't you?" She soon guessed.

At the comment, Sakura's smile slightly lowered as her eyes glowed yellowish green to the insult towards one of her masters. "So you insult Danzō-sama for trying to better this shitty village?" She then questioned.

"Better!? He murdered so many innocent people! He's nothing but a killer!" Ino countered.

SHING! CLUNK!

Suddenly, Ino winced in pain as she grabbed her shoulder, seeing that it was bleeding. "W-What!? H-How did she-!?" She thought in complete and utter confusion as she looked behind her to see a shuriken deeply embedded in the tree.

"Are you so sure? My power has grown exponentially since I joined Danzō-sama. But of course. . .only the strong would've survived that is. . .and as for the others that died. . .didn't they die because they were weak?" Sakura then remarked as she readied another shuriken.

Ino's eyes then widened as she turned and quickly grabbed a kunai before she blocked another shuriken that would've struck her in between the eyes. "Too close. . ." She got out. Then by reflex, she threw the kunai and her eyes widen when she didn't see her former friend even bothering to move.

SQUISH!

The kunai was soon embedded into Sakura's shoulder, but the girl wasn't' even phased by this action as she was still smiling while her blood began to leak out. "Wow~ You actually hit me~" She replied as she pulled out the kunai and threw it away.

Then before Ino could even fully process what had just happened, the blonde girl felt her face being kicked as she was sent crashing straight into a tree. "ACK!" She got out while gasping from the lack of oxygen as she felt the pain coursing through her body. "That. . .that felt like a boulder hitting me. . ." She thought in confusion and disbelief.

But before the Yamanaka could move, Sakura appeared right infront of her as she grabbed the back of the girl's head and slammed her face into the same tree, this causing the blonde to begin bleeding. "Oh, it looks like you got a boo boo. . ." She cooed out in a deranged manner while dropping her head.

Ino meanwhile was coughing heavily as some blood came out. "S-Sakura. . .you. . ." She thought in a weak manner as she couldn't even consider uttering a single word from the pain coursing through her.

Sakura looked on at the downed Yamanaka as a wicked grin appeared on her face. "Aaaah~" She sighed out in a twisted form of happiness. "Such wondrous power~!" She added as she flexed her hand.

Ino soon struggled to move, but was only able to look below at the grass as it was being dyed with her own blood. "S-Sakura. . ." She once more thought in a weak tone.

Sakura then went and slammed a foot onto the blonde girl's back, forcing her to the ground. "This. . .oh hoho this is what I truly desire!" She declared while licking her lips in satisfaction.

Ino on the other hand felt as if her spine was being crushed by the pressure, couldn't even get a single sound out while the blood stained grass smeared onto her face.

At the lack of movement from the pinned down girl, Sakura could only grin with vile delight. "Unlike you Ino-pig, I have been training while you've been left in the dust. . ." She revealed.

The girl desperately tried struggled to free herself, but she just couldn't match the unreal strength that her former friend was displaying.

Sakura suddenly began giggling in a out of control manner at the futile struggle, finding it comical. "Your sooooo useless it's hilarious!" She stated with an amused tone.

Suddenly, the atmosphere changed as Sakura forcefully grabbed the blonde's right arm and pulled it back violently, while still pining her down with her foot. "Well, this was fun. . .but I have a job to do before I have to go. . ." She reveled while she had a insane look in her eyes while getting her tantō out.

To this new sudden rush of pain, Ino's eyes widen as she felt air going through her lungs again. "Y. . .You. . ." She barely got out before silently screaming in pain with her pupils dilating.

SLICE!

"KYAAAAAAA!" Ino screamed as she felt her joints in her right arm being cut half way.

Sakura then giggled to the screams that was being released. "It was fun. . .However. . .I must get a gift for Orochimaru-sama~" She soon got out in a vile and twisted cutesy tone as she slammed onto the blonde's right shoulder.

CRACK!

The sick sound of bones breaking echoed as the sound of Ino's screams soon followed. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Ino screamed in agony and pain as she felt her bones that connected the bones from arm to her shoulder blade were crushed forever, rending the limb useless.

"Not over yet Ino~" Sakura got out with a psychotic glee in her tone as she began to pull. . .and pull. . .

Ino's eyes then completely dilated as she began to shiver in fear and saw what happened while tears ran down her eyes while her breathing started to become heavier and heavier.

"One more~" Sakura sang sung in vile glee.

Then. . .skin, muscles and bones were violently separated. . .

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Ino screamed in pain and agony as she held where her right arm was once located, while at this point she was in so much pain that she instinctively used the last of her strength to, at the very least, stop the spraying blood from flowing out more than it already was.

After Sakura had done the deed, she began laughing uncontrollably with pure madness and insanity as she looked at the semi conscious and dying girl while her blood sprayed everywhere as she held the lifeless blood leaking limb in her hand. "YOUR ENTIRE LIFE IS WORTHLESS! YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE IS WORTHLESS! YOU ARE COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY WORTHLESS!" She declared with pure confidence and insanity.

"INO!" At a distance and male adult voice echoed.

To that voice, Sakura knew who it was, however she simply smiled with delight as she then leaned down. "If you pathetic weaklings think you can stop me. . ." She began to say as she smear some of the screaming girl's blood, on her own hand as she then began to use it to write a message near the pool of blood. "WELL, COME AND GET ME!" She soon demanded as she began to casually walk away from the scene before vanishing into the shadows.

At the exact moment Sakura had disappeared, Ino's father Inoichi had landed on the area as his face turned into pure despair at the sight of her mutilated and blood covered daughter.

However it was thanks to the man's experience as a seasoned shinobi, he manage to block out all of his feelings as he knew that right now his daughter was in critical condition and needed immediate medical attention. "I got to get her to the hospital. . ." He got out with an emotionless tone as he quickly did his best to stop the bleeding and then carefully picked up his screaming daughter while trying to block the screams as best as he could.

Kai!

Tsunade then closed her eyes as she turned and looked out towards the village. "After Inoichi had taken his daughter to the hospital, he performed a scan on his daughter's mind to tell us what had happen and this was all he could provide without pushing her damaged psyche any more." She concluded.

As a result to what was revealed. . .anger. . .rage. . .disbelief. . .confusion. . .denial. . .despair. . .all of these emotions and more were all the young shinobi's could feel at hearing what had happened to their friend.

Both Satsuki and Naruto couldn't form a single word as their minds were in complete mess of anger and rage that they couldn't even visually expressed their emotions.

Hinata's eyes were wide after hearing what occurred last night, feeling many emotions before her eyes then narrowed and her body shivered in anger. "Sakura. . .did that. . .?" She questioned in held back fury.

In the seal, Kurama was growling in his own fury to even thinking that happened. "Why that fuckin' insane whore. . ." He growled out as more chakra began to emulate from inside of the seal.

Kiba meanwhile was completely and utterly shocked at what his former teammate had done while Akamaru shivered in fear to the mere thought of what the girl must had been through. "What. . .the hell. . ." He breathed out while he grind his teeth.

Tenten for one was completely shocked and wide eyed to hearing what happened as she looked on with disbelief. "How. . .How could she do that?" She barely asked as she couldn't believe the girl she had come to know was now nearly at death's door.

Strangely enough, Lee was taking this very quietly as only his hands were balled into fists. It was more so like a savage wild animal caged and ready to un be unleashed.

Neji soon looked at the rest of the group as he knew what they were feeling. "Remain calm everyone, we must not lose ourselves or we will fail this mission." He then stated.

For Chōji, his body was shivering in both anger and fear at what happened to his own teammate, angrier then whenever someone called him by one of his taboo words and fear at the thought of losing one of his childhood friends.

Shikamaru was still using all of his might to try and at the very least look calm as his father had taught him that no matter what happens, a Nara must have a clear mind so that he could come up with strategist. It was this teachings that kept the young Nara from joining the others in their fury

Anko's jaw slightly dropped to the mere thought of some that gruesome before she brought her mouth back up. "Oh Kami. . .that old pedo-sensei fucked up another person's head. . ." She got out with narrow eyes.

Yami's eyes were also wide at the description of the previous night's events. "Good Kami. . .this girl is just as bad or even worse that Dotō. . ." She admitted in disgust.

Nina meanwhile was very afraid as she had heard the cruel actions done to the blonde that she couldn't even think of what she should say while the Os Trio felt anger as they let out a series of low growls, as they would kill the traitor if she ever was near their big sister.

Tsunade then looked at the entire group as she expected the reactions from them. "Once again, Team Seven, Nine and the remaining members of Team Eight and Ten." She announced as she gained the group's attention. "Your mission is to find and capture Sakura Haruno before she reaches the border, however in the most drastic of cases and/or if she resists. . .you will execute her. . ." She ordered once more.

Those that were called didn't even say a word as they would've demanded to join if the Hokage haven't. However the members of the Viper Squad were stun that they weren't called.

Anko meanwhile noticed at as she looked at the blonde Hokage. "Hokage-sama. . .what about my team?" She then asked as said team were wondering the same thing

However Tsunade then raised a hand towards the all girls team. "Sorry Anko, but the Viper Squad cannot go on this mission." She revealed with utmost seriousness in her tone.

Anko's jaw then slightly dropped to that as she looked at her leader. "WHAT!?" She exclaimed.

Yami then narrowed her eyes slightly to that. "Why only Naruto-sensei, Hinata-san and Satsuki-san?" She questioned.

Tsunade then looked at the Viper Squad leader. "As you have your newest member, she must stay for a time period, just as was the case with Yami." She declared.

Anko flinched as she knew that this was also part of the deal she had made with the Hokage to make her team. "I. . .I guess that's true. . ." She admitted.

Yami meanwhile nodded in agreement to that after thinking about it. "Yes, and after what Naruto-sensei and the others told me, Konoha is still going to need protecting after all the past events that occurred." She stated in a calm tone.

Tsunade smiled a bit as she was glad that they agreed before she turned towards the young chunins. "Shikamaru Nara will be the leader in this mission." She stated. "Now go and gather your gear and meet at the gate in a half hour to leave." She then ordered.

The group said nothing more as they all left with many emotions still running through them as they went to prepare themselves.

Within a forest clearing just a few kilometer away from Konoha. . .

"WHAT THE FUCKIN' HELL WERE YOU FUCKIN' THINKING YOU LITTLE BITCH!?" Tayuya roared in complete and utter annoyance and disgust. "YOU WENT AND RIPPED SOMEONE'S ARM OFF AND LEFT A BLOOD MESSAGE!? ARE YOU FUCKIN' NUTS!?" She then questioned.

"Maaaaybe~" Sakura happily sang sung as she rocked the dismembered arm back and forth as if it was a toy of sorts while blood was still dripping from the bone, before she sealed it into a scroll. "I did want to get a present for Orochimaru-sama and Danzō-sama~" She then revealed.

"Regardless. . ." Jirōbō began to say as his narrow eye clearly showed his disapproval. "I'm sure that both Orochimaru-sama and Danzō-sama would have not approve of this as you have now attracted the entire enemy forces attention." He stated.

Kidōmaru in nodded in agreement to his teammates. "Yeah, you basically painted a large target on your back now." He stated as he wasn't bothered by the severed arm, but by how she did it.

Then suddenly, Sakura's expression changed to a serious one as the wicked grin appeared on her face. "This is also so I can lore the ones I hate and we can eliminate them all in one fail swoop." She then revealed.

"In other words, you fuckin' exposed us just to get rid of some assholes that we could get rid of later!?" Tayuya roared, if she still had doubt that if the girl wasn't completely crazy, they were gone now.

Sakura nodded in response to that. "Yup~ That's right sweetie~" She replied without a care.

To that remark, Tayuya had enough of the insane girl as she reached for her flute, but she was stopped by Kidōmaru. "In any case," He then stated as he first looked at the angered girl, halting her attempt to attack and then at the green and pink haired girl. "Since we are a distance away now, we can process with further powering you up." He revealed.

Sakura then looked at the multi armed Oto shinobi. ". . .What?" She questioned with narrow eyes. "What do you mean by further powering me up?" She then added in confusion.

In response to the questions, Kidōmaru then pulled out a small bottle with many small pills. "In order to fully use a Level Two Curse Mark like us, you will need to take this Seishingan Pill." He revealed.

Sakura then narrowed her eyes to the vial of black pills. "Mind Awakening Pills?" She translated.

Although still annoyed, Tayuya let out a scoff. "Those pills will forcefully increase the Curse Marks level one state to a level two state." She informed as she then grinded her teeth.

Jirōbō then looked at the green and pink haired girl. "The Level Two Seal will dramatically increase its contamination speed. However if we don't do anything after you take them, you will die." He concluded.

Sakura then looked at the three Oto shinobis that were her escorts. "So basically, I get more power. . ." She simplified in an uncaring manner. "With a high chance of dying. . ." She then added.

The Oto shinobis merely in response nodded to that.

The green and pink haired girl then took a thinking pose and not even a few second passed as he grinned evilly. "Who care, let's just do it already." She declared with a single care of the fact that there was a high chance of dying.

"That was fuckin' fast. . ." Tayuya muttered in response to that. "Damn insane bitch. . ." She then added in annoyance.

Kidōmaru then went over the girl as handed her the vial of pills. "Very well, the moment you swallow it, we'll seal you in a barrier to make sure your still alive." He informed her in a calm manner.

Sakura took the pills and began to open the bottle. "To Orochimaru-sama and Danzō-sama." She declared in a insane and pride filled tone as an vile grin appeared on her face. "And. . .for myself. . ." She thought to herself.

The Sound Three members nodded in agreement to that before their eyes widened as they watched Sakura go and poured the entire bottle of pills down her throat as she swallowed them in one gulp.

"YOU FUCKIN' IDIOT! WE SAID ONE OF THE PILLS! NOT THE ENTIRE FUCKIN' BOTTLE!" Tayuya roared in shock at the action.

But before the other could say or do anything else, Sakura's entire body began to be covered in her curse mark flames that were glowing the sickish green while they began to emanate a pitch black smoke. Her body then began to have violent spasms while she began laughing maniacally. "Like. . .any of you. . .would've had. . .the balls to do this. . .!" She laughed out as her expression started to become more and more demented.

Kidōmaru then narrowed his eyes as he got a scroll out. "Damn, get ready or we'll lose her!" He hastingly advised as he brought out a large wooden barrel that had multiple seals around it.

The other Oto Shinobis instantly went and did their job, Jirōbō grabbed the spasming girl and placed her inside the barrel, then jumped back.

Tayuya meanwhile narrowed her eyes to this as she watched the spasming girl as the barrel began to rock slightly. "Why do I get the feeling this bitch is going to be the death of use?" She retorted more so than asked while she and the others activated their individual Curse Marks, knowing full well that they will need the extra power after the girl's stunt.

Then in unison, the Oto shinobis activated the barrier to contained the massive smoke that came from Sakura's body.

"Sealing Jutsu! Tri Black Mist Barrier! The trio declared in unison as the lid of the barrel then fell onto the container with a slam. However because they used their Curse Marks power, this sealing was insanely more powerful than usual as the rocking of the barrel subsided.

Kidōmaru then pulled out many sealing papers while he used his own blood to write the word seal. Then he threw them all around the edges of the circular top and clap his hands together. "Dark Seal!" He declared as the papers landed on the barrel and stuck to it.

Once the sealing was complete, Jirōbō then took in a deep breath as he looked at the barrel. "I hope that Orochimaru-sama isn't going to be displeased with this, as I do not believe she will survive this." He expressed with honesty and fear of what will their master do to them.

"Not one of us was expecting her to consume the entire vial of the pills." Kidōmaru then stated as he looked at the barrel.

"Definitely insane though for doing that. . .if that's wasn't a suicide move. . .then I don't fuckin' know what is." Tayuya then remarked as she crossed her arms over her chest.

Kidōmaru then looked at the largest member of the group. "You carry it." He then ordered.

Jirōbō didn't even say a word to that as he did as he was told and picked up the barrel and placed in on his shoulder.

"Now let's go," Kidōmaru then ordered. "Orochimaru-sama and Danzō-sama will be expecting their disciple." He stated.

"If she fuckin' survives that is. . ." Tayuya then remarked as she really didn't care if she did died, one less screw loose for the world to deal with. "But no fuckin' way I'm taking the blame if she dies though!" She then loudly declared in annoyance.

With that said and done, the trio of Oto shinobis began the second part of their mission.

At the same time back in Konoha. . .

The time soon passed for the entire group as they had arrived at the main gate, ready to head out for this new mission. They were now adjusting their gear, wanting to be at full combat capacity right from the start

Naruto was placing Executioner's Blade on his back as he looked out at the scenery in front of him, prepared to go and chase the former crush he once had that had now become what she always called him. "Get ready Haruno. . .this time you've gone too far!" He declared in his mind.

Hinata took in a deep breath as she felt as though this mission was going to be a more difficult mission than any of the past ones she and her team had ever gone on. "I hope we all make it through this. . ." She thought to herself, though deep down, she was also anger for what happened.

Satsuki had only had her blade on her hip as she was forced to give Tenten's dad her shield to examine it after her fight with Aoi. The girl had a dark and grim expression as she had to use all of her will power not to simply charge right at this instantly. "I'm going to kill that bitch for her crimes. . ." She growled her declaration in her mind with an anger filled tone.

". . ." Kurama didn't say a word to the trio as he was too busy calming himself down while his chakra was getting more and more unstable from the emotions his jinchūriki and pseudo-jinchūrikis we're feeling, though understood the reason behind it for what happened. "Dammit. . .it keeps leaking out. . ." He thought to himself in annoyance.

The older Hyuga took notice of the ever growing negative atmosphere that group was feeling, he understood it very easily as he was once like that too, but he wouldn't defend the traitor as she had done something that could never be forgiven. "Sakura Haruno is someone who is permanently in the darkness. . .and it seems she does not want to come out of it. . ." Neji thought to himself as he prepared himself if the time comes for. . .the inevitable.

Tenten meanwhile was now fully equipped with all of her new weapons, her arms had both her Hidden Blade and her Phantom Blade while on her hip was the Steel Chain Whip. However on the inside, the girl was in total dismay. She still couldn't believe that her friend was on death's door and the one that did it was once said girl's best friend, but also how she felt that she could had done something for her.

Lee was doing some stretches as he readied himself for this new mission while also remembering what he had in his pouch. "Gai-sensei, forgive me for having to use that, but this mission is going to a difficult one and will be absolutely necessary. . ." He thought.

The normally calm Chōji that his friends know. . .wasn't here. This Chōji had a dead serious and furious expression on his face. The young plump boy's would normally be angry of his friends being hurt, but to remember that her friend was so brutally injured and crippled for life, all of his kindness and compassion disappeared.

Kiba looked over all of his supplies again as he looked at his partner with a serious expression. As the boy felt that this mission is very vital for him to accomplish at all cost, after all it was his former teammate that had both turned traitor and had hurt a fellow comrade and friend. "You ready for this boy?" He then asked in concern.

"Arf!" Akamaru barked back his reply in a calm manner.

Shikamaru then looked on at the group as he knew that he had to do before they begin the mission. "Alright everyone," He began to say as he gained everyone's attention. "Before we head out, I have already prepared a formation that we will be using." He stated.

The group simply nodded as they waited and wondered what their roll will be in the formation.

"Alright, Kiba and Akamaru will take the lead for this formation." Shikamaru revealed. "He's always traveling all year throughout the Land of Fire and he also knows our terrain very well. If you add that wil his keen sense of smell, he will easily track Sakura because he knows her scent and easily detect any traps the possible enemies may had laid out." He explained his reasoning for the Inuzuka.

"Right." Kiba replied with a nod with Akamaru barking in agreement.

"Next is myself and Tenten." Shikamaru stated.

"Eh?" Tenten got out in confusion. "Me?" She then asked as she pointed at herself

Shikamaru in response nodded to that. "Tenten is with me for the fact that she is tactical like myself and we can both warn in the front vocally while in the back using silent hand signals." He explained.

To hearing that, Tenten nodded in response as she understood the meaning behind it since she was the most reasonable of Team Nine besides Neji. "Got it." She replied.

Shikamaru then looked at the Uzumaki and Uchiha. "Third will be Naruto and Satsuki." He declared. "Both of you have the fastest reaction time out of all of us so it's best to keep you two in a position you two can provide assistance to both the front and back." He explained. "Not to mention all of Team Seven having access to the Shadow Clone Jutsu so you're also good for the cover and assistance." He then explained.

"On it!" Naruto responded in a serious tone.

"Leave that to us." Satsuki replied in a calm manner.

"Fourth will be Chōji and Lee. Both of you have the most power of the group so while the front creates openings, you two will charge to finish the enemies as quickly as possible. Thus making you two the strikers of the group." Shikamaru stated.

"YES SIR!" Lee replied with a salute.

"We can handle this." Chōji then stated with a nod.

"And finally, I'll placed Neji and Hinata on the Squad's tail, this is a no brainer as the two of you have the Byakugan so you to can always check on the squad's blind spots and the front if we need to have a look out from a distance." Shikamaru soon concluded.

"Hai, that is reasonable." Hinata agreed.

"Not a bad plan, pineapple head." A familiar jonin stated.

"Yes, to be able to come up with a formation like that in a mere half an hour is impressive." Another more calmer female agreed.

"Your smart Pine Pine!" A female child like voice complemented with an excited tone.

The boy in question's eye twitch as he and the rest turned towards the gate and saw that it was none other than Viper Squad and the O trio.

After they received the greeting, Anko then looked intently at the group. "I'm not joking that it's a good strategy, but have all of you accounted for the possibility that asshole Orochimaru sent some fucked up guys to watch over Sakura Haruno?" She then questioned in a serious tone.

"Meaning?" Shikamaru then questioned with narrow eyes.

"What could be more fucked up than that arm ripping bitch?" Satsuki asked with a rage filled tone.

"Yeah, what could be worse than that?" Kiba then asked in agreement to the Uchiha Heiress.

Though Anko would normally instantly joked at this point, but when if comes to the Snake Sannin, she couldn't even attempt to do so. "I mean it, my ex-sensei may be a fuckin' pedophile, but don't, even for a second, think that he didn't have something up his sleeve, he was known for creating some fucked up shit. . ." She then added as she rubbed where her Curse Mark used to be.

Shikamaru was the first to nod as he was not going to take what the jonin said as face value, knowing that the ex-student of the snake Sannin knew what she was talking about. "I already accounted for that possibility thanks to what we all saw during Orochimaru's attempt at invading Konoha." He soon replied.

Nina meanwhile looked at the purple haired jonin with a tilted head. "Pedophile?" She innocently asked.

Yami then looked down at the brown haired loli. "A very bad person that does horrible things to little children." She stated in a sisterly tone while the brown haired girl shivered at the thought.

"Moving on. . ." Shikamaru then started to gain the entire group's attention. "I have one last thing to say before we head out for this mission." He then revealed as he then narrowed his eyes. "First off, besides Neji and Tenten, we all had our own. . .run ins with Sakura Haruno at one point or another. . ." He began.

The group knew that was being redundant, but they still nodded in agreement.

"Before today, I really didn't care for her other than just a former classmate. Though she was loud, rude and abusive, she was still a classmate at the time." Shikamaru stated with a calm tone. "But after what she did to Ino, a fellow teammate and childhood friend, you know that me and Chōji would be lying if we said that we didn't want to kill her." He then added with the same tone.

"You could say that again. . ." Satsuki thought with her teammates nodding in agreement.

"After what she's done, she deserves it." Naruto remarked with seriousness.

"She should pay for the crimes she committed." Hinata admitted with narrow eyes.

"However. . ." Shikamaru sudden said, halting all thoughts the group may have had. "I. . .we don't want to kill her." He declared.

". . .WHAT!?" Naruto, Satsuki and Kiba exclaimed in unison.

"Shikamaru. . .what are you saying?" Hinata then asked in confusion.

". . ." Shikamaru didn't said a word as he knew that this was the reaction was to be expected.

Chōji then took in a deep breath and then nodded. "I. . .also agree with Shikamaru. . ." He then suddenly declared.

"HUH!?" Naruto, Satsuki and Kiba got out once more in shocked unison.

"What about what she did to Ino?" Tenten then questioned as she was very angry at how little the girl's teammate were feeling about the one that had cripple her. "Are you saying you don't care about-" She began to say.

"Tenten, let him finish." Neji ordered in a calm manner, interrupting his teammate's words.

Chōji then looked at all and then looked at his teammate. "Shikamaru already said that we both do want to kill her. . ." He began to say.

This only further confused the group, with the exception of Neji, even more. "Then why-?" Satsuki began to asked.

"Because it's the right thing to do." Shikamaru concluded what his teammate was about to say.

This didn't just left Satsuki, but all of the present being left baffled.

Seeing the confused expression, the young Nara let out a sigh. "We were ordered to capture Sakura and if necessary, eliminate her. But that doesn't mean we should just let our anger cloud our judgment and do what it is that we must do." Shikamaru stated. "After all, we could just forget the initial parameters and just go for the kill," He began to say as he knew this was what most of his team were probably thinking and decided to put an end to that. "But would that make us any better than the one that had cause our friend so much harm?" He then asked with a dead serious tone.

The trio of Team Seven flinched slightly to that as they realized the hidden meaning behind what was said: Do you want to be like her?

Lee meanwhile nodded in agreement to that. "Yes, we must be the better shinobis and not mass murderers." He agreed with a surprisingly calm and serious tone.

"Me and Shikamaru had some time to think before we came here. . .and we decided that we want to capture her and make Sakura pay for her crimes. That's the right thing to do." Chōji declared with conviction in his tone.

To hearing that explanation and reason, the Team Seven members gained guilt filled expressions as they looked at the ground before begrudgingly agreed.

"Alright. . .if that's what you and Chōji want Shikamaru, then we'll do it as well. . ." Naruto begrudgingly stated as he knew that as Ino's teammates, their wishes should be respected.

"Yeah. . ." Satsuki agreed in the same manner with a nod. "Only if she attacks us back. . ." She then added but she did not like this at all, she still felt that the mad bitch should be put down.

"Agreed. . ." Hinata got out in the same manner as the other Team Seven members.

The rest of the group though more or less felt the same way as Satsuki, especially Kiba and Tenten, they still agree with the members of Team Nine.

Chōji let out a grateful smile. "Thanks guys. . ." He replied with a thankful tone.

With those words, the group was now ready to leave and capture the traitor girl. But before they could leave, Viper Squad approached Team Seven.

"You three better come back from this." Anko stated in a serious tone and narrow eyes.

"Please, Naruto-sensei, be on your best guard. After everything you, Satsuki-san and Hinata-san had done for me, I don't want to lose you before I can truly return what I owe to everyone." Yami advised with a concerned tone.

Kiba in turn loudly groaned to that. "Dammit. . .Naruto got another girl. . ." He got out.

SLAP!

The comment was immediately replied by a slap from a very annoyed Yami, which had enough force to hit him to the ground and had him eating the dirt. "Ecchi. . ." She bluntly declared with repulsion in her tone.

STAB!

"GAH!" Kiba shouted with agony as he felt as if a kanata had stabbed him straight through the heart.

Everyone present could only sweatdropped at the display. "Arf. . ." Akamaru whined with an embarrassed tone while he placed a paw on his face.

Naruto however nodded to that as he was able to understand what she meant. "Don't worry Yami-chan, we'll all be back before you know it dattebayo!" He declared while giving her a thumbs up.

Then the newest member of Viper Squad and her little friends walked forwards and looked at her new friends with a concern expression on her face. ". . .Come back soon Naruto-niichi, Hinata-neechi, Satsuki-neechi. . ." Nina nervously got out with her black eyes sparkling.

"Arf!" Okki barked out while she gently pulled Naruto's leg with her mouth. "You better come back!" Was what the wolf cub said.

"It's ok little guy! We'll be back!" Naruto declared while he gently rub her head. Though the blond didn't understood what the tiger cub said, he knew what she was probably feeling.

"Reow!" Ora meowed out while she did the same with Satsuki's. "Be safe!" Was what the tiger cub requested.

"Don't worry, we got this!" Satsuki stated while she gently rub the tiger cub's chin.

"Chirp chirp!" Ori tweeted while she hopped on Hinata's shoulder. "Safe! Safe!" She simply reappeared.

Hinata meanwhile nodded in agreement to what her teammates had declared as she gently rub the little chick's head. "Hai, we aren't going to let Sakura get away with her crimes." She reassured.

With those final words, the trio waved the Viper Squad members goodbye and returned to the capture squad teammates.

"Alright. . .It's time to go." Shikamaru soon ordered as everyone present looked at their squad leader and nodded in unison. "Everyone, move out!" He declared.

In an instant, the group vanished and headed straight towards the forest. All the while the members of Viper Squad looked at the forest with the hope that they would come back.

A distance away from Konoha. . .

Shizune and a group of jonins were in a clearing of the forest as they were resting after returning from a mission.

"Man am I exhausted from that mission. . ." One of the group members admitted as he was sitting down.

Another member of the group then nodded in agreement. "Yeah, never expected that mission to be that long." He got out.

Suddenly Gemna and Shizune sensed something. "Quiet!" Gemna declared, startling the others at the order. "I'll go and take a look. Raidō, come with me." He then told the burn scarred jonin.

"Hai!" Raidō replied as both him and Gemna performed a smokeless shushin to go up ahead.

Elsewhere in the forest, the Sound Three members were heading in the direction of the border before suddenly, all three sensed the approaching shinobi.

"Shit! Looks like they finally caught up. She just had to riled them up didn't she?" Tayuya complained while she grinded her teeth in annoyance. "Just our fuckin' luck!" She then added.

Jirōbō didn't had a chance to do his regular schtick with the female as they all felt the enemy just moments away.

"They're coming!" Kidōmaru declared.

As one, the Oto shinobis dashed out of the way, but before the could however, the two jonin had blocked them from scattering.

Raidō was startled by the enemies and instantly recognized who they were. "You're Orochimaru's. . ." He got out.

Gemna on the other hand narrowed his eyes towards the Oto shinobis. "On your way back from Konoha, huh?" He commented as he looked at the largest member of their group. "What's inside of that coffin?" He soon asked with suspicion while he prepared for combat.

"Again, just fuckin' great. . ." Tayuya got out once more in annoyance.

Jirōbō meanwhile didn't say a word as he narrowed his eyes.

Kidōmaru however simply grinned as he activated his Curse Mark. "Two jonins are a bit much. . ." He commented in an amused tone.

Suddenly, the Oto shinobis fully activated their Curse Marks as power began to course through their bodies.

A few miles away. . .

As the group of chunins rushed through the trees after the traitor, the members of the group all had serious expressions on their faces for the possible upcoming battles.

However, all off all of the group, Team Seven were deep in thought after what had happened and what they learned before their departure.

"Naru-kun. . .Nata-chan. . ." Satsuki suddenly started talking via mental link.

This in turn gained both of the fellow lover's attention. "Hmm? What's up Satsuki-chan?" Naruto replied.

". . ." Satsuki didn't reply at first as she was trying to find the right words to say. "Do you think Shikamaru is right about not trying to kill Haruno?" The female Uchiha then asked in a serious manner. "I mean. . .with what she did to Ino-chan. . ." She then hesitantly added before trailing off.

". . ." Naruto didn't replied, if he was being honest to himself, he really wanted to hurt the traitor, but he didn't know if killing was right either.

Hinata closed her eyes for a moment as she thought for a moment. ". . .I know we are angry for what happened to Ino-san. . ." She admitted in a serious and depressed tone. "However, I think his logic is sound and I agree if we kill Haruno. . .we would be no better than her. . ." She soon answered.

Satsuki in response to hearing that answer frowned at that as she still couldn't come to terms with that, she just couldn't hold her anger and rage of what she had done to her friend. But she also couldn't disagree with what her fellow fiancé had said. "I. . .I guess your right. . ." She begrudgingly agreed.

". . .I still say you should just slaughter her. . ." Kurama then suddenly admitted after a long period of silence as he narrowed his eyes from within the seal while his voice was oozing with a malevolent tone. "She'll just be more trouble down the road later on if she lives. . ." He then stated in a serious tone.

This slightly startled the trio when they heard the Bijū say such harsh and vicious words.

The blond host was the first to recover when he realized something. "Hey, what the hell have you been doing Kurama? You haven't been making witty remarks ever since we heard about what happened." Naruto then asked.

Satsuki meanwhile nodded in agreement to that. "Yeah Ero-kitsune, what's up with that?" She then asked in a more serious tone. "Are you hiding something?" She then added to her questions.

Kurama in response merely narrowed his eyes. ". . .It's nothing brats. . .I'm just tired from the last headache of a mission with the wild child, so I won't be coming out for this mission, just supplying you three with my chakra when it's necessary. . ." He soon stated.

Hinata meanwhile mentally tilted her head in confusion to that. "Are you sure your alright?" She then asked in concern.

"You try and deal with that physical manifestation of chaos and her infernal runts and then tell me if I'm alright. . ." Kurama retorted with a calm yet annoyed tone.

Naruto then remembered back to fox ears and tail incident he went through with the girls and shivered. "Good point." He muttered in agreement before taking a deep breath. "Alright Kurama. . ." He replied in understanding.

"Well. . .if you say so Ero-kitsune. . ." Satsuki soon got out while mentally shrugging her shoulders.

Hinata nodded in agreement to that, however she still felt as though something was wrong.

Within the seal. . .

However, despite what the Bijū's calm tone and what he had said to his jinchūriki and pseudo-jinchūrikis, his body showed that he was any but calm.

Kurama was panting heavily as his body was swirling with a lot of intense and malevolent darker crimson chakra that somehow wasn't coming from him.

If looked closely, it looked as if the intense chakra was coming from below him as the Bijū was desperately trying to keep himself under control.

Suddenly. . .a dark and malevolent chuckled echoes inside of the seal.

Kurama then growled at what he heard and what was occurring around him. "Dammit. . .this is a real nuisance. . ." He got out in annoyance.

Back on the outside. . .

Suddenly, Kiba eyes widen when he smelled something while Akamaru let out a whine.

Shikamaru saw this and turned towards the Inuzuka. "What's going on?" He asked as his eyes never left his front.

"There's the scent of blood. . .And its close!" Kiba declared with narrowed eyes.

At the statement, all of the capture squad when into full battle ready as the increased their speed.

Then Kiba's eyes widen again as he and Akamaru smelled something. "I can smell the scent of four shinobi's, including Haruno. It looks like they were fighting against other shinobi's. But the four of them are getting further away from the scent of blood!" He reported to their squad leader.

"I see. . ." Shikamaru simply replied.

"What's our plan!?" Kiba then asked.

"Looks like we we're right to think their was people assisting Haruno." Shikamaru stated with a concerned tone. "This isn't looking good at all. . ." He then thought to himself.

"Shikamaru?" Tenten then asked in concern.

". . ." Shikamaru began to think as he looked at the Inuzuka. "If you can smell blood then that could only mean that there was some form of combat. If we go there, i bet we can gather some sort of intel." He began to say. "We have to approach this carefully. We must switch to scouting positions and proceed with caution." He then concluded.

"However, if we were to do that. . .Haruno will cross to border of the Land of Fire." Neji then reason with their leader.

". . ." Shikamaru didn't replied as he began to think of the possibilities, if they go where the battle had occurred it could help them be better prepared, however it will be like Neji had said and Sakura and the Oto shinobi would have enough time to escape.

Tenten soon looked at the leader of the group with a concerned expression. "So what should we do?" She finally asked as they kept dashing through the trees.

Said team leader took another moment of thinking before he open his eyes. "Will head towards Haruno's location. . ." He declared.

Satsuki in turn nodded to that, knowing that there would be others to take care of the ones that weren't moving on. "Got it." She replied.

Shikamaru meanwhile didn't look back to the rest of his team as they kept moving. "However! If there was a fight, that can only mean that the enemies will be on high alert now." He declared. "So that can only mean that they're ready for any ambush or pursuers. "This means we'll most likely be facing lots of traps and ambushes." He soon ordered.

This gain a unified frown from all of the group members, now understanding that the mission just got harder than before, but nodded all the same to the given order.

Shikamaru saw the current state of mind that his team was feeling so he acted quickly to reverse it. "Alright, from now on, use both your eyes and noses to their full potential! We have to find them before they can ambush us!" He declared. "Also, if you detect any suspicious movement, don't just avoid it, analyse it!" He quickly added.

"Got it!" The rest of the group replied in unison as they all continued to move.

However suddenly, Kiba's eyes widen when he smelled something. "Hey!" He shouted gaining everyone's attention. "The stench of the enemy is all over the place!" He reported.

"Everyone stop!" Shikamaru soon ordered. As one, all of the group made a complete stop in the near branch. Then the Nara looked up and saw something. "Look closer up there" He ordered.

The group looked up and saw on the tree a seal paper. "An explosive seal. . .I see five more of them. This formation, it must be a barrier seal." Neji stated with his Byakugan activated.

"Barrier seal?" Chōji asked as he wasn't familiar with the term.

Shikamaru soon nodded to his teammate. "It's a form of ninjutsu base trap. Seal type traps are triggered when the enemy enters an area encircled by the trap seals. I read in my dad's book that it's a high rank ninjutsu." He informed the group.

Hinata nodded in agreement to this. "Yes, it seems that they were indeed expecting someone to come after them." She then advised.

"Damn. . .we have no other way than to flank it then?" Kiba then commented.

"Damn, they're basically stalling then. . ." Satsuki remarked in annoyance.

Having no choice, the group had to carefully walked around the area as they made sure to evade any traps. However that was easier said then done.

"Shit, we keep finding more and more traps." Kiba complained as he had lost count of how many traps the last one was.

"Well, at least this could only mean that the enemy doesn't seem to have much time either. I had seen a lot of rushed jobs too." Shikamaru commented.

"Or they are actually resting." Satsuki then remarked while rolling her eyes.

As the continued to walk, Kiba turned towards the blond. "Hey Naruto watch out! There's a wire right under your next step!" He shouted/told him.

The blond stopped and crouched down to see the rope the Inuzuka had warmed him.

"Hey! You better not trigger it!" Kiba shouted with an annoyed tone.

"I know! Jeez, can't you have a little faith?" Naruto shouted as he carefully stepped over the wire and stepped just a foot ahead of it.

Shikamaru's eyes widen as his eyes got sight of something. "Naruto! Wait!" He soon called out.

With the help of Hinata's Byakugan, she instantly saw it as well. "There's another wire!" She then warned.

"What!?" Naruto shouted with both fear and startlement as his feet was inches from touching the other one before he suddenly stopped in mid step and was sweating nervously.

Just a few steps from the blond, Shikamaru was in the same position as the Naruto while he held Chōji's scarf. "Just in time with the shadow possession." He declared with relief.

Satsuki and Hinata then sighed in unison. "Too close. . ." The Uchiha breathed out.

Hinata nodded in agreement to that. "Yes. . ." She replied with in relief.

A few moments later, the group stared at the location the second wire was located.

"One of the wires was intentionally made visible from reflecting rays, but the second wire has a green camouflaged, making it difficult to detect with the naked eye. . .it's a double trap." Neji analysed the trap as he was kneeling close to the trap that the blond nearly activated.

"Actually. . ." Hinata then started, gaining everyone's attention. "I also see a third one also beside the other two that not even the sunlight can reflect thanks to my enhanced Byakugan. A triple trap." She revealed.

"Hmm, this was a well-made trap for a rushed job. But, this only means one thing. . ." Shikamaru began to say.

"They are probably resting, most likely from having being wounded from the fight Kiba had told us or this is a trap to lure us." Neji finished the Nara's train of thought.

Then he and Hinata soon made a hand sign and activated their Byakugan. The Hyuga's line of sight extended for a great distance and finally reached the Oto shinobis as they were sitting down and had multiple injuries all over their bodies.

"We found them!" Neji declared to the group.

"Hai, there are three of them and one coffin. . ." Hinata then revealed.

"A. . .coffin?" Satsuki then questioned.

"Alright! Finally we can go and kick some ass!" Naruto declared as he completely disregarded the coffin.

"Hell yeah! Now I can show off my new moves!" Kiba then added as he felt the same way as the blond.

"YOSH! TIME TO SHOW THEM THE POWER OF OUR YOUTH!" Lee then declared.

"Don't be hasty. . ." Shikamaru told the them as he th "As soon as I get my strategy laid down, we'll engage our target!" He then declared.

This was received by a nod from the more composed members of the group.

Elsewhere in the forest. . .

The exhausted trio of Oto shinobis were resting after the fight that had with them being victorious.

Tayuya was panting heavily as she laid her back against a tree. "Dammit. . ." She started. "I can't believe we had to go to the second state for that bullshit. . ." She got out.

Though Jirōbō wasn't panting, he was clearly just as tired as her fellow teammates. "We didn't have a choice. . .after all we were forced to fight two jounins, it would had been our death if we haven't fought with all our energy." He simply commented.

Tayuya merely glared at the larger member of the group. "Shut up asshole!" She roared in annoyance.

"Enough." Kidōmaru ordered as he wasn't in the mood for the girl's attitude. "Get as much rest as you can, because we need to move or risk another attack." He soon added.

"Che. . ." Tayuya got out with annoyance as she looked at the coffin that was to Jirōbō's side. "Fuckin' bitch. . .she got that entire damn village on our tail with that stunt of hers. . .I mean what the fuck!? Who rips off someone's arm and leaves a blood message like that!?" She then ranted.

Kidōmaru then looked at the dark pink haired girl with narrow eyes. "What's done is done, we'll just deal with all the annoyances that come after us." He stated before smirking. "It will make an interesting game for me." He then added in a excited tone.

This caused an annoying expression from Tayuya. "Fuckin' hell, it's always a game to him!" She then added in her head as the three continued to rest.

Within the shadows of some trees and bushes the subtle movements of the bushes were slightly moving. Suddenly one of the bu brushed against a spider web and made it move a little.

Unknown to the shadows, this action reached Kidōmaru's fingers as they was thin treats attach to them. "!" The young man eyes widened when he felt the movement, but didn't move a single muscle.

In the bushes, Shikamaru and Neji were looking while trying his best to remain hidden. "Looks like they haven't noticed us yet. . ." He thought to himself, then his eyes widen when he didn't saw someone. "Where's Sakura?" He muttered quietly so that he could still remain hidden.

Neji then activated his Byakugan as he looked at the Oto shinobis. "It seems like. . ." He began to say. "Haruno is within that coffin." He then revealed.

"Is she dead?" Shikamaru soon questioned with narrow eyes.

"There seems to be some sort of barrier surrounding the coffin, so it's difficult to see through it even with my Byakugan." Neji informed. "However, I doubt they'd kill her, if they wanted her they wouldn't had simply get rid of her." He then added.

Shikamaru turned towards the Hyuga. "Right, I guess you're right." He simply agreed with the older boy's deduction.

However before anything else could be said, Tayuya suddenly threw a kunai in their direction.

Shikamaru and Neji were briefly stun by the action that it took the Nara a few moments to recovered and realized that the kunai had three explosion seals with one already ignited. The two young chunins instantly jumped out of the way.

BOOM!

A massive explosion threw the two chunin off from their jump and made the two skit on the ground.

"Damn!" Shikamaru got out.

"Game start." Kidōmaru soon remarked with a smug grin on his face. "Though we thought it was a snake in those bushes, it turns out to be a couple of insect." He then added in amusement.

At the comment, Jirōbō lean forwards as he was getting ready to fight.

In response, Shikamaru quickly raised his hands in front of him as a sign of no hostility towards them. "Hey, wait! Wait!" He began to say. "We're not here to fight! We came to negotiate!" He then tried to reason with the Oto shinobi.

"Oh?" Kidōmaru got out while he had a small grin on his face. "Then what are these!?" He declared as he suddenly pulled two of his six arms, startling the two chunins.

"WAAH!" Then out of nowhere, Naruto, Kiba and Chōji were pulled out of the nearby bushes.

"Ha, we already knew someone was coming after us!" Tayuya remarked before she soon looked on at the Konoha shinobis as she recognized one of them, twitching at the sight of them. "Dammit! Are you fuckin' kidding me!? What the hell is he doing here!?" She thought in annoyance.

Kiba's eyes meanwhile widen as he looked at the female Oto shinobi. "What the!? That's-!" He thought in disbelief.

"Arf!?" Akamaru barked out on confusion as he then let out a soft growled at Kiba. "She was the enemy this entire time!? Great job partner! Great fuckin' job!" Was what he said in a sarcastic manner.

"What. . .the hell. . ." Kiba soon got out in disbelief. "You gotta be kidding me! She was with that asshole and pedophile that cause a village so much pain!?" He soon added in his head.

Tayuya then sighed in annoyance as she looked away from the two. "All of that, was all your fault." She bluntly declared with narrow eyes and balled fists.

Kiba could only let out a frustrated groan as he was forced to accept that the girl he had spent time with was an enemy, the slightly heartbroken chunin lower his head as his hand pulled out something out of his pocket. "Fine. . .but that doesn't mean will got easy on you! Even if you do work with that pedophile!" He declared as he threw the object right in front of the enemy shinobi.

POOF!

The sudden appearance of the smoke slightly startled the Oto shinobi, but it didn't really affected them. "Haha. . .What good is that smoke bomb will do to you? There's no escape from me." Kidōmaru declared as he still felt a good hold onto his strings that held the Konoha shinobis.

The three tied up shinobi's instantly understood what the six armed man meant, tried as they did, they couldn't be free themselves.

"These strings are thinner than wires, but also stronger and harder to detect. I've laid these all over that area." Kidōmaru declared behind the smoke.

"Damn. . ." Where both Naruto's and Kiba's response.

"So you purposely made those two wires visible. . ." Shikamaru got out with a shocked tone. "It was a triple trap. . .What a blunder I didn't even know there was such a technique." He then added.

"Huh?" Naruto got out as he looked at the way his team leader said it and acted. "Why is he acting like that? Hinata-chan already told us that?" He thought to himself.

"Fuckin' idiot. . ." Kurama commented with a hint of disappointment and anger.

"Oi! What was that for!?" Naruto retorted with a massive tick mark on his head.

"He's trying to stall and tricking them at the same time. . .idiot. . ." Kurama deadpanned.

". . .Oooooh." Naruto soon got out as he calmed down and narrowed his eyes.

Neji meanwhile had already knew all that the Bijū was talking about as he let out a small smirk on his face.

"You guys are all. . ." Kidōmaru began to say when his body suddenly jolted. "What. . .my body!?" He got out while he and the rest of the Oto shinobi stopped moving.

Naruto soon smirked as he stood up. "Haha! Your plan worked Shikamaru!" He declared with a large grin on his face.

It was then that the smoke had finally cleared and everyone saw that below the enemy shinobi's had their shadows touched by Shikamaru's Shadow Possession Jutsu.

"MOTHERFUCKER!" Tayuya roared in annoyance.

"Well, you should also know that there are these kinds of jutsus too, right?" Shikamaru declared with confident tone. "And we already knew about your wires, thanks for falling right into our trap." He then added.

Kidōmaru however just smirked as he struggled moving his body, more so his fingers on his lowest left hand. "Oh you really think so?" He then questioned in a confident tone as a shining thread was soon seen wrapped around his fingers began moving.

SHING!

"What!?" Shikamaru got out as he turned his head to see a few shurikens flying at him. He quickly covered his face with his arms, just in time to blocked the star shape weapon that could had hit his head. "Where did those-!?" He thought with confusion.

However because of his momentary distraction, the Nara had unintentionally ended his jutsu and realizing the Oto shinobi. With his new found freedom, Jirōbō slammed his hands onto the ground and in an instant, a rock wave headed straight at the Konoha shinobi's.

"Crap!" Naruto shouted when he was the attack heading straight at them.

Before anyone could do anything, the wave suddenly split into two paths and circled around them. "Earth Style! Earth Dome Prison!" Jirōbō declared as the waves then turned into a rock dome like barrier, trapping the young chunin within.

"Dammit!" Shikamaru cursed within the dome as he realized that their trap had backfired.

"I'll take care of these guys. . ." Jirōbō declared as he had his hands onto the dome. "I wanna recovered even if it's only a little." he then added.

"Well, catch up with us as soon as you're done eating." Kidōmaru ordered as he and Tayuya turned around. "We're gonna head out." He added as he picked up the coffin.

Tayuya meanwhile took one last look at the dome before looking away. "Idiot. . ." She quietly muttered as she vanished with her fellow Oto shinobi into the trees.

In the dome. . .

"Dammit, get us out!" Naruto roared as he slammed a fist against the rocks.

Kiba meanwhile narrowed his feral eyes as he readied himself. "Out of the way Naruto!" He declared before he leap forward and began spinning alongside Akamaru. "FANG OVER FANG!" He roared as he began drilling at the dome.

The blond and the others jumped or ducked out of the way as two drilling twisters began to attack the sides of the dome. However the dome itself seemed to be unphased by the relentless attack as both Inuzuka and ninken stopped their attacks, then all of the damage that was done slowly began to disappear til it was like it was never there in the first place.

"DAMMIT!" Kiba got out at the sight of his attack didn't did a single thing to the dome while Akamaru whined in worry.

"How did Kiba's attack didn't work?" Naruto wondered out loud as he knew that, though not as strong as his Rasengan, Kiba's attack still had a good piercing effect.

Neji meanwhile narrowed his eyes to what occurred. "This isn't an ordinary dome of earth. . ." He stated as through his Byakugan, he saw that the dome was constantly channeling chakra through the areas that were damaged.

Within the seal, Kurama nodded in agreement to that. "He's sending chakra through the barrier to make it so it regenerates. . .all the while draining your chakra at the same time." He revealed.

Naruto in response to hearing the Bijū's remark caused his eyes to widen. "Shit!" He swore once more.

Neji meanwhile still had his Byakugan activated as he examined the area. "This isn't good, this barrier is not only confining us, but also draining our chakra. . ." He then said the same thing the Bijū had just told his container.

Shikamaru then sighed to that that reveal. "Troublesome. . ." He got out as his brain began to desperately think of what he should do to get his team out of this situation.

Deeper within the forest. . .

The remaining capture squad members had watched their comrades were just placed into the earth dome.

"No!" Lee got out in shock to what happened. "We must help them!" He then declared.

Tenten however grabbed the boy's arm to hold him down. "No! If you do that then you might get caught or worse make the enemy crush them from inside!" She declared.

At this reasoning, Lee was forced to calmed himself as he knew she was right and the former was the last thing he wanted to happen to his friends and comrades.

This also worried the female Uchiha for her fiancé's safety. "Naru-kun! Are you alright!?" Satsuki mentally asked with concern in her voice.

"Yeah! But looks like we can't get out! This freakin' thing is keeps regenerating when we attack it and it keeps absorbing our chakra according to Kurama!" Naruto replied telepathically.

"I could overload it and blow him up." Kurama then suggested with a slight aggressive tone. "Make it so he becomes a bloody and mushy pulp of unrecognizable flesh. . ." He soon added with a dark tone.

". . .That's really dark of you. . ." Hinata admitted as she was slowly starting to see a pattern, but she couldn't afford to think of it right now. "Though I don't think we should waste your chakra like that as it will leave us tired afterwards and we will need it against these guys. . ." She then added.

This gain an united mental nod from both Naruto and Satsuki as Hinata began to tell them of a plan. With that plan Naruto ended the link and quickly when to report it to the others.

"What should we do?" Tenten then whispered in concern.

Hinata in response narrowed her eyes to that as she began to explain.

Back with the Oto shinobi and the stone dome. . .

Though Jirōbō didn't heard what they were secretly whispering to each other, he didn't found it in the least concerning. "I'm going to drain you all into husks!" He declared while licking his lips.

"You know. . .separating yourselves. . ." Shikamaru began to say as he grinnded. "Was a bad decision." He declared.

Jirōbō meanwhile narrowed his eyes as he didn't understood where the Nara's confidence came from. "Don't think false bravado will-" He began to say when suddenly, two shadows appeared right beside him.

"TAKE THIS ASSHOLE!" Satsuki declared as her body was coated in lightning as she prepared to deliver an even intenser lighting powered punch.

"Sixty Four Palms!" Hinata also declared as she prepared the first strike.

"Damn it!" Jirōbō swear as he narrowly managed to let go of the dome so that he could dodge the surprise attack, however he wasn't fast enough as the girls attacks had grazed both of his arms, one was paralyzed by the lightning while the other felt numb from the palm strike.

CHING!

The Oto shinobi didn't even had the time to relax or treat his injury as his chest was suddenly grabbed by a chain that began to cut him. "What!?" Jirōbō cried out as he was pulled back into the air where he was welcome by a green spandex wearing chunin

"Leaf Hurricane!" Lee declared as he kicked the large Oto shinobi in the stomach and sent him crashing down into the ground as a crater was made upon impact.

"Yosh. . ." Hinata got out as she came into view in front of the dome and readied herself. "Naruto-kun, the enemy is incapacitated at the moment!" She called out via mental link.

Inside of the dome, the blond let out a with grin when he heard that. "Got it!" Naruto called out from the inside as he then looked at the Nara. "Looks like Hinata-chan's team had manage to make the bastard's stop the draining we can get out now!" He then him.

Shikamaru nodded as he looked at his best friend. "Chōji, break the dome!" He ordered.

"Right!" Chōji replied as he made a handsign. "Expansion Jutsu!" He declared as he bloated up save for his head, arms and legs.

Jirōbō meanwhile had finally recovered from the early attack as he stood up with a groan. "How dare you interrupt my meal. . ." He retorted with narrow eyes in annoyance. "These brats keep popping up like weeds. . ." He then remarked.

"Human Boulder!" Chōji suddenly declared as he interrupted the Oto shinobi thoughts.

CRASH!

Suddenly the earth dome shattered to pieces as a giant rolling human ball rolled out of its remains. Then one by one, the trapped chunin came out while Shikamaru let out a smirk. "Chōji, your the best!" He called out with a thankful tone as said chubby boy simply chuckled to himself.

"Damn. . ." Jirōbō got out with narrow eyes. "So you got out of my barrier. . ." He declared in annoyance.

"Yeah that's right tubby, what are you gonna do about it?" Satsuki then taunted.

Jirōbō soon grinned as he stretched both of his injured arms. "That's pretty good brats," He began to say as ge began to channel his chakra and this recovered most of his injuries on his arms. "I think I'll be having a nice meal. . ." He declared with an evil and hungry like tone while licking his lips.

Satsuki soon glared at the large man. "We are not food!" She declared.

"Now that we're out we can give you some payback!" Kiba declared as he began his charge with Akamaru.

"Indeed! This is for trapping my comrades!" Lee also declared as he ran towards the large Oto shinobi.

Naruto was also about to draw out his blade to jumped right in when the Uchiha and Hyuga grabbed his shoulders. "Don't." They mentally replied.

"Huh?" Naruto got out as he wasn't expecting that.

"Wait! Hold on!" Shikamaru soon called out.

"Lee!" Tenten also called out in concern.

"Stop now!" Neji then ordered in a stern manner.

The Hyuga's commanding voice instantly stopped the two rashed boys as they hold their charge and turned to looked at him.

"At the moment, it is risky for us to all take on this man head on." Neji stated in a calm tone. "And to add the fact that for some of us, our chakra was drained thanks to his jutsu it could be even more dangerous." He then reminded.

"He's right. . .we can't risked all of us fighting here without knowing his full abilities." Shikamaru agreed. "Not to mention we're wasting time while the others are getting further away towards and they will be getting closer at crossing the border." He then added.

Hinata nodded as she agreed with the assessment. "Yes, we should reserve what we have for the upcoming battles." She advised as she got into a defensive stance.

Before anyone could say anymore, Jirōbō claps his hands together making a snake seal. "Wrong you little runt. . .your not getting away from me because your all my meal!" He once more declared.

Shikamaru was startled by that as a cold sweat fell from his head. "Look out! His planning something!" He warned the rest of his group.

Then Jirōbō slam his hand onto the ground and left a crater upon impact. Not soon this happen the entire area around the group erupted and shock everyone from their foothold.

"You better dodge or get crushed to meaty pieces." Kurama then advised as the Bijū narrowed his eyes.

"What!?" The trio exclaimed in unison.

Then both Neji and Hinata activated their individual Byakugan's to try and locate the enemy only for them to see nothing was there. "He vanished!?" The two thought in unison.

Suddenly, every single instinct in Kiba's instantly screamed at him as his nose then picked up what it was. "He's behind us!" He shouted with startlement.

CRACK!

No sooner the Inuzuka had warned his comrades, a loud cracking sound echoed into the young shinobi's ears. Then the moment they all turned around their faces turn paled in bewilderment and shock.

There before all was Jirōbō holding a humongous size slab of earth that he held with both hands. "EARTH STYLE! SPHERE OF GLEAVE!" He declared.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me. . ." Tenten got out at the sight with wide eyes.

"MOVE!" Lee exclaimed.

"We're gonna get crushed!" Satsuki then exclaimed while she and the others turned around to run.

Chōji however didn't move and stood his ground as he made a hand sign.

Then before anyone could get out of the way, Jirōbō had thrown the slab towards them which would mean instant death to all within its range.

SKRNNG!

The others instantly stopped at the sound of screeching and turned their heads to see a huge spinning ball hitting the huge slab of earth.

"HUMAN BOULDER!" Chōji roared as his jutsu completely shattered the earth into hundreds of pieces.

Satsuki soon sighed in relief to the display. "Awesome work Chōji!" She praised.

Shikamaru meanwhile smirked as he looked at his long time friend. "Not bad." He got out.

"Excellent work!" Lee then praised while pumping a fist.

Chōji didn't stopped his attack as he kept spinning and rammed straight into the Oto shinobi. However what the young boy didn't expected was that enemy had the raw physical strength to stopped his charge with his bare hands.

"!" Chōji got out as he was startled and couldn't move an inch anymore while the Oto shinobi smirked at him. But before the Akimichi could do anything else, his eyes widen when he saw a knee heading straight as his face.

"Knee Strike!" Jirōbō declared as he hit the round Akimichi upwards with immense strength.

"Gah!" Chōji shouted upon impact as he then headed straight down where the Oto shinobi had positioned himself for a vicious tackle.

"No you don't!" Tenten declared as she quickly lowered her body while she activated her phantom blade and took aim.

SHINK SHINK SHINK!

At that instant, multiple senbons were sent at a good speeds straight at the Oto shinobi head.

"!?" Jirōbō was startled at the incoming projectiles that he was forced to stopped his attack just in time for the senbons to harmlessly passed him.

The Akimichi used this chance to get some distance from him as he landed next to the Nara leader while he panted with slight exhaustion.

"Is that all? Some lousy senbons?" He then questioned in a taunting tone. "Man, I heard that Konoha was full of losers, but to be this bad? Ha! No wonder that girl got her arms ripped off by Orochimaru-sama's disciple!" He soon remarked with confidence.

SNAP!

To hearing that insult, Tenten felt something snapped in her head from the insult to her profession and her friend as she took out her chain blade and whipped the ground, creating some sparks as a result as the shadows covered her eyes.

Naruto made his signature hand seal as he was preparing himself to fight with his clones.

Lee meanwhile gained a tick mark on his forehead at his teammate's attempted attack and the remark about Konoha. "Don't you dare insult Tenten's creation, our home or our friends!" He declared as he began to charge.

"Yeah!" Satsuki agreed with anger. "Tenten-chan's creations are awesome you leech! And at least we're more free then you bastards!" She soon remarked as she also began to charge in.

Kiba meanwhile narrowed his eyes as also charged in alongside Akamaru. "Payback time for trapping us!" He then declared.

Neji and Hinata meanwhile activated their eyes as they examined the area.

"Everyone wait!" Shikamaru shouted as loud as he could.

This got the attempted reaction as the rest stopped but didn't lower their guards.

"We need to split up." Shikamaru stated as he knew that they would be wasting too much time. "Half of us has to stay to take on this lumix while the other half goes after Haruno before she gets to the border." He then explained.

"What!?" Naruto and Satsuki exclaimed in unison.

"But that would weaken our fighting power!" Hinata then reminded.

When the Oto shinobi heard this, he let out an amused scoff. "Oh ho this is rich, that scrawny guys your leader? You really think you can stop me if you just split up?" Jirōbō remarked in amusement as the Nara was startled by it. "Oh no, you brats are gonna be my next meal, starting with that foolish leader of yours!" He declared.

SNAP!

Soon to that remark, something inside of Chōji's head had snapped from hearing such deplorable comments about his best friend.

"Why you!" Naruto roared out in anger to the insult.

"Your a dead man!" Satsuki soon declared with fury.

"Hold it!" Chōji suddenly and loudly ordered in a serious manner.

That order immediately got everyone's attention as they all looked as the big boned boy.

Chōji meanwhile had an angry, stern and serious expression on his face with narrow eyes. "He's mine. I'll take care of him!" He declared with complete determination in his voice.

". . .Eh?" Satsuki got out in confusion.

The sudden declaration left almost all of his friends speechless as the kind of declaration wasn't something the kind hearted boy would say. "Chōji. . ." Shikamaru got out with worry in his tone.

"Chōji-kun, this isn't someone you should take on alone." Lee stated in concern.

Hinata meanwhile nodded in agreement to that. "Lee-san's right, we don't know anything about this enemy." She reminded.

"Hinata-chan, Bushy-brows." Naruto suddenly declared halting both the Hyuga and the spandex wearing friend. "Let him fight. . .that dumbass Oto shinobi said the wrong words. . ." He then added.

"But-" Hinata tried to reason, but when she saw both the blond's and the Akimichi faces, she knew that nothing she said would change their minds as she then nodded. "Ok. . ." She replied in a hesitant tone.

"That right. . .let the Oto shinobi get slaughtered and become a mushy pile of flesh. . ." Kurama then stated with a low growling tone and red glowing narrow eyes.

Satsuki then looked at the rest of the group with her own serious expression, understanding the meaning behind it ". . .We got to go everyone." She calmly stated. "Chōji's got it from here. . ." She soon added.

". . ." The others didn't said a word as they all simply closed their eyes and nodded.

Chōji meanwhile went into his pouch and took out a small bag. "Shikamaru, take these food pills with you and go after Haruno." He calmly requested.

To hearing that, Shikamaru was confused to the request before he realized something. "Oi Chōji, don't tell me that you. . ." He started but trailed off in the end.

Said Akimichi merely nodded in response to that. "Yeah, I got my secret weapon on me." He revealed.

Shikamaru then looked at the Akimichi as he began to walk pass them. "Yeah but that's. . ." He started.

"Shikamaru, we got to go." Neji then stated in a calm tone.

Shikamaru in response to that gained a worried expression for his best friend before he nodded. "Chōji. . .you better catch up with us later." He soon ordered.

"Right." Was all Chōji had to say as the rest left via Shushin.

After everyone had left, the Akimichi saw that Tenten was the only one left beside. "I'm staying. . .I have to make him pay for what he said about Ino-chan. . ." She declared in a serious manner

But before the Akimichi had a chance to say anything.

"Like I would let you! I'll make quick work of you two and then get the rest of my meal!" Jirōbō declared as he charged straight at the two remaining Konoha shinobi's.

Tenten immediately got into her crouching position once more and fired her senbons once more.

"You really think that will do anything!?" Jirōbō shouted as he easily swat the senbons away.

But because of this momentary distraction, Chōji had charged forwards and delivered a punch to the Oto shinobi straight into his gut, however because of his strength he only slide a few inches.

Jirōbō in response to the attacks merely scoffed to that. "Again! Did you really thing that will do anything to me!?" He roared as he raised his hand and prepared to deliver a elbow strike to the boy's head.

"No you don't!" Tenten declared as she spun her chain blade a bit before whipping it out at the Oto shinobi.

CLINK CLINK CLINK!

The chain wrapped itself onto the enemies raised arm and took hold on it as the bladed part embedded into his skin, halting the attack. "AH!" Jirōbō shouted as the sharp blades of the whip dug into his flesh. "You little bitch!" He roared in anger as he pulled the arm back.

This caused the Konoha kunoichi to be sent flying upwards, but while in midair Tenten prepared her phantom blade once more as she fired some senbons. "Right back at you!" She retorted.

Jirōbō simply lean backwards to dodge the oncoming senbons, however that resulted in the blades digging further into his skin. "AH!" He shouted once more in pain.

WHAM!

Using the momentary distraction, Chōji delivered a vicious uppercut to the enemies chin. "That was for Ino. . ." He declared.

But the impact didn't cause to much damage as the boy had hoped it would. "Enough!" Jirōbō shouted as he planted his feet firmly on the ground and delivered a powerful tackle. "Charging Tackle!" He declared as the hit sent the Akimichi flying backwards and while ignoring the pain, he grabbed the chain whip and swung it around, sending the kunoichi crashing towards her fallen teammate.

"AGH!" The two got out in pain as Tenten laid on top of the Akimichi.

Once the two were at a good distance away, Jirōbō pulled the chain sword out off Tenten's hand and then crashed it in his hands. "Useless toys." He declared as he threw the remains away.

Tenten slowly got off her comrade as she didn't know what hurt more, the crushing blow to her pride as a weaponsmith after seeing the remains of her weapon or the pain from the collision. "D-Dammit. . ." She struggled out as she held her side.

Chōji meanwhile groaned as he looked at his teammate. "Are you alright?" He got out in concern.

Tenten in response to that nodded. "Yeah, nothing broken." She replied. "Though my sword got destroyed. . ." She then got out in a slightly depressed tone as she placed it away, hoping that she could fix it or make another one.

Now both comrades finally stood up as they looked at the enemy who had a smirk on his face. "This is going to be harder than I thought it would. . ." Chōji couldn't help but got out as a sweat fell from his face. ". . .Will I have to use them?" He then muttered in concern for himself as his hand moved slightly towards his pouch where his trump card was being held.

Tenten once more nodded to that as she readied herself. "Yeah. . .but we knew that from the beginning. . ." She reminded in a serious tone.

As if that was the cue, Jirōbō charged straight at the two with the full intention of finishing them while having a hungry expression on his face.

In the forest away from the fight. . .

The Capture Squad was still moving after Oto Shinobis as they dashed through the trees. Though each had a concern expression on their faces as they didn't like the decision of letting just Chōji staying to fight against the Oto shinobi.

At that moment, Shikamaru took at the bag of food pills that was given to him. "Naruto," He called out. "A parting gift from Chōji, get your strength back." Shikamaru ordered.

To that, the blond looked at the Nara as he watched his team leader throwing a bag towards him before he caught it with one hand. "Yeah!" Naruto replied as he quickly took one soldier pill and eat it. Instantly, he felt some of his chakra being restored.

Within the seal, Kurama merely scoffed to that. "Why bother with those insufficient pills. . .With my chakra you could've destroyed him and be done with him. . ." He stated with a growl.

Naruto's eyes widen to hearing that remark. "What the hell's up with you?" He muttered his question with concern for the Bijū before shaking it off as he knew his should be focus on the task at hand. "Kiba!" He called out as he threw the Inuzuka.

In response, Kiba turned slightly and caught the bag. "Thanks Naruto." He replied as he began to take some of the pills and gave one to Akamaru.

"Shikamaru. . ." Neji then started as they kept moving. "Was it wise to let Chōji fought that Oto shinobi on his own?" He then asked.

This caught Satsuki's attention as she frown. "Yeah, you think he can handle that brute?" She also asked in concern. "I know I said before that he could handle him but. . ." She then added before trailing off.

Hinata meanwhile nodded in agreement to that. "We know nothing of his abilities and that could be dangerous." She soon reminded.

"Yeah, it seemed at the time that Chōji-kun had some kind of secret that was hidden from us." Lee meanwhile stated.

"Though Chōji didn't use it right at the start, he brought the Akimichi clan's ultimate secrete pills on this mission. . ." Shikamaru began to explain. "Those are the Three Coloured Pills." He then revealed.

"Three Coloured Pills?" Hinata and Satsuki asked in unison.

"What are those? Are they like the soldier pills?" Naruto then asked.

Shikamaru merely nodded to that as his eyes never stopped looking forward. "Something like that. . .they're pills that grant an explosive power. There are three of them: green, yellow and red. The amount of energy that each of the pills contains is absolutely massive." He explained in detailed.

"Oh, so that's why Chōji-kun seemed so confident." Lee realized.

". . ." Shikamaru didn't replied but his worried expression clearly says that he wasn't feeling relieved in the slightest. "I just hope he doesn't need to use them. . .after all, pills that work that well always has side effects. . ." He added in his mind with concern.

Satsuki merely nodded to her fellow chunin in green before she blinked a few time while she looked around and noticed something was missing, more like who wasn't there. "Wait. . .WHERE'S TENTEN-CHAN!?' She exclaimed.

Naruto and Kiba's eyes then widen as they then noticed that said girl wasn't with them. "Oh crap!" Kiba shouted.

"What the-!? Where's Tenten-chan!?" Naruto then added.

Hinata soon looked back and noticed that the blacksmith's daughter wasn't with them too. "I thought she was right behind us!" She then admitted.

Neji then looked at the female Uchiha as they kept moving. "You mean you hadn't noticed until just now?" He questioned.

"Wait. . .You knew!?" Naruto shouted with both startlement and anger.

"Yeah. . .I saw her stay behind with Chōji." Shikamaru informed them.

Neji merely nodded in agreement to that statement. "Yes, she had decided to stay behind and assist him." He then revealed.

"And none of you bothered to tell us!?" Satsuki demanded more so then asked.

"It was her choice Satsuki." Neji stated in a calm matter and then looked at the girl straight in the eyes. "And once she makes up her mind, she can be just as stubborn as you." He then added.

Satsuki's then widen as she realized that. "Yeah. . ." She admitted.

"And that's saying something since she gained her stubbornness from Naruto. . ." Kiba then remarked with a chuckle with Akamaru barking in agreement.

"Hey! What's that suppose to mean!?" Naruto shouted with annoyance.

"And I like how I am now! So screw you!" Satsuki soon remarked.

The Nara only shook his head at that. "Anyways. . .just trust her and Chōji to deal with that Oto shinobi." Shikamaru soon ordered with a serious tone.

Satsuki in response calmed down to that as she and the others nodded in agreement while they narrowed their eyes. "Yeah, we got Haruno to get back. . ." She declared in a serious tone.

With their trust placed on their two friends, the rest of the team dashed to the trees with even move speed so that they could catch up with the other Oto shinobis.

Far away, deep underground. . .

"AAAAAAAAAAAH!" The screams of agony soon echoed through the many underground caverns alongside the sounds of a shower.

DRIP! PLOP! DRIP! PLOP!

The sound of blood dropping in massive amounts floated out of the decaying arm of while some pieces of flesh also fell off the Snake Sannin. "CURSES! CURSED OLD MAN!" Orochimaru swore in anger and agony.

"Orochimaru-sama!" Kabuto exclaimed with concern at the sight of his master. "This is bad. . .the decaying is going faster than it should have. . ." He thought with concern for his master's safety. "At this rate, he'll die. . ." He then added with a grim tone.

Outside the room, Danzō merely scoffed to the sounds the Snake Sannin was making. "Pathetic. . ." He remarked. "This is what Orochimaru has become after obtaining his immortality jutsu after wasting his life just to keep it, a decaying and sickly man." He then added.

To that comment from the elderly man, Kabuto glared at him with narrow eyes. "Watch it Danzō. . .or one would say you're a hypocrite. . ." He reminded with malice in his tone as he looked at the man's bandage arm.

Danzō in turn merely glared back at the glasses wearing medic, but didn't said anything or it would only prove the medic right.

"KABUTO!" Orochimaru roared towards his loyal right hand from in the shower. "PREPARE A BODY!" He then ordered.

This instantly ended the conversation as Kabuto concern face turn towards his master. "Hai Orochimaru-sama! I'll prepare it at once!" He responded before he shushin away.

Danzō then turned around to leave as he narrowed his eye. "I will leave to go conditionality our shinobis as you are clearly useless as of now." He declared.

The sounds of groaning was heard before it was soon followed by the sounds of panting. "Do as you wish." Orochimaru simply retorted with a raspy tone.

The elderly man simply let out a scoff as he turned around. "I must remind you that our alliance is steady as long as our student arrives to these cave." Danzō stated as he left the room, while he walked through the dark halls of the caverns. "Otherwise I'll do everything in my power to take control of this land." He then added in his mind.

In another area of the underground caverns. . .

Kabuto calmly walked through the halls until he reached a large room that had multiple layers, each of them had many doors that had a seal to close them. Then Kabuto did a single hand seal. "Kai!" He declared.

In an instant, every single seal of the doors burned and this action let out all of the prisoners. Soon one by one, they slowly began to walk towards the center of the room as they let out quiet groans and moans.

Once everyone was out of their prisons Kabuto looked down. "Alright, listen up all of you!" He declared with authority in his tone.

All of the men below slowly began to look upwards where Kabuto was as said shinobi was smiling at them.

"How about we start a small Killing Game." Kabuto revealed with the same smile on his face.

This confused all of them men below as they couldn't understand why they would even bother to do that, they knew they would all end up dead sooner or later so why bother with this.

Kabuto had expected this reaction as his smile turned vile. "Oh! Did I forget to mention that the winner gets to leave this place?" He then added before he left the room.

SLASH! SPLAT! SHING! THUD!

The moment the medic left, he began to hear the sounds of flesh being slashed and blood being splattered.

This action in turn made Kabuto let out a long sigh. "Kami, I sounded like her for a moment. . ." He then realized, as twisted as he was even he didn't like her methods and that's said a lot. "Not to mention she supplied the Sound Three members with her experimental pills. . .Those poor bastards. . ." He soon added as he then shivered at the possible results.

Kabuto shook his head as he realized something because of these thoughts while adjusting his glasses. "I don't think they'll be able to bring the girl because of it. . ." He said with a serious tone. "I better send someone that will guarantee to bring her to us. . ." He decided as a vile smirk appeared on his face . "Kimimaro. . ." He decided as he headed towards the medical ward of the underground cavern.

Elsewhere. . .

Danzō was hobbling through the corridors, he began to think of the so called best Orochimaru had sent to retrieve her apprentice weren't that great as he claims as he think they were. As in the war hawk's opinions, they were worthless in comparison to his ROOT, let alone his newest shinobi and apprentice Sakura.

The more the warhawk thought about it, the more he thought about the more he that the Sannin didn't have what it takes to be a leader or realize both quantity and quality of shinobis. "No matter. . .the pieces are already falling into place as such since he gave his orders to me to train his men." Danzō soon muttered to himself before he reached a deserted room and stopped. "Report." He ordered.

At that moment, two hooded shinobis with completely white masked appeared from the darkness and kneeled before the elderly man. "More of Orochimaru's men have become corrected." The first member informed.

"At the current time, five percent of the shinobis have now fitted for your expectations Danzō-sama." The second shinobi concluded.

In response to that, the elderly man nodded as he was expected this much progress. "Excellent, how much time would you say it will take until all of Orochimaru's forces are under our control?" He then questioned.

The first ROOT shinobi then further lowered his head. "While most of the Sannin shinobi's can be easily corrected as it is apparent that he only uses them for experiments, he still has an enormous amount of them throughout the world." He began to explained.

"As such it would that between three to four years to conditionalized at the very least ninety percent." The second added while giving a rough estimate.

Danzo merely nodded in response to that. "That is to be expected." He responded as he knew from the start that this would be a very long process to obtain new forces. "Orochimaru had tasked me to train his shinobis to fight, however he will not be expecting the slow process of taking over." He thought to himself. "Very well, continue with the process and send the message to the rest of my men at the other bases they were stationed at." He then ordered.

"Hai." The two ROOT replied in unison as they disappeared into the shadows.

As his men vanished from his sight, Danzō once more began to hobble into the darkness himself. "Soon. . .The Obedience of Shadows will be reborn from the darkness itself." He declared. "And I will be it's one true master." He then added.

With that declaration, the shadow shinobi left the room as his plans would be delayed, but won't be stopped by those that walk in the light or those that walked the path of the snake.

JG (JGResidentEvil)'S A/N: Well. . .how's it going everyone. . . JGResidentEvil here with fight2protect with another chapter of Uchiha Heiress Remix. . .and man was it a tough one in many ways. . .we also apologize for the long upload of a chapter. . .

F2P (fight2protect)'s A/N: Yeah, we had a really tough time with our real world situations, family, jobs, etc. . .So is really taken a lot of our time. Anyways, this chapter really was tough, but this will be the turning point that WILL make the fic a bit more serious. . .As shown in this chapter, there won't be any more fun and games. Well at least for the next few chapters.

JG: Yeah truth is, I actually had what happened planned in the beginning. . .but it still hurt having to fully write it out. . .for many reasons. . .mainly what happened to Ino. . .

F2P: Yup. . .We did say that Ino WOULD regret her decision about NOT telling anyone about Sakura involvement during the invasion, well. . .this was the consequence. . .Also we like to say that we had planned for Ino losing her arm YEARS ago, so if any important blond characters that had lost their arm in recent years, we DID NOT got it from their shows. . .

JG: That was before I realized that little fact about blondes at times. . .

F2P: Anyways, while her situation is indeed bad, it's just ONE of the major problems our heroes will be up against. . .and I don't mean just the current situation with Sakura and the remaining Sound Shinobi. . .

JG: Yeah, all the negativity that is currently going as a result of this story's Sakura Haruno's actions is having more of an effect then what happened in canon with Sasuke leaving the village for the pedo.

F2P: Let's just say. . .that all of this is making something that had been sealed to finally come out. . .and that something will truly change our heroes. . .

JG: Yeah, and it will be even crazier when it happens, though it won't be for a while. . .

F2P: Now the next part was that while it was mostly canon about the plan to go after Sakura, I bet no one was expecting that the blood thirsty ones were our favorite trio while it would be Shikamaru and Chōji who were the ones with the courage to say they DIDN'T want to kill Sakura?

JG: Yeah, it was a surprise for even me at the time, but then F2P explained the reason behind it and it was a good one.

F2P: I mean sure the trio should haved normally be the ones to say do the right thing as we're going to the hero route, but you have to realize that not even heroes are immune to anger and hatred. I mean who wouldn't? Someone just went and mangled a dear friend, how couldn't they want blood?

JG: Sakura did rip off Ino's arm in a brutal way, so it can be completely understandable. . .but there's one phrase that I heard that is a wise one: Death is the easy way out for a person. . .

F2P: That and we wanted Shikamaru and Chōji to show the trio that even them, who care deeply for their friend/teammate, that they still have a duty to uphold and that it was the right thing to do. This is to show that our heroes AREN'T always going to be the light to guide the others, sometimes THEY will need OTHERS to keep THEM in the right path.

JG: Sure wise words from wise people indeed. *Nods in agreement* Besides, if they did kill Sakura, they would've just be as bad as she is, which is something they would never want.

F2P: And thus. . .keeping them to STILL be at the right path. . .for NOW. . .Now continuing, the first matchup was canon, but we decided to be a bit more original by adding Tenten into the mix. :)

JG: Which it was an original idea from myself. Let's just say that I can't stand people saying that Tenten is well. . .weak just because she barely had any character development save for some filler episodes in the show, which is the reason she has a much larger role here.

F2P: Do we even have to say it? THE. . .EPIC. . .CHAKRA. . .SHIELD. . .and let to forget her cool weapons she had created and any other future creations that will soon. . .but they will remain a secret for now. :D

JG: I bet your wondering how she's gonna be helping Chōji against Jirōbō in this variation of this fight, well let's just say it's not gonna be like canon. Anyway, now it's time to do review responses. Here's mine from Leaf Ranger!

also just wondering... what does the -chi suffix mean? also i'm assuming that oppai means boobs (or somewhere around the lines of it)... oh! and please explain why Nina sometimes repeats her words.

besides that, just wanted to state my slight dislike of introducing 4 OCs at the same time. especially since the animal names dont have a huge difference and dont talk often. this often makes it a little irritating and confusing for me to follow... also the animals are a wolf cub, tiger cub and some weird ass bird right?

The -chi suffix is doesn't have a real meaning, it's just what she likes to add to the names to the people and animals she likes. Also yeah, oppai means boobs and/or breasts and as for her repeating words is just her thing, because of her time in the wilderness it had affected her speech pattern a little, but it's to make her sound cuter.

Well we feel a bit sad that about your dislike about the sudden introduction, but you should just focus on Nina as the most important of this new OC's because the animal friends are no different then Akamaru. Now as for their names and what they are, it's pretty much short version of their japanese animal names, Okki comes from Okami translation of wolf, Ora from Tora which is tiger, while for Ori is short of Tori, aka bird. Also Ori isn't that weird, she's quite beautiful. ^^"

JG: Yeah, Nina's just a little fireball of energy and with the way she was raised, it will make things interesting for Konoha. Now then, for the last bit, like the previous chapter, only one remastered chapter was done this times mainly because of this arc starting. And here is the title!

Yup, the final chapter of the pre-Chunin Final Exam training is now done, so expect to see this one up soon! You'll know by the title changing from the former one to this new one.

F2P: It will be up in a day or two. Also sorry about only being one remaster chapter, again we were really busy, hopefully we can change that, but since it's close to the winter holidays, we weren't so sure.
