50. Chapter 50

Chapter 50: The Strength of Courage and the Sight of Skill

Within the forest, the remaining Konoha Capture Squad members were still in hot pursuit through the tree after they had left two of their members, Chōji and Tenten, behind to fend off a member of the Otogakure that stood in their way, however. . .

The group had stopped for a moment as they saw their team leader Shikamaru suddenly stopped and landed below, then he took out a kunai and began carving something into a tree.

The rest of the squad followed and landed next to the Nara. "What are you doing Shikamaru?" Satsuki asked in confusion.

This caused the Nara to stop for a brief moment to look as his team. "It's for Chōji and Tenten, so that they can find us later." He revealed as he continued carving. "Chōji promise that he'll catch up and I'm sure Tenten will be with him when they're done with that Oto shinobi." He then added with complete confidence.

Upon hearing that, the rest of the members of the group simply smiled at each other as their expression were brimming with confidence as well.

"Got that right! Chōji and Tenten will beat that fatso to a blood pulp!" Kiba responded with a grin on his face.

The green clad boy raised both of his fist towards the sky. "Hai! Both Chōji-kun and Tenten will defeat their enemy and make their flames youth shine brighter!" Lee declared a bit louder then the others but also fully confident in to the statements given.

Naruto had his infamous grin on his face as he nodded in agreement to that, then took out a kunai. "Well since we stopped for the moment." He began as he walked towards the same tree and began carving something as well.

Both Satsuki and Kiba grinned widely as they like what the blond had in mind. "Yeah!" They got out in unison as they too got out a kunai of their own and proceeded in carving something too.

Once their team leader had finished, he let the three make their carvings before he moved away. "Be quick about it, we still got to catch the rest of them." Shikamaru reminded as he, Lee and the Hyuga cousin left the area.

"Hey!" Naruto got out when he saw this as he and the other two quickly finished, then after they finished leaving their messages, they catch up with their comrades and restarted the pursuit once more.

A few moments later, within the Inuzuka's jacket, Akamaru sniffed the air around them as he then barked to his master. "We're getting close." Kiba informed the rest of the team.

Naruto took a quick smell and narrowed his eyes. "Got that right. . ." He agreed as he was getting ready for combat.

Neji also narrowed his eyes to that and then activated his Byakugan as he began look ahead for any traps like before. "That's strange, it's been a long time and we had yet encountered a single trap." He reveled as he continued looking ahead.

The younger Hyuga also activated her Byakugan and nodded in agreement with her cousin's assessment. "Yes, there is no sign of a single trap, it's as if they didn't even made an effort to delay us." Hinata then added.

"Huh, what's up with that?" Satsuki then asked in confusion to the lack of resistance.

The team leader quickly thought of the most likely reason for their enemy to do such a thing. "Looks to me that we're being underestimate." Shikamaru stated. "They're cocky, they think we're dead already and that the big guy is already following them. So they don't need to make a trap for their own teammate." He then analysed.

"Ok! If there's one thing that pisses me off, is assholes underestimating me! Just the same level at someone messing with my friends!" Naruto roared in pure annoyance.

"INDEED!" Lee loudly agreed. "There is nothing more youthful about such a thing as arrogantly presume the enemy is weaker than yourself!" He then added with a fire in his eyes.

Hinata soon focused her Byakugan to make sure that their isn't any more traps. "It does appears that the enemy didn't made any more traps." She agreed with both her cousin and team leader's analysis. "However. . .I agree with Naruto-kun, it's insulting to be underestimated. . ." She declared with a hidden annoyance in her tone.

"Hell yeah it is!" Satsuki declared as she didn't even bother to hide her annoyance. "Now it's gonna bit them in the ass for thinking we're weak dattebakon!" She added.

However the older Hyuga wasn't that affected like his comrades to lose his composure. "However this could be the opportunity we need." Neji soon stated in a calm matter.

Shikamaru nodded in agreement. "Yeah. . .It's our chance to get them by surprised. . ." He soon stated.

Everyone gained a smirk on their faces as they like the sound of that.

Further in the forest. . .

The two remaining Oto Shinobis were dashing through the tree with the coffin that held the unconscious body of Sakura's as they continued on to accomplish their mission.

As Tayuya continued to running as her eyes briefly looked back where the other were. "Looks like that kid and puppy bit the dust. . ." She thought to herself.

While the boy and puppy had given Tayuya a sense of freedom that she long had forgotten and though she was somewhat grateful for that, she really didn't care if the boy was dead or alive. "The fatass late." She stated in annoyance.

Kidōmaru on the other hand merely chuckled amusingly at that. "Well you know Jirōbō, loves to make sure he gets if fill, even though those brats might not be much." He then reminded as he eyes looked to the side. "Besides. . .he's already back." He then added.

No sooner this was said, Jirōbō appeared right behind the two and he dashed next to them.

"Well that was fast, faster than I thought it would." Kidōmaru remarked with a smirk on his face.

Jirōbō merely nodded in response while his gaze only look forward. "Yeah, those brats didn't had much chakra, so I quickly drained them." He replied with a neutral tone.

"Listen fatso, if it was that quick to get rid of them, then you should had done so without wasting time." Tayuya complained with her usual rude tone. "You see that coffin? It's your job to carry it. So do your job you slob!" She then ordered with an irritated tone.

The large teen didn't so much as flinch nor did he react at the remark and continued looking ahead. "Ok. . ." Jirōbō calmly replied with the same tone as before.

However this reply by their teammate didn't suit well with the other Oto Shinobi as they narrowed their eyes.

"Well, well Jirōbō, aren't you easy going today." Kidōmaru commented with a hint of suspicion in his tone.

"Yeah? So what?" Jirōbō simply retorted as his tone did not change in the slightest.

Suddenly Kidōmaru and Tayuya stopped their march as they turned around and faced the large teen. "Well its just means that I'm not going to hand this coffin to you. Because your not the real Jirōbō!" The six armed teen declared as he threw the coffin towards the female Oto kunoichi as he began to move his mouth as if was chewing on something. "Ninja Art: Spider Chain!" He declared as he threw a spider web like thread towards the large teen.

As a result, Jirōbō was easily caught in the threads and then bonded on the tree he was standing on.

The dark pink headed girl then tisked as she grabbed the coffin and then looked at Jirōbō. "Dumbass! The fatass always whines like a bitch when I whenever I talk!" Tayuya declared as she held the coffin.

Jirōbō in response could only narrowed his eyes as he tisked at that detail. "Damn." He got out as a puff of smoke covered him, after it cleared up it reveal a trapped Shikamaru. "Well this was troublesome. . ." He remarked in annoyance before snapping his fingers.

SNAP!

Suddenly behind Kidōmaru, two shadows appeared with blades on their hands.

"RAAAAAH!" Naruto roared as he prepared to swing his blade.

"YAAAAAH!" Satsuki also roared as she readied her sword to strike.

However in response to this, Kidōmaru smirked as he jumped off the branch just as the two were about to hit him, he quickly swung completely around the branch and then kick the two in the back.

"Shit!" Satsuki cursed as she and the blond were sent flying away.

Once Kidōmaru had readjust himself in midair, he began to chew yet again. "Ninja Art! Spider Net!" He declared as he spewed out a spider web like substance and shot it at the two.

The attack instantly hit the two flying and defenceless teens and then were stuck on, different but nearby, trees. "What the!?" Naruto got out as he couldn't move.

"Bastard!" Satsuki swore in anger as she struggled to break free.

While Kidōmaru was still in the air, he prepared to deal the finishing blow when. . .

"FANG OVER FANG!" Kiba roared with Akamaru barking.

The Oto shinobi heard the attack coming and pulled himself upwards using nearly invisible threads in all six of his hands. This allowed him to easily dodge the attack as the tornados passed him harmlessly, making him smirk as if taunting him. However before he could do anything else. . .

A green blur appeared right over Oto shinobi head. "KONOHA FALLING KICK!" Lee declared.

This time Kidōmaru was too late to see let alone react the falling drop kick hitting his head and making him let go of the threads on his hands, however he managed to recover quick enough to land on a nearby branch.

The two Kiba's then land on a nearby branches as they looked up. "Yes!" Kiba declared with a smirk on his face.

"Yeah! Way to go Lee!" The trapped Naruto praised his friend for landing the hit.

Lee then landed next to the real Kiba and gave him a thumbs up. "Thank you for the youthful praise!" He replied while giving a smile.

However despite the hit, Kidōmaru rub his head while the smirk was still on his face. "Ok. . .this might be a bit more fun than I thought it would." He declared with an excited tone. "But not by much. . ." He then added.

"Wait what?" Kiba got out in confusion.

"What are you talking about!? We got the first strike!" The trapped Satsuki then retorted.

"But I already have you all trap in my web." Kidōmaru declared as his smirk grew wider.

"What!?" Kiba shouted as he looked down and saw that his feet, Akamaru's and Lee's feet were indeed caught in a sticky web like substance.

Once more Kidōmaru smirked at his caught prey. "Tayuya, get the girl out of here, I'll deal with the rest of these weaklings." He ordered with excited tone.

Tayuya in response merely scoffed to that. "Whatever." She remarked as she took the coffin as the rest of the capture squad, more so towards the trapped Inuzuka. "Guess this really is your time to bite the big one." She thought to herself before she dashed through the trees once more.

"Shit! She's getting away!" Satsuki shouted as she struggled to free herself.

The others also tried to free themselves as well but the web stickiness was just too strong to pulled and too hard to cut the threads.

"Don't bother, even two elephants couldn't pull that thread apart." Kidōmaru bragged with complete confidence.

"Dammit!" Naruto, Satsuki and Kiba got out in unison.

Shikamaru on the other hand only let out a sigh as he didn't even try to confirm his statement and he knew he was telling the truth.

Once the only female member of the Oto shinobi had left, Kidōmaru turned towards the trapped Konoha chunins. "Alright. . ." He began to say as he started to chew something inside of his mouth before he used his multiple arms to take gold colored spider webs from his mouth, biting down on them to separate them. "Golden Spider Spikes." He declared.

Shikamaru's eyes then narrowed at the sight of this. "A different color?" He thought.

Then the young chunin saw that those golden like threads began to harden into a shaped weapon, with tapering shaft and curved scythe shaped blade, but because of the substance it was made of, it had many spike around it.

"Oh crap. . ." Naruto got out as he knew where this was heading.

"Now then, who should I strike first?" Kidōmaru asked with a playful yet malicious tone as he cocked back his improved weapons to throw them at his trapped prey.

Suddenly, two blurs silently came from the six armed teen's side while ready to attack him while his guard was finally down.

"Hyuga, now!" Kurama ordered. "Tear him and his damned threads to shreds!" He demanded.

But as Kidōmaru looked at his caught prey's smirks, his instincts kicked in and used his threats to pull himself out of the way. However he wasn't fast enough for the two palm strikes that were aimed at him grazed the sides of his lower arms.

"Agh!" Kidōmaru shouted in pain as he felt the reason why Hyuga's were deadly close range fighters.

"Oh come on!" Naruto shouted as the attack had also failed.

"Dammit!" Satsuki also screamed at the failed attack.

"It appears are three layer ambushed was a failure. . ." Neji got out as he and his cousin landed by the tree the enemy was standing on.

Hinata in turn could only nod in agreement. "Yes, this shows that this enemy is much more skilled and can easily detect the changes in his surroundings." She analysed.

Kidōmaru meanwhile tried to move his injured arms while making a quick analysed of the area, then he felt that although his arms were slightly injured, he could still move them. "It looks like I'll be able to regain full use in a few minutes." He thought as he made a quick analysis of his arms and then he eyed his newer prey. "Well that's just makes this game be a bit more fun." He declared with a smirk as he then backed away to get enough space to either attack or defend at a safe distance.

"That will change when this guy's arms are ripped apart. . ." Kurama darkly declared while he growled like a savage beast.

The trio meanwhile was either busy or distracted at first to had heard those types of declarations before, but now that they had a semi chance to breathe, they began to worry. However they knew that this wasn't the time or place to asked, but they were now very concerned by the way the Bijū was talking with so much bloodlust.

Shikamaru meanwhile tisked at their final failed ambush attempt. "Looks like this guy's smarter than he looks." He remarked with narrow eyes.

"No kidding, wait until I get my hands on him! I'm going to kick his ass!" Naruto declared as he futilely tried to free himself from the web.

Satsuki nodded in agreement to that. "Hell yeah dattebakon!" She agreed in the same angered tone as she tried to break free.

"Hey! I call dibs first!" Kiba declared as he struggled to move his legs.

Neji then looked at the trapped Nara and the webs binding him with his Byakugan. "It seems that there is chakra running through these threads." He soon started as he got to the leader of the Capture Squad.

The leader simply sigh as he looked lazily at the webs. "Yeah. . .kinda figured, if that guy's bragging has any truth to it, it would probably be the reason." Shikamaru stated.

"Indeed, these are definitely strong threads." Lee then admitted. "But we will be free with our youthful spirits!" He then declared.

Neji soon focused his Byakugan on the threads to analyze it once more and then closed his eyes for a moment. Then after a few moments he reopened them while he lifted his right hand and then he made a chopping motion with his hand towards the threads on Shikamaru's body.

SHREAD!

"!?" Everyone was were shocked at the action and even Shikamaru was honestly surprised to had been freed as he got his footing on the tree branch.

"What!?" Kidōmaru shouted as he saw what had happened to his threads.

Neji nodded to himself as his action had the desired results, then he turned towards his cousin "Hinata-sama, free the others while I cover you." He ordered.

After Hinata finally got over her shock, she nodded as she instantly understood what her cousin had done, she turned and looked at her trapped teammates and dashed toward them.

"No you don't!" Kidōmaru declared as he shot some more threads at the girl.

Neji however got in the six armed teen's way as he glared at him while he stood between the threads and his cousin. "I won't let you!" He counter declared.

SHREAD! SHREAD! SHREAD!

The older Hyuga made the same motion as he did earlier and easily shredded through all of the threads that the enemy had thrown. "Your spider web has a chakra a base and chakra base substances are no match against mine or Hinata-sama's Gentle Fists attacks." Neji then declared with complete confidence.

"Grr!" Kidōmaru growled at this as he realized that the last time him cutting the threads wasn't a fluke.

Once Hinata had reached her friends, she began to channel her chakra to coat her hands. "Are you two alright?" She asked in concern.

"Now that you're here." Naruto responded with a smile.

Satsuki nodded in response to that as she looked at her best friend and fellow fiancé. "Yeah we're alright, think you can get us out of here?" She then asked.

SHREAD! SHREAD!

In an instant, both Naruto and Satsuki were freed from their bindings. "Yes!" The both yelled in excitement.

"Hey! What about us!?" Kiba then called out.

"Arf!" Akamaru let out a bark of agreement.

Hinata's reaction to that was soon letting out an awkward giggle as she dashed towards the Inuzuka and the boy in green, the moment she reached the two she freed them with a few hand slashed towards the threads. "Is that better?" She asked.

"Hai!" Lee answered. "Thank you for the assistance Hinata-san!" He soon added as he readied himself once more to fight.

Kiba meanwhile cracked his neck as he also readied himself. "Yeah, thanks for that. Now let's take this six armed freak down and catch up to the others!" He declared.

"I'm down with that!" Naruto instantly agreed as he ready his blade.

"Hell yeah dattebakon!" Satsuki also agreed as she also readied her sword.

"No." Neji stated in a calm matter.

"Huh?" Most of his comrades, save for Shikamaru and Hinata, got out in unison.

The older Hyuga didn't avert his gaze towards the enemy for even a second. "Shikamaru, you and the others should go up ahead, I'll take care of this guy. . ." Neji declared as he glared at the area the Oto shinobi was hiding.

"What!?" The louder members of the group got out in unison.

"Neji! You can't be serious! We need to work together to defeat this powerful foe!" Lee declared in complete disagreement with his eternal rival.

The older Hyuga shock his head in disagreement. "As I said before, this shinobi uses is a chakra filled thread, so that means only one thing." Neji stated.

Hinata in turn nodded to that. "It means that only the Gentle Fist can counteract his style of fighting." She soon stated.

Within the seal meanwhile, the Bijū looked on with an intense glare toward the new enemy. "So only the Hyuga members can fight this spider wannabe. . ." Kurama stated in the low tone. "You know what this mean, right Hyuga?" He then questioned to his Hyuga pseudo-jinchūriki.

Hinata meanwhile said nothing in response as she already knew the answer to that.

Neji soon nodded to that deduction from his cousin. "Correct Hinata-sama, that is why it's best course of action is that I stay while the rest of you go ahead." He then stated.

Kiba however soon sniffed the air as Akamaru rushed back into the Inuzuka's coat. "Damn, hate to say it, but it looks like this guy's much stronger than the last guy, and by a lot more in fact." He soon warned.

"That is why we should-" Lee tried to reason once more.

"Alright." Shikamaru interrupted. "Take care of him." He then ordered, shocking all but the Hyuga cousins, however he didn't let the other say anything as he continued. "His Gentle Fist is the only thing that can counteract the threads, that mean all of us would only either get in the way or be a liability." He declared with a serious tone.

This instantly halted any and all objections as they realized their team leader was right, once they were caught they were pretty much useless, so they were forced to begrudgingly agree.

Hinata meanwhile stepped forward while having a determined expression on her face. "Neji-niisan, I can't let you do this alone." She then declared.

Neji in turn looked at his cousin to that. "Hinata-sama, I can not put you in this-" He began to say.

"No Neji-niisan," Hinata interrupted with a raised hand. "We are currently on a mission and you will need all the hep you can get. Remember that I am a Hyuga and I can also cut his threads as well." She then reminded.

Naruto and Satsuki's eyes soon gazed at their teammate before calming down and smiled at her. "Alright, take this freak down Nata-chan." Satsuki encouraged.

The blond soon nodded in agreement to that. "We know you can handle this easy because there's no way this guy can beat you." Naruto declared while giving his signature grin.

"Don't get cocky brats." Kurama then remarked. "That'll get you killed." He soon stated.

Hinata merely nodded in response to that. "Hai." She replied in a serious tone at both his teammates and the Bijū as she readied herself.

Knowing that he wasn't going to be able to convince her cousin, he simply turned towards the enemy. "Get going now." Neji then demanded as he also readied himself.

"You two better get this over with quickly and meet us up ahead!" Kiba told the two Hyuga's before he jumped off ahead.

"I know that my Eternal Rival will come out victorious! So finish quickly or we will finish the mission before you do!" Lee loudly declared as he gave his flashy smile and followed the Inuzuka.

"I better see you two alive. . ." Shikamaru ordered with his normal lazy attitude, but everyone around him could detect that it had a dead serious tone as he then followed the others.

"Also make sure to regroup with Tenten-chan and Chōji-kun once they're done with that tub of lard." Satsuki then stated with a serious tone. "Be careful though Nata-chan, we only know that this freak has spider like abilities." She then advised via mental link.

"See ya soon." Naruto simply added in his own serious tone as he didn't need to say anything else, he had complete confidence in one of his fiancés abilities.

And with that the last two dashed ahead, leaving the Hyuga cousins behind to fight their new opponent.

However upon seeing this, Kidōmaru came out of his hiding place while he spat out more thread like substance. "Oh no you don't!" He declared as he threw a bigger ball of thread then usual straight at the retreating shinobis to prevent them from getting away.

"Byakugan!" The Hyuga cousins thought in unison, the veins appearing around the male Hyuga's eyes while the female's remained the same as they saw the thread heading their way.

However just as the ball of there was about to reach the cousins, at the last second the thread expanded into a wide spider net with gold colored spear like ends. The web trapped the cousins while the spears ends passed to the sides of the cousins and headed straight towards the others.

The remaining capture squad members were still on mid jump, thus leaving their backs completely vulnerable. The Inuzuka's head turned around when he detected the attack. "Incoming!" Kiba called out his warning at the approaching spearheads.

Instantly all of his comrades turned around and saw the attack. "Crap!" Naruto and Satsuki got out in unison from their predicament.

Then as if they were in complete unison, both Neji and Hinata channeled their chakra towards their hands, then with widen eyes they began cutting the threads that bind them. Once freed the two cousin quickly began cutting the rest of the threads, this caused the spears to not only lose their momentum but also be destroyed.

Kidōmaru meanwhile narrowed his eyes to the two Hyuga members. "Looks like I have no choice but deal with these two before I deal with the others." He stated in a calm matter. "Well this is going to be fun." He added as he gain a wide predator like grin on his face.

"Thanks!" Naruto called back as he and the rest of the group managed to get away from the soon to become battle ground.

"You won't get away that easily." Kidōmaru declared as he spit out another ball of thread.

However before the Oto Shinobi could do anything with it, both cousins took their battle stances. "You aren't getting through us." Neji soon declared in a serious matter.

Kidōmaru then unleashed multiple spider webs at different directions in hope of passing the Hyuga and hit the rest of the Konoha shinobi's.

However with speed and graze, the Hyuga cousins quickly and effortlessly sliced through all of the threads.

"If he fire at a long distance, you should use you own projectiles." Kurama advised. "Massacre him." He soon demanded.

Hinata in response to that nodded to the first part as she went through some hand signs. "Water Style! Liquid Bullet!" She thought as she shot a ball of high pressure water at the six armed teen.

The six armed teen's eyes widen as he narrowly managed to move out of the way to avoid the oncoming projectiles. "Water?" He thought with narrow eyes to this reveal.

"Excellement Hinata-sama." Neji praised with a nod of approval before he took his battle stance. "But we still have a way to go." He then advised.

"Hai, Neji-niisan." Hinata responded as she too retook her own stance.

The Oto Shinobi however didn't look upset or displeased with this. "That's fine with me, your the strongest of the lot so finishing you off will make it easier to hunt the others." Kidōmaru declared as he looked at the male Hyuga.

"That's where your wrong. . ." Neji quickly denied as he got into his battle stance. "The strongest had just left while you have to deal with me." He stated.

"Ahem. . ." Hinata quiety got out in a slightly offended tone.

". . .Two of the three strongest had left." Neji quickly corrected while he had an eye twitch, before turning serious again. "So that means that this mission is all but finished if your the strongest of the three." He then added.

Kidōmaru's grin then widen in anticipation as he then looked at the female Hyuga. "Well then. . .I guess this will make things much more interesting." He stated in a sick form of excitement. "It should take three minutes to take at least one of you down." He soon added as he readied himself.

In another part of the forest. . .

"OMPH!" Chōji got out as he whole body was sent skidding across the ground. Once he manage to stop he began coughing a little to regain some air in his lungs. "His really strong. . ." He barely manage to say.

"Jeez. . .this isn't getting us nowhere. . ." Tenten got out as she shivered before standing up again. "This guy's no pushover. . ." She then thought to herself in dismay.

Their opponent meanwhile just smirked as he looked the two. "Well, I never thought that you two were this weak." Jirōbō taunted as he cracked his knuckles. "Looks like this will be a really quick meal." He then added.

In response to those insults, Chōji then stood up while he panted a bit. "Guess I don't have any choice. . .If I don't used the pill, then me and Tenten are good as dead. . .I just hope that I can handle the strain that comes after. . ." He thought to himself as his hand when inside of his pouch to took out a glass case with a red, yellow and green pill. "Hey Tenten, can you lead the next attack? I need an opening." He soon requested in a serious tone.

The girl in question raised her eyebrow in confusion to the request, but when she saw the determined expression on the boy's face, she knew that he had something planned. "Sure, but don't know if I can land a good enough hit to make a good opening." She replied as she pulled out a kunai from her shinobi pouch and readied her Hidden Blade.

The boy then took out the green food pill and placed the rest away. "Don't worry, it just have to be a small one." Chōji replied as he balled his hands into fists, while being careful not to crush the pill. "First, the Green Spinach pill. . ." He thought in his head.

Tenten nodded as her eyes never left the enemy. "Alright, then here I go. . ." She got out as she charged first with kunai and hidden blade on hand.

Jirōbō then watched as the female Konoha shinobi started to charge towards him, not once did he felt threaten. "Oh this is cute, you think you can really stop me?" He taunted at the approaching enemy.

Tenten in turn narrowed her eyes to that. "We'll just see about that. . ." She stated as she began her attack, she threw the kunai and rushed in faster.

Jirōbō easily dodges the kunais with minimal moments and effort as the girl reached at him. "Useless!" He roared as he raised his fist up and sent a powerful downwards punch. "CRUSHER FIST!" He soon roared.

This however didn't even make Tenten flinch as she simply jumped as high as she could, narrowly dodging the devastating blow.

CRASH!

While Tenten was in mid air, she adjusted her Phantom Blade and sent a barrage of senbons at the larger opponent. However they all somehow missed their mark and landed behind the massive Oto Shinobi.

This made the large shinobi smirked. "Where are you aiming little girl!?" Jirōbō declared with a taunting tone.

Tenten however nearly grinned at this as she looked straight ahead of her opponent's current position.

As Jirōbō saw this, he heard a crunching sound, this made him look down and saw that the younger boy was right in front of him. "The Green Pill increased my chakra ten folds!" Chōji declared as he grabbed the enemy by his waist.

"What the!? You think that a weakling like you can take me on!?" Jirōbō roared as he was about to push forward, but when he took a step back to gain more stability and ground.

STAB!

"AGH!" Jirōbō roared in pain, the moment he had stepped back he felt something piercing his foot.

"OOOOH!" Chōji howled as he finally got a better hold on the enemy and lifted the massive shinobi.

"W-What!?" Jirōbō got out as he was being lifted, then he saw that his foot had stepped on one of the senbons that were fired earlier. "THAT BITCH!" He roared as he finally understood why she had missed.

WHAM!

Jirōbō soon had to gasp for air as he felt his back crashing into the hard ground. "T-The hell!? How did this weakling got stronger!?" He got out as he struggled to stand up.

"Time to test out one of my new upgrade." Tenten thought to herself as landed a few feet away from the boys current position, then she quickly change the holster that held her senbons in her Phantom Blade and replace it with another one that had three zigzag lines on it. "Reloaded. . ." She muttered to herself.

Once the new holster was loaded, the young weapon mistress took aim and fired a small barrage of them towards the down enemy, while being careful not to hit her teammate.

WOOSH! SHINK! SHINK! SHINK!

At the sound of the senbon being shot, Jirōbō instantly used his forearm to block them and thanks to his thick muscles, they barely did any damage. "Again with the toys!? Like that would do anything against me!" He roared as he simply pulled them off and threw them away.

Tenten however simply lower her hand and smirked to that. "Is that so?" She counter taunted.

This only angered the massive enemy even more. "Of course it is you pathetic-" Jirōbō tried to retorted, but was unable to continue as he sight began to go slightly blurry and his body began to feel heavy. "What-!?" He got out when he could barely move his arms.

"Gotcha." Tenten declared as she showed the symbol of the cartridge of her Phantom Blade. "The senbons I loaded were paralysis laced ones that I got from the girl you insulted, so you won't be moving for a while." She revealed with an angered tone.

"Y-You. . ." Jirōbō got out as he looked down while struggling to move his body, failing all the while due to the effects of the senbons.

WHIRL!

Anything that Jirōbō wanted to say was stopped cold when he heard that sound. He looked forward, only to watch a huge ball with kunais all over its surface heading straight his way.

"SPIKY HUMAN BOULDER!" Chōji roared as he charged at full speeds towards the immobile enemy.

A large tick mark soon appeared on Jirōbō's forehead as his anger was getting the best of him. "You think that a bunch of weakling can stop Jirōbō of the South Gate!" He roared the human sphere collided at him.

"Yes! Take that you arrogant asshole!" Tenten shouted with pure glee at the hit landing and their plan had work.

WHIIIIIIIIRL!

However the kunoichi's smile vanished when she saw that her teammate wasn't moving an inch. "What!?" Tenten exclaimed in shock.

"I told you trash," A familiar voice declared in anger.

Tenten finally got over her shock and saw that Jirōbō didn't just somehow was able to move again, but was stopping Chōji's attack as if it was nothing.

The young weapon mistress also saw that Jirōbō's face and parts of his body had gained triangle like marks that were connected to each other. "AS IF A BUNCH OF WEAKLING COULD HURT ME!" He roared as he then slammed a palm at the huge ball Akimichi. "SLAMMING PALM!" He roared.

"GAH!" Chōji gasped as he was sent flying backwards, straight towards his teammate. Just as he was about to hit her, the boy narrowly manage to undo his jutsu and returned to normal just in time to avoid hitting her with his huge form.

"AGH!" Tenten shouted as the two were sent skidding on the floor.

Then the two struggled to stand up and could feel that the enemy's chakra had somehow increased dramastically. "I'll crush you brats!" Jirōbō declared as he cracked his knuckles.

Deeper within the forest. . .

Hinata and Neji were rapidly deflecting and shredding multiple webs that were coming straight at them. This wouldn't had been bad if the six armed teen was constantly moving from tree to tree at impressive speed and agility. Which was resulting to be even more difficult to manage a counter attack for the cousins to make.

"This. . .is. . .ridiculous. . ." Hinata breathed out as she swiped at another web, destroying it instantly.

Neji meanwhile was also in the same predicament as he also sliced the webs to bits. "I must agree Hinata-sama." He admitted.

"There!" Kidōmaru thought as he sent two more webs at the distracted pair.

Inside of the seal, the Bijū instantly figured out what the enemy was planing. "Dodge!" Kurama ordered.

Being the only one able to hear that, Hinata dodged the incoming attack, while Neji simply did the same as before and cut through it.

However what the older Hyuga didn't saw was that after he had shredded the webs, a hidden third web had managed to bypass his defences and trapped him to the tree he was standing.

"Neji-niisama!" Hinata called out from another branch.

Kidōmaru meanwhile smirked as he then looked at the female Hyuga. "Looks like the girl really is the stronger one. . ." He thought to himself as he was impressed that she saw through his attack. "Orochimaru-sama had told me about this kind of taijutsu, the Gentle Fist style." He then began. "By send your chakra through your fingertips and make them like sharp needles that can cut through chakra." He deducted.

Neji could only struggled to try and free himself, but the threads were just too strong and with his hands bound he couldn't cut through them either.

This made Kurama narrowed his eyes to the enemies deduction. "This annoying insect. . .This vermin is the type to analyse anything and everything that has been going on thus far, this is an annoying kind. . ." He stated with an irritated tone.

Upon hearing that, Hinata gulped in a nervous manner as she looked at the six armed teen. "Those are very dangerous foes to fight. . ." She thought with concern as she knew that this fight was going to be a lot harder than any other she had fought before.

Then the six armed teen sent another barrage of webs towards Hinata, the girl then waited to cut them, but at the last moment they spreaded the same manner as when he tried to attack her friends. However this time the spears heads attached themselves to as many tree branches and creating a web like barrier.

Hinata in turn realized what happened with this result. "No!" She exclaimed as she was now cut off from her cousin.

The younger Hyuga then tried to cut through the threads, but they were slightly stronger and more durable than the normal ones, this would take her a few moments to be able to cut through. . .something her cousin didn't have. . .

Kidōmaru then turned and smirked at the trapped Hyuga in satisfaction. "Well now that she's taken care of for the moment." He started as he then turned back to the male Hyuga. "I'll take out this piece of trash so me and the girl can have some more fun." He declared in sadistic and bloodthirsty excitement as he began chewing in his mouth.

Neji struggled to free himself, but with the way his arms were bound, he didn't had a way to cut through the web.

"Well that was very disappointing. . .it only took two minutes to kill one. . ." Kidōmaru complained as he then jumped to a nearer branch from the bounded Hyuga. "Oh well. . .At the very least now I can play a much more challenging game with the girl now." He added.

Hinata was desperately cutting through the web barrier and was now two thirds done, but she realized that she won't be able to reach in time at this rate.

The six armed teen sent his head back and expanded his cheeks. "DIE! SPIDER COHESIVE BACTERIA!" Kidōmaru mentally declared as he thrusted his head forward and shot a spear of gold web at the trapped Hyuga.

"No!" Hinata shouted as she finally manage to break through the barrier, but it wasn't fast enough to reach his cousin in time.

However, the older Hyuga didn't look bothered nor concern at the incoming attack as he closed his eyes, took a deep calming breath and then reopened his eyes.

SNAP! SHREAD!

In an instant, all of the webs that were bonding Neji somehow blew away from him. Freeing himself just as the golden spear were a few feet away from him.

THUMP!

Neji had ducked at the very last moment and dodge the lethal spear as it pierced the tree he was trapped against.

"What!? How did he-!?" Kidōmaru shouted in his mind as he couldn't say it from the large spear still been inside his mouth. But his eyes widen even further when he saw the older Hyuga was right in front of him while he was in a very familiar stance.

Hinata meanwhile soon landed on a branch near the two as she witnessed this action. "Neji-niisan!" She got out in relief.

Kurama meanwhile gave off a slightly vile smirk at the sight. "Massacre him." He declared.

Though Neji didn't hear the Bijū's declaration, he still was ready to do it against the six armed opponent. "I'll let you in a little secret. I don't just released chakra from my hands, I can also do so with every single tenketsu." He explained. "So as you would say, game over!" He then declared.

Then an imaginary ying yang symbol appeared in the older Hyuga's mind. "Gentle Fist Art! Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palm!" Neji soon began.

"SHIT!" Kidōmaru roared in shock and panic as he bit through the spear, then he tried to jumped backwards to escape but he was too late.

"TWO PALM!" Neji declared as he hit the six armed teen in the gut.

Kidōmaru grunted as he was pushed back by the hit.

"FOUR PALMS!" Neji continued as he spread the hits from his earlier two.

The six armed teen began to take a few steps back after each time he was hit.

"EIGHT PALMS! SIXTEEN PALMS! THIRTY-TWO PALMS!" Neji declared as he kept going, striking faster with each declaration.

Now the Oto shinobi was pushed back until he reach the tree trunk as he couldn't retaliate from the precise hits.

"SIXTY FOUR PALMS! Neji concluded as he delivered the final strikes that were like blurs from the velocity of each hit.

CRASH!

With Neji's final palm strike, Kidōmaru was blasted through the trunk by the pure raw power of his mighty jutsu.

To this sight, Hinata smiled happily and let out a sigh of relief for the attack being successful. "Yosh!" She got out.

Kurama however narrowed his eyes as he noticed something. "This is not over yet Hyuga." He calmly revealed in annoyance.

CRACK!

Then the moment the older Hyuga landed on ground level while the younger stayed above a tree branch. However their eyes widen as they watched the smoke dissipate from where their enemy was. "W-What?" Hinata got out in shock.

"Impossible. . ." Neji also got out in confusion and shock.

"Che. . ." Kurama merely remarked in annoyance.

What stood there was Kidōmaru still standing, but all over his front body had a gold like armor as it began to crack a bit.

"Golden skin!?" Neji thought with startlement at the sight.

Hinata then looked at their opponent's chakra network to see that it was still in tact. "No way. . ." She muttered.

"Armor huh. . ." Kurama soon stated.

CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE!

Then all of the golden like armor fell into pieces as they landed onto the ground, while Kidōmaru was smirking with delight. "Hehe, that was a close one. I heard from Orochimaru-sama that if you get hit by the Gentle Fist Style, you'll get all of your chakra network sealed." He stated as he further analysed the two.

The older Hyuga used his Byakugan to analyse the fallen armor pieces and saw it was exactly the same as the threads he had used before. "How monstrous, it's not just your mouth you produced this substance. . ." Neji declared.

"What. . .is that substance?" Hinata soon questioned in confusion.

"My gold webs are actually a form of metal that instantly hardens the moment it comes into contact with air and will block all chakra." Kidōmaru declared.

Then the six armed teen showed his arm as more of the gold colored webbing covered his arm before it fell off and broke like glass. "Also, I don't just produce it from just my mouth, but from every single sweat gland in my body." Kidōmaru then added.

"Hyuga. . ." Kurama started to say his pseudo-jinchūriki with narrow eyes. Hinata in turn didn't even need to be told twice as she vanished from the branch.

Thanks to his active Byakugan, the older Hyuga saw this. "I see. . .so that armor will protect you from my chakra burst strikes. . ." Neji got out after hearing the explanation, while having a grin on his face.

"What's with that grin? Already lost your nerve?" Kidōmaru taunted while he smirk at the thought of the Hyuga already lost the will to fight.

The male Hyuga however shook his head to that. "No. . .but with all your bragging, you already lost track of someone as a result." Neji declared.

"?" Kidōmaru got out as he heard a soft thump behind him.

"PROTECTIVE EIGHT TRIGRAMS!" A familiar female voice began.

Kidōmaru could only pale as he only had time to look backwards to watch the younger Hyuga was right behind him as she was in her own unique stance.

"SIXTY-FOUR PALMS!" Hinata declared as she began moving her arms at a rapid pace, creating a chakra barrier around her that left marks on the branch under her.

Using his pure instincts, Kidōmaru secreted as much substance as possible to create his web armor once more. And just like last time, the armor began to protect him from the attack, however. . .

WOOSH! SHINK! SLASH!

Kidōmaru instantly noticed that this attack was a completely different attack than the other Hyuga's, as this attack wasn't a chakra burst type, it was a cutting type and soon enough he could see the thin chakra strings slowly began cutting through his armor.

SLICE! SLICE! SLICE! SLICE!

"AAAH!" Kidōmaru roared in pain before he soon used his threads to pull himself away from the attack, but it was too late as he felt deep large gashes all over his body, though thanks to his armor, they weren't fatal but they still bled a moderate amount of blood.

"And the crimson rain flows." Kurama declared with wicked delight at the sight of the blood flowing out.

Hinata actually shivered in fright when she had heard that and felt the Bijū's malice and vile delight. "Kurama. . ." She tried to say, but wasn't able to continue as she knew she had to focus on the fight at hand.

Neji meanwhile looked at the injured six armed teen, knowing this battle was far from over. "Hinata-sama's jutsu may be excellent for slicing through his gold web armor, but inner strikes must be made so we can fully defeat this monster." He thought in a serious matter. "And that won't be easy because of that armor. . ." He then added in his mind as he was trying to find an answer for this predicament the two were in.

Kidōmaru meanwhile winced at the wound that was delivered to him as he made a quick first aid with his own threads to stop the bleeding, then looked at the female Hyuga as she regrouped with the male Hyuga. "Well now. . .this game is finally getting exciting." He began with an excited smirk.

The three didn't say a single word as they stare at each other, waiting for the right moment to strike.

"Well, the threads won't work on them and using close range would be a major mistake, not to mention it would be suicidal if I attack the girl head on as not even my armor will be able to stop that jutsu. . ." Kidōmaru analysed as he could still feel the pain on his body from said attack.

In an instant the six armed teen vanished from sight as he used his threads to rapidly move around the trees in an attempt to hide his location, not once did he made a single sound or noise.

Then their was a long pause of complete silence.

"Neji-niisan. . ." Hinata quietly got out in an informative tone.

The male Hyuga merely nodded in understanding as the two got some distances from one another, so that if they were forced to defend themselves, their jutsus wouldn't hit the other.

"Didn't even take me a second to get away and find a spot to attack." Kidōmaru thought to himself as he raised his finger that had a thread attached to it. "I'll get rid of the older one first or he'll be a nuisance later in the actual game." He stated in his mind as the thread was slowly began to slip from his finger. "And it'll come in a flash. . .without a sound." He added.

Then the thread slipped right off his finger without making a single sound. The moment it did, the two clansmen saw something heading their way and easily dodged the approaching objects. But this caused them to be separated from one another.

BAM! BAM!

The objects were two kunai and had a explosive seal attached to hilt as they struck the ground in between the two cousins.

Kurama meanwhile instantly saw that the seals lack of chakra as they should have making him narrow eyes. "False kunais." The Bijū bluntly declared with a annoyed tone.

With one quick scan, Hinata also saw this as well and looked towards the direction it was thrown.

However this was what Oto shinobi was waiting, the moment the girl took the bait and then looked at the male Hyuga. "Game over for you." Kidōmaru declared in his mind as he widen his fingers, which each had a thread connected to them.

The moment he did this, Neji also realized it was a fake, but it was to late as a large of amount of golden kunais head towards him from the natural blind spot all people had from behind.

Hinata's eyes soon widen as she realized the ploy of the first attack before she saw the oncoming barrage as she looked at her cousin. "Neji-niisan!" She called out.

Neji however quickly turned around as he instantly began to spin in place. "Rotation!" He declared as a large spinning dome of chakra appeared just in time. The dome blocked all of the kunais, some landed on the ground while others were sent spinning upwards.

"Whew. . ." Hinata breathed out in relief.

"What!?" Kidōmaru thought with shocked at the sight. "He blocked my attack, with just his chakra. . ." He then added not believing what he just witness with his own eyes.

Once the barrage had stopped, the older Hyuga didn't waste a single moment as he lowered his stance and grabbed as many of the kunais on the ground as possible and threw them upwards. "Now!" Neji declared towards his cousin while he pointed at the air bound kunais.

After calming herself down, Hinata instantly realized what her cousin was thinking. Then without wasting a single instant, she jumped towards the kunais and began kicking all of them with chakra enhance kicks, straight at the current location of the enemies.

WHOOSH! SHINK!

Kidōmaru's eyes widen in surprise as his own kunais were being sent straight at him with immense force.

CONK! CONK! CONK!

The six armed teen just barely manage to dodge the attack and protected his vital areas, however he felt blood dripping down his cheek and most of his body, realizing that the attack had at least left him with a few small gashes all over his body and on his face.

Then when Kidōmaru saw that his kunais were deeply embedded into the tree, a cold sweat fell from the side of his head. "No way, such precision and power with just kicks!" He thought in disbelief as he looked at the two, who were staring at his direction as the female landed on the ground. "And they manage to locate me from such a distance!?" He then thought in confusion.

"Tch. . .you missed. . ." Kurama got out with a disappointed and annoyed tone.

The younger Hyuga gracefully landed on the ground as she looked at the direction of the enemy with narrow eyes. "He's a lot faster than I thought. . ." Hinata admitted to both the Bijū and to herself.

The older Hyuga too a step forward where the enemy was hiding at. "We know your there." Neji stated. "Come out now." He then demanded.

Kidōmaru gazed then returned to the two Hyuga's as he slightly narrowed his eyes. "Looks like those eyes of theirs don't just see chakra flow. . .the power of their dōjutsu is beyond belief. . ." He got out with a baffled tone as he couldn't help but be amazed this.

"Long range combat isn't mine or Hinata-sama's specialty save for her Liquid Bullets. . ." Neji thought to himself. "The best option would be that I should be the distraction while Hinata-sama attacks from long range." He then decided, however before he could do or say anything to his cousin. . .

Kidōmaru's shock soon turned to excitement at the two opponents he was facing. "Ok then. . ." He got out as he jumped from the tree branch, but he released some threads towards the same branch and tied it on his ankles, making him hang in place.

This shocked the two Hyuga members as they didn't know what the enemy had planned, so they simply took their battle stance and prepared for anything.

"I must admit, the two of you are very good. . .I'll have to take this game a whole lot seriously now." Kidōmaru stated as black swirl like marks started to appear over his body. "But that's just going to make it even more fun." He then added.

Kurama's eyes then narrowed as he felt the increase in power. "A Curse Mark. . .though it's pattern is different from the one you and the Uchiha had and that Haruno currently has. . ." He declared while he let out a snarl.

Hinata then narrowed her eyes as she also recognized those marking, then she turned to looked at her cousin. "He has a Curse Mark, expect a large increase in power." She warned in a whisper.

Neji in turn nodded to that as he looked at the six armed teen's chakra network as the chakra was moving at a rapid and unnatural pace. "Yes, it is as if we are fighting a completely new opponent now." He admitted as he almost thought his eyes were looking at a completely different person.

His cousin could only nod as she knew exactly what he was referring to as she glare at the marks all over the enemy's side, hating to recalled what could had happen if it wasn't for her fiancé and their Bijū. But Hinata wasn't going to let someone who had given himself to that cursed power beat her, so the two cousin readied themselves to continued their fight.

Elsewhere in the forest. . .

At the time they had separated from the five remaining Capture Squad members continued dashing through the forest to chase after the last Oto Shinobi that was holding Sakura while the other four of their members continued their battles.

The Inuzuka however slightly turned his head to look back but didn't slowed down his speed. "Do you think the other guys can deal with that guy? He smell like he was on a whole other level." Kiba asked with concern in his tone.

The blond chunin continued to ran through the branches while his face had a content expression. "Yeah." Naruto simply said without a single shred of doubt in his voice.

". . ." Both Kiba and Shikamaru waited for the blond to continued, but they saw that wasn't going to say anything. "That's it!? Yeah!? What the hell man!?" The Inuzuka exclaimed in confusion.

Naruto simply turned his head towards the boy's direction. "What's more to say? Hinata's a lot stronger that you guys think." He simply declared as his gaze returned to the front. "She'll be fine." He simply added.

"Do you doubt Naruto-kun's answer? Or is it you doubt Hinata-san isn't sufficiently strong enough to fight just a strong opponent?" Lee questioned with a slightly disappointed tone.

The other two males of the team looked at each other for a moment, before looking back at the blond. "Listen, it's not like didn't really think that Hinata isn't strong, it's just we're just concern is all." Shikamaru clarified with his normal lazy tone.

The female Uchiha merely narrowed her eyes at that. "And we say that Nata-chan will be just fine and with Neji being with her, they'll beat that spider freak." Satsuki rebutted with an annoyed tone. "Never underestimate us. Now let's just catch up and deal with the last enemy so that we can put that bitch in a cell." She then added in a determined tone as she then charged straight ahead at full speed.

Both Kiba and Shikamaru could only blink at that as they didn't had neither the courage or a death wish to even say anything to contradict the annoyed girl.

Naruto let out an amused chuckled at seeing the two's stupefied expressions. "Well, you heard her." He simply commented with a teasing manner as he too charged forward.

Kiba soon shook off his shock as he narrowed his eyes. "Yeah, let's do this. Sakura needs to pay for what she's done, right Akamaru?" He stated before looking at his partner.

"Arf!" Akamaru barked in agreement.

"YES! LET US MAKE HASTE AND CAPTURE THE ONE THAT HAD CRIPPLED OUR COMRADE!" Lee vocally declared with a fire in his eyes.

"Yeah, what Lee said." Shikamaru agreed with a small nod. "Now we have to be get serious as we're only have one last opponent to face and like Satsuki said, we'll put Sakura in a jail cell." He added with narrow and serious eyes.

". . .Yeah." Kiba got out with low but serious tone and narrow eyes as he had his own thoughts about fighting said last opponent, while Akamaru let out a whine with a worried expression on its face.

Deep the underground in Kusa. . .

DRIP! DRIP! DRIP!

The sound of liquids echoed through the dark room, which was filled with many electrical medical equipment.

BEEP. . .BEEP. . .BEEP. . .

The sound of steady and even beeping also echoed from the machines as Kabuto was busy looking and analyzing all of the information the equipment was displaying.

In the center was a large bed that had many cables attached to it, in the bed there was a male person, however his face was hidden as it was covered with a blanket over the person's face and had multiple seals on it. On his mouth there was many tubes that introduce both medicines and liquids inside the male's body.

"Kabuto-sensei. . ." The young male weakly called out to his medic. "It's as I thought. . .I wasn't chosen. . .once again. . ." He stated more than asked.

Kabuto meanwhile didn't looked at the bedridden male as he kept typing. "Save your strength. . ." He began as he then turned to look at the male. "You served your functions well Kimimaro, your duty is now over." He stated with a surprisingly kind and considering tone.

Suddenly, in Kimimaro's chest appeared a familiar flame colored markings as the once had by the Sound Three. The markings were slowly began to retract to the center of his chest.

"It's not the Sound Five anymore, especially with Sakon and Ukon's passing." Kabuto then added as he began typing on the devices.

Kimimaro then coughed some more in response to that. "But I still haven't. . ." He weakly tried to say.

"Save your strength." Kabuto advised as his gaze never left the screen and continued typing. "Your replacement has already been found. Though she was originally planned to be Orochimaru-sama's new vessel, our master and Danzō say that she will take your place as the new leader of. . .a new team." He revealed as the boy didn't continued.

"!" Kimimaro struggled to move when he heard that as he resulted in just coughed. "T-The new team?" He soon questioned.

"The newest team that Orochimaru-sama is making. . .a team that will surpassed anything the original Sound Five could have ever been." Kabuto declared.

"Her power is that great?" Kimimaro then struggled to ask. "For her to become a leader?" He soon added.

Kabuto merely nodded to that. "Yes, though it was disappointing that the Uchiha had manages to escape his power, this kunoichi was personally trained by Orochimaru-sama and was given the Curse Mark of Heaven, a mark that is on par with your Curse Mark of Earth in terms of power." He revealed. "And then with the project, the ultimate body for Orochimaru-sama will soon created once the time comes." He then stated while looking at the screen.

The bedridden patient let out a gasp as he was having difficulty breathing and the sound of the machine began beeping rapidly.

"Now, now, no sense to get agitated." Kabuto lightly scolded as he began to type ones more. This action made the IV that had that eerie glowing green liquid to began moving from its tube to Kimimaro's mouth, this made the beeping to return to a normal steady rate once again.

Kimimaro soon began coughing from the liquid as he struggled to take in a deep breaths of air. "K-Kabuto-sensei. . ." He struggled to called out to his medic. "T-Tell me the truth. . .I. . .I don't have that much time do I?" He stated more than asked.

At first Kabuto didn't said anything as he continued typing, then after a moment he stopped and turned around. "Relax, don't try to talk." He told him without answering the question.

"I been thinking. . .there must be a purpose why people are born into this world. Everyone has something important that they wish to accomplished while they're alive." Kimimaro declared with a distant tone in his voice.

Kabuto in turn nodded in agreement to that. "I understand what you want to say, Orochimaru-sama is certainly in great pain." He began while still looking at the screen. "However you must ask yourself truthfully. . .what can you do right now Kimimaro? What use are you now that you have failed in becoming a vessel?" He then asked.

". . ." Kimimaro couldn't replied as he didn't know what he could do in his current condition.

Then Kabuto's attention shifted towards the monitors on the screen next to him.

"Hey, you told me you'll get me out of here! Keep you promise!" The last prisoner shouted through the monitors. "What are you doing!? Hurry and open the gate!" He demanded.

SLAM!

The prisoner turned at the sound of the door opening, however instead of freedom, what he was was a slender teen slowly walking towards him. The slender man then stopped right in front of the prisoner.

"What is this!? There is another bug flying around?" The prisoner retorted as he watch the slender looking teen. "You better. . .!?" He began to say but his voice stopped the moment he looked at the teen's eyes. . .the eyes that looked like a snake about to eat it's prey. . .

HISS!

Suddenly the prisoner was frozen in pure terror as an imagen a humongous snake towering over him with the intent to devour him. The prisoner could even feel the snakes tongue licking him.

"This is the end. . .I'll be eaten here. . ." The prisoner thought to himself as he knew it was futile and pointless to even try to resist.

"I will let you out of here. . .and also grant you one wish." Orochimaru declared as he was feeling generous for the new body he would soon possessed.

Startled by the sudden offer, the prisoner was left speechless for a few moments as his brain tried to process this.

"You captured my clansmen for your experiments. . ." The prisoner simply stated. "I want you to release them. . ." He then finally got out his final request.

". . ." Orochimaru didn't said anything at first as he pondered on the request. "It will be done." He then replied.

". . ." The prisoner simply closed his eyes as he waited for his demise.

"Do not worry. . .your strong intentions will reside within me as remnants in my subconsciousness. You will not lose everything." Orochimaru stated. "Now. . .I will take you body. . ." He finished with a vile smirk on his face.

On Kabuto's side, the screen suddenly went red as the screams of the prisoner was heard before blacking out.

"It is done. . .now he will have to stay in that body and it won't be possible for him to do another transfer for another few years." Kabuto thought to himself. "But the next time, the project will be completed by then. . ." He then added as he then turned towards his gaze at Kimimaro.

"Sakura Haruno. . ." Kabuto soon started. "She is indeed an interesting subject, one that is following orders diligently just as you would Kimimaro." He praised with an honest tone. "And right now she carries a key sample that Orochimaru-sama needs so that he can finally obtain the ultimate vessel. . .However if she is caught, his ambition for said vessel will be forever lost. . ." He then stated in a calm tone.

". . ." Kimimaro once more didn't say as word as he struggled a little. "Then she must be protected at all cost. . ." He stated as he slowly began to raise from his bed, this action slowly began to rip and tear the cloth on his face. "It is indeed true that I no longer am capable for the metamorphosis and it is also true that it's quite difficult to find my purpose now that I have lost everything. . .however I finally understand." He declared with an honest tone as he finally rip the cloth off his face.

Kabuto turned to look at his patient as he finally was able to sit up right.

"Although I may never be a vessel, I will make sure that you have what is needed to create the perfect vessel for Orochimaru-sama. . .even if it cost my life." Kimimaro declared with new found resolved as he took the mask off his face.

Kabuto in turn hid a smirk to this development.

"This is how I will show my thanks to Orochimaru-sama and my way of repaying uselessness." Kimimaro then stated.

Back at one of the ongoing battles. . .

BOOM! CRASH! WHAM!

"GAH!" Tenten cried out as she skid across the ground.

"AUGH!" Chōji grunted out as he was in the same situation.

The two slowly began to stand as they were covered in dirt and some injuries all over their bodies. Have they not had the hellish training course that Haku had given them, they would have been winded and dead tired already.

But even with all of their improvements, the moment Jirōbō had activated his Curse Mark, he had gained enough power to overwhelmed the Akimichi using the first pill while Tenten's paralyzing senbons seem to not have any affect on him anymore.

"D-Dammit. . ." Tenten struggled out as she rub her slightly bruised right arm. "He got a massive power boost too. . ." She muttered.

"Yeah. . ." Chōji agreed as he rub some of the dirt of his cheek. "I don't think the green pill will be enough. . ." He thought to himself as he was contemplating whether or not use the second pill. "Or that the Spinach pill would hurt so much. . ." He added in his head while holding back the pain.

Jirōbō meanwhile smirked at the exhausted duo. "Well then, I'm surprised that you can handle me in this state, I'm surprised." He sarcastically declared. "For the trash of the trash that is." He then added.

The kunoichi in turn narrowed her eyes to that. "What was that?" Tenten demanded while growling.

"Didn't you know? The moment there's more than five or more people, the trash will be left behind. And that's what you two are. . .the trash of this group of trash." Jirōbō tauntingly declared.

To hearing that, the kunoichi grind her teeth as she readied her Phantom Blade. "Shut up!" Tenten responded in anger at remembering how she felt as the weakest member of her team.

". . ." Chōji meanwhile didn't reply to that as he slightly closed his eyes.

Then thoughts of how the big bone boy used to be and how other used to saw him as entered his mind. How some friends used to pressured him to get better, how people didn't thought much of him as just a weakling and now how the enemy before him thought of him as nothing but trash.

Jirōbō's smirk then widen to the response from the boy. "Well well, it looks like I was right since you deny it like that." He remarked in satisfaction. "The Leaf must have been low on resources, having to have to sent this type of trash as a capture squad." He then taunted with a degrading manner.

Tenten grind her teeth even more to that taunt, but she then stopped herself from attacking as she took a deep breath so that she could calmed down. Soon enough, she calmly went to reload the senbons in her Phantom Blade, however this cartridge case had a symbol of a circle with a wavy line at the end.

The older kunoichi then began to walked forward. "Chōji, are you going to mope around from what this guy said? While this asshole just talks all day." Tenten told her teammate with a harsh but serious tone and a expression to match it.

"?" Chōji was pulled out of his thoughts by the harsh comments.

CLICK!

Once cartridge cases were changed, Tenten then stopped in front of her teammate. "We still got to beat this guy so we can catch up with the others. . .our friends they're waiting for us remember?" She reminded.

"!?" This got Chōoji to be reminded that his friends were waiting for them, they didn't left him behind just because he was weak, but because they did believe in him. "Yeah. . .you're right. . .our friends believe that we could handle this guy. . ." He got out as his expression then turned serious as he pulled out the glass case once more.

Tenten gain a small smirk on her face as she was pleased by the reply of her teammate, so without needing to turn around to know what her teammate had planned, she faced their opponent. "So attack or diversion?" She asked as she got herself into her battle stance while secretly adjusting her last weapon on her right wrist.

CLICK!

Chōji open the box and pulled out the yellow pill and putting back the box. "Both, because I don't think the same trick will work twice." He replied as he place the yellow pill in his mouth and took a crushing bite into it. "Now. . .the Yellow Curry pill. . ." He told himself in his head.

Tenten grinned at that as she charged forwards while Choji was right behind her. "Like doing the same thing twice is any fun!" She declared as she took aim of her Phantom Blade.

Jirōbō meanwhile gained an annoyed expression at this. "YOU WORTHLESS BRAT!" He roared as he too charged with the full intent to break the two of them into pieces.

However the moment both Tenten and Jirōbō were a meter apart, the kunoichi took a sharp turn to the right and fired senbons at the enemy. Some either hit but made zero damage or the landed besides him.

Jirōbō in turn smirked at how the kunoichi's attack failed. "Trash attacks from a trash shinobi!" He declared as he raise cockback his hand to delivered a destructive thrust at the girl.

The kunoichi was still in her shooting position as she had a large smirk on her face. "Oh really now?" Tenten sarcastically asked.

WHOOSH!

HISSSSSSS!

"!?" Jirōbō was both surprised and startled when he heard the sound of paper unfolding and then hissing.

When the Oto shinobi looked down, he saw that all of the senbons that were on the ground and still attached to his body, they all had explosion seals on them, he was even more startled he saw they were already fully ignited.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Multiple explosions immediately went off in rapid succession as the explosion seals detonated one after another. "YOU TRASH!" Jirōbō roared in anger as he slid backwards because of the explosions.

However because the seals that were on the senbons were much smaller in size compared to regular explosive seals, they didn't have the same destructive power as a normal one, but they still do a decent damage.

Then the Akimichi came from the smoke while he cockback his right fist. "TAKE THIS FATSO! PARTIAL EXPANSION JUTSU! ARM!" Chōji suddenly roared.

Jirōbō's cursing were halted when a humongous fist was heading his way.

SLAM!

"OMPH!" Jirōbō grunted out as he didn't had a firm foothold on the ground to stop the attack and was sent flying backwards.

The enemy shinobi skid a few times across the forest while breaking some trees along the way. Then he quickly regained his footing only to see more senbons with mini seals around him.

BOOM! BOOM!

"DAMN IT!" Jirōbō roared as he was yet again bombarded by explosives, then he heard something approaching him. "I won't fall for that again!" He roared as this time he braced himself for what he thought was another huge fist.

However what came from the smoke was none other then Tenten with her right hand in a cock back position.

Though surprised at first, Jirōbō soon recovered as he saw the kunoichi right in front of him with only her bare hands. "Think a punch from a trash like you will hurt me!?" He declared.

Just as Tenten had reached the Oto shinobi, she threw her fist straight for his head, the confident enemy simply replied with cocking back his head to delivered a devastating headbutt.

Time seem to slow down as both fist and head slowly began to reach one another. Jirobo smirking with vile glee as he thought that he will shatter every bone in the girl's arm with his headbutt.

However when the two were a few centimeters from colliding, Tenten smirked as a clicking sound echoed.

SHING!

Jirōbō's face turned into pure fright went he saw the girl slight change in her fist as an attempt to dodge the collision, but as she did this, a hidden blade like object that was below the fist extended. . .right towards his eye. . .

STAB!

Blood soon started spraying out from where the blade had struck the eye.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Jirōbō roared in agony as the blade pierced and destroyed his right eye.

Tenten then glared at the in pain Oto shinobi. "That was for the comment about Ino!" She declared as she then tisked. "Damn, the blade wasn't long enough to strike the brain. . ." She thought to herself. "Better make the next one a bit longer." She added in her head as a future upgrade idea.

"OUT OF THE WAY TENTEN! PARTIAL EXPANSION JUTSU!" Chōji began once more as he brought his foot up. "LEG!" He declared as he delivered an axe kick from a humongous leg.

In response to that, the kunoichi quickly pulled out her blade from the enemy's eye socket and jumped out of the way as the leg came down.

Jirōbō meanwhile was too busy holding were used to be his eye to notice the large shadow that was towering him from above. However when he finally did his remaining eye widen in shock.

WHAM!

The humongous foot hit the helpless enemy and was hit with a powerful hit, the area around him had a large crater and a few trees fell.

"Urk. . ." Chōji winced in pain, though the attack had hit the affects of the pills were finally starting to affect him from chakra overuse. Suddenly his attention was back to his foot as he felt it moving. "What!?" He got out in shocked.

From below the giant foot, Jirōbō was struggling to hold it above, though his eye was still bleeding his expression was of pure anger. "You think you can beat me in power!?" He roared with rage.

Then the ground below him gave and a large crater was made, using his strength, Jirōbō sent both the giant foot and its owner flying above. His glare then turned to the kunoichi as he rushed at her. "I'LL KILL YOU FIRST!" He declared with rage as he charged at her with the full intention of killing her.

Startled by this, Tenten adjusted her Phantom Blade to fired more senbons, but knowing that the enemy wouldn't fall for the same tactic, she sent them in between her and the Oto Shinobi as an attempt to gaining some distance.

BOOM! BOOM!

As the explosions were detonated, Tenten desperately tried to distance herself, but was shocked when the Oto Shinobi passed right through the explosion without a single care of the damage he would gain. "DON'T MESS WITH ME SCUM!" He demanded in fury.

Tenten in turn jumped further back in response to this blinding rage. "Shit!" She got out.

Meanwhile the still airborne Akimichi had made his foot to normal size and quickly regain his balance. "TENTEN! MOVE!" Chōji roared from the sky as he made a hand sign.

Tenten quickly saw up and saw that her teammate was planning to do something and after watching the attacks he had made before, she didn't want to be in the way of the next one.

"I guess I have no choice!" Tenten thought to herself with much reluctantly as she took off her Phantom Blade and activated all of her remaining senbom bombs before throwing it at the enemy as she used some chakra to force her jump backwards ever further.

BOOOOM!

The combination of all of her remaining senbons bombs and all of them being sealed off in her weapon created a much more powerful explosion then individually detonating.

The blast was strong enough to forced Jirōbō stopped his charge as the area was covered in smoke. "YOU LITTLE-!" He cursed but when he saw the light from the sun disappearing he looked upward. "WHAT THE!?" He got out in shock.

Above the skies, was a humongous Akimichi blocking the sun itself with his size, "SUPER EXPANSION JUTSU!" Chōji's roaring voice echoed throughout the forest as he started falling until. . .

CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!

There was an enormous impact once the humongous Akimichi had reached the ground, trees and earth were sent flying in all directions while leaving a massive crater.

In a nearby tree that was still standing, Tenten sighed in relief from getting away from the impact area in time, as she looked at the arm where her Phantom Blade was and let out a sigh. "Well, I better start making a new versions of my weapons when we get back. . ." She thought in slight depression for losing another one of her newest weapon.

The enlarged Akimichi meanwhile was panting from the effects of the Curry pill as he looked at his teammate. "Did I do it?" Chōji soon asked.

Tenten in turn nodded to that. "Yeah, I think-" She started, however. . .

RUMBLE!

Chōji eyes soon widen when he began to feel his entire body trembling and began to move up without his consent.

Tenten's eyes also widen as she watched what happened. "N-No way. . ." She got out with shock and disbelief in her voice.

"I can believe. . ." A dark voice began to say from underneath the Akimichi while holding him. "That these pieces of trash made me go into the Second State. . ." They soon stated from underneath the shadows as the only thing visible was a eerie glowing yellow eye.

In another part of the forest. . .

The six armed teen then bit his thumb to release some blood as he went through some hand signs. "SUMMONING JUTSU!" Kidōmaru soon declared as he used another set of his hands to make a spider web and pressed his hand right on it, causing a massive plume of smoke to engulf the area around him.

Once the smoke had cleared, on top of the trees was a massive spider the size of a small house.

"!?" Both Hyuga cousins were startled by the giant summon.

Kidōmaru then smirked as he stood on his summoned beast. "I'll find the perfect strategy to counter all of your skills!" He declared with complete confidence.

"Watch yourself Hyuga, who knows what this guy can do now. . ." Kurama advised in a dark tone with narrow eyes.

Hinata in turn gulped as she got a better look at the summon. "Spider. . .big. . .spider. . ." She shivered out at the size of the giant arachnid.

"Don't tell me your afraid of mere insect after all the shit you've been through?" Kurama harshly questioned.

This made the girl sweatdrop. "First, it's an arachnid, Chōmei would be really annoyed if he heard you said that. Second, it's the size of a house so I believe I'm entitled to be a little concern about it." Hinata retorted, but the Bijū didn't even bother to reply or retort.

"Now. . .first I got to do something about the guy's jutsu. . ." Kidōmaru thought to himself as he began chewing. "If he can deflect physical attacks by releasing a large amount of chakra via rotations. . ." He began analyzing the older Hyuga's jutsu.

SPLOOSH!

The huge spider began to released a large amount of web from its rear and it began to form a large sack like object. "All I have to do is stop the spinning!" Kidōmaru concluded as he pulled out a golden kunai from his mouth.

"The insect is planning." Kurama then advised.

Both Hyuga's in turn immediately braced themselves for whatever the enemy had planned.

Suddenly, Kidōmaru jumped towards the back of the spider and slashed the sack open. "Scatter!" He ordered as what looked like hundreds of spiders fell from the sack.

At the sight of the oncoming swarm, both cousins took a few steps apart from one another and they prepared their defensive jutsus.

"ROTATION!" The male Hyuga declared as he begun spinning.

"PROTECTIVE EIGHT TRIGRAMS SIXTY FOUR PALMS!" The female Hyuga started as she began moving her arms at a rapid pace.

WOOSH!

SLICE! SLICE SLICE!

As if in sync with one another, the two Hyuga started their defencive jutsus as they fended off the oncoming swarm of spiders. The older Hyuga's began to knock the spiders by the powerful force of his rotation while Hinata sliced them all into tiny pieces with her jutsu.

However, after a few moments Neji's spinning began to slow down as more of the webs began to cover him, while Hinata was also beginning to slow down her arms after a few seconds.

"Damn insects. . ." Kurama remarked in annoyance.

"Not. . .now. . .Kurama. . ." Hinata muttered out in between breaths as she kept moving her arms as best as she could.

"Now!" Kidōmaru declared as he saw an opening on both of the cousins jutsus and pulled one of his fingers and then multiple golden kunais came out from the trees around the Hyuga's.

In an instantly, both cousins activated their Byakugans and their vision widen, making it easier to see the incoming projectiles.

Neji quickly began expelling his chakra outwards in a minimal range to deflect that kunai, while Hinata used her flexibility to easily dodge hers with elegance and grace while only using minimal movement to do so.

"Damn. . ." Kidōmaru cursed when not even a single kunai manage to hit his opponents. "He expelled chakra at the last moment to block the hit, while the other one didn't even need too." He soon stated in his mind before looking at the female. "With her however, she just dodges them no matter which direction they come from." He then added in his head as he then dashed out of his current position.

After just barely dodging the last attack, Neji was baffled by what had happen. "He stopped my Rotation by binding it with his webs and chakra." He thought with a startled tone as he cut through of the webs on him.

"This isn't good. . .he didn't just found a way to halt the Rotation. . .but he also found out that my jutsu can't be used more that a few seconds. . ." Hinata thought to herself.

"I hate repeating myself, that damned insect is analysing every more you two make. . ." Kurama stated in a dark tone. "It's only a matter of time before blood is spilled from one of you two. . .more so your cousin. . ." He then added in the same tone.

Kidōmaru then smirked when he saw the expected results. "Looks like at the very least this strategy works on his jutsu." He thought with glee as he then eyed the female Hyuga. "While her jutsu on the other hand is much more dangerous because of its cutting capabilities, it still short range and can't use it for long periods of time due to exhaustion." He then analysed the girl's jutsu. "So I just need to keep my distance and always keep watch of her water jutsus, both their jutsus and taijutsu aren't of any threat." He concluded with satisfaction.

Then the spider like teen began dashing through the trees at rapid speeds to hide himself once more. "I'll just keep pounding the two, I got all the time in the world." Kidōmaru thought to himself as he mentally chuckled in satisfaction.

Hinata then looked towards her cousin in concern. "Neji-niisan, he's analyzing us." She advised in a quiet tone.

To hearing that, Neji nodded in response to that as he heard a familiar noise and looked upwards. "Hinata-sama, another swarm." He warned as he readied himself again with narrow eyes.

No sooner he declared this, another swarm of spiders began to rain down from above. Because of this the two cousins were forced to used their Gentle Fist attacks to strike the multiple spiders. This didn't last long as multiple golden kunai began raining down soon after.

Having no choice, both of them had to jumped above to avoid it, however this was what the enemy wanted as he unleashed yet another barrage of kunais. "!" With a single look, the two cousins they knew what the other was thinking. With a quick thrust of their palms they hit the other creating a pulse strong enough to push the other away as they skid on the ground.

Though them managed to dodge the second barrage, they quickly saw a third one heading at the two. Acting on instinct, the two cousin used their defensive jutsus once more. However like last time, only Neji couldn't use his because of the webbing so he was forced to dodge them while Hinata continued slicing the webs, spiders and kunais alike.

SHINK! SLICE!

While the older Hyuga managed to dodge most of the kunais, a single one had cut through his shoulder. "Urk!" Neji winced out in pain as he saw some blood on his shoulder.

"!" Kidōmaru eyes widen when he saw his attack actually succeed before smirking widely. "I see. . .So he used all of his 360 degree visual, his range and telescopic visual to able to see all attacks from a fifty meter radius." He analysed while he saw the injured teen holding onto his cut. "However. . .it looks like this almost impenetrable shield of his isn't perfect. . ." He then added with a vile glee as he finally figured out all of the male Hyuga's weakness.

"Neji-niisan!" Hinata shouted as the his injured cousin. "No. . .it can't be!" She got out in her head as her eyes widen even further at the implication of this. "This must mean he's either close or had already figured out about the blind spot!" She thought with a rising panic.

"It is as I thought," Kurama declared in a calm yet dark tone. "He's looking for the weakness of his enemies defences. . .in the Hyuga's case, the blind spot that you used to have." He soon stated. "His blood will keep spilling at this rate. . ." He then added.

"He's. . .He's figuring it out Hinata-sama. . ." Neji got out as he held his injured shoulder while the blood was slowly leaving his body. "We can't stay in one place anymore or we'll only be walking targets." He then informed his cousin.

Hinata in turn nodded in agreement. "Your right Neji-nisan, we need to get out of the enemy's sight. . .however that won't be enough so long as that thing is stopping us from defending." She replied as she looked at the huge spider.

"You are correct. . ." Neji agreed with his own nod as he looked at the monstrosity with narrowed eyes. "If only could get close enough I could easily destroy it. . .but the enemy would just attack me before I could even get to it. . ." He then added.

". . .I can handle that." Hinata hesitantly declared in a serious tone as she went through the hand signs. "Thank you Haku-sensei. . ." She thought to herself in relief of being taught the technique she was about to use while closing her eyes.

"It's coming again." Kurama advised in a dark tone.

"Now to the make them into pincushions!" Kidōmaru mentally declared in excitement as he prepared to unleash another barrage of kunais.

In an instant, hundreds of spiders and golden kunais rained down at the Hyuga cousins.

Hinata however finished the last hand sign as she reopened her eyes. "Ninja Art: Hidden Mist Jutsu!" She mentally declared.

WHOOSH!

The next moment, the entire area around the Hyuga cousins was covered in thick mist.

"WHAT!?" Kidōmaru exclaimed in shock as the mist expanded all the way to where he was. "Damn! I can't see!" He exclaimed as he jerked his head around. "This is. . .Kirigakure's Hidden Mist Jutsu!" He realized.

However the enemy shinobi didn't have the time to analyze this as above the huge spider, a shadow began to fall.

TAP!

Neji had landed right on top of the spider as she cockback his fist back. "Gentle Fist!" He declared as he thrusted his palm straight at the spider's body.

Suddenly the spider began to thrash and screech in agony as its body began to belch in size.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! SPLAT!

Kidōmaru's eyes then widen in shock to what he heard. "What!?" He shouted when he saw his summon exploded into a pile of guts and webs as it rained below. But his startlement didn't end there. . .

"Water Style: Liquid Bullet!" A female voice declared.

"!?" Kidōmaru as a result only had enough time to pull one of his threads to escape a fatal shot, but it still hit his left shoulder, forcing his body to spin while in the air. "GAH!" He shouted in pain.

"Yosh!" Hinata praised while pumping her fist, but her celebrations was short lived.

"Still alive." Kurama stated in the dark and serious tone while narrowing his eyes. "He's like a cockroach. . ." He then added in annoyance.

Kidōmaru quickly readjusted himself and dashed from tree to tree once more to gain more distance from the Hyuga members while he held his injured arm. "Damn it! She blocked my vision and then use her long range attacks!" He thought to himself as he berated himself for his carelessness.

"There goes my strategy for their spinning jutsus. . ." Kidōmaru got out with annoyance, but he then smirked. "Doesn't matter. . .I already found all of their weakness. . ." He thought to himself.

Neji then landed on the ground as he looked at where the enemy was once hid. "Damn. . .he got away. . ." He cursed as he began panting from both the excessive use of chakra and from the injuries on his back.

Hinata also landed a few feet away from her cousin as she nodded in agreement to that. "Unfortunately. . ." She replied as she was having a difficult time finding the retreating opponent.

Once Kidōmaru gained enough distance, he glared at the barely visible Hyuga members. "Ok. . .I had enough fun of this shitty game. . ." The six armed teen thought to himself as the Curse Mark on his body began to spread even further and began to cover his entire body while his body slowly began to change as well, his eyes began to glow yellow all the while as he hid in the shadows and remaining mist.

Then the Oto Shinobi began to spew out more golden substance as it began to form a large bow-like object. Once his transformation was finished he took the bow with one hand while he used two of his other hands to help one arm to pulled the string, showing that it was incredibly hard and difficult to pull.

"Accuracy 100%. . .Maximum destructive impact. . ." Kidōmaru mentally declared with a demonic voice as he pointed at the weaken Hyuga's back.

Further into the forest. . .

Just as the previous fight had just began, Tayuya was getting more and more annoyed with this mission.

Tayuya had an annoyed expression on her face as she was holding the coffin."This is getting fuckin' ridiculous now! This was supposed to be easy." She started. "Get the bitch, bring her to the base and be done with it!" She listed off. "But nooooo~ all of those assholes are too busy enjoying their little games to even care and I have to finish this shit storm of a mission myself!" She declared.

Then the annoyed kunoichi looked at the coffin in her arms. "And it could had been a whole lot easier if this little nutcase didn't went and fuckin' ripped someone's arm off and put that entire village on high alert for her stunt!" Tayuya concluded in fury.

KLUNK! KLUNK! KLUNK!

Tayuya's eyes then widen as she looked at the coffin once more as one of them began to twitch at the shaking coffin. "ARE YOU FUCKIN' KIDDING ME!?" She roared in annoyance and anger. "HOW THE FUCKING HELL!? THE BITCH IS ALMOST FINISHED!? IT SHOULD'VE TAKEN AT LEAST A FEW HOURS, ESPECIALLY AFTER TAKING ALL OF THOSE FUCKING PILLS! HELL SHE SHOULD BE DEAD AFTER THAT!" She then ranted loudly.

However as the Oto kunoichi was ranting. . .multiple shadows silently appeared right behind her.

"Wow! Now that is a lot of pent up anger dattebakon!" Another female called out.

To that remark, Tayuya's eyes widen as she looked back to see almost all of the remaining members of the Capture Squad right behind her. "OH WHAT THE HELL!?" She roared with anger.

"Eye on the front!" A male voice declared from underneath the female Oto Shinobi.

Said female's eyes then widen further in shock to that. "WHAT!?" Tayuya shouted as she looked down just in time to watch the tip of a humongous blade heading straight at her. Choosing her life over the coffin, she let it go to narrowly dodging the blade that could had cut her in half.

However by doing this left the kunoichi vulnerable, then Naruto quickly delivered a swift side kick to the girl's stomach, sending her flying away from him as he landed on a tree branch.

The Oto kunoichi in response quickly readjusted herself in midair to land on a nearby tree. As she held her sore stomach and gain an infuriated expression. "Ok! Who is the asshole I'm going to-!" Tayuya began to cursed, but her eyes widen when he saw the blond's blade. "What the!? Kirigakure's Executioner's Blade!?" She exclaimed in disbelief and shock.

Using the kunoichi's momentary distraction, Naruto then placed the blade to his back and extended his arms forward, just in time to catch the descending coffin onto his arms. "OMPH!" he got out as he caught the heavy object.

"Shit!" Tayuya cursed as she just lost the coffin. "FUCKIN' DAMMIT! GIVE THAT BITCH BACK DEEPSHIT!" She cursed as she went to the attack against the blond.

The blond meanwhile didn't waste a single moment as he adjusted the coffin weight in a throwing position. "Satsuki-chan, catch!" Naruto called out before chucking the coffin towards the Uchiha. Then he quickly readied his sword and released a massive horizontal swing.

Tayuya was forced to jumped backwards in order to dodge what sure would had beheaded her. "You little-!" She cursed as she started to take her flute out.

"LEAF HURRICANE!" An excited voice got out.

Instantly, Tayuya had to dodge a kick that would have gotten her face if she didn't. "DAMMIT!" She roared in more annoyance.

Meanwhile the Uchiha smirked as she dashed forward before catching the coffin with both hands. "Yosh!" She happily declared but she saw startled by the weight that she nearly dropped it but she manage to adjusted herself just in time to land on a branch. "Man she's heavy." She grumbled in annoyance.

"I guess she gained a few pounds after going missing." A familiar but slightly feral voice remarked.

"Arf!" A bark of agreement got out.

Satsuki turned and saw it was the Inuzuka member of the group and his ninken partner as she grinned at them. "Got that right! But it's definitely not on her chest though!" The Uchiha then jokingly remarked as she looked at their leader as the Nara appeared besides them. "You sure you can take care of her right?" She then asked in concern.

Shikamaru then landed next to the Inuzuka as he looked at the girl. "Yeah, it's better this way, even if she or another one of them got through us, two of you can stop them while the three of you head back." He stated as he turned towards the enemy. "But man. . .why do I always have to fight girls. . .how troublesome. . ." He then complained with his normal lazy tone.

"Ah don't be that annoyed, Kiba's here to help ya." Satsuki then reassured with a grin.

Kiba however didn't had his normally top dog expression that he normally had, as he looked at the Oto Shinobi with narrow eyes before he readied himself. "Thanks Satsuki. . ." He got out in a serious tone.

This caused both the Uchiha and Nara to be slightly confused by the seriousness in their friend's usually overconfident tone. "Kiba?" Satsuki soon asked in concern.

"Satsuki, just take Haruno to the village already." Kiba however interrupted as he knew what the girl wanted to asked but he didn't want to answer. Akamaru meanwhile let out a sad whine at his partner as the puppy was the only one that knew what was wrong.

Lee then jumped away from the fight and landed next to them. "Satsuki-san! We must go now!" He loudly declared.

Satsuki soon shook off her concern for the moment as she looked at the boy in green. "R-Right. . ." She got out in concern before looking at the Inuzuka once more. "Stay alive. . .both of you." She simply ordered.

In response to that, Kiba finally realized that he wasn't acting like his normal self, so he turned his gaze towards his comrades and gave his usually overconfident grin. "Don't need to worry about that, we'll be fine." He reassured. "Get going already!" He then demanded before looking at the opponent he was about to fight. "This is gonna be awkward. . ." He thought to himself.

In response to seeing the usual overconfident expression, Satsuki smiled as she lightly punched the Inuzuka on the shoulder before adjusting herself holding the coffin. "See ya." She replied as she looked at her fiancé. "Naru-kun! It's time to go!" She called out.

"You called?" Naruto replied as he was right behind the girl.

"Eeep!" Satsuki yelped out as she turned around and saw that it was her fiance. "But you were-" She got out as she turned to look at the blond that had thrown the coffin.

The other blond that was having a stare down with the enemy kunoichi dropped his guard and had a huge grin on his face. "Well looks like my job is done." Naruto stated with a joking manner.

POOF!

The sound of coughing was soon heard where the female Oto Shinobi was. "OH WHAT THE FUCK!?" Tayuya roared out in more annoyance when she realized it was just a clone. "GOD MOTHERFUCKING DAMMIT! WHY THE FUCKIN' HELL DO I HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL THIS FUCKIN' BULLSHIT FOR FUCK SAKE!" She ranted in complete fury.

Upon seeing this, the Uchiha instantly knew what had happened as she turned towards the real blond. "Hehe, gotta love Shadow Clones." Satsuki giggled out. "And man is this chick pissed." She thought via mental link.

"You know it!" Naruto replied with a grin as he, Satsuki and Lee dashed back towards Konoha.

"Oh hell no! I'm not letting you-" Tayuya began to say as she was about to play her flute and her eye caught something.

"FANG OVER FANG!" Kiba declared with Akamaru barking as well.

Tayuya narrowly had time to dodge the attack, however by doing so gave the other Capture Squad members the time to escape. "GOD FUCKIN' DAMMIT!" She roared once more in annoyance.

Then Kiba and Akamaru undid the drill like tornados as they landed right in front of the kunoichi. ". . ." Kiba said nothing to the female as he narrowed his eyes while Akamaru whined in sadness once more.

". . ." Tayuya meanwhile became the same as she looked at the Inuzuka. "Great. . .you. . ." She muttered out.

Shikamaru soon landed besides his teammate as he looked at him before looking at the female, it didn't took him even an instant to figure out what was going on. "You two know each other don't you?" He stated more than asked.

". . ." The two however said nothing as they continued their staredown without moving an inch

Shikamaru however just groaned in response to lack of reaction. "Troublesome. . ." He grumbled out in annoyance.

Far away, deep underground. . .

Three people were in a dark room with only a single candle illuminating enough for the three to watch each other. They were Danzō, Kabuto and Orochimaru, the last sitting down on the only chair in the room and had many bandages on his face.

"Are you sure there won't be any complications in retrieving her?" Danzō demanded more so than question.

The sound of amused chucking was heard as bandaged faced man in mention looked at the elderly man. "Don't underestimate them Danzō, they will go to lengths to fulfill my orders." Orochimaru declared from his seat.

Kabuto then adjusted his glasses to that declaration. "However Orochimaru-sama, it is unusual that they are taking this long." Kabuto couldn't help but wonder out loud. "Sure there are fewer members than before, but they should have been here by now." He stated as he smirked and pulled out the a pill that glowed eerily. "Especially when we gave them the insurance. . .from our dear doctor's latest concoction. . ." The medic added.

Danzō then narrowed his visible eye as he took the pill before he then looked closer to observe that inside of pill had tiny microscopic like creatures, before smirking. "Hmph, it seems your elites aren't as skilled as you think they are if they need something like this to accomplish such an important mission." He soon stated as he returned to pill to the medic.

Instead of feeling insulted, Orochimaru genuinely chuckled at that. "Haha. . .Maybe." He replied with good humor.

The elder in turn narrowed his eyes to that. "You find this amusing?" Danzō questioned with a serious tone.

Orochimaru then turned to look at his new partner. "A little is all, however I do assumed that the first that would to hamper the progress would had been either Jirōbō or Kidōmaru, as one like to eat while the other to play around too much." He began to explained. "Leaving Tayuya, who has a bad attitude to finish this assignment on her own." He then added.

Danzō in turn gained a displeased expression to this. "If there are flaws in a shinobi, they should have their minds broken to ensure no mistakes are made." He declared in a serious matter. "Which is what I plan to implement at once for your forces." He then stated.

"I guess. . ." Orochimaru simply replied as he placed he cheek on his left palm. "However, there won't be any worries once Kimimaro reaches them. . ." He declared with a serious tone.

". . .The last Kaguya Clan member." Danzō stated in a serious tone as he looked at the white haired assistant. "One of your plans?" He soon questioned in annoyance.

Kabuto simply adjusted his glasses as he smirked. "Well he wished to be of use. . .one last time. . ." He replied.

Danzō in turn merely narrowed his eyes to that conclusion. "Very well. . ." He responded as he then hobbled out of the room.

Outside of the room. . .

Danzō gripped his cane in anger and annoyance to the Snake Sannin's tactics. "They cannot be trusted with this. . ." He declared to himself as he continued to walked down the dark corridors. "I better make sure my new apprentice arrives here. . ." He soon added.

Inside of the room. . .

"Well he wasn't very sure of this." Kabuto retorted with an amused grin on his face.

Orochimaru simply chuckled once more to that. "I suppose he'll try to sent one of his, but it won't matter in the end, even if the insurance fails, Kimimaro will clean up anything that isn't of use to me anymore. . .no matter who they are. . ." He concluded with a wide vile smirk.

Within the forest of the Land of Fire. . .

A shadowy figure dashed through the trees at incredible speeds, heading straight at the capture squad.

Unknown area. . .

CHING! CHING! CHING! CHING!

In a dark and void filled area, a person continued to struggled at the chains that had bind them. Though it had taken many days for a simple crack to appeared in one of them, the bond prisoner continued their search for freedom, until. . .

SHING!

The chain that had the crack finally break and his arm was finally free.

"!" The bond prisoner was startled by this as he nearly fell but managed to regain their balance just in time.

This action let the prisoner to finally reached the minuscule light source, however, their face was concealed by the person's black shoulder length hair.

The prisoner then began to pant a little as he slowly raised their slightly dark tan skin color arm to looked at it. ". . .Finally. . ." With a tired yet happy smile the prisoner let out a sigh of relief.

The prisoner's smile however faded as he looked at the rest of their body that was still held by multiple chains and binding him to a large stone pillar. "It appears that I have a long path to go before I can reclaim my freedom. . ." The prisoner stated to himself.

The prisoner soon moved his now free arm as it went to his chest, where in the thin light revealed what looked like the man was wearing a large jacket and pulled out a pair of sunglasses. Then he raised his head, but his face was still hidden by his hair and the shadows around him.

However what was strange was that the prisoner's eyes were glowing in a strange blue like glow as he placed his glasses over their glowing eyes.

"I will not lose hope. . .I will not let destruction, death and despair be victorious! I will regain my freedom and I will set things right once again. . ." The prisoner declared with conviction and dedication as he began to continue to struggle breaking free from his binds.

I have to admit...the Retrieval team was pretty dumb here.

Sorry, but considering their numbers, they could have easily overwhelmed, overpowered, and killed/captured Jirobo like it was no problem. In canon it made sense, because there was only five of them and they needed to rest after the dome, but here there were four more of them who were all fresh. They could have easily taken Jirobo out quickly and moved on.

The decision to split up, I think, was a pretty dumb one. *shrugs* that's just my thought anyways.

Ino getting crippled though...dayum...that's really messed up. x.x

Otherwise, not a bad chapter, but I do think the Retrieval team made a dumb decision there.

Mmm. . .Say JG, do you feel like it was a dumb decision?

JG: Well at first I had mixed ideas about it, but trust me when we say they're gonna need the extra help for these versions of the fights, especially in the future. . .
