53. Chapter 53

Chapter 53: Viral Rampage

Within Konoha. . .

After the discussion with Gai about Lee's natural Drunken Fist style, the female Hokage had returned to her office to get so rest, however by the time she entered the room it was at that moment when the sinister pressure had reached Konoha.

Tsunade was standing while she looked out the window to see the three pillars of dark misma in the distance with a dead serious expression. "Shizune!" She called out in a loud and serious tone. "I need you in here now!" She then ordered in the same tone.

SLAM!

At that moment, Shizune and surprisingly Anko had entered the room in unison as it was the purple haired jonin who slam the door open. The jonin had a dead serious expression of her own on her face while the Hokage's assistant had an out of breath expression as she was panting heavily.

"TSUNADE-SAMA!" Shizune exclaimed in concern and worry. "That misma that shot through the air, the pressure of it was seen throughout the entire village, however it appears that it was only felt by all the high chunins and jonins!" She then quickly reported. "It's possible that the group that was chasing after Sakura Haruno are around the epicenter of them!" She soon declared.

To hearing that, the Hokage tightened her fist in growing concern for the team she had sent after the traitor and her possible escorts.

"Tsunade-sama. . ." Anko suddenly announced with a voice that was a more serious and low than she had ever said it. "I'm taking my team to help out Naruto, Hinata and Satsuki. . ." She all but declared.

"Anko, you can just-" Tsunade started to say, however. . .

"Too bad. . ." Anko quickly interrupted as her expression didn't change in the slightest as she turned away from the Hokage.

"This is disobeying the Hokage's orders. . ." Tsunade then reminded in a serious tone. "This would instantly mark you as a traitor to Konoha and I know the gakis would hate me if I do, but I will if you make me. . ." She then added.

Shizune meanwhile was really concerned and worried about this, as she too knew just how much the trio and the girls from Viper Squad care for the jonin. However if she would still apprehend the woman if it mean stopping her.

Anko suddenly stop at hearing that. "I remember. . ." She simply said.

The two other women then looked at the jonin. "?" Both Tsunade and Shizune got out with confused expression.

The purple haired woman remain still and didn't turned around. "You read my file right?" Anko simply questioned.

This caused Tsunade to slightly narrow her eyes as she realized what the earlier statement meant. "I assume you mean about your memory lost when you were found after Orochimaru deserted?" She stated more then asked.

Anko simply nodded. "While I still don't remember most of it. . .I do remember this sinister feeling that you and most of shinobis in Konoha felt. . ." She soon revealed.

"You know what it is?" Shizune then questioned.

Anko merely shock her head sideways. "No. . .but I did recall what I felt. . ." She then admitted as she balled her hands into fists.

The other two woman felt something very wrong with the way the special Jonin was talking. "And what was that. . .?" Tsunade finally asked.

At this question Anko finally turned around and startled the other two woman with the pure horror filled expression she had in her dilated eyes. ". . .terror. . .pure fucking terror. . ." Was all she could say with a strained tone.

Both Hokage and assistant were truly shocked at hearing this, as they would never would had thought that by just mere recalling the feeling were enough to scared even a woman like her.

Then Anko turned around once more. "Whatever this is. . .those kids have no clue what they getting into. . . as someone who had survive Orochimaru's hell, I have to go and save them. . ." She revealed with both serious and scared fill tone. "So if it means I have to go rogue to save them, so be it. . ." She added with a dead serious tone.

". . ." The two women in turn said nothing to this as they watched the purple haired jonin begin leave.

After a few moments passed, Shizune then turned to the Hokage. "Tsunade-sama. . ." She got out in concern.

"Wait. . ." Was all Tsunade could say with a calm tone.

Anko stopped and turn her head slightly, as her face showed that no matter what her leader said, she would still go.

Tsunade then took a deep breath and then closed her eyes to this information as she started to gather her thoughts. While most would think that the woman in front of her may be over exaggerating with this, the female Hokage couldn't think that it was. After all, she herself felt the sinister pressure that was beyond anything she had ever felt in her life and she had witness shinobi wars. . .

So the question was. . .what should her decision be?

Within the forest. . .

The three shinobis were still holding themselves down, though Tenten had assistance from Kankurō's Black Ant puppet since her arm and leg were broken. As all they could do was stare at the large black energy pillar with startled expressions.

"What the hell is going on!? What did he eat!?" Kankurō exclaimed in confusion to how the situation was now.

Tenten meanwhile winced in pain as she looked on while slightly shielding her eyes with her not broken hand. "I-I don't know!" She exclaimed as she then looked at her teammate. "Chōji!?" She called out, hoping he would have an answer since he was knowledgeable of food enhancements.

However the big bone boy could only shake his head having absolutely no idea what was going on either, much to the other two's confusion and frustration of not having any peace of mind.

Then after a few moments, the dark pillar finally stopped and only a dark misma remained, however that quickly died down as well and at the center of the crater that was created. . .there was something that not even in the three's worst of nightmares could ever compare. . .

Step. . .

The sound of a soft fleshy like step echoed from the bottom of the crater.

"What. . .the hell. . .?" Was all Kankurō could got out as his face was completely blank with confusion and shock.

Step. . .step. . .

Then the fleshy sound continued to be heard and erratic and strained breathing. "Heheheehe. . ." But what was most frightening was that the breathing itself sounded like a low and slightly demonic chuckle.

Tenten on the other hand had her face filled with nothing but fear, terror but most of all, disgust. "What. . .the hell. . .is that thing. . .?" She breathed out as she looked at the creature that used to the Oto shinobi.

It was at the instant that the miasma complete faded away and the person once known as Jirōbō had cease to exist. . .

What was in front of the young shinobi's appeared to be a large, if just vaguely, clothesless human-shaped creature that was covered in hairless, seemingly-rough and saggy, gray skin. Its mouth was very large, taking up most of their otherwise-featureless faces, as they were filled with needle-like teeth that it made it look like it was grinning sinisterly.

Chōji soon felt sick at the sight of the enemy as he face became a slight shade of green. "What. . .happened to him. . .?" He got out in confusion, fear and shock.

Kankurō frowned at this as a cold sweat fell from his face. "I have no idea, but this is definitely means that this fight isn't over. . ." He commented with a serious and anxious tone.

The other two detected that and they couldn't blame him. I mean how could they? They weren't just tired and hurt after their earlier fight, but now they have to face this. . .abomination. . .So they were feeling just as anxious as the older boy.

"Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ." The monstrous Jirōbō darkly chuckled out as he kept walking towards the trio at a slow pace from the center of the crater, though it looked like it its steps were compensated with a twitch from another limps in his body as if it was having small seizures.

Regardless, this creature was radiating with a deadly and menacing aura which made the two Konoha shinobis having a hard time breathing from being in its range.

Kankurō meanwhile narrowed his eyes to these simply actions as he moved his hand to make his puppets return to his side, while Black Ant placed the kunoichi against a tree before calling it back as well. "Whatever the hell happened to this guy. . .I'll end him. . ." He declared in a serious tone before he began to move his fingers. "Right now! Let's just killed this thing!" He commanded as he sent Crow straight towards the monster.

Said puppet quickly glide across the ground as its head span around quickly before it then opened its mechanical mouth and it began to firing a shower of senbon needles at the mutated Oto shinobi.

WOOSH! STAB! STAB! STAB!

Instantly, a multitude of senbons lodged themselves into the body on the mutated Jirōbō from nearly all over its body as they punctured his skin, coating most of his body in the needles. However it looked as if it didn't bothered the creature in the slightest while continuing walking towards the three.

"Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ." He darkly chuckled once more as if mocking them while the senbons began to slide out its body and continued to walked towards them.

"What the-? That's enough poison to kill most a regular shinobi!" Kankurō got out in startlement as he pulled back the chakra strings of his puppet. "It should at the very least heavily weaken him. . ." He then added as Crow got into position.

"How is that possible!?" Chōji then asked in a shocked and confused tone.

The female kunoichi was just as startled as the Suna shinobi, but she quickly shock her head. "Then aim for the limbs!" Tenten suggested as she winced in pain.

Both boys nodded in agreement as Chōji more or less got used to the pain, enough to move properly again. Taking a deep breath the Akimichi charged straight at the monster while Crow was right behind him.

Once Chōji reached it, he cocked back his fist. "Partial Expansion: Fist!" He declared to try to give his comrade and opening.

WHAM!

The huge fist landed straight on the monster's chest and face, however it didn't so much as move it an inch backwards. Suddenly the mutated Jirōbō's arms went and grabbed the giant fist in a tight hold.

"AH!" Chōji shouted in pain as the grip from those arms were starting to crush solid rocks. "It's slow but he's still insanely strong!" He thought with a panic as he could feel his enlarge skin and bones slowly starting to bend inwards from the force along.

Not letting this go on, Crow had a blade came out of its body and slash the tendons on creatures right hand. This action made the mutated shinobi lose its powerful hold on the huge fist.

Not taking any chances, Chōji quickly pulled back his arm and just barely manage to free himself and began to rub his injured hand. "Damn, he's got a grip now. . ." He got out in shock.

Kankurō then moved the chakra strings in a complex manner, this caused his puppet to sprout out another blade and began wildly slash the creature's body.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

Every single slash hit its mark as large gashes and cuts appeared all over the mutated Jirōbō's body as puke yellowish blood began pouring out from its wounds, however. . . "Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ." It simply let its evil chuckled like breathing as it didn't seem bothered by the relentless attacks as it kept walking.

Tenten's eyes widen to the sight of of how the attacks were ineffective. "What the hell is up with this freak!?" She exclaimed in shock and disgust.

Kankurō growled lowly at the monsters mocking like breathing as shared the same sentiments as the kunoichi. But regardless he and the Akimichi was wondering if its attacks were even really affecting it.

"Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ." The mutated Jirōbō however just kept chuckling darkly as he was now out of the crater before he then stop and moved his head in a spastic manner.

To that sight, Tenten growled at the chuckling. "Even after turning into a freakin' monster, it's still an arrogant asshole. . ." She grumbled out which made the Akimichi groan in agreement.

Then the mutated Jirōbō stopped in its tracks and simply stood still, though it's head kept spazzing out.

"?" The three allies were left confused by this sudden action, not understanding why it did so.

Suddenly, the monstrous Oto Shinobi's arms began to quickly move erratically and before the three shinobi's could pondered this action. . .

STRRRRRETCH!

The mutated Jirōbō's arms suddenly stretched to impossible and inhuman lengths as they head towards the three shinobis at startling speeds.

"!?" The three were startled by this action that made Kankurō and Chōji to instinctively and narrowly dodge this.

CRASH! SMASH!

"Yipe!" Tenten squicked in startlement when the hands grabbed the tree she was staying on just a few meters above her. The hands began to crashing the tree trunk like it was a stick as it then fall to the side.

"Tenten!" Chōji shouted as he dashed towards her and quickly scooped her up and just as quickly move her out of the way.

STRRRRRETCH!

The arms then retracted back towards its body. "Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ." The monstrous creature chuckled yet again as he continued his slow march towards the three shinobis.

Kankurō meanwhile jumped backwards till he reached the others and frown. "How the hell did he do that!?" He exclaimed his question more so to himself then his allies.

"Like hell we know!" Tenten retorted with annoyances and frustration at feeling so vulnerable and basically dead weight at this point.

CRACK!

Jirōbō's arms once again began to spasm yet again, but only this time he move it as if they were a whip while slamming them into the ground.

Kankurō's eyes widen as he saw this. "Shit! It's gonna to do it again!" He shouted with concern as he and the Akimichi began to ran out of the way with the kunoichi in his arms.

STRRRRRETCH! CRASH! CRACK!

The whip like arms either smashed a tree or cracked the ground upon impact. Meanwhile the two males continued to dodge the wild whip like arms.

Kankurō soon tried to attack with Crow, however it was hard to do so because of the thrashing arms as they either knocked the puppet back or couldn't get near the main body. "Dammit! We can't get an attack in!" He exclaimed in annoyance.

Tenten then used her only functioning hand to reached her shinobi pouch and pulled out a ball of exploding seals. "Blast it with explosives!" She soon suggested in a panicked tone as she threw the ball towards Suna shinobi.

Kankurō easily caught the ball and nodded to that as he moved his fingers some more to command his puppets to get out of the way while looking at the Akimichi. "Alright! Get back!" He ordered.

Chōji didn't need to be told twice as he dashed as quick as he could, not wanting to be near the range of the blast.

The Suna Shinobi then placed the ball inside of Crow's mouth and then moved it as high as he could. "Let's see how you like this your freak!" Kankurō declared as he move his fingers once more. "Make it rain!" He then ordered.

Then the puppets mechanical head span around as he then threw another rain of senbon towards the body of the mutated Oto Shinobi along with the tag ball.

WHOOSH! STAB! STAB! STAB! Sheee. . .

As the first time, all of the senbon hit home, but like the first time they didn't caused any pain. However unlike the first time, the moment the senbons that had the tab ball hit the creatures boy it began hissing and then. . .

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

A chain of powerful explosions occurred one after another in quick succession and then. . .

PLOP! PLOP! PLOP! Thud!

Before their very eyes, the creature simply fell to the ground after losing most of his limbs as they went blew off it's body while puke yellow blood spewed from the remains.

Within the formerly mist covered forest. . .

The black misma soon died down as the Hyuga cousins looked on at an unusual yet disturbing sight. . .a massive humanoid shape cocoon that looked as if it was composed of raw flesh mixed with the Oto Shinobi's gold colored webbing.

Hinata took in a deep breath as she looked at where the enemy once was. "W-What happened to him?" She couldn't help but asked as every single cell in her body was screaming at her that this was wrong.

Neji meanwhile shook his head to that as he held his wound and looked at the flesh cocoon in disgust. "I am. . .unsure Hinata-sama. . ." He got out as he also felt the same uneasiness while he winced in pain.

"Gruuun. . ." A grotesque and vile sound came out of the cocoon as it filled the area with nothing but malevolent intent.

At the sound of this, both cousins felt a shiver down their spines.

". . .Kill. . .That's what it wants. . ." The dark and vile tone translated from the female Hyuga's head. "Are you going to let this insect hatch?" It then questioned.

Hinata immediate reacted to this as she realized what it meant. "Neji-niisan! We have to destroy this thing before it hatches!" She warned her cousin as she quickly charged towards the cocoon.

"Ah! Hold on Hinata-sama!" Neji called out, but followed as best he could.

As the male Hyuga ran after his cousin, he activated his Byakugan and as such, his eyes widen in shock at what he saw what was inside and whatever it was. . .it wasn't human anymore. . .

Neji narrowed his eyes as he ready his still functional arm while continuing running. "Your correct Hinata-sama, this isn't a human enemy anymore." He declared as he winced in slight pain.

Then without any more delays, both cousins jumped towards the cocoon with their palms cocked back, ready to strike it. However just as they were about to reach it. . .

CRACK! SPLASH!

The humanoid cocoon began to gain large cracks in the spine part on it as large gooey blob like sustains began to erupt from it.

"Move. . ." The dark voice ordered in a serious tone.

At both the sight and order of this, both cousin just barely manage to stopped themselves and got out of the way just before the cocoon literally exploded. This resulted in the golden parts of the cocoon to embedded themselves in both trees and ground alike while the rest slided down from a disturbing humanoid body with a disgusting sound.

Hinata soon felt some bile coming up her throat to the sight of this. "Oh. . .kami. . ." She muttered out in caution, disgust and fear.

"Hinata-sama. . .be ready. . ." Neji advised in a serious manner.

What was in front to the two cousins, though it had a humanoid shape, it was most definitely not human anymore. . .as the creature that was once Kidōmaru was humanoid shape, though it still had its six arms, but that was all it had in common what he used to be. Saying that this monstrosity had an hideous appearance that would be putting it nicely.

He was slightly taller with extremely thin body and now had a hunchback, his eyes were completely black like a spider's and were devoid of any life in them, his mouth didn't had any lip skin as their teeth are sharper and disfigured. His six limbs become much longer than they once were and had black raizer claws, his muscles and skin had a much more pale yet glossy gold webbing shine but looked tougher than average skin.

Then mutated Kidōmaru suddenly let out a loud and sinister screech that echoed through the forest as his body suddenly started to have a spasm.

Both cousin were forced to cover their ears from the ear piercing screech. Though Neji had it worst from only having one functional arm making him used his shoulder instead.

"Now he truly is a monster body and soul. . ." The dark and vile voice declared in all seriousness.

Hinata heard that statement, but she was still distracted with covering her ears from the screeching that was being emitted from the enemy.

Neji on the other hand recovered from this and narrowed his eyes while concern were in them. "So this is the result. . .of someone going to Orochimaru. . ." He stated before wincing in pain from his wound.

Hinata soon uncovered her ears as she heard her cousin's statement while nodding in agreement. "This is not good. . ." She muttered out.

The mutated Oto shinobi's head suddenly jerked as it then looked straight at the cousin and let out another, not as loud screech while it bare its disfigured fangs at the two.

"Here it comes!" Neji warned a while he position his remaining working limb.

Then the creature went on all of its limbs as it jumped towards the trees with both an inhuman speeds and agility. It easily climb up walls using its claws, then before anyone could took a moment to think, it made a jump to and from different spots in the blink of an eye.

While both surprised and startled by this increase of frightening speeds, both Hyuga cousins still remain calmed as possible as the two went back to back to cover their flanks. The two used their Byakugan to keep track of the creature's movements.

"Neji-niisan, your still injured. . ." Hinata reminded in a concern yet serious tone.

In turn to hearing that, Neji narrowed his eyes as he scanned the area around him. "Quite frankly Hinata-sama. . ." He began to say before wincing in pain from his wound again. "I think that's the least of my concerns. . ." He responded.

Though Hinata couldn't see it, a vile and sinister grin appeared inside the seal. "Let him fight. . ." The dark and vile voice ordered. "Then it will be my turn to play. . ." It then thought to himself in excitement.

The female Hyuga had hardly the time to process the voice's orders as the mutated creature lunged itself at the Hyuga cousins, cocking back all of its limbs as it readied them to slash the two while screeching once more.

Hinata quickly made the hand signs and cocke back her head. "Water Style: Water Bullet!" She mentally declared as she shot out a water bullet from her mouth.

SPLASH!

The bullet struck the creature's head dead center forcing it to fall backwards and slam on the the ground.

Neji didn't wasted a single instant as he dashed pasted his cousin and thrusted his palm forwards. "Gentle Fist!" He declared as he struck the creature on its chest, this action sent it rolling backwards and stopped on its back.

Hinata smiled with relief as she saw that the strike was dead aimed where its heart should had be located. "That should severely damage his heart or at least damage it." She thought to herself.

". . ." The owner of the dark and vile voice said nothing to this as it witnessed what occurred.

Neji soon narrowed his eyes as he looked at the enemy. "Now to finish-" He began to say.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The male's Hyuga was interrupted by the creature letting out another piercing screech as it simply jumped back on its limbs and attaching itself to a nearby tree.

To this sight, both Hyuga members eyes widen at this as they couldn't believe that the hit had failed. Both quickly focus their Byakugan and saw that their wasn't even a slight damage caused to the heart of the creature.

"H-How!?" Hinata stammered out in shock. "T-That was a direct strike!" She then added in confusion.

"That shouldn't be possible! I aimed directly at his heart and didn't feel any resistance!" Neji meanwhile thought in confusion before wincing in pain again and started to hold his wound.

The mutated Kidōmaru growled with anger as it then leap towards a tree and then to another, this continued to happen until it completely vanished from the field of vision from the two Hyuga members.

The female Hyuga then narrowed her eyes to this action. "Hiding in the trees again?" Hinata thought to herself.

Both Hyuga's quickly began tracking the creature with their Byakugan, while it was more or less easy to track it thanks to its large body, however it was something strange. . .

Neji's eyes continued to looked around as a sweatdrop fell from his cheek. "Hinata-sama. . ." called out as his tone was filled with concern while holding his wound.

The female Hyuga in turn nodded to this. "Hai. . .I see it as well. . ." Hinata agreed as her voice was also had the same tone.

While it was true that they could tracked it, there were moments where the mutated creature would literally vanish for a moment before reappearing the next, it was as if the creature was teleporting, but the distance was only a few feet apart.

Suddenly, the creature completely vanished from their sight completely.

"What!?" Both cousins said in unison at this as they unconsciously separated from each other.

"Behind. . ." The dark and vile voice warned.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

"!?" Both Hyuga cousins got out as they heard the screeching from behind them and tried to dash forward.

SLASH! TEAR!

The next thing the two cousins felt a slash from their backs. The creature had manage to deliver slash their backs, while the cut wasn't deep, it did left a nasty gash.

Then Neji was the first to recover as he turned around only to find that the creature was gone once again. "How did-!?" He got out in confusion as the back of his clothes were torn while some blood started to leak out.

Hinata meanwhile winced from a slash wound that had suddenly appeared on her shoulder as it torn through her jacket. "N-No way. . ." She stammered out in disbelief and shock as this was the first time an enemy got passed her Byakugan and just not because of her family blind spot.

Then owner of the dark and vile voice the shifted his eyes. "To your right." He advised.

SLASH! TEAR!

This time, Hinata was able to avoid any physical injury, however the claws still manage to tear through another part her clothing to reveal her chainmesh.

The female Hyuga in response to seeing this became wide eyed "Again!" She mentally declared in shock.

Her cousin however became worried to this sight. "Hinata-sama! Are you uninjured!?" Neji asked with concern, but his eyes never stop from searching the enemy. "Where is he? My Byakugan can't track him for some reason!" He declared in his mind in confusion to this development.

"I'm fine. . .but it's not just you Neji-nisan. . ." Hinata replied as she looked around and frown as she figured what her cousin was thinking. "I can't find it anymore as well. . ." She admitted in a nervous tone.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The mutated Oto shinobi screech continued to echoed through the trees while it continued moving with its inhuman speeds and agility while leaving many claw marks in its path.

". . ." The dark and vile voice said nothing as it shifted his eyes back and forth, unlike the two Hyuga's it can easily find the creature. "Speed and camouflage. . .plus the addition that he is no longer using any chakra. . ." It soon declared but didn't say it openly as a vile smile appeared in the shadows. "That should send this one into the mode I desire. . ." It then concluded.

Both cousins continued to looked around only to barely dodge another claw strike before it went back into the trees to hid itself. However, this time they notice that it was actually getting harder to track the creature then last time.

Neji continued to scan the area as he was trying to find their opponent, but was failing to do so. "How is this possible? Nothing should be out of sight of the Byakugan!" He thought in confusion. "It's as if the enemy is no longer using chakra!" He then added in a mutter.

It was at this statement that Hinata's eyes widen as an epiphany struck her. "I. . .I think it isn't anymore. . ." She muttered out in disbelief before jerking her head towards her cousin.

"What do you mean? Even if it isn't using chakra, the chakra network should still be visible." Neji countered.

A cold sweat then began to run down the female Hyuga's head as she continued to look for the enemy. "Neji-niisan, the enemy is no longer using chakra! It's just a mindless beast now moving only on predatory like instincts! Whatever he had taken it must have somehow mutated his body so much that he no longer has a network!" Hinata deducted.

Neji's eyes then widen to that. "What!?" He got out as he was to startled by this revelation and he forgot about looking for the mutated creature.

Sensing the prey's momentary distraction, the mutated Kidōmaru lunged itself with incredibly speeds and agility.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

SLASH! SHINK! SLASH! SHINK! SLASH!

The two Hyuga cousins winced in pain as their bodies were covered in multiple wounds over their bodies as multiple claw slashes had torn through their clothes and blood began to leak from them.

Neji was panting very heavily as he was slowly starting to feel light headed and his vision started to be blurry from the blood lost. "Our opponent. . .he's nothing like he once was. . ." He muttered out before swallowing some saliva. "We got to end this. . .before it gets worse. . ." He then added in his head.

Hinata meanwhile was breathing heavily as well while some blood was running down the side of her head. "You right, Neji-niisan. . .However we're at a serious disadvantage. . .We can barely see him and he's even faster for us to solely rely on intercepting it now. . ." She stated as she noticed her cousin slight bob of his head from what she guessed from the blood lost.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

Neji's then jerked his head in a direction as he tried once more to search for the enemy. The older cousin frown as he knew that her cousin was right and they wouldn't win as they are now. "Hinata-sama, you have to run now!' He declared before wincing in pain.

Hinata's eyes widen to hearing that declaration as she motioned her eyes towards her cousin. "I will not!" She quickly replied in a serious manner. "There is no way that you would be able to fight this monstrosity on your own!" She counter-declared.

". . ." Neji didn't replied as he didn't looked at his cousin.

This made Hinata realize what her cousin was planing. "No. . .Neji-niisan. . ." She got out in her shocked state. "Don't you dare. . ." She then added.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

However Hinata couldn't end her statement as the creature once more attacked, making both cousins forced stopped any further debate and went back into defending.

SLASH! SHINK!

The female Hyuga soon had enough as she made some hand seals and cast another Hidden Mist, this one wasn't for coverage or to cast her Mist Dragon, but for having enough water for her next jutsu.

"Water Style: Water Wall!" Hinata mentally declared as she used the water in the mist to create a protective shield, then she used it to hit the creature hard enough to sent it straight into a tree.

The creature however quickly recovered as it screeched with anger before quickly retreating back into the woods.

"This. . .isn't good. . ." Hinata panted a bit in exhaustion after this as she realized that this couldn't continue or the creature will simply wear them out of chakra and stamina. Then she turned towards her cousin. "Neji-niisan, it wouldn't matter even if I had tried to escape this monster. . .it would've simply caught me and I would be in the same exact situation we're in now. . ." She then added.

Neji could only grind his teeth as he couldn't deny that, because in his current state, he wouldn't buy enough time for her cousin to get far. "I guess that means we must defeat this creature, here and now. . ." He replied with a wincing end.

Hinata in turn nodded in agreement. "Yes. . ." She replied as her tactical mind quickly began to think of a plan.

As the creature's screech echoed once more, Hinata finally thought out of a plan as she cast a clone and sent it to buy even a moment of time to prepare.

"Neji-niisan, this is what we must do. . .and you will listen if we want to defeat it. " Hinata declared with a serious tone as she quickly began to relay the plan.

It was very apparent that the older cousin didn't like what he heard. But Neji knew that as much as he didn't like the plan, even if it was the best course of action they should take.

POOF!

The sound of the clone quickly dispelling reached the older cousin's ears as Hinata gained its memories, making her know that their time for planning was up. Wth a certain blond signature seal, Hinata created three clones as they and herself ran off in different directions.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The mutated Oto shinobi screeched at the sudden appearance of more prey, but didn't care as it quickly pounced and charged at the one closest to it. The creature ran and jumped between the trees until it reached the nearest female Hyuga.

Said Hinata quickly saw the creature and desperately dodged its lunge attack, the claws narrowly missed the front part of the girl's throat before completely stopping and turned to face the creature with a frown. "It can't even distinguish which are the clones. . ." She thought with fear as it was apparent that the creature, although long lost any of its former humanity, still had the Oto Shinobi's incredible analytical prowess. Which made it abundantly clear that they had end this fight quickly or risked it finally cornering them.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The mutated Oto shinobi managed to land while avoiding hitting any trees as it turned towards the girl and screeched at the female Hyuga.

Hinata in turn frowned as she took her battle stance and waited for the creature to make a move. She didn't waited long because the creature once more lunged at her. Then with elegance and grace, she narrowly dodge the attack before she struck it on its expose side.

This caused the creature to screech in pain as it crashed on the ground, but it didn't do that much damage as it quickly got back up on all of its limbs while baring its grotesque teeth at her while drool fall from it's mouth from the anger and rage of its prey still having been hunted.

Seeing as the female Hyuga had finally gained is full attention, she quickly scanned the area and with immense relief saw that everything was in place. So retaking her stance, she waited for the plan to commence.

The young Hyuga didn't had to wait long as the mutated Oto Shinobi launched itself with even greater ferocity with even greater velocity.

Unknown the creature, as it was to caught up in its enrage filled crazed to killed its prey, four shadows were slowly creeping into position around the it and Hinata. Three of the four were the nearest to them, they were the clones the Hyuga had earlier had casted as they were in a pyramid formation around the mutated Oto shinobi and their original.

While the fourth shadow was the injured Neji was right behind in the position of the creature, however he was who was at the furthest away from the fight. "I just pray that your plan works Hinata-sama as we won't have another shot after this. . ." He thought to himself with worry and concern.

The real Hinata was desperately dodging the incredibly fast claw strikes while hitting back with her Gentle Fist. However this didn't do much damage the female Hyuga would've hoped as the former human didn't had any chakra points anymore so disabling its chakra was useless and it's incredibly hard skin stopped her from doing much internal damage, which only further making it angrier and making its attacks be faster and deadlier.

SWIPE!

Hinata narrowly dodge yet another claw strike that nearly slice her head as she then quickly scanned the area and smiled.

"Now!" One of the Hinata clones soon shouted the order as all three jumped out in unison towards the mutated enemy.

Startled by the sudden shout, the mutate Kidōmaru quickly turned as it saw the clones. However it didn't let this affect it much as he let out a loud screech towards the clones and charged at them.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The screech momentarily stun the clones, long enough for the creature to stabbed one of the clones straight through her chest before it dispersed upon the killing blow.

POOF!

The other two clones quickly recovered and launched themselves towards the mutated Oto shinobi as the two attacked from two sides with near perfect synchronization. While the creature was having a bit of trouble keeping up with the annoying clones.

However the clones weren't the only things that made things difficult as the real Hinata would fire water bullets from a distance to keep the monster from killing the clones before everything was ready.

A few meters away, the older Hyuga was hidden away as he was heavily panting as all around him, be it trees or rocks had multiple dents of different sizes while he's still working hand was slightly trembling. "Still not ready yet. . .I have to hurry. . .!" Neji got out with a nearly desperate tone before wincing in pain.

"HA!" The clones roared out in unison as the two clones of Hinata struck at the mutated Oto shinobi in the chest and back. "Take this you abomination!" The two clones got out in mental unison to the strikes hitting.

BAM! BAM!

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The mutated Kidōmaru wailed in pain from the dual strikes as he fall to the ground and started flailing about. However it recovered much too quickly then the clones expected as it then jumped upwards and slashed both clones necks.

"Ack!" The two clone got out in unison as they instantly dispelled from the killing blow.

Hinata's eyes widen to the sight of this as sweat started to run down her forehead. "This isn't good. . .his adapting to my tactics even quicker then when we first fought. . ." She thought in a panic.

From inside the seal, a vile and twisted chuckling was heard as this fight was escalating against the Hyuga cousins. "Hehehe. . .Soon. . ." The dark and vile chuckled out in excitement as it continued to watch.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

Once the mutated Oto shinobi landed back on the ground it turned its gazed back at its prey and let out yet another ear piercing screech as it soon jumped onto the trees above and glided across them towards the female Hyuga while hiding expertly in between the trees.

Said Hyuga was using her Byakugan at overdrive to get even a small hint of where it would striked. "This is gonna be close. . ." Hinata muttered as she narrowly dodge another deadly claw slash to the neck. "Neji-niisan. . .please hurry. . ." She thought in concern as she readjusted her stance and charged forward.

Meanwhile within the shadows, the older Hyuga wince once more as he looked at a particular stone that had a large hole on it as his still functional arm was shaking a bit violently. ". . .It will have to do for now. . ." He thought to himself, it wasn't anywhere near optimal as he would had like, but he knew that time wasn't a luxury he had at the moment.

BAM! BAM! BAM!

Hinata soon delivered three Gentle Fist strikes to the mutated Oto shinobi to three of his arms. However her hands were now starting to swell from hitting the hard skin and she began panting heavily while sweat dripped from her face. ". . .I can't let this drag out any longer. . ." She then thought with a tired tone as she could feel that she was running low on chakra and was considering using Kurama's chakra if it comes down to it.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The creature raised its arms in a fierce manner while letting out another deaf piercing screech as it grew tired of this hunt as its prey was now clearly slowing down, so as all predators, it had enough and decided to go for the kill.

This forced the female Hyuga to take on her stance once more as she unconsciously began drawing out Kurama's chakra. Had her mind wasn't so focus on the creature, she would have both felt and noticed something oddly wrong with the Bijū's chakra. However before the female Hyuga could draw out any sustancionate amount of the Bijū's chakra. . .

"Gentle Fist Art!" A familiar male voice called out from the shadows.

This made Hinata's eyes widen in a relief as it was the signal she was waiting. Then she narrowed her eyes and began channeling both hers and the minimal amount of Bijū chakra she had. "Protective Eight Trigrams! Sixty-Four Palms!" She mentally declared.

The mutated Oto shinobi couldn't stopped itself in time as it crashed straight into the countless chakra threat like sphere. Though thanks to its harden skin it manage to protect itself from the blunt of the attack, it still received a lot of damage, more so in the torso area of its body.

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

The creature screech in agony from the pain of the merciless jutsu from the female Hyuga, the threats of chakra slash through its body with even more force and power that it sent it flying backwards at fast velocity while leaving large cuts and gashes all over its torso area.

With her jutsu finishing its job, Hinata fell onto one of her knees as she had reached her limit both physically and her chakra limit. "I leave the rest to you Neji-niisan. . ." She thought to herself in exhaustion.

As the creature was sent flying backwards, it was desperately trying to readjust itself while trying to ignore its heavy injuries. However as it was doing so, it didn't notice that it was heading straight towards the other Hyuga that it had completely ignored until now.

Neji meanwhile was in a completely new gentle fist stance where he focus more on his right side of his body while he stretched said limb towards the incoming creature, but unlike the normal open palm style, this one was focus on his fingers being tilted a bit more forward.

Sensing chakra, the mutated Oto shinobi manage to finally readjust itself to turned around, however it was still at the mercy of the force that was sending it flying.

"Now to end this! Eight Trigrams Piercing Gale Palm!" Neji soon declared as he thrusted his fingers forward as it was a spear and then he too fell to his knees from reaching his limit as well.

FWOOSH! BAM!

The moment the powerful gale of chakra hit mutated Kidōmaru, it was instantly hit in the same area where the female Hyuga had struck with her jutsu.

CRACK!

"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!"

Suddenly a loud crack echoed throughout the forest and it soon followed by a loud screech of agony from the new jutsu that had pierced through its chest area clean through. The creature was then sent backwards from the strike as he was sent flying through the air.

CRASH!

Then the creature crashed through several trees as they mercilessly fell on top of it one after another, until only a large pile of wood was visible.

The two Hyuga members continued to pant heavily from exhaustion from what they went through as they looked at the downed enemy.

Hinata took in a deep breath as she struggled to get to her feet, though her legs were feeling shaky. "We. . .have to get back to Konoha. . .for medical attention. . .Neji-niisan. . ." She muttered out.

As much as the female Hyuga would had want to go with the others and continued with the mission, however she knew that the two cousins weren't in any shape to do so, more so her cousin.

The male Hyuga in turn nodded in agreement as he winced in pain. ". . .Hai. . .Hinata-sama. . ." Neji reluctantly agreed.

Within the female Hyuga's mind however, a wicked grin graced itself in the darkness. "Hehehe. . .not yet. . ." The dark and vile voice meanwhile thought in amusement and excitement.

Crack!

From underneath the pile of fallen trees, a small branch broke off from one of the tree's as a leg from the former human shinobi then started to mutate further. . .

Within a newly cutted open field of tree stumps. . .

The two Konoha shinobi's and Suna kunoichi lowered their arms and saw the black misma began to burn through the trees that was still on top of the defeated Oto kunoichi, however the flames slowly started to tone down in volume, leaving only an eerie silence in its place.

The Inuzuka of the group was the first to gain his bearing as he looked on in confusion to the sight. "What. . .the hell. . .is this?" He slowly asked while Akamaru whined a little in nervousness.

The Nara meanwhile narrowed his eyes to this. "I don't know. . .but this can't be good for us. . ." Shikamaru remarked as he never sounded more serious in his life. "That pill she took. . .whatever it did, it's gonna be troublesome for us. . ." He meanwhile thought in the same serious tone.

The Suna kunoichi meanwhile kept herself ready for battle. "Stay sharp you two, this isn't over yet." She reminded in her own serious tone.

No sooner the kunoichi had said so did the black miasma began to change color, turning from black like flames to red-orange actual flames that then lit the tree stumps on fire.

Temari's eyes then narrowed further to that. "Fire?" She got out in confusion at the sight before she looked at the Konoha shinobis. "Oi, you never mention that she could use fire style jutsu. . ." She then questioned as she wasn't feeling cocky because this meant that she was now at a disadvantage since fire chakra is stronger than wind chakra.

Kiba slight shook his head to that. "It was only one time for a burning punch, but that's it. All she did was use her flute and those summons." He answered with narrow eyes. "Tayuya. . .what the hell did you do to yourself?" He meanwhile thought in a serious tone.

However before anything else could be said, the tree that was on top of the Oto kunoichi was suddenly sent flying into the air by a pillar of flames and was completely incinerated.

"!?" The three got out in confusion and surprise with wide eyes to the sight of this occurring.

Then the pillar of fire began to move forward as if it was alive while from inside the pillar, a shadowy silhouette was moving along with the pillar. It then only took a few moments before the flames died down and the silhouette was none other the the Oto kunoichi. However. . .her appearance was less than decent. . .as she was completely naked and her hair had became bright red orange, like it's on fire while her eyes were bright orange and had a hollow like appearance.

The Konoha shinobis meanwhile averted their eyes to the fact that their enemy was clearly not wearing any clothes, though of them had an obvious blush on their face.

Meanwhile the Suna kunoichi only looked on with a confused expression as she sure as hell wasn't expecting this sort of development. "Ok. . .what the hell just happened to her?" Temari then asked in a deadpan tone.

"I WANT TO KNOW THAT TOO!" Kiba shouted with an embarrassed tone as he continued looking anywhere but their opponent, while Akamaru tilted his head to the side as he was also completely confused by this development.

Shikamaru on the other hand groaned to this. "Troublesome. . ." He grumbled out.

However as the group saw still processing this. . .

FWOOSH!

Suddenly, flames erupted from the naked kunoichi as they came from her hair, arms, breasts, legs, and around her privates. ". . ." Tayuya never responded as she looked at her enemies with a blank and emotionless stare on her face before bring up one of her hands towards her sides. "Burn." She emotionlessly declared.

FWOOOOOOOOOOOSH!

Suddenly a massive stream of flames erupted from the flaming kunoichi's hands.

"HOLY CRAP!" Kiba shouted at the sight of the flames coming from the kunoichi's hands while his comrades covered themselves from the intense heat.

The kunoichi's fire then began to slowly spin in placed as the flames continued to spread until they reached the group.

"OH SHIT!" Kiba swore in shock to this sudden attack.

"MOVE!" Temari ordered in a panicked tone.

The three shinobis and the puppy barely had enough time to dodge as the flames shot right on top of them.

FWOOSH! BOOM!

The flames then safely passed the group until it reached some of the fallen trees, however upon making contact with them, they exploded and were completely incinerated, instantly reducing them to ash.

The group could only watch with startled faces as the power the Oto kunoichi had now was completely different in both power and scale than before.

". . .Troublesome. . .whatever that pill was gave her this ridiculous and dangerous power up." Shikamaru stated in a serious tone with narrow eyes as he looked at the enemy once more.

"Ya think!?" Kiba remarked in a sarcastic yet panicked tone as he desperately trying to put out some of the flames that gotten on him and Akamaru. "She just frickin' launched a fireball from her hands without a hand sign!" He then reminded as his partner was whining from his fur nearly being burnt before looking at the enemy. "Oi! What the hell was that!?" He then yelled out to the enemy, hoping to get something out of her.

Tayuya however didn't say anything to that as she slowly began walking forwards with a face devoid of any emotions. Every step was slow, but they burnt the grass underneath her feet as the flames around her body was flaring with an eerie intensity.

At this display, Temari gain a cold sweat dripping down her face. "Hey. . .doesn't this feel. . .wrong?" She soon asked.

". . ." At first Shikamaru didn't reply but then nodded to her statement. "Yeah. . .it's like she's acting like she's completely dead inside and is just an emotionless weapon. . ." He admitted as he too gained a cold sweat. "Not even Danzō's ROOT members gave me this chill. . ." He then added in his mind.

Kiba however just balled his hand into a fist as he wiped the sweat away from his forehead, even if he wasn't anywhere near as smart as his teammates, even he knew something was very wrong with the Oto kunoichi's current state. Feeling his partner's concerns, Akamaru whined a little in worry.

However before they could further discussed, Tayuya motioned her hand towards the Inuzuka.

Said boy in turn blinked in confusion to this. "Eh?" Was all the Inuzuka could get out.

"MOVE!" Both Shikamaru and Temari shouted in unison.

"Burn." Tayuya once more declared in a monotone voice before a fireball gathered to her hand.

FWOOSH! BOOM!

"SONOVA-!" Kiba swore once more as he barely dodged the fireball that was launched right at him. However the Inuzuka didn't had a second to relax as his eyes widen when he saw the Oto kunoichi hands still pointing at him. "Oh you have gotta be shitting me! COME ON!" He roared in terror and began running for dear life through the open area.

"Burn. Burn. Burn." Tayuya repeated the same order and tone as she continued to calmly walked towards the boy while launching more fireballs from her hand, trying to roast both the Inuzuka and the puppy

FWOOSH! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

"WHY IS IT ALWAYS ME!?" Kiba roared as he continued to run and dodge the barrage of blazing fire balls while Akamaru was holding onto the top of his partner's head for dear life.

Shikamaru then narrowed his eyes as he noticed something. "She's concentrating on Kiba now and not on me and Temari, that should be used to our advantage. . ." He thought in a serious manner as he then looked at the Suna kunoichi. "Oi, she distracted at the moment." He then advised.

To hearing that, Temari quickly understood what the genius Nara meant. "Alright, then let's end this before she goes and burns everything." She replied and then the two dashed towards the Oto kunoichi.

"Wah!" Kiba shouted as he skid to a halt to dodge another fireball. "Ok, I'm tired of this crap!" He thought to himself as he took his battle stance.

Seeing this Akamaru jumped off his partner's head and did the same.

"Ok Akamaru, since it's still too soon for you to eat another pill, I'll attack head on while you from the sides." Kiba told his partner.

"Arf!" Akamaru barked out in agreement. "Got it! Let's do its partner!" Was what his partner heard.

"Let's go!" Kiba then roared as both partner charged towards the Oto Kunoichi.

"Burn." Tayuya meanwhile responded with the same monotone voice and expression on her face.

FWOOSH!

The fireball was sent straight at the two partners, Akamaru simply jumped out of the way while Kiba slid below it to avoid it. The Inuzuka had to grind his teeth as he felt the incredible heat that it emanated right on top of him, however bared it so that he could finally get into a good position to attack and then once the large fireball had passed over him he continued his charge.

BOOM!

As the large fireball passed the Inuzuka, it crashed into more trees which soon followed by a large explosion. However he didn't cared as he twisted his arms. "Tunneling Fang!" Kiba roared while he spun in place to create a human size twister which was aiming straight at the Oto kunoichi.

". . ." Tayuya however was completely unfazed and unaffected by the oncoming attack as she scanned the area around her, however this was more so in a instinctive manner then consciously doing it.

"Arf arf!" Akamaru once more barked out from just behind the flaming girl. "Tunneling Fang!" Was what he barked out as he also began to spin. Though unlike in his Kiba form, this one was much smaller in size, however it can still pack a mean solid punch if it makes contact to a living being.

". . ." Tayuya once more did nothing as she looked at the incoming twisters.

WHIIIIIIRL!

"Let's go Akamaru!" Kiba called out to his partner while the puppy barked with equal ferocity.

However as the two attacks were but a few feet away from the Oto kunoichi. . .

FWOOSH!

Suddenly her hands ignited in a strong burst of flames as the Oto kunoichi jumped up into the air, making the two partners attacks to completely miss her.

"!?" Both partners were shocked that their attack had missed that they stopped their spinning as they landed a few feet apart from each other. Then the two quickly look for the kunoichi but couldn't find her anywhere.

"Where she go?" Kiba asked more so to himself while still frantically looked everywhere.

Akamaru was also wondering the same thing as his more sensitive ears heard an unusual sound. "Arf?" He got out as he turned towards the sound and it was coming from above, the moment he did he barked loudly. "Kiba! Up!" Was what he said.

"Up? What are-" Kiba got out in confusion before he looked up himself, his eyes widening to dinner plates sizes at the sight. "The hell!?" He soon declared in shock

What shocked both human and the puppy alike was that Tayuya was a few feet above the two. After closer observation, the two partners saw that the flames on both the flaming girl's arms and legs were being sent downwards with a decent amount of force, which made her literally hovering in midair.

The Inuzuka's jaw soon dropped to the sight of this. "Are you frickin' kidding me!? SHE CAN FUCKIN' FLY NOW!?" Kiba exclaimed in shock and disbelief to the sight of this.

Meanwhile with the Nara and the Suna kunoichi, they turned their heads as they gained expressions of disbelief to this new and completely unpredictable turn of events.

". . .Troublesome. . ." Shikamaru got out in annoyance to this. "Now that changes everything. . .hovering using flames now. . .this is going to be a lot harder to deal with. . ." He then added in the same amount of annoyance.

However using this momentary distraction, Temari got her huge fan into position as she felt that the Oto kunoichi left herself wide open by hovering like that. "You can fly, but I doubt you can dodge this! Cyclone Scythe Jutsu!" She declared as she swung her weapon towards the flying enemy.

FWOOOOOSH!

Multiple yet powerful whirlwinds soon soared towards the flying burning kunoichi. Each wind had powerful wind chakra that could slice even the thickest of tree trunks and they were all targeting the enemy kunoichi.

As said kunoichi continued to hover, she monotonously turned her head towards the incoming attack. Then with a emotionless expression she raised one of her hands while the other kept her hovering steady. "Burn." Tayuya emotionlessly declared as she swung her free hand to the side.

Suddenly a large shield of flames erupted a few feet around her. Then the moment the razor winds clashed into the the mighty flames they were completely absorbed into the flames.

In response to that, Temari didn't had time to be shocked as the large shield of flames then began expand before it soon formed into a flaming tsunami. The massive wave of pure flames then started heading towards both her and the Nara.

Because of the fire and wind chakra difference that both of the jutsus had, Temari's wind jutsu had an elemental disadvantage so it was instantly absorbed and made the flames even more powerful and deadlier than it already was.

"Damn! The wind was absorbed into the flames!" Shikamaru swore out at the sight of this. Then the two narrowly managed to get out of the attack radius, but the forest trees the were around them weren't as lucky as the flaming tsunami incinerated many trees and were set ablaze as a result.

Temari soon narrowed her eyes in anger towards this. "Damn, fire style's always been a pain in the ass for me and this is why. . ." She grumbled out in annoyance and rising panic. While she was very talented and a brilliant strategist in her own right, even she couldn't overcome the disadvantages of her chakra affinity against fire.

Then the flames on Tayuya's feet began to propel even more focused than before as her hands stopped its propulsion. Because of the increase in her legs, the Oto kunoichi managed to stay hovering even without her hands as she motioned her head back towards the Inuzuka.

Said Inuzuka flinched at being looked on upon in that manner. "I don't like that look on her eyes!" Kiba thought with one of his eyes twitching uncontrollably while his partner was whimpering.

Suddenly, the flaming kunoichi raised her free hands as she began to summon even larger fireballs than before in each hand. "Burn." Tayuya once more emotionlessly declared as she send both of the fireballs.

"OH COME ON!" Kiba shouted with dismay as he dodge the flames, however one of the two was aiming particularly lower than usual. The Inuzuka narrowly manage to barely manage to save his proof of his manhood. "Seriously!? Why the hell are you aiming at my balls!?" He then roared out in annoyance.

Instead of replying, Tayuya tilted her body forward making the propulsion in her feet to move forward. Then as she was moving, she began to conjure more fireballs and began throwing them at the Inuzuka.

FWOOSH! BOOM! FWOOSH! BOOM! FWOOSH! BOOM!

"I! AM! SICK! OF! THIS! SHIT!" Kiba roared as he continued to run and dodged the fireballs.

With each fireball missing its mark, more and more flames began to spread and the tree stumps around them began to burn, as both fall and still rooted trees began to caught on roaring flames.

Soon enough, the cleared forest area of tree stumps around them was now taking the name Land of Fire to a very literal sense.

The Nara then narrowed his eyes to this as he wiped some sweat from his forehead. "This is getting out of hand. . .if she keeps this up, the whole damn area will be caught in a massive forest fire. . ." He declared.

Temari was thinking the same as she adjusted her fan behind her. "Well. . .Not much I can do now, since me wind style ninjutsu won't affect her now. . ." She then reminded.

". . ." Shikamaru soon closed his eyes and began to think of a solutions, after a few moments her reopen them. "Ok, first thing we have to do as stop the fire from spreading," He started as he looked at the allied kunoichi.

The Suna kunoichi placed her large fan back on her back. "So what do you have in mind then?" Temari asked with her usual cocky tone.

Shikamaru just let out a sigh with annoyance while he scratching his head and then he looked at her. "Alright, I'll go and help out Kiba so that we can take her down while you used your wind jutsu to cut a large circle around the area and make sure the fallen trees aren't anywhere near the ones still standing, that should stop the fire from spreading any further." He ordered the Suna kunoichi.

To hearing the order, Temari let out a cocky grin to that. "A simply and yet lazy solution, shouldn't had expected anything else from you." She simply retorted as she she dashed away from the area.

The Nara in turn just groaned to that. "Troublesome woman. . ." Was all Shikamaru had to say on the subject as he dashed towards his partner.

Meanwhile with the Inuzuka, he wasn't exactly having the best of times as he was still avoiding the oncoming flames while also dealing with the rising forest fire.

FWOOSH! BOOM! FWOOSH! BOOM! FWOOSH! BOOM! FWOOSH! BOOM!

"THIS! IS! ALL! BULL! SHIT!" Kiba declared as he continued to avoid every and all oncoming fireballs from the Oto kunoichi, meanwhile his partner had made a painful choice and decided to wait for him. . .at a safe distance away from the barrage of fireballs. "YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING YOU DAMN TRAITOR!" He roared at his partner.

"Arf!" Akamaru yelped at that. "Hey! Not my problem you sucks with the ladies!" Was what his partner heard.

"DAMMIT!" Kiba roared with a pissed tone, unfortunately this made him nearly get hit by yet fireball.

BOOM! CRASH!

Though Kiba manage to narrowly dodge the fireball, it still exploded near enough to send him flying straight to one of the remaining trees left standing. . .face first. . . "I hate my life. . ." Was a very annoyed Inuzuka had to say about his current situation while being upside down with his legs in the air.

Meanwhile the emotionless Tayuya began to slowly descended before landing on the ground, leaving scorch marks because of the flames on her feet. She then started to walk over to the downed Inuzuka with her monotone expression. Then raised her arm into the air while a large fireball, twice the size then the ones from before, started to form. "B-u-r-n." She spelled out in the emotionless tone.

Kiba's eyes meanwhile widen as he saw this. "OH SHIT!" He swore out in a panic over the situation he was in.

"ARF ARF!" Akamaru barked out as the puppy dashed to aid his partner.

Tayuya then lean back her arm, however before the fireball could be released. . .

"Shadow Possession Jutsu!" A familiar yet annoyed voice got out.

Suddenly, the flaming Oto kunoichi was frozen in place as she couldn't move a single muscle while the fireball remain above.

"!?" Kiba was at first startled by this fortunate event, but he then noticed his teammate on his knee with a familiar hand sign, causing him to let out a sigh of relief.

"Now Kiba! I can't hold her forever!" Shikamaru then called out as it was very apparent because of the strain expression on his face that he was struggling to hold the kunoichi at bay. "Damn, she didn't just get this powers, but she's definitely stronger than her last form. . ." He meanwhile thought as sweat started to run down the side of his head that a clear sign that he was running low on chakra.

Kiba in turn nodded to that as he narrowed his eyes and readied himself. "This ends now!" He declared in a serious tone while his eyes gained a more feral appearance and got into his stance once more. "TUNNELING FANG!" He roared as he once again spun in place.

WHIRL!

Tayuya could do nothing but stood still as the twister headed straight towards her, until. . .

WHAM!

The flaming Kunoichi was hit by the powerful hit from the Inuzuka that she was sent flying backwards with incredible force, all the while crashing through several trees until she made a complete stop on top of many fallen trees.

Kiba soon stopped spinning as he was panting heavily on one knee. "Finally I got her!" He got out as he pumped his fist.

"Arf! Arf!" Akamaru barked with excitement that his partner and then let out a raspy chuckle. "I you managed to defeat her kunoichi without the need to kill her. I bet you're happy about that, huh?" Was what his partner heard.

The Inuzuka had to do a double take as he gain a large blushed on his face. "Why the hell would I!?" He then retorted with an embarrassed tone.

That in turn just caused the puppy to sigh at his partner's question as he still didn't know or didn't want to admit it.

Shikamaru was also glad about this as he let out a sigh. "Way to go Kiba, that should knock her out for a long while." He stated with relief.

Temari meanwhile turned her head to the two. "You got her!?" She called out.

This made Kiba gain a large cocky grin. "Got that right! So guess we didn't need you after all, huh?" He replied with his usual cocky tone.

Temari however didn't looked offended or bothered by that. "Says the guy the nearly got himself killed by the time I got here." She retorted with half closed eyes.

This in turn caused the Inuzuka to face fault to the retort while making both the Nara and puppy to let out a unified sigh. "Anyways. . .we should regroup with the others and-" Shikamaru began to say.

However before they could do just that. . .

FWOOSH!

Suddenly a massive pillar of fire erupted from behind them, causing the group to be startled and then when they turned around, their eyes widen in surprise to the sight.

A shadow slowly began to rose from within the pillar of fire, then the head turned towards the group as they waved their hand in a large vertical slash, breaking the pillar of flames to reveal the Oto kunoichi in the same emotionless state, however this time her arm was wounded as blood flowed from the wound.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me. . ." Shikamaru complained at seeing this as a cold sweat fell from his cheek. "She wounded but she still got up from Kiba's direct attack. . ." He mentally added.

"Jeez. . ." Temari got out in annoyance while adjusting her fan once more.

". . ." Kiba on the other hand didn't verbally reply, but his face clearly showed that he was both worried and concern, not just at the situation but for the kunoichi at seen all of her wounds. Akamaru on the other hand could tell what his partner was feeling and whined in a sad tone.

As the Oto kunoichi walked towards the Konoha shinobis and Suna kunoichi, the blood from her wound meanwhile began to leak from as it landed on the tree trunks before they suddenly combusted into red-orange flames.

"Dammit!" Kiba grunted out before he also looked at the flammable blood. "How the hell is she even like this?" He soon thought to himself.

Shikamaru also noticed this as he narrowed his eyes. "Even her own blood is burning. . ." He thought to himself as he began to think that whatever the kunoichi had taken wasn't just something to power up her base strength like the pills his best friend had. "Just what the hell did that pill do to her?" He then added with a serious tone.

The wounds on the burning Oto kunoichi continued to burn and slowly began to heal. . .Then suddenly, Tayuya's eyes slowly began to regain their previous life before they soon dilated. . .

Back at Konoha. . .

The ominous atmosphere soon dispersed from the air as the civilians had gone back to doing their daily events as always.

A silhouette however was dashing through the streets at impressive speeds, the person was running so fast that they knocked a few people while ignoring the angry ranting of those that fell.

The silhouette soon momentarily stopped to change their trajectory and revealing that it was Anko. The kunoichi had a serious expression her face as she continued dashing through the crowded streets. "Gotta get Snowflake and Nina. . ." She told herself in a serious tone.

The special jonin soon saw the residence in sight, then she saw that people she wanted to find were also insight, however she narrowed her eyes when she saw the youngest and one of the small animals were on the ground. "What the?" Anko got out with concern and confusion in her tone.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Nina wailed out as if she was in pain while holding her head with her face on the ground.

"Nina-chan, please calm down." Yami softly requested to the younger girl as she held concern in her eyes.

"AWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Okki howled in equal pain as her fellow animal companions were around her with concern on their expressions.

"Rwor!" Ora meowed with both anger and concern. "Hey! Okki what's wrong!?" Was what she meant as this is the first time she had seen both of them act like this.

"Chirp chirp!" Ori tweeted out in a panicked tone while flying frantically around their sisters. "Wrong wrong!" Was what she said.

Anko instantly nearby as she rushed to her squad members side. "What the hell happened!?" She questioned in a serious manner.

Yami turned towards her leader and frowned with concern. "I'm not sure. . .Nina and I were at the shopping distric getting her basic necessities. Then when we felt an ominous aura, she and Okki suddenly began screaming in pain, so I quickly picked her up and brought her back home. . ." She explained as she looked at the still screaming girl and wolf cub in concern. "She and Okki have been screaming since." She then concluded with worry in her voice.

Anko grinded her teeth at hearing that as she could tell that whatever the higher ranking shinobi felt somehow severely affected both the girl and the wolf cub. "But why would that be?" She thought to herself.

Nina's wailing didn't stop meanwhile as tears began to run down her eyes. "SCARY SCARY! MAKE SCARY SCARY GO AWAY!" She cried out in a pleading tone.

"AWOOO!" Okki howl in agony while shaking her head frantically. "IT HURTS! IT HURTS!" Was what she was howling out.

Both of animal companions were even more concerns than before as both tiger cub and bird chick held the thrashing wolf cub, keeping her from hurting herself.

The jonin felt useless at not being able to do anything for her youngest member of her team. "Damn it! What can I do!? What the hell is going on!?" Anko cursed in her mind.

As the purple haired kunoichi continued to struggled for an answer she looked back at the small girl. Suddenly, her eyes widen at the sight of the small girl, more precise, she wasn't looking at Nina but another girl entirely.

"No. . ." Anko whispered out in shock as saw was another small child that was also suffering, but unlike the short brown haired girl, this one had the same purple hair as her own but the little girl had her hair down.

This was a forgotten memory. . .of the older kunoichi, the girl was none other than herself after her former sensei had abandoned her and was the reason how she lost a large amount of her memories because of him.

Soon enough however, Anko snapped herself out of the memory as she looked at the howlin wolf cub and the crying small girl with cat-like hair pieces. ". . .Someone did something to them. . ." She muttered in realization. "She's. . .just like me. . ." She mentally added as she then balled her hands in fist out of pure anger.

Yami meanwhile continued to hold the smaller girl close to her in a protective manner. "Sheesh, it's ok Nina-chan, I'm here." She softly got out.

However this did little to no use as the two girls continued as they were.

Then Anko calmed herself down as her expression soften as she walked towards her team and leaned down next to the suffering girl and wolf cub.

Yami meanwhile saw this and said nothing as she wondered what the jonin was going to do.

Then without so much as saying a word, Anko hugged the two girls and the wolf cub in a tight yet warm embraces.

"!?" Both the girls and Okki flinched at the sudden contact, but the smaller girl and the wolf cub began thrashing uncontrollably.

This however didn't change the calm expression on the older kunoichi's face. "It's ok Nina-chan. . .Okki-chan. . ." Anko reassured in a motherly tone.

Though this didn't stop the thrashing, hearing the kind reassurance did cause the girl and the black fur wolf cub to slow down so that it made holding them easier.

Seeing that it was working, the silver-white haired girl smiled gently. "Don't worry, we're here. . ." Yami continued with a sisterly tone.

This in turn had the desired effect as the two slowed their thrashing even more and were now simply gently moving uncomfortable while sniffling.

"Rwor Rwor!" Ora meowed angrily, but had a hint of concern in her tone. "Will you knock it out already!? Your worrying Nina-oneesama Okki-oneechan!" Was what the white tiger cub said as snuggled next to the wolf cub while hiding a small tear that wanted to come out.

"Chirp! Chirp!" Ori tweeted while flying around the girls. "Worry! Worry!" Was what the red bird chick chirped out as she landed on the brown haired girl's head while snuggling down in her hair.

It was at the moment when both Nina and Okki had finally stopped completely as the two fell asleep while snuggling deeply into the warm embraces of those she cared for the most, though the two still had the case of the sniffles from their crying and howling.

Anko and Yami soon sighed in relief to this as they decided to stay like this for a moment until the small girl and the wolf cub woke up, though the two gave serious glances to one another.

Earlier at one of the training field. . .

Two skin tight clad shinobis were at the training field as they were stretching. The first of an adult man clad in green while standing in front of his newest apprentice who was clad in her gray training outfit that was similar to the older men's regular clothing save for the vest and her black hair was in a low ponytail.

The girl known as Kin had been released from the hospital and immediately asked for training from her new teacher Might Gai, who in turn was proud of having another that wanted to train under his wing.

The older male soon finished his stretches as he looked towards the girl clad in grey. "OK MY NEWEST APPRENTICE, ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR NEW TRAINING!?" Gai enthusiastically questioned with his hands to his sides.

Unlike her new sensei and fellow apprentice, Kin merely nodded calmly. "Hai, Gai-sensei." She replied with a calm yet determined expression on her face. "I will get stronger. . ." She mentally told herself.

Gai in response grinned while showing his shiny teeth to that, before he gain a serious expression. "Alright then, first off Kin, you must remember that for this training, it will be just as intense what Lee has gone through for years to get to the point he is at." He advised in a serious manner. "This including fifty push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, jump rope, squats and the addition of running fifty laps around the village." He listed off.

In response to that, Kin was mildly surprised upon hearing about this list of what form of training her. "Is that all? I normally see you and Lee doing at least triple that amount."

Gai in turn crossed his arms over his chest. "While that is true, you must also realized that you and Lee are completely different." He stated with a calm yet serious tone.

To hearing that, Kin blinked a couple of times. ". . .It's not due to me being a female is it?" She questioned in an accusing tone.

"Yes, that is correct." Gai replied with complete seriousness, completely shocking the girl. However before the girl could say anything, Gai raised his hand. "However! I do not mean this as an insult to the youthful kunoichis such as yourselves." He then added with passion.

This statement instantly calmed down Kin as she decided to wait for her sensei's explanation.

Seeing that the young kunoichi paying attention, Gai nodded. "What I mean is that, while it is true that your a female, I do not mean that you are inferior, what I mean is that your body isn't suited for the same level of intensity as Lee and I am used to doing." He continued his explanation.

Kin frowned at that, but she couldn't denied this as she knew it was true, after all the training the two would normally do would be considered torture to most.

"The first being that for Lee, before I had met the boy, he was already training himself mainly in taijutsu due to him lacking in both ninjutsu and genjutsu." Gai stated his favorite students earlier self. "That's why he had to train in that manner, because it's the only thing his body is able to do that and he's able to handle that training." He then added.

Intrigued and amazed to this, Kin nodded her head in understand.

"For this reason the boy dedicating himself in doing this intense training, which is what allowed him to be able to open five of the Eight Gates, however another crucial reason is that his body is able to handle both the pain and power that gives out opening each gate, all for the sake of his dream to become a great shinobi." Gai soon revealed with pride. "And for this reason, while your training may be lower in terms of intensity for the time being, your flames of youth will still shine as bright as Lee's!" He soon declared.

Kin in turn to hearing that smiled. "I see, I understand Gai-sensei." She replied.

To that reply, Gai was happy and proud that the his new apprentice understood his reasonings. before he suddenly pointed towards the girl. "Now Kin-chan, list off and describe the functions of each of the Gates!" He ordered in a loud and quick manner.

Kin's eyes widen to the sudden order as she started to stammer. "Oh! Um. . ." She started in a hesitant manner.

The girl took a few moments to remember what she knew of the gates, then after recalling she nodded.

Kin soon took in a deep breath as she looked at her teacher."The first is the Gate of Opening at the brain that removes the muscle restraints, next is the Gate of Healing also by the brain that increases the user's physical strength." She started listing off.

The jonin in response nodded to this in a slightly serious manner.

"After the first two comes the Gate of Life that's at at the spinal cord that allows someone to use the Reverse Lotus move and the Gate of Pain that's also by the spinal cord that increases the user's speed and power but can also cause muscle tissue to tear." Kin continued.

Gai continued listening in silence as to not interrupt his student.

"Next comes the Gate of Joy located at the stomach that releases an enormous amount of energy followed by the Gate of Shock that's also located by the stomach that further increases the user's speed and power but can also cause muscle fibers to be torn." The girl then stated.

Finally, Gai slightly narrowed his eyes at waiting to hear what she knew about the last gate.

Kin soon took in a deep breath as she was almost done. ". . .And lastly is the Gate of Death at the heart that requires the user to stab their chest with their thumb so the chakra can go straight to the tenketsu, causing them to have a massive surge of power that could rival the Five Kages. . .but will lead to their life coming to their end. . ." She concluded.

To hearing everything the girl had said, Gai nodded once more with a proud smile. "Very good Kin-chan, you have learned well from living with Lee under the same roof." He praised.

"Thank you, but if I may ask, why have me list the gates off Gai-sensei?" Kin then asked.

The jonin sensei gave his signature flash grin and thumbs up. "Because I will be teaching you the way to use the Gates!" Gai then declared.

To that reveal, Kin was both surprised and startled. "But I thought you said that my body isn't suit for the same training as Lee-kun's, so why would you say that I should learn it? She then asked with confusion.

It wasn't that the young kunoichi didn't want to learn it, because after seeing her friend use it and just how powerful it could be, she would be lying if she said she didn't want to be able to do something like that, but after the jonin's explanation she thought it wouldn't be possible.

"While it is true that fully mastering the Gates would be impossible. . ." Gai admitted while nodding to the girl's question. "I am positive that for you specifically and if you work hard enough, you will be able to open at least the first three gates!" He then revealed with his grin on his face.

In response to this reveal, Kin blinked a couple of times. "The Gates of Opening, Healing and Life? Are you sure about that Gai-sensei?" She soon asked. "I mean don't get me wrong, I am willing to learn how to open them, but how else would they help me in battle if I can only learn the first three?" She then questioned.

Gai merely tisked with an amused tone while wagging his pointer finger. "Like as said before, while by my estimates you should be able to at the very least use up to the third gate. Your not seeing how useful this could be!" He then stated.

Kin in response tilted her head in confusion. "Huh? What do you mean?" She soon questioned.

Gai's grin never faltered as he looked at the girl. "What I mean my young apprentice is this: if your able learn up till the third gate it will be perfect for two things!" He started as he brought his pointer finger up. "One, by opening up to the third gate, it doesn't just give you a good power boost, it can also heal injuries when you have nothing left to use," He started before bring up his middle finger, now showing two fingers up. "And two, you can use it for either continuing the fight or escaping while saving your comrades if the need arises!" He soon declared as he then gave her a thumbs up. "In other words, it will be your exclusive ace in the hole!" He then revealed.

Kin's eyes widen for a moment when she heard this before she placed her hand on her chin. "Hmm. . ." She hummed out and when to think about the true potential of what her new sensei had told her. It didn't took her long to do so as a wide smile appear on her face. "Alright! That completely makes sense! I want to learn and become stronger Gai-sensei!" She declared with a determined tone.

The jonin in response to that grinned widely at his new apprentice's determination. "Alright then Kin-chan, now to begin your training, I want you to run and give me fifty laps around the village!" Gai declared with his fist pumped out to the sky. "I want to see all of your current youth!" He then ordered with enthusiasm.

"Yes sir!" Kin replied with a salute and began to do as she was told and started running, all the while having the resolve to learn from the Taijutsu master.

Once the young kunoichi was out of sight, the jonin sensei gain a very serious expression. "I need to go to the Hokage-sama. . .I need to find out what was the sinister pressure I felt. . ." He thought to himself as he quickly disappeared in neck breaking speeds.

Like most high level shinobi of Konoha, Gai too felt the sinister power, but didn't act or do anything to alert the young kunoichi, especially when he felt it in the same direction Lee headed.

"Lee. . ." Gai then thought in concern as he raced towards the direction of the Hokage Tower.

WIthin the Team Seven and Viper Squad residence. . .

After the older girls had manage to calmed down the fanatic smaller girl and the wolf cub, they picked the two and entered the house as they waited for the little ones to wake up. The older girls, the tiger cub and the bird chick however didn't had to wait long as it only took but a few minutes for the little ones to stir from their slumber as they were laying on the couch.

"Mmmm. . ." Nina moaned out in a sleepy manner as she started to rub one of her eyes. "Sleepy sleepy. . ." She mumbled out.

"Arf. . ." Okki whine with the same sleepeness as the young girl.

Anko meanwhile witnessed this as she started to rub the smaller girl's head. "Hey, are you alright?" She soon asked.

The brown haired girl in turn nodded to her head to that as she slowly sat up. "Hai. . .hai. . ." Nina replied while her head bobbed from side to side.

"Can you tell us what happen back at the market?" Yami asked.

"Meow!" Ora meowed angrily as she lightly hit Okki's head. "Yeah! What happen to you and Nina-oneechan!" Was what the tiger cub said.

"Chirp! Chirp!" Ori chirped while flapping her wings around. "Happen happen!" Was what she said.

The brown haired girl in response innocently tilted her head in confusion. "Huh? What's Yami-neechi talking about?" Nina asked the little wolf cub with a confused tone.

"Arf." Okki got out as she too tilted her head to the side. "I have no idea what they're talking about." Was what the wolf cub replied.

This response in turn shocked both human and animal a like present in the room as the couldn't believe what the little ones had just said.

Yami was the first to got over her surprise as she then leaned down to look at her in concern. "Nina-chan? Do you remember what happen?" She soon asked.

It was at this point where Nina finally manage to full wake up. "Huh? Remember what?" She asked with a confused tone.

At that question, Anko slightly narrowed her eyes at this as she leaned down to the silver-white haired girl. "I don't think we should bring up the matter at the moment." She whispered.

As much as the jonin was concern for the little girl she knew that this would have to wait. After all, the lives of the young chunins were at stake.

Yami let out a sigh and nodded in agreement. "Hai." She replied, while she too was concerned by what happened, she would had to trust her sensei's orders.

"Huh?" Nina got out once more in a innocent manner. "What are you talking about?" She asked once more.

The older woman in turn sighed as she looked back at the brown haired girl. "It's nothing." Anko replied as she then stood up and her expression turned serious. "Listen you two, we have a high rank mission." She declared with a no nonsense tone.

Yami's eyes widen to that as she looked at the jonin. "Now of all the times?" She questioned.

Anko's expression then became a serious one. "Sorry Yami, but this cannot wait. . .it involves Satsuki, Hinata and Naruto. . ." She revealed.

If it wasn't for the fact that Anko didn't use any nicknames that was a hint that she was being serious, then mentioning their dear friends and sensei raised all the of red flags within both girl's heads.

"Arf!? Meow! Chirp!?" The O trio got out in unison. "What!?" Was what they said with unison concern.

"Eh!? Naruto-niichi, Hinata-neechi and Satsuki-neechi are in trouble!?" Nina exclaimed in concern.

The jonin in turn nodded to that. "Yeah. . ." Anko simply replied with a concerned tone. Then she turned around and her expression became grim. "Get everything you need and I mean everything. . .because I know we're going into the fight of our lives. . ." She declared with a dead serious tone.

"!?" Both younger girls and animals were startled by this, but they nodded as they wouldn't let anything happen to those they care for.

The white-silver haired girl in turn nodded to that as her face turn expressionless. "Understood." Yami declared with a nonsense tone.

"Ok Anko-neechi!" Nina declared. "I'll beat them up good!" She added.

"Arf!" Okki barked while baring her fangs with great aggression. "I'll rip their throats!" Was what the wolf cub said.

"Rrow!" Ora meowed with great malicious tone. "I'll claw out their eyes!" Was what the tiger cub declared.

Chirp chirp!" Ori chirp with a comedic yet evil expression on her face. "Burn! Burn!" Was what the bird chick said.

With that, the group went to prepare in their respective rooms. Once they were gone, Anko's hand began to tremble as sweat began to drip down her face.

Anko raise her hand to weep the sweat and frown. "Shit. . . I feel I'm already like this, but is it because of what are we're going up against or is it because of not knowing of what is out there?" She thought to herself.

With nothing more to say, the jonin went to get ready herself as concern and fear invaded her being, not for herself, but for the annoying trio that she cared deeply for. . .

Within the forest open area. . .

PSSSSSSH!

The two Konoha shinobis, the Suna shinobi and the white haired shinobi could still feel the intense pressure from the three black pillars of misma as they tried their best to shield themselves from the intense gale of gust it was producing, thought for the Suna shinobi, he was protected by his sand.

"What the hell was that!?" Naruto shouted with both startled and frighten expression as he had only felt such sinister pressure from the first time he meet the fox Bijū.

The sand soon receded from around the red-haired boy. "I do not know, however it came from where Temari and the others when to help the others. . ." Gaara then answered.

To hearing that, the injured Lee's eyes widen as he turned towards the pillars with a concerned expression. "Then wouldn't that mean!?" He got out in rising concern as he realized what that could only meant.

The white haired Oto Shinobi also looked on as the misma had soon died down while still having the same expressionless face as before. "So, it seems as though they all have taken the mutation pills." He stated in an emotionless tone. "Hmph, at least the trash in their areas will be immediately cleaned up in the end with me doing anything." He then declared in a satisfied tone.

Gaara's eyes then looked towards the enemy. "What exactly do you mean?" He questioned.

"I suppose it doesn't matter whether I said it or not. . ." Kimimaro simply reply without concern. "Those trash were given a very special pill and they had the decency of consuming them to accomplish the mission that Orochimaru-sama gave them." He answered.

"Oh?" The dark and vile voice got out peaked interest.

The redhead merely continued to look at the white haired boy. "What kind of pill could produce such sinister aura?" Gaara question the boy while he slowly began to move his sand around the enemy shinobi.

Kimimaro in turn just looked at the Suna shinobi. "Its a virus." He declared with a simply tone.

To that declaration, Naruto was taken back by this as he wasn't expecting that. "A virus? How the hell would making them sick could do this!" He asked as he didn't believe that sickness would create such an ominous pressure.

As the white haired boy turned towards the blond, Gaara suddenly raise his hand and the sand around the Oto shinobi turn into spikes as they intended to skewered him. However just as the spikes were about to impaled him, Kimimaro effortlessly dodge them at a hair length away and then jumped out of the sands range.

"DAMMIT! ALMOST FUCKIN' HAD HIM!" Shukaku roared with annoyance from within his seal.

Naruto let out a tsik of disappointment at the failed sneak attack. "Crap, it was so close. . ." He got out as he was yet again reminded that the enemy was way faster then them.

"Enough talk. . .just kill him!" The dark tone declared as it was tired of waiting.

To hearing that,the blond startled by this as he had never heard the bijū demand to kill someone before, but before he could say anything. . .

Kimimaro then readjusted himself as he once again turned towards the blond. "Its a virus not with the intent of making one sick, but to cause a mutation. . ." He corrected the enemies assumption.

This got Naruto's attention to return to the enemy. "Huh? Mutation?" He repeated with confusion as he didn't really understood what the Oto shinobi was saying.

As if knowing what the blond was thinking, Kimimaro continued. "However consuming the pills causes the entire body to mutate at a cellular level, one that will shatter their human shells and mutating them in mindless yet extremely powerful monsters with only a one percent chance of regaining their minds." He then revealed without a single shred of emotion or concern in his voice.

To hearing that, the Konoha shinobis eyes widen in shock to that reveal. Virus? Mutation? Monsters? Though they were simply concepts for many, they themselves couldn't comprehend them in this context and to what they just felt but a few moments ago.

The Oto shinobi then smirked to that as he readied himself. "A fitting end for trash that have failed Orochimaru-sama and long since served their purpose." Kimimaro then declared.

This in turn gained different reactions from the allies of Konoha and Suna.

"How unyouthful. . ." Lee declared in his mind with a clear displeasure as he found such action despicable and low some even for a shinobi.

". . .Monsters. . ." Naruto repeated while his hair covered his eyes to after hearing this. "Orochimaru let his subordinates turn into monsters. . .and kill themselves for him. . ." He got out in rising anger while a fiery circle of chakra surrounded him.

From inside the seal, an evil chuckle echoed with vile delight at how the blond was feeling. "Yes. . .let your anger grow. . ." The dark and vile voice tempted.

". . ." Gaara meanwhile said nothing to this as these actions were despicable even to him, as someone that was used by his father to be a weapon for his country and then tried to get rid off he knew what it felt to be used.

However what they all thought the same was that they need to end this fight fast so that they could help their friends and siblings as soon as possible.

Kimimaro then readied his bone blade at he looked at the three. "That is enough useless chatter now. . .I still need to get rid of these pieces of trash. . ." He soon declared.

In an instant both jinchūriki's got into their battle stances, Naruto in a slightly antsy stance as he didn't have much of taijutsu style for he would rely more on his kenjutsu, Gaara raised his hands as sand began to raise on command, while Lee had to begrudgingly had to stay out of the fight because of his injuries.

"FINALLY! MURDER TIME BABY!" Shukaku roared in excitement.

"For once I agree with you filthy raccoon. . ." The dark voice chuckled with vile delight. "I'll get the kill in however." It then declared.

"FUCK YOU!" Shukaku roared back with great annoyance as he somehow knew it would lead to that. "At least it should be fun to watch when it happens. Well. . .fun for me that is." He thought with his own sense of excited and sick amusement.

"As for you three. . ." Kimimaro started as he narrowed his eyes. "It is time for you to die." He emotionlessly declared as he rushed at the three, ready to kill in the name of his master.

Within the clearing of the forest. . .

The Akimichi, blacksmith's daughter and the Suna shinobi were breathing heavily from exhaustion from what they went through, knowing they were at their limits while the looked at the scattered limbs of the mutated enemy they had fought.

"It's. . .fucking over. . ." Kankurō got out as he went onto one knee while his puppets returned to his side.

"Y-Yeah. . ." Chōji got out as he fell on his rear with his hands supporting him.

Tenten meanwhile nodded in agreement to that as she leaned against a new tree. "Got that right. . ." She admitted before wincing in pain. "We. . .should head back to the village. . .we're in not shape to go on. . ." She soon suggested.

The two boys nodded in agreement to that as Suna shinobi commanded his Crow puppet to assist the girl as the three started to limb back in the direction of Konoha. . .

However. . .

"Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ."

Woosh. . .gurgle. . .gurgle. . .gurgle. . .

Suddenly a creepy chuckling and gurgling sounds went towards the to group, this instantly stopped any and all movements from them, almost as if both their bodies and minds stopped as well. Unable to process the noises they just heard, they just stood there as it happened.

"Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ."

Woosh. . .Gurgle. . .Gurgle. . .Gurgle. . .

The sounds suddenly turn stronger and louder as the air turn into a strange mixture of cold and hot, all at the same time. This strange mix made the group began to sweat, however not out of tiredness. . .but out of a cold fright. . .

Woosh! SPLASH!

Then all the air ceased and the area turn into one of sinister pressure, this forced the group to slowly turned around and there, they saw it. . .

"Heheheehe. . .heheheehe. . ." At the base of the large crater, stood the mutated Oto shinobi letting out its disturbing chuckling, with all of its limbs somehow restored as if all the previous damages were nothing but an illusion. But unlike before, his entire body was emitting a sinister black misma.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me. . ." Tenten got out with a pale face. "H-How!?" She then exclaimed in shock and confusion to this development.

"How should I know!? I blasted the bastard into chunks of meat!" Kankurō declared, also confused by this.

Then the tired Akimichi focus his attention on the strange black like miasma. "Uh. . .guys. . that thing's emanating that aura again. . ." Chōji warned as he tried to gain his friend's attention. However the moment they did so. . .

". . ." The mutated Jirōbō suddenly stopped chuckling as the Misma stopped emanating. Then the monstrous creature started convulsing in a more spastic and erratic manner as his flesh began to bubble like its skin was being boil from the inside and his flimsy limbs shook and moved as if they were lack of any bones.

"!?" The three immediately were confused to this action as they continued to looked on at the sight as the Suna puppet user commanded his Crow to move the kunoichi away from the battlefield while his Black Ant took front position.

Suddenly, the creature looked up as his arms stretched apart and the bubbling like skin started to spew out puke yellowish blood from the mutated Oto shinobi and rest of its skin became a darker shade of gray bordering on black. Then the creature stop moving. . .

". . ." The three looked on at the mutated enemy, hoping that it was dead from all the convulsing and spasing out that it just went through.

SHINK! SHINK! SHINK! SHINK!

However that hope was instantly shattered when the creatures turned straight towards them and let out a loud clunking sounds as thin spikes that looked as if they were made of metal came out from the areas the puke yellow blood had came out. Then the creature lean down as its arms hang lifelessly.

"Spikes. . .it's got spikes now. . ." Tenten got out in shock to this development while still getting grossed out by the puke yellow colored blood as the Crow puppet continued moving her.

Suddenly the creature straighten itself and raised its arms. "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!" The mutated Oto shinobi let out a long, yet low tone roar as its hands turned into razor sharp claws and its mouth was now twice as wide as a human while it had razor sharp fangs.

The group shield themselves from the loud yet powerful roar. "This. . .isn't looking good. . ." Chōji got out with concern and worry clear in his voice.

"No shit. . ." Kankurō retorted with a strain voice. "I got to end this. . .now!" He meanwhile thought to himself as he moved the chakra strings with his fingers. Although the Suna shinobi tired to hide it, he too was concern about their situation.

On command, Black Ant jerked around for a few moments before it charged straight at the abomination that used to be human.

"What the hell are you do!?" Tenten meanwhile called out in confusion to this sudden assault.

Kankurō however didn't look at the kunoichi as he kept his daze on the former human. ". . ." He said nothing in response as he kept his concentration on his target.

As the puppet was mere meters away from the mutated shinobi, it quickly got it's weapons ready to rip and tear him apart. But as it was about to reach him. . .

The mutated creatures hand convulsed for a moment before it balled it's hand into a fist, it then cocked it back as spikes sprang out from its flesh as puke yellowish blood leaked out from the holes it created and swung it straight at the incoming puppet.

WHAM! SHATTER!

All three shinobi's looked on with confusion, as they couldn't process what just happened. That quickly changed to shocked and fear as they saw all of the shattered remains of the puppet laying next to the creature.

"BLACK ANT!" Kankurō exclaimed in shock to what happened.

The Akimichi looked on at the sight as he had just processed what just happened. "No way!" Chōji got out in shocked at the sight as well.

Tenten's eyes had widen in shock as she looked at what happened. "He destroyed the puppet like it was nothing!" She got out with fear.

The young weapons mistress knew that Suna's puppets, though looked fragile, they were actually made from durable parts that could take a lot of damage, so for it to easily shatter like this mean that the creature had insane physical and tearing power.

The mutated creature slowly returned its arms back to it's side as it began to stand perfectly still and began convulsing frantically. Suddenly, it then twisted its body as it constricted itself.

"Uh guys. . ." Chōji got out as he tried to get everyone's attention. "It's doing something. . ." He informed with a fearful tone.

This managed to snapped a depressed Kankurō and turned to looked at the creature with eyes full of rage. "DAMN YOU!" He declared with rage.

"Hey! Don't do anythi-" Tenten tried to warn.

However before the kunoichi could continued, the creature let out another bellowing roar as both his arms while spewing the same blood, before began lashing out it's arms as it started to spin wildly as multiple spikes sprung out of its arms.

"LOOK OUT!" Chōji shouted as he and the others were forced to get out of the creature's range while the kunoichi was being carried by the Crow puppet.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

In that instant, multiple trees were instantly crushed, torn and literally be ripped from its very roots as pieces of both wood and stone flew in all directions as the creature continued its wild attack round itself.

The group were forced to jumped out of the incoming debris, using one of the use trees out of the creatures flailing arms. Though that was just barely enough as the tree's trunk was slowly began to chip away from constantly being hit.

The suddenly, the mutated shinobi retracted its flailing arms as the spikes retracted, then it began to spasm once again until its claws grew twice in size. Its head jerk towards the ground and charged forwards them, cackling all the while with its inhuman mouth wide open.

The group's face turn into pure shocked as they saw the creature heading straight at them. "OH SHIT!" Tenten exclaimed in fear.

The monstrous roar of the mutated shinobi were soon echoing through the forest. . .

Deeper within the darker parts of the forest. . .

The two Hyuga members were limping away from the battle sight from pain and exhaustion as they had decided to head back to Konoha to recover.

Within the female Hyuga's mind however, a wicked grin graced itself in the darkness. "Hehehe. . .not yet. . ." The dark and vile voice meanwhile thought in amusement and excitement. "It isn't over yet. . ." It then declared.

Rumble. . .

Both cousins soon stopped when they heard a fallen tree move. At first the male Hyuga was merely startled as he thought said tree just fell by its own weight, however the female Hyuga having extra help knew better. . .

". . .N-No. . ." Hinata whispered in a nervous manner.

Hearing that, the injured Hyuga began to worry. "Hinata-sama?" Neji asked with concern.

Rumble. . .Rumble. . .

The female Hyuga slowly and carefully turned her injured cousin so that both could see where the remains of creature should be at. "Kurama?" Hinata muttered in concern along with being nervous.

The fallen trees began to move much more violently as some began to fall out of the pile. However what was more concerning was that inside the pile a sinister black misma was pouring out of them.

HISSSSSSSSS!

The sound of an insect like hissing was soon heard from the bundle of fallen trees before suddenly. . .

CRASH!

A vile and sinister chuckle echoed within the seal, while not knowing what was happening either, it still knew that something was coming. "The fun had just begun. . ." The dark and vile voice declared in excitement.

BOOM!

Suddenly the trees were sent flying at all directions from a explosion, though it didn't had a large radius, it had enough force to sent a few trees at the cousins.

However acting quickly, Hinata jumped out of the way while carefully not dropping her injured cousin. But they had to dodge the other trees that were falling down on them.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

After the trees finally stopped, both Hyuga members thought that could take a moment to take a moments rest, however they realized that it wasn't an option when they both felt a sinister aura that sent shivers down their spines.

"W-What is that. . .?" Neji asked as his eyes were widen in shocked.

Concern by her cousin's tone, Hinata turned towards to the direction he was looking at and her own eyes widen as well. "W-What in the. . .?" She breathed out in disbelief.

There where the piles of trees were once at was now a large oval like object, but that wasn't what startled the cousins, it was the fact that the object looked like it was made entirely out of live flesh while it was pulsating like a living organ. The flesh was pure black color and had disgusting pulsing veins while a black colored goo coated the entire object.

"My kami. . ." Neji breathed out in disgust. "Did he. . .did he became some sort of egg. . ." He then stated.

Hinata meanwhile instinctively activated her Byakugan to try and see what was occurring within the flesh like egg, only for her to frown. "It's no good, I. . .I can't see inside. . ." She revealed while shaking her head in a negative manner.

"Hehehe. . ." The dark voice chuckled out. "Here it comes~!" It then declared in excitement.

BLUB! BLUB! SPLASH!

"!" Hinata and Neji's eyes widen as they saw that the top of the egg starting to open as if a flower was blooming.

At that moment, the entire top of the egg opened like a flower as a black blur shot out of it.

HISSSSSSSSS!

"Let the new game begin~!" The dark and vile voice declared in complete excitement.

The creature was entirely pure black, its lower body looked as it was like that of an enormous spider, six legs and a huge abdomen. However its upper part was only shape like a human, but that was it. . .like its spider half, it too was nearly pure black color, it had a large buff torso that was made of bone like structure, its arms were equally muscular as its right hand looked like a deformed human hand while its left had large sharp fingers. And finally its head, it was a sight that would give a lesser man nightmares for the rest of their lives. . .it had a large mouth that had no lips or skin to cover its large sharp teeth, it had multiple sets of eyes, two large eyes were its human sockets should be, two were its brow should be and three more sets on its forehead and every single one of them were jet black color that were devoid of life.

The creature was motionless, almost as if it was asleep, even with its multiple eyes were wide open it only stood still while looking downwards. Meanwhile, both Hyuga cousins could only stare at it with shock, startlement and fear at the monstrosity that was now in front of them.

"Oh. . .my. . .kami. . ." Hinata breathed out in a whisper with a frighten tone.

Neji meanwhile didn't know what to say to this. . .transformation the enemy had gone through as he activated his Byakugan and paled. "I can't see him. . ." He soon muttered as he deactivated his Kekkei Genkai.

To hearing that, Hinata quickly turned her head towards her cousin. "W-What?" She whispered back.

Neji then gulped once more. "I couldn't see him at all, it was as if he isn't even there at all." He soon revealed.

This made the girl to think of the worst possible possibility that no Hyuga could ever fathom. "Are you saying the Byakugan doesn't work on him now!?" Hinata asked as she quickly activate her Byakugan and then as her cousin, she saw nothing. "How is that possible?" She thought with fear even with her enhanced Byakugan, she couldn't see the creature.

The mutated arachnid like enemy soon started jerking its head around while an ominous clicking like noise started coming out of his mouth. Its arms twitched a few times before it tighten its hands into fists before suddenly, its spider like legs began to move its body forward with an eerily slow pace.

Hinata analyzed this moments and soon realized something. "Primal. . .instincts. . ." Hinata breathed out.

These sudden words caught the male Hyuga's attention away from the creature. "W-What do you mean Hinata-sama?" Neji soon asked in a whisper.

"It's moving now on just animal like instincts now. . ." Hinata then before gulping.

The creature's head raised at those words as its clicking turn into a much more higher pitch and intensity while eyeing its prey, while its mouth was slowly dripping with saliva. "RWOOOOOOOOAR!" It loudly roared while flailing it's head in a vicious manner.

The Hyuga cousins were forced to cover their ears as best they could from the menacing roar. "A primal. . .animal. . ." Hinata soon concluded as sweat ran down her head.

A sinister chuckle echoed within the seal at witnessing this development. "This will make things more excitement for meeeee~!" The dark and vile declared with glee.

Then in an instant, everything went silent, there wasn't even a single sound from the area, it was as if the forest itself was afraid and refused to make a sound.

WHOOSH!

The sound of the wind moving made the two Hyuga's to quickly lowered their hands and saw that the creature had disappeared.

"Where is it!?" Hinata exclaimed as she jerked her head around to search for the enemy.

Neji quickly understood the situation they were now in. "Oh no. . ." He got out calm tone, but it was filled with pure terror in his voice.

Hinata meanwhile nodded as she already knew what her cousin meant. "Unlike in the previous fight. . .we could at least see him, but now. . .We're blind. . ." She got out in the same tone as the male Hyuga.

Both Hyuga members instantly went back to back and even if it hurt the male Hyuga in the process, he knew that right now they couldn't leave themselves exposed.

Whoosh. . .

The eerie wind gently blew around the area as not even a single nature sound could be heard. This only made the two cousins to looked around with an almost franatic phase as the eerie wind only caused the two feel anxious and paranoid to when and where would the creature attack.

Spew. . .Streeeeetch. . .

Unknown to the two, right on top of them was the creature was hanging upside down while it slowly lowering itself with its web, just as it was about to reach them, it looked down on them as if it was studying them and not knowing who they are or what they are.

"Hehehe~" The dark and vile voice giggled out as it knew exactly where the enemy was as it's eyes glowed crimson red.

Streeeetch. . .

Then the creature suddenly retracted itself back into the trees, just in time for the female Hyuga to looked up and saw nothing but empty trees.

Hinata looked towards her cousin as he simply shook his head in negation, making her frown. "I can't even sense him at all. . .what in the world did that pill do to him!?" She thought as more sweat began to run down the side of her head.

Step. . .

"!?" Both Hyuga members were startled by the sound of the step that they both turned towards the sound and found nothing.

Step. . .

"!?" Yet again they heard it again from a completely different location and once again found nothing.

Step. . .step. . .step. . .

More and more step sounds echoed through the forest as each and everyone of them sounded from a completely different direction from the last.

With each passing step, the cousin's paranoia continued to grow as anxiety filled their minds until. . .A clicking sound was heard. . .right behind them. . .

"Here it comes~!" The dark and vile got out in an all too excited tone.

On pure instinct, both Hyuga's dashed to the opposite directions, just in time for the mutant shinobi's jaw to narrowly chopped their heads off.

Both cousins panted heavily as they saw that creature in the exact spot they just were as it was still in the same chomping positions, but when it notice that its mouth was empty, it turned towards the two and let out an angry hissing sounds.

"Water Style Liquid Bullet!" Hinata quickly declared as she fired the bullets of water from her mouth.

However before the attack could land, the creature suddenly disappeared as the attack only hit a tree.

Neji on the other hand was able to looked on with a more careful eye and looked upwards. "Above!" He shouted as he saw the creature on the same tree.

The cracking of the the enemy continued to be head as it opened it's mouth once more, drool immediately coming out while it hissed at the Hyuga cousins.

Neji quickly channel chakra into his good hand. "Eight Trigrams Piercing Gale Palm!" He declared as he thrusted his hand forward, though winced in pain afterwards.

However yet again the attack failed and only pierce the tree as the creature jumped towards another tree and then to another at an impossible speeds.

Neji silently cursed as he lost sight of the creature. "It isn't good. . .it appears that it's even faster than before. . ." He began to say as he held his injured arm. "And add the fact that we can not see it anymore. . ." He soon stated.

Hinata finally manage to calmed down a bit as she nodded in agreement and while not wanting for the creature to get the drop on them again, she made a hand seal. "If we can't see him anymore then we'll just make him leave a trail. . .Water Style: Hidden Mist Jutsu!" Hinata declared as unleashed a large mist to cover the area, however unlike before it was less thick.

FWOOSH!

This made Neji smile with approval. "Excellent thinking Hinata-sama, even if we can see him, he won't be able to stop from disturbing the mist without revealing its location." He thought to himself as he began to channeled chakra once more.

When Hinata saw her cousin doing this, she knew that he realized her intentions as she too prepared her jutsu. "Now where will you attack. . ." She muttered while scanning the area for any disturbance in the mist.

Whoosh. . .

However their expectations were meet by the same eerie wind yet again as the mist remain the same and undisturbed. . .

"That won't woooork~!" The vile voice sang sung in a dark yet excited tone.

Spew. . .Streeeeetch. . .

As if listening to the voice, the creature that was once Kidōmaru slowly descended from above the male Hyuga as it widen its jaws and saliva dripped down.

Drip. . .drip. . drip!

As the saliva landed on Neji's shoulder, he made a mad duck to just dodge the creature's jaws from ripping his head, then just as quickly he turned around and unleashed his jutsu, only to meet with nothing yet again.

"Neji-niisan!" Hinata shouted as she turned only when she saw her cousin attacking and missing. "But how!? I made sure that check for any disturbance!" She got out in confusion when she witnessed this.

As Neji forced himself up again he began panting and feeling light headed. "The trees. . .he traveled above the trees to evade the mist. . ." He forced out.

"!?" Hinata was startled by this as she didn't thought that the creature would do such a thing to avoid being detected.

"It didn't even think of doing it. . .it just did by sheer instincts. . .This creature is beyond anything I thought would be possible. . ." Neji got out as he knew his cousin was thinking the same.

"HISSSSSSS!"

The creature let out a fierce hiss that echoed through the forest, as it was making its intention clear. . .It had enough. . .

"Hinata-sama!" Neji alerted as he knew that the creature was about to make a fierce attack.

But Hinata on the other hand was panicking as she couldn't think what else she could do now, this creature wasn't just smart or fast, it's instincts were above human levels and certainly beyond there's. "Ku-Kurama! What should we do!?" She asked with pure terror in her voice.

However the Bijū didn't respond while crimson red glowing eyes was only seen from within the seal. . .

"K-Kurama!?" Hinata called out with a panicked tone, unaware that her eyes started to gain a darker red tint.

Streeeetch. . .

From twenty meters away, the mutate creature was holding a black like bow with its deformed arm while pulling back a two meter long black arrow with its sharp hand, aiming straight for Hinata. . .

At the sound of something stretching, a sick and twisted smile appeared within the seal. . .

"KURAMA!?" Hinata mentally screamed in a completely panicked tone while her eyes became fox like with the same dark red tint.

WOOOSH!

The huge arrow flew at a blinding speed that cut through all the mist in the area, blowing it away as it headed towards its target. Hinata in her current panicked stated couldn't even register this until. . .

SPLASH!

Blood flew and scattered throughout the air and trees. . .

At the burning part of the forest. . .

The group looked at the enemy kunoichi that suddenly stopped moving after getting up after the Inuzuka's direct attack, however. . .

"Arf!" Akamaru suddenly barked.

"What's wrong buddy?" Kiba asked his partner for the sudden barking.

However the little puppy began whimpering with concern and fear.

"Huh? What'd you mean something bad is coming?" Kiba soon asked in confusion.

Shikamaru on the other hand understood narrowed his eyes to this warning. "Troublesome. . .Get back!" He called out as he dashed backwards and his comrades did so as well. Once they were at a safe distance away he turned towards the Inuzuka. "Kiba! Food Piles now!" He soon ordered.

Kiba immediately nodded to that as he took the bag of pills out and threw two pills at his two teammates. "Catch!" He called out.

Both Shikamaru and Temari caught the pill out and ate it as the Inuzuka took one himself while also giving one to his partner. The effects were instant as the three shinobis and ninken felt some of their chakra being quickly restored as they also felt a bit of a adrenaline kicked in as well.

FWOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!

Suddenly, the girl and a small area around her was ignited and consumed into a large pillar of roaring orange-red flames that reached high into the sky.

The team covered themselves to shield from the intense flames while being at a safe distance from getting caught in said flames. However as the pillar's flames began to subdue a bit, they saw the form of Tayuya began transparent appeared from inside the pillar.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Tayuya suddenly screamed in pain from inside the pillar while holding her head in a panicking manner. "AAAAAAAAAAAAH! IT BURNS! IT FUCKING BUUUUUUURNS!" She then wailed with dilated orange pupils, one of them suddenly turning dark blue while the other became a fiery red.

To the sudden wailing, the two Konoha shinobis and Suna kunoichi's eyes widen to the sight of this.

"What the hell?" Kiba got out in confusion and shock.

Then the pillar of flames slowly began to changed in color from orange-red flames to dark blue flames. Meanwhile from inside the flames, the silhouette of an agonizing Tayuya became more clearer, her arms and legs slowly began to darken, the black like color continued to spread until it it reached her shoulders and waist, this continued until it covered most of her private areas in flame like patterns.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Tayuya's screams of pain continued to echoed until. . .

FWOOSH!

The pillar suddenly disappeared. . .

The group quickly lowered their guard to be able to see and there were the pillar used to be was the now silent Tayuya. However said kunoichi looked completely different than before.

The Oto kunoichi was indeed different as her arms and legs had what looked like charcoal like armor with flame like structure that cover even her shoulders, collarbone, the above portion of her breasts and her waist just above her privates, leaving most of her stomach exposed with black like patterns around it. The other noticeable features, her hair was now navy blue as it literally looking like it was on fire with blue flames while her skin was a light blue bordering on normal tan skin color, her eyes however were mismatched with her left eye being a bright fiery navy blue and the right eye being a bright fiery red while the armor was expelling the same blue flames as her hair.

Tayuya was breathing heavily while bending slightly forward and placing her hands on her now armored thighs as if she was having trouble standing still. The flames on her body also seem to be running low as if the flames would burn out any moment.

"Holy fuck. . ." Kiba thought as his eyes widen to the sight of this. "Oi oi. . .what's going on now!?" He verbally asked his teammates while blushing madly at the new appearance.

Temari meanwhile readied her fan for battle. "It has to be the effects of that pill she took, it looks like it's somehow still changing her even further. . ." She theorized.

The Nara narrowed his eyes, thinking the same. "Not only that, but now that she woke up, I don't know how powerful she is now or what else she can do now . ." Shikamaru soon declared. "I just know this is going to be even more troublesome to deal with. . ." He then muttered once more in a serious tone.

"S. . .p. . ." A very low voice was heard from the seemingly tired and heavily breathing Tayuya.

Kiba then narrowed his eyes as he looked back at the enemy. "Huh? Did she just say something?" He muttered in confusion.

The Oto Kunoichi then grinded her teeth while the blue flames started to grow. "I said. . ." Tayuya got out with a bit louder tone as she slowly began to straighten up and when she did, her red eye flashed with intensity as some of her hair covered her blue eye. "SHUT UP!" She roared as a huge explosion of blue flames erupted from her.

"OH SHIT!" Kiba yelled in response to hearing this. "LOOK OUT!" He soon said in a panicked tone.

The sudden explosion blasted the three shinobis and puppy a few feet backwards, but fortunately they were far enough from the blast that they weren't harmed too badly by it. However the area around Tayuya wasn't so lucky as she was surrounded a crater that was covered in orange-red flames.

"HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW YOU FUCKIN' BRATS!?" Tayuya roared in a excited and satisfied manner while grinning wildly while the red eye continued to glow.

The Suna Kunoichi looked on at the crater of flame along with the enemy in the center. "Thought it looks like her body did change, it does seems that she regain her mind." She soon declared to the others.

Kiba'sc eyes soon widen as he heard this deduction. "Are you saying she just realized what's happening!?" He then asked while he and Akamaru tried to cover themselves from the intense heat.

The Nara meanwhile narrowed his eyes to this development. "Looks like it. Maybe we can reason with her now." Shikamaru then added as he hoped they could to end the fight.

However, before any of that could have been done. . .

"Oi Tayuya! What the hell happened to you!?" Kiba roared out as Akamaru barked in agreement.

The blue burning girl gazed turned directly at the Inuzuka as the flames began to circle around her while the glow in her red eye vanished and the hair covering her other eye parted, revealing both of her eyes. "Fuck. . .Fuck. . .Fuck!" Tayuya roared with a mixture of rage and fury as her flames increased with intensity.

"What the hell!?" Kiba got out.

Then as quickly as the kunoichi's rage came, it slowly began to decrease and began panting. "Haha. . ." Tayuya chuckled in a humorless tone. "One percent. . ." She mumbled out.

The Suna kunoichi narrowed her eyes to that. "What did she say?" Temari muttered in a confused manner.

The Nara however looked at the enemy with a serious expression. ". . .One percent. . ." Shikamaru answered.

Tayuya suddenly burst in a slight deranged laughter as the flames once more grew around her with her red eye glowing once more while her hair covered her other eye. "ONE! FUCKIN'! PERCENT!" She roared with anger while grinding her teeth. "I ONLY HAD ONE FUCKIN' PERCENT TO REGAINING MYSELF AND NINETY-NINE PERCENT TO DIE AS A HUMAN!" She declared with the same anger.

"What!?" Kiba got out in confusion.

The Nara meanwhile narrowed his eyes to this. "If I think I understand what she's ranting about. The pill must have an only one percent chance of survival if consumed and a ninety-nine percent chance of turning into some kind of monster. . ." Shikamaru deducted.

"But the way she's ranting, it sounds like. . ." Temari started with narrow eyes.

The Nara instantly understood what the Suna Kunoichi was thinking and nodded in agreement. "She probably wanted to die while turning into a monster. . ." Shikamaru declared with a grim tone.

"!?" Kiba's eyes widen in shocked at hearing that while Akamaru let out a sad whine.

Suddenly the Oto kunoichi stopped shouting and lowered her head with her red eye no longer glowing while her hair showed her blue eye. "Haha. . ." Tayuya got out as she glared at the three. "So you figured it out, huh smartass?" She remarked.

The Inuzuka's eyes then widen to that remark. "Wait. . .your serious?" Kiba got out.

Tayuya then glared at the Inuzuka. "Yeah. . .what about it?" She got our while gripping her fist tight. "Freakin' kami must love to screwing with me. . .won't let me even die dammit. . ." She declared in annoyance.

"Dammit it all! Are you that much of a fuckin' idiot!? Really!? Suicide!?" Kiba roared while Akamaru barked in completely agreement.

Shikamaru however narrowed his eyes to this as he looked at his teammate. "Oi. . ." He called out.

To hearing that, Tayuya turned her gaze back at the Inuzuka and scoffed with annoyance and disinterest. "Why the fuck do you give a damn about me Kiba!?" She then remarked.

The Inuzuka then lowered his head as he balled his fist in anger. "It has nothing to do with caring or not, your always been one badass girl since that day I met you. So saying you just wanted to die is fucked up, because. . .you better then that. . .even if we are enemies fighting each other. . ." Kiba started while grinding his teeth. "You. . .have the right to live dammit!" He declared in a serious tone.

The burning girl soon felt her cheeks slightly heat up more to hearing that while her hair parted slightly to show her blue eye as said eye started to slightly shine a bit. "That. . .was actually sweet, coming from him. . ." Tayuya admitted in her head, feeling something new from within her to that declaration. "Is. . .is he serious?" She soon thought as she was honestly surprised by the normally hot headed boy.

Shikamaru then looked towards his Konoha teammate with a raised eyebrow, impressed by him saying that and also saw that it also affected the enemy kunoichi somewhat. "Maybe Kiba could convince her. . ." He thought with a slightly hopeful tone so that they would avoid any more unnecessary battles.

Then the Inuzuka looked up and had an extremely annoyed expression on his face. "BESIDES! AT LEAST I'M NOT TRYING TO KILL MYSELF OVER SOMEONE LIKE HARUNO, WHICH YOUR REALLY ACTING LIKE NOW!" Kiba declared in accusing anger as he pointed at the burning girl.

The Nara meanwhile widen his eyes towards his comrade. "Oi. . .Kiba, I don't think-" He started, however. . .

It was then that something snapped from within the flaming girl as her teeth grinded that they were near cracking from the pressure. "SCREW YOU ASSHOLE! I DIDN'T DO IT FOR THAT FUCKING PSYCHOPATHIC BITCH!" Tayuya then roared with her red eye glowing once again with fury while part of her hair covered her blue eye.

The Inuzuka in turn blinked in confusion to that. "Huh!? You didn't?" He asked in confusion while Akamaru also gave off a confused expression.

"LIKE HELL I WOULD GIVE MY LIFE FOR HER! I DIDN'T HAVE A FUCKIN' CHOICE WITH THAT PEDOPHILE ORDERING ME!" Tayuya soon declared as her red eye glowed fiercely.

The Nara's eyes then narrowed to that as he looked at the burning enemy. "So that's it. . .if she had failed to brough back Haruno, Orochimaru would've probably killed her. That's why she wanted to commit suicide." Shikamaru deducted.

"WHAT!?" Kiba exclaimed in shock and anger to that deduction. "That's why!?" He then asked.

The Suna kunoichi felt disgusted at hearing that. "I'd heard that Orochimaru kept a tight leash on all his subjects, but for it to be this tight. . ." Temari muttered as she then placed a hand on the Inuzuka's shoulder. "For now, let's just take her down." She soon declared.

The Inuzuka in response to this nodded in agreement as he readied himself.

Meanwhile for the burning woman, she didn't know why, but her anger rose as she witnessed the kunoichi placing a hand on the Inuzuka boy before remembering what he said earlier. "RAAAAAAAAAH! THAT'S IT! YOUR ALL GONNA BURN FOR COMPARING ME TO THAT PSYCHO!" Tayuya roared in anger while making two blue fireballs in both of her hands as she started walking towards the group as the flames in front of her parted to let her through.

"Damn! Heads up!" Shikamaru called out as his comrades dodged the intense flaming fireballs that the kunoichi sent towards them.

"SHIT!" Kiba declared in a panic as he avoided a fireball that almost struck him.

"Why did you even tell her that!?" Temari shouted angrily.

"I BET IT WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF NARUTO HAD SAID IT!" Kiba roared in his mind with jealousy before noticing that the enemy was charging her flames in her arms while glaring at him. "AH CRAP!" He then added with a pale face.

Suddenly a blue flamethrower was unleashed from the armor cover hands of the Oto kunoichi aiming straight at the Konoha Shinobis.

FWOOOSH!

As the intense flames missed their respective targets, the group looked back to where the fireballs had gone and saw that the flames themselves were so powerful and intense that it scorching through trees into ashes and melting rocks a like like a hot knife on butter.

Temari soon gulped before wiping the sweat off her forehead from the heat. ". . .The heat she's emitting. . .it's burning. . .and it keeps getting hotter. . ." She stated in a serious manner.

The Nara had to used his arms to block a wave of heat that passed him. "That can only mean that now that she's has a clearer head she can make those flames even more powerful." Shikamaru then declared with worry.

"RAAAAAAAH!" Tayuya roared with fury as she dashed at them, each step she took left a trail of burnt marks. Her hands were balled into fists as blue flames coated them before thrusting them forward in a punching manner.

FWOOSH! FWOOSH!

Knowing full well how hot these flames were, the team didn't even think as they dodge the intense flames while the flaming kunoichi passed them as well. But this only made Tayuya rage get higher and the moment she turned around, the foot that she used to turn suddenly exploded in a manner that instantly launched her with a increase speed.

BOOM!

Because of the sudden burst of speed, Tayuya's eyes widen as she could only move her hands backwards from said speed and reached the close of the opposite group, which was an unfortunate Inuzuka. . .

When Kiba turned his head to look, his eyes widen in shocked at the incoming Oto kunoichi. "What the-!" was all he could get out as the enemy kunoichi had unintentionally used her head to hit him square on his face.

What seem like a minute, in reality it was a second, when Tayuya then passed the Inuzuka and slid on the ground to stop herself while the boy was thrown to the ground.

"AUGH! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!?" A pissed off Kiba shouted while holding his busted nose.

Once Tayuya stopped her sliding as she turned her furious gaze back at the group. She then tightened her fist again while channeling more power to her fist then last time, then she pointed them backwards as a powerful burst of flame erupted from her fist, this causing her to charge and rush forward with explosive speeds.

Meanwhile, both Shikamaru and Temari were also shocked by this as they just barely managed to dodge, but the the speed and propulsion was so strong that it created a small sonic boom from that it blasted them both while spinning in place.

The Suna kunoichi manage to stop herself as she shock her slight dizziness off. "Gugh. . .what was that? Didn't she do that last time?" Temari questioned in confusion.

The Nara however shook his head to that after regaining his composure. "I don't think so, last time it was her simply using her flames to hover, this time she must have increase its power to increase her speed. . ." Shikamaru deducted in a serious manner.

The two didn't had time to think any more as Tayuya stopped her flames coating her fist, turned her body around in midair and then blasted herself at their direction with the same speeds as before.

"Incoming!" Temari warned as she instinctively used her fan to summon a gust of wind and sent it towards the enemy in hope of injuring or at the very least change the enemy's course.

FWOOOOOOOOOOSH!

However, before that razor winds could hit their target, Tayuya expelled a lot of flames from her her entire body, this caused all of the winds to be absorbed into them and increased them in size. Then she used her propulsion like hands to begin spinning in mid air that she created a fire tornado, she keep doing so until she gain even more momentum and power, and then she reached the two, she slammed both her hands to the area below them.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A huge explosion was created the moment Tayuya's form fit the ground. The explosion was so powerful that it didn't just caused a lot of damage to both the Konoha Shinobi and Suna Kunoichi, but it also sent the two flying at different directions until they crashed into some trees.

"GAH!" Both Shikamaru and Temari grunted out in pain from their back hitting their respective tree.

A distance away, the Inuzuka's eyes widen as he saw this happen. "Guys!" Kiba shouted with concern as he and his partner ran towards his comrades.

Shikamaru slowly try to get up but he was having difficulty in, his face had many wounds and some blood was falling from different parts of his body, however none were life threatening. "Still alive. . .I think. . ." He got out while wincing from his injuries.

Temari meanwhile winced in pain since she was more or less in the same condition as the Nara, before opening her fan slightly as she narrowed her eyes. "Damn, my fan. . ." She muttered as she looked at her broken fan that was also burnt and scorched in many sections before closing it and put it away. "Che. . .she was easier before this change happened. . ." She remarked in annoyance while she stood up.

"I gotta agree with you on that. . ." Kiba admitted with a nod while Akamaru let out a small whine to that.

From inside the area of explosion was the flaming Oto kunoichi as she had some injuries, most likely the repercussions of her own attack while some blood leaked from some wounds before it combusted into flames as soon as it landed on the ground around her. However even then, it looked like she had received less damage than the other two as she was breathing heavily.

"RAAAAAAAAAH!" Tayuya roared out to the sky while her red eye glowed brighter while exerting even more intense blue flames.

"Oh crap. . .I think she's going to do something new!" Kiba exclaimed in shock at the sight of this.

Shikamaru in turn forced himself to stand up while narrowing his eyes at this. "Troublesome. . ." He grunted out.

As the flames spread from the failed attack, Tayuya's rage increased yet, but something strange happen as the girl's anger grew, the flames that were scattered began to glowed. "RAAAAAAAAAAAH! BURN!" She continued roaring with fury as she brought her hands out and created two more fireballs before wildly throwing them one after another.

FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH!

The fireballs were sent at much lower speeds that the group didn't had no trouble getting out of the way. As the fireballs hit the ground they neither melted or exploded as only created multiple flames to spread on impact.

As the group landed a few meters away, they saw the area as they raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Well that was anticlimactic. . ." Kiba couldn't help but comment as he was expecting more than just a small fire show.

Temari meanwhile groaned to that in annoyance. "Really? You really think it's just gonna end like that?" She deadpanned her question.

And as if answering the question, Tayuya clenched her hand and it began glowing in an eerie blue glow, this caused the flames on the ground to also glow in the same manner until. . .

Boom! Boom!

All of the flames literally exploded in sequence one after another, while they weren't as powerful or deadly as her usual attacks but with each explosions, they gained a bit more force from the slight vacuum of air each blast created.

The Suna Kunoichi in turn groaned to this while she covered her face from the blasts. "You just had to say something huh dog boy?" Temari grumbled out in annoyance.

The Inuzuka in response glared at the girl on his side. "How the hell was I supposed to know that she can make flames frickin' explode!?" Kiba countered.

"After everything she just did. . .I think one would think so. . ." Shikamaru retorted while Akamaru whined in a agreeing manner.

Fortunately, the group were out of the explosion's range so they weren't affect as they would had if they were standing near the blast area. However, what the group wasn't aware was that with each explosion it caused more flames to spread around them.

At the sight of more blue flames around them, the group paled. "Oi oi oi. . ." Kiba got out with a slight panic in his tone as this could only mean one thing.

The burning kunoichi then pointed her hand at the flames while her rage continued to grow. "Grrrrr. . ." Tayuya growled out. "All of you. . .really. . .PISS ME OFF!" She soon roared as her hand glowed and the newer flames glowed as well until. . .

Boom! Boom! BOOM! BOOM!

With the number of flames that had increased, so too did the numbers of explosions and with each number the explosions were slightly getting stronger. The area was now not only set a blaze but also a literal war zone.

"Troublesome. . .this is getting ridiculous by the second. . ." Shikamaru muttered in a serious manner.

Though the Nara tried to sound like his usual lazy self, Temari knew that, like the lazy genius, she too was beginning to worry as the enemy was growing stronger, they were getting weaker by the minute. . .

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Tayuya roared once more as she charged again at the group. "DIIIIIIIIIIIIIE!" She then wailed with fury.

The Inuzuka however grinded his teeth in anger and annoyance with everything that was happening. But he also also getting frustrated that he couldn't do much against the stronger enemy. "Alright that's it!" Kiba declared with his own fury. "Akamaru! We're rushing in!" He called out as he started running.

"Arf!" Akamaru barked in response to this as he followed his master.

The Nara's eyes meanwhile widen as he witnessed this. "Oi Kiba! Get back here!" He ordered.

"That idiot. . ." Temari got out in annoyance to this display as the two went after their rash teammate.

Whether it was rashed or the proper course of action matters not to an Inuzuka, after all they were a clan that emphasis on their ties with their dog comrades and their emotions. Many may say that it would be foolish for a shinobi clan to be guided by their emotions, but the Inuzuka's didn't survive the age of the clan wars if they haven't. And sometimes being guided by this may be the most appropriate action to take.

"It's time end this here and now!" Kiba declared as his canine teeth started to grow out a little while his appearance started to look a more feral.

"Arf! Arf!" Akamaru barked in agreement as his appearance also turn feral.

FWOOSH! FWOOSH!

Tayuya soon prepared two fireballs in her hands in her blind rage as she then threw them at the Inuzuka and his partner. "BURN!" She roared.

The Nara meanwhile could feel the intensity of the heat coming from these fireballs as they were much hotter then the ones prior, forcing him to stop as he had to shield his eyes from the heat. "KIBA!" Shikamaru called out.

The fireballs were about to reach the Inuzuka duo head on, however in their feral state, they pounced to the sides of the fireballs direction, avoiding them as they landed on the ground where they were once standing.

BOOM! BOOM!

"RAAAAAH!" Kiba roared out as he was close to the girl with his clawed hand, ready to deliver the attack.

Tayuya however avoided the wild attack by stepping to the side as her glowing red eye looked at the boy and ignited a flame aura around her body. "YOU'LL HAVE TO DO FUCKIN' BETTER THEN THAT KIBA! DIE!" She roared her declaration in anger.

Kiba and his partner just narrowly managed to escape the burst of fire as they kept moving in all directions so that the enemy wouldn't manage to hit them. Then both tried to attack at different directions, but it was useless as she saw the two and ignited another burst of flames to make them halt their attacks and they jumped backwards to escape the heat.

As the two soon landed, the Inuzuka narrowed his eyes. "Damn, this is getting us nowhere. . ." Kiba grunted out as he looked towards his partner. "Any ideas? He soon asked.

"Grr. . ." Akamaru let out an annoyed growl. "I know our attacks would work, but she sees us and uses her flames before we reach her. . ." Was what he said.

Kiba then looked towards the enemy with a serious expression. "Sees us. . ." He muttered to himself before his eyes widen in realization. " That's it!" He soon thought as he grinned at the idea he just thought. "You a genius Akamaru!" He then praised.

"Arf?" Akamaru barked out in confusion.

Kiba then patted his pouch with a smirk on his face. "Follow my lead." He then ordered in a confident manner.

The puppy in response tilted his head for a moment in confusion before he perked up in realization. "Arf! Arf!" Akamaru barked out. "Ok! Let's go!" Was what the ninken replied with enthusiastic tone.

Kiba's smirk didn't fade as he looked back at the burning woman. "Yeah, let's end this. . ." He declared with confidence as the two then charged in.

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAH! DIIIIIIIIIIE!" Tayuya roared once more with fury as she brought both hands together with a clap before she slowly parted them as in the center of it, an obviously intense fireball started to form and grow, however. . .

"Now!" Kiba declared as he released what he had in his hands and threw it towards his opponent.

FWOOSH!

Suddenly, a large smoke screen coated the area as it expanded around the Inuzuka, his puppy and the enemy kunoichi.

"WHAT!?" Tayuya exclaimed as her red glowing eye widen to this, unable to to see anything, in fact her flames made the smoke denser.

The Inuzuka's eyes then became feral as he sniffed the air around him and instantly locate the enemy's position. "NOW! FANG OVER FANG!" Kiba soon roared as he and Akamaru began their signature attack once more as they attacked at multiple directions were the blind burning girl was located.

WHIIIIRL!

"GAAAAAAAAAH!" The next thing that the burning kunoichi knew, she was suddenly being viciously struck from all directions by a furious barrage of blade like tornadoes.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

Each hit were precise as they were powerful, but with each hit they started to create several cracks in her black like armor until many parts of her armor finally broke apart, this allowed the two partners to finally delivered multiple wounds around her exposed flesh.

"NOW!" Kiba roared the final order.

"ARF!" Akamaru barked out.

Then with a perfect synchronization, both tornados dashed out of the smoke, only for them to charged right back in at the same time with even more velocity and power to strike the Oto kunoichi.

Tayuya was able to briefly recovered from the attack and when she heard the twister coming back, she grinded her teeth to nearly breaking them. "LIKE HELL! STOP IT WITH THIS BULLSHIT KIBA! EVERYTHING WILL BURN!" She roared as she then unleashed an even more powerful flame burst that it completely blew the smoke away.

"Like hell we'll stop now!" Kiba declared without a single shred of doubt.

WHIIIIIIIIIIIRL!

Kiba and his partner increased their spin until they were unable to see anything anymore and struck the flames at full power. The clashed of flames and tornados lasted for a few seconds as the two partners did their best to ignore the heat and their burning clothes, until. . .

FWOOSH!

The flames were scattered apart by the powerful twin twisters and then with one last push, the two partners continued their trajectory towards the now defenceless and startled kunoichi.

"NO!" Tayuya wailed in shock to this happening.

BAM! CRACK! SHATTER!

A loud crack followed by the sounds of shattering echoed through the area as a large part of the enemy's armor was destroyed and was sent flying backwards, destroying multiple fallen and still standing trees in the process while also being ignited into flames. Pieces of the girl's armor was also scattered throughout the ground, but they then ignited into smaller flames

"AAAAAAAAAAAAH! BURN! DIE!" Tayuya wailed out as she went spinning through the air before crashing to the ground.

From a few feet away, both Shikamaru and Temari uncovered their eyes when the heat completely died down to be left dumbstruck to see the downed enemy.

"He. . .actually did it?" Temari got out in disbelief at what she and the Nara saw. "How the hell did his attacks affect her?" She soon asked.

Shikamaru meanwhile sighed to that as he relaxed for the moment. "It's too troublesome to explain, just leave as Kiba going wild. . ." He declared.

The Nara didn't need or want to think of it, after all there wasn't any logic for the like those that act on pure instinct and emotions, in others words he didn't want to think how Kiba and Naruto's brains work. . .

Up head from the two's position. . .

Meanwhile, the Inuzuka was panting heavily as that last attack used a lot of his remaining chakra, so when he stopped his spinning he landed on the ground, completely unaware of where he landed for a moment.

Kiba looked around and saw the damage he and his partner did and couldn't help but chuckle as he leaned down. "Akamaru?" He called out.

"Arf. . ." A tired barked replied.

Kiba turned and saw that his partner was in more or less the same state as he was while being a distance away from him and let out a sigh of relief that he partner was alright. "We. . .did it. . .buddy. . ." Kiba breathed out with a tired grin on his face.

"Arf!" Akamaru replied with a bit more energy while wagging his tail.

Kiba then sighed in relief as he relaxed himself for the moment. "Now where the hell-" He started to ask, however. . .

"Mmmmm. . ." A female voice groaned out.

As the Inuzuka heard the voice he looked down and was first surprised when he saw that he was right on top of the enemy, however he blushed madly when saw that most of the armor the girl he fought had was now gone, showing off a lot of her skin like before, though her hair was still a fiery blue.

"OH CRAP! Kiba mentally thought in a panicked tone.

Soon after a moment, Tayuya suddenly let out a gasp while taking in a deep breath of air as her eyes were wide open, though both eyes were visible and the red eye wasn't glowing anymore. And when she saw the one that knocked her out on top of her, her right red eye glowed slightly while her left blue eye stayed the same.

Kiba in turn gulped at the sight of this, but even so, he instinctively held the girl's arms down. "You. . .are not going anywhere dammit!" He all but declared in an exhausted manner.

Unfortunately that wasn't the best of decisions as Tayuya managed to break free one of her hands and grab the boy's neck, where she forgot to heat up her hand to burn the boy or simply forgot wasn't certain but her eyes clearly meant one thing. . .

"You are so fuckin' dead Kiba. . ." Tayuya bluntly declared with the scowl on her face.

"ARF ARF!" Akamaru barked with a frighten tone as he knew that his partner was in a serious danger.

At that moment, both the Nara and the Suna kunoichi were by the puppy's side as they witnessed this.

"Kiba!" Shikamaru called out as he readied himself once more.

Temari meanwhile could only grind her teeth at this as she knew they were now in a tighter situation. "Shit, just what we needed, her holding someone hostage." She thought with annoyance as she took out a kunai, since her fan was out, and got herself ready to fight once more, however. . .

The fiery blue haired girl only gave a glare to the situation. "Nobody move or I'll fuckin' kill Kiba right here and now!" Tayuya demanded in a loud yet dead serious tone.

That threat instantly stopped everyone from doing anything and all they could was to look at the girl that caused this situation with dead serious expressions as they didn't want to risk in her killing their comrade while Akamaru growled angrily and afraid for his partner's life.

The Inuzuka meanwhile had a strain expression as he knew he was in a deep shit since with just one single flare of chakra and he was good as dead. . .So what can a man do in such a situation? What any man with little intelligence in his last moments of life he did the only thing that could came to mind. . .something very risky and incredibly stupid. . .

"Hehe. . ." Kiba weakly chuckled out as he forced a smirk on his face.

Tayuya in response to hearing the chuckle made her further narrowed her eyes as she looked at the smirking boy on top of her. "What's so funny Kiba?" She questioned in a serious manner as she still held the boy's neck even tighter as her hand slowly began to increase in temperature while her red eye started to glow slightly.

Though the Inuzuka did feel the heat building up, Kiba did his best not to show his discomfort and kept smirking. "Well. . .If I had to be honest Tayuya. . .your new look's pretty hot right now. . .hell. . .your smokin' hot. . ." He got out with a false bravado yet honest tone.

". . ." There was a unison silence between both allies and enemies alike when they heard that as if they couldn't process what the grinning boy just said.

". . .Eh?" Tayuya got out in confusion to hearing that, not expecting that response. ". . .Did he just fuckin' say that?" She thought.

". . .Arf?" Akamaru barked out in confusion to hearing that.

The Suna kunoichi's eye merely twitched to that. "Please tell me my brain overheated or something because I did not just hear something as stupid as that. . ." Temari whispered in an exasperated tone.

Shikamaru however just groaned to this. "Troublesome. . .Kiba's gone desperate, nuts or even both. . ." The Nara grumbled out.

While the others were in a stated of confusion, the Inuzuka meanwhile was having a massive panic attack on the inside. "Please work, please work, please work! Even if it is true!" Kiba thought in a frantic manner because he knew he would be dead if a miracle didn't happen. "For once! Let something go my fuckin' way dammit!" He then practically begged to every single deity in existence.

The blue fiery girl however was still trying to process what was said to her as she looked at the boy smirking at her while she was choking him. ". . ." Tayuya said nothing to the complements at first while her left blue eye suddenly started glowing and some of her hair now started covering her right red eye.

At the open field. . .

The two jinchūrikis and the white haired Oto shinobi continued to stare at each other while the air itself was getting heavier by the pressure the three were giving.

Lee meanwhile was still laying against the tree as he was recovering from his wounds while wincing in pain, which reminded him that he was in no shape to fight anymore and all he could do was to watch at a safe distance away.

FWOOOSH!

Sand rushed towards the Oto shinobi at break neck speeds, Kimimaro however merely evaded it with grace each sand projectile, then as he dodge the last projectiles he prepared his bone sword.

Naruto didn't waste a single second as he charged right towards the enemy and attacked it while he was conjuring his blade. The blond went for a kick to his head, but the enemy shinobi simply leaned backwards as the kick harmlessly passed him.

Kimimaro readjusted himself as he finished his new bone blade, he raised it slightly and charged at the still air bone blond to slice his leg.

Gaara narrowed his eyes at seeing this and close his extended hand into a fist while motion his hand backwards.

FWOOSH!

This action caused the sand projectiles he had sent earlier to stopped in midair and came back at equally fast velocity. This made the white haired boy to stop his attack in order to evade the sand as the blond landed safely on the ground.

"That was too close. . ." Naruto muttered as he began to make same hand seals and took a deep breath. "Wind Style: Air Bullets!" He mentally declared as he launched a few compressed air bullets.

The Oto shinobi dodge and jumped back at the incoming, each bullet narrowly missed him but a few centimeters of his body. Once he had dodge the last bullet he slid backwards, he readjusted his blade and charged straight at the blond.

The blond got ready to intercept, but waves of sands passed him from his sides. The waves were much slower then their projectile variety, but they were deadly if they manage to ensnared its target.

Kimimaro also saw that potential threat of the sand so just as the sand were about to reached him he used used his sword to cut the sand, though it just reformed itself after each slice. But this was intentional as it gave him enough time to slow it down enough to jump out of the sands attack range.

"Air Bullet!" Naruto roared once more.

FWOOSH!

The momentary distraction allowed Naruto to sent more bullets towards the white haired boy, but even so, the enemy's used his sword to stab the ground to push his body out of the way and only managed to cut a part of his clothing or not do any damage from his bone like armor skin.

Not letting up or let the enemy regain any momentum, Gaara commented the sand to attack again, but this time with his fellow jinchuriki at his side firing multiple shots of air bullets.

However like last time, the white haired bone effortlessly dodge them by jumping with incredible agility and speed. Then as Kimimaro continued to dodge, with his free hand, he began pull out his finger bones from the tips of his hands.

"Ten-Finger Drilling Bullets." Kimimaro calmly declared as he sent bone bullets at the three.

Naruto manage to just barely dodge them, but still got some cuts as a result, while Gaara used the sand in his gourd to protect himself and Lee from the bullets.

"Ok, this is getting nowhere and we need to end this quick!" Naruto thought with frustration .

"Unleash me. . .that is the only way to win. . ." The dark and vile voice stated in a tempting tone and an amused smirk.

". . ." Naruto could say nothing as he closed his eyes, he knew that each second he wasted here meant that his friends could be in even more danger and that he couldn't afford to. "Alright. . ." He thought to himself with a serious tone and started concentrating his chakra.

From inside the seal, dark crimson colored chakra slowly started seeping out from the seal. "Hehehehe. . ." The dark and vile voice chuckled out in amusement to this development. "It is almost time. . ." It then declared.

At that moment, Gaara suddenly felt a very familiar feeling, causing him to turn and see his brother in burden concentrating, knowing full well what it meant. "His going to use it. . ." He thought as he returned his gaze at the enemy.

Against the tree, Lee looked on as the blond Konoha shinobi started to emanate a red colored chakra. "T-That. . ." He got out with wide eyes at what he was seeing.

Then the blond jinchūriki's body began to erupt a darker shade of orange colored chakra, different from his usual light shade, until it enveloped his body. His whisker marks became darker and thicker, his teeth slowly began to grow into canine like teeth and his eyes turned red with fox like slits.

Once the Initial Bijū form was completed the blond bared his larger fangs at the Oto shinobi. "Need to end this fast!" Naruto declared in his mind while taking a wilder battle stance.

Sensing the change in the blond shinobi, he looked on with his normal emotionless expression. "His changed. . .almost like when I used the Curse Mark." Kimimaro thought to himself, but didn't sound worry in the slightest.

"Gaara! Back me up!" Naruto shouted his order as he charged towards his opponent with an increase speed thanks to his Initial form that he briefly disappeared.

The blond then reappeared in front of Kimimaro with his hand cocked back as he went to delivered a powerful uppercut. But with a mere leaning back, the Oto shinobi dodge the attack, then readjusting his right foot, he spun around to gain momentum and sent a wide slash with his bone sword at his opponent's throat.

Before the deadly sword could reach its target, Naruto suddenly vanished before reappearing behind Kimimaro, ready to strike again with another heavy striked to his exposed back.

". . ." Kimimaro said nothing as he was forced to jump forward to dodge the attack, then readjusted his sword for another spin slash at the blond once more, but was slightly surprised when he couldn't move his sword. When he looked, he saw that sand had stopped the sword from moving.

However that wasn't the only thing Kimimaro saw, he also saw a large wave of sand heading towards him. Having no choice, the white haired shinobi released the blade as some bones started to sprout from his arm. Then using these new bones, he slashed both the sand and the blond.

SHINK!

The sand was sliced in half while Naruto was sent flying away from him with some deep cuts.

"Shit!" Naruto got out in pain as he landed back on the ground, however thanks to his initial state, they were already beginning to heal very quickly.

Gaara reformed the sliced sand and infused more chakra into it to increase its size and sent it again towards the exposed shinobi.

At the same time, annoyed by the cuts, Naruto charged with a much more reckless speed in hope of finally hit the Oto shinobi. "TAKE THIS!" He roared.

FWOOOSH!

Unaffected however, Kimimaro then effortlessly dodge the blond's reckless charge.

Concern, Gaara quickly adjusted his extended arm, to cancel the attack, but it was to late. . .

Naruto eyes widen as he was about to collide with the sand. "Oh crap!" he thought with a panic as he jumped forward so that his feet would hit first.

When Kimimaro saw that the blond would collide in the sand, thus being momentarily unable to defend himself. "Time to finish one of the trash. . ." He declared with narrowed eyes and charged while bring out another bone sword while also preparing a fist covered in bones to skewered Naruto.

And then. . .the moment Naruto's feet landed on the sand. . .

WHAM!

Naruto was sent flying with with an equal speed as his earlier charge. "WHA!" He got out with a surprised tone.

Kimimaro's eyes soon widen as the blond's head collided straight into his face, sending both flying in different directions.

N-Naruto-kun!" Lee called out, but then winced in pain. "If I could only. . ." He then got out in a disappointed tone.

The white haired boy used his excellent agility and grace to land on his feet, but soon held his head as saw his vision leaning a bit from side to side, though he couldn't feel it, he knew that the hit left him slight dazed from the hit.

"OOOOOOOW!" Naruto got out in pain while holding his head. "WHY AM I KEEP GETTING HIT ON THE HEAD DATTEBAYO!?" He roared in annoyance and pain.

"Ignore it and focus on killing this bone user." The dark and vile voice ordered in the same tempting tone, though was amused at what occurred.

Gaara meanwhile let out a sigh of relief that nothing happen to the blond, but he then thought what had happen. "Why was Naruto sent flying in such a manner?" He thought to himself as he pounder the reason after all he had never seen his sand doing such a thing before.

"GAHAHAHAHA! AND PEOPLE SAY I'M THE IDIOT! BWAHAHAHA!" Shukaku however bellowed out with amusement and insanity.

"Oh shut it you idiotic insane tanuki. . ." The dark voice remarked in annoyance.

The blond meanwhile stood up as quickly recovered thanks to the Bijū chakra. "Ok, how the hell did that happen? I mean I know Kurama's chakra can give a great boost to my power and skills, but this has never happened before." Naruto thought to himself in confusion.

The two jinchūrikis continued to think as they realized what was different this time. "The sand/Kyūbi's chakra!" They thought in unison.

Soon enough, the blond had a crazy idea pop into his head while a feral grin graced his face. He turned towards his fellow jinchūriki and saw a small smile, borderline grin was also in his face, meaning he also had the same idea.

It was at that moment that Kimimaro's daze had finally settled down and turned towards his opponents. "I've had enough of this foolishness from trash." He declared emotionlessly yet with a dead serious tone.

From within the blond's seal, a sinister grin appeared. "Our thoughts exactly you fool. . ." The dark and vile voice agreed.

As one, both Naruto and Gaara took their stances as they held a grin on their faces. Naruto began channeling his Bijū chakra while Gaara began levitating sand in three large streams. Then as one, both the blond and the sand charged forward towards the Oto shinobi.

Kimimaro however wasn't impressed nor threaten in the slightest. "Again, haven't you realized that your attacks will never hit me." He stated while taking his battle stance.

As the blond and the sand were about to reach Kimimaro, Naruto suddenly changed his course to the side as the sand continued their assault.

The white haired Oto shinobi got ready to dodge, but was left confused when the sand completely missed him. ". . ." He said nothing to this as he looked at the red haired boy with narrow eyes.

Gaara in response only looked back while his hands was still stretched outward. ". . ." He said nothing as well as he looked at the enemy. Then with a clenched of his hand into fist, the streams of sand fell to the ground.

Using the enemies confused state, the blond jinchūriki made some hand signs and channeled his wind chakra. "WIND STYLE!" Naruto roared as a whirlwind appeared around his right arm. "BEAST WAVE PALM!" He declared while he swung his arms in a wide vertical arc.

FWOOSH!

A large and very powerful air slash was sent with an insane velocity as a high pitch whirring was heard in its path, thanks to the Bijū chakra coursing throughout his body, this normally B rank jutsu was now A rank in power alone.

Kimimaro had only enough time to dodge, but thanks to its powered up state, it landed a decent cut on his arm, it was only because of his bone like armor that protected the Oto shinobi from any major damage to his body, but let a large cut on it. ". . ." He said nothing as his armor began to regenerate, this made him realize that if he was hit with enough of them it could end up being a major problem.

Nearby leaning against the tree, Lee's eyes widen in shock before smiling. "Yes! Naruto-kun got a strike in!" He thought with amazement at them finally making some progress.

Naruto meanwhile grinned as his attack had some effect and gave the blond an idea. "NOT DONE YET!" He declared as sent out wave after wave of the Wind Style Jutsu.

This in turn caused the Oto shinobi to be forced to dodge each and every attack being sent at him while keeping the emotionless expression on his face. But as before, the attacks were fast enough to deal some damage and then quickly regenerated.

Unknown to the Oto shinobi, the sand that had missed him was beginning to separate until their was multiple chunks of sands that began began moving around the enemy while other chunks began burrowing into the grass and dirt.

"Almost in position. . ." Gaara thought to himself while beginning to focusing his chakra.

Sensing the Suna jinchūriki's chakra finally moving, the blond jinchūriki knew it was his cue to move. Naruto stopped his barrage and began channeling the Bijū's chakra throughout his whole body once more.

This cease firing from the Konoha chunin gave Kimimaro enough time to completely regenerate all of his cuts on his bone like skin armor. ". . ." He said nothing as he looked at the Konoha shinobi, wondering what he would do now with his emotionless expression.

"Your going down!" Naruto declared as he charged straight at the Oto shinobi, unaware that the aura around him was starting to gain a darker shade than before and his markings were getting thicker, giving him a more savage appearance.

Kimimaro meanwhile said nothing to this as more bones started covering his arm and in addition, the mark on his chest started to spread with a red and orange glow. "I have had enough of this. . ." He declared as he prepared to dodge and then skewer him.

The moment Naruto was about to pass him, the bones on the Oto shinobi's arm extended further than before, he cocked it back, ready to thrust it forward towards the blond. But just as he was about to. . .

FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH!

Suddenly, multiple chunks of sand erupted from the ground as they all levitated around the Oto shinobi and the blond. "!?" Kimimaro was momentarily startled by this, but quickly recovered as he continued his attack.

Naruto on the other hand, had a fang like grin as he used his thumb his right foot to quickly jumped forward. Then he quickly turned around as his feet and the moment his feet and the sand touched, he was sent flying in the same manner as before.

Kimimaro narrowed his eyes at the incoming charge. "You think the same thing will worked twice?" He declared his question as he narrowly dodged the blond.

Had the white haired shinobi had payed more attention, he would've seen that the grin on the blond's face didn't fade but in fact grew larger, and even further still would he had notice that he was channeling wind chakra around his arms.

Step. . .FWOOSH!

Naruto had suddenly launched himself once more at the same speed at the enemy shinobi with a feral grin. "Hehe!" He chuckled out with confidence as he was once heading in the direction of the enemy.

Kimimaro's eyes once more widen as he noticed the charging blond coming once more towards him. ". . ." He said nothing once again as he dodged him once more, however. . .

Step. . .FWOOSH!

"NOT DONE YET BASTARD!" Naruto roared as he ricocheted himself off the sand again towards the Oto shinobi while activating his wind chakra.

Kimimaro however wasn't one to fall for this repeated attack pattern, so he quickly readjusted so that the blond's charging fist would miss his chess by a few away. However the moment he leaned backwards. . .

FWOOSH! SHINK!

The sound of a sharp sound echoed as the Oto shinobi's eyes widen when he saw that that there was a large gashes on his chest and had it not been re-enforced with his bone skin like armor he would had cut much deeper. "What? I was sure to dodge it." He thought to himself.

Step. . .FWOOSH!

However Kimimaro didn't had neither the chance or time to poundered as the blond used another chunk of sand to ricochet back towards him. Not willing to get hit again, the Oto shinobi back pedaled a few meters away.

FWOOSH! SHINK! SHINK!

However the white haired shinobi cut yet again as a result. "!?" Kimimaro was startled yet again by this, thinking quickly he readjusted and managed to see it.

At the blond was about to reach another chunk of sand, Kimimaro was able to see that on the blonds forearms had a large blade like weapon. "I see, he's using wind style to create those blades." He concluded as he quickly regenerated his arms.

Step. . .FWOOSH!

Naruto ricocheted yet again as he glared at the enemy.

"Che. . ." Kimimaro got out in annoyance as he adjusted his bone blades, having enough of this and now understanding the blond's strategy, he was ready to countered as well as finish him by skewer him with his blades, but before he do anything else. . .

FWOOSH! FWOOSH!

Suddenly two burst of sand came out right below the Oto shinobi feet and ensnared him in place.

"What!?" Kimimaro thought with widen eyes to the sight of it and being trapped.

FWOOSH! SHINK! SHINK! SHINK!

Now completely unable to dodge, Naruto was able to keep ricocheting multiple times while making multiple gashes and cuts all over the enemies bone skin armor. "WIND STYLE! BLADE STRAIGHT!" He declared while he continued attacking.

"Ugh!" Kimimaro grunted out as he could do nothing while he was constantly being slashed, while he couldn't feel it, he still knew that if this keeps up he won't be able to regenerate his armor fast enough until the blond finally hits a vital area.

Against the tree, Lee looked on in amazement to the barrage attacks. "W-Whoa. . .that attack. . .it's like when I'm using the Hidden Lotus. . ." He thought before looking at the Suna jinchūriki as he expertly moved the chunks of sand in the exact location the blond would head next. "And their teamwork is flawless. . .even though they have never worked together before. . ." He then added to his thoughts.

While it's true that Lee and the rest of the rookies would always be a good friends of the blond and while the two fiancées of him would be closer to him than anyone else. No one else however could never reached the same level of understanding that two Jinchūriki's shared with each other. Even if they fought each other before, their understanding and kindred like spirits would make their teamwork seem as if they had been working together their whole lives.

"Enough of this foolishness. . ." Kimimaro suddenly declared in a emotionless yet annoyed tone.

"?" Naruto said nothing as he readied himself for another attack, however. . .

At that suddenly moment, bones sprouted out from multiple areas of the Oto shinobi's body. Because of this, Naruto had to use his hand on the ground to changed his direction of his charge and slide in a different direction.

Though Naruto manage to avoid skewing himself his hand wasn't in a good shape as some of his skin was peeled off from the earlier action, he wince in pain from his hand before the Bijū chakra began healing the injuries. "Ok, should had seen that coming. . ." He thought to himself as his eyes turned towards his brother in burden and the red haired boy nodded to him.

"Now's the time. . ." Was Gaara's unspoken declaration as he rose both his hands upward.

Understanding the message, Naruto nodded back as he quickly dashed as far away from the Oto shinobi as he possibly could.

"What are they-" Kimimaro thought in annoyance, but before he could do anything however. . .

At the exact moment when the blond landed next to his comrade. "Sand Tsunami!" Gaara declared as he slammed both of his hands on the ground.

FWOOOOOOSH!

A large wave of sand suddenly erupted from the ground in front of the Suna shinobi, the sand continued to spread to most of the area in front of him, even passing the Oto shinobi until it made the planes now looked like a massive desert.

"Holy crap!" Naruto got out as he saw the massive wave of sand that his brother had created.

"By using the sand in my goard, I can grind the rocks and minerals from underground into more sand and then I'm able to control it." Gaara calmly and quickly explained as he then began to sent a massive amount of chakra through the new sand.

"GAHAHAHAHAHA! TIME TO BURY, FLATTEN AND MURDER THIS BONE FUCKER! GAHAHAHAHA!" Shukaku bellowed out.

Gaara soon clapped his hands together as he looked at the field of sand in front of him. "Giant Sand Burial!" He then declared.

Then all of the accumulate sand began to move forward until it form a massive tsunami of sand, which was now heading straight towards Oto shinobi.

Kimimaro meanwhile could do nothing as the sand holding him at bay. So all he could do was be left speechless as he watch the huge wave of sand heading straight towards him.

SHAKUNK!

Soon enough, the enemy shinobi was completely covered in sand as Gaara then slammed his hands to the ground, sending out a pulse that went through all the sand that was unleashed and began to compressed it all onto the white haired shinobi while also shaking the earth itself.

As he witnessed this, Lee's eyes went wide at the sight. "So much sand used. . .Gaara is indeed able to prepare himself for any situation on any battlefield. . ." He thought with an impressed tone.

Naruto in turn let out a sigh at this, though it wasn't out of tiredness after all thanks to the Bijū cloak he still had enough energy and power to continue fighting, it was out of relief. "That should do it. . .no way he could've survived that." He thought to himself.

"GAHAHAHAHA! WE KILLED THE FUCKER! GAHAHAHA!" Shukaku bellowed out in satisfaction and excitement.

". . .It is done. . ." Gaara stated in a calm manner as he stood back up and turned towards his fellow jinchūriki while the blond turned to meet his gaze and the two smiled at one another.

There was no need for words to be shared by the two as they both knew that although it was a hard battle, the two enjoyed fighting side by side as comrades, as friends. . .as brothers.

The blond then turned towards his injured comrade and started walking over towards so that he could help him before he could leave to help the others.

Fssssh. . .

The sound of a small stream of sand falling was silently heard from the large compressed tomb like sand. . .

From inside of the sand tomb, a trapped and heavily injured Kimimaro could do nothing as there was there were many parts of his skin missing, had it not been for his bone like skin, he would had surely been crushed to dust by Gaara's powerful attack.

"My mission. . ." Kimimaro thought to himself as all over his body the red curse markings began to spread through his whole body until it glowed completely red. "Is to protect Orochimaru-sama and his ambitions. . .and his desires. . ." He concluded.

With those final thoughts, the white haired shinobi's eyes open as dark markings appeared around his eye sockets.

From within the seal, a vile grin appeared from the shadows. ". . .No, it is not over yet. . ." The dark and vile voice stated. ". . .It has only just begun. . ." It then added.

BOOOSH!

Soon enough, a dark gray skinned claw like hand appeared out of the sand.

Within the deeper and darkening parts of the forest. . .

After witnessing the traitor escape, the Uchiha Heiress dashed after her, her eyes filled with fury towards the girl who had practically tortured and ripped off the arm of her friend.

"I will never forgive her for this. . .she will pay for what she's done. . ." The Uchiha thought with a determined yet furious expression. "HARUNO!" Satsuki roared in anger.

The dark and vile voice in turn chuckled to this. "Hehehe. . .Yes. . .let your rage grow. . ." It stated in a tempting tone.

Satsuki in turn narrowed her eyes to hearing the tempting order. "Alright, who the hell are you and where is Kurama!?" She mentally questioned as she dashed through the trees.

"Who says that your not talking to him?" The dark and vile voice asked in a amused tone.

To hearing that, the Uchiha's eyes widen for a moment before she then narrowed them. "Don't bullshit me dattebakon, I know Kurama's voice, his is annoying but always light hearted in a sense, yours is dark and vile!" She accused.

The owner of the dark voice merely chuckled in amusement to that statement. "Then I guess you never truly known him then. . ." The vile voice stated.

The Uchiha's eyes didn't phase from being narrowed as she continued dashing through the forest. "What the hell are you talking about?" She questioned but was only responded by another dark chuckling. "What's so funny. . .?" She then asked.

"Is now really the time to asked that?" The dark and vile voice questioned. "At this rate the traitor will get away." It added with an amused tone.

Satsuki could only tisked at that, like it or not, she had a short each of time and if said traitor manage to pass the borders her chances of capturing her would only decrease. "Shit!" She thought with annoyance.

"I thought so. . .and don't worry my dear. . .her destruction will be swift. . ." The dark voice declared.

Satsuki narrowed her eyes further to the violent dialogue from the owner of the voice as she felt a small familiar spike from chakra coming from within the seal.

"Che. . .don't interfere. . ." The dark and vile voice ordered as it narrowed its eyes.

Satsuki in turn raised an eyebrow to that. "What are you-?" She started to ask, however. . .

". . .Don't. . ." A familiar feral voice got out in a faint tone.

"What do you want now!?" Satsuki then roared in annoyance.

". . .Listen. . .don't. . .use. . ." The voice got out.

Then Satsuki another spike of chakra from the seal. "The hell?" She thought in confusion.

". . .Dammit. . ." The voice cursed as it then faded away.

"Oi. . .what the hell is going on. . .?" Satsuki questioned in a serious manner.

"It is nothing. . ." The dark and vile simply dismissed the girls question.

Before Satsuki could say anything else, she finally was about to catch up with the green and pink haired girl. "HARUNO!" She soon roared as all thoughts of the previous occurrence had left her mind.

The owner of the dark and vile voice simply grinned at this occurring. "Hehe. . ." It chuckled out in amusement. "Nice try. . ." It then got out.

A silent yet painstaking growl soon echoed through the seal, but could only be heard by the dark voice.

F2P (fight2protect)'s A/N: So. . .So long. . .you guys have no clue how long it took. . .But really need this chapter to be a game changer in terms of writing and atmosphere it gave off as well as to expand our arsenal, as it was clear that most of the fights weren't exactly Naruto-ish.

Well...that's not ominous at all. *sighs* I really hope we don't have anyone else from Konoha, or Suna, ending up like Ino or worse. Guess we'll see, won't we?

Admittedly though...while I like how you've put your own spin on what's going on, I'm not entirely a big fan of Chouji and Tenten requiring help. Admittedly, I feel like it's really detracted from Chouji's development.

The fight in canon I think really helped set Chouji apart, taking him from simply being a comedic relief background character to being someone who actually was a skilled and dangerous shinobi. It was his first, and sadly ONLY moment to shine, as for the rest of the series, we never saw him come into that kind of spotlight again.

Here, it feels more like Chouji's simply there to give tenten time to use her new stuff, and wear Jirōbō down so Kankuro could step in. And I think that kind of stinks, and is a bit of a disservice to Chouji overall. *Shrugs* But that's just my opinion.

Hopefully, again, nothing seriously bad is going to happen to anyone, physically, mentally, or etc. What you did to Ino was already sort of too much. x.x

I can understand by what you mean with what happened so far with Chōji, but trust me when I say he'll have an even more badass moment then the canon variation of his fight.
