Note I do listen to complaints so here is my answer. In this universe The Justice League has not met the Crime Syndicate yet, therefor Flash has not met the evil Johnny Quick and so Jessie did not reconsise him. However I did change the dialog to where it is more interesting.

Chapter 7
"What was that?" Super-Boy asks.
"I'm not sure, they seem like evil versions of Flash and Green Lantern, but what really weirds me out is how the evil Flash's name is Johnny Quick." Jessie responds
"And?" Super-Boy asks.
"That's my fathers name when he was a super hero."
"I thought your Dad was The Flash himself."
"No, not at all."
"Ah got you. That Green Lantern said I remind him of Ultra-Man, but how? I don't look or act like that Japaneses Super-Hero, much less I don't have his powers."
"This is weird, ok lets take small steps, how did we get here?"
"You where running and I was chasing you."
"Then I was going so fast I was about at the breaking point of the speed force and you jumped on me causing a disturbance leading us here!"
"Cool! Wait what?" Super-Boy asks not knowing anything she said.
"We need to start running and get back to our world or timeline whatever!"
Meanwhile the Crime Syndicate are all talking to each-other.
"So, you two met a couple of super powered people?" Ultra-Man asks.
"Yes, one had the Speed Force like myself, and the other had similar powers to you. But the thing that weirds me out, is that the woman with super speed said her father was Johnny Quick. So I'm confused." Johnny explains.
"Hmmm, they must be from a alternate time-line or world." Owl-Man ponders
"If this Jessie Quick said her father was Johnny Quick and she did not reconise you, must be she is not from here. Same with this Boy of Steel." Owl-Man continues.
"You never disappoint me Owl-Man, and I am ever grateful for your mind on our side." Ultra-Man says.
"Of course."
"Now then, every-one split up we must find and question them." Ultra-Man says with every-one heading out.
Over with Johnny Quick he is running all over the city when he sees out in the distance the two talking to where he runs after them.
"Oh shit we better move!" Super-Boy yells as he and Quick start running.
Super-Boy, Jessie Quick, and Johnny all run through the city and then into the open grass fields.
Yellow electricity flows over Jessie as she keeps running faster and faster with Conner Kent barely keeping up and Johnny catching up.
Just then Johnny was really close to Super-Boy so he jumped onto Jessie causing yet another electric explosion.
"Oh my I'm in heaven!" Super-Boy says as he landed on Jessie's boobs face first he looks up and sees her unimpressed.
"HEHE, sorry bout that, good news, he is no longer here." Super-Boy says trying to cover himself.
"That's for sure, lets see if we are in the right place." Jessie says as they run to the base.
They arrive and see Night-Wing, Green Lantern, Wonder-Girl, and Star-Girl's team.
"Wow, that was. *Jessie hugs Kyle Rayner* fast." Green Lantern says.
"What was your prob-?" Night-Wing starts to ask but is interupted by Jessie.
"I am so sorry for my over reaction."
"What?"
"I should of talked things out, even if those two attacked me."
"The problem does not steam from you it steams from the black suit." Charles Mcnighter says.
"How so?" Jessie asks.
"We know the suit is an alien but it is trying to spread. But what I think is going on from what Courtny and her team has said, the suit must have taken control of Jessie and tried to spread it's self." Night-Wing ponders.
"Well, what if I can control it and stop it from spreading?"
"But don't you want to get rid of the suit?" Night-Wing asks.'
"I don't anymore, I want to keep it." Jessie says.
"Weird, well if it tries to take over again, then Fire-Storm and Blue Beetle will have to, ok?" Night-Wing asks.
"Right."
"That's it then. Alright thank you all for your time." Kyle Rayner says to Star-Girl and her team.
They head off and Night-Wing talks to Jessie.
"So do you promise to have control over it and let it take over you?" Dick asks.
"Yes, I will."
"Ok then. I trust you." Dick Greyson says as he heads over to do other things.
"Hey Kyle. I was wondering if you would like to have a date and spend the night at my place?" Jessie asks
"Yes I would love to! Olive Garden?" Kyle says
"Olive Garden sounds romantic." Jessie replies.
Over with Super-Boy
"Hey Wonder-Girl."
"Hmm what's up Conner?"
"I was thinking we don't know each-other real great, so you know we could get some coffee or something?"
Wonder-Girl is surprised that he is asking her out and blushes.
"You mean like a date?"
"Y-yea!"
"Coffee sounds great."
Super-Boy pumps his fist in victory.
So Jessie and Green Lantern go on a date with Super-Boy and Wonder-Girl going on one as well.
Leaving Night-Wing calling up Star-Fire to see if she could come over.
However in Arkham a guard sees some-one unfamiliar.
"Hey are you the Flash?" The Guard asks.
"What is this place?"
"Umm Arkham."
"Hmmm, last time I saw Arkham it was different, the cells where empty, more cob webbs, and most importantly." The Flash look a like punches the guard through the chest with blood over his hand "No Guards."
"*COUGHS and GAGS* Who are you?"
"I'm Johnny fucking Quick."
