Slowly waking up the next morning by the sound of the shower running, Haley noticed Nathan wasn't in bed with her. After Nathan told Haley about Rachel and about the accusations she made against him about being a father of her three year old daughter. Haley and Nathan has been spending the last few days in bed. Not just because they wanted to. But mostly because Nathan wanted to stop thinking about it and Haley was the only person who could help him. Haley had Lucas open the cafe for her during these pass few days.

When Haley first learned that Rachel claimed that Nathan could possibly be the father. She was in shock as she couldn't believe it. She was also angry at Rachel for making ridiculous accusations against Nathan, since Nathan told Haley that it's been over between him and Rachel for a long time. For the past five months ever Haley finally admitted that her feelings for Nathan was real and as much time they've spent together. Haley really got to know Nathan and she knows that he wouldn't betray her trust like this. If Nathan says he's not the father of Rachel's daughter, then Haley believes him and nothing will ever change that.

Haley blew out some air as soon as she heard her cell going off." What now?" Haley asked herself with a sigh as she reached over the nightstand and took her cell off the charger as she noticed it was her mom calling her. Haley hasn't spoken to her parents not since they came to Brooke's wedding, when she introduced Nathan to her parents.

" Hey, mom. Is everything okay?" Haley asked as soon as she answered.

" Yeah, of course everything is fine Haley Bop. The reason I'm calling is because I wanted to see if you have decided on if you're actually coming out here for Thanksgiving or not." When Lydia had mentioned to Haley five months ago that she wanted the family over for Thanksgiving this year, Haley said she'll think about it and she'll get back to her mom as soon as possible once she made a decision and now looks like she's going have to.

Haley sighs softly as she shrugs her shoulders." Honestly mom, I don't know. I'm still thinking about it. " Haley hates disappointing her mom and she knows how much her mom really wants the whole family home for the holidays. Hell Haley wants to go home for the holidays and spend time with her family. But she really doesn't want to deal with Taylor since they haven't talked for years, not since Taylor stole David from her. But Haley is over it and has moved on, and is now with Nathan. It's the way Taylor did it is what Haley is still mad about.

" Haley Honey, I know what your sister did to you was awful and decisful. But I promise you Taylor has changed since then and I really think she learned her lesson. " Lydia said as she was trying to convince Haley but in reality she's just convincing herself more really. She just wants all her girls home.

Haley snorts as she rolled her eyes." Mom we both know that is not true. Taylor hasn't changed at all. She only cares about herself and I really wish you would stop making excuses for her." Haley said bitterly. Growing up Lydia had always put Taylor on some kind of pedestal and always made excuses for Taylor every time she would screw up. And of course there's Quinn who would always take Taylor's side and that would piss Haley off. It still does sometimes.

w" Well, would you at least make the effort to come anyways? And I promise that Taylor will be on her best behavior, but if she's not. Just tell me and I will deal with her." Lydia said with a smile even though Haley couldn't see it.

Haley groans as she threw her head back as she realized there was no getting out of it." Alright I will come out there. But I'm serious mom, if Taylor starts something. I'm out of there." The last thing Haley needs is for Taylor to start her shit as always.

" I totally understand honey, Thanks for making the effort Haley Bop. Oh make sure you bring Nathan as well. I want him to meet the rest of the family. " Lydia beamed with excitement. When Lydia met Nathan at Brooke's and Julian's reception. Lydia was very impressed. She was impressed that her youngest daughter managed to grab a handsome man like Nathan. It was definitely a step up from David that's for sure.

Haley was about to say something when she noticed Nathan walking back into the room wearing a towel around his waist. Haley could suddenly feel her heart racing, her breath caught in her throat and of course her inner thighs burning for him as she kept staring at him as he was completely naked despite the towel around his waist and he was wet. Haley was so distracted by Nathan that she completely forgotten she was still on the phone with her mom.

Haley looked away from Nathan as she could feel her face getting red from embarrassment. " Um mom, I gotta go Nathan just walked in." She said as she quickly hung up and noticed Nathan leaning back against his dresser with a smirk and his arms across his chest.

" What's so funny?" Haley asked as she set her cell down.

" I think it's cute that you're checking me out while you're still on the phone talking to your mom." He said chuckling as he loves teasing Haley and loves watching her blush. She looks beautiful and sexy as hell with her face red like that.

Haley rolled her eyes. " Whatever."

Nathan chuckled as he walked towards the bed and sat down as he leans forward and kisses Haley tenderly and softly as he rest his forehead against hers." So, what did your mom called about?" He asked as he slowly and gently grases his fingertips up and down her thigh.

" Mom really wants me to come out there for Thanksgiving this year." Haley answered with a soft sigh.

" Mhmmmm Mmmmm, and did you tell her when we can come out there?" Nathan asked as he moved his head down and gently kisses her neck and gently nibbles against her shoulder as he waits for her answer.

" I um, actually didn't tell her that we were going. I only told her that I was going." Haley answered as she felt Nathan stop and move away from her which is making her feel guilty already.

" What are you saying? Are you saying that you don't want me to come with you and spend Thanksgiving with your family? Are you shamed of me or something?" Nathan asked as he was trying to figure out why Haley wouldn't take him to visit her family during Thanksgiving.

Haley sighs deeply as she shook her head." Of course I want you to come with me Nathan. My mom loves you, but I don't-." She sighs deeply again as she tried to find the right words to say without hurt him.

" What is it?" Hales?"

" I don't think it's a good idea for you to come with me to spend Thanksgiving with my family this year." Haley answered as she looked down as she didn't want to look at him right now.

" Wh...? I thought you said your mom loves me and that you do want me to come with you. I don't understand Haley. What are you not telling me."

Haley took a deep breath as she closed her eyes for a moment." My sister is going to be there."

" Quinn?"

" No, not Quinn. It's my sister Taylor she's going to be there and I really don't think it's good idea for you two to meet this year. Or ever." She mumbles to herself.

" Why? Is she like a bitch or something?" Nathan asked with a small chuckle.

" Yeah something like that. I just don't trust her Nate and Taylor and I really don't get a long and I really don't want to deal with her." Haley said honestly. She wanted to tell him the real reason why she didn't feel it was a good idea for them to meet but she couldn't bring herself to tell him.

" Do you trust me? " Nathan asked as he took her hand into hers.

" Of course I do. You know that Nathan."

" Then trust me when I tell you everything is fine. You got nothing to worry about. We will go and spend Thanksgiving with your family and I'm sure whatever happened between you and your sister. You two can work it out. Okay?" Nathan asked as he leans forward and kisses her forehead gently before getting out of bed and get dress.

Haley sighs as she knows for a fact nothing is going to be fine. Haley already lost one boyfriend to Taylor and Haley refuses to let it happen again. Haley will not let Taylor take Nathan away from her. Not this time.

" Mr. Scott?" Dan's assistant asked asked as she stepped into his office for a moment as she closed his office door behind her.

" What is it Marie?" Dan question as he was still focusing on documents and he didn't bother to look up.

" There's a Ms. Rachel Galentina here to see you. She said that it's very important that she speaks with you." Marie answered as she noticed Dan looking up from his desk.

" Send her in." Dan said as he leans back against his seat. Dan knew about Rachel when she dated his son Nathan back in college. He also knew about her cheating and why Nathan broke up with her. And now She's here in his office wanting to talk to him, and he can't help but wonder why.

Once Rachel walked in and after Marie closed the door to give them privacy. Rachel walked towards the chair and sat down. " Thanks for speaking with me today Mr. Scott." She said nervously as she could feel her hands shake a little. Rachel always felt nervous around Dan Scott as she felt him being little temitating.

" Yeah, my assistant mentioned that you wanted to talk. So what can I do for you Ms. Galentina?"

" I need you to talk to Nathan for me." Rachel answered as she picked at her nails nervously.

" Why? What does Nathan have to do with anything?" Dan question as he tilt his head to the side for a moment.

" He has something to do with this." Rachel said as she pulled out the photo of her daughter. The same photo she had shown Nathan just a few days ago." She's my daughter. " She said handling Dan the photo.

" I don't understand. What does your daughter have to do with Nathan?" Dan asked as he took the photo from Rachel to get a better look at it.

" It's Nathan's. She's his daughter."

Dan jerked his head up as he was in shock and wasn't sure what to say right now...

AN: The chapter got little long. So what you guys think? More chapters and defintently more drama coming your way. Next up Haley is going to find Taylor and have a long over due talk with her and Dan may or may not help Rachel with the whole Nathan situation. Leave reviews.
