Chapter 48 Steampunk Surprise

Snow was failing at Alfea and Reiji was with Illya as he sits on a chair with her on his lap as he reads her a book.
"And so Gaim and Drive managed to defeat the evil robot planet with they're rider kicks stopping the invasion." Reiji said.
"Wow, they sound great daddy, but your cooler." She said.
He smiles and patted her head. "Thanks."
Illya goes away and Reiji goes outside to see Mirai.
"Will you be going off my lord?" Mirai said.
"Yeah, it's Christmas Eve so i'm going to get Illya a present." Reiji said.
Mirai nodded and Reiji goes off.
Reiji got his bike as he rides towards the city and looks around the places.
"Okay, what's the best place to get her a present." He said.
He then looks at a few gears on the trash nearby and it reminded him of something of his past.
Flashback
A young Reiji was at his room before he looks at a toy that was brown with gears on it being a cyborg of sorts.
He smiles and looks outside of the window to see the snow fall, it was Christmas that time and he got this toy as his present and he liked it since it looked very cool.
His parents gave it to him and he was glad, they came inside and hugged Reiji as he smiles at them.
Flashback ends
Reiji smiles in the present. "Those were good times."
He rides foward but then he heard the ground shake surprising him, the ground bursts opened as a big monster came out, it was Ragnarok, the Ice Elemental. (From Castle Age.)
"What the?!" Reiji said as it roars at him.
It swings it's arms making Reiji drive away as it chases him.
"I gotta change." Reiji puts the driver on.
ZIKU DRIVER!
He takes out the watch.
ZI-O!
He inserted it in the driver. "Henshin!" He rotates it.
RIDER TIME, KAMEN RIDER ZI-O!
He transforms into Zi-O and rides around the town and summons his weapon.
ZIKAN GIRADE! ZYU!
He aims his gun at the elemental taking shots at it making Ragnarok grunts before it shoots a ice blizzard from it's mouth.
Zi-O got sent foward before he crashes through the street.
"Ow!" Zi-O said.
The monster lifts it'sa arms up to crush him before many gears came down attacking it.
"Huh?" Zi-O was confused.
"Well it's seems you might need some help."
Zi-O looks to the side and saw a guy his age wearing Victorian era clothes, a brown vest, brown pants, white shirt underneath the vest with a gold arm covering his right one that has gears. A top hat with gold goggles on it, he has a cane, his hair was brown with blue eyes.
"Who are you?" Zi-O said.
"I am Percival Sawyer, but I have another name." He said.
The guy takes out a pocket watch that was gold with gears on it as he opens the clock, then a Miraidriver appears surprising Zi-O.
"Wait... Are you..." Zi-O got up.
The standby music was like a factory going to work. "Henshin." He inserted the watch.
Then many gears and metal pieces came out as they spinned around Percival.
STEAM! TIME! NEW ERA! CHRONONAUT!
He was now a kamen rider having a similar design to the future riders but different, he wears a brown long coat with brozen armor on his chest that has gold gears spinning, the gold arm was bulkier with claw fingers and a pipe on the shoulder that shoots steam, the left arm was bronze similar to Build in design, the healmet has the top hat merged with the helmet and the faceplate was bronze with yellow eyes with a cog acting like a monocle for the left eye and he has metal boots.
"I am Kamen Rider... Chrononaut." He points at the monster with his golden arm.
"Your a Kamen Rider too." Zi-O said.
"Yes, now let's take it down." Chrononaut charges foward at the monster.
Ragnarok tries to hit him but the new rider jumped up and uses his staff to shoot many gears hitting it as the mnster grunts.
He turns around making his back face it as the pipe shoots steam at it's face making the monster roar.
KEN!
Zi-O took a chance and slashes at the monster and summons Blue-Eyes to blast at it.
"Nice dragon." Chrononaut said.
"Well... Thanks." Zi-O said.
"I prefer a more metalic design but it works too." Chrononaut puts a hand on his chin as he tilts his head.
Zi-O grunts since he's judging his own dragon.
"Well either way, it's time that we think how to defeat the monster." Chrononaut said.
"Maybe theres a weakness to it, a monster this powerful would have a weak point to exploit." Zi-O said.
"Hmm, good point." Chrononaut puts his goggles on his eyes.
He looks at the creature and scans as it was trying to hit Blue-Eyes with the dragon flying around to avoid it.
He then saw the chest as it has a heat coming out of it. "Got it, the chest, that must be where the heart is."
"Okay, let's break him." Zi-O said.
The two charged foward with Chrononaut raising his staff up making a energy blade sprout out of it.
Ragnarok looks at them before they slashed at it's chest making him roar in pain and they saw a red glow coming out.
"Now!" Chrononaut said.
They activated they're finishers.
TIME BREAK!
STEAMPUNK VICTORY!
The two jumped up and did they're rider kicks with Chrononaut having gears and metal merging with his kick as they came down.
They went through the monster making a big hole and they landed on the other side.
They stood up and the monster explodes finishing it off.
The two looked at each other and Chrononaut said: "Your a interesting one Zi-O... See ya later!" He goes off.
"Hey wait!" Zi-O said but he was gone. "I hate when people just vanish like that."
He saw something on a store making him go towards it.
Later
Illya was sitting at her room with the girls looking at her as Mirta plays with her.
Reiji came in with a present. "I'm back. Merry Christmas Illya."
"A present!" She has stars in her eyes as she goes towards it and grabs the gift and opens it revealing a white bear. "I love it!"
The girls chuckled at her reaction as Illya hugs Reiji who hugs her back.
"Your a good dad Reiji." Stella said.
"Yeah." He nodded.
Reiji wanted Illya to be happy and he'll protect her from any dangers.
Note: Heres the Zi-O Christmas special and a new future Rider appeared being a Steampunk based rider called Chrononaut, I was interested in Steampunk and decided to make one using a toy from Reiji's past in his own Christmas, now to answer a review: "Guest-zx the Gridman idea i'll have to think."
