Author's Note: Hello guys and sorry for taking a while but I'll be honest and say that I haven't gotten around to this because of all the work I've been doing and that I slightly forgot about it.
Anyways so everyone's said that the Six Knights of Black should be added so ima add them and I'm going to change one or two of them because Atollah is kinda useless in my eyes and I've rewatched prisoners of the Sky and yeah severing the nerves are pretty powerful but it's not doing it for me. The second is Dahaaka and he was literally killed for being impatient, and it was before anything Grand was happening like all of the Demons being released or even the other Knights.
Also, I need some ideas as to decide how the Commandment of Purity would take effect and how it would work because I wouldn't know and there isn't anything I can remember or anyone saying something about her Commandment that can help me other than Estarossa saying that her commandment would have any effect on him and there's else for me to go off of other than that so leave a review so you can help me.
Anyways that's all so let's get one with the Chapter
Chapter 13-The Army Grows
(In the underworld)
To say that things had been going bad in the Underworld would be a huge lie.
Many Devils had heard of what happened to Rias's Gremory's peerage. While there were a few who felt sorry for her most laughed at her, wondering how someone as powerful as herself can't control her peerage, especially since she's a part of the Gremory Clan. Some after hearing how the Commandments had arrived and what had transpired before the current events had called for Rias's death. Some may say that was very dramatic but could you blame them, learning and figuring out that Rias had technically started a War with the Ten Commandments from another dimension they called for her death seeing as she was the one who got their race as well as the Angel's, the Fallen Angel's and the North and Greek Mythologies to aid them as well as having Friends and Family joining the other side simply to survive.
They were, however, silenced by Sirzechs Lucifer, saying those who wished for her death would have to go through him, and while that did stop many they all murmured between each other, believing that she should die to compensate for the Devils that joined the Ten Commandments knowing that War was already on their doorstep.
Currently, Sirzechs had taken a little time off to comfort his crying sister again. She had been getting nightmares of Meliodas killing her peerage members and each time they've only gotten more brutal from Akeno being tortured with lighting to Koneko getting her cat appendages cut off and slowly cut into pieces and the backlash she was receiving from the Supernatural World hadn't helped her in the slightest.
As much as Rias's brother wanted to keep comforting her, this needed to stop. He perfectly understood the trauma she was going through but she couldn't keep doing this to herself. Crying the days away, eating very little if not at all only drinking water to suffice her hunger, and completely shutting everyone out with the exclusion of him, Grayfia, Gasper, Xenovia, and Irina as well as Issei. So now, he was going to do what he should have done before things escalated to this point...
"Rias look at me." Rias didn't listen when he called out to her head still buried within her pillow. "Rias Gremory...look at me now." This time she froze and slowly looked at him. He had used his magical power to lower his voice as his power was slowly coming off of him, not enough to alert others but just enough so that Rias would pay attention and look at him.
"Listen here and listen well." His voice turned cold as Rias didn't think her own brother, who loved her with all his heart and was had a gigantic Sister Complex, would act like this towards her. "I understand why your acting like this but to continue to do so will not help me, nor will it help yourself in any way." While his words became softer even if was only a little, Rias could still hear the scolding behind his words. Harsh he may seem, even if he was her brother, he was Sirzechs Lucifer and he could no longer baby his sister like he had been doing the past few weeks and should have given her a reality check.
"Rias...you need to first accept that Akeno, Kiba, Serafall, Sona, Tsubaki, and Reya are dead, they are not coming back..."Rias flinched at his words but dared not to cry, not wanting to find out if her brother would grow furious. "...Second, you must also accept that Koneko and Asia aren't coming back. Asia has been with them the longest ever since they first got here so you must be prepared for her death. As for Koneko, she may be swayed but it is unlikely so you must be prepared for her death in battle as well." Lucifer calmly but sternly said as Rias was now sitting upwards her eyes red and puffy from crying but she rubbed her hands over them as she was now looking him in the eyes.
"Rias, I may sound harsh right now but trust me when I say this that this is for your own good. You need to understand that everyone dies, yes it will be saddening but you should continue forward for them and avenge their deaths...but you can't do that if you're mopping around in your room." Rias started feeling motivated by her brother's speech as her eyes lit up with a fire in her eyes that Sirzechs knew all too well.
Revenge
He knew that Rias was now going to be determined and motivated by her revenge to kill the Ten Commandments. However, he needed her to think rationally as to not end up like Issei, be immobilized by Estarossa, or be executed by Meliodas. He still cared about her and it would devastate him if she were killed because he told her to get revenge and she died doing so.
"Rias I just want to tell you to take this slow and think about this rationally, if you go and fight them with no plan you'll be killed! I'm telling you this because I care for you and I don't want you to make any reckless decisions that can get you killed." Sirzechs stood up as he started walking towards her door. "Don't let your revenge cloud your judgment, and don't let it consume you...because you'll never be the same person you were before." Leaving her with that, he left as the door closed as Rias looked at it before smiling.
Her smile, however, was different from what others were used to. Her smile seemed sadistic, a smile that promised pain to others.
"Don't worry...I have it all under control...I'll be careful, but I won't stop until Meliodas is dead..." Rias whispered to herself before she giggled. "...The Ten Commandments shall become my new peerage...anyone who stands in my way...will die." Rias giggled a little before laughing. Her laughter would have sent chills down anyone spines who had heard it. Her laughter was sadistic and crazed, she was no longer the old Rias Gremory...now she was a changed person, and she would not stop until the Ten Commandments were bowing at her feet...would not stop until Meliodas was begging for her mercy as she tortured him till his death...would not stop until she got her revenge against the Demon Race.
(With Meliodas)
Meliodas suddenly felt something was off. While he knew he couldn't find out the cause, the feeling didn't sit well with him and Chandler seemed to notice.
"Is something wrong Young Master?" Chandler seemed a little concerned. It was rare to see his student uneased so he would naturally grow concerned when he saw it.
"It's nothing just...I get the feeling something has changed. I do not know what but something has changed, and not for the better." Meliodas answered with his eyes closed trying to think of the many possibilities that could have transpired for him to feel this change.
"Well, I believe that it would be best to put that aside and focus on more important matters. Such as gaining the aid of the Six Knights of Black as the Yokai Faction has already joined us." Chandler wisely said stroking his beard. It would better to power their army than worry about something that he had no control over and not knowing the cause.
Meliodas had groaned a complaint about getting the Six Knights of Black. He found them to be very annoying and Bellion's arrogance and selfishness are reasons why he didn't accept him into the Ten Commandments.
Chandler had chuckled at Meliodas's displeasure. It was very rare but Meliodas had acted like he was nothing but a child when it came to certain tasks he didn't like. One example was when his father had ordered him to go and make an alliance with the Vampire Clan sometime before the Holy War, he remembered accepting the mission but he had complained about it to Chandler for about an hour or so before he reluctantly made an alliance with the Vampires who are now aiding him in a war against a dimension of the Supernatural.
"Let's just get this over with. The quicker we do this the faster the more time we have to train." Meliodas's voice changed from complaining to one that was serious. Meliodas had explained before the rest of the Commandments that they were going to train for two reasons. One was that their power levels were a little unbalanced, Estarossa had previously had a power level of 60,000 but he now had a power level of 125,000. Meliodas sought to fix this where they all had power levels a little higher than what they originally had. The second reason proves his first reason even more so when Estarossa and Derieri came back from Kuoh as Derieri look beaten as she explained there was a man who matched her in power and possibly exceeded hers and she knew that he was hiding more power which would exceed hers.
When Meliodas heard that he immediately called for training. The Ten Commandments were powerful but if the enemy had someone who could exceed their own skills and power then they needed to get stronger so the fear they installed in everyone wouldn't have been a mere joke.
"Before we go however I should Give Ophis her commandment. Chandler can you bring her here." Meliodas asked his teacher as he nodded and disappeared leaving Meliodas by himself. Meliodas let his mind wander, he needed to think of ways to train the commandments...including Ophis. Meliodas wouldn't admit it out loud, but he knew that Ophis's was powerful but training never hurt anyone and she wouldn't know how to properly use her Demonic powers when she received them which is why she would be joining them in training whether she liked it or not.
Soon enough Chandler returned with the Infinity Dragon as she floated in front of Meliodas.
"Why am I here? I was napping." Meliodas couldn't tell because of her flat tone of voice but she sounded for what he assumed to be slight anger but he shrugged it off and decided to get straight to the point.
"I called you here so I can give you your commandment." Ophis's eyes slightly widened at his words. She remembered the deal they made, she joins the Ten Commandments and help them with this war and they help her remove the insects that are crawling around in her home.
"I see. Then let's begin." Ophis had wasted no time as Meliodas smirked liking that she was getting straight to the point. His smirk faded away however and was replaced with a neutral look as he placed his hand out as a purple orb appeared with strange black markings in the middle. Meliodas grabbed her hand as he placed the purple orb in the middle.
"Repeat after me, understood?" Ophis nodded at his simple instructions to which he nodded as well.
Ishimeyoma
(O Commandment)
Shigai Eniwa Kota
(Respond to my will)
Garakachi Wa Natore
(Become My power)
Ophis had repeated what Meliodas had said as she felt a strange power enter within her to which she assumed was the commandment so she didn't resist as a purple glow shown throughout the room before it died down.
Ophis still looked like a child but Meliodas, Chandler, and herself felt that her power was different than before. The demonic power that was in her almost felt intoxicating to her, she had never felt power like this before and she would admit that it felt good. Not even her own powers or the power she felt from others didn't feel nearly as good as to what she was feeling.
"Congratulations..." Meliodas snapped her out of her dream-like state as she looked at him...with a smile. "...you are now a part of the Ten Commandments." Meliodas said as Chandler gave a small clap as Ophis did something that shocked everyone, including herself.
She kissed Meliodas's cheek.
They stared at her in complete shock. Meliodas too surprised and had no words to say and Chandler wondering why she kissed his cheek but he couldn't come up with an answer.
Ophis giggled at their reactions which surprised them even more as they knew that she rarely expressed her emotions but Meliodas coughed in his fist silencing her and gaining her attention.
"I...am going to ignore that for now. However, as promised we shall aid in getting your home back but before I need to recruit another group in the Demon Realm. They will be the ones who go with you and that will be a little test for them. Also, after that, we are going to train and that includes you." Meliodas explained as she pouted but nodded. She had no idea how to control her demonic powers and while she wasn't too keen on waiting she would wait a little longer if need be.
"Chandler I'm going to assign you to teach Ophis the basics of using her Demonic powers, while you do that I shall go and get the Six Knights of Black." Meliodas turned to his teacher explaining his task to which he nodded as Meliodas left the room heading towards the portal to the Demon Realm.
Ophis floated down to the ground as she turned to Chandler.
"Let us begin then." That was all Chandler said as he put his hand out and created purple hellfire.
(In the Demon Realm)
Meliodas was flying through the Demon Realm at very at a very fast pace. He wanted to get the Six Knights of Black and leave but he couldn't stop thinking about what Ophis had done.
Meliodas would never admit it to anybody, but when Ophis had kissed him on the cheek it felt nice. He didn't know why it felt nice and he could admit that he was slightly curious so he decided that he would ask his brothers when he returned knowing that they had girlfriends and they probably had more experience.
Meliodas was snapped out of his thoughts when he dodged lighting then he dodged fire before cutting icicles in half. He looked down and saw the people who he was looking for.
The Six Knights of Black
Meliodas turned his head slightly seeing the leader himself, Bellion.
"3,000 years since that day Bellion...and I see you still hold a grudge, from all those years ago." Meliodas noted seeing his scowl as he fully turned around seeing the Six Knights.
Bellion was taller than Meliodas, he sported a sky blue rock punk trench coat with silver lining going down the middle to the bottom and up around the collar as down the middle it split off into mini triangles pointing towards diamonds with black boots on his feet. He had long white hair with gray skin and red eyes with a large broad sword on his back and having a red ring-like mark on his chin.
"Of course I still hold a grudge, I wanted to prove myself to you and help against Mael but you said that I was a hindrance, as I watched you make him turn and run away...but then you almost die and lost the war for the Demon Realm. I don't know how I looked up to you, or how I wanted to join the Ten Commandments under your lead." Bellion spat out with such venom it could kill you five times over. Meliodas heard it, Bellion had made sure of it but Meliodas didn't care.
"I did so for good reason. You and your group became so lawless that the Demon King turned his back on you, he abandoned you, and now if you were to engage in a fight with any of the other races you wouldn't have any support." Meliodas coldly replied as Bellion scowled. Meliodas wasn't going to be degraded to Bellion's level but he needed to remind him of his place and he would gladly beat it into him if it didn't get through his thick skull.
"You know Bellion you've been holding this grudge for a while and it's not good for your health." A slightly tanish demon with curly black hair who also looked humanoid calmly said chuckling seeing Bellion's scowl. He was about as tall as Bellion himself but not surpassing his height as he was muscular as he had freckles on his cheeks. He had an opened black jacket kimono with red flames flickering at the bottom while having black pants and black sandals. On the back of his Kimono was a symbol of purple bones formed in a cross behind a purple skull with a white mustache while on his left bicep was a red hourglass. Around his neck, he wore a red beaded necklace and an orange hat with two blue smileys, one frowning and one smiling, and a string of red beads sitting above the rim. Two long orange side straps hung downsides of his hat and met at a large medallion of a bull's skull with orange tassels.
"Fire Fist Ace...didn't think I would see you again." Meliodas commented and noted how he irked Bellion. Ace was the most tolerable among the group for Meliodas as his power was great enough to be a commandment but he was on a mission before he could go and ask him and because he had given the commandment of Repose to Ohpis it was too late. Meliodas had however met Ace once...when he unexpectedly joined him for a meal then promptly fell asleep to which irked him but because of the power he sensed within him he let him live. (I'll explain why Ace is here of all people and not some Oc character)
"You know Ace for one of the strongest Demons around you might be the politest one I've met when you're not bothering others." The only female of the group asked turning to him as he laughed before falling asleep slightly annoying her. She was also the most human of the six despite being a Demon. She has gingery-colored hair with two buns horizontal from each other at the top of her head. Two long strips of hair that end in curls that come down from each hair bun. She has red-colored eyes. She has a four-star-shaped mark between her eyes. She has most of her torso exposed, only wearing a pink bra attached to black sleeves that cover her arms. She has long black pants with a pink belt adorned with a yellow star having a three-tailed whip by her side.
"Galla the Bewitchment, you've either gotten better with your enchantments or they've worsened." Meliodas looked at her as she glared. He remembered when she tried to get him under her control once and that ended badly for her. Meliodas found her annoying as she was irritating with her haughty attitude not even adding in her sadistic nature when she only knew a strength enchantment.
"Now now guys we could be playing with him instead of talking here. Whoever can land the most blows on him wins! Hahaha!" The Demon who spoke very competitively seemed humanoid if not for the metal armor that was his actual body. He was taller than Bellion with his eyes pink and his large hands and feet that have sharp blade-like fingers. He has a red mark near his left eye in the shape of a crescent moon with a filled circle in the middle.
"Sea Urchin Pump, still lonely I see." Meliodas bluntly said that caused Pump to have a depressed air around him as he was floating in his own little corner as the others ignored him and Ace was still sleeping in the air so he couldn't go over and comfort him this time assuming he was actually up for it.
"C'mon guys let's get along here, Meliodas could wipe the floor with us anyways so we might as well listen to what he has to say." The final humanoid Demon said as he yawned afterward. He had black hair with red tips at the bottom, he had a dark blue shirt on with black pants and black boots. Over his shirt was a red frock coat that matched his crimson eyes with a slit in the middle if you looked closely enough. On his forehead was a red mark shaped like a crescent moon against a waning moon, forming an x-pattern.
"Storm King Nexus...still as lazy as ever I see." Meliodas sighed, he couldn't believe that he was going to be asking for their help but he swallowed his pride but he wasn't going to be begging for their help. Nexus had been known throughout the Demon Realm as someone powerful and while not powerful enough to stand up to the Ten Commandments he was strong enough to be one of them but it was hard tracking him down so they gave it to someone else. (My Oc)
He was above it.
"Nexus is right, for what reason are you even here Meliodas?" The final member asked as his appearance would be intimidating to most. He was a muscular anthropomorphic lion. His mane was red as he resembled an Orange Demon with his only clothing being a green sash around his waist while he held a wooden staff in his hand. Over his right eye was a red mark that looked to be in the shape of a pickaxe. (That's what it looks like to me because Idk what it is)
"Lion King Derocchio, have you learned any other spells besides elemental barriers?" Meliodas asked as the demon shook his head. Meliodas sighed, he was supposed to have them help Ohpis regain her home when the only ones possibly capable are three of the six.
"Listen here and listen well for I am only going to be saying this once." Meliodas gained their attention and Bellion only paid attention because randomly woke up and held him back along with Nexus who both had cheeky smiles. "You are going to help me with something and in return I shall talk to my father of letting you return into his good graces." Meliodas offered as he blocked an attack from Bellion's sword with his Katana as lightning danced around them with the other knights of black backing off.
"That must be some kind of joke! Why would I ever help the FAILURE of the Demon Race in any task!?" Bellion yelled in anger and it only increased seeing Meliodas's impassive look. Meliodas pushed back his opponent and clad his sword in darkness as Bellion's sword was encased in lightning as he flew after straight towards Meliodas swinging his sword down with Meliodas blocking creating a shockwave of air with lighting and darkness dancing all around them.
The other knights of black watched on as Meliodas continued to toy with their leader cutting his arm, cheek, torso and they watched not interfering as they would be a hindrance.
(Small TimeSkip)
Meliodas had planted a firm foot on Bellion's chest as he defeated...no, the word defeat is used when a fight between two people with the victor having bruises and marks from his or her battle...Meliodas however, had completely dominated the fight against Bellion.
Meliodas then pointed his sword at Bellion's neck as the latter flinched.
"I'll tell you what I told Izarf..." Meliodas gained a cold look in his eyes as the rest of the knights of black floated to the ground. "...I will not be taking no for an answer. I'm not going to be asking for your pathetic forgiveness, nor will I beg for your help because you will help me. You've been defeated Bellion, now what is your answer, for I will not ask again." Meliodas coldly said as he stared into Bellion's eyes while his followers waited for his answer. They most likely assumed that he would say yes assuming his pride didn't cloud his judgment.
"F-Fine...I'll fucking help you with your damn task." Bellion growled out as Meliodas removed his foot and sword from him as he got up allowing the darkness to start healing him. Meliodas put his sword back into its health as he first started explaining what the other dimension was about then he started explaining their task.
"Your task will be to help Ohpis reclaim her home. Should you succeed I will get you back on my father's good graces and if you so choose new magic." Meliodas explained their assignment as they nodded as they wouldn't admit it but they were slightly excited to travel to another dimension and learn new magic should they succeed.
"Ohpis will be with you, remember that she is a commandment so she is your superior and as such you will listen to her. Do I make myself clear?" Meliodas asked them with his arms crossed as they nodded with them taking flight.
(TimeSkip)
Meliodas had returned with the Six Knights of Black behind him.
He started walking towards where he had left Chandler and Ophis with the Knights following behind as they looked around seeing the interior of their base and they admitted that it was very stylish.
Soon enough they would reach to doors that Meliodas pushed open to a small child training with Chandler as she was kicked into a wall as she jumped into the air dodging purple hellfire. They did stop noticing Meliodas's gaze as they walked over with Chandler bowing and Ophis giving a slight nod.
"I assume training went well?" Meliodas asked as Chandler nodded saying that she had exceeded using darkness but had trouble using Hellblaze as she could only produce a small fire in her hand before it went out.
"Matters not, what does matter is now that these are the group that will help you. The Six Knights of Black..." Meliodas gestured them to move forward as they did so as she looked them over.
"The Leader is Bellion..." Bellion snorted but kept any comments to himself. "...then we have Fire Fice Ace..." Ace was asleep causing Meliodas to punch him in the face waking him as gave a small grin. "...Galla the bewitchment..." Galla let out a sadistic chuckle as she stared at her superior. "...Storm King Nexus..." Nexus gave a grin showing off his sharp teeth. "...Sea Urchin Pump..." Pump let out his own chuckle as well but it wasn't sadistic like Galla's. "...and finally Lion King Derocchio." Meliodas gave their names and titles as Ophis looked at them and nodded before opening a portal to the Dimensional Gap.
"As I've said before, your task is to help her regain control over this dimension, which is her home." The Knights of black were slightly confused as to why but didn't question it as they nodded before stepping through the portal.
Meliodas turned and started walking away with Chandler walking behind as the portal to the Dimensional Gap closed behind them with the doors slowly closing behind them as well.
"Summon the Commandments...it's time we get some training done." Meliodas couldn't hold back the smile that came onto his face as darkness cackled off his shoulders, with the doors behind them closing, as the two demons disappeared into the halls, with only torches lighting the way.
Chapter End
Author's Note: Hi it's me again, the guy who's pretty sure that this is the only story with Meliodas as one of the Commandments that isn't 3 chapters or less.
So lemme first explain why Ace is here. So of many anime characters or someone, I could have just made up but I choose Ace because one, he's a pretty kool character, two it's kinda easy to make him a fire demon based on his Devil fruit and while his personality doesn't really suit that of a Demon Clan member Pump is lonely, Meliodas as a sin a pervert of the highest degree and Estarossa can be counted as really laid back sometimes.
My Oc was just something I always had in my mind when reading fanfics sometimes so I choose him and before people get really pissy about this I don't really care, yeah I should listen to some ideas that people leave behind but Atollah and Dahaaka were kinda useless in my eyes, one was killed because of impatience and slightly arrogance (Bellion as the power to back his arrogance up), while Atollah uses his red side for protection and ensuring people when combined with his nerve severing magic. It sounds powerful but other than that and outside the normal darkness manipulation and Hellblaze, it's not much.
So I'm not changing this and outside of the magical abilities that I give them like Black Coffin (not magical but you get the point), they will most likely be the only characters that I add so I'm not adding in anyone else.
Anyways that's what I wanted to say sorry for taking this long but here you are with Chapter 13 and how did people like me making Rias go slightly insane cause I find it slightly cool.
